on the show today? Let me just say it's going
to be New Zealand Radio and Podcast Awards. Water Wall
it's a special. Yes, we're going to get into it shortly.
We'll talk about who else is nominated with us and
how we think we're going to go, and we'll also

(02:17):
ask the audience as well where they think that we're
going to finish the grand scheme. I don't know if
we want to do that, but I'll tell you what
I really want, the victory, and I'm prepared to do
anything to get it.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Same. I'm sick of it, man, I'm sick of second best.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
What have you tried switching up your style, your radio style,
maybe doing something different?

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Yep, Jason, because you've been doing it for so long now, Jason,
you've won nothing, so surely that tells you something.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Yeah, but you keep doing the same Yeah, yeah, yeah, how.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Deep you know?

Speaker 3 (02:49):
They're just joking around, man, I reckon. We still should
try and get in touch with some of the other
radio and podcasts out there and try and like, you know,
staunch them out of.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Yeah, give them the eyeball. Yeah, you're not bad.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
Key Big Show week days from four on Radio Hodkove.

Speaker 4 (03:04):

Speaker 3 (03:42):
Best Music Feature The Goat. We helped out with that.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
What do we do for that? It was really good.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
We're part of it.

Speaker 5 (03:47):
Yeah, oh yeah, we better get that one up against.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
I wouldn't be able to tell you has done anything
else that I you know, like The Goat. That's the
one man, the Biggie.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
It's the greatest of all time.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
Best comedy podcast, The Huducky Big Show.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Now that's the one you want.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
We're up against some heavy hitters in that one though, Fellers,
I'm not confident. He who we got Flitch, warn and Hailey.
Come on, man, there one of the bigger shows in
New Zealand.

Speaker 6 (04:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
In terms of comedy podcasts, do the Extra five or
six minutes of the start, I think, yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Yeah. We're also up against Tom Sainsbury's small Town Scandal,
which is one in the past.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
There's one in the past, I mean once enough into
a TV show.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
Yeah yeah, which is a good sign for him.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Yeah. Well, I mean it's moved on from the play.
They don't really need to focus on that.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
No, they still are though, And then there's a couple
of others in there as well, which I don't think
are worth mentioning, to be honest. Those are our two
main opposition Okay, yes, so we've got to take them down.
Best marketing campaign. We're up for, oh wow, holding the
International Comedy Festival when we we did the Old Night

(05:07):
of Culture there, Yes, and we did a few other things.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
If we don't whin that, I'll be film, wouldn't you really? Yeah,
you can get or take it.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
Okay, Best sponsorship or partnership Reburger in the Big show.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
Boy.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
I mean it's going to take some beating that one, Yeah, totally,
you know, ma, because we were doing the thing where
we'd be like, that's going to take some beating.

Speaker 5 (05:31):
That's clever, stay and we can do it again now
because they're back on board, We're gonna do it again.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Then started again, start from the beginning again. Sorry, the
Royalty Free Music is just stopped. That was going to
start again. There's a different track, Best Station Trailer, Best
Community Campaign, Dayan Lou which is coming back doing that.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Now.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
Do we care about having a finalist nomination for digital
content producer Dylan Dilly Big Dilly will the office?

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Do we care about her? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (06:00):
It's really he's very young.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
He's very young and whole life in front of him.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
If he wins, are we doing him all?

Speaker 2 (06:09):
We'll be happy for him, but you know it's not
important to us.

Speaker 4 (06:12):
Yeah, right, okay, But I mean, how do we improve
our chances here?

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Well, we could have weekly meetings and go through our
content plan and figure out what we're doing wrong.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
I mean, in the short term tonight we can call
up the other people. I just think we just wrung
them up and how they think they're going to gain
they go.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
We wish them all the whatever happens happens. Man, What
an honor it is just to be nominated?

Speaker 3 (06:39):
All right, Let's well, let's do it. Let's try to
track down a phone number for Vaughan from Fletchford and
Haley or potentially Tom Sainsbury's because we could staunch him out. Yeah, yeah, totally.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Man the Wold Aching Big Show with Mike and Keysy.
Tune in week days at four on Radio Hod Ike.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
There on the radio, hold on Key Big Show this
Thursday afternoon.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Fellas big news.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
Breaking news, Yes, okay.

Speaker 1 (07:11):
This.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Is breaking news.

Speaker 5 (07:14):
I've got a new car. Oh, Mugie's gone and done it.
He's splashed out. He's got himself a new car. And
I got to say it's better than It's better than
I could possibly have imagined.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
Wow, because you got a new car with it last
year for your wife. I she got a new LV.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
No, I didn't get it for my wife, Keysy.

Speaker 5 (07:31):
She's perfectly capable of getting herself job, et cetera.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Did you do all the admin on that?

Speaker 5 (07:36):
No, she does all the admin on that sort of thing.
Because I sort of find myself drifting off. You don't care,
so I yeah, she did all that, and she's got
that car the only time it's sort of and it's
an electric car, keys fully electric. Our timing was pretty
good given the state of things. Yes, we are saving
a lot of money. The only time it seems to
be my car is when we go to use it

(07:58):
and it's got three percent better tree left, and I
have to be the one to take it down to
the server to charge it up. So sit and sit
in the car for half an hour while it charges up.
And it's quite The weird thing about it is it's
kind of like a lawn mowing situation.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Jason.

Speaker 5 (08:12):
Yes, well, you pretend you don't like mowing the lawn,
so it feels like you're contributing something to the house
against your will. But really you love it because you
get half an hour to yourself scrolling through the reels.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Baby.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Yeah, I was going to say, it's like half our
time out for yourself making it coffee, maybe a sausage roll.

Speaker 5 (08:30):
It's exactly what I do. I get myself a pie
and one of those little chicken ey tender bath. I've
now also got a brand new car as well, so
I'm feeling pretty specih.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Whit sweet? So did you go for a second ev Or?

Speaker 5 (08:44):
I went for a new Teeter, a new Teeter which
is bloody good on the gas.

