Speaker 1 (00:02):
What would you talk about on your on your podcasts show?
Here we go another fifteen minute morning show podcast. Uh,
let's see in the see what you guys wonder how
I choose the order, how I announced you. It's always

(00:26):
on my zoom screen. And you know what's so weird.
Usually how you see it is how I see it,
because I go he's seeing it the same way. I
don't know why I gets so excited about that. In
introduced the room and Daniel, so I have Froggy, myself, Um,
Scotty b, Nate, Elvis in the middle, Scary Gandhi, Garrett
and Brady and Brody. Is different? Is your tool? I think?

(00:51):
I think. I think we're all different. That's what makes
it unique. I was kind of hoping Elvis did the
roll call today and of old days he didn't do it.
H Hi, Well, because you did the roll call on
the main show today and you listed everyone in the
zoom room, and then Nate listed the people who weren't
in the zoom room, including me, and you still read
everybody's name but me and I don't know how that

(01:14):
happened twenty three years on the show. So I was hoping,
at least on this thing. You mentioned my name, but
that's all. You know what, I can always count on
you for the guilt things. That's that's part of my
job description. Turn your turn your mic down just a
little bit. It's a little you're coming in, coming in,
I'm moving well, Brodie. We all know that you're a
part of the show, and we all know that I'm
losing brain cells by the moment, and so you know,

(01:35):
sometimes I'm gonna I'm gonna flub, I'm gonna mess up.
All right, Well, next time you did say your name.
Eventually I did say your name, but it was in
a derogatory way. Yes it was, Yes it was, I
said it is. It is very hard to remember everybody
that works on this show, because looking at this room
right now, this still isn't everybody that works on this show.
I appreciate that name, but again, twenty three years, you know,

(01:58):
give the man cut the man's some. I know when
I try and remember everybody, I go by where they
sit in the room. That's what I do too when
I need to write an email with everyone on and
I look, I picked every room in the station, and
I need to start with count it. Yeah, I start
with Elvis and then I'm like, scary is behind Elvis
than name and the one I always end up missing

(02:18):
his Froggy because he's not physically in this place and
it sucks. Do you do the head not? I do
the I got like those. I go Elvis Brodie's over there,
the same thing. Yeah, maybe I should start doing that.
The thing is not everyone's in the room. Then I remember,
then I go down the hall. Yes, exactly. So. Our
friend Rosanna Scott I was hosting good Day New York

(02:39):
on Fox five. She's interviewed some guy over here? Who
who is that? Who's Nick Barata sounds. I tend to
always gravitate towards blue suits like that and see that
blue like that? Yeah, I love it, all right. That's
my contribution to the want to look Is he a photographer? Nicky?

(03:03):
He doesn't look like that and stand behind the camera.
He's an actor, they say, yeah, yeah, but he was
an actor on Divorce Court tomorrow we had sex photographers
we should speaking of sort of. Um anyway, No, I'm
really he is an actor. Okay, Now I was really
talking about his suit more than him. But um, I

(03:24):
watched Brittany versus Spears last night, thought I thought it
was fascinating. Now, when it first came out, a lot
of Brittany fans said, I refused to watch this because
I am supporting Brittany. They are out there, Uh, they're
cashing in on her mental illness and this and that.
And I was like, okay, but we had nothing else
to watch. We watched it. Okay. I thought it was

(03:45):
It was very very Brittany positive. I think they definitely
did talk about her mental health, which is not a secret,
but they didn't. They didn't. I didn't see them exploiting it.
They actually, in my opinion, the story, and Gandi back
me up if you want, the story was how people
exploited her. Absolutely. I I did the same thing. I
didn't want to watch it because everybody said, don't do it,

(04:06):
you know, support Brittany and this and that. And then
I heard it wasn't incredible, so I watched it secretly,
and it really was. I mean, when you look at
the setup around her, the people who were put in
place to quote unquote look out for her, who were
on the payroll of the other side, when you see
how it was in everybody's best interest to keep this
going as long as possible, and to just make her

(04:28):
go out and do what they wanted her to do
all the time. It is astounding that this happened in
America in the year that we're living in, in front
of everybody's face, Like it is crazy that this happened
this way. I think it happens a lot though with
celebrities because I think that there's so many people on
the payroll, and they don't want to not be on
the payroll, and so they do everything that they can
to keep it going, keep you know what I mean,

(04:49):
even if it's yeah, even if it's detrimental to the
artist or you know whoever it is. What's that night?
The same thing with you, Elvis, I'm telling you, what
do you mean by the company used to keep you alive?
You know how much money they depend on coming in
because of your voice coming out of those speakers. Now
back back to Brittany, so we can I just if

