Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello, Hello, Diamond, is your microphone on?
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Is it on? Hello?
Speaker 1 (00:07):
Wow?
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Look at us.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
Already starting off on the right foot.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
I can't believe it.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
I can't. I mean I can because it happened. But
now the microphones are both on. I love it, and
we have so much to talk about because we were
on vacation for a couple of weeks. Yeah, though we
were still providing a content. Hello, Hello, how do you
like us? I almost forgot we had to do an
episode this week?
Speaker 2 (00:27):
Oh really?
Speaker 1 (00:27):
Yeah, I was like, it's oh, it's Monday, I gotta
do something. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (00:31):
I thought about it one day last week because I
had I literally jumped out of the bed at like
five am last Wednesday, why to make sure that the
podcast uploaded because I did it like.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Way more in advance than I usually do.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
But like that's when something goes wrong when you prepare
too much.
Speaker 4 (00:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
Yeah, So I was like and then I went and
I was like, Okay, we're good.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
That's how I felt when I went to edit the
last episode and was like, why, she's a mother of god,
I put a microphone on?
Speaker 2 (01:03):
What an idiot? Also, thank you so much for caring
about our projects. Okay, that's exciting stuff. Why do I say, Okay,
of course, I don't know. How was your vacation? Did
you do anything fun? I hung out with family as usual.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
I think that this break every year is like the
perfect well one week, the perfect week of like hanging
out with both sides of my family.
Speaker 3 (01:26):
So I went down to Virginia, hung out with my
sister and my cousins, my aunts, and then came back
up here and was on Long Island for the actual
fourth with my mom's family.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
So we were doing.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
Like fireworks and blah blah blah, and I'm exciting.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
And all mosuito bites this time.
Speaker 3 (01:46):
I usually get mosquito bites when I'm over when I'm
on Long Island, but I didn't, so I'm happy.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
You said, fireworks and alcohol. What a combination of things.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
It's not fun at the same time, But when you
wake up the next morning, you're like, we did that.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
That was cool, Listen. I was so excited. So one
of my favorite things is when I'm not home for
other people to stay in my apartment.
Speaker 5 (02:05):
No.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yeah, I pay so freaking much for that stupid apartment
and I'm gone all the time, so I'm like, please, somebody,
come stay here, friends, free for ninety nine. You have
a nice place to stay, you have a fun view,
Please enjoy it. And I've been able to do that
a lot. People are taking advantage of it for the
Fourth of July. You know how my apartment is right, Yeah,
so it overlooks the Hub Hudson River, Yeah, and the
(02:26):
New York City skyline. And I learned last year because
I'm never in town on the Fourth of July, my
favorite place to be on America's Birthday is outside America.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
Hello.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
But last year, we came home early and I saw
that they set those Macy's fireworks off directly outside my apartment.
It was the craziest firework show ever. And I just
got to sit in my window and watch, like, wow,
look at this. So I texted a bunch of my
friends and I was like, somebody, come and use my
apartment for the Fourth of July.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
Got a taker.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
They came over, watched the fireworks, and they were like,
this is incredible.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Can we do it every year? Please? Please?
Speaker 1 (02:58):
If you need my apartment or this is why I'm
gonna get evicted for some reason, but come use it.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
They're gonna be like, who are all these random people.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Guess what, they're not paying me. Shit, I'm just letting
my friends come stay. You can't stop me from doing that.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Well, you know what, You're right?
Speaker 1 (03:09):
Yeah, if I were like airbnbing it, that'd be a
totally different thing.
Speaker 2 (03:12):
No, this is free baby.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
No, I'm gonna get my look back. No, you need
some money. You need some money from it.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
That is how I get evicted.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Man, they sent out these warnings before the World Cup started.
If anybody tries to sub lease or rent out their place,
he please keep in mind that is a violation of
our policy. And I was like, man, I should have
thought of that. I could have made so much money
off of renting my place out violated anyway, orn't care?
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Like, are you insane?
Speaker 3 (03:39):
You mean to tell me that if someone because people
were offering a lot of so much money, so like,
if someone offered a tenant that much money as the
management company, You're like, no.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Yeah, they don't care. They're dicks. My management company sucks.
I talk about them all the time. Hatcha worst. Like
I said, I look back somehow. I don't know how,
but this is my little hum Yeah. Good to stay
and joy so good.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
You had a good You had a good couple weeks off.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
The first week was great. The second week was horrible.
Why we had really bad storms. I heard and the
tree in front of my house fell, not all of it,
but like a huge limb and it was it fell
onto my gate, but like across the entire street, so
like I couldn't get out of my house, which I
(04:33):
loved because I was able to not come into work
that Monday.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Sorry I'm trapped. I literally was like, I'm trapped sending pictures.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
I was like, oops, can't do it unless a nice
tall man with muscles can take the tree over.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Thor show up.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
And the thing that sucked was that it was still lightning,
so the like firemen came, but they couldn't do anything
because it was lightning, so they had to leave.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
And I was like, so that's crazy. I kind of
like it.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
It's kind of nice getting stuck every now and then.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
That was cute, you know, It's cute. Reminded me of
COVID dates where it's like.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
Whole shit going on outside, no horrible shit going on outside,
but I'm just in the house with coffee, Like, hmmm,
so what we run?
Speaker 2 (05:17):
Am I gonna buy today. I love that for you.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
Yeah, amazing. Are you still on the dating apps?
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Yeah, but I'm not on them on them, like my
profile is there, but like I don't even go and
like talk to people.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
Okay, it's just boring.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
So we found out from Nate not too long ago
that he said he's done dating because he met a
woman at this party. It was a fancy schmancy party,
so like, of course, you're probably going to meet a
fancy shmancy person over there. And she wanted him to
pay for her Blade helicopter. Right, if you don't know
what Blade is, it's a helicopter service. It's basically Uber
(05:55):
for helicopters. Blade out to the Hansons. She wanted that
as a good faith measure to see if they were compatible,
if he was her type whatever. He was like, ew fat,
I'm not gonna fucking do that. That's crazy. Pay for
your helicopter. She didn't even invite him to go, she
just wanted him to pay for her ride out there.
I first of all, love whoever this woman is. I
want to meet her because the audacity, Please give me
(06:17):
some of that. But they were talking about how man
when you meet women these days, that's all they're doing.
They're all asking for money. First of all, you miss
one hundred percent of the shots you don't take. Second
of all, men are doing the same thing. The amount
of women I know who are in the dating world
now and saying guys are approaching them for money almost immediately,
can you help me pay me rent, my child support?
Speaker 2 (06:38):
They're crazy.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
Whatever it is is nuts. And we've already talked about hobosexuality,
which is dudes just looking for a place to live
and stay because if they're not with you, they're at
home or basically homeless. It goes both ways. It's happening
both ways. It's wild right now, what is going on.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
I kind of love that she did that to Nate.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Because in my head I think maybe she was trying
to figure out if she would eventually have to take
care of him, like I want to know.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
I mean, this isn't like a happy medium between a
helicopter ride.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
Yeah, but you know what, I love it when women
make men feel broken. Well, yeah, men like me think
they're the shit, Like, yes, absolutely, I want you to
know that this is the standard for me, and if
that's your standard, hey, good for you.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
I think it's a little psychotic way out of my
tax bracket. But I love it. I loved it too.
I was like, can you can you send me her number?
Speaker 1 (07:31):
I just want to like hang out with this woman
because whatever she's up to, I'm in hell and I
guarantee you at some point, Like it's a numbers game, right,
you have twenty dudes? Can you pay for my helicopter ride?