Speaker 3 (08:49):
So it's like having a similar to your old one.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Same well similar, yeah, similar, bit different because it's got
the different engine. In it. So we went ahead and
we did that.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
So so the breaking news is that the new engine
you said you were putting in your tee that has
now been put in your teeter.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
And it worked. But it works because you never know,
do you.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
It's sort of like a.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Or a lung transplant, a heart transplant, that's more like it,
because the engine, Keezy, is the beating heart of the car.
Did you bleed it? Did you bleed it out before
you put it in?

Speaker 3 (09:21):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (09:22):
Yeah, my keys he did with his mateor bike the
other day.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Those are the broskno a few times.

Speaker 6 (09:27):
Yeah, yes, yeah, you instilled it. Oh yeah, yeah, far right, Yeah,
that's aweso. Yeah no, I put it one hundred percent.
It cost me eight hundred bucks for the engine.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (09:38):
Well, I'll tell you what was though. This is interesting though.
I got the engine off the guy there. He said,
I've had a yan to a guy. I can now
get you one which has got forty five thousand k's
on the clock.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
For eight hundred bucks, so less than the Yeah, okay,
that's amazing.

Speaker 5 (09:55):
A new car really yeah yeah, And then it turned
up and he goes, yes, not bad, ninety eight thousand k's.
So what so he got one that was twice as old.
We've been run through twice as much run through as
the term I used for it, right, and and expected
to get paid the same amount.

Speaker 2 (10:13):
That's outrageous. It is outrageous.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Is this another bone to pick?

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Another bone to pick? Well? That yeah, okay, So anyway,
I paid them nothing and you did it yourself. Yeah,
and I did it myself.

Speaker 5 (10:24):
So yeah, if anybody wants to buy a Nissan Tea
now to sale is as weird as just sort of
packed up on blocks outside my house, right, Okay.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
So it's the Darky Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
Tune in four on Radio Hodach. The Sons of Hodache
led to see who wants to ride with the street Dogs.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
Yeah, bloody exciting stuff actually, felt us. Of course that's
going to be drawn tomorrow morning. On the Breakfast Show,
we give away our second electric, brand new motorbike.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Yeah, street Dog fifty or a street I'll get sared,
depending on if you've got your Murtorbike license or your
full license one hundred percent made and built and run
here in New Zealand f fty in motion. Bloody Keil
looking by because they look like classic cafe races, feelers.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
There's sick men. Can I put it to you that way?

Speaker 4 (11:12):
There's sick Well, you were saying on the show yesterday, Mogi,
you were seriously considering getting one.

Speaker 5 (11:17):
I really am. I was keen as soon as they
came through. And now I just sort of think it's
one of those things where I'm trying to find a
way for.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
It to not make sense. It just makes sense. Yeah,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (11:28):
So I'm just going to have to do it and
then explain myself to the missus later.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
I think, why don't you put yourself why don't you
listen out for the kid to call yes and getting
the drawer for this one we're giving away to morow Okay, okay,
I don't think anyone would have a problem with that.
All right, It.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
Sounds like, hey, let's go to the phone lines. Good
a Dan, your mad bastard?

Speaker 2 (11:45):
How's life? Thanks?

Speaker 3 (11:48):
Good?

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Good on you? Dan? What do you do for a crash?

Speaker 3 (11:50):
Mate? I work in the finance industry?

Speaker 2 (11:55):
Bank are you? You're a shocking bastard? Mate, shock a bastard?
Since then, splitting around the edges of what he did, well.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
Actually, Dan, that could be an issue because we're actually
plotting a bank robbery is out with our gang.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Maybe you could be our inside man? Would you help us? Possibly? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (12:17):
I love it because I know people that work for banks,
and any joking about robbing banks is like really frowned upon.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
Who knows all the ins and outs? Don't you worry
about that?

Speaker 3 (12:28):
Which particular bank and branch do you work for?

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Day?

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Yeah? Good stuff?

Speaker 3 (12:35):
All right, Dan, you hold the liner, I will put
you onto pugs. You're in the drawer, Thanks very much.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
Get a demo, your mad bastard? How's life o? Great?

Speaker 3 (12:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Good? Thanks mate? Good? What do you do for a
cruss demo? On a national count company? Company? Tell me, Damo,
have you ever owned a motorbike? I'm owning a farm.

Speaker 6 (13:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Have you ever had the joy of riding? Bitch?

Speaker 4 (13:06):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (13:07):
That would be calling true.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
Hey, Damo, did you say you're an account manager? Do
you reckon? You can help our gang when it comes
to selling all our legal drugs? Man?

Speaker 2 (13:17):
Yeah, definitely, we needed we need in the gang.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
All right, you're in the drawer to dam you hold
the line?

Speaker 6 (13:25):
All right?

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Good luck, thank god, good on your mate? Sorry mate,
tomorrow morning.

Speaker 3 (13:30):
Eh, tomorrow morning, someone wins one of those awesome ifty
in motion street Dog electric murder bikes. Seriously, I implore
you go online, have a look and customize your own one.
It's pretty bloody cool what they can do for you.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
Oh Man, speaking of cool, r e m Yeah, Okay,
the Darchy Big.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune in on radio.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Are em there on the radio.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
Hold Archy Big Show this Tuesday evening. But right now
it's time four What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.

Speaker 5 (14:06):
Yes, Fellows As a discust, I spent a fair amount
of time over the weekend, the long weekend King's Birthday,
watching a bunch of sports Dooco Mentores on Netflix. There
it's the Untold series. I just ended up searching Untold
and then sort of powering through a whole heap of them.
This one was the story of Johnny football Man.

Speaker 3 (14:29):
Yeah, very good, very good because he was touted for greatness.

Speaker 5 (14:33):
He was he was touted for greatness. So this is
a young quarterback Coddy j over there in the us
of A. Yes, and he's a pretty special player. He
went to a sort of a highly discipline sort of
New Zealand. We would call it a college over there
as a high school. Then out the back of that,
he went into a university and took his team on

(14:55):
his shoulders to glory. Really they didn't win titles, but
he won the Heisman Trophy, which is he is the
only player ever to win that as a as a freshman,
which is the best player in the whole division, in
the whole competition. And it's pretty interesting stuff because he
gets he starts feeling pretty entitled pretty quick, and so
he should because in those days, and I feel like

(15:16):
it might have changed in the last year or two,
college players aren't allowed to earn any money. Now this,
this this particular university made something in the vicinity of
I think I'm right here of seven hundred and fifty
million dollars off the back of him selling his jersey,
his jersey number.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (15:38):
That the donations that went to the college as a
result of how well they do all this sort of stuff.
The players don't get one cent of it.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
Wow. They're playing in front of one hundred thousand people
every single week.

