Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the morning show Around the room. Who's ready, Who's game? Yeah,
I'm ready, Daniel. Let's start with you. What's on your
mind to day?

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Mine is just simple.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
I just want to say happy birthday to my husband, Sheldon.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
Today is his birthday. I love you. You're the best. We
have the best time together. I can't wait to go
to dinner, chase you around the house, go to another
Broadway show and watch World Cup. All right, that's love you, honey.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
I don't think that was simple at all. I thought
that that speaks volume. Yeah, he's the best, without doubt. Hey,
straight and eight, what's up with you? Figured out my
plans for fall? Oh, going down to Baton Rouge, Batoll, Lous, Louisiana.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Gonna go to the Angola prison rodeo.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
This you have?

Speaker 1 (00:44):
You stumbled across this? I just hate you talking to
a friend.

Speaker 5 (00:47):
I'm like, yeah, down in Angola in Louisiana, they do
the prison rodeo here. So I started watching videos and
they have the prisoners.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Being tossed around by ball. It's insane. Wait, the prisoners
want this.

Speaker 5 (01:04):
So apparently the prisoners get money for the commissary, right,
so if they win and they do well in the rodeo,
they get money in their commissary account.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
I don't know how I feel about it.

Speaker 5 (01:16):
There was one video as watching these prisoners are standing
in the middle of the arena and they're wearing this
big plastic bubble and the bull is tossing them around.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
They get hurt balls.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
Yeah, they get hurt, but you're and you're receiving satisfaction
or watching people being tortured.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Is like going to the coliseum. I'm watching the lions
come out, like who's going on prison rode and.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
So we can have romance. From my point of view,
it sounds great, right, all right, if you're going to
the Angle of Prison rodeo, it's a huge thing down there.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
It's gonna be there. What's up? Scary?

Speaker 6 (01:54):
So I don't know if you all realize this, And
I don't know how we didn't mention it, but my god,
we miss On Sunday, June seventh, at six oh seven
pm in Washington Square Park the six seven meet up,
My god, what has humanity come to? Thousands of people
met in Washington Square Park just to stand there at

(02:14):
six oh seven pm and for a full minute ago
six seven, and there's so much video footage of this
I got.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
I'm embarrassed to be a part of society. Listen.

Speaker 6 (02:23):
I'm all for trends in stupid crap like that and
silly things and then the latest meme. But my god,
to spend time in your day to travel to Washington
Square Park and do six to seven for a minute,
that's overboard.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
Just say it. You just gave me a great plug
for next year. Hey, what's up, Gandhi?

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Well, speaking of really weird things in New York, I
was trying to look for things for my friends and
I do because I've had a lot of people coming
in and out of town, and there are actual tours
for forty five dollars available to see rats. You can
pay to see a rat tour of New York City.
Why would you pay for that? Can't you just go
outside and wait for a minute and they come by?

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Yeah, people are paying forty five dollars to go on
these underground rat tours in New York.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
Underground rat tour.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Yes, they're like wearing construction vests and going in the
subway station now with flashlights. I said, what is this
I'm mad. I didn't think of it.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
They're studying them, is this a no? Okay, No, they're
just taking pictures. O. Look a rat. That's its five dollars.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
You can go buy yourself a ticket now if you
want to, you crazy.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
You'd pay fifty.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah, raccoons for sure.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Rats man, I can just send those anytime. What's up, Froggy.

Speaker 7 (03:31):
I want you to know that expiration dates on the
bag of Cheetos, those are just merely, uh suggestions. I
found a bag of Cheetos in my backpack this morning.
It has said it expired in January of twenty twenty five.
They tasted just fine. Oh there were a year and
what five months out of date? Nothing wrong with those things.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Yeah, you're good. I just see there's no like liquid.
There's no dairy.

Speaker 7 (03:52):
Right right exactly, just dust and whatever the the cheeto
thing is.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (03:58):
But they were fine. They tasted just as the same
as fresh ones. So that's just a suggestions. Billy matter
around to dairy and like, if you're gonna go and
drink spoiled milk, if you're.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Gonna throw out those cheetos, send them to Froggy instead.
Are we all good yeah, all right, there you go.
