Good afternoon. I'm railing Ramsey. This is your afternoon news
fixed for Tuesday, the thirteenth of January. Two people were
arrested at Wellington's Iranian Embassy today as protesters called for
an end to the regime. At that embassy and outside
the US embassy. A fifty six year old woman's been
charged with wilful damage and another person released without charge.

Hundreds of anti government demonstrators have been killed in Iran
in recent days. The US has announced sanctions on those
trading with the Middle Eastern country. Iranian Kiwi Tina is
begging it to do more.

Jacob Jones reports the man was flown to Wellington Hospital
and had surgery. Detective Senior Sergeant David Thompson says they're