Speaker 5 (15:51):
It's an US watching. It's it's modern slavery. It's a disgrace,
it's disgusting. So he decides, well, he doesn't like that,
so he goes out and starts doing signing sessions and
before you know it, he's flying in private jets. He's
getting himself in all sorts of trouble because he's making
all this money. And then they just came up him
and his best mate with a story that he was

(16:12):
never signing anything that anything that was there because they
came up with a fake signature. So when people said,
you go, oh, that's not my signature, and he said
the reason why he had all this money was because
his family were rich. They come from an oil, which
was a complete lie. Right, So he got let off, right,
he's got completely enough. Then he went into the big league,
went into the NFL, lost at drugs, alcohol, complete disgrace.

(16:34):
All the way through his high school, he was doing that.
Through Uni, he was doing that as well. He wasn't
turned up to trainings or anything like that, and he
completely blew out within about a year and a half
and he got worse and worse. And now I think
he's thirty four odd and is just getting himself back
on the rails. Now football, Johnny football are really entertaining.
It's a pretty had to ruin his wife to entertain

(16:54):
me for about sort of seventy odd minutes, but well
worth it.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
How many busies I was a go three and a half.
But it's really interesting.

Speaker 2 (17:01):
It's good stuff.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
They didn't they used to call you Johnny Radio Jason.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Oh, they still do keasy. It's interesting. There's quite a
few sort.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Of quarterback sort of stories, you know, gone wrong kind
of thing, because they're the superstars generally of an any
team appreciate.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
For example, who else I can't remember.

Speaker 4 (17:19):
There's another documentary I watch and that he was the
same character side or.

Speaker 3 (17:25):
On his shoulders O. J.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
Simpson. Oh J. Simpson was wide receiver.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
It was a really weird thing to say position.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
But yeah, sportsmen getting themselves into all sorts.

Speaker 5 (17:37):
Of well you get all of the money, all of
the attention, mate, Oh my god, you got good.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
Fella's pretty crazy life. We've actually run out of time.
Look what did you watch?

Speaker 2 (17:47):
I watched this very.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
The Hurdiarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio Holds.

Speaker 4 (17:56):
Indeed, welcome back here, massive bag bones. You're listening to
the Big Show.

Speaker 3 (18:00):
It's Thursday afternoon, fellers, and I just want you to
mark down on your calendar the twenty first and twenty
second of August.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
August.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
It's a few months away, but trust me, you're gonna
want to mark it down because it's Beer Varner. It's
returning over fifty of the best breweries from New Zealand
and Ossie and beyond coming down to Wellington. They're all
happening at Henry Stadium, Wellington. Beervanner dot co dot nz.
If you are keen for tickets, just leting you know
the big show will be down there and we'll be involved.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
Yeah, I'm stoked about that.

Speaker 4 (18:25):
Actually, I believe we're going to be doing a live
show from one of the bars. And I tell you
what Wellington does very very well is bars and cafes.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
Percent they do do hoity janis, Hey, what's coming up
after five?

Speaker 2 (18:37):
Well, listen, We're going to make a few phone calls.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
Just talk to a few of the other participants in
tonight's radio awards.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (18:46):
Also, I just want to finalize what we're doing with
the speeches.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
You know who's saying when we win? You know what
I mean and what we're thinking of saying.

Speaker 5 (18:55):
Yeah, yeah, I think we should because I think the
problem that people have is if once you get up
on the Mic, especially with the three of us being
available to talk. Pugs will be up there too, but
he obviously isn't allowed to talk because talent. Yeah, you
don't want to be talking. You don't want one person
going on for then going and wanting to talk about
the same thing over.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
There is nothing more tedious than people just banging on.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
We've got to wrap this up with me to be
going to the old five o'clock news man.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
Okay, the whole Ache Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy.

ya ya ya ya.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
It was yam last night to oh Bugger and I
forgot to take a photo.

Speaker 3 (19:52):
Oh damn.

Speaker 4 (19:53):
We were so engrossed in the food that it was
like oh, and I got home and went damn it, Am.
I forgot because the fellows wanted me to take a
pack and I forgot to take one.

Speaker 5 (20:04):
We aren't participating in these lives anymore. Jase, you bring
great shame on Reburger with this kind of chat.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
You can ask my wife Maggie, well, yeah, out at
the moment, she's pretty busy.

Speaker 5 (20:16):
She's got a phone on it because you know she
owns a mobile, so all good. Yeah, but she's just
I think we'll call it.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
Actually I just takes it her before and she said
she's otherwise engaged at the moment.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
But call her maybe seven seven thirty issue, just.

Speaker 3 (20:31):
Checking to see if I've actually got her number, because
we could call him. Yeah, yeah, it's called he literally
call him right now, right and see whether they did
or not have Reburger.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Hey, I tell you what's coming up, Fellas.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
It's your last chance, Jase, you want to admit that
you didn't have it last Tell me what's.

Speaker 4 (20:46):
Coming up Old Vaughan from Fletch Vaughn and Haley. Hopefully
he's going to answer his bloody phone and we can
have a little chitty chat about the radio watch tonight.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
I haven't got her phone number, Okay, I've got it here.
I've just found it.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
Here we go.

Speaker 3 (21:01):
Are you sure you want to.

Speaker 2 (21:04):
She is actually working? Yeah, we all know that, No,
she is, she's working.

Speaker 3 (21:10):
This is your chance to This is your chance to
just admit that you man.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
She's working at forward. Oh that's a bug up blank. Yeah,
we'll try later on.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
Yeah, yeah, try later in the show.

Speaker 5 (21:30):
That's not for hungry children. Give a kid a blanket?
What do you mean, well, you don't give a kid
a blanket who's hungry.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
No, they're not hungry, they're just cold.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
Okay, are you sure you don't want to meet you
didn't eat Reburger?

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Totally, totally, man, it was.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
Delic The Hlarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy
tune in.