Speaker 2 (07:40):
One of them's gonna do. Somebody's doing it.
Speaker 6 (07:42):
Now, you got a helicopter, and okay, if she's lucky,
she knows a guy, like she meets a guy who
has his pilot license, has his own helicopter and is like,
I'll take you myself.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Yeah, she's encountered these people. I love that for her,
and it just made me chuckle because he's like, I'm
doing on that.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
I'm not doing it anymore.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
I'm telling you this dating, this dating thing seems freaking
crazy right now.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Horrible. It's it's yeah, it is horrible. I think like
sometimes you meet people.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
I've met guys on the apps that are like really
cool and like we could just laugh.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
It's not a big deal.
Speaker 3 (08:17):
But if you actually want a relationship or you're looking
for at least companionship and like somebody to actually take
out with you that you want to be seen with.
That's where it stops. Literally, you want to be seen ya.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Listen, you and I we can laugh quietly in secret
with me.
Speaker 3 (08:34):
It's like like it's you are not the one, babe.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
No, that should be a show. I know.
Speaker 1 (08:41):
There's like you are the one or the one, whatever
it is, there should be a you are not the one?
Any Here are the reasons why? Oh my goodness, Yeah,
I had fun on vacation.
Speaker 7 (08:51):
I was.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
I was gone for a couple of weeks. We were
in Europe.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
It was great, Oh lovely, we're back. It felt when
we were gone, it felt like we were gone for
two months. And then as soon as I got back,
I'm like, oh, it feels like I've been gone for
two minutes. No, minus the fact that no equipment in
this building worked.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
Aside from that, yeah, no, But I want to hear
about the trip. What do you want to hear?
Speaker 1 (09:08):
I mean, it was fun, it was super fun. Shout
out to Norwegian Cruise Line Norwegian Epic. There was a
trip to the I believe they call it the Western Mediterranean.
So it left from Barcelona, ended up in Rome, and
we saw a bunch of really cool spots in between.
I actually didn't think it was something I was gonna
like as much as I liked it, And now I
own no money anymore because it was.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
So expensive, freaking up. Holy cow. Brandon and I are like,
what did we do? This was a bad idea?
Speaker 1 (09:39):
Oh my god, and then we're like doing the conversion
of like euros dollars.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
It's not that bad, but it's still more so. It
was like this, mother god damn it. But it was beautiful.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
I highly recommend saving all of your money that you
could ever save in your life and then going and
seeing all these places where, by the way, like the
money that just exists in the world crazy.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
It's insane.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
The yachts that I saw just everywhere. I was like,
what does everyone do?
Speaker 2 (10:04):
Uh, what do you do? What do you do?
Speaker 1 (10:06):
But you know what we figured out and this is
kind of a fun way to look at these things.
Most of those yachts are owned by like old people
who have a ton of money and probably worked and
you know gotten it.
Speaker 2 (10:17):
There's a lot of old ass people out there. There's
nothing wrong with old people.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
But I said to Brandon as we were basically like
floating in the water with our bodies next to these
like yachts. I was like, you know, let me ask
you this, would you trade lives with them in the
respect that you're their age now and you have that money?
Speaker 2 (10:37):
Would you do it?
Speaker 1 (10:38):
And he was like no, And every single time it
was a no. And I said, that's something that we
should definitely keep in mind. It's not all that wonderful
if you can't have it until you're way old whatever.
Speaker 2 (10:47):
And who's to say that they didn't have it their
whole lives. They might have.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
But my old boss in Boston, Maddie, he always used
to say, would you trade me your youth for my money?
And I would always say absolutely not. So what we
have right now is incredible, Like youth ek is incredible.
Stop getting so caught up in what other people have
that you don't yet, because you have something that's so
fucking valuable that I was like every time we saw it,
I just kept being like, would you trade?
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Would you trade? No? The answer was no.
Speaker 1 (11:12):
Across the board, so hey, we'll float with our floaties.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Well, you guys are on your y I just want
an old rich friend who's like, oh, show mean we
have them. I need more.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
I can't keep going to the same old rich friend
for ship. No, you have to make a couple more.
It's wonderful. I want like five so we can rotate.
Speaker 2 (11:36):
Fair enough. Like, hey, so your yacht this week? How
about that? Hello? Absolutely?
Speaker 7 (11:42):
Yo?
Speaker 1 (11:42):
We saw Brandon took pictures of it because I was like,
what in the top gun fucking shit is happening here?
There was a yacht out there that had a helicopter
and a yacht on the yacht it was that big.
It had a crane to get the one yacht off
the other yacht.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
I was like, what in the what? Who are you
people who you can see onto the boat?
Speaker 1 (12:02):
No, of course not. Couldn't get close enough. We were
just kind of like, you know, doing some bullshit. Speaking up.
Two things I really need you to watch. Oh I
already told you the one Project till Mary. Oh huh,
I'm way behind.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
It's been out for a while. It's incredible.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
It's one of my favorite movies, I would say in
the last like twenty something years.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
Really, it is so fucking good. It's so good. It's
so good. Loved it.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
There's a documentary called Shipwrecked disaster at sy It is
on Netflix.
Speaker 2 (12:38):
Uh huh, please go watch. Somebody talked about Did you
talk about this?
Speaker 1 (12:42):
I was talking about it this morning. No, but not
on the air.
Speaker 3 (12:45):
Somebody talked to me about this, maybe like two weeks ago.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
Did I text it to you? Has it been out
for two weeks? It might have been. I don't know. Anyways,
it's got been somebody over break. I don't know.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Somebody talked about this without ruining too much. I don't
think I'm gonna ruin it.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
Because it was in the news. It was definitely a
big story. Okay. A ship called the Cosa.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
Concordia, a giant cruise ship, which when it happened, for
some reason in my head, I thought it was a
tiny little like yacht maybe a giant cruise ship went ashore.
It crashed basically because the captain decided that he wanted
to do something called a sail by salute, where you
kind of get close to the land and like wave
at the people on the land. Oh God, And he
(13:22):
decided to do it, and he hit rocks, and the
rocks shred at the bottom of the boat. And what
happened from that point is the craziest like, what, every
single thing that happened was crazier than the thing.
Speaker 2 (13:34):
Before it really and this is real. This is real.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
You can look up exactly what happened. People died. I mean,
it was crazy, but I just everything about it. The
captain of that ship is a cartoon character. I can't
even believe that this man exists in the world.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
He's alive, he's alive in jail. Yeah, okay, he jumped
off the ship. What Okay, let me write this down.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
And then his reason as to how he ended up
in a lifeboat is incredible. There's just a lot of
what what, no way, shipwreck, shipwreck, disaster at sea about
the Cosa Concordia. Please do yourself as a favor, Where
can I watch this Netflix?
Speaker 4 (14:13):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (14:14):
Brandon who was a sailor, he was in the Navy
for years and years. He was like, are you out
of your fucking mind? What? He was so fascinated by it.
It's just it's incredible. I love a good documentary that one.
I mean, if I could get that captain on the show,
please please, let's do it.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
Stop he's in jail. I don't think we can.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
Oh, okay, he's in jail, But yeah, fascinating stuff. And
who else I want on the show is the guy
that we were talking about in the last couple episodes.
Hunter Biden is making the rounds?
Speaker 2 (14:41):
Did you see?
Speaker 1 (14:42):
No?
Speaker 2 (14:43):
He was on Little Dickey's podcast.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
What Yeah, they had him on and I was like, well, okay,
let's do this.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
Okay, if he's making the rounds.
