Speaker 5 (01:03):
What do you want to hear? Good morning.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
What song do you want to start the show with?

Speaker 5 (01:05):
Another one?

Speaker 4 (01:06):
We've played two already. I'm sorry I'm late. I got
lost on the way to work.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
It's true.

Speaker 11 (01:14):
I did.

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Well, welcome to the day. You know, we have so
much to talk about today, especially.

Speaker 12 (01:20):
Everything that happened over the weekend on our little boat.
We'll get into that later. Our first caller of the
day is Rachel. She called us while she was in Italy.
And she's working as an au pair.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
Remember this call?

Speaker 13 (01:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Hey, Rachel, how are you?

Speaker 14 (01:36):
I am great. How are you guys?

Speaker 4 (01:39):
We're doing well.

Speaker 12 (01:40):
So how was your summer in Italy being an au pair,
as they say in France?

Speaker 14 (01:46):
It was the most incredible thing I've ever... experienced in
my entire life definitely if you have the opportunity to
do something like that and you're it's something you like
I would highly recommend it I got to do the
best of both worlds traveling and being able to work
with kids so yeah it was it was phenomenal.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
It sounds very bougie though the all pair thing you
know what I'm.

Speaker 14 (02:12):
Saying yeah it definitely does sound bougie it makes me
think of that new show Million Dollar Nannies Oh, yeah.

Speaker 15 (02:21):
I know what that is. Are you making a million dollars?

Speaker 5 (02:23):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Million dollar nannies.

Speaker 6 (02:25):
Hold on.

Speaker 5 (02:26):
Hold on. Is this a show?

Speaker 4 (02:27):
Have I missed this show?

Speaker 5 (02:28):
Million dollar nannies? Yes, it's on Hulu. Where have we been?

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Million dollar nanny.

Speaker 5 (02:34):
Well, look.

Speaker 14 (02:35):
That's a free promotion I'm giving right now. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (02:37):
Yeah, look at that.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
You should invoice them. Well, Rachel, I'm glad you had
a great summer.

Speaker 12 (02:41):
Am I too old and too male to be an
au pair in Italy?

Speaker 5 (02:46):
I don't know. No.

Speaker 14 (02:47):
No, they have things called manis.

Speaker 15 (02:49):
Yes, I know.

Speaker 5 (02:51):
A mani?

Speaker 15 (02:51):
I have a couple of friends who had manis, and
they were awesome. They were great.

Speaker 5 (02:55):
Oh, my God. Yeah. I would love to be a mani.

Speaker 9 (02:57):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 12 (02:58):
As a matter of fact, yesterday I got a mani-pedi. Well, look,
you are the first caller of the day. Rachel, it's
so good to hear from you.

Speaker 5 (03:05):
Come on, Nate.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
Stack her up. What do you got for her?

Speaker 5 (03:07):
Oh, what didn't we give you last time, Rachel? What
did we give you last time that we can give
you something else this time?

Speaker 14 (03:13):
Just words of wisdom.

Speaker 5 (03:15):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Well, then the whole Elvis Dorada parallel line is much
better than.

Speaker 5 (03:19):
Those wisdom words we gave you.

Speaker 14 (03:20):
How nice of her.

Speaker 5 (03:21):
So nice. Yeah, words of wisdom. You're not going to
get a lot of that here.

Speaker 14 (03:24):
I got to meet Scary on my flight back to Venice.
So that was pretty. I mean, flight back home from Venice.

Speaker 5 (03:30):
Oh, that's right.

Speaker 6 (03:32):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (03:32):
So we were on line for the flight together, taking
United back to Newark. Look at that.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Well, it's like we're all connected.

Speaker 14 (03:40):
All I remember thinking is that this is the longest
10 minutes of my life because we were already delayed
an hour.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Oh, I thought it was because you were talking to Scary.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
No.

Speaker 14 (03:49):
All right.

Speaker 12 (03:50):
Well, Rachel, have a beautiful day. Thanks for listening to us.
Hold on one second. And welcome to the day. Hey,
I'm in Miami again. I forgot to come home to
New York.

Speaker 5 (03:58):
Sorry, guys.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
I missed my flight, so I'm still here. But we
do have lots to talk about. I'm here with my
friend Claudia.

Speaker 5 (04:04):
Hi, Claudia. Good morning.

Speaker 15 (04:06):
Buenos dias.

Speaker 5 (04:06):
Buenos dias. And let's get into the day.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
The first thing we need to do is the three
things we need to know from Gandhi.

Speaker 5 (04:13):
Then we move on. Gandhi.

Speaker 9 (04:14):
Hello.

Speaker 6 (04:14):
Hello.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
All right, bring us back to speed.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
What's going on?

Speaker 16 (04:17):
Okay, many are curious to see if Senator Mitch McConnell
will return to the Senate when it reconvenes today. We
know McConnell has been absent from the Senate since June
when he was hospitalized following a fall and then diagnosed
with pneumonia. Of course, there has been a lot of
speculation following the release of photos many pointed out to
be AI-generated. Many are also demanding actual proof of life.

(04:37):
We will see if he is there today.

Speaker 12 (04:39):
Do you think maybe I'm AI-generated? Am I the Mitch
McConnell of the morning show?

Speaker 4 (04:43):
You could be.

Speaker 5 (04:44):
You could be.

Speaker 15 (04:45):
Sometimes that makes me wonder.

Speaker 12 (04:46):
We were talking about this this weekend, and I don't
mean to be disrespectful. Do you think he's alive?

Speaker 5 (04:51):
No.

Speaker 15 (04:53):
Oh, I'm the only one that hasn't. Of course he is.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
Well, I don't know.

Speaker 15 (04:56):
Of course he's alive. Oh, you don't think he's alive?

Speaker 5 (04:58):
How do you know he's alive?

Speaker 9 (04:59):
I don't.

Speaker 5 (04:59):
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 15 (05:00):
How do you know?

Speaker 4 (05:00):
No, Scary. No, I'm asking Scary. Scary, do you think
he's alive?

Speaker 13 (05:04):
Yeah, I feel like it would be major headline news
if he wasn't with us.

Speaker 12 (05:08):
That's the world we're living in. That's our point. We
don't know these things anymore.

Speaker 15 (05:13):
Could be AI. We don't know.

Speaker 5 (05:14):
Oh, wow. All right, turn your mic off.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
All right, what else is going on?

Speaker 16 (05:20):
All right, Amazon is suspending operations with cargo carrier 21
Air after that plane crash in Miami earlier this month
that left five people dead. An Amazon spokesperson said the
decision follows a review of circumstances surrounding the crash while
the company assisted the National Transportation Safety Board's investigation. The
company says the shipments previously assigned to 21 Air will
be handled by other carriers, including Sun Country Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines,

(05:44):
Air Transport International, and And finally, a new report, I
think this will shock no one, says Americans are tired
more than ever. A report from the CDC's National Center
for Health Statistics says about 71% of adults in the U.S.

(06:05):
say that they experience fatigue on multiple days over the
past three months. The lead author of the report said
fatigue is one of the most frequently reported health concerns
and primary care.

Speaker 15 (06:14):
Visits to the U.S.

Speaker 16 (06:15):
And we're not just talking about regular sleepiness. Researchers say
fatigue is not ordinary. It's physical or mental exhaustion that
does not improve with added sleep or rest and impedes
the rest of your day.

Speaker 15 (06:28):
So if that's you, you're not alone. 71% of people.
And those are your three things.

Speaker 5 (06:32):
You guys ready for your Monday?

Speaker 6 (06:33):
Yeah!

Speaker 5 (06:37):
Here we go.

Speaker 12 (06:47):
You've got to check out Macy's Best of the Season sale.
The best fall fashions are 30% off. We're talking brands
that rarely go on sale, like Levi's, Good American, and
Michael Kors. Macy's Best of the Season sale, September 17th
through the 28th.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Elvis Duran and the Morning Show.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Hey, I got to tell you, we just had a
great weekend with each other.

Speaker 12 (07:10):
And I want to just open the door and let
you peek in to see why we're so giddy today.
So Danielle and Gandhi and Skiri and Nate and Froggy
and I, anyone else there?

Speaker 5 (07:26):
I think that was it.

Speaker 12 (07:27):
We all went to hang out on a little ship
with Norwegian Cruise Line. Went to this little island called
a parent, a stirrup K and had a great weekend.
And we were there for a quote unquote work, right?
And we were working.

Speaker 15 (07:45):
We were working.

Speaker 12 (07:46):
And it just so happens that we were on a
ship called getaway and we got away.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
And we had a great weekend with each other.

Speaker 12 (07:54):
What is it about this job, this career we've chosen that,
What do we do to deserve this incredible life?

Speaker 5 (08:01):
I mean, it really is great, right? It really is.

Speaker 17 (08:03):
Nothing.

Speaker 15 (08:03):
We're just so lucky. Yeah, we are. We kept saying
that all weekend. This is what we do. This is crazy.
This is what we do. We're so lucky. It's not
lost on us.

Speaker 5 (08:11):
Me too.

Speaker 12 (08:12):
As I was sitting there eating steak and lobster, I
was thinking about, what are we doing tomorrow? And we
got up early and went out to a beach and
hung out with people and just drank and ate and
just giggled and laughed. We laughed a lot. Yeah, Frog,
what's up?

Speaker 11 (08:28):
It's hard to tell people that we were working.

Speaker 5 (08:32):
Then they say, well, what kind of work were you doing?

Speaker 11 (08:34):
And then you tell them what you did, and they're like, oh, yeah,
that's work.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
You were working all right. We were working.

Speaker 7 (08:40):
We were working.

Speaker 5 (08:41):
We were.

Speaker 4 (08:42):
I've got to be honest.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
I'm worn out.

Speaker 12 (08:44):
That weekend of work wore me out. And we had to, like,
fly on planes.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
That takes it out of you.

Speaker 11 (08:49):
Of course.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
We were delayed at airports.

Speaker 9 (08:52):
Yep.

Speaker 5 (08:52):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (08:53):
If we weren't working, we could have been home with
our families, but no.

Speaker 5 (08:55):
And we woke up early. We woke up early to
do these things. Yes, we did. That was work. We
didn't sleep in. No.

Speaker 12 (09:01):
All right, so around the room, we'll start with you, Gandhi. Gandhi,
what was your favorite part of our weekend together?

Speaker 14 (09:06):
Oh.

Speaker 16 (09:08):
The weekend together, obviously, I like hanging out with everybody,
and it's a good group, and going to dinners is fun,
and we laugh so hard. I think it probably pisses
off the people that are at the same restaurants as
us at that time, but also just the beaches. When
you see those beaches in the Bahamas, and it.

Speaker 15 (09:25):
Is that crystal clear water with the white sand. You
guys heard me yesterday. We were driving, and I'm like,
but did you see it? Did you see the water?
Look at it.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
Look at it.

Speaker 15 (09:32):
It's gorgeous.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
Mm-hmm. What about you, Danielle? Talk about it.

Speaker 15 (09:35):
I mean, I agree. The water is gorgeous. But being
on the ship itself, I just love it. There's so
many things to choose from to do. Restaurants to have.
I had tons of margaritas. And in every single restaurant,
it was a different kind of margarita. So it was fabulous.
And just like being with you, we don't get to
see Froggy all the time. So it was so nice
to get to hang out with Froggy and like catch

(09:57):
up with him so stuff like that.

Speaker 12 (09:59):
I gotta say you know when you're at work when
you're on the clock and someone this is gonna be
kind of weird but someone touches you gets in your
space you could go to HR and complain and say
look this person is being a little too flirty in
our situation over the weekend we were touched by people
In a spa.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
Yeah, we were.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Who got a massage while on the clock?

Speaker 15 (10:24):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (10:25):
I did. Okay.

Speaker 12 (10:27):
Okay, you can't fill out any forms or paperwork and
lodge a complaint.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
You asked to be massaged.

Speaker 7 (10:33):
Yeah. Yes.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
While you were working.

Speaker 7 (10:35):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
Just let that be... This is something to.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
Think about today.

Speaker 15 (10:39):
There was also almost a couple's massage because when Froggy
and I walked into the room because we had massages
at the same time, they had set up the table
for the couple's massage. And we were like, uh, no. Well,
I said no.

Speaker 5 (10:52):
I don't know about Froggy.

Speaker 15 (10:54):
I said no.

Speaker 12 (10:57):
So it's okay for physical contact while on the job
as long as you are in a massage situation.

Speaker 5 (11:03):
Okay, just making sure.

Speaker 6 (11:04):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 12 (11:05):
Hey, so while I was delayed four hours at the
Nassau Bahamas airport, I was watching the tennis match at
the U.S.

Speaker 5 (11:14):
Open.

Speaker 12 (11:15):
Ben Shelton is a superstar. Did you guys see this
match at all yesterday?

Speaker 15 (11:20):
I saw parts of it.

Speaker 12 (11:22):
God, he is a machine. He's incredible. If you saw it,
you saw it. If you know, you know, right? I
think he's our new superstar for tennis in America. He's incredible.
So we'll get into that later. Let's get into the
three things we need. No, no, the horoscopes.

Speaker 5 (11:40):
We have so many things we do. Let's do the horoscopes.
Who's doing horoscopes today?

Speaker 15 (11:44):
How about Gandhi?

Speaker 10 (11:45):
It's been like, what, four months and a week?

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Yes.

Speaker 15 (11:47):
Yes, we haven't danced together in so long.

Speaker 4 (11:49):
Oh my God, I can't wait.

Speaker 5 (11:50):
All right, here we go.

Speaker 16 (11:52):
All right, celebrity birthdays, if you celebrate today, you are
celebrating with Andrew Lincoln, Nas, and Kimberly Williams Paisley.

Speaker 15 (11:58):
Happy birthday, everybody.

Speaker 16 (11:59):
Virgo, you catch an error that nobody else saw coming.
That attention to detail is worth its.

Speaker 15 (12:04):
Weight in gold. Your day is an eight.

Speaker 18 (12:06):
Hey, Libra, trying to make everyone happy is leaving you
with nothing for yourself. So stop and draw a line.

Speaker 15 (12:12):
Your day's a five.

Speaker 16 (12:13):
Scorpio, your focus is razor sharp right now, and nothing
is going to knock you off your targets.

Speaker 15 (12:17):
Your day is a nine.

Speaker 18 (12:18):
Sagittarius, that urge to shake everything up is real, but
make sure it's growth talking and not just boredom.

Speaker 15 (12:24):
Your day is a seven.

Speaker 16 (12:25):
Capricorn, letting your guard down with someone who has earned
it is not weakness.

Speaker 15 (12:28):
It's long overdue.

Speaker 18 (12:29):
Your day is a six. Hey, Aquarius, that idea everyone
dismissed last month? is suddenly looking very smart, and people
are coming back to you.

Speaker 10 (12:36):
Your day's an 8.

Speaker 16 (12:37):
Pisces, a romantic situation that has felt uncertain, starts showing
some very promising signs.

Speaker 15 (12:42):
Your day is a 9.

Speaker 18 (12:43):
Aries, you go after what you want without any hesitating,
and it pays off in the biggest way possible today.

Speaker 15 (12:48):
Your day's a 10.

Speaker 16 (12:49):
Taurus, something you did without expecting credit comes back to
you in a very welcome way.

Speaker 15 (12:53):
Your day is a 7.

Speaker 18 (12:54):
Gemini, something you said in passing gets to the wrong person,
so watch what you share and with whom.

Speaker 15 (12:59):
Your day's a six.

Speaker 16 (13:00):
Cancer, trust the feeling you have about someone new in
your circle. Your read on people is rarely off. Your
day's an eight.

Speaker 18 (13:06):
And finally, Leo, your generosity and natural warmth makes.

Speaker 10 (13:10):
Someone fall for you a little more today.

Speaker 14 (13:12):
How lovely.

Speaker 10 (13:13):
Your day's a nine, and those are your Monday Morning Horoscopes.

Speaker 12 (13:15):
All right, I have to admit what I just sent
a text to Nate about. You said, happy birthday, Andrew Lincoln.

Speaker 7 (13:21):
Yes.

Speaker 12 (13:22):
I'm like, I'm sorry, who's Andrew Lincoln?

Speaker 15 (13:25):
He said, Walking Dead.

Speaker 5 (13:27):
I never watched Walking Dead.

Speaker 6 (13:29):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
So isn't it funny how everyone thinks he's such a superstar?
I've never heard of him.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
Is that bad?

Speaker 15 (13:35):
No.

Speaker 5 (13:36):
Is it awful?

Speaker 4 (13:37):
I don't know who Andrew Lincoln is.

Speaker 15 (13:39):
You don't know everyone.

Speaker 5 (13:41):
Scary, did you know who Andrew Lincoln was? I did not.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Okay, I'm not alone.

Speaker 5 (13:44):
I thought it was like a descendant of Abraham Lincoln.
Like maybe the great, great, great grandson.

Speaker 15 (13:48):
God bless America.

Speaker 4 (13:49):
It's the great, great grandson of Abraham Lincoln.

Speaker 15 (13:53):
Can't believe you didn't know who he was. That's crazy.

Speaker 4 (13:56):
Okay uh daniel what do you have coming.

Speaker 15 (13:59):
Up uh tom holland has a new title and lady
gaga is a mommy.

We're back.

Speaker 12 (14:28):
We went to the Bahamas for a few days. For work,
as we said. We had to go.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
We didn't have a choice. Didn't we get fired because
we didn't want to go to the Bahamas? Okay, we'll go.

Speaker 6 (14:38):
We'll go.

Speaker 5 (14:40):
Damn it.

Speaker 12 (14:41):
Okay, we'll eat the lobster. All right, we'll drink the cocktails.
Spicy margaritas, right, Danielle?