Speaker 3 (21:49):
Four on Radio Live.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
There on the radio, Holdlarky Big Show. This rather moody
Thursday evening.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
As we've been.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
Banging on about all show. It's the Radio Awards tonight.
We thought it would be really nice, didn't. We fellas
to ring the other finalists in the categories that we're
finalists and with that in mind our best comedy podcast.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
Yeah, Hailey, Fleetchy and.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
Vaughn were nominated and Vaorn than Mad Barstard it has
decided to have a chat with us.

Speaker 2 (22:19):
Good a Vaughn House life mate. You're mad Bar's good.
You must be uh party, hell, you must be nervous
as hell? Are you.

Speaker 4 (22:29):
Shaking him?

Speaker 3 (22:30):
Shaking him a slip on?

Speaker 2 (22:31):
To be honest, A hell of a category and with
you three flollers up there, I tell you what we're
going to be. We're up against the stiff competition.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
We just also got Tom Sainsbury in the category with
us as well.

Speaker 4 (22:43):
Never never heard of him neither, man.

Speaker 2 (22:45):
I wish him.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
I wish him well, and he sounds like a young
fellow with a bright future. Wait, look, Vaughn, cat I
keazy here, men hope you're will CAZy?

Speaker 2 (22:53):
Is that a yes?

Speaker 7 (22:54):
No?

Speaker 2 (22:55):
I don't want to comment on the state of my
house or men mental health and well being at this moment, CAZy.

Speaker 3 (22:59):
But back to you, okay, fair enough, just quickly, man.
I mean you've been in radio for a long time.
Obviously not as long as jas, but some would say
too long. So would say you've been talking to what
are these these radio awards?

Speaker 4 (23:12):
Man?

Speaker 3 (23:12):
When you win a big award, because we have we
yet to win one, Vaughn, you know what does it
do for sort of you and your profile and the
show in general.

Speaker 5 (23:19):
Absolutely nothing.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
It's a huge industry circle jerk there, Kazy, and it
means nothing. And when it comes to your next pay negotiations,
management will conveniently forget that you've one a of these
in a row.

Speaker 5 (23:30):
Yeah, to be honest, you know, I mean you you
sort of brush it off because you know you've had,
as you say, eight years in a row. You've been
involved in an industry circle jerke. I haven't had a
circle jerk for I don't know how many years, And
I would love to get involved in a circle.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
Jerke tonight, involved in a circle jerk.

Speaker 4 (23:48):
Yeah, I've actually never been involved in a circle jerk either.

Speaker 2 (23:51):
I mean, I've been doing radio for a long time, Vaughn,
I've been in a radio circle jerk, hoidy jay.

Speaker 3 (23:58):
But surely you've taken in an industry circle.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
Jet on an industry one, but just not a radio one.

Speaker 3 (24:04):
Is that like a circle jerk on an industrial scales
an industry.

Speaker 4 (24:08):
I have never had such sure a sore shoulders. But listen, Vaughan, mate,
if you fellows have won so many awards over the years,
haven't Yeah, you're probably over it now, I'd say, I
mean awards moored. Yeah, get to the poor.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
That's getting expensive putting up a new shelf.

Speaker 3 (24:25):
So I'm you know, if it was up to.

Speaker 7 (24:26):
Me, I'd be more than happy to pass a bad
time to three young sex flollers yourself.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
So really to take it to the next to the next.

Speaker 5 (24:33):
Step, really well, we just sort of thought five years
and maybe it's about time we take something home. So,
you know, the only way that we're going to shaften
up our chances is if there's less nominees in the category.
So we thought, if you don't withdraw, how about we
smack you over.

Speaker 3 (24:48):
It's all sort of a scratching of sort there. You
don't need to.

Speaker 4 (24:52):
Sell, Yeah, you don't need to say why horn, You
just quietly withdraw your name from you know, from the
ticket as it were. I mean, you've got such a
great career. It would be such a shame for it
to end. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Man, it's quit while on the head, sort of quit
now before before there's a laugh, is what you say.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
Now, but while you're still healthy, you know what I mean.
It's still fed between the lines here all man. We
don't want to you know, are you going tonight? You
are going?

Speaker 2 (25:20):
Eh?

Speaker 4 (25:21):
For the brief assign I'll put in my contract of
obligation time at the awards and then believe it.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
Right, we're kind of saying, if you don't pull out,
then we might have to take you aside and just
sort of, you know, rough, We're not rough yet, not.

Speaker 2 (25:33):
Just you, but all three of you. Yeah, you know
that's actually fair enough.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
And if I got me out of the actual headings,
through the actual award ceremony and happily take a pre
pre ceremony hiding.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
In the bathroom, Well, I'll tell you what, bourn I
this is.

Speaker 5 (25:47):
As I say, it's our fifth year, and Jason and
I have never been to this awards. Jason's been ready
for probably twelve years. He's never been. This is my
fifth year. I've never been, so this will be my
first time. The way you're talking it up, brother, it
sounds like a great ev.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
Oh yeah, hell of it, the hell of a time.
Hell of it. If you can last long enough, you
get the voted to the you know, the the last level,
if you will, the golden the Golden circle. Jerk and
it's Hoskins is always there. He's a regular participant.

Speaker 3 (26:14):
Yeah, you've got your Hskins, you've got your lushes, you
know the big names.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Yeah, yeah, wells of course he's he's quiet, but he's
always present.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
Oh he's jerking, yeah, one hundred percent. All right, so Vaughn,
So just so we'll let you go mate, you're a
busy man. But just so we're in agreeance. You're going
to withdraw from that category, aren't you. Yeah, count me
and scratched.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Get out your Friday your your Friday flash and your
best bits and scratches from the ticket.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
Okay, yeah, it's good. Good luck for to night.

Speaker 2 (26:42):
Vorn you the best.

Speaker 4 (26:43):
Well, you know you just told me I'm now Yeah,
that's that's the same, right, yeah, right right, got your lads, Yeah,
good good stuff.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
In four on radio indeed radio head here on the
radio Hodarchy Big Show this Thursday evening.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
Well we're going to talk about something else, but I've
I've just thrown a flag in here. We called an
audible as I say in American football. James, I just
want to know, man, are you all good?

