Do you enjoy desserts and or snacks heavily ladened with sugar?  Reality is, most of the desserts and snacks we tend to enjoy are high in "simple" sugars, better known as "simple carbohydrates". Simple carbohydrates enter the blood stream much quicker which cause a "spike" in blood glucose, which results in short term energy. Once this short-term energy ends, you experience the "crash" phase. You suddenly feel no energy and in most cases, want to take a nap. In this video, I demonstrate how to create a Berry Cup, topped with my very own pudding. Now, some believe that fruits and various veggies are "high in sugar". Most of the sugar found in fruits and veggies are " Complex Carbohydrates" meaning the chain of molecules is longer thus your energy level is longer. You will not experience an energy crash as you would with simple carbohydrates.  I'm using - Pineapple Strawberries Blackberries Blueberries Topping made from fresh Chocolate Almond Cream!  Delicious!  About your facilitator - Helena Smolock CPT- RNC, Founder and President of Velocity Athletic Training has over 35 years’ experience in the Fitness Industry.