Speaker 15 (14:48):
Oh my gosh, they were so good.

Speaker 4 (14:49):
How many spicy margaritas did you have this past weekend?

Speaker 15 (14:51):
I don't know, but that's all I drank. So every
time we went somewhere, everyone was ordering. I was like,
spicy margarita. Would you like another one?

Speaker 8 (14:57):
Yes.

Speaker 15 (14:57):
Would you like another one?

Speaker 1 (14:58):
Sure.

Speaker 4 (14:59):
It was a lot of fun.

Speaker 5 (15:00):
It was great.

Speaker 4 (15:01):
But I have to tell you something.

Speaker 12 (15:02):
And you can actually find a few, if you go
to Instagram, you can find a few accounts that address this.

Speaker 14 (15:08):
Ready? Ready?

Speaker 12 (15:09):
Hot guys reading books in public. You know, there's a lot. Actually,
in New York City, we have hot guys reading books
on trains. So a hot guy sits down, opens a
book on a subway train here in New York, and
someone will take a photo and they'll post it. So
we have a hot guy in our presence. Did you

(15:30):
guys watch Nate on the airplane reading his book?

Speaker 15 (15:33):
Yes.

Speaker 12 (15:35):
Don't even talk, Nate. Just let me talk. How hot
was that, though? How hot is our Nate bodies.

Speaker 5 (15:40):
Reading a book?

Speaker 15 (15:40):
It was very hot, and then when I gazed at
the title, it was like one of those intellectual titles,
and I was like, okay, that's hotter.

Speaker 5 (15:47):
It looks like the most boring book ever.

Speaker 6 (15:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (15:51):
Okay, so, hey, hot guy, what book, tell the world
what hot book hot guy was reading on the hot.

Speaker 5 (15:57):
Air plane yesterday.

Speaker 4 (15:57):
Oh, God, I'm such a nerd. You know I like history, right?
What's the name?

Speaker 5 (16:01):
We all love history, which is hot. Okay, what's the
name of the book? Okay, the title is, it's very long,
One Continuous Fight... The Retreat from Gettysburg and the Pursuit
of Lee's Army of Northern Virginia, July 4th to 14th, 1863.
Dear God.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 15 (16:15):
That's the title.

Speaker 5 (16:17):
That's the title.

Speaker 12 (16:17):
Can you imagine if that was a movie, it would
never have fit on a marquee.

Speaker 5 (16:21):
It would not. What's that, Gandhi?

Speaker 15 (16:22):
Does that make it less hot once you hear the
name of that book?

Speaker 5 (16:25):
I think it does. Really? Okay. I think it makes
it hotter.

Speaker 15 (16:28):
It's intelligent.

Speaker 12 (16:30):
I know my loins are twitching at this point. Okay,
so this is a story about what happened after the
battle at Gettysburg.

Speaker 5 (16:39):
Yeah, there's some conjecture that the Union Army could.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
Have ended the war. Please don't use the word conjecture.
It's kind of in the book.

Speaker 5 (16:45):
There's an argument that the Union Army could have ended
the Civil War right then and there if they had
tried a little bit harder. And this is the book
that kind of digs into could it have actually happened
the way people say it could have happened. Sorry. It's
such a nerdy. In fact, it's so nerdy, even I'm
finding it a little too heady at parts. But it's

(17:07):
actually quite interesting. Well, okay.

Speaker 12 (17:09):
Text me now at 55100. Hot or not. Just say
the hot word or the not word.

Speaker 5 (17:17):
Let us know.

Speaker 4 (17:17):
I think it's hot.

Speaker 16 (17:19):
I think it depends on where it is. Like on
a plane, hot, because that's real. You're actually reading. On
the train, I get it. You're probably actually reading.

Speaker 15 (17:26):
At a bar, performative, you're a weirdo. Yeah, no, not
at a bar, yeah. And he put his glasses on,
so that was even hotter. I was like, look at
him with his glasses on.

Speaker 5 (17:34):
What about at the beach? Yeah, that's a good one.
At the beach, chilling? Yeah, that'd be hot. A little
sand in the boat. And you're right, even on airplanes.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
If you read that book, what's the name of it again?

Speaker 5 (17:44):
Give me the full title one more time. Jesus. One
Continuous Fight... The Retreat from Gettysburg and the Pursuit of
Lee's Army of Northern Virginia, July 4th to 14th, 1863. Okay.

Speaker 12 (17:53):
So if I saw you reading that on, let's say,
Emirates Airlines, that would be hot.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
If you're reading that on Spirit, not so hot.

Speaker 5 (18:02):
Agreed.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Is that just me?

Speaker 5 (18:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 15 (18:04):
No, I agree with that.

Speaker 5 (18:06):
It's so funny.

Speaker 3 (18:08):
All right.

Speaker 5 (18:09):
All right.

Speaker 7 (18:09):
Well, anyway.

Speaker 4 (18:11):
Well, back to Danielle. How many spicy margaritas did you
have this weekend?

Speaker 15 (18:15):
I lost count. How do you count?

Speaker 5 (18:17):
I don't know. Well, I don't know.

Speaker 12 (18:19):
Did you guys catch it when she was singing to us?
Did you hear what she was singing?

Speaker 1 (18:24):
No.

Speaker 5 (18:24):
This is Danielle right here.

Speaker 21 (18:26):
Give me one margarita, I'ma open my lid.

Speaker 15 (18:28):
Give me two margaritas, I'ma get it. Give me three margaritas,
I'ma put it. Give me four margaritas, I'ma put it.
Give me four margaritas, I'ma get it.

Speaker 4 (18:39):
So according to that song, at least you did, you'd
had at least four margaritas, we know that.

Speaker 15 (18:44):
Oh my gosh, oh my gosh.

Speaker 5 (18:47):
All right, all right, let's get into the Danielle report.

Speaker 8 (18:50):
All right.

Speaker 5 (18:50):
Sincere.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
Give me one margarita, I'll do the Danielle report.

Speaker 15 (18:54):
All right, here we go.

Speaker 5 (18:55):
It's not as rhythmic. All right, what's going on?

Speaker 15 (18:57):
Over the weekend, Practical Magic 2 came in at number one,
bringing in $ 30 million. So, congratulations. It is a fantastic movie.
You should go see it, especially if you are a
fan of the brand. Spider-Man now coming in at number two.
Spider-Man Brand New Day.

Speaker 9 (19:12):
Wow.

Speaker 15 (19:13):
It just ended its six-week run at number one. So
you can still say congratulations because the damn movie's doing
really well. Ah, we found a movie that is based
on Nate.

Speaker 22 (19:25):
Oh.

Speaker 15 (19:25):
Taryn Edgerton is in it, and it is called Everybody
Wants to Bleep Me.

Speaker 14 (19:30):
Oh, God.

Speaker 5 (19:31):
It's about time somebody made it. Wait, wait, wait. This
is a movie?

Speaker 9 (19:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (19:35):
Well, it's actually everybody wants to F me. But I
didn't want to say that because, yeah.

Speaker 19 (19:40):
So anyway.

Speaker 15 (19:40):
You just did. It was at the film festival. It
will be out in 2027. And the guy, Taron, plays
an art gallery employee. But he realizes that every woman
he encounters isn't just attracted to him, but wants to
do him. And then they become obsessed with him. And
that's what the movie's about.

Speaker 5 (19:57):
I just thought of names. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (19:59):
That sounds like a Froggy story to me.

Speaker 5 (20:01):
Oh, really?

Speaker 15 (20:02):
Froggy, that your story too?

Speaker 4 (20:04):
Everyone wants to F Froggy.

Speaker 15 (20:04):
Everyone wants to F Froggy.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
Froggy, hello.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
Froggy, hold on.

Speaker 11 (20:09):
No, I was getting something else all of a sudden.
I started getting two things, two voices in my head.
And I'm not nuts.

Speaker 15 (20:16):
Should we call someone?

Speaker 5 (20:18):
I don't know. All of a sudden, I was getting
three voices talking to me. What'd you say? Nothing.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
We'll go back to it.

Speaker 5 (20:24):
I don't know what just happened.

Speaker 4 (20:26):
It's so far in the rearview mirror at this point.

Speaker 5 (20:27):
All right. You'll love it. You missed a great... Yeah,
you would love that.

Speaker 4 (20:31):
Anyway, are you really hearing voices?

Speaker 5 (20:33):
Yeah, no, I really did.

Speaker 11 (20:34):
All of a sudden, something came in, bled over, and
now it's gone again. It's happened twice. All right, back
to you, Danielle.

Speaker 15 (20:39):
All right, well, Tom Holland has reportedly become the highest-grossing
actor in global box office history, and he's only 30
years old. His career box office total is $ 15. 5 billion.
So congratulations to Tom Holland. Lady Gaga is a mommy.
She and her fiancé, Michael, welcomed their first child together. Now,

(21:01):
I told you the other day, that her friends and
her family were wondering where she'd been, that she kind
of went off the radar. They wonder if she snuck
off to get married or if she eloped and didn't
tell anyone. But the New York Post broke the news
on Friday night, posting photos of Gaga and Michael in
Northern California. She's holding a newborn. They haven't revealed any
details about the baby's name, gender, a date of birth,

(21:24):
or anything about that. So I'm sure we will find
out more. But we do know that she's been wanting
to be a mom for a while now. And I
know that last year she told Stephen Colbert, I'd like
to do many things. All of these things are open.
But what I really want is to be a mom.
And that's my next starring role, I hope.

Speaker 12 (21:41):
So if she's not announcing the name of the baby,
we should name this baby.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 5 (21:48):
She's no longer Lady Gaga. She's Mama Gaga.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Mama Gaga.

Speaker 15 (21:50):
And we don't know if it's a boy or a
girl yet, though, do we? So I don't know.

Speaker 21 (21:54):
All right.

Speaker 5 (21:54):
So we'll name the kid Pat. You know, I don't know.

Speaker 15 (21:57):
What about Goo Goo?

Speaker 5 (21:59):
Goo Goo?

Speaker 15 (21:59):
Goo Goo and Gaga. Goo Goo Polanski. That's the last
name of her.

Speaker 5 (22:04):
Goo Goo Gaga.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
I think that has a nice ring to it. Thank you.

Speaker 15 (22:08):
Perfect. That's the name.

Speaker 4 (22:09):
Goo Goo Gaga.

Speaker 15 (22:11):
Okay. Tennessee Governor Bill Lee suggested that the Nashville airport
be renamed in honor of Dolly and on Friday.

Speaker 22 (22:18):
Yes.

Speaker 15 (22:19):
The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority Board of Commission said, yep,
we're going to do it.

Speaker 12 (22:24):
And you know what we're going to do? We're going
to rename LaGuardia Goo Goo Gaga International.

Speaker 15 (22:28):
Is that what we're doing? They're working closely with the
appropriate parties to determine how the name and legacy will
be incorporated into the airport.

Speaker 4 (22:37):
Are we stupid? Am I the only stupid person here
or are we all kind of stupid?

Speaker 15 (22:40):
I think we're just stupid and tired. That's what it is.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
We're just stupid.

Speaker 15 (22:44):
Whatever's wrong with us.

Speaker 13 (22:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
Google Gaga International. It's a stupid thing to say.

Speaker 6 (22:48):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 15 (22:49):
The Emmys are tonight, guys. The Pit led the 2026
Emmy noms with 25. You also have Hacks, which was
doing really well. So we'll see what happens.

Speaker 5 (22:57):
Love Hacks.

Speaker 15 (22:58):
There is word that there might be a Charlie's Angels
reunion during the show at some point, but this is
all going down tonight. So you can watch that.

Speaker 4 (23:05):
Like the original TV series? They're all dead, aren't they?

Speaker 15 (23:08):
I don't know if maybe it's like the Cameron Diaz,
Lucy Liu, but I have no idea. I have no idea.
The Monday Night Football, it's the Broncos and the Chiefs.
You've got Hot Ones Extra Heat tonight, and also the
series premiere of Adam's Law. That's in syndication. And like
I said, the Emmys. It's the 78th annual Emmy Awards tonight,
and that is my Danielle report.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
Hey, can you guys keep a secret? And I don't
want anyone, I don't want us to leave the room.

Speaker 14 (23:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:32):
They pay us to do this.

Speaker 5 (23:33):
Yes!

Speaker 4 (23:34):
They pay us to say makeup names like Goo Goo Gaga.

Speaker 5 (23:39):
Big money. And they pay a lot of money. This
thing is lucrative. Big money.

Speaker 15 (23:44):
We do well for them.

Speaker 5 (23:46):
We do.

Speaker 4 (23:47):
They pay us to say this stupid crap.

Speaker 12 (23:50):
All right, back to you, Froggy. Why are you hearing
voices and we're not? What are these voices saying to you?

Speaker 4 (23:55):
I just figured out what I did. What did you do?

Speaker 5 (23:58):
I used one system to connect.

Speaker 11 (24:01):
I can connect to a Jacksonville production room, and sometimes
if I'm not careful, it connects.

Speaker 5 (24:06):
It connected. It connected.

Speaker 11 (24:07):
And somebody was doing production, I was hearing something being
done in Jacksonville through my headphones, and Danielle in another headphone.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
It was my fault.

Speaker 4 (24:15):
Okay, well, here's what you missed.

Speaker 12 (24:17):
While you were hearing voices, we were talking about, how
do I say this, you being a person that everyone
wants to F.

Speaker 11 (24:25):
I wish that was the case. No, I live with
a woman that doesn't want to F me. I don't
think there's some line up. If there is, please let
me know where that line is. I'll go get in
the front.

Speaker 5 (24:36):
Or the back.

Speaker 4 (24:36):
Or the back.

Speaker 21 (24:37):
Whatever.

Speaker 5 (24:38):
Where are we going to do it again?

Speaker 15 (24:40):
We're not normal.

Speaker 19 (24:42):
Elvis Duran and the Morning Show.

Speaker 12 (24:44):
You've got to check out Macy's Best of the Season sale.
The best fall fashions are 30% off. We're talking brands
that rarely go on sale, like Levi's, Good American, and
Michael Kors. Macy's Best of the Season sale, September 17th
through the 28th.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
Oh, God. Are we on?

Speaker 5 (25:04):
Yeah, we're live. Okay, we're moving on.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
Hey, can I talk about my bloody finger?

Speaker 5 (25:09):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 15 (25:11):
You and this finger.

Speaker 4 (25:12):
Okay, it's the dumbest thing. It continues. The tale of
the bloody finger, it just continues.

Speaker 12 (25:18):
So the other day, we were on board.

Speaker 4 (25:21):
Getaway, you know, Norwegian Getaway. We were in the Bahamas.
Long story, whatever.

Speaker 12 (25:26):
And so I had to buy a razor, you know,
in the Sundry's shop or whatever it's called, right? So
I bought a razor.

Speaker 4 (25:32):
And they have these little plastic covers over the blades.
So I went to pull the plastic cover off, and
I couldn't get it off, and finally I had to
force it, and it cut my finger, my pointer finger
on my right hand.

Speaker 5 (25:46):
See, right here? Yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 12 (25:48):
And, of course, it started bleeding, and I had to
get in the shower, and I was washing my hair,
and I had blood on my face.

Speaker 4 (25:55):
It's just gross, right?

Speaker 12 (25:57):
So, you know, the thing about having a cut pointer
finger is you use it so much in life. If
you put your hand in your pocket to grab money
or something, it rips it open again and it starts
bleeding again.

Speaker 4 (26:09):
And so was I bleeding? It was yesterday morning, right?

Speaker 5 (26:11):
I was bleeding. Everywhere.

Speaker 16 (26:13):
Everything you touched, you left a little blood stamp on it.
We were like, oh, Elvis is right here. I had
a new shirt, a new pair of shorts, blood all
over them. I mean, just little dots.

Speaker 5 (26:21):
Are you on blood thinners? Because that was an excessive
amount of blood.

Speaker 4 (26:25):
I don't know. Maybe because I'm a queen, it's royalty.
I can't clot. You're a hemophiliac? I'm a hemophiliac.

Speaker 5 (26:34):
He's a homophiliac. I'm a homophiliac.

Speaker 12 (26:37):
So anyway, so yesterday on the plane, I looked down.
I was bleeding again. It's like the dumb thing won't clot.

Speaker 5 (26:45):
It won't heal.

Speaker 4 (26:46):
I mean, it does heal, but you keep using your finger.
It's the second most used thing on my body.

Speaker 15 (26:52):
That's true.

Speaker 11 (26:53):
And you kept using the most janky Band-Aids. You kept
putting them on, and they wouldn't stay on.

Speaker 5 (26:59):
They were falling off.

Speaker 15 (27:00):
Didn't you have like a unicorn sparkly Band-Aid.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
At one time? That was like, Daniel, wake up. That
was four Band-Aids ago.

Speaker 16 (27:06):
Then he just stopped using the Band-Aids altogether, and we're like, oh,
my God. Imagine that somebody had to go analyze what
happened on this ship, and your blood is wherever.

Speaker 5 (27:16):
Exactly. No, no.

Speaker 12 (27:17):
My DNA is all over the place. So anyway, so
last night... I went to Miami Slice. They just opened
a new Miami Slice in Coconut Grove. And I said, hey,
you know, get me in. She said, are you Elvis
Duran from Y100?

Speaker 5 (27:32):
What's the line we used to use? Y100 about sexy,
the sexiest place on earth or something?

Speaker 7 (27:36):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:37):
She said, Y100, the sexiest place on earth?

Speaker 5 (27:39):
I said, yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:39):
She said, I'll get you right in. Don't even leave.

Speaker 5 (27:41):
I said, okay.