Speaker 3 (27:13):
GM You're good?

Speaker 2 (27:14):
Yeah, fellas, I'm great. What do you ask?

Speaker 5 (27:17):
The reason why I ask is because you've turned up
here today and that Sally's Salvation Army suit, which is great.

Speaker 3 (27:23):
Thanks man. Yeah, because we go to the radio awards
after the show. Yeah, so anyone's going to look, what's awesome.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
My wife bought it for me for ten bucks. Ten
ten bucks. Wow.

Speaker 5 (27:34):
And so what's happened is You've come in here to
the studio and just now I've witnessed you sitting there
looking around behind you on your back of your chair
and then on the floor, and I could tell from
looking at the you that you were looking for your jacket.

Speaker 2 (27:50):
I recognized that sort of lost look.

Speaker 5 (27:52):
Yes, it's that sort of active senility where you don't
know quite what's going on in the world. Because wilderment
if you will, because I look the same often.

Speaker 6 (28:00):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (28:01):
And so I said to you, no, Jays, you hung
your jacket up ten minutes ago. It's on a coat
hook out there in the other room. And you said, oh, yeah,
that's right.

Speaker 2 (28:08):
Then you said I was just looking for my jacket,
and I was like, yeah, I know, mate, we're just
chatting about it.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
And then he went out there and put the jacket on,
then came in, then went out to the office porta drink,
came in here and then took the jacket off and
then hung it up again.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
And when I tell you. This is in the space
of six minutes. I'm not lying.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
What's up? What's going on?

Speaker 2 (28:25):
Well, I'm going to be honest with you, fellows. I'm
a little bit concerned. It's just I'm breaking out in
hot flushes every now and then.

Speaker 3 (28:32):
Right, so you get really hot randomly.

Speaker 2 (28:34):
You know, and you we can all agree on this.

Speaker 4 (28:36):
In the studio at the moment, she's all over the
place temperature wise, why not at the.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
Moment it's been absolutely Megan.

Speaker 4 (28:43):
Wearing a jacket. And then I'll go, Jesus is a
bit steamy in here, so I'll take my jacket off.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
And in my defense, I hung my.

Speaker 4 (28:50):
Jacket up over the back of the chair initially, which
is why I looked around to see if it was
still there, forgetting, of course, that i'd hung it up
on the you know, the clothes hanger and Studio.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
B, the troubler courses.

Speaker 5 (29:02):
That's not a defense because you had hung it up
on a coat hanger out in Studio B.

Speaker 4 (29:06):
But that's why I initially, because initially I hung it there.
But you know, at night too, I'm waking up with
the sheets are just ropes, so I'm covered in sweat.

Speaker 3 (29:16):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (29:18):
Mood yeah, really totally.

Speaker 4 (29:21):
One minute, I can be the nicest guy on planet
Earth the next just biting your head off.

Speaker 3 (29:27):
Yeah, what about this?

Speaker 2 (29:28):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (29:29):
So was it you hot flushes? Yes?

Speaker 4 (29:31):
You get those regularly all the time, man, I'm having
one as we speak. And night sweats, night sweats?

Speaker 2 (29:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Do you have problems sleeping.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
All the time? Man?

Speaker 3 (29:41):
Yeah? What about mood changes or irritability?

Speaker 2 (29:43):
Well, that's what I was just saying. Keasy.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
Do you ever feel fatigued all the time? Man, Just
chill out, man, it's all g headaches, migrains. No, okay,
that's good. Reduced libido, oh yeah, definitely. No, Okay, that's well,
that's the other thing that's gone completely. Hay what meddleabido?
It's through the roof for it. It is through the roof, right, okay?

Speaker 2 (30:10):
Literally? Sometimes?

Speaker 3 (30:11):
What about memory lapses? Pardon hard of hearing? What do
you mean? I'm just putting your symptoms? And clearly what
about weight gain, especially around the abdomen?

Speaker 2 (30:25):
Yes, take a lock, feelings?

Speaker 3 (30:28):
Is that what they call him? Punch?

Speaker 2 (30:30):
Take a lock?

Speaker 7 (30:32):
Fill your eyes. I've just put feast your eyes. I've
just fill your eyes. I've just put all the symptoms
into chat GPT. Do you know what it says you've
got what minopause? What's minopause? Menopause?

Speaker 2 (30:48):
What is that? I don't know, man, is that a thing?

Speaker 5 (30:51):
I think it's a late stage of life that generally
it's something that women go through, not late stage of life.
That's certainly halfway through. It's almost over.

Speaker 3 (30:58):
It's got the word men in it though. Do you
can you can have menopause?

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (31:03):
As I say, my libidos through the roofs, so maybe not.

Speaker 2 (31:06):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (31:07):
How's your vaginal dryness?

Speaker 2 (31:09):
Terrible?

Speaker 1 (31:10):
The Whoarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Keyzy.

Speaker 5 (31:13):
Tune in on radio.

Speaker 4 (31:16):
Wez are there on the radio Hodarchy Big Show this
Thursday afternoon.

Speaker 3 (31:21):
Hey fellas A signed for this. What's on the news
with me?

Speaker 4 (31:30):
Chusy You're gonna love this, Mogi. I was going through
the news every day as I always do, and so
what are you doing?

Speaker 3 (31:38):
This is my Segrett, What are you doing? Well?

Speaker 2 (31:39):
I took it over yesterday, Kezi.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
Yeah you did your boat yard? Yeah that was an
article verbatim.

Speaker 4 (31:44):
I have never been inundated with more messages of support
than I was yesterday.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
Well on your boat yard on my boat chat. How
many people have me? How long was that bastard? A
mile long? Which is how many meters? It's team thousand
meetings in kilometers long.

Speaker 3 (32:05):
Do you want to do the segment because I've got
a news story.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
Here, give you one more just to you know, make saloon.

Speaker 3 (32:13):
Okay, fellers. Have you heard about the mole people living
in New York? What that's interesting? Have you heard about
the mole people? No Ah, got any news about them?