Speaker 1 (14:51):
When I first started following him on Instagram, he had
fewer followers than me. Now he's clearly surpassed Sam with
our fucking dude, Curtis. Curtis is on a tear curtse leewah, please,
I can't, I can't the sky. I want you to know,
like it's starting to get to his head.
Speaker 3 (15:12):
I saw him last week and I said, hey, I
saw you at the Pride Parade and you were dropping
it like it was hot, and he goes, I sure was,
and nobody could keep up with me.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
And I'm like, calm it down. Has he met me?
Speaker 3 (15:25):
And mine is no, he hasn't. Actually, you would you
give him Marina bar money? Exactly in the bar?
Speaker 2 (15:32):
Oh God, what am I gonna do with myself?
Speaker 1 (15:37):
I was when I saw him do it. If you
don't know what we're talking about during the Pride parade.
Curtis Leewah, conservative mayoral candidate from New York City, who
was also on this podcast and is quite the character.
He was up there on the Iheartfloat. Sorry about this
is funny on the iHeart float just having a ball.
That man was dropping it to the floor. He's seventy one,
(16:00):
seventy two, seventy one years old, dropping it like it
was hot, and just having a gay old time up
on that float. And what I found interesting was the
amount of people who were like, he's conservative, why is
he up there? He was allegedly stuff. Will have to
talk to him about at some point, maybe soon. Allegedly
one of the first people to perform a ceremonial gay
(16:22):
marriage in New York. Yeah, he's not the dude that
people want him to be. He's just whoever the fuck
he is. He went on a honeybun tear and now
we have a kitchen full of honey buns.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Also, can we talk about that please, because here's the
thing we spent so much time talking about him. Are
not good for you. They're like the worst things you
can eat. You're fighting to kill people. He wants us
all dead. He's unkillable. This dude is a cocka roach.
Speaker 1 (16:52):
He survives everything. Those honey buns aren't going to take
him out. If five hollow point bullets did not take
him out, a honeybun's not gonna do it. That's at
least what I'm gonna keep telling myself. Also, I have
not had any of them. I walk by the kitchen said,
what the fuck is all of this? No, literally, Curtis.
I want you to know that the episode with Curtis
has spun off into group chats of people. I was
(17:14):
left out of it, thank god.
Speaker 3 (17:16):
But I was told about this like a week ago,
and they were like, yeah, we have a group chat
now where we just send each other videos and clips
of Curtis sliwa and like, we left you out.
Speaker 2 (17:28):
Because we knew that you would be over it. So
I thank you, thank you. I appreciate that so much.
Speaker 1 (17:32):
He's like the crazy uncle that you're over but everyone
else loves and your friends want to come to the
cookout just to see him, and.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
You're like, okay, he's like my dad.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
I think that's why I have this little soft spot
for him, because I'm like, you absolute batshit crazy.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
I love you. It's crazy. He's crazy.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
I expect to be hearing more from Curtis soon. He
should pay us for all this publicity that we're giving him.
He should, but you know what he pays us by
coming back?
Speaker 2 (17:58):
He sure does.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
Oh my god, speaking of coming back, can we play
some of these talkbacks because we asked for him and
this first one.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
Made my day.
Speaker 1 (18:07):
I have to be honest. Okay, let's make sure that
I'm doing this the right way. It's the bear guy.
Speaker 8 (18:12):
Yep, I'm still here listening.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
First of all, Bear guy. Can we get a name,
like a first just a first name. No, he sounds
like a mic. We need to keep calling him bear guy. Okay,
what's that?
Speaker 2 (18:26):
Bear guy? Bear Guy?
Speaker 3 (18:29):
You don't even deserve a hello? Okay, I don't think
still here? Yeah, literally, I don't understand.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
It's starting to make me think maybe he's less harmful
than we thought he was. I mean, I don't think
we ever really thought he was harmful, but the fact
that he has stuck around to listen and then hurt
us giving him shit, circle back to leave another talkback
and just be like, I'm still here. There's something funny
about that. Diamond does not agree.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
No, I don't find him amusing at all.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
I just sir, if you want leave us another talk
back and tell us why you're still listening, how you
found us, and what it is that we said specifically
that made you.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
Want us to get eaten by bears?
Speaker 9 (19:09):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (19:10):
God, bears.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
I don't know. There were a lot of them. Hm, Okay,
which one do we want?
Speaker 2 (19:15):
Let's see? Oh, how about this one.
Speaker 7 (19:17):
Leaning from Ohio? Guys, go follow uh, go research shut
It's called birds Aren't Real. You've never seen a baby pigeon.
You know why because it's made from the government, and
there's people that if you research, there's people that actually
found pigeons just talking in human voices. Yeah, go check
(19:42):
it out. Pigeons aren't real.
Speaker 3 (19:44):
Mm hmmm.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
I'm not sure what to say about this. You know,
I love a good conspiracy. We've talked about this one
before because I know some bird guys and I thought,
you're right, I have never seen a baby pigeon, and
what in the world is going on? So I called
my bird guys, I said, what's up with this? Because
I want to believe it. I want to believe that. Yeah,
(20:06):
they speak English or whatever in their government drones, but
a bird guy said, the reason you don't see baby
pigeons is because they grow incredibly quickly and by the
time they leave the nest they look like full grown
adult pigeons. And then I did some more research on
that and it seems to be the case. Now that
being said, not saying every pigeon you.
Speaker 2 (20:25):
See is a real bird. There could be.
Speaker 1 (20:27):
Some drones up in there.
Speaker 2 (20:28):
It would be genius.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
Would it not be be genius? But that's why you
don't see baby pigeons. If you wanted to know, guy
from Ohio was the name Liam.
Speaker 3 (20:37):
Leah, Liam Liam, Yeah, Liam, I got to jump off
of this ship with you, buddy, huh, oh my god,
No no, no no, you're not gonna give me dinosaurs
and no no, no, no, no, no no, I.
Speaker 2 (20:51):
Gotta pick one. Oh my god, oh I got speaking
to that.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Okay, how about this one? This one was fascinating. And
these are your people.
Speaker 8 (20:57):
Diamond, Diamond, Gandhi all and moles are dinosaurs. Every single
animal you see live before you.
Speaker 7 (21:10):
So there you go. And then dragons too. Don't forget dragons.
Speaker 8 (21:14):
They're actually real.
Speaker 7 (21:17):
There you go. They're very real.
Speaker 8 (21:20):
Everything from the pig to the Tommy Yaho was throwing caffein.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Okay, so it was the same guy, do separate theories.
I feel like I could hear the joint in his
hand as he's talking to us about these things. Sure, yes,
all animals are dinosaurs. Liam, leave me alone, Liam, I
can't don't leave. I love that kind of stuff. Oh
(21:51):
my god, Okay, cool, so amazing. You have a lot
to say. Oh this person interesting. Let's see what you
have to say, ma'am.
Speaker 2 (21:59):
Bro Like, I cannot even believe. Yeah, I did a
whole episode a talking joke about Drake. Are we kidding
right now?
Speaker 10 (22:08):
I freaking love you too, like Diamond and Gandhi like
my two best friends.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
But I freaking love Drake. I can't like Hello, whole episode.
Speaker 10 (22:19):
I was trying to be like, all right, I'll listen
to a little Drake hate because I don't how much
I hate him.
Speaker 2 (22:23):
No, please, I've skipped a whole damn thing. Do we
need a whole episode on it? No, but we can.
Speaker 1 (22:31):
I wish you would have left to name because she
sounds like somebody I would want to hang out with
and be friendless.
