this update. Changes to the parent resident visa will come
as a relief of thousands of families, some of whom
have been waiting years to bring their parents to New Zealand.
The government is changing the selection process from November, with
ninety percent of applications to be selected in the order

they are entered in the queue, while ten percent will
still be chosen by ballot. Immigration Minister Erica Stanford says
the current system has left families with too much uncertainty.
Say what they realized was that they may never get selected,
and so that uncertainty and that unfairness cause a huge
amount of strets to migrant families knowing that men may.

The mass shooting at a school in Thailand was allegedly
well planned. At least seven are dead after a fourteen
year old shot as grandparent then opened fire on a
school near the capitol Bangkok before turning the weapon on himself.
Police believe he had access to a firearm inside his
grand parents home. CNN correspondent Christy loo Stout says Thailand

has higher rates of gun ownership than its neighboring countries.

We learned that some ten million civilians across Thailand do
have some sort of a firearm, and that would be
roughly fifteen guns for every one hundred people.

A man has been arrested after a serious assault at
the road to a lakefront last night. Police were called
to the lakefront to run called to past three where
a victim was found in a critical condition and taken
to hospital. Charges are being considered and police are asking