Speaker 4 (32:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (32:26):
Yeah, So some videos have been going viral of people
either coming out of manholes or entering manholes in New York,
and people are like, what's going on that. We're wearing
fishing waiters and all sorts of stuff and going down
there and then coming out. One eyewitness was like, Y
saw this. Three dudes just casually walk up to a manhole.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
I've seen a few holes in his This is different though,
when he worked in the sewers.

Speaker 3 (32:54):
Oh well, in that case, it's similar. Yeah, I don't know,
you worked in the sewers. So Jason breaking he was
taking it on the road.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Yeah, I break some love.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
Yeah cool. Just back to the story. People apparently were like, oh,
there's some sort of like hidden community down under. People
living down there, you know, costs of living, might have
to go live in the manholes.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
I mean it's pretty it's pretty extraordinary, isn't it. Guys
wearing waders going into a manhole.

Speaker 5 (33:23):
I mean that is big news. I'm surprised we've got
the waiters. I did see a story. It was either
in Pakistan, it might have been in Dubai something like that.
They have these children that have been a band of
the parents go home and they live underneath like this
keysy under manholes and close to sort of air conditioning
vents and things, so they can get some heat and
also similarly some cool It's amazing what you can do.

Speaker 3 (33:46):
Some water as well.

Speaker 2 (33:48):
Yeah, yeah, then like water. Yeah, they went into it.
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:52):
Well people have been, you know, spreading yarns and maybe
people are living underground, but the authorities have looked into
the manhole and various other manholes not just.

Speaker 2 (34:02):
Work. Yeah, it really is.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
But it turns out that the leading explanation of the
stage fellers as to why these blokes are all cue
enough is that they're all scavengers urban explorers, searching for coins, jewelry,
scrap metal, that sort of thing.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
Ah, because people shit those out all the time, don't they.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
But anyway, Yeah, can I do that segment again tomorrow?

Speaker 2 (34:32):
That wasn't bad from you?

Speaker 1 (34:33):
Thank you for the Hurdarchy Big Show week days from
four on radio.

Speaker 4 (34:37):
Hold Ark Strokes there on the radio, Holdnkey Big Show.
There's late afternoon before the Radio Awards. Now, Fellers, I'm
actually pretty excited about a sporting event coming up tonight.
I believe it starts Mogi ah the first Test match
in cricket between England and New Zealand at that Halloaed
of all grounds lords as.

Speaker 3 (34:59):
A sports chair, Yeah, I guess so supports that.

Speaker 6 (35:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (35:11):
Now, I think it's been pretty well documented Fellas, that
I've gone off me cricket.

Speaker 2 (35:15):
I used to be passionate about the game.

Speaker 3 (35:17):
Is it because you did a podcast on it and
commentated heaps of it and just based your working life
around it? A bit too much?

Speaker 2 (35:24):
Partially?

Speaker 4 (35:25):
But no the real reason, and the same thing happened
with me with drugby There was just too much of it. Actually,
there is too much pap and I lost my passion
for the game.

Speaker 2 (35:35):
Genuinely. I got to the point where I couldn't even
watch it anymore.

Speaker 4 (35:38):
There were three things I would watch Australia versus England
ashes either in England or Australia. I'll watch that New
Zealand versus India.

Speaker 3 (35:47):
I'll watch that hardre pornography.

Speaker 4 (35:50):
Certainly I watched that, or New Zealand versus England, or
in England, preferably in England. So I'm actually very excited
because I haven't watched cricket for months and months and
months to see them.

Speaker 2 (36:03):
Playing at Lord's. To be honest with you, couldn't even
tell you who the New Zealand side is going to be. Well,
I can help you with that, Hoidy j.

Speaker 5 (36:10):
The likely eleven is Tom Latham's captain, Devin Conway, Came Williamson, Ratchen, Ravendra, Darryl, Mitchell,
Blundell's with the gloves. Yes, Glenn Phillips or Mitchell Santner
a little bit dependent because Phillips hasn't had a lot
of cricket lately. So yeah, here we go there, Nathan Smith,

(36:32):
Carle Jamison, Matt Henry, will O'Rourke.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
That's actually a very good side. It's not bad.

Speaker 4 (36:39):
That's a very good side because I know that we've
had issues with our fast bowlers basically falling apart all
over the place.

Speaker 2 (36:46):
Good to see o back. Matt Henry always does well
in English conditions.

Speaker 5 (36:50):
Pity you are not to have Duffy Yes, who had
such a blinding summer last year and was I think
our player of the year, player of the season. So
he's got his first born on the way priorities I mean,
for God's sake, but anyway, and then England Ben Duckett,
Emilio gay On debut, never heard of him, Jacob Bethel,

(37:12):
Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes, Jamie Smith with the gloves,
Chai Basher, Olie Robinson, Gus Atkinson and Josh Tungue round
out the eleven. Now there's been a little bit of
a little bit of drum around the fact that draw
for Archer's made himself unavailable for the first Test because
he's playing wait for it, T twenty.

Speaker 3 (37:32):
Yeah, good, yeah, isn't there a disgrace?

Speaker 5 (37:35):
It is a strike bowler making himself unavailable for a
Test match at Lord because he's playing T twenty.

Speaker 2 (37:42):
Well, there's my argument. In a nutshell, mane, there's.

Speaker 3 (37:44):
More money in it, isn't there? Do you know why
it's called Lord's.

Speaker 2 (37:49):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (37:50):
It's nothing to do with the House of Lords, which
is what I thought it was something to do with that.
It's just because a bear, the guy that founded it
in seventeen eighty seven was named Thomas Lord. Oh there
you go. I thought it was some like now you
know what I mean, So it could have been Johnson and.

Speaker 2 (38:02):
I tell you what it is, magnificent.

Speaker 1 (38:08):
The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keysy
tune in week days and four on Radio hod Ike.

Speaker 4 (38:13):
Welcome back your messive bagbones. Hope your Thursdays absolutely going off.
You're listening to the Big Show, brought to you by.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
Redoogear, handcrafted big gears, loaded fries and gourmet eats that
will change.

Speaker 2 (38:24):
The goome grumbly obstious year.

Speaker 3 (38:28):
Me totally is scrumbledly. I'm scious, isn't it?

Speaker 2 (38:30):
Jason?

Speaker 7 (38:31):
It is?

Speaker 2 (38:31):
I love it.

