Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Let's go around the room.
Speaker 3 (00:06):
I'm going to see what's on the minds of people
in the room. Let's start with Danielle. Daniel what's on
your mind?
Speaker 4 (00:12):
Well, today is my yearly mammography and ultrasound, and I
go to you know, Hackensack University Medical Center, which I've
been there a lot this week, I'm noticing. So I'm
going to visit my girl Stella, who you guys know
does my mimmography every single year. Love my girl Stella.
So I just want to tell people again how important
it is to go and get these things done, getting
(00:35):
a mimmography if you're at that age, even if you're
not that age. I had a friend who was twenty
something years old and has had breast cancer. The earlier
you catch it, the better off you are. Even guys,
they find a way to shove those things in the machine.
I promise you they get them in. So if you
have any questions or you're you know, curious, or you're
at that age, make your appointment and get on top
(00:57):
of your health like a mammogram. It's very very important, you.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
Know, And Danielle.
Speaker 3 (01:01):
You've done this every single year for how many years
You've come on the show and you've said, Hey, today's
the day you need to do it too, do it?
Speaker 2 (01:08):
You're doing it. That's very cool, Gandhi, what's up with
you to do?
Speaker 5 (01:11):
Yo?
Speaker 2 (01:11):
All right?
Speaker 6 (01:12):
You know we always talk about side hustles and how
cool it is when you have a friend that's doing something.
So I knew that Garrett's wife, Ali was sort of
venturing into the travel agent field, and I was like,
let's just reach out to her and see what she does.
She turned around a trip for me so quickly and
it's amazing, and from the transport, from the airport to
the airport, all of it.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
I was like Ali.
Speaker 6 (01:33):
And by the way, her actual job, she's a physician's assistant,
So I'm like, you got time to do this?
Speaker 2 (01:38):
This is amazing.
Speaker 6 (01:39):
She's incredible. And I just wanted to give Ali a
shout out, and you know, catch somebody doing something right.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Yeah, I love that.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
She's so good to catch someone doing something right. We
love you, Ally, Hey, what's up with you today? Scotty B?
I thought, I guess bringing him in as a guest.
You're not even prepared at all. You're having a stroke, right,
He's fine, it's the same.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
We can't go live.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
Just got his wheatstone barn isn't working. Okay, okay, I'm
gonna turn it off. That's the sound of a wheatstone
right there.
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Hey, what about you.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
Straight in eight whichever?
Speaker 5 (02:14):
You to know?
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Boy? Okay.
Speaker 5 (02:15):
So I have a friend that's a pilot. Every once
in a while he'll give me a pilot tip. You know,
he flies a lot. So he told me the other
day about the Magic Carpet Ride. Has anybody here ever
had to do the number two and make a sushi
on a plane?
Speaker 2 (02:29):
Us? Okay, all right, Well he gave.
Speaker 5 (02:32):
Me a clue to keep it clean as possible. So
what you do is you lay the toilet paper in
the bowl and then you go so that when you flush,
it takes it all down. You don't have any sort
of remnants.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
I've never thought of that.
Speaker 7 (02:52):
I'm gonna do that at the house.
Speaker 5 (02:53):
Yeah, he goes, you do the Magic carpet ride. You
give it, you give it a.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Little and it oh my god, my god, yeah, he does.
You want to leave a clean for the next person.
This is what you did. You earn this from a
Laddin on Broadway.
Speaker 7 (03:07):
Understand, Yeah, Boo is sitting next me. This is also
very smart for a party. You go to somebody's party
and you have to do that, you.
Speaker 6 (03:14):
Think, But I don't think it's gonna work the same
in your home toilet because there's water water, whereas a
plane it's just you know.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
It's dry. That's disgusting, Nate. I vote Nate most disgusting
of the day.
Speaker 5 (03:28):
Trust me, I know you're gonna elvis. I know the
next time you're on a plane you're gonna give it
a whirl. Never I'm not a little ball vomit. Hey,
what's up?
Speaker 2 (03:38):
Scary?
Speaker 8 (03:39):
So I was out watching the next game yesterday till
the very very end out of barn Hoboken, and I
just noticed one group of people calling another group of
people Bandwagon fans. And I'm like, no, no, no, no,
we love all, serve all. Everybody's welcome to the party.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Very good. Scary, that's crap.
Speaker 8 (03:58):
Listen, the Knicks last one in nineteen seventy three. They
haven't been to this this dance since nineteen ninety nine.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Let alone.
Speaker 8 (04:06):
I wasn't born when they last won a championship, So
why can't we're excited as the Tristan area, New Yorkers,
New Jersey whatever.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
It's okay to come together.