Speaker 12 (27:42):
So I cut the line. I was like, okay. But
it was just me, a party of wine. I sat
at the bar, right?

Speaker 5 (27:47):
No big deal.

Speaker 4 (27:48):
So I sat down.

Speaker 12 (27:49):
I was sitting next to these lovely people, this really,
really hot guy and his friend. And we were talking
and eating and this and that. And before I know it,
I'm bleeding all over the place.

Speaker 15 (28:01):
Embarrassing.

Speaker 5 (28:02):
And he goes, are you okay? I said, what? You're
bleeding all over. We're eating and you're bleeding.

Speaker 12 (28:08):
Oh, my God, how gross. People are trying to eat
their pizza and I'm bleeding all over the place.

Speaker 7 (28:13):
Ugh.

Speaker 12 (28:14):
I mean, that's not appetizing, having an old bleeding man
next to you.

Speaker 5 (28:19):
It didn't blend in with the sauce?

Speaker 17 (28:23):
No.

Speaker 5 (28:23):
I had to think about that.

Speaker 4 (28:25):
So finally, at the end of the dinner, they said, well,
what's your name again? I said, Elvis. And she said,
wait a second, are you Elvis Duran?

Speaker 5 (28:33):
I mean, yeah.

Speaker 4 (28:34):
She said, I listen to you every morning. And now
you've bled all over our dinner.

Speaker 15 (28:39):
Oh, Jesus.

Speaker 17 (28:40):
I'm embarrassed.

Speaker 12 (28:41):
I'm embarrassing myself. All the way before I go, I'm bleeding.
I'm hoping that today it won't bleed. We're serving ice
cream today from the Scream Truck.

Speaker 5 (28:48):
Oh, God.

Speaker 15 (28:49):
Make sure you put something over it beforehand.

Speaker 4 (28:52):
You're a walking biohazard. Just in case.

Speaker 11 (28:54):
Is that cherry sauce on your vanilla ice cream? No,
we need a new flavor, red velvet.

Speaker 5 (28:59):
Oh, gosh.

Speaker 15 (29:01):
Oh my gosh, speaking of red velvet, I had the
best red velvet cake I've ever had in my entire life.

Speaker 9 (29:06):
Where?

Speaker 15 (29:06):
On the Norwegian cruise this weekend. Which one?

Speaker 1 (29:10):
Where?

Speaker 5 (29:11):
They brought us a platter. Oh, that's right.

Speaker 15 (29:17):
Normally, red velvet cake is a little harder. This was
the creamiest red velvet cake I've ever had. It was
So I took half a piece and then I said, well,
now I got to go get the other half.

Speaker 5 (29:28):
So I went back.

Speaker 4 (29:28):
And got the other half.

Speaker 12 (29:30):
The key to a great red velvet cake is it
needs that cream cheese frosting. You need the sour of
the cream cheese.

Speaker 5 (29:38):
Are you with me?

Speaker 1 (29:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (29:39):
Well, I've never had a great piece then because that
was the best thing I've ever had. I mean, that
was amazing.

Speaker 4 (29:44):
I'm already thinking ahead to lunch. Like, what am I
going to bleed on today?

Speaker 12 (29:47):
I may have to get this red velvet cake.

Speaker 15 (29:49):
All right.

Speaker 12 (29:52):
We do have a new connection, so I'm going to
play this for you in a few minutes. I promised
right around this time I would play it, but... How
many connections have you done for us? This is number 95?

Speaker 16 (30:01):
This is the 95th that we've actually been keeping track
of as far as the numbers go.

Speaker 15 (30:06):
We weren't keeping track of it.

Speaker 4 (30:06):
Let me just play it.

Speaker 5 (30:07):
Can I just play it, Nate?

Speaker 4 (30:08):
Come on.

Speaker 5 (30:09):
Here it is.

Speaker 4 (30:10):
I'm going to play it for you now.

Speaker 12 (30:12):
And if you think you know it, if you can
figure out what these pieces of sound have in common,
call Diamond at 800-242-0100.

Speaker 7 (30:18):
Here we go.

Speaker 5 (30:18):
I will look for you. I will find you.

Speaker 7 (30:29):
And I will kill you.

Speaker 4 (30:30):
I am not throwing away my shot.

Speaker 15 (30:32):
All I want to do is have some fun.

Speaker 4 (30:36):
What the hell do they have in common?

Speaker 7 (30:40):
Really?

Speaker 5 (30:40):
Yeah. Are you stoned? Are you out of your mind?

Speaker 1 (30:46):
No.

Speaker 4 (30:47):
This is a clever one.

Speaker 5 (30:48):
I can already tell.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
Elvis Duran and the Morning Show.

Speaker 12 (32:38):
So I don't know if anyone's got a football hangover today.

Speaker 5 (32:42):
I do. Here it is.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
Froggy, how are you doing so far with this season?

Speaker 5 (32:46):
Whatever, dude. Football sucks.

Speaker 11 (32:48):
I've waited all season since last February. I was so excited,
and now I can't wait for next year.

Speaker 4 (32:54):
We have a whole season of this crap with Froggy.

Speaker 13 (32:56):
How about them Giants crushing them Cowgirls last night?

Speaker 15 (33:00):
The Jets won, too.

Speaker 5 (33:02):
First time in 12 years on opening day. Go Jets.

Speaker 4 (33:05):
I'm sorry. I was into the U.S. Open yesterday. Ben
Shelton is such a superstar. Did you guys watch any
of the footage?

Speaker 10 (33:16):
I did.

Speaker 5 (33:17):
I was watching.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
On my phone.

Speaker 12 (33:19):
I'd much rather watch Ben Shelton play tennis than football.
To me, football is like wah, wah, wah, wah, wah.
We'll get to that in a minute.

Speaker 5 (33:26):
Who cares?

Speaker 4 (33:28):
But tennis was great.

Speaker 15 (33:30):
But then Sean lost. You know that, right? You're sad
about that?

Speaker 4 (33:33):
He's still a superstar.

Speaker 7 (33:33):
Oh, okay.

Speaker 12 (33:35):
He's just a super stud, superstar, six foot four of
crazy energy.

Speaker 5 (33:41):
I know he lost. Why'd you have to remind me
of that?

Speaker 15 (33:43):
Because, you know, superstars usually win. I'm just saying.

Speaker 4 (33:47):
He did pretty well.

Speaker 15 (33:47):
Yeah, he made it to the final.

Speaker 4 (33:50):
He did okay.

Speaker 12 (33:52):
Okay, back to connections. This is the 95th connections that
Gandhi has given us. These four pieces of sound have
something in common. I, for the life of me, can't
figure it out.

Speaker 5 (34:03):
I will look for you. I will find you.

Speaker 7 (34:08):
And I will kill you.

Speaker 5 (34:09):
I am not throwing away my shot.

Speaker 15 (34:12):
All I want to do is have some fun.

Speaker 5 (34:15):
What the hell?

Speaker 4 (34:16):
They have nothing in common.

Speaker 15 (34:18):
That's how they do.

Speaker 5 (34:19):
You're lying.

Speaker 15 (34:21):
I do, but not about this.

Speaker 12 (34:23):
Okay, we'll figure it out. Let's go talk to Jenna
on Line 16. Jenna, good morning.

Speaker 14 (34:30):
Hey, good morning.

Speaker 4 (34:32):
Ben Shelton, yes or no? Hot or not?

Speaker 9 (34:38):
Hot.

Speaker 5 (34:39):
Sure.

Speaker 15 (34:40):
She has no idea.

Speaker 4 (34:42):
I have no idea.

Speaker 2 (34:44):
I'm just trying to play the game.

Speaker 5 (34:46):
Okay, you're right.

Speaker 4 (34:48):
Thank you.

Speaker 12 (34:48):
Thank you for putting me back on track here. So
those four pieces of sound that Gandhi gave us have
something in common, according to her.

Speaker 4 (34:54):
What do you think.

Speaker 5 (34:56):
They are? What do they have in common?

Speaker 2 (34:59):
So, I think, like, each song or sound clip is
talking about something that they're going to do or want
to do. So, taking action. So, I'll be watching you.
I will find you. I'm not going to lose my shot.
I want to have fun.

Speaker 3 (35:15):
Oh.

Speaker 15 (35:15):
Interesting.

Speaker 5 (35:17):
You know what?

Speaker 4 (35:18):
I don't think that's the answer. But I love your process.

Speaker 21 (35:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (35:24):
That was very creative.

Speaker 5 (35:25):
I love that. But that's not the answer.

Speaker 2 (35:27):
Oh, man. That jumped out to me right away.

Speaker 6 (35:29):
Okay.

Speaker 7 (35:30):
You know what?

Speaker 12 (35:30):
You're actually a little too smart for this, I think.
To be honest.

Speaker 4 (35:35):
I'm being serious. All right, Jenna. Thank you so much.
Have a great week, okay?

Speaker 5 (35:39):
Thank you. Thanks.

Speaker 7 (35:40):
You too.

Speaker 5 (35:40):
Line two is Julie. Julie.

Speaker 7 (35:43):
Hi. Julie.

Speaker 5 (35:45):
We're all depending on you.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
Good morning.

Speaker 4 (35:47):
What do those four pieces of sound have in common?

Speaker 1 (35:50):
Well, I'm going to say stalker slash obsession.

Speaker 4 (35:55):
Stalker slash obsession.

Speaker 15 (35:57):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (35:58):
Nowhere near the answer.

Speaker 12 (36:00):
But, again, but you have to agree, Julie's answer is
well thought out, and it could have been, but.

Speaker 5 (36:07):
That's not the answer she's looking for.

Speaker 1 (36:08):
Oh, thank you, guys.

Speaker 5 (36:11):
We have very, very smart people listening today.

Speaker 6 (36:13):
Yeah, these are good.

Speaker 5 (36:14):
Thank you, Julie. Have a great day. Thanks for listening
to me.

Speaker 8 (36:16):
You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
Have a great day.

Speaker 5 (36:17):
You too.

Speaker 4 (36:18):
Line 13 is Jason from Cleveland. Hello, Jason.

Speaker 3 (36:22):
Hello.

Speaker 2 (36:23):
How are you doing this morning?

Speaker 4 (36:24):
Well, I'll be better.

Speaker 12 (36:27):
If you give me the answer we're looking for, let
me give these pieces of sound to you one more time.
These four pieces of sound have something in common.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
I will look for you.

Speaker 5 (36:37):
I will find you. And I will kill you.

Speaker 4 (36:41):
I am not throwing away my shot.

Speaker 15 (36:44):
All I want to do is have some fun.

Speaker 5 (36:48):
All right.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
What is your answer? What do they have in common?

Speaker 17 (36:51):
All right.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
So I'm going to say before becoming.

Speaker 14 (36:55):
famous actors or singers they were school teachers before before
getting famous.

Speaker 4 (37:01):
Huh good going okay give us give us a first
of all who are these people all.

Speaker 16 (37:11):
Right so it was first it was sting then liam
neeson then lin-manuel miranda and then cheryl crowe So Sting
was a teacher for two years at St. Paul's First
School in Northumberland. He was also a soccer coach before
he became famous.

Speaker 15 (37:24):
Just imagine.

Speaker 5 (37:24):
Really?

Speaker 1 (37:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (37:26):
I never knew that.

Speaker 15 (37:27):
Liam Neeson was at St.

Speaker 16 (37:29):
Mary's College before he got fired for punching a 15-year-old
who pulled a knife on him.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
Oh, damn.

Speaker 16 (37:34):
He said teaching was hands down the most difficult job
he has ever done in his life.

Speaker 15 (37:39):
Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Speaker 16 (37:40):
Taught seventh grade English at Hunter College High School in Manhattan,
which was also his alma mater. Then he switched to
substitute teaching so he could continue writing.

Speaker 11 (37:48):
Wow.

Speaker 15 (37:48):
And it worked out for him.

Speaker 16 (37:49):
And Sheryl Crow was an elementary school music teacher in
Missouri before she moved to L.A. to try and pursue
her ambitions, ended up as a backup singer for Michael Jackson,
and then she became famous as well.

Speaker 5 (38:02):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 15 (38:03):
So crazy.

Speaker 5 (38:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (38:04):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (38:05):
Look what we learned today. Congratulations, Jason. Good job, Jason.

Speaker 4 (38:08):
You figured it out.

Speaker 5 (38:09):
Jason, we got to take care of you. What do
you have for our friend, Jason? Oh, it's the full
Elvis Duran apparel line. Thanks to Hackensack Meridian Health. That's it?

Speaker 7 (38:17):
All right.

Speaker 5 (38:17):
That's all we got. That's it. Congratulations.

Speaker 12 (38:20):
Yeah, that's all we got, Jason. But you're going to
love it. Wait till they arrive. You're going to never
take them off. But thanks for listening, and have a
great week, okay?

Speaker 5 (38:29):
Thank you.

Speaker 11 (38:29):
You guys, too.

Speaker 5 (38:30):
All right. Hold on one second. Excellent. That was a
great one, Gandhi. Good job. I liked it. All right.

Speaker 4 (38:36):
Can we get back to football, please? Yeah.

Speaker 12 (38:40):
I love watching tennis yesterday, but when the football game
was on at the bar at the airport while we
were delayed, I hear the guys talking, the commentators, whatever,
and all I hear is wah, wah, wah, wah, wah, wah.
I don't know who they are talking about. I don't
know what it is. So actually, who found this piece
of sound?

Speaker 15 (39:01):
I found it on Instagram.

Speaker 4 (39:03):
Describe what I'm about to play.

Speaker 16 (39:06):
It said what households are going to sound like for
the next 18 weeks.

Speaker 15 (39:11):
And there's a woman laying.

Speaker 16 (39:12):
On her boyfriend's lap just staring at the camera, and
this is what she hears.

Speaker 4 (39:16):
This is what she hears during a football game.

Speaker 21 (39:18):
Moriarty with a fly with a fly sound with a fly.
Fly with a sound, fly, fly. And he has a
fly with a sound with a fly sound. Fly with
a fly sound.

Speaker 8 (39:29):
With a fly.

Speaker 5 (39:30):
With a fly sound. Bow, bow, bow, bow.

Speaker 4 (39:50):
No offense, Froggy.

Speaker 21 (39:50):
I know you love football, but that's all. Am I
the only one in the room that hears that? No,
I get it.

Speaker 5 (39:56):
I get it. I get it.

Speaker 16 (40:07):
But the woman who made that, her name is Danielle
Joy Johnson, and she's not a huge Instagram content creator.
She got like 25,000 followers, but that video got 8
million views.

Speaker 5 (40:18):
Wow.

Speaker 15 (40:19):
It's so funny.

Speaker 4 (40:20):
So how many months of that do we have to
listen to, Froggy?

Speaker 5 (40:22):
I mean, seriously, from now until February.

Speaker 21 (40:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (40:25):
Let's go down to the sidelines and see what Carl
is saying to the players.

Speaker 7 (40:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (40:29):
Wow. Moriarty with the final sound. Final sound.

Speaker 17 (40:55):
Final sound.

Speaker 6 (40:56):
Final sound.

Speaker 21 (40:56):
Final sound.

Speaker 5 (40:57):
Final sound.

Speaker 4 (41:09):
I'm so sorry if I offend you football fans.

Speaker 12 (41:12):
Oh, no.

Speaker 15 (41:12):
They know.

Speaker 5 (41:13):
That's great.

Speaker 4 (41:14):
All right, we got to go around the room. Are
we doing around the room now or later? I don't
know what we're doing. We should probably do three things here.

Speaker 5 (41:18):
Okay, let's do three things.

Speaker 4 (41:20):
Here comes Gandhi.

Speaker 5 (41:20):
All right, Gandhi. Doing the news. Let's turn on CNN.
What are they doing? Fake news.

Speaker 13 (41:38):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (41:39):
All right.

Speaker 12 (41:41):
Let's get into the three things we need to know,
and we'll go around the room.

Speaker 5 (41:45):
Come on up in a few minutes.

Speaker 4 (41:45):
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Speaker 5 (41:48):
What's going on?

Speaker 11 (41:49):
All right.

Speaker 16 (41:49):
President Trump is suggesting that the U.S. could stay and
keep Iranian oil, comparing it to the U.S. 's recent
oil deal with Venezuela. Speaking to reporters in Ireland Sunday,
Trump said the Iran war would end after the midterm
elections and that the U.S. will get out unless we
decide to stay and keep that oil.

Speaker 1 (42:04):
The U.S.

Speaker 16 (42:05):
Currently has a deal with Venezuela to buy a large
amount of oil at production costs. Meanwhile, the price of
oil is still up after the conflict in Iran dropped
oil traffic through the Strait of Hormuz to a trickle.
About 5 million Americans have lost access to SNAP food
benefits since a new federal budget law took effect. That
number includes more than 1.5 million children. According to the

(42:26):
Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, more changes are coming
October 1st when states will be required to pay 75%
of administrative costs of running the program. The law also
expanded to work requirements. Able-bodied adults without dependents must now
meet those rules through the age of 64 instead of 54.

Speaker 15 (42:46):
And finally, we talked about.

Speaker 16 (42:47):
This a little bit, but Alexander Zverev is this year's U.S.
Open winner after defeating Ben Shelton in the men's final
here in New York. Sheldon would have been the first
American man to win a Grand Slam title since Andy
Roddick back in 2003, but he did not. He was
bested by the top-seeded German player in four sets on Sunday.
On the women's side, Elena Rybakina defeated Irina Sabalenka on

(43:10):
Saturday to win her first U.S.

Speaker 5 (43:12):
Open title.

Speaker 15 (43:13):
And those are your three things.

Speaker 1 (43:15):
Hi, this is Ariana Grande.