Speaker 4 (38:32):
I love it, man, As I say, we had it
last night, So it's going to be you know, now
that they're back with us, it's going to become a
regular feature.

Speaker 2 (38:39):
Of my diet again.

Speaker 3 (38:40):
What did your wife have?

Speaker 2 (38:42):
I can't remember actually what was it?

Speaker 3 (38:44):
Chicken or beef?

Speaker 4 (38:44):
It was a beef cheesy burger. I remember, it's not
get bogged down in the details here. I'm just saying
that we enjoyed it.

Speaker 2 (38:54):
What did you have? Fries and a red Royal or something?

Speaker 3 (38:59):
Okay, a regent our regent here?

Speaker 2 (39:01):
All right with cheese? Anyway? Hey, how are you feeling, fellows?

Speaker 5 (39:05):
That we've got the awards coming up soon, we'll be
out the door, by all accounts, one of the greatest
events in the social calendar. Sounding get a bit nervous
the radio. There's very few awards where you get to
go up on stage and make a speech. Yes, but
our category that we're up for, if we win, we
have to go up and make a speech. So I

(39:25):
think we need to practice that sort ourselves out. Yeah,
I'm keen to do a little little dry run if
you will. We can do that a little later on
this hour. But Jason, I am just I have found
your wife's number, by the way, Pug sent it to me,
So we're going to call your wife and actually see
whether or not you keep lying about having reburger. Yeah,
it'll be interesting, won't it, Because off the back of
all your other lives that we know about lying about

(39:46):
giving up smoking and vaping, she'll probably be.

Speaker 2 (39:50):
Driving fellows wouldn't be safe at that point, but still trying. Mogi.
That's a very good point. We need to be prepared
in case we win tonight.

Speaker 3 (39:57):
Do that later. I'm going to call your wife and
see whether you keep lying about eating our sponsor's product.
As I say, she could be dry it out there
cheeseburger fries and a Regent red I'm just going to
confirm that order as well. So that's good. We'll do
that next day. Jason, Yeah, okay, be nice to hear
from your wife, won't it. I'll just text you, just

(40:19):
don't you.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
The Darchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy Tune in.

Speaker 4 (40:24):
Four on Radio A Nirvana via on the radio, hold
Archy Big Show this Thursday night.

Speaker 2 (40:30):
As we press ever closer to the radio awards.

Speaker 3 (40:34):
Yeah, so seven o'clock sharp, we run across to the
event center or skys City. I don't even know actually
know where it is. We've all got our suits and
stuff on and we get stuck in. We're actually up
for an award Best Comedy Podcast, and it is one
of the awards where, if you do want it, you
actually have to go up on stage and say a speech.
I've never seen an award acceptance speech before. I don't

(40:55):
know how to do it. So the idea was put forward,
maybe do a practice. Have you guys ever said an
acceptance speech before?

Speaker 5 (41:02):
Well I did when I had the honor of winning
Best Actor at the twenty nineteen Film and Television Awards
whatever man. And it was a beautiful moment because the
actress that announced it, Kate Elliott, she said the winner
is mister Minnigu, so she'd never heard of old Minigo
and so she completely mispronounced my name, and so I

(41:24):
didn't know if I had won right, And then I
was sort of thinking, there's there anyone out who else
has got a name that's kind of like that. So
I just had to work through it and work out, oh,
that must be me. So there's a break of about
thirty to forty seconds before I even stood out. So yeah,
I mean, if it's better than that, it's not how
in your dreams you imagine things going in your dreams,
you're probably at the oscars is.

Speaker 3 (41:45):
So yeah, that is hilarious.

Speaker 2 (41:47):
Well, I think the key obviously fellows in this scenario.
Keep it humble. Oh yeah, you know what I mean?
Keep it real, okay, keep it about the people.

Speaker 3 (41:55):
All right? Well should I go first?

Speaker 5 (41:56):
Well, i'd also say, now it feels like I, captain
should kick things off, but I don't want to, So
we'll get Jason captain.

Speaker 2 (42:04):
But I feel like there's sort of three areas.

Speaker 5 (42:06):
One is think for you know, you're thinking, and it's
an honor, but also the nominate our fellow nominees, so
someone has to cover that off. And then there has
to be also I think sort of the key to
all of this stuff is weirdly, we can't take any
of the credit for this, right, Like, it's not that

(42:27):
we're actually good, even though that's what it is. Yeah,
of course, as you've got to think the other nominees.
You've got to think the people in the office out here,
You've got to think pugs for God. So I mean,
how ridiculous is that you don't think we should say
you got to thank your families? Yes, and then if
there's any time left over, yeah, I don't know. All right,

(42:47):
Well let's run through.

Speaker 3 (42:48):
So you're gonna lead us off, Jason, sure, and then
and then Mogi will come in and then I'll bring
it home. So this is the scenario. We've just we've
just won orright, we've been caught up on stage. Thank you,
thank you.

Speaker 2 (43:06):
Your faith you, thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (43:10):
Wow wow what an honor.

Speaker 4 (43:13):
Uh just first before we you know, kick off an
acknowledgment of the other nominees in this category.

Speaker 2 (43:22):
You must have been shockingly bad and pest port to
lose to us.

Speaker 5 (43:29):
M Yeah, I also sorry, thanks Jason. I just want
to thank the the people backing into me at home.
Recky there. Oh, Pugs, his hat's not anymore. If anybody
wants to give him a job, he's again.

Speaker 2 (43:51):
He's done.

Speaker 3 (43:51):
Good stuff.

Speaker 2 (43:52):
Mogi, he's cooked.

Speaker 3 (43:53):
Hey, just from just from myself and Mogie and Jason also, POGs.
Thank you so much. It's a huge honor. Arm all right,
thank you.

Speaker 1 (44:06):
The Hidarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune
in four on radio.

Speaker 4 (44:12):
You two there on the radio hold Archy Big Show
this Thursday evening. And I tell you what New Zealand
and Day and lou Is back.

Speaker 3 (44:20):
Wow. Twenty fifth of June fellas Tuesday, three weeks time
will be up the skytower broadcasting for twelve hours straight.
If you have a broadcast for that long before.