Speaker 8 (04:15):
I don't have to be the fan that knows all
the stats in order to enjoy the game or be
a part of the fun. But there were some people
they didn't want that. They didn't want others to be
part of the party. And that bothers me.
Speaker 6 (04:25):
Okay, I get that it bothers you when we should
just accept it. But you're totally the guy that when
you see one of our little people in the pit
wearing like the Sublime T shirt, you're like, there's five
songs you don't even know.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
It be gandhi. I was about to say the same
exact thing.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
When you see an intern wearing a deaf leopard shirt,
you throw a spasfit.
Speaker 8 (04:43):
Well, evenly, you should do some research on the type
of shirt you're wearing.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Here we go, name a song.
Speaker 8 (04:49):
I mean I could, I could name people on the mom.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
Okay, all right, all right, all right, okay, but duly noted.
But we But I agree people if they want to
be a fan for the Knicks, let them be a fan.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
For the Knicks. It's a big bull.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
It is a big moment and they should welcome them
into the fold. Yes, all right, just as you should
do for those people with a sublime shirt.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
So it gets me all right? Uh do we go
to froggy? Froggy? Are you here a froggy? I'm hid Froggy.
What's up?
Speaker 7 (05:17):
So you know you guys made fun of me a
while back? I hung a television on a wall. It's
been twelve years ago. Actually, it wasn't needed hung and
it was in my house. It fell you guys had
literally never let me live it down. Yes, I want
you to know that last night, at approximately six point thirty,
I hung a TV on a wall in the room
I am sitting in, and I am here to report
that twenty six hours later. No, it's actually not twenty
(05:39):
six hours later. Sorry, it's only fourteen hours later. It's
still hanging on the wall. Foighteen hours later. It's still there.
I'm looking at it. It works, it's still there.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
So look at that. Congratulations, Froggy. Yeah, one mistake does
not determine you. It does not. You're right, I would
never let you hang a TV on my wall, no offense.
I would never let me hang on TV on the wall.
But thank you, hey, and.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
Now a producer, Claudia, thank you so much for being
a great host for me here one hundred this week.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
What a week we've had with Claudia.
Speaker 3 (06:11):
She announced to the world during this segment that she's
she's having a child.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
That was so good that you shared that with us.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
Oh well, thank you for letting me share it.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
What's that noise in his high pinning voice, Nate, Nate,
we're doing a show here.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
A listener that's one of the funniest people I've ever talked.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
Okay, well, can't you put that on hold? We're a
much We're doing a segment.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Shouldn't he as an executive producer, you know, he can't
be making that noise in the background.
Speaker 6 (06:37):
He should have tell you he had a stroke and
he forgot all.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
So, Claudia, thank you for host to be and I'll
be back in a couple of weeks. What is on
your mind today?
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Okay, So be more open minded in what your partner likes.
So I was okay with sports and I'm not like
super deep into sports, but now this time around, enough
on myself telling Jonathan, Babe, the game's on tonight, let's
watch a game. This documentary on like how and all
of these like all these sport things, and I'm like,
who have I been turned into?
Speaker 2 (07:04):
I've never documentary about hummus is a sports game? Okay? Sorry?
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Yeah, he has a new documentary. And I was like,
let's just get ready for the World Cup next week.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
And then are you genuinely excited or doing it just
for him?
Speaker 1 (07:20):
No? I'm genuinely excited now. And then and he's like,
how do you know that there's a game tonight? Like
what is going?
Speaker 8 (07:26):
Like?
Speaker 1 (07:26):
This is you? This is five years in with my husband.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
See congratulations.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
See they got excited when I started getting excited about
sports because I like you, I don't really you know,
I'd rather watch the documentary about hummus.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
We're good. Yeah, get into what they're into. You may
actually like it.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
I guess that's a part of a successful couple. I
wouldn't know. All right, get into that.
Speaker 4 (07:48):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
All right, So, Nate, why are you laughing over there?
What's going on? I called a listener.
Speaker 5 (07:53):
I didn't even get a chance to get her name,
and she was explaining that she always lines the bowl
and then she proceeded to tell me why, and it
was one of the funniest things I've ever heard of
my life.
Speaker 3 (08:02):
We wanted to put it on the air, but it
was okay, our minds are going there. We don't want
to get anywhere near that.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
Let that good. No, let's just move on. Let's get
into what's.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
The next Danielle. Let's do Danielle. Danielle just ahead of
sound with Garrett. That's on the way. What are you doing.
Speaker 4 (08:25):
I was eating a banana.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Oh okay, my god, don't let me interrupt that banana.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Okay,