Speaker 15 (43:17):
I'm Dua Lipa.

Speaker 4 (43:17):
Hi, this is Harry Styles.

Speaker 1 (43:19):
You're listening to Elvis Duran and The Morning Show. Andy
Elvis Duran phone tap.

Speaker 4 (43:30):
What's today's phone tap, Oliver?

Speaker 15 (43:31):
Well, Stacey emailed and says, I'd like to call my mom,
tell her that I'm not allowed back in school because
I have excessive absence. My mom's going to flip out
because I have only one more semester until I graduate,
and she asks me every day, sometimes 15 times a day,
if I went to school. So we're calling her mom now.
We're going to make her upset.

Speaker 5 (43:48):
Hello?

Speaker 15 (43:49):
Hi, Stacy, please.

Speaker 17 (43:50):
This is not Stacy.

Speaker 15 (43:52):
Oh, this isn't?

Speaker 5 (43:52):
Who is this?

Speaker 17 (43:53):
This is her mother. How can I help you?

Speaker 15 (43:55):
Yeah, hi. My name is Linda Vassar. I'm calling from Spain.
Is she around?

Speaker 5 (44:02):
No, she's not.

Speaker 17 (44:02):
I can help you. She's not. What can I help
you with?

Speaker 15 (44:04):
Okay, we're just going through our records and calling people
who haven't been showing up for school and just trying
to figure out why they haven't been.

Speaker 17 (44:10):
No, she's been there. She goes at night now. She
did her whole program tonight.

Speaker 15 (44:13):
Yeah, I know that, but she hasn't been here since
last semester.

Speaker 17 (44:16):
Well, then I have to take it with her because
when she leaves my house and says she's going to school,
that's where I think she's going, so I don't know.
But you have her cell phone?

Speaker 15 (44:24):
Do you want me to three-way her in so you
can talk to her as well?

Speaker 17 (44:27):
Sure, if you can do that.

Speaker 15 (44:28):
Okay, yeah. Can you hold a second?

Speaker 1 (44:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (44:30):
Okay, hold on.

Speaker 17 (44:31):
Stacy, are you there? Yeah, I'm here.

Speaker 4 (44:33):
Oh.

Speaker 17 (44:33):
Okay, Mom.

Speaker 5 (44:34):
What?

Speaker 17 (44:34):
I have to admit something to you.

Speaker 3 (44:51):
What?

Speaker 6 (44:51):
The past three nights, me and Christina have been going out.
We haven't been going to school. Okay.

Speaker 17 (44:55):
You know what? Now, I am done with this, okay?
Because you made us go crazy with this. It's nighttime.

Speaker 6 (45:00):
If they throw me out of school, whatever.

Speaker 17 (45:03):
I'll just work.

Speaker 6 (45:04):
At a bar at night or something like that.

Speaker 14 (45:06):
Excuse me.

Speaker 17 (45:07):
You have been lying to me, number one. That's the
first place. Number two, what do you think you're doing?
You went to all this trouble.

Speaker 6 (45:13):
Mommy, I don't need a degree. I don't need a degree.
I don't need a certificate. I'll be fine.

Speaker 17 (45:17):
I'll be fine. Why are you lying to me? Why
would you lie to me? Why would you not go
to school with her? Okay, that girl is no longer
going to live in my house. What's it going to be?
Two little liars together?

Speaker 6 (45:28):
No, listen, listen. I swear, I'll go get a job
at like a bar. They make really good money, bartenders.
And I'm pretty, too.

Speaker 17 (45:34):
I don't think so. Excuse me. I'm not paying $ 30, 000
for a bartending job. Ma, come on.

Speaker 15 (45:41):
Are we nuts here today?

Speaker 14 (45:42):
Excuse me.

Speaker 6 (45:43):
Why do I need a degree?

Speaker 8 (45:44):
Come on.

Speaker 17 (45:45):
Excuse me. You are going to go for a certificate interview.
What happens to that?

Speaker 6 (45:48):
Mommy, I'll depend on my husband, my boyfriend, for the
rest of my life.

Speaker 17 (45:53):
Are you nuts? Come on. Are you in drugs?

Speaker 5 (45:56):
No.

Speaker 17 (45:56):
Why would I be on drugs? You're going to depend
on your husband for the rest of your life.

Speaker 1 (45:59):
What is this?

Speaker 17 (46:00):
This is a misindependent girl.

Speaker 6 (46:01):
It doesn't matter.

Speaker 17 (46:01):
It doesn't matter. Excuse me. Shut up. Right now I'm
at work. I cannot scream. Listen to me. Number one,
you're in severe, severe trouble. Because you lied to your
father and me for the last two nights.

Speaker 4 (46:12):
Okay?

Speaker 15 (46:12):
I made a fool out of me.

Speaker 17 (46:13):
You're asking me questions about school. You're carrying on everything else.
And you haven't been there.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
Okay?

Speaker 17 (46:18):
Who are you hurting here?

Speaker 6 (46:20):
Like I said, I don't need a degree. Tell me
why I need a degree.

Speaker 17 (46:24):
Come on. I've been signed by myself. I'll work at
a bar.

Speaker 6 (46:28):
Are you done? I'll get a full-time job during the day.

Speaker 14 (46:31):
Excuse me.

Speaker 6 (46:31):
I just won't put education on my resume.

Speaker 17 (46:33):
And I am not having a $ 30, 000 loan on my
shoulders for you to bartend.

Speaker 6 (46:39):
Mommy, you make a lot of money bartending. Have you
ever done it?

Speaker 5 (46:42):
No.

Speaker 17 (46:42):
Excuse me. Forget it. The idea is forget it. I'm
21 years old.

Speaker 6 (46:46):
I can do what I want. I don't know why
you're overreacting.

Speaker 17 (46:50):
I'm overreacting. You lied to me. I can't trust you
because this is a huge, massive lie you told me.

Speaker 6 (46:57):
I'm not going to school anymore.

Speaker 17 (46:58):
I know that because I just threw you out.

Speaker 6 (47:01):
Ever again, nowhere else either.

Speaker 17 (47:03):
You don't have to go anywhere. What I'm trying to
say is I have $ 30, 000 that you don't seem to
care about.

Speaker 6 (47:08):
Mommy, it's okay. Just pay it off.

Speaker 17 (47:10):
How do I pay it off, Stacey?

Speaker 2 (47:11):
How?

Speaker 6 (47:12):
It's not that much money.

Speaker 17 (47:13):
Are you crazy? You're the girl who's always level-headed.

Speaker 6 (47:16):
It's not a big deal.

Speaker 17 (47:17):
You haven't seen how you have hurt me. It doesn't
matter that they mean a thing to you.

Speaker 6 (47:20):
I can't talk to you about anything because you're crazy.

Speaker 17 (47:22):
So it's easier to lie to me.

Speaker 6 (47:24):
Yes.

Speaker 17 (47:24):
It's easier to lie to me and tell me every night.

Speaker 6 (47:26):
It's much easier to lie to you. It's much easier.

Speaker 17 (47:28):
This is not my daughter. I'm sorry.

Speaker 6 (47:30):
You're really overreacting about this.

Speaker 17 (47:32):
I'm overreacting. Well, you know what? We'll use the $ 30, 000
loan under your name. Let's see how you overreact because
I'm not paying it.

Speaker 6 (47:39):
Mommy, it's just not.

Speaker 15 (47:40):
I told you.

Speaker 6 (47:41):
School is not for me. It's really not for you.

Speaker 1 (47:42):
That's fine.

Speaker 17 (47:43):
All you had to do was tell me that a
month ago.

Speaker 14 (47:45):
But it's there every night.

Speaker 1 (47:46):
So, honey, how was school today?

Speaker 5 (47:47):
Oh, it was good.

Speaker 17 (47:48):
I have to dress up when I go. You lied
and you kept the lie going. That's what hurts me
more than anything.

Speaker 6 (47:54):
Why don't you want me to, like, bartend or something?

Speaker 17 (47:58):
I am not talking about this.

Speaker 6 (47:59):
I can work in a club. I can dance in
a club or something like that.

Speaker 17 (48:02):
I'll be comfortable.

Speaker 6 (48:03):
I'll be safe.

Speaker 17 (48:04):
I can't believe you're talking like this, okay?

Speaker 6 (48:07):
I can be a stripper.

Speaker 17 (48:08):
You're talking stupid.

Speaker 6 (48:09):
That's always an option.

Speaker 17 (48:11):
This is not my daughter.

Speaker 1 (48:13):
Hey, Ma. What?

Speaker 15 (48:15):
You've just been phone tapped.

Speaker 17 (48:17):
What?

Speaker 15 (48:18):
This is Danielle Manero. You've just been phone tapped.

Speaker 6 (48:20):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 14 (48:22):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 19 (48:25):
The Elvis Duran phone tap.

Speaker 3 (48:28):
This phone tap was prerecorded with permission granted by all participants.

Speaker 19 (48:32):
The Elvis Duran phone tap. Only on Elvis Duran and
the Morning Show.

Speaker 12 (48:38):
You are a chicken nugget fan. The new Burger King
chicken nuggets are here for you. And they're so tasty, crispy,
and juicy. And because better chicken nuggets deserve better sauces,
they also reinvented several of the sauces and created a
brand new one. Try the new Burger King chicken nuggets
and sauces today.

Speaker 3 (48:54):
Hello.

Speaker 8 (48:55):
Good morning.

Speaker 5 (48:57):
Good morning.

Speaker 9 (48:58):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 1 (48:58):
I can't believe I actually got through. You guys have
no idea how much it means to me.

Speaker 5 (49:02):
Yeah, basically, I listen to you guys every day for
multiple hours a day. Didn't you find a Barbie shoe
in your underwear one time? No, no. They found it
when they gave me a colonic.

Speaker 7 (49:10):
Oh, sorry.

Speaker 5 (49:10):
I get those. I've been listening to you for like
15 years, and you guys are awesome.

Speaker 21 (49:16):
I love you guys.

Speaker 20 (49:16):
Thank you.

Speaker 4 (49:20):
We keep getting better with age.

Speaker 6 (49:21):
You guys are the best morning show ever.

Speaker 5 (49:24):
Welcome to the show.

Speaker 1 (49:25):
Elvis Duran. Elvis Duran.

Speaker 5 (49:27):
And the morning show.

Speaker 12 (49:32):
So I got to tell you a little something's going on.
I am in Miami at Y100. 7. Everyone else is back
in New York after our weekend in the Bahamas.

Speaker 7 (49:40):
Gosh.

Speaker 4 (49:41):
I woke up this morning in the hotel. I didn't
even know where I was.

Speaker 12 (49:43):
I had to turn the lights on to try to
remind myself where I was. I'm being totally serious. But
I'm here for a reason. You know our ice cream truck,
Scream Truck?

Speaker 21 (49:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 12 (49:52):
Well, we're now going to unleash Scream Truck here in
South Florida. Today is kind of an experimental let's have
fun with a Scream Truck day. So here at the
I Heart Facilities in beautiful Pembroke Pines, we got our
South Florida Scream Truck rolling in this afternoon after school.

Speaker 5 (50:12):
So fun.

Speaker 12 (50:13):
And we're going to be dishing out some free ice cream.
I'll tell you how you can get some of that
coming up in a few minutes.

Speaker 5 (50:19):
So exciting.

Speaker 4 (50:20):
Scream Truck is just amazing. What a great concept.

Speaker 12 (50:23):
I love being a part of the rolling out of
the Scream Truck.

Speaker 4 (50:28):
Check it out now.

Speaker 12 (50:29):
Just do a search for Scream Truck. You'll see what
I'm talking about. I'll Talk about that more in a
few minutes. I'm here with Claudia, our producer at Y100. 7.

Speaker 5 (50:37):
Hola, hola.

Speaker 12 (50:39):
Who has 10 weeks to go, and then Bambino will
be on the way.

Speaker 15 (50:43):
Bambinita.

Speaker 5 (50:44):
Bambinita.

Speaker 9 (50:47):
I don't know if that's an Italian word, but sure,
let's make it up.

Speaker 5 (50:51):
So, Danielle, you have babies.

Speaker 14 (50:52):
Yes, I have.

Speaker 12 (50:53):
So she has 10 weeks to go. So what should
she be experiencing right now that she doesn't.

Speaker 5 (50:57):
Already know about?

Speaker 15 (50:57):
Braxton Hicks contractions.

Speaker 4 (50:59):
Now, who is that?

Speaker 15 (51:01):
So that's when it gets really tight in the front
and you think like, I could possibly be in labor,
but you're really not in labor. It's like just your
body getting ready. She should be feeling the baby dropping
a little bit.

Speaker 5 (51:13):
Is your baby dropping?

Speaker 9 (51:16):
I feel the tightening of the Braxton Hicks pressure and
I always think that she's stretching.

Speaker 1 (51:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (51:21):
So if that's how it's going to be and if
she just stretches, quote unquote.

Speaker 15 (51:26):
Great.

Speaker 10 (51:27):
If that's the pain, yes.

Speaker 9 (51:29):
But from what I hear from producer Sam, I don't
think that that's the pain.

Speaker 15 (51:33):
And then lightning. Are you feeling lightning?

Speaker 5 (51:35):
Are you feeling lightning?

Speaker 15 (51:36):
That's like when the baby's getting in the crotch area
and it's like, oh, you feel like at any moment
the baby's going to come out.

Speaker 4 (51:42):
Well, that's what got her in this predicament.

Speaker 1 (51:46):
Not yet.

Speaker 5 (51:46):
I would be weirded out. I'm not a woman.

Speaker 4 (51:48):
I don't have the plumbing.

Speaker 12 (51:51):
But if I was pregnant, And I went to take
a shower or whatever, and I got out of the shower,
and I was toweling off. I looked in the mirror,
and there was like a hand coming out of my hoo-ha.

Speaker 5 (51:58):
Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 4 (51:58):
Put that back. Do you stuff it back in?

Speaker 5 (52:00):
What do you do?

Speaker 15 (52:01):
No, you do not stuff it back in. You call
911 immediately.

Speaker 4 (52:03):
There's a hand coming out of my hoo-ha. Well, we
love you, Claudia. We're about to go around the room,
and please have something to submit.

Speaker 5 (52:13):
I shall.

Speaker 4 (52:14):
To our around the room segment. I must send a
shout-out to my husband, Alex. Happy anniversary.

Speaker 3 (52:21):
Oh!

Speaker 4 (52:25):
It was seven years ago today that we were all
together in Santa Fe, New Mexico for the big wedding.

Speaker 15 (52:30):
And it was so fun.

Speaker 4 (52:32):
It was a great wedding. Still paying for it. And officially,
we were already married.

Speaker 5 (52:39):
You know that, right? Yes.

Speaker 12 (52:41):
We had the legal ceremony with Judge Titone, our best friend, Matt.
He married us in the courthouse on Staten Island weeks
before the fun party.

Speaker 4 (52:52):
But anyway, happy anniversary to you. Alex, I sure do
love you. Oh, can we talk.

Speaker 12 (52:59):
About the incredible, incredible thing that Danielle and Froggy and
Andrew did on the ship, on Norwegian Getaway?

Speaker 1 (53:10):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (53:11):
It was the three of you, right?

Speaker 15 (53:12):
Yeah, it was the three of us.

Speaker 12 (53:14):
Okay, so, you know, it was last week we were
talking about the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Every year they
have the run where they run up. 102 floors or
whatever and raise money for the Tunnel to Tower Foundation.
I said, well, I'll tell you what, if you guys
can do that on the ship, somehow, figure it out,
we'll donate $ 10, 000 to Tunnel to Towers.

Speaker 5 (53:34):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (53:34):
So take it over. Tell her what you did.

Speaker 15 (53:36):
So we did it. It only took us 26 minutes
to do it. But Froggy, explain how we did it.
It was 55, 55, what was it?

Speaker 22 (53:45):
Flights.

Speaker 15 (53:45):
Flights, yeah.

Speaker 5 (53:46):
55 flights.

Speaker 11 (53:46):
So what we did was we started on the fifth
floor and you could take the stairs all the way
to 16. So that's 11 flights. So if we did
that five times, that's 55.

Speaker 5 (53:55):
So we did it. We got cameras, we had people midway.
uh each time and we went uh.

Speaker 11 (54:01):
Five up to 16 then we would walk down and
the walk down was kind of our cool down to
kind of recover for a little bit and then we'd
walk back up again so we did 11 22 33
44 55 yeah.

Speaker 15 (54:13):
And it took us like i said uh 20 what
i say 26 minutes there will be a video i
know that they're piecing something together so it will be
there of us But yeah, and it wasn't, honestly, we
still were able to talk while we were walking up
the stairs, which I don't know how the hell we
did that, but we were able to do it. And
we were so excited because we got the $ 10, 000. Amazing.

Speaker 1 (54:33):
Congrats.

Speaker 5 (54:34):
Amazing job.

Speaker 12 (54:36):
So I was, I had my camera out and I
was like, let me follow him a little bit.

Speaker 4 (54:41):
You know, I went up a couple of stairs. We
were all wheezing.

Speaker 15 (54:44):
And then you said, I'm going to the bar.

Speaker 14 (54:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (54:48):
It's on the video.

Speaker 12 (54:49):
It's the tail end of you guys running up the
staircase and me going to the bar.

Speaker 15 (54:54):
Yes.

Speaker 12 (54:55):
Congratulations and thank you for doing that.

Speaker 4 (54:57):
And we love Tunnel to Towers. Check them out.

Speaker 12 (55:00):
Do a search for Tunnel to Towers. The story is
amazing and they help so many people. They are our heroes.

Speaker 5 (55:06):
We love them.

Speaker 8 (55:06):
Yes.

Speaker 14 (55:07):
All right.