Speaker 2 (22:35):
She sounds fun. Her name's Jennifer.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
Jennifer. Hello, Well, I don't think we did a whole episode,
but I guess if you love Drake, I was kind
of droning on about him, maybe.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
Felt like a whole episode.
Speaker 1 (22:47):
This is one of the things where I would say,
we don't have to agree to get along, still be friends.
That one's fine. I'm glad you love him and he
brings you joy. But he is a corn ball.
Speaker 2 (22:58):
Yeah, absolutely, she knows. They all know, right, Yeah, yeah,
it's okay. You like his music. At one point he
was cute. He's still.
Speaker 1 (23:07):
I mean, if you just saw him walking down the street,
just saw him, he's cute.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
No, not with the braids, not with the braids.
Speaker 3 (23:13):
But like twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, Drake I was obsessed
when he got that little tan and he had the
go he has the beard, beard, he needs the beard forever.
He looked good when he was dating Serena. He would
go to Wimbledon ten out of ten.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
Serena in a moment.
Speaker 1 (23:28):
And then he flew too close to the sun and
dabbled in people that were a little too young, and
then lost his you know, battle with Kendrick and just
wouldn't stop fighting.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
He's still fighting. I don't understand.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
I just picture him now as like the dude who's
real tiny and someone is stepping on his neck and
he's just still swinging as he's on the ground getting
his neck stepped on, and you're like, hey, stop, stop stopping.
Speaker 3 (23:51):
No, and you know what, And usually you would appreciate
that like someone who doesn't give up.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
But like, honey, this fight is over. You've been walloped.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
It is embarrassing. Stop fighting back. But I'm sorry, Jennifer.
We still love you and we can all be friends
and thank you. We will do our best not to
spend an entire episode on what a cornball Drake is
can't promise, but still, how about this one?
Speaker 9 (24:16):
Hi Gandhi Diamond and sometimes Andrew sauce packet here. Yeah,
we're just going with it. I love it. The Curtis
episode was amazing. Oh my god, I laughed so hard.
I haven't heard some of those words since my grandmother
was alive. I love that you don't know all of
the goombab vernacular yet, but you'll learn it. It was great.
(24:38):
You should definitely have them on again. Love everything you
guys do. Thank you so much. Bye bye.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
I like when people leave voice smells like my parents do.
I love you so much, bye bye bye.
Speaker 2 (24:48):
The best. My dad He's like, hello me the your
dad here. I know it's your dad.
Speaker 1 (24:54):
My grandmother does that diamond, it's Grandma Number one, Grandma,
I know it's you.
Speaker 2 (24:59):
And number T two.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
I can hear you leaving the voicemail from the other room.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
Why is she doing that?
Speaker 1 (25:06):
Because she just likes to call me for stuff and
I'm like, yell my name, I will walk to you.
But she has technology and the palm of her hand.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
Yesterday I went to dinner with one of my friends
and we were sitting next to a grandma and her granddaughter,
and it made me so sad watching it because the
granddaughter was just on the phone the entire time, I
mean didn't look up at grandma once, just on her phone.
And Grandma was not on her phone. She was just
sitting there kind of looking around like oh.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
And I thought, you know, you are really gonna regret
this one.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
Regret that when you think about all the times like
your grandma was trying to hang out with you and
spend time with you and take you out to dinner
and you just sat there on your freaking phone talking
to who Yeah, you're scrolling doom, scrolling for strangers and
don't give a shit about you.
Speaker 2 (25:49):
What are you doing? I would have broken the phone.
Speaker 1 (25:51):
I thought about it. I wanted to be like, hey,
put that away, but said I just I shot a
couple side eyes and then was like, fuck it. This
is not my badu to fight.
Speaker 2 (26:01):
If Grandma isn't gonna whoop her ass, then I guess
we can, right.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
But I was like, oh, my god, talk to your grandmother,
talk to the person that is sitting across from you
wherever you are, Like, it's just so much better.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
You know what. I like to do makeup scenarios in
my head.
Speaker 3 (26:13):
I'm like, uh, grandma is her dad's mom, and the
dad and the mom got a divorce, and the grandma
was mean to her mom. So now she's getting her
back by not giving her attention at dinner. Oh grandma
deserves it. Is this a real scenario?
Speaker 2 (26:32):
You came up with that?
Speaker 1 (26:33):
So no?
Speaker 2 (26:33):
But I mean like, I'm sure it is.
Speaker 3 (26:43):
Yeah, No, I actually I don't want to say I
know this person personally. It could have been on a
show I watched, but they were like, yeah, my grandmother
was nasty to my mom when my parents got a divorce,
and so like, I go and spend time with her occasionally,
but like, we just don't have that connection because she
was so nasty to my mom. I could never get
over it. Now that I'm saying it out loud, I
(27:04):
know for a fact that it was a person that.
Speaker 2 (27:06):
I know you didn't come up with that quick.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
But I was just like, hm, maybe you're onto something,
maybe some grandma's and you kick in their ass.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
Sure of course, I just don't like to see it.
Speaker 1 (27:16):
Like I just look at older people and think, oh,
we have so many things I could learn about and
you could teach me about, and vice versa. We can
teach you a lot about things. But to just ignore.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
Whoever it is that you're out with is crazy. Anyone
else is crazy.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
There are a couple places we went, like the Vatican, Pompeii,
the Colisseum. First of all, don't get me started on
the Vatican hot garbage, the fact that it is its
own city and there's so much bullshit and like tax
stuff that happens over there there, and just the things
(27:49):
that they've covered up over the years. All I wanted
to do was see the Sistine Chapel. It was like
a two mile walk. They made you walk through everything else,
all the stupid museums with all the shit that they've
stolen from other places, to get to the Sistine Chapel,
which is beautiful and it's cool. I appreciate heart. I
don't appreciate religion, but I appreciate art. So we went
(28:09):
and thought Coliseum. About a half a million people were
killed there, brutally horriboys. The animals were shredding them, Other
people were shredding them in an attempt to live. I mean,
it's essentially like a murder scene POMPEII. A volcano exploded
and eradicated the whole town. Some people were frozen in
exactly the position that they were in when that ash
(28:30):
hit them.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
And what do I see?
Speaker 1 (28:33):
People setting up their phones and doing TikTok dances in
front of these things. And I was like, what has happened?
We are living in the most dystopian weird ass like
you are really dancing in front of this? I don't
understand it. This is weird for me. And then I thought,
am I am I that person?
Speaker 5 (28:51):
Now?
Speaker 1 (28:51):
Am I that old person that's like you stoping kids?
But also what the fuck are you doing? Yeah, no,
I think you're justified in doing that. Like my it
and it's not even I don't know if you could
call it anck because it's not people that I was
ever interested in, but like seeing kids make tiktoks in
the airport when we're waiting for our planes.
Speaker 3 (29:12):
Oh my busy airports. People are running to their gates,
people are trying to go to the bathroom before their
light starts to board.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
People are grabbing food like everybody's around already.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
Chaos.
Speaker 3 (29:25):
It is chaos, and you have a little fucking teenager
that's like.
Speaker 2 (29:30):
You can just hear it.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
And it's like, ah, don't you want to walk by?
And this is why I say my slap fund when
I become rich, watch out because I'm a walk by
and just smackphones onto the ground and then leave them
the cash to buy a new one. But I just
needed you to know how stupid you looked in this moment,
because it's crazy. You're dancing like a Holocaust memorial? Are
we dancing in front of that? That's nuts. Some people
are are also though, crazy soldiers, soldiers are doing it.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
It's like.