(05:11):
you didn't, if you if you did not want to
watch alone, if you chose not to watch Brittany Versus
Spears because you feel like you're supporting a negative Brittany thing.
It's it's not that I think by watching this you
actually learn more. It makes you even more fired up

(05:33):
about how much you love Brittany. Yeah, Garrett, So the
interesting thing I love about it is the fact that
they had to have made it and been sitting on
this documentary for a while because knowing how Britney spears,
his dad, Jamie Spears works, he was probably gonna shut
it down if they went forward with it, like that's
what he's he was doing for the past, you know,
thirteen plus years. So the moment his conservatorship, you know,

(05:56):
job ended it came out because he had no power
at that point to at anything down. So it's just
interesting the timing of when it was released based off
of the Conservatives should be could be because they've they've
been working on us for a while. Yeah, that that's
our own dad, you know what I mean? Like really,
but it's two sided, though, I believe it, like exactly,
Like there are things that we will never see or

(06:17):
hear of that Brittany did that her dad looked out for.
And then there was the other side that he was
getting a butt ton of money and it made it
look like he was just doing it for that. So
I see, I kind of see both sides of where
he's coming from. You know how it is. There's always
three sides every story in the middle of the truth.
So alright, alright, I've contributed enough today, back and enjoy

(06:39):
the show. Go ahead. I got. I got the most interesting,
talked about it in public, and then the push notification
for uh, like an Instagram ad So our town where
I live in Jersey. You know, when you talk about something,
you hear about it, you talk about with your friends,
and then it shows up on your Instagram feed. I

(07:00):
got the most obscure one yesterday. So our town where
I live in Jersey. They put together an ice rink then,
you know, for the town to come ice skate and
it's man made. Yesterday morning, I got a push notification
to make my own ice drink in my backyard. It
only takes an hour. They send everything that you need.
Oh my god. Look, I'll see if I can pull

(07:20):
it up. It's too funny. But but it's the most
obscure one ever. I've never gotten something so obscure like
an ice skating rink to build in my backyard. So
so you're having a conversation about the ice skating rink
in your town with someone in front of your phone. Correct, Yeah, No,
in front of our phone. We're like, yeah, you know,
they lay down the they go on a basketball court,
they lay everything down, then they put the spray on it.

(07:41):
They instagram ad pushed everything, the spray the walls. If
there's no proof that they're listening in, you just found it.
So I sent it to my brother in law who's
a hockey head, and we're like, here to get this
through your backyard. But yeah it's and people are worried
about vaccines tracking them exactly, easy ice right there there,

(08:04):
we go crazy. Oh now my phone's going to have
the head. You're well having igh skating rinks in our
backyard this time year. He should like, do you guys
ever buy items advertised on Instagram all the time? Like
five different things that are probably gonna come in next
year when they don't even matter. I want to share

(08:24):
something with you. So these sneakers came up. They're called
pseudo sneakers. Have you seen these on fucking real man suit?
It's you know, p s U d O. These great sneakers.
They're so comfortable. They're expensive, all right, they're expensive. These
came in. Do you see these sneakers? Very colorful with
do you see that none of that is stitching. None

(08:47):
of those are shoelaces. It's all graphics on top of
one slides exactly sneakers, but the detail is such where
if you're not like right up to them or feeling
them with your hand, they look like shoes with stitching.
So Alex just wouldn't five pair. We love them pseudo
Look they're like they're okay ready, they're like a da

(09:11):
watch your ankles. He is gonna get the account now,
Alex port how many? He bought five pair? Some for
friends too. Has anybody ever tried one of these? It's
called it Nimalist n I M A l I s T.
It's one of those wallets. It has like an air
tag in it. I've got an Instagram ad for it.
It looks cool, but I'm thinking it's going to be
a big piece of ship. So I want to before

(09:32):
I go buy one, if you want to know if
anybody else has ever tried one, and if they're good.
If they are, I'll buy one gladly. I just want
to be nimalist. Yeah, in my M A L I
S T. Nimal I sent Danielle one yesterday Instagram Instagram
add oh you did what the heck was it for?
Let me look retractable vampire teas. Oh yeah, the person

(09:57):
who has everything. Because I actually into Instagram and I
saw when I saw this ad for the green E
Garden snake to scare your cat. It's a toy. It
slithers around. I'm like part of the Daniels cats because
the cats in the video we're jumping up and down
and going crazy with it, chasing it. Some cats fall
for that problem number one. I bought it and it