Speaker 4 (55:07):
I feel like we're just going down a checklist of
things we've got to get done. What's next on the list?

Speaker 5 (55:10):
Oh, around the room.

Speaker 12 (55:12):
Let's go around the room. My favorite part of the show.
I'll start with Gandhi. Gandhi, what's on your mind?

Speaker 5 (55:17):
Hello.

Speaker 1 (55:18):
All right.

Speaker 16 (55:18):
So we did travel together this weekend. And I think
that we always learn something new about each other. And
one of the things that I discovered was we have
two types of people with our group. We have the
leavers and the stayers, the people who will abandon you
and leave you for dead at the airport and the
people who will wait for you if you have an
issue to get through things.

Speaker 5 (55:36):
OK.

Speaker 15 (55:37):
And it's basically divided on gender lines.

Speaker 5 (55:40):
Go ahead.

Speaker 4 (55:41):
Name names. What's going on?

Speaker 7 (55:42):
What happened?

Speaker 15 (55:43):
All right.

Speaker 16 (55:43):
Andrew, Scary, and Nate will leave you for dead if
you are at the airport and you have an issue. Rachel,
the engineer, Danielle, and myself, we will wait for you
to get through.

Speaker 10 (55:53):
And do what you have to do.

Speaker 5 (55:54):
What happened?

Speaker 15 (55:56):
Many things happened.

Speaker 16 (55:57):
I mean, you had your issues, and Rachel and I
waited for you to get through what you were doing.
Andrew and Abby actually had something happen, and Nate, too,
by the way, where they got caught up. And we
waited for them to get through.

Speaker 1 (56:12):
Scary.

Speaker 15 (56:12):
Danielle and I look up.

Speaker 19 (56:13):
He's gone.

Speaker 15 (56:13):
Oh, my gosh. He looked like Mike Myers down the hallway.
He was all the way down the hallway just standing
there looking at us like, what are you people doing?
Why aren't you guys coming? What the hell is going on?

Speaker 5 (56:22):
At the airport, it's every man for himself.

Speaker 15 (56:24):
I believe you believe that.

Speaker 5 (56:26):
We all have our own issues that we all have
to solve.

Speaker 1 (56:28):
Yeah, I know. I had no issue.

Speaker 15 (56:29):
Abby's name was spelled wrong, so that was a problem
that really needed to be fixed, and so that took
some time, so we made sure.

Speaker 13 (56:36):
I get that, but then you guys might all get
through a certain security checkpoint, and then I might get stuck,
so sometimes you've got to go ahead to see.

Speaker 15 (56:44):
Oh, you were doing surveillance and reconnaissance.

Speaker 5 (56:47):
I was.

Speaker 4 (56:48):
No, he didn't know what was going on. He just
wanted every man for himself. That's what he was doing,
and I wanted to say thank you. I had a
little trouble at the line getting through, and you waited
for me. Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (56:57):
You're welcome.

Speaker 15 (56:59):
You're very welcome. I don't think we should ever.

Speaker 16 (57:00):
Even when we were doing the Ubers at the end,
I was trying to make sure that everybody had their
car so that they could get out.

Speaker 15 (57:06):
And people were like, peace out, Danielle.

Speaker 5 (57:08):
You're on your own.

Speaker 15 (57:09):
I had an Uber problem, too, because I ordered an
Uber and a Lyft to see which one was going
to come first. Of course, then I canceled the other one.
And then guess what? That one canceled on me. And
I was like, you son of a bitch. So then
I had to wait 10 extra minutes. It's not easy
getting an Uber and a Lyft at the airport, man.
They think, you know.

Speaker 5 (57:26):
I don't like to leave women behind.

Speaker 15 (57:27):
Oh, yeah, you do.

Speaker 5 (57:28):
What? You should do. You know what?

Speaker 7 (57:30):
You did.

Speaker 5 (57:30):
You made your own girlfriend behind you.

Speaker 4 (57:31):
You make your girlfriend sit in coach while you sit
in first class. Don't start with me. We got to
keep moving.

Speaker 5 (57:37):
Keep moving.

Speaker 11 (57:37):
Froggy, what's up with you today? I just want you
to know Elvis needs a jackass.

Speaker 5 (57:44):
By the way, this is the worst around the room ever.

Speaker 15 (57:46):
You're just realizing this now?

Speaker 11 (57:48):
So we went to dinner on Thursday night, and Elvis
was very generous and gave the server a very nice tip.
He was very nice to her. He took very good
care of her. She was very happy. She even walked
outside to ask.

Speaker 5 (58:01):
Are you sure? He said, yes, absolutely. You gave us
great service. You were wonderful.

Speaker 11 (58:04):
Thank you so much. Nate looks at her and goes, oh,
don't worry about it. He's got deep pockets. He's got
plenty of money. You just let him give you whatever
he wants. I'm like, Nate, you're a jackass.

Speaker 4 (58:13):
You are a jackass.

Speaker 15 (58:14):
What kind of person says that?

Speaker 5 (58:16):
I'm a jackass. Okay, so Elvis is very, very, very,
very generous to the point where.

Speaker 12 (58:21):
And this is why I'm out of money. This is
why Chase Bank called me and said, stop spending money.

Speaker 4 (58:24):
You're out of money.

Speaker 5 (58:25):
Exactly, because when you look as a server, you see
the amount that you left as a tip. You assume
you made a mistake. So she was just clarifying, so
I had to make her at ease and let her
know that you did indeed have deep pockets. That was very.

Speaker 4 (58:39):
Jack Asio. Asi-holy of you.

Speaker 5 (58:43):
He's got plenty of money. You said it more than
once this weekend. He's got money. He's got plenty of money.
He's fine. I'm broke.

Speaker 12 (58:50):
I'm so broke. I'm so broke. They even have a
jingle for me.

Speaker 5 (58:54):
Hold on.

Speaker 10 (58:54):
Here it is right here.

Speaker 5 (58:59):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (59:00):
Around the room, we'll go to Scary.

Speaker 5 (59:03):
What's up with you?

Speaker 4 (59:04):
Scary.

Speaker 5 (59:05):
Yeah, hi.

Speaker 13 (59:06):
You know, I just wanted to say something about the
New York Giants.

Speaker 5 (59:09):
I don't know.

Speaker 13 (59:10):
I don't want to put the cart before the horse, okay?

Speaker 5 (59:13):
Because I am that guy. I am that fan.

Speaker 13 (59:15):
You know, I'm a Met fan, too. But I got
to say, the Giants are looking good this year. Now,
how could I judge by one game last night where
they crushed the Cowgirls on Sunday Night Football?

Speaker 5 (59:24):
I can tell you, if these guys, if this team.

Speaker 13 (59:27):
This unit stays healthy, along with John Harbaugh, the new coach,
they're going to make the playoffs and go beyond. I
don't want to, again, I don't want to jinx it,
but the Giants are looking good here on week one
of the NFL.

Speaker 5 (59:43):
Okay, thank you. I'll leave it there.

Speaker 4 (59:45):
Is scary buffering again? It takes you a little while
to get engaged.

Speaker 5 (59:49):
Into your mind. You need to restart.

Speaker 13 (59:51):
Well, because there's three things that I wanted to talk about,
and I'm like, let's talk about that.

Speaker 5 (59:54):
All right, we'll do it.

Speaker 4 (59:55):
We'll give you another chance later. When scary talks, it's like.

Speaker 5 (59:57):
Go G-Men!

Speaker 4 (01:00:03):
All right, so far we've done Froggy.

Speaker 5 (01:00:05):
We've done Danielle, right?

Speaker 7 (01:00:07):
Nope.

Speaker 5 (01:00:07):
Nope.

Speaker 4 (01:00:08):
Okay, we've done Gandhi. Okay, Danielle, you're up.

Speaker 15 (01:00:11):
All right, so I know we're talking about Claudine and
Sam having brand new babies, but my babies are grown,
and my son is going back to the UK today. Now,
I know this has been happening every year since he's
been in college, going back to start his master's, but
I'm telling you, it does not get easier.

Speaker 5 (01:00:31):
You're right, Danielle.

Speaker 18 (01:00:32):
Right?

Speaker 5 (01:00:32):
Uh-uh.

Speaker 15 (01:00:33):
I was bawling my eyes out last night. I was
trying not to cry on the way in. I was
hugging him so tight last night. And he's, you know...
And then I know I'm going to see him soon. Look,
if the Yankees get to the World Series, he might
come home for that. We'll see what happens. But, like, it's...
Your parent, you know. You are never ready. It's never time.
And the crappiest part is you know when it's supposed

(01:00:54):
to happen. It's a part of life. It's how it's
supposed to work. But it's just... It's not fair. Like,
I don't like this.

Speaker 10 (01:01:02):
Have more.

Speaker 7 (01:01:02):
So.

Speaker 15 (01:01:03):
Get the hell out of here.

Speaker 4 (01:01:04):
Come on. He'll be back to see you soon. You'll
be there to see him.

Speaker 12 (01:01:09):
He needs to get back over across the pond, go
back to school, have sex with all those girls.

Speaker 15 (01:01:13):
But Spencer, I love you so much, and we're so
proud of you, and I know you are where you're
supposed to be.

Speaker 4 (01:01:19):
We love you, Spenny.

Speaker 15 (01:01:20):
Spenny McGee, I love you.

Speaker 4 (01:01:21):
You go over there, but you bang him hard.

Speaker 7 (01:01:23):
Go.

Speaker 4 (01:01:23):
Oh, my gosh. Can you stop? Don't say that to
my kid. He's going to have threesomes with these women. Mom,
calm down, Mom. All right, speaking of Mom, Producer Sam,
what's up with you today?

Speaker 15 (01:01:41):
Okay, I just.

Speaker 18 (01:01:43):
Want to thank and apologize to emergency first responders everywhere,
but especially in Jersey City, because my husband and I
We're taking a walk, and there was a gentleman on
the floor who clearly needed some help, and the ambulance
was pulling up. And they pulled up, and the gentleman
only spoke Spanish, so my husband went in to try and, like,
help them understand each other. Turns out the gentleman speaks
a little bit of English because he got up and

(01:02:06):
in some weird state goes.

Speaker 10 (01:02:08):
Bleep you guys, and just walks away, bleeding from his head.

Speaker 6 (01:02:11):
What?

Speaker 10 (01:02:11):
At the people who were, yep.

Speaker 18 (01:02:13):
At the emergency first responders. And they all stood there
kind of shocked. And us and some other people who
were there were like, thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:02:21):
Sorry.

Speaker 15 (01:02:22):
That's rough.

Speaker 10 (01:02:22):
And one goes, it happens more often than you think.

Speaker 5 (01:02:25):
Wow.

Speaker 10 (01:02:26):
William said to me.

Speaker 18 (01:02:27):
If you have like a concussion, you wake up in
an altered state, you could be agitated. It's possible the
gentleman was on something and that's how we got there
in the first place.

Speaker 15 (01:02:34):
I don't know.

Speaker 18 (01:02:35):
But thank you to all those people who volunteered to
help citizens who will eventually curse them off.

Speaker 4 (01:02:39):
And walk away.

Speaker 15 (01:02:40):
Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 5 (01:02:41):
Nate, I mean, you used to ride on the ambulance.

Speaker 7 (01:02:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:02:45):
Did you see this stuff all the time, too?

Speaker 5 (01:02:46):
You'd be surprised. That happened probably once a day.

Speaker 6 (01:02:49):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (01:02:49):
You would show up. Somebody obviously needs attention. They'd say,
leave me alone. And they'd walk away. Or you'd have
to try and get them to sign a waiver or something.
And they'd be like, get away from me. And you're like,
all right, fine.

Speaker 4 (01:03:02):
Well, that's how people are with me when I have
sex with them.

Speaker 2 (01:03:04):
Oh.

Speaker 15 (01:03:05):
I believe you.

Speaker 5 (01:03:07):
What a bummer.

Speaker 4 (01:03:07):
Like, Alex makes me sign a waiver. Nate, what's up
with you today?

Speaker 5 (01:03:12):
Okay, so you guys all laugh at me when I
give the flight attendant snacks, right?

Speaker 7 (01:03:18):
Yes.

Speaker 15 (01:03:18):
Yeah, you did it this time.

Speaker 5 (01:03:20):
You did it.

Speaker 4 (01:03:21):
You gave them snacks.

Speaker 5 (01:03:23):
I did it, but it paid off this time. Because
on our flight back here to New York City, I
gave the flight attendant some snacks, and then I put
my bag in the overhead bin. Probably shouldn't have gone
in there because it was already packed to begin with.
But it paid off giving her the snacks because when
it came time to close the bin and move bags around,
guess whose bag stayed and somebody else's got checked? Not mine.

(01:03:46):
My bag stayed even though she knew my bag was
the offending bag and somebody else's bag went into the
luggage hold.

Speaker 7 (01:03:54):
So.

Speaker 5 (01:03:55):
I want to add something to this.

Speaker 15 (01:03:56):
You know how we can never find the M &
M' s and the free stuff that comes with all the food,
all the chocolate? Well, guess what? He takes it home
and gives it to the flight attendants. He gave an
entire bag of caramel popped M & M' s to the
flight attendants.

Speaker 5 (01:04:10):
That's where the bag went. And it was worth every
penny that I didn't spend because my.

Speaker 4 (01:04:15):
Bag stays the same. You're taking our candy.

Speaker 5 (01:04:18):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (01:04:19):
And giving it to flight attendants.

Speaker 22 (01:04:20):
Yes.

Speaker 16 (01:04:20):
When he did it, Danielle and I were like, what the?
I was like, that's where the candy went.

Speaker 15 (01:04:24):
This rat bastard.

Speaker 5 (01:04:25):
That's right.

Speaker 15 (01:04:26):
And you should have heard him. Oh, this is for you.
You're going to love this. You share that with everybody. No,
he said, you're going to thank me later.

Speaker 3 (01:04:33):
Do me a favor.

Speaker 1 (01:04:33):
Do me a favor.

Speaker 12 (01:04:34):
If you're a flight attendant, text me now. Let me
know if it works. If we give you candy, will you.

Speaker 5 (01:04:39):
Be nicer to us?

Speaker 4 (01:04:40):
She literally looked at me and goes, this is your bag, right?

Speaker 5 (01:04:42):
She goes, okay. And she scrolled it in there and
it stayed. All right, where are we? Everyone in the
room is done? Froggy, did you go to bed? Yeah,
I went. Nate's a jackass.

Speaker 12 (01:04:53):
Nate is a jackass. That's right. Claudia, producer Claudia is here. Claudia,
what's on your mind today?

Speaker 15 (01:04:59):
A special shout out to my husband. It is his birthday.

Speaker 5 (01:05:03):
Happy birthday.

Speaker 15 (01:05:04):
Happy birthday, Jonathan.

Speaker 9 (01:05:06):
So after the craziness of this weekend with the baby shower,
I'm still trying to, he's like, it's okay.

Speaker 15 (01:05:11):
I know I'm second now. And I'm like, no, no, no, no.
We're going to figure out what to do.

Speaker 9 (01:05:15):
So his mom and I are working on something. And
then hopefully just keep a little cake and just have
family over.

Speaker 12 (01:05:20):
Is that how it is when a baby comes along,
the husband feels rejection?

Speaker 5 (01:05:25):
Rejection.

Speaker 9 (01:05:26):
Well, I think it was so close to the baby
shower that we were so focused on the shower that
we didn't focus on doing something over the weekend with
his friends for his birthday like.

Speaker 10 (01:05:35):
We usually do.

Speaker 5 (01:05:36):
Go home.

Speaker 4 (01:05:36):
Make out with your husband.

Speaker 15 (01:05:37):
There you go.

Speaker 5 (01:05:40):
All right.

Speaker 4 (01:05:40):
So we went around the room. Did everyone participate?

Speaker 5 (01:05:43):
Are we good? Yeah, we're good. Can I do it
around the room?

Speaker 4 (01:05:44):
Can I tell you about my least favorite moment of
us hanging out in the Bahamas?

Speaker 7 (01:05:48):
Oh, Lord.

Speaker 4 (01:05:49):
We were on board Getaway, Norwegian Cruise Line Getaway in
the Bahamas.

Speaker 5 (01:05:52):
Lovely.

Speaker 12 (01:05:53):
We had such a great time on that ship, except
in the casino, Nate was over there playing blackjack.

Speaker 4 (01:06:00):
Who else was at the table?

Speaker 5 (01:06:01):
Scary was there.

Speaker 1 (01:06:02):
I was there.

Speaker 5 (01:06:03):
Gandhi was there.

Speaker 4 (01:06:05):
And there was this, just a total trash bag of
a woman sitting next to Nate. Just a, Just a slimy,
awful human being.

Speaker 5 (01:06:14):
Was she British?

Speaker 12 (01:06:16):
She was actually British, yes. That's not my problem with her.
Tell her what she did to me. And I just
wanted to throw her overboard.

Speaker 5 (01:06:24):
Okay, so you loaned me some money earlier in the day,
and I was trying to pay you back at the table.
So I'm handing you money. And she oversees this, and
she goes, Oh.

Speaker 15 (01:06:34):
That's great.

Speaker 5 (01:06:35):
Your son wants to play with you.

Speaker 4 (01:06:37):
Why don't you sit down and play with your son?

Speaker 7 (01:06:39):
Ha!

Speaker 5 (01:06:42):
And I was going, I'm not his dad. I said,
you look like his father.

Speaker 4 (01:06:49):
And I looked at her and I said, you are
such a sleazebag.

Speaker 5 (01:06:55):
I've never seen you do something.

Speaker 4 (01:06:57):
Like that in my life. She got mad at me.

Speaker 5 (01:06:59):
She did.