Speaker 1 (29:58):
We are fr lost, We're lost, done We're in season
five of Earth where it's just like make it as
weird as you possibly can, because this thing's going out.
It doesn't matter. But I it was wild. I feel
not even setting it up to like take a picture,
just you know, whatever it is that I feel badly about.
It's fine tiktoks dancing or dancing. By the way, your
(30:21):
dances aren't even good. You're not even hitting it the
right way. I can tell, and I know you can
tell because you used to be a dancer. I used
to be a dancer.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
Hit the moves. If you're gonna do the moves. Let's
not bring up those things. I'll never not bring it up.
What do you mean?
Speaker 1 (30:37):
All right?
Speaker 2 (30:37):
Let's listen to I guess Eddie. He seems fun.
Speaker 3 (30:41):
Hair.
Speaker 1 (30:41):
Hi.
Speaker 4 (30:42):
So I'm wanting to say I love y'all's podcast. I'll
be watching it constantly, watching what the hell I haven't
even smoked? What's wrong with me? I'll be listened to
it constantly and y'all just be giving me life. I
just moved back to the city, so I'm trying to
make new friends. So if y'all have any sess on
how I can make friends, please let me know. And
(31:03):
if y'all ever want to smoke a joint, hit me up, girls.
Real Eddie Love on Instagram.
Speaker 2 (31:07):
Not gonna lie, I'm gonna go look him up. Real
Eddie Love on Instagram.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
Real Eddie Love sounds like a good time.
Speaker 2 (31:14):
If you're a smoker. Maybe, Oh wow, she's judging the potheads.
I am please, I'm jealous.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
Oh wow, ooh these okay, these ones look good, and
then maybe we can like wrap it up.
Speaker 2 (31:26):
Well, we have a lot. I love that people are.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
Leaving these leave more. If you don't know how to
leave a talk back and you're listening on the iHeartRadio app,
there's a little microphone. You just tap it and you
leave us these lovely little gems. Yep, all I see
here is fuck Andrew Solly.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
Yeah, fuck Andrew. Let's see why I think I know.
Let's all due respect, Fuck Andrew.
Speaker 11 (31:46):
No one wants any more commercials than there already are.
Speaker 1 (31:50):
Speak up for the people, Gandhi, that's right, I will
speak up for the people. No more commercials. I don't
like him either, But do you know what, if you
didn't know, you can fast forward to them. Yeah, fast
forward through them. I love that you think someone's gonna
yell at me about saying that I don't care no whatever.
I get so mad now when I have to watch
a commercial, listen to a commercial.
Speaker 2 (32:09):
I'm like, oh yeah, what is this the stone age?
It's so annoying. Yeah, even if it's five seconds, I'm like,
come here for this. Do you know what I do?
Speaker 3 (32:17):
Tell me when it's the off season of like so
if I'm Love Island was on Peacock this summer, but
now that it's over, I'm gonna add the ads back
to Peacock because like, okay, I'll watching house Housewives, but
like I've seen all these episodes I just watched. I
just turn it on to go to sleep or whatever,
(32:38):
so I don't care about the commercials. We're gonna switch
over to maybe like Hulu so that I could finish
watching Love Island UK without the without I like some
people like completely in subscriptions or cancel them. They're called
what is it called subscription cycling? Yeah, where you go.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
But I cycle the ads, not the actual subscription.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (32:59):
I like your style. Come on, I think that's how
more people should do it. Yeah, Dan, these commercials, even
though they're paying our bills, and giving us great lives.
Hate them all right, and another message for Andrew.
Speaker 5 (33:10):
Tell Andrew to suck it. There is nothing wrong with
the lengths of your podcast. It's enjoyable content made to see.
Three and a half hour drive to the beach just
fly right on by and I was able to catch up.
So I love you guys, and tell him to suck it.
Speaker 1 (33:35):
Do we bring him in here to tell them to
suck it? Nah?
Speaker 2 (33:39):
Fuck him.
Speaker 1 (33:40):
He's getting he's getting real pushy becky. Really, he don't
like it when you tell him suck it. He's like
my other fans what do they call him? The Fandrews fandy.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
The fans love him.
Speaker 1 (33:51):
No, the people who watch my stories love Andrews. He's hilarious.
Speaker 2 (33:55):
I'm like, okay, you guys, I get it.
Speaker 1 (33:57):
I have to say, it's hard not to love Andrews
and you're posting him and recording him because it's hollarious, hilarious.
But you know he has some bad ideas and it's okay.
We just have to tell him he's not bad idea
sucking Andrew? Fuck you, Andrew?
Speaker 2 (34:08):
What is this? This just says sauce? Uh, I should
we listen to do it? Yeah, I don't remember. I
left it out on purpose because I was going to
change it.
Speaker 9 (34:16):
I don't know.
Speaker 8 (34:17):
Okay, exciting from fighting every you, mam Ma Luke the untouchables,
that's a disgrace.
Speaker 2 (34:26):
That's a shanda. He's from New York where we shoot
people you never heard of.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
But yeah, but I think that had something to do
with Curtis Leewa. But is the group he was talking about, right,
like some medium group?
Speaker 3 (34:41):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, the cabridge all that.
Speaker 1 (34:45):
Yeah, one hundred percent sure what that that talk back
was about.
Speaker 2 (34:48):
But so you got your time. Thank you. Ling.
Speaker 3 (34:50):
There were a few that were sent from that person,
and that was the best one.
Speaker 2 (34:54):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (34:55):
Diamond has a message for people who send multiples. Would
you like to tell people your thoughts because we can
probably we can help you out here.
Speaker 2 (35:02):
We can clean this up.
Speaker 3 (35:03):
Please only send one if you are recording one. I
don't I have to go and see if it like
let you review it before you send it, or if
you're just holding it and then it just like once
you stop holding it, it just sends it. But like,
I don't know what's going on, Like there are multiple
people who are trying to send talkbacks, but then they
(35:26):
stop and then they start over. So the second and
the third somebody sent four. Oh no, I'm like, you're
saying the same things in each one. So now I
have to just pick one. But I need to confirm
whether it's a app issue. It's probably an app issue.
Speaker 1 (35:43):
Do you think it's an AP issue? Not a user error?
Speaker 2 (35:45):
It's an app issue. Okay, it could be an app issue.
Speaker 1 (35:48):
But we would like you to know that you only
have thirty seconds and then you're gonna get cut off.
Speaker 2 (35:51):
Brevity is important, as we.
Speaker 1 (35:54):
Yam or on in these lung podcasts, It's important.
Speaker 2 (35:57):
That you keep it brief.
Speaker 1 (35:59):
It's very, very tough for Diamond to have to listen
to seven of the same message from the same person.
We want one, we want it good. We want a beginning, middle,
and end.
Speaker 2 (36:07):
That's what we would like. Yes, and thirty sec.
Speaker 1 (36:10):
Twenty nine Actually, yeah, twenty nine because thirty you might
get clipped and then you know, we're gonna have to guess.
This one is about cat dads. Oh gosh, we thought
they were weird. Is this person about to be mad
at us?
Speaker 10 (36:22):
Hey, Diamond and Gandhi, this is Dana from New Jersey,
So I absolutely love pretty much every single thing that
you guys say and all of your opinions, except that
you were shitting on cat dads because they are like
the sweetest, most underrated men that you could ever ask for.
And I think that Diamond should give one a chance.
(36:42):
And also, Gandhi, you would love snuggling and over affectionate
cats if.