(10:19):
took like six months to show to Daniels, but they
loved it when it got here. Yeah, as advertised, they
left it. It actually is as advertised. It's very cool.
So they still play with it. Damn thing and they
know they still play with it. That's cute. On Instagram,
are good. I ordered some shoes from Instagram and they
were They were smelled like a burning time. Yeah. A

(10:39):
few weeks ago, I got a tube of white cream
in the mail. I bet you did. But I speak
no more dot com. I don't know what it is.
I don't remember ordering it, and I shipped it two
weeks ago. Don't completely another language. I can't read what
it is, so I don't know what to do with it?
I throw it away, don't use that whewallow it right?
If you didn't order it in a random cream paid

(11:03):
a lot for it, I don't remember your teddy bear.
How can you forget ordering white cream? I don't know
it is. I don't have no idea what it is.
It high in protein, Scotty. I'll bring it tomorrow. You
let me know what you think it is, all right?
Before before Instagram, as you guys remember, like the ads

(11:23):
they would have in back of magazines and you would
have to mail like a self addressed, stamped envelope or
like a money order. Yeah, I remember. I can't remember
the magazine When I was like fourteen and I got
these Russian weightlifting pills to help put on muscle. The
bottle came and it was all in Russian and it's
still had a hammer and sickle on it, and the

(11:44):
Soviet Union had been you know, I hadn't been around
for like five years by that point. But I took
the pills. My body smelled so terrible. I'm not sure.
I'm sure that's where I probably got half of my
problems today and spens. Yeah, maybe that's what happened. Was
that Brody. I'm looking at the pseudo sneakers. If Alex
wants to get me a pair of American Classic, I

(12:05):
wear a size twelve. Thank you. Okay, they're so comfortable,
it looks great. Yeah, it's weird. I've become so used
to shoes with no with no shoelaces. I can't stand
tying knots and things like that. It's the bending. It's
the bending. It's the bending. You'll learn to tell your
shoes once you roll your ankle, You're like, okay, I

(12:26):
should start tying my shoes more. No, that would imply
runs Garrett buying shoes that have no laces or just
just talked about Yeah, exactly, the pseudo ones that that
sound perfect for me. We do we think we've crossed
a line of like, wow, we are so lazy because
we have scary not wanting to tie a shoe like

(12:46):
that is fascinating. I don't think they could uh actually
admit to that. Ever, we'll see. Being the old guy
in the room, let me tell you about the time
I used to have to get up and walk across
the room to change the channel on the television. I
was my dad's remote control. But look I think it's

(13:07):
okay to where some some shoes are look great because
they don't have shoelaces, because that's how they're designed. But
I think you should be able to still tie your shoelaces. Scary.
I mean, I know how to. I just crows and
answer yeah. Takes just spend an exorbitant amount of money
on two pairs of Yeezys that absolutely tie. They're permanently

(13:27):
tied for the include the Affinity loop, the Affinity lace,
so I don't I can put that, I can install that,
and now it's scary time. Shoelaces really is too much
work for you. It just takes too much time. It's
one of those unnecessary things that it takes less than
sixties seconds at the most. It's like to him, guys,

(13:50):
you don't I try to put my laces so that
I tuck them in. I hate you. I hate THEE.
I don't have to have the ball. It looks better
without the damn the guy in the easy store told
me how to do that. I'm like, why do they
never think about just talking them in the side? See
you later, Gandhie. I'm with you. You need to be
tying your fucking shoelaces. Attraction to stop dying is shoe

(14:10):
I'll tell you right now. Look see this, it's on. Look, okay,
thank you for thank you for the Hey, I'm gonna
tell you this. Though. Back in the old days, of course,
it's and things like that. I mean those things, those
things slowly went away, right, No, those are back, and
I think bigger than ever. Well, I'm trying. I'm trying
to come up with other things in fashion that everyone
used to do. Now because it was so time consuming,

(14:33):
they don't do it anymore. M hmm. I don't just
dressing in general. I guess the futures in me is thinking, well,
maybe shoelaces will be extinct at some point. The women
still put curls in there and walk around with them.
They don't do that anymore. No, yes they do. I've
seen it all the time. I don't hang out with
those people. People with hair. Yeah, how many easies did

(14:56):
you buy? That's because that's the second hair I've seen
on you. Two pairs? Are you bought two pairs? I'm
born that we have not at all. I think we're done.
I think it's a fifteen minutes it is. It's over. Yeah,
we're going. Yeah, that was that was good. Let's get
out of here, Hi, guys. The fifteen minute Morning Show