Speaker 4 (01:06:59):
She was like, get.

Speaker 5 (01:07:00):
Away from the table.

Speaker 4 (01:07:01):
We're trying to play the game.

Speaker 15 (01:07:03):
Tell your dad to leave us alone.

Speaker 5 (01:07:05):
F you. The best was.

Speaker 16 (01:07:07):
You then did another circle back while we were playing
and then you yelled from behind us, Bad vibes.

Speaker 5 (01:07:13):
That's right.

Speaker 15 (01:07:15):
Over the roulette table.

Speaker 5 (01:07:16):
We heard you. And you were like, bad vibes. And
then you stormed off. Bad vibes from that brat over there.
And the crappy thing was, you were the good luck
charm because the only hand I wanted that entire table
was the one hand you were present for.

Speaker 4 (01:07:30):
And I'm like, please come back. But what a stupid wench.
I mean, I wanted to look at her and go,
you know, we won that tea party thing. That was us.

Speaker 15 (01:07:38):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 1 (01:07:39):
Next time.

Speaker 15 (01:07:39):
Next time you have.

Speaker 5 (01:07:40):
A good one.

Speaker 4 (01:07:41):
I'm ready to go.

Speaker 17 (01:07:42):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 4 (01:07:43):
My father so upset with me.

Speaker 5 (01:07:44):
Then he vanished into the night.

Speaker 1 (01:07:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:07:47):
When did all this go? Bad vibes.

Speaker 4 (01:07:50):
Just hated her. Bad vibes.

Speaker 5 (01:07:52):
I looked right at her. I pointed my finger. Bad vibes. You.

Speaker 15 (01:07:56):
We were dying. We're like, what? Did he just yell
and wander off?

Speaker 4 (01:08:00):
People like that. I mean, I call them out. I
got to let them know.

Speaker 15 (01:08:05):
Let them know.

Speaker 4 (01:08:06):
Bad vibes.

Speaker 5 (01:08:09):
I think we were drinking a little bit.

Speaker 4 (01:08:11):
Yeah. We got to take a break.

Speaker 12 (01:08:13):
Hey, if you're here in South Florida, the Scream Truck,
we're about to open it up. And I want to
talk about it.

Speaker 5 (01:08:20):
That's right.

Speaker 4 (01:08:21):
When radio doesn't work out for me, I'm going to
be in the ice cream truck business.

Speaker 18 (01:08:25):
Nice.

Speaker 5 (01:08:25):
Good vibes. I'm the head.

Speaker 4 (01:08:26):
Cashier on the weekends. Good vibes. We'll get into that
in a second.

Speaker 2 (01:08:31):
Hang on.

Speaker 4 (01:08:33):
Oh, there goes Elvis.

Speaker 1 (01:08:34):
Elvis Duran and the Morning Show.

Speaker 15 (01:08:37):
People think toilet paper is an either-or kind of thing.
Either strong or soft. But you know, Angel Soft is
an all-of-the-above toilet paper. Pick up a pack of Angel
Soft in the toilet paper aisle at your nearest retailer.
Angel Soft. Soft and strong.

Speaker 6 (01:08:51):
Simple.

Speaker 4 (01:08:59):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 17 (01:08:59):
I've been trying to get through forever.

Speaker 7 (01:09:01):
1-800-242-0100.

Speaker 1 (01:09:01):
I would have been happy.

Speaker 17 (01:09:03):
With a sweatshirt.

Speaker 1 (01:09:05):
Elvis Duran and the Morning Show.

Speaker 4 (01:09:09):
Lots to do this break.

Speaker 12 (01:09:10):
We've got some sound with Garrett on the way, some
new music to get into, Danielle's report.

Speaker 4 (01:09:14):
We've got to talk about the Scream Truck. One of
my really dear friends in life and business partner in life. Eric,
come on in here.

Speaker 5 (01:09:24):
Is your microphone on?

Speaker 6 (01:09:25):
Hello.

Speaker 5 (01:09:26):
Oh, there it is. I'm here. You're a radio guy.

Speaker 21 (01:09:28):
I am.

Speaker 5 (01:09:29):
I was.

Speaker 4 (01:09:30):
So, I mean, I met Eric at Z100 in New York.
And then he opened up an ice cream truck.

Speaker 5 (01:09:37):
A lot happened between that and Z100.

Speaker 14 (01:09:41):
This.

Speaker 7 (01:09:41):
Yes.

Speaker 12 (01:09:41):
Eric Murphy, Scream Truck. Thank you for letting me be
part of this and the whole show. Danielle was the
queen of the Scream Truck in Bergen County.

Speaker 5 (01:09:48):
New Jersey.

Speaker 7 (01:09:49):
I was.

Speaker 15 (01:09:49):
That's right.

Speaker 4 (01:09:50):
How many people came out and got ice cream from
us in those trucks that day?

Speaker 15 (01:09:53):
Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 5 (01:09:54):
It was crazy. It had to be a few thousand.

Speaker 4 (01:09:56):
Yeah, thousands of people.

Speaker 15 (01:09:57):
And it was cold out, remember?

Speaker 7 (01:09:59):
It was.

Speaker 5 (01:09:59):
It was March. It was like 40 degrees. Yeah, but
it was awesome.

Speaker 4 (01:10:02):
Well, so we decided, and this is why I'm in
South Florida, to roll Scream Truck down I-95.

Speaker 9 (01:10:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:10:09):
And we have our first Scream Truck in South Florida,
and we're launching her today, right?

Speaker 5 (01:10:14):
Yes, yes. It's exciting.

Speaker 20 (01:10:16):
We're going to start in Miami Lakes, actually, Miami Lakes
and the surrounding area. So that's where we'll start our
reserved routes, which means you sign up on our website,
we text you anytime we're coming to your neighborhood, and
then you can pre-order, pre-pay, and the truck is routed
through your neighborhood within an hour window.

Speaker 12 (01:10:32):
Now, a lot of people ask me, how does a
Scream Truck thing work? And You just told us. It's
a process. You just don't drive up and down every street?

Speaker 5 (01:10:41):
No. We're not Mr. Softy.

Speaker 15 (01:10:45):
Is there music?

Speaker 20 (01:10:47):
There is music. It's real pop music. We put together
some really curated playlists. We have some great music. We
play during our routes and our events.

Speaker 5 (01:10:56):
It's awesome.

Speaker 4 (01:10:57):
Yeah, so there is music. More questions for Eric Murphy.
Scream truck questions.

Speaker 1 (01:11:00):
Go.

Speaker 5 (01:11:01):
Anyone.

Speaker 16 (01:11:01):
Yeah, I remember him saying something specifically about how the
ice cream that you guys use is actually ice cream.
Tell us why you're different from the others.

Speaker 20 (01:11:11):
So ice cream can only be called ice cream if
it's 10% milk fat or higher. So if you serve
anything less than that, you actually, according to the FDA,
you cannot call it ice cream.

Speaker 12 (01:11:22):
So if you're 10% milk fat or higher, you're ice cream.

Speaker 4 (01:11:27):
So therefore, Scary's new name is Ice Cream.

Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (01:11:32):
Or Heavy.

Speaker 7 (01:11:35):
Cream.

Speaker 4 (01:11:35):
Any more questions? Yes, Danielle.

Speaker 15 (01:11:37):
Does the truck call them jimmies or sprinkles?

Speaker 5 (01:11:39):
Sprinkles.

Speaker 15 (01:11:40):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:11:42):
That's so gay.

Speaker 5 (01:11:43):
Sprinkles.

Speaker 4 (01:11:44):
We talked about this last time.

Speaker 20 (01:11:45):
Jimmy's has racist roots to it.

Speaker 7 (01:11:50):
Oh, really?

Speaker 4 (01:11:50):
Does it really?

Speaker 5 (01:11:52):
It does. I don't remember the.

Speaker 4 (01:11:53):
Whole story, but it's... We don't need to know it,
but we just know it's there.

Speaker 15 (01:11:56):
We retired the Jimmy's.

Speaker 4 (01:11:58):
We call them Sprinkles.

Speaker 14 (01:11:59):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (01:12:00):
That's my new nickname.

Speaker 4 (01:12:02):
Claudia, Producer Claudia has a question. Yes, Claudia.

Speaker 10 (01:12:06):
Do we have a dairy-free option?

Speaker 5 (01:12:08):
We do.

Speaker 4 (01:12:08):
Yes, thank the Lord. Are you lactose intolerant?

Speaker 3 (01:12:11):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (01:12:11):
So you don't want to have a poop your pants special?

Speaker 9 (01:12:14):
No, it's like I turn 30 and then all of
a sudden I can't enjoy ice cream the same way.

Speaker 4 (01:12:19):
Okay, well, you don't have to give me the details.
We'll just trust you on that.

Speaker 20 (01:12:22):
People say we should hand out lactaid during our routes
and events and then we can just, you pop it
right when you're going to eat, right? Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:12:29):
Yeah, we should do that.

Speaker 4 (01:12:30):
This is not a very tasty discussion. Okay, so either
was your bloody finger conversation or not. I actually woke
up this morning to you talking about your bloody finger.

Speaker 5 (01:12:41):
I was like, wow. I got queasy.

Speaker 12 (01:12:43):
At least not like the old days where you used
to wake up to my bloody finger. Don't ask any questions.

Speaker 5 (01:12:48):
Wow, wow.

Speaker 12 (01:12:49):
Anyway, so we are in South Florida launching Scream Truck today.
And I want to invite people to have some free
ice cream today.

Speaker 5 (01:12:57):
Okay.

Speaker 12 (01:12:58):
But it's first come, first serve because we're going to
run out of people and we have one truck.

Speaker 5 (01:13:02):
One truck. Line up. We'll get to them quick.

Speaker 12 (01:13:05):
Okay, we're actually going to be in the parking lot
here at iHeart in Pembroke Pines.

Speaker 7 (01:13:10):
Sure.

Speaker 5 (01:13:11):
And you just got to be resourceful. Find us.

Speaker 15 (01:13:13):
Are you going to be back there handing out the
ice cream?

Speaker 4 (01:13:15):
Yeah, bloody finger and everything.

Speaker 5 (01:13:17):
Absolutely. No, no.

Speaker 4 (01:13:19):
I should not be handing out ice cream with my
bloody finger.

Speaker 12 (01:13:23):
There's some sort of health code violation there. But anyway,
if you work here in the iHeart building, you know
we're here. You're invited to come out to the parking
lot at 4 o'clock today.

Speaker 5 (01:13:32):
4 o'clock, yep.

Speaker 4 (01:13:33):
For ice cream.

Speaker 5 (01:13:34):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (01:13:34):
And as soon as it runs out.

Speaker 5 (01:13:36):
That's it.

Speaker 1 (01:13:36):
It's out.

Speaker 5 (01:13:37):
You're done. Out of luck. Speaking of... Four to six.
Four to six.

Speaker 4 (01:13:40):
Four to six today. Or when supplies wane.

Speaker 5 (01:13:44):
Yes, Nate. Can you explain the science behind those little
ice cream cubes? Ooh, those are so good. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:13:50):
And squares.

Speaker 5 (01:13:51):
That I would love to just have in my freezer. Well,
the reason we did this was actually for Claudia because...
With a regular soft-serve machine in your truck, you can
only do chocolate and vanilla. We now blast-freeze soft-serve ice
cream into these really cool squares. So now we can
have unlimited flavors, a dairy-free flavor, and it's basically soft-serve

(01:14:18):
but later.

Speaker 20 (01:14:20):
So it comes out of the machine. We basically put
it into molds. It comes out of the machine. We
flash-freeze it in about 20 minutes down to 40 below.
And then we store it super cold, and then we
serve it on the truck. It basically tempers back into
soft serve.

Speaker 5 (01:14:33):
There you go. That is fascinating.

Speaker 15 (01:14:35):
Yeah, didn't you try that last time? Didn't you bring
those in?

Speaker 19 (01:14:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (01:14:38):
Yeah, they were so good.

Speaker 5 (01:14:40):
You weren't there.

Speaker 9 (01:14:40):
No, I know.

Speaker 12 (01:14:41):
People are texting in, how do I buy into a
franchise here in northern New York in the Hudson Valley?

Speaker 21 (01:14:47):
Oh, wow.

Speaker 5 (01:14:48):
Look at that.

Speaker 4 (01:14:48):
We're making money.

Speaker 20 (01:14:51):
Go to Screamtruck.com, and there's a little section for franchising.

Speaker 12 (01:14:55):
Oh, here's someone's yelling. Oh, I'm going to read the
negative ones too, Eric. How did South Florida get a
Scream truck before South Jersey?

Speaker 15 (01:15:03):
But how?

Speaker 4 (01:15:04):
I've been begging one for years.

Speaker 5 (01:15:07):
They're mad.

Speaker 15 (01:15:08):
Yeah, what's up with that?

Speaker 4 (01:15:09):
South Jersey didn't want a Scream truck. What's going on there?

Speaker 5 (01:15:12):
We need a franchisee.

Speaker 15 (01:15:13):
I'll do it.

Speaker 20 (01:15:14):
Tell that person to franchise a truck and then she
can have her own.

Speaker 5 (01:15:17):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:15:18):
Or he.

Speaker 5 (01:15:18):
Whoever taxed it.

Speaker 9 (01:15:19):
They.

Speaker 5 (01:15:20):
They.

Speaker 4 (01:15:20):
Whatever pronoun you wish to use. You may have a truck.

Speaker 5 (01:15:23):
Yes, Gary.

Speaker 13 (01:15:24):
Are they available for parties? Like if I'm having a
wedding and I, Hey, you know what?

Speaker 4 (01:15:28):
You're having a wedding.

Speaker 5 (01:15:33):
Asking for others. I want to buy, I want to
surprise everybody, buy them ice cream at this event. Boom.

Speaker 13 (01:15:39):
I want them to show up at this time in
this place for an hour and ice creams on me.

Speaker 20 (01:15:43):
I can do the nice part. The best part about
it is you can book it online. Kind of like
open table. You go and put your address and you
put your date in that you want the truck. And
then we give you times available for the truck. You
book it in real time.

Speaker 5 (01:15:54):
It's done.

Speaker 15 (01:15:55):
Now, do you have to order your ice cream ahead
of time for that? Or can they order when they
get there?

Speaker 3 (01:16:00):
No.

Speaker 5 (01:16:00):
Events at the truck. Okay, perfect. Look at that. Nice.

Speaker 4 (01:16:04):
So, again, the scream truck is not your typical what
you grew up with ice cream truck.

Speaker 5 (01:16:08):
You do reserve.

Speaker 12 (01:16:10):
And we're starting in Miami Lakes here in Florida today.
You have to go online and sign up. It's like
signing a petition.

Speaker 20 (01:16:20):
Just add your address. You're adding your address to our database,
and then we text you when we're coming to your neighborhood.

Speaker 4 (01:16:24):
And that's how it works.

Speaker 12 (01:16:25):
Now, if you don't live in Miami Lakes, you live
in whatever, Florida, you can still sign up on ScreamTruck.com,
and we'll start looking at how many of your neighbors
are signing up. And when your town has enough sign-ups,
then we're going to invade your town.

Speaker 5 (01:16:41):
Exactly. All right? That's how it works. Genius. Thank you.

Speaker 4 (01:16:45):
Did you drive the Scream truck here today? I did.

Speaker 5 (01:16:48):
It's in the parking lot. It is? I didn't drive
it here, but there is a truck in the parking lot.
Right now?

Speaker 7 (01:16:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:16:52):
Is there someone down there with it?

Speaker 15 (01:16:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:16:54):
All right.

Speaker 4 (01:16:54):
I don't want anyone to steal my truck.

Speaker 5 (01:16:56):
They're babysitting it for you. Okay.

Speaker 12 (01:16:59):
So, again, if you're in Pembroke Pines and you know
where the iHeart Studios are located, what's the address, just
in case?

Speaker 15 (01:17:06):
Yes, it is 1200.

Speaker 10 (01:17:06):
I just had it in my hand.

Speaker 9 (01:17:09):
1200 Southwest 145th Avenue in Pembroke Pines.

Speaker 12 (01:17:15):
You can't miss the Scream Truck at 4 o'clock from
4 to 6 as long as supplies last.

Speaker 4 (01:17:20):
Scream Truck, it's all yours.

Speaker 5 (01:17:21):
Free ice cream for everybody.

Speaker 4 (01:17:23):
That's right, Scabby.

Speaker 5 (01:17:25):
And thanks for coming in today.

Speaker 4 (01:17:25):
Thanks for driving the truck. Did you drive the truck
all the way down I-95?

Speaker 5 (01:17:28):
No, I didn't personally, but somebody did.

Speaker 15 (01:17:31):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (01:17:33):
Long trip.

Speaker 4 (01:17:34):
We've got a question from Straight Nate. Yes, Nate. The
trucks are big and pink.

Speaker 5 (01:17:37):
They're big and pink. So big and pink. Is that
a color that stands out to people? Why did you
choose pink?

Speaker 4 (01:17:46):
And why big?

Speaker 20 (01:17:47):
Why big and pink? I actually just came up with
that color because it was fun, honestly. You can't miss it.
It's a driving billboard, basically. The color, the truck, everything
just kind of has a really cool look to it.

Speaker 5 (01:18:01):
It's actually funny.

Speaker 20 (01:18:01):
When we came here this weekend, just driving the truck
around and seeing people just looking like, what is that?
So it definitely draws people's attention. That's the point.

Speaker 12 (01:18:12):
It's big and pink. Oh, another text. I've had them
three times at my house for parties. Amazing service. Best
ice cream truck ever. Everyone keeps talking about it. And
now South Florida, this is our first truck. Let's get
dozens of them.