Speaker 1 (36:47):
I wasn't allergic to them and they weren't trying to
kill me at any given moment. Maybe I appreciate cats
for what they are. I'm not so sure about cat dads.
I'm still not sure. They might be incredibly lovely, amazing men.
The men I know who have cats like cats absolute creeps.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
Drake is a cat dad. Cats will just never do
it for me.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
So I'm just like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
and no again. Like I saw a video on TikTok
the other day of a cat trying to get into
someone's house. It was like a stray cat no on
the net, what is it the screen basically ripping the
damn screen up, trying to get into the person's house.
Speaker 2 (37:26):
And the guy is recording, He's like, this fucking.
Speaker 3 (37:28):
Cat won't fucking leave my house and I'm like, call.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
Animal control or something like that. What the hell?
Speaker 1 (37:35):
I yeah, I don't want anything bad to happen to them.
I just find cats to be a little diabolical, and
I do. My favorite thing about them is that they'll
look you in the eye and push something glass off
of a table that I can respect.
Speaker 2 (37:47):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (37:48):
I like the little menacing nature of a cat. I'm
just allergic to them. I don't really trust them.
Speaker 3 (37:51):
No, why would you want something in your home that
could like you can't hear it moving around?
Speaker 2 (37:59):
Why would you want that?
Speaker 1 (38:00):
Because they're so self sufficient, you really don't have to
do anything with cats like they. I think I might
have told you this, but we found a Siamese cat
in a dumpster. No, it was the cutest little kid,
and they're so expensive, Like it was beautiful, and we're like,
oh man, took it home.
Speaker 2 (38:15):
That thing wrecked our lives for like three days.
Speaker 1 (38:19):
Because you cannot contain a cat like you can contain
a dog, they're gonna get out of they First of all,
you can't put a cat in a cage like that's crazy.
Speaker 2 (38:25):
It was up on the top.
Speaker 1 (38:27):
Shelf of the pantry, hiding like no matter what you did.
But even as a kitten, it figured out a place
to go to the bathroom on its own, like we
didn't never have to potty train it. Nothing. It took
a bunch of paper towels because we know about cats.
It took a bunch of paper towels off of the
freaking paper towel roll, bunched up in a corner and
would pee and use the bathroom on those towels.
Speaker 2 (38:46):
Those nuts.
Speaker 1 (38:47):
No thank you, Yeah, I mean still no thank you,
But I respect what they are apex predators, apex predators,
and I can get down with that. Din It's like
it grows. Also, you've probably heard an email sound go off.
Speaker 2 (39:00):
And that's okay. I checked.
Speaker 1 (39:01):
It should only be one potentially two. But it's just
the way that the board's work in here. Nothing works
when we come back, and then if you don't push
a button, you're gonna hear it like we're trying to
play these talk backs.
Speaker 2 (39:11):
Give me a break, Just give me a break, all right? Uh,
how's the bell?
Speaker 1 (39:17):
Oh we have some controversy with body hair being back.
Speaker 2 (39:21):
We'll get to those last.
Speaker 1 (39:22):
Let's first listen to this one because I'm gonna guess, Diamond,
you had something to do with this love it.
Speaker 12 (39:28):
Oh my god, I am hysterical. You talking about Gatewait
episodes of getting into Real Housewives.
Speaker 2 (39:35):
I always thought it was the stupidest.
Speaker 12 (39:36):
Show ever until my sister had a C section and
I was sleeping over helping her with the baby, and
she put on Real Housewives of New Jersey. And at
first I'm like, the stupidest thing ever until Teresa flipped
the table and now I'm booked?
Speaker 2 (39:53):
Is that a Gateway episode? Was that one of them?
Speaker 3 (39:56):
Of course it is season you wait, too smug? I
hate this f season one. I can't remember the episode.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
That was season one. We just flipped the table? Oh yes, wow, okay, yes, And.
Speaker 3 (40:07):
I want you to know people were talking shit about
New Jersey, like people were like, why the fuck would
they give a household? Like why would they create a
franchise in New Jersey?
Speaker 2 (40:16):
Ill because New York was doing really well at the time. Listen,
I know that show on her back? Okay, Oh wow,
carried it.
Speaker 1 (40:24):
Uh. I know for a fact that Jersey should have
reality shows because the worst people you know are from
New Jersey. And I say this not lovingly at all,
with disgust and contempt, because when we were just in Europe.
Speaker 2 (40:38):
The worst people are all from Jersey.
Speaker 1 (40:40):
I could hear the accent, I could hear the content
of what they were saying as soon as they started
to say it, and I was just not happy. There
was this group of women staying at our hotel. They
were so shitty to each other. There was one who
was like, clearly the drunk, easygoing one, and they just
left her out of everything. No, yeah, like she was
just chilling in the chair by herself. We saw her
(41:01):
at dinner a couple of times by herself, and then
she was pretty nice. I mean, she would always try
to interact with us, and we were like, please, God, no, don't.
I don't want to be associated with this. But she
was nice enough. The rest of them seemed real shitty,
and we watched them as they were kind of getting
ready to go and figure things out. She would ask
them a question. They would all just roll their eyes
at her and like, oh, blow her off. It was
(41:21):
so icky. I thought I thought people grew out of
being mean girls, don't you at some point? Like why
are you traveling with someone if you don't like them?
Why are you treating somebody like that? It just seemed
like a waste of energy across the board. Oh this
one't this one? She wouldn't stop reading her text messages
out loud, and she was like, oh.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
My god, and then my god has dance instruck us out?
But I was like, please please shut the fuck up.
I will pay you shut out.
Speaker 1 (41:44):
There was a waiter that asked us where we were from,
and I said, I live in New Jersey.
Speaker 2 (41:47):
He said, no, you don't. You're not one of those people.
People from New Jersey are the worst. I said, aren't they?
They are guys.
Speaker 1 (41:53):
Get it together, Jersey, Let's get it together. We cannot
travel like this. Please pronounce all the vowels Italian food,
mozzarella pershutto leaving the last thing off.
Speaker 2 (42:05):
It's weird. It's weird. I know it's a thing up here.
Speaker 1 (42:08):
And people are gonna yell at me about that because
I'm not from up here. But like iman, you're from
up here, you don't say it like that.
Speaker 2 (42:15):
No, I'm black. Non not happening.
Speaker 1 (42:21):
One waiter even corrected a person. They said, I would
like some motz huh, mouzarel. The guy says, oh, mozzarella,
and they said mozarell.
Speaker 2 (42:32):
I'm like you dumb mother.
Speaker 3 (42:33):
Okay, okay, imagine telling the people that live there how
to how to say they're all food. Only Americans do
things like that, by the way, It's so embarrassing.
Speaker 1 (42:54):
Brandon had such a breakthrough. It was hilarious. And also
I was like, the fuck. We were the World Cup
Games and they were on the middle of the night
over there, so it was really fun because there would
just be these like middle of the night street parties
and it was fabulous. And there was this place called
Santa Cruz and he was like, wow, all the way
from California over here. I said, hey, just not curiosity.
(43:15):
Do you think that that might be Italian? Like it
made its way to California from here. He was like,
oh my god, oh Santa Cruz.
Speaker 2 (43:24):
Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (43:25):
He was like, I've never felt dumber in my life.
And I was like, hey, I've never thought you were
dumber in my life. Right now, what do you mean?
But there's definitely that thing. And every time we would
go somewhere, he'd be like, you talk to them, they
don't speak English. I was like, first of all, they
do speak English. Second of all, how many languages do
you think I speak? I just give it a shot
because I can hold my own in Spanish. And there
(43:46):
are a lot of times where I would say to
them because they don't want you to just walk up
to them and start talking speaking English. We don't want
that here, right, people get so annoyed. Go back to
where you came from.
