In this update, nine people have been arrested in London.
There's a highly charged anti immigration protest became increasingly violent
and estimated one hundred thousand people attended the rally in
central London, with counter demonstrations also taking place in the

saw a number of offices assaulted. Charlie Kirk's widow says

activist was killed after being shot during an event at

healthy food is reportedly seeing many Kiwi families settling for
unhealthier options. A report from the Salvation Army reveals around

on the nutritious food they need. The report says New
Zealand exports enough food to feed forty million people overseas,
or many Kiwis are going without good quality food. Salvation
Army Food Security Manager Sonya Cameron says it's resulting in
health issues.

we're seeing is that's contributing to poor health such as diabetes.

And it may not feel like it, but summer is
on its way and Surf Life Saving is urgently seeking volunteers.
They're aiming to recruit one thousand new volunteers nationwide for
the twenty twenty five twenty six season. Surf Life Saving
Club representative Chris m It says there's a range of
reasons as why it's been particularly hard to attract people.

Sure of volunteering across New Zealand is currently changing. Volunteers
time commitments are becoming more precious and the cost of
living crisis they're currently going through with their volunteers and
is becoming more episodic.