Speaker 15 (01:18:25):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (01:18:27):
I can't wait.

Speaker 4 (01:18:27):
I need a job on the weekend because you know
I'm out of money. I'm totally out of cash.

Speaker 5 (01:18:31):
You're doing it today. You're going to be down there serving.
All right.

Speaker 11 (01:18:34):
According to Nate, Nate tells everybody he's got all kinds
of money.

Speaker 5 (01:18:36):
He's got plenty of cash. Don't worry about it. No, no, no.
I don't have any money.

Speaker 4 (01:18:40):
I'll tell you why. Because I bought into the company.
That's why.

Speaker 12 (01:18:44):
I have to legally disclose the fact that I'm not
a partner.

Speaker 5 (01:18:47):
I'm just an investor. That's it.

Speaker 4 (01:18:49):
And then on the weekend if I'm wait wait you
are a partner what are you talking about don't give
me that much to do I mean you know what
That's insulting.

Speaker 5 (01:18:58):
You're not a partner. You're just an investor.

Speaker 4 (01:19:01):
I'm a partner, but I don't know anything about this business.

Speaker 12 (01:19:06):
I can't take any credit for any of it. I
can't even serve the ice cream because my finger's bleeding again.

Speaker 5 (01:19:10):
Oh, God.

Speaker 12 (01:19:12):
Anyway, go to ScreamTruck.com for all the information about everything.

Speaker 4 (01:19:16):
ScreamTruck.com.

Speaker 5 (01:19:17):
Check it out.

Speaker 4 (01:19:18):
Let's get into sound. Garrett, what do you got going on?

Speaker 5 (01:19:20):
Yes, yes.

Speaker 6 (01:19:21):
All right.

Speaker 5 (01:19:21):
Let's start off with, so football was over in Australia
last week. So all the news stations in Australia were
covering it. This news station in the morning show decided
to call the 49ers by a different name.

Speaker 10 (01:19:35):
They were watching some footy game in America.

Speaker 4 (01:19:38):
The Rams and the San Francisco 69ers played.

Speaker 5 (01:19:42):
Whoa! What's a footy game? I don't know.

Speaker 15 (01:19:49):
You play it with your foot.

Speaker 4 (01:19:50):
That's what the 69ers are playing.

Speaker 5 (01:19:52):
All right, let's talk about some music that dropped over
the last few days.

Speaker 4 (01:19:55):
Janae Aiko and Kendrick Lamar. This is called So Good.

Speaker 15 (01:19:58):
Look so good.

Speaker 1 (01:20:02):
Sinful, but badly.

Speaker 7 (01:20:05):
I got you.

Speaker 6 (01:20:06):
He's sexy. I like it.

Speaker 4 (01:20:07):
I want you.

Speaker 3 (01:20:09):
You look so good.

Speaker 5 (01:20:10):
People are texting in.

Speaker 4 (01:20:11):
Yes, Scream Truck does have an Instagram page. Do a
search for Scream Truck.

Speaker 5 (01:20:16):
Back to you. Yes, John Legend has a new one
called Daylight. And it feels like daylight.

Speaker 11 (01:20:23):
Yeah, it feels like sunrise.

Speaker 5 (01:20:29):
I'll be here in the morning. I love him. All right.
So last week, Elvis, during our afternoon show here on Z100, Crystal,
who does the afternoons, received a phone call. This phone
call was from a gentleman who wants to sell you something.

Speaker 7 (01:20:44):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:20:45):
Okay.

Speaker 11 (01:20:45):
Okay, basically, I know Elvis does his travel and all
that stuff. I just have land in Florida I can't
get rid of because nobody wants.

Speaker 5 (01:20:53):
To buy it, and there's owls on it, and.

Speaker 14 (01:20:56):
That's why I can't get rid of it, so maybe
Elvis wanted to buy it.

Speaker 9 (01:20:59):
Okay, you have a plot of land in Florida that
has a whole bunch.

Speaker 5 (01:21:02):
Of owls on it.

Speaker 14 (01:21:03):
Cape Coral, Florida.

Speaker 15 (01:21:05):
Wait, so what's the problem with the owls, though? Are
they vicious?

Speaker 5 (01:21:08):
No, they're burrowing owls.

Speaker 11 (01:21:10):
They go underground, and, you know, nope.

Speaker 14 (01:21:13):
That's funny. Okay.

Speaker 5 (01:21:15):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:21:15):
That's worst case scenario.

Speaker 4 (01:21:17):
It's like rats, but owls. God, I think I would
love to have an owl infested piece.

Speaker 5 (01:21:21):
Of property in Florida.

Speaker 4 (01:21:22):
He hung up on her. Like, when she started laughing,
he was like, I'm serious, and hung up on her.

Speaker 7 (01:21:26):
Oh, no.

Speaker 4 (01:21:27):
Maybe I don't want to. I'm going to rethink that then.

Speaker 5 (01:21:29):
All right. All right. Well, as you mentioned earlier, Elvis,
happy anniversary to you and your husband, Alex. And let's
revisit seven years ago when it was official. What is it?

Speaker 4 (01:21:41):
You're playing sound from the wedding?

Speaker 9 (01:21:42):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (01:21:43):
I'm going into the vault. Oh, yay. All right.

Speaker 12 (01:21:46):
I have my finger on the button. If I don't
like it, I'm going to turn it off.

Speaker 4 (01:21:49):
Oh, boy.

Speaker 19 (01:21:50):
All right.

Speaker 5 (01:21:50):
Well, this is when.

Speaker 22 (01:21:51):
Do you take Elvis to be your husband, to live
together in marriage? Do you promise to love him, comfort him,
honor and keep him? for better or worse, for richer
or poorer, in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others,
even the Jonas Brothers.

Speaker 17 (01:22:13):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:22:14):
That was a great wedding.

Speaker 5 (01:22:15):
And there you have it. Uncle Johnny.

Speaker 4 (01:22:19):
Uncle Johnny's singing.

Speaker 5 (01:22:21):
At our wedding. We don't have that, do we? Oh,
we do.

Speaker 3 (01:22:24):
I want to take this opportunity to tell you that
My two best friends, my family, the loves of my life.
Today is the most beautiful day that I've been.

Speaker 5 (01:22:38):
Looking forward to for so many years. And I love
them both, Alex and Elvis.

Speaker 8 (01:22:44):
And I'm so proud and so happy they're together finally.
And the first time I met him, like 10 years ago,
I was with Alex and I sang a song. at
the piano bar, and he said, Uncle Johnny, I like that,
thank you. That's one of my favorites. And since then,

(01:23:06):
I've been singing it at weddings and around everywhere.

Speaker 5 (01:23:11):
Anyways, it's such a.

Speaker 8 (01:23:13):
Wonderful world that we have the opportunity to experience the
love that we see here tonight.

Speaker 5 (01:23:21):
And I just wanted to do that for you. I
see trees of green, red roses too.

Speaker 7 (01:23:34):
I see them bloom for me and for you. And
I think to myself, what a wonderful world.

Speaker 5 (01:23:51):
Oh yes, I really do, I do. I see skies.

Speaker 7 (01:23:58):
Of blue and clouds of white the bright blessed days
oh the dark sacred nights and I think to myself
what a wonderful world Yes, I really.

Speaker 5 (01:24:23):
Do like this job. The colors of the rainbow so
brilliant in the sky.

Speaker 7 (01:24:36):
Are also on the faces.

Speaker 5 (01:24:40):
Of the people going by.

Speaker 7 (01:24:44):
I see friends shaking hands, saying.

Speaker 13 (01:24:48):
How do you do?

Speaker 7 (01:24:53):
They really say, I love you.

Speaker 5 (01:25:00):
I'll see babies cry. We'll watch them grow.

Speaker 7 (01:25:09):
They're going to learn much more than we'll ever know.
And I think to myself, What a wonderful world.

Speaker 5 (01:25:26):
Oh, yes, I really do, ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker 7 (01:25:29):
Oh, I think to myself. What a wonderful world.

Speaker 14 (01:25:42):
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:25:45):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 4 (01:25:51):
Congratulations, Elvis and Alex.

Speaker 5 (01:25:54):
I love you guys. Uncle Johnny.

Speaker 4 (01:25:56):
Wow. Is Alex on the phone?

Speaker 15 (01:25:59):
Hey, Alex.

Speaker 5 (01:26:00):
Hi. I love you.

Speaker 4 (01:26:03):
That was wild, right?

Speaker 5 (01:26:05):
Oh, my God, yes. Oh, my God. Uncle Johnny. Brings
back so many memories.

Speaker 4 (01:26:12):
Most of them very good. Happy anniversary.

Speaker 5 (01:26:18):
I love you. Happy anniversary.

Speaker 6 (01:26:21):
Love you.

Speaker 4 (01:26:21):
And thank you for that gift that you left us,
Uncle Johnny. We appreciate it very much.

Speaker 5 (01:26:25):
I'll talk to you later. Love you.

Speaker 4 (01:26:27):
Okay, bye.

Speaker 5 (01:26:28):
Bye.

Speaker 4 (01:26:29):
There you go.

Speaker 5 (01:26:29):
Wow. You know what?

Speaker 4 (01:26:32):
I think owls infesting a property in Florida sounds like
a great idea. Get him back on.

Speaker 5 (01:26:40):
I'll get him.

Speaker 4 (01:26:42):
Do we need to take a break here?

Speaker 5 (01:26:43):
Yes, sir. I don't even know where we are.

Speaker 7 (01:26:44):
All right.

Speaker 5 (01:26:45):
More on the way.

The Scream Truck will be parked downstairs here at the

see you downstairs starting at 4 o'clock. While supplies last,
so be here a little early. I will be there,
but I will not be serving ice cream because I
don't have a health.

Speaker 5 (01:29:27):
A health.

Speaker 4 (01:29:28):
We have gloves.

Speaker 5 (01:29:28):
Whatever.

Speaker 4 (01:29:29):
I'm bleeding. I can't bleed on that. Ice cream is
next level. It is so, so good. Well, thank you, Scary.

Speaker 5 (01:29:36):
I would have to wear like a biohazard suit.

Speaker 12 (01:29:41):
Oh, speaking of, the story that Gaudi told me this morning,
I'm just not well about this at all.

Speaker 4 (01:29:48):
Do you want to tell the world?

Speaker 15 (01:29:49):
I would love to.

Speaker 1 (01:29:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (01:29:50):
So it is out there.

Speaker 15 (01:29:51):
There was a.

Speaker 16 (01:29:52):
High Rocks competition in China, in Beijing, on... Saturday, I believe.
And if you don't know what High.

Speaker 15 (01:29:58):
Rocks is, it's sort of like CrossFit. It's a lot
of competition. It's physical.

Speaker 16 (01:30:03):
A woman was competing and she was in first place.
And in the middle of the race, competition I should say,
she experienced what they call involuntary fecal incontinence. We all
know what that means, right?

Speaker 15 (01:30:15):
Okay. She continued competing. And as she continued, it made
a mess.

Speaker 4 (01:30:24):
Oh, scary. Don't do that.

Speaker 1 (01:30:26):
Thank you.

Speaker 15 (01:30:27):
I appreciate the help. Thank you.

Speaker 16 (01:30:29):
That's disgusting.

Speaker 4 (01:30:31):
So there's a debate going on.

Speaker 6 (01:30:33):
Yes.

Speaker 12 (01:30:34):
Because, you know, look, if you're competing and you can't
stop for anything, sometimes you may have to poop yourself.

Speaker 3 (01:30:40):
Right.

Speaker 15 (01:30:40):
And she did.

Speaker 4 (01:30:41):
But there are people very upset about it.

Speaker 16 (01:30:43):
Well, she took first place and people are livid and
it has split the Internet because half of the people
are saying, wow, congratulations.

Speaker 5 (01:30:50):
Go ahead.

Speaker 7 (01:30:51):
Stop.

Speaker 5 (01:30:52):
No, you should continue.

Speaker 4 (01:30:52):
That's so rude.

Speaker 5 (01:30:53):
Scary. Stop it.

Speaker 4 (01:30:55):
So the people who competed against her said that that's
not fair.

Speaker 1 (01:30:59):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (01:30:59):
Because she could have, that could be bad for other people.

Speaker 6 (01:31:02):
Right.

Speaker 15 (01:31:03):
They're saying it was a biocontamination.

Speaker 3 (01:31:05):
Right.

Speaker 15 (01:31:05):
So she shouldn't be doing it.

Speaker 16 (01:31:06):
But the other half is saying that's athleticism and she
is a peak athlete.

Speaker 15 (01:31:10):
Look what she could do.

Speaker 16 (01:31:12):
And people are just livid that they had to follow
her after that happened.

Speaker 12 (01:31:16):
What do you feel about that? I'm trying to ask
a question. I'm trying to do a show. What do
you feel about that?

Speaker 5 (01:31:26):
I'm asking Gandhi.

Speaker 4 (01:31:28):
What does she feel about that?

Speaker 15 (01:31:30):
I would be livid if I was one of the
other athletes because even if I was maybe able to, I.

Speaker 16 (01:31:35):
Mean, I would try really hard to pass her because
I don't want to be following up with poop everywhere.

Speaker 15 (01:31:39):
But man, you're like laying in it and rolling in
it and lifting things up.

Speaker 4 (01:31:43):
We don't need that.

Speaker 5 (01:31:44):
Absolutely not.

Speaker 15 (01:31:45):
That's a health hazard.

Speaker 5 (01:31:45):
That's a crappy way to lose.

Speaker 4 (01:31:47):
I know.

Speaker 5 (01:31:48):
Look, here's the thing.

Speaker 4 (01:31:50):
You gotta know when to like when to fold them
you know oh god and when to hold them well maybe.

Speaker 15 (01:31:56):
She did it on purpose maybe she maybe she purposely
did that.

Speaker 4 (01:32:01):
Didn't that happen to Greg T in the New York
Marathon yeah and.

Speaker 5 (01:32:04):
He found a sponge on the ground and he put
it in his butt cheeks oh ew on the ground.

Speaker 4 (01:32:11):
Yeah he did what kind of town do we live
in that has sponges on.

Speaker 5 (01:32:14):
The ground I don't remember yeah I'll never forget that.

Speaker 1 (01:32:21):
Oh.

Speaker 15 (01:32:21):
Also, after the fact, what's he doing?

Speaker 5 (01:32:23):
But I did shake his hand. Remember we waited for
him on the run?

Speaker 8 (01:32:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:32:28):
And I remember shaking his hand and then he told
us that story. I'm like, bro, you're putting a dirty
sponge in your butt crack. Shaking my hand.

Speaker 15 (01:32:36):
I mean, if you're lactose intolerant and you just have
some milk before you compete, then you win.

Speaker 1 (01:32:42):
Truly.

Speaker 7 (01:32:42):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:32:44):
It was gross.

Speaker 15 (01:32:45):
It was a story.

Speaker 5 (01:32:46):
All right.

Speaker 4 (01:32:47):
And Scary, stop playing those sound effects.

Speaker 5 (01:32:48):
Okay. I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (01:32:49):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (01:32:50):
Don't play those anymore. What are we doing next? Where
are we going? What was that?

Speaker 4 (01:33:02):
We're not going anywhere very fast. Anyway, can we move
on to something else more pleasant? Anything? At this point,
anything would be more pleasant than this conversation. I had
a great time with you guys this past week.

Speaker 5 (01:33:13):
You know what?

Speaker 12 (01:33:14):
I wanted to say that too. We all got together,
as we are forced to do at times, and We
traveled together. We airplane together. We took a ship together.
And we had a wonderful time.

Speaker 5 (01:33:28):
I was a wonderful seat mate. I got to admit,
I was a great seat mate. You were.

Speaker 12 (01:33:34):
People don't like sitting next to me on a plane
because I will not let you rest.

Speaker 4 (01:33:38):
As soon as you close your eyes, I'll start poking you. Hey, Penny,
for your thoughts.

Speaker 5 (01:33:41):
You know, whatever.

Speaker 12 (01:33:42):
But Nate and I, we laughed. We had a great time.
We had great conversation. We created some things for the show. Yeah,
we had some great ideas. Great, great ideas.

Speaker 5 (01:33:51):
I didn't want it to end. And I didn't want
to be without you people. It was crazy. Usually I'm like, okay,
I need a break. I need a weekend. No, I
loved it. I wanted to continue.

Speaker 4 (01:34:01):
Well, I'm happy you guys left, but it was a
lot of fun.

Speaker 15 (01:34:04):
What do you mean you're happy you left? You were
begging us to come and hang out with you in
Miami all week.

Speaker 4 (01:34:09):
Yeah, in hindsight, bad idea. But we do get along.

Speaker 12 (01:34:14):
People ask, do you guys get along? Yeah, we really do.
We party hard. We had a great time.

Speaker 5 (01:34:19):
You know how I know we like each other? Because
there's moments of downtime during these trips, work trips, right?
And then inevitably, bing, the text comes in.

Speaker 4 (01:34:28):
Hey, I'm hanging out by the pool if anybody wants
to join.

Speaker 5 (01:34:30):
Oh, I'll be there in five minutes.

Speaker 4 (01:34:32):
I'm on my way.

Speaker 5 (01:34:33):
You know, normally.

Speaker 4 (01:34:35):
When people go on work.

Speaker 5 (01:34:36):
Trips, they're like, oh, geez, get me in my room
and just shut the door. But we're all like, oh,
let's all hang out. We actually like each other, you know? Exactly.

Speaker 4 (01:34:44):
I'm trying to send you guys a message. I can't type.

Speaker 9 (01:34:46):
Oh.

Speaker 12 (01:34:48):
We're not going to do what we were originally doing.
I just acknowledge the fact that we're not going to
do what we're going to do.