Speaker 2 (43:54):
Imagine somebody said that to us over there, we'd be.
Speaker 1 (43:57):
I'm never going back. But he's like, you can at
least speak to them. You know some phrases, and I
was like, yeah, we talked about this. You have to
learn a few phrases before you go somewhere. Just give
it a shot.
Speaker 2 (44:07):
Try. That's all you have to do is try.
Speaker 1 (44:09):
And people were much friendlier when you would try, or
if you tried anything besides English, even Spanish, they're like, ah, okay, cool,
I can do that. We went to talk to a
police officer about we couldn't find our way to go
somewhere and figured that they would know how. When I
try to speak to them in Italian, they were like,
what the fuck are you saying?
Speaker 2 (44:26):
So I was like Espanol. He said, yes, we figured
it out.
Speaker 1 (44:29):
It was great, and I love I love that people
are willing to try. If you're willing to try, just
fucking try, please God. And now it's body hair.
Speaker 11 (44:39):
Oh God, Hey, Gandhi and Diamond. This is Maria from
Union City. I just finished listening to the latest episode
and you were talking about the Bush being back.
Speaker 2 (44:50):
The Bush is not coming back to me. Nope, refuse.
Speaker 11 (44:54):
I do not like that thing. That's a personal decision.
It has nothing to do with how man sees me.
I don't like hair. It's my thing.
Speaker 2 (45:05):
But yeah, I think.
Speaker 11 (45:07):
I know who you were talking about with the full
Bush of the show.
Speaker 2 (45:09):
Love You'll wait just a damn minute.
Speaker 1 (45:10):
I want to know if you know who we were
talking about with the Bush on the damn show. And also,
it's just speculation. I have no actual idea, nor do
I ever plan to find out.
Speaker 2 (45:18):
I can't.
Speaker 1 (45:19):
And I'm also lovely listener from Union City.
Speaker 2 (45:22):
I'm with you. Not a fan of the Bush.
Speaker 1 (45:24):
No, not a fan of any type of Bush, not
the beer, not the President's.
Speaker 2 (45:28):
Not the body hair.
Speaker 1 (45:29):
No.
Speaker 2 (45:30):
I love George Bush, Now you do.
Speaker 1 (45:32):
When he was a president, I promise you were like
this dumb motherfucker. He was the reason why I started
paying attention to politics in like third grade. Right, But
right now he seems like a national hero. He is
in retrospect. Yeah, bring him back please, versus anything we
have right now. Trump, don't you know what. We got
through almost a whole episode without talking about that. Fine,
but he ruined the World Cup for America. I'm just
(45:53):
saying he did.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
Yeah, it's so embarrassing.
Speaker 3 (45:58):
I was just telling someone that I guess unpopular opinion
to some people who may be listening. Okay, this America's
run in the World Cup made me proud to be
an American for the first time in a very long time,
my whole life.
Speaker 1 (46:13):
But like, I had a little USA bag and I
was like, I'm gonna rock this. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (46:17):
I like those soccer players the most of them. Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (46:19):
I tried to order yeah, right, I tried to order
a kit, but it was on back order, and then
they were like no, they're completely and I was actually
upset about it for a second until until that dumb
dad that nobody wants to play with had to intervene
and be like, what you take that red card back
(46:40):
from my kid? Get out of here, Get out of here.
And then people trying to be like, well it's happened before,
uh huh huh, last time it happened in the World
Cup was in the sixties. That is not a president
that we want to set from. The worst president ever. Now,
no matter what happened with them, it was gonna be marred.
If they went all the way, people were gonna be like, well, cheated,
(47:01):
they failed. It's because, yeah, the fucking America sucks. Like
whenever people were not happy with that, it was the
stupidest thing you could have done.
Speaker 2 (47:07):
But then also like.
Speaker 3 (47:08):
If you were gonna do that, if you were gonna
like pull some strings and make a few calls.
Speaker 2 (47:14):
Shy, shut up your mouth about it.
Speaker 3 (47:16):
Do you need to take credit for something like that?
Speaker 2 (47:20):
Like, oh, you know what, what is what is wrong
with this man? Like keep your mouth fucking shut? I
get it. It's like he's again Season five of Earth.
Speaker 1 (47:30):
Whoever's writing it was like, fuck them up as much
as you can just go down there and do some
weird shit. Let me tell you one of the funniest
moments on the cruise that we were on, Brandon made
this lovely little friend from Labrador, Canada. She was cool, Jen,
what's up? They had a great time just yup, yucking
it up together.
Speaker 2 (47:46):
It was cool.
Speaker 1 (47:47):
I will say, had I done that with a man.
Brandon probably wouldn't liked the fuck what is this?
Speaker 2 (47:53):
I didn't care.
Speaker 1 (47:53):
I left and went got a coffee, was like, you
do have a good time. She's cute too, Like what
do I enjoy yourselves? But one of the things they
were talking about, as soon as she said that she
was from Canada, she was on our right side, there
was a dude on my left side who is from
Long Island. And her first comment to us was, you
guys are from America. We were like, guess, She's like,
what the what the fuck is going on? Literally, I said, hey,
we are not responsible for this. We're on the same
(48:16):
page as you. And by the way, sometimes when we
travel at other countries, we tell people we're Canadian because
that's accepted so much more, and then we don't have
to answer all of these questions talking about what's going
on with you guys?
Speaker 2 (48:26):
Are you okay?
Speaker 1 (48:26):
One? I don't know.
Speaker 2 (48:27):
Two, No, we're not okay. No, we're not okay. Holmie
on the.
Speaker 1 (48:30):
Left pipes up. I voted for Trump. I voted for
him three times. Just so you know, I voted for
him three times. But even I think he's a piece
of shit with what's going on right now?
Speaker 2 (48:39):
Blah blah blah.
Speaker 1 (48:40):
We ignored him again, he chimes in, and he's a
nice enough guy. He chimes in again and tells us
I voted for Trump three times. The third time he
did it. This woman from Canada again shout out to
Jen from Labador. She said, hey, dude, we heard you.
We're really trying to ignore it, really trying to ignore it.
Speaker 2 (48:54):
Can you just shut up?
Speaker 1 (48:54):
Hello? You know what, Jen? Right, I'm on your team.
I just man, don't tell me that the thing that
I hate.
Speaker 3 (49:02):
Now is like the the three time voters who are
like I voted for him all three times, but he's
he's just out of control.
Speaker 2 (49:13):
Now now now what mean? Now? Are you saying? What what?
I just needed?
Speaker 1 (49:18):
A what was it now that sent you to the
side saying? Well, who would have thought that the crazy
man would do a crazy thing?
Speaker 2 (49:25):
It's the gas? Is it the gas? You just hit
the gas? I think it is the gas. I'm like,
you don't give a fuck about people's actual rights. You
give a about the gas. That's what you do. The
things like this were gonna happen in the He's manic.
Speaker 1 (49:40):
I can't it like it really bothers me and then
you have fucking Nicki Minaj. Please please garden that around
Roses there could be.
Speaker 2 (49:50):
So much shit, Like I was like, oh, get out
of the rose Guard. Loll Wayne, what are you doing?
That guy is well, you know, P cooked it. Yeah,
a fucking lutely. Did you see that? He just like.
Speaker 1 (50:08):
It, just didn't show up to one of his shows
because he wanted to go to the White Party instead.