Speaker 5 (01:34:53):
Exactly. That has been cancelled. That will be postponed until tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (01:34:58):
Everyone's like, what are they talking about?

Speaker 5 (01:34:59):
None of your business.

Speaker 12 (01:35:00):
We're going to do something here, but we've changed our
minds and we're not going to do that.

Speaker 13 (01:35:04):
Correct.

Speaker 5 (01:35:05):
Move on.

Speaker 4 (01:35:06):
People are texting in, do I get free ice cream today?

Speaker 7 (01:35:08):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (01:35:09):
If you're in South Florida, come to Pembroke Pines. The
I Heart headquarters in Pembroke Pines.

Speaker 12 (01:35:16):
Look for the big pink scream truck in the parking
lot starting at four we start dishing the ice cream
at four o'clock and as soon as it runs out
we're i'm gonna run because people get very mad i
don't really blame for that if you want to know
all that scream truck and how to sign up your
town right now we're trying to get miami lakes all
signed up but any town in in the world but

(01:35:38):
especially down here in florida we're thinking about florida today
I'll go to ScreamTruck.com and sign up and make some
reservations and get it done.

Speaker 4 (01:35:45):
So we'll see you today at 4 o'clock.

Speaker 5 (01:35:47):
All right.

Speaker 4 (01:35:47):
What else is on the list? I feel like this
is like the class announcements.

Speaker 5 (01:35:51):
That's all. That's pretty succinct. That's all, folks. That's it.
Are we having like a.

Speaker 12 (01:35:57):
Is the nurse going from classroom to classroom to check hair?

Speaker 7 (01:36:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:36:01):
No lice in this room.

Speaker 7 (01:36:02):
Lice?

Speaker 5 (01:36:03):
We're checking lice? I don't know.

Speaker 15 (01:36:04):
My arm's itching.

Speaker 7 (01:36:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:36:06):
What's up? You seem to be.

Speaker 4 (01:36:08):
bitten by something. Did you get something on the beach?

Speaker 5 (01:36:11):
I don't know what.

Speaker 15 (01:36:12):
Abby and I both got it.

Speaker 16 (01:36:13):
And I texted the group yesterday just to make sure
I didn't have something weird happening.

Speaker 15 (01:36:17):
And only Abby and I have this whatever. These things
loved us. Oh, the mosquitoes maybe? The mosquitoes. I don't
think they're mosquito bites. They're very tiny.

Speaker 5 (01:36:27):
Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:36:28):
It's great.

Speaker 5 (01:36:28):
Alright.

Speaker 4 (01:36:29):
So, my finger's bleeding and you're itching. We're a gross bunch, right?

Speaker 15 (01:36:33):
Yeah, we're pretty nasty.

Speaker 5 (01:36:34):
Alright.

Speaker 4 (01:36:35):
Let's take a break.

Speaker 5 (01:36:36):
We're back after this.

Speaker 15 (01:36:36):
Waking up in the morning.

Speaker 1 (01:36:37):
Breaking Elvis Duran and the Morning Show. Elvis Duran and
the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (01:36:50):
Hi, y'all. How you doing?

Speaker 7 (01:36:51):
Hey!

Speaker 4 (01:36:53):
I was overhearing a conversation between Gandhi and Danielle. You know,
all conversations in here are fair game.

Speaker 15 (01:37:00):
Oh, great.

Speaker 5 (01:37:02):
For the show.

Speaker 4 (01:37:03):
This is while a song was playing. This is no
big deal, really. Gandhi was saying that she had to
cheat on her nail technician.

Speaker 3 (01:37:13):
Yes.

Speaker 15 (01:37:15):
I admit it. I had to.

Speaker 12 (01:37:17):
And then you're definitely going to go back to that
same person and they're going to see what you've done.
And there's going to, there could be hell to pay.

Speaker 15 (01:37:24):
There will be hell to pay. I'm ready for it.

Speaker 16 (01:37:26):
I love my guy, Steve, but he gets very persnickety
about me cutting my nails because I have very long nails.
They grow fast and, And he's like, oh, don't ever
cut them. People kill for this. And I don't like
long nails, so I always want to chop them short.
And then he gives me crap.

Speaker 4 (01:37:41):
When do you go back? I mean, shouldn't you get
what you want?

Speaker 16 (01:37:44):
Yes, he will do it. He will just give me
crap about it. And then I'm like, I don't want
to hear this. And then as he does it, he
kind of like, ugh.

Speaker 15 (01:37:51):
I hate this so much.

Speaker 16 (01:37:53):
Once I sent him a picture of me, I just
cut him myself. I sent him a picture and he
sent back the vomit emoji. So I went and I
got a cut short from a stranger.

Speaker 15 (01:38:02):
But now he's going to see when I go back today.
So wish me luck.

Speaker 4 (01:38:05):
Oh boy.

Speaker 5 (01:38:06):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:38:07):
Look, I do understand that what they're doing is an
art form kind of thing. And they know your hair
or they know your nails. So they, you know, for instance,
when it comes to hair, I like it. I like
my haircut really short, but my guy's like, no, no, no, no, no.

Speaker 5 (01:38:23):
You don't have a lot of hair left.

Speaker 4 (01:38:24):
Let's try to make sure it's longer. I'm like, I
really want it short for summer. No, no, you don't
want that. You're not a 15 year old boy what
are you doing i just cut it the way.

Speaker 15 (01:38:34):
I want and they it's funny they know if you
cheated on them.

Speaker 4 (01:38:36):
Yeah he would know of course they do yeah yeah
because they get that look on their face like oh
god who did.

Speaker 10 (01:38:42):
This i What have you done?

Speaker 15 (01:38:45):
And if you've been going to someone for a long time,
like I've been going to my girl Michelle for my
hair for the longest time, I will say, well, this
is what I want. And she'll go, no, you don't.
But it really is.

Speaker 14 (01:38:55):
No, no, no.

Speaker 1 (01:38:56):
I know you.

Speaker 15 (01:38:56):
And I know in a week you're going to call
me and you're going to say, Michelle, I want to
be a redhead again. Or Michelle, I don't like blah, blah, blah.
I'm like, fine. And then I don't do it because
she talks me.

Speaker 1 (01:39:06):
Out of it.

Speaker 4 (01:39:07):
Where do you draw the line? Where do you draw
the line between what they want you to do to
their hair or nails versus what you want to do
to their hair and nails?

Speaker 16 (01:39:15):
It's a tough one because my same thing as Danielle said,
my style, Dina, we know Dina with the pink hair.

Speaker 15 (01:39:20):
I love her.

Speaker 16 (01:39:21):
I went in one day and I was feeling crazy
and I was like, give me all white. I just
want to see what it looks like.

Speaker 3 (01:39:25):
Always.

Speaker 15 (01:39:26):
She said, absolutely not.

Speaker 16 (01:39:27):
And I'm glad she said no, because it would have
killed my hair in so many ways.

Speaker 15 (01:39:31):
So maybe just what's best for you. Do a Google.
I don't know. I don't know. What's your line?

Speaker 5 (01:39:36):
Well, I don't know.

Speaker 12 (01:39:38):
I mean, To actually have anxiety as you walk through
the door knowing, okay, it's about to go down.

Speaker 4 (01:39:44):
I'm going to get yelled at.

Speaker 7 (01:39:45):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (01:39:46):
It shouldn't be.

Speaker 4 (01:39:46):
That way, should it?

Speaker 5 (01:39:47):
No.

Speaker 15 (01:39:48):
I'm ready for it. But they are very honest. Like,
Dina cuts Preston and Spencer's hair, right? So Preston always
wants this thing. And Preston's hair is straight. He didn't
have any way of nothing. So Dina's very honest. She's like,
I'm so happy you like that, but it is not
going to do that. Your hair is not going to
do this. So she's like, let's compromise. Let's find something

(01:40:10):
maybe in the middle that it might do. So I
guess that's a good thing to do if they want
to do a compromise. But when they tell you straight out, no.
That ain't happening. Like, then I'm just like, well, wait
a minute.

Speaker 5 (01:40:20):
I kind of want to try it.

Speaker 4 (01:40:21):
So we should just trust them. We should trust them. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:40:24):
They're there to do more than just like mow the lawn.
They're there to like do something that's very personalized.

Speaker 11 (01:40:29):
If you and I go in and say, we want braids,
they're going to go like, you ain't got enough hair
to braid. They're going to tell me, you better find
something else you like. I mean, so they got to
be honest with you at some point.

Speaker 16 (01:40:39):
But I feel like we should pay attention to this
because they are the professionals, so they know what they're doing.
And when it comes to things like plastic surgery, how
many times have we seen people went to a plastic surgeon?
The surgeon said, no, I'm not going to do that.
This is not a good idea. They went somewhere else,
got it done.

Speaker 5 (01:40:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 15 (01:40:53):
And then they died. At least your hair, though, like
rose back. This is an easy thing. If you die,
you can't get back.

Speaker 13 (01:40:58):
You're not the boss of me. My hairstylist does this.
She's like, I know what's right for you. You look
better with long hair. And I'm like, no, I don't.

Speaker 5 (01:41:07):
I look like 30 years older with long hair.

Speaker 4 (01:41:09):
So I want it chopped off.

Speaker 13 (01:41:10):
And she stalks me on Instagram saying, To make sure
that I didn't cheat on her.

Speaker 4 (01:41:14):
You see, I think that's too much. You know, am
I crazy?

Speaker 15 (01:41:18):
That is a lie.

Speaker 4 (01:41:19):
I mean, look, I know, like I said, there's a line.

Speaker 5 (01:41:21):
I understand.

Speaker 4 (01:41:22):
We want to listen to their consult.

Speaker 15 (01:41:24):
But.

Speaker 4 (01:41:25):
And we'll listen. What about you, Nate? I was punished
one time.

Speaker 15 (01:41:29):
Is that what happened?

Speaker 4 (01:41:31):
Yes, I had this guy, David, that I used to
go to, and he did a pretty good job cutting
my hair.

Speaker 1 (01:41:36):
And.

Speaker 5 (01:41:37):
I was out of town for several weeks. I had
to go to a wedding, needed my haircut. I went
to some random guy, did a pretty good job. But
when I went back to David, he looks at me
and he's like, who cut your hair? I had a wedding,
and I had to look good, and he proceeded to
give me, as punishment, the worst haircut of my life.

(01:41:58):
Then you're done.

Speaker 4 (01:42:00):
And then I had to break up with him. And
I don't know if it was punishment, or he said,
I have to stop on square one now, you know,
because my hair grows a certain way. That's a really
crappy thing to do.

Speaker 5 (01:42:10):
Yeah, it really is. That was it.

Speaker 4 (01:42:12):
I had to break up with him.

Speaker 12 (01:42:14):
But wait, I'm going to go back to something you said, Scary,
about how your hair person keeps an eye on you
on social media.

Speaker 5 (01:42:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:42:21):
Okay, so.

Speaker 12 (01:42:24):
Someone I know has a doctor who she's always monitoring
what he's doing out in public or, you know, on
social media, rather.

Speaker 4 (01:42:32):
And he'll be drinking, having a good time, and he'll
go in and see her, and she'll be like, oh, oh,
I see you're having cocktails.

Speaker 3 (01:42:39):
Yep.

Speaker 7 (01:42:39):
I mean.

Speaker 4 (01:42:42):
Looks like every night last week you went out.

Speaker 3 (01:42:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:42:45):
Looks like you've been very busy.

Speaker 5 (01:42:46):
Oh, my gosh.

Speaker 4 (01:42:47):
Well, really, should that be admissible in the course of?

Speaker 15 (01:42:53):
I think it should. My doctor did that to me.

Speaker 16 (01:42:56):
And I kind of agree with it because people are
not that honest with their doctors. And it's really important
that you be honest when you're going into the doctor.

Speaker 15 (01:43:04):
And maybe they don't trust you.

Speaker 5 (01:43:05):
But that's my private time.

Speaker 13 (01:43:06):
I don't need to, just because I went on a
cruise and I needed a haircut and I was in
between cuts and I went to go see somebody else
and then she saw my hair all chopped off.

Speaker 15 (01:43:13):
No, this is, I'm talking about a doctor.

Speaker 13 (01:43:15):
But either way, no, it's the same idea is somebody
in your, that you pay for a service is impeding
on your personal life.

Speaker 11 (01:43:22):
No, because they've got to clean up the mess you've made.
If you don't take care of yourself when you're not
at the doctor's office and you don't tell them the
truth about all the crap you're doing, they got to
clean up.

Speaker 5 (01:43:31):
That mess that you made.

Speaker 1 (01:43:33):
Well, good.

Speaker 4 (01:43:33):
That's their job. Clean up my mess.

Speaker 15 (01:43:36):
But the hairdresser also has to clean up the mess
that the other person made. That's happened before where the
person would say to me, and what would you like
me to do now? I want you.

Speaker 5 (01:43:46):
To fix it.

Speaker 15 (01:43:47):
Well, I'm not sure I can fix this. I'm like, what?

Speaker 11 (01:43:50):
Remember that guy who looked like he got the F
my stuff up haircut?

Speaker 5 (01:43:55):
When you get that, man, they can't fix that.

Speaker 4 (01:44:00):
It takes time to fix.

Speaker 5 (01:44:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:44:04):
I think looking at your stuff on social media, I
can see how, look, they need to help you.

Speaker 5 (01:44:09):
You need for them to help you.

Speaker 4 (01:44:10):
I get that.

Speaker 12 (01:44:11):
The bottom line is, the end game is, you want
your doctor to fix everything that's messing your life up
and your body.

Speaker 4 (01:44:18):
I get that.

Speaker 5 (01:44:19):
But, yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 11 (01:44:22):
What if they charged you extra when you went to
the doctor?

Speaker 5 (01:44:24):
They charged you extra because you're not doing what you're
supposed to do?

Speaker 11 (01:44:27):
So they charge you extra because therefore it's more work
for them to fix you or a hairdresser.

Speaker 5 (01:44:31):
They technically do that. If you don't get a physical,
they charge you a higher, at least with our insurance.
If you don't get a physical to just do the baseline,
they charge you more in the insurance here.

Speaker 4 (01:44:42):
What's your questions, Gary?

Speaker 13 (01:44:43):
So does Charles, your personal trainer, watch you on social
media after you've canceled a session on him?

Speaker 4 (01:44:51):
Uh, he watches anyway. Yeah, no, he's always keeping an
eye on what's going on.

Speaker 13 (01:44:55):
Has he ever caught you like, aha, you're out to
lunch eating fried chicken?

Speaker 4 (01:45:02):
I am very, very honest with him at all times.
He'll go, so Elvis, how's your eating?

Speaker 5 (01:45:06):
Oh, great.

Speaker 4 (01:45:07):
We had the best, best fried chicken last night. It
was awesome. You know that's not what I mean.

Speaker 5 (01:45:14):
I know. And it's a joke. They keep an eye
on you. You used to do that in here almost.
He doesn't push it.

Speaker 11 (01:45:19):
You would have a doctor come in. You would clear
out all the bad food we were eating earlier that
morning before the doctor walked in. We're not eating that
bad today.

Speaker 5 (01:45:26):
We're doing great.

Speaker 4 (01:45:29):
What's wrong with that?

Speaker 5 (01:45:30):
Nothing.

Speaker 4 (01:45:34):
It's the same as walking in to get your nails done, Gandhi,
and you know you're going to get your pee-pee whacked.
You're like, oh, God, no, no.

Speaker 15 (01:45:44):
I'm ready.

Speaker 5 (01:45:45):
All right.

Speaker 15 (01:45:46):
My pee-pee is prepared.

Speaker 12 (01:45:48):
So I guess we all sort of agree we pay
them to keep us in line as best they can.

Speaker 4 (01:45:53):
How's that?

Speaker 20 (01:45:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:45:54):
Okay.

Speaker 13 (01:45:57):
Hey, girls.

Speaker 15 (01:45:58):
Hey.

Speaker 4 (01:45:59):
These guys are getting really high.

Speaker 5 (01:46:01):
No, no, no.

Speaker 12 (01:46:11):
Born on America's darkest day of September 11th, the Tunnel
to Towers Foundation has been helping America's heroes ever since. And,
of course, here it is, as you know, the 25th
anniversary year of 9-11. And we're all reminded about the
toll of that day, and it's still affecting our heroes
and their families. Heroes like NYPD officer Anthony D'Arasmo, who
answered the call in the aftermath of 9-11. D'Arasmo, he

(01:46:32):
spent time in the search and recovery efforts at the
World Trade Center following the attacks. And, of course, he
was the recipient of many awards and was known as
a man of service to his community. Later, like many others,
developed cancer, linked to his service at Ground Zero, and
then he passed away back in 2017. And he survived
by his loving wife, Beth, and their kids. So the
Tunnel to Towers Foundation decided to honor Tony D'Arasmo by providing.

Speaker 5 (01:46:54):
His family with a mortgage-free.

Speaker 4 (01:46:56):
Home through their Fallen First Responder Home Program.

Speaker 5 (01:46:59):
Unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (01:46:59):
This is one of the many things they do at
Tunnel to Towers. But we need to help them do
these things.

Speaker 5 (01:47:04):
It's simple.

Speaker 4 (01:47:04):
You can do it at $ 11 a month if you
go to T2T. org and help families like the Durasmos. You
can make a very meaningful impact if you donate your
car or land or whatever. Go to T2T. org. That's T,
the number two, T.org, and donate today. Save it for
next show. We're good. DJ Cream, mix us out of here.
Check him out always at DJCreamNYC on Instagram. Till next time,

(01:47:28):
say peace out, everybody.

Speaker 13 (01:47:29):