Speaker 2 (50:12):
I'm like, oh god, again, the brain has been cooked.
Speaker 1 (50:17):
I told you when I saw him in concert he
needed all of the teleprompters to have his lyrics on them, which, okay,
maybe you've had so many songs at some point, like you.
Speaker 2 (50:25):
Forget the lyrics. I'll give you pass there. It was
a square stage and he couldn't figure out how to
get off of it.
Speaker 1 (50:30):
He literally yelled into the air, someone come get me
off this weird fucking stage and somebody had to come
usher him off of a square stage. It was square
diamond also. It was not amazed.
Speaker 3 (50:39):
I'm so confused because like, sure you have the right
to pick the stage that you're on, and how it's
like put up and built. Somebody on your team picked
that stage for you. I don't think he knew where
he was. Four sides. Every side had a staircase. He
could have just pick and gotten off the stage. He
(51:01):
couldn't do it. He couldn't do it, all of these
people on the same man's side. I just hope everyone
can think about that in those terms. Say, am I
on the right side. No, The answer is no. Also,
the other person said, body hair is back. We don't
need to play it, not just bushes down below, but
also in the armpits.
Speaker 2 (51:17):
Yes, yes, yes, oh we've seen. I'm terrified stuff like the.
Speaker 1 (51:20):
Powers to the people who want to do it. I'm
not that bold yet.
Speaker 3 (51:23):
I've tried armpits, not on purpose, but I like had to.
It's actually not that bad in the winter, okay, keeps
you warm.
Speaker 1 (51:33):
I often have a left knee that is hairy. I
got a laser hair removal, but they can't do it
if you've had surgery and have metal in any part
of your body. They have to stay away from that
part because apparently if the laser hits that area, it
heats up and it's just awful. So they avoid my
left knee. But I've had laser hair all over the
(51:55):
like everywhere else, so I just forget to shave, and
sometimes I look down and there's like the longest hair you've.
Speaker 2 (51:59):
Ever seen on your knee.
Speaker 1 (52:00):
Hair's the longest Hair's the you've ever seen on my knee.
Speaker 2 (52:04):
You have hair on your knee. Yeah, well you don't
think so.
Speaker 1 (52:07):
Oh my god, Indian people, we have hair everywhere.
Speaker 2 (52:09):
You don't have hair on your knee. Well, there's hair
on my leg. Don't look at that on my knee.
Speaker 1 (52:14):
You don't, but I'm blown away right now.
Speaker 2 (52:18):
No, don't look at my the fuck. You don't have
hair on your knee. Look at mine.
Speaker 1 (52:24):
If you get close here, come touch that, just touch it.
That's not no, they'll they will be very long, real hair.
That's well, that's because it's at the moment. No, no, no,
it's not.
Speaker 2 (52:32):
It's black. She's got black.
Speaker 1 (52:34):
I'm gone, I'll throw it out for you. And I said, hey, Brandon,
why don't you ever say something like I know you
see it, I know you clock it.
Speaker 2 (52:43):
He's like, son of my business. I said, I will
kill you. It's your business.
Speaker 1 (52:49):
So you're you're embarrassed by your hairy need girlfriend. Oh god,
what a gem that guy?
Speaker 2 (52:55):
Love it? Men their business. He minds his business sometimes
way too much.
Speaker 1 (53:01):
I'm like, oh, so you you saw that I had
a whole booger in my mouse thought you wanted.
Speaker 2 (53:04):
It that way.
Speaker 1 (53:05):
Sure, you don't talk to women about how they.
Speaker 2 (53:07):
Dress or what they look like.
Speaker 1 (53:08):
I'm like, oh my god, who beat you up?
Speaker 5 (53:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (53:10):
But literally, you could bring it to my attention. Maybe
you whisper, you could text me, you could take a
picture of me and be like, hey, babe, look at you,
and then I'd be like, oh my god, there's a
bigger Instead, you just let me operate like a lunatic
out here, okay, buddy.
Speaker 2 (53:22):
A gem of a man, A gem of a man.
Speaker 1 (53:24):
Oh my god. So we're at fifty four minutes solely
because people said Andrew sucke it and fuck you Andrew,
fuck you. Yep. So this is our little ha yep.
Ps de resistant I love it. I was just in France,
so I'm going these No. If you are still listening,
we love you, Please like follow a subscribe to the
podcast on whichever platform you listen.
Speaker 2 (53:46):
Leave us a talkback. We told you how to do it.
Speaker 1 (53:48):
But if you're listening to the iHeartRadio app, there's a
microphone button, tap it, leave us a message, follow us
on Instagram at Sauce on the Side and Diamond if
they want to follow you up personally, how do they
do that?
Speaker 3 (54:00):
Diamond sincere. I'm kind of over Instagram though, are you why?
Speaker 2 (54:03):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (54:04):
It's just like it's just like TikTok now, and on
TikTok I don't post anything. I just watch videos. So
I feel like I'm doing that on Instagram now. I
don't care to like watch people's stories anymore. I'm like, yeah, you.
Speaker 1 (54:18):
Asked me to send you pictures. I was like, I
posted all of them.
Speaker 4 (54:20):
Yea.
Speaker 3 (54:21):
And then also like the way that I don't know
what's going on with Instagram in the dms, but like
I saw a whole bunch of dms that I just
hadn't responded to and I didn't even know that they
were in. And it's not like, you know, oh, hidden
folders or anything like that. No, it's just like they're back.
Speaker 2 (54:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (54:40):
So I'm kind of over it. Like somebody needs to
create a new exciting platform.
Speaker 2 (54:44):
I'm done. Like, I'm just like, okay, maybe we need
to let's do it.
Speaker 1 (54:48):
We were arguing about something not too long ago, and
jay Z came out and I feel like he said
what both of us were saying in a more cohesive way.
People were giving them shit about not boycotting Target, and
he said, y'all want to yell at me about boycotting
Target from the meta platform?
Speaker 2 (55:04):
Yeah, what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (55:05):
Which is pretty much I was like, Yeah, we talk
all this shit about whatever, but we have our phones
that are the worst. We're all subscribed to these things
that are the worst. You were saying, why are you
gonna boycott Target when they employee black employees? Like, until
you can show me that they're actually doing harm, not
gonna do it. I think he said it quite well,
and I agree, Like I'm a hypocrite.
Speaker 2 (55:26):
We all are. We're all hypocrites.
Speaker 1 (55:29):
I would love to figure out a way, and maybe
that's how we invent our own platform. It seems super
easy and really inexpensive to just, you know, challenge meta.
I'm sure we can do it so easily. We'll start
a gofund me. I think it'll go well, this is.
Speaker 2 (55:44):
Going ready, Challenge Meta is not how we saw it.
We have to start somewhere.
Speaker 1 (55:52):
God, all right, So Diamond doesn't really care about Instagram,
but if you want to connect with her somewhere.
Speaker 2 (55:56):
How would you like people to do that? Well, I
guess Instagram still have nothing else yet, you know, Like, hey,
until we get to our.
Speaker 1 (56:05):
Platform, it'll take me a week to see the DM
because it's not going to be showing up. I might
not see it at all. Hey, so where do they
find you? At Diamond Sincere on Instagram. There you go,
at Diamond Sincere on Instagram. I am at Baby Hot
Sauce again at Sauce on the side. Come follow us,
give us some encouragement, some shit talking, whatever you want. Oh,
leave us a review too, If you could do that,
that'd be nice. I think it does something for us,
(56:27):
but I'm not sure. Go until next time. Say bye bye,