Speaker 2 (44:29):
I haven't, but it feels like it's going to be
shared out amongst the team. Would that be right? I
mean I'm not going to do it if we're not
doing a full twelve hours, are we sure?

Speaker 4 (44:35):
No?

Speaker 2 (44:35):
I have vowed to do the stairs five times on
that day. Oh cool, okay, we'll hold you to that.
If you don't do it. Oh yeah, it's it's not really.
I just make it that you have to do the
bungee off the skytower. If you don't do five times
out the stairs.

Speaker 3 (44:50):
Well how about this even just once? You just have
to go up once, up the stairs once yep, to
the top, and then you.

Speaker 2 (44:56):
Tell you what, Jason, I'll do it with you. I'll
just if challenges it a bit for me. If we're
going to do that.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
What do you mean while my training is specifically around
five times just at once? I look, this just flag it,
I mean, not lo just the charity this. Yeah, but
let's focus on the chair on the sideline.

Speaker 3 (45:16):
What about this, Jase runs up? What does you can
just walk up the stairs to the top from the
bottom and we raise donations for boal cancer?

Speaker 2 (45:23):
What idea? Man? What a great idea?

Speaker 3 (45:25):
Like ten thousand per step?

Speaker 1 (45:28):
No?

Speaker 3 (45:28):
Just anything really even if it was for one hundred bucks,
wouldn't that be worth it? Yeah, per step, just in general.
So I think that's a really good way, and really
for you to volunteer to do that.

Speaker 4 (45:38):
Yeah, I want to reiterate the most important thing here
is the broadcast. Agree, let's not get sidelined.

Speaker 2 (45:46):
That good if we can cut to you live and
you're near death on the second floor.

Speaker 3 (45:54):
The second floor, about one hundred, that's a really good idea, though, Jason.

Speaker 2 (45:57):
Yeah, well listen, I'll put it to that. I'll put
it to Boggsy.

Speaker 3 (46:00):
No, Pugs will take care of.

Speaker 2 (46:03):
Speak to Pugsy about it, and and then we'll see
where we go from there.

Speaker 7 (46:08):
You have to do it.

Speaker 3 (46:10):
That's all you've got to do, man, Well, I do
that every day exactly.

Speaker 5 (46:13):
Yeah, it'll be, it'll be. It'll be easy for you, man,
it'll be easy money. And there's only eleven hundred and
three steers, there's only fifty one floors.

Speaker 2 (46:23):
Yeah, you're knocked that out, man.

Speaker 8 (46:24):
Yeah, that's easy man. Yeah, sweet, Okay, let's agreed. Then,
oh no, we've got to you know, just you can't
just done and then all of a sudden that's happening.
It requires a bit of admin.

Speaker 2 (46:40):
To put some shorts on with me.

Speaker 5 (46:44):
You've got to concentrate on your training, Jose, Well, well
we'll be your will be your support crew man.

Speaker 2 (46:50):
Consider it done. Yeah, consider it done.

Speaker 3 (46:52):
This is great. Actually, Kate and the team in the
office be start because this will add another lad to
raising money and awareness.

Speaker 2 (46:57):
There's other things.

Speaker 5 (46:58):
We didn't do a comedy festival thing, went into a
gig then, But this feels like this is our contribution.

Speaker 3 (47:02):
Yeahl oh, we are Jay, so worry. That's what good
thing about having a team of four is the three
of us will stay focused while you raise money for charity.
Of course, we're doing the whole thing for Bow Cancer
New Zealand. If you'd like to donate to Jason, who's
going to be climbing all fifty one stairs at the
sky Town floors floors sorry yeah stairs.

Speaker 2 (47:22):
Yeah, Text Lou that sounds like a lot.

Speaker 3 (47:24):
Lou to three four eight three for a secure donation
link and here today and Lou dot co dot z
for an online symptom checker with bow cancer. If you
cancer symptoms early, you have a very good chance of
saving your own life. To do do it good on
Keazy what Day was that No, Thursday, June twenty fifth.
It's in your calendar, so you're there. But I'm so excited.

Speaker 1 (47:44):
The Hdarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio
Hdarchy is.

Speaker 4 (47:49):
Indeed rage against the machine. There on the radio Hodarchy
Big Show. This wet and moist Thursday evening.

Speaker 3 (47:56):
It certainly is we're in moist. It's also I feel
like there's a big stench of lies hanging over the
Big Show.

Speaker 2 (48:03):
Man.

Speaker 3 (48:04):
I don't know if you can smell that, Mogi.

Speaker 5 (48:05):
Probably I can't tell you what I can smell, man,
I can smell a cloud of distrust.

Speaker 2 (48:10):
That's what it is.

Speaker 5 (48:11):
And that's what I'm not happy about, is that there's
all this distrust around the place, and it feels like
Red's under the bed. It feels like knocking out your
neighbors and all this sort of sort of stuff. And
so what I want to do is I just like
to get to the bottom of exactly what's going on. Jason,
last night you said that you were going to Reburger

(48:31):
with your wife for dinner. It's something you said a
million times before, and you say it so often that
there's no way it can be true.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
Keys, you agree one hundred percent. We're just like, we
don't believe you. And it's a sponsor's product, they invested,
we're partners with them. And you, well, I'm pretty sure
you go on the radio and lie and say that
you're definitely having Reburger come on. So what we thought
we'd do is pugs are sent through your wife's numbers.
So actually, wait, we're calling you now, So hello, reception,

(49:02):
don't you.

Speaker 4 (49:04):
Cause I have not spoken to my wife about this
issue at all. So whatever you ask her, she is obliged,
and she's a very honest. She's an honest person.

Speaker 3 (49:16):
I think this actually is reception. Is that actually reception? Hello,
this sends in me reception. No you haven't. I've accidentally
called the wrong number. I'm so sorry.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
Something.

Speaker 3 (49:32):
Yeah, we'll give you a backbone T shirt. Okay, sorry, Rochelle,
all right, thank you, love you. Bye. That's a bag
of fellows.

Speaker 2 (49:49):
That's that's terrible.

Speaker 1 (49:51):
Man.

Speaker 2 (49:51):
Well we have to come back to that one. Yeah,
maybe another time. We could probably do.

Speaker 3 (49:55):
It just checking it.

Speaker 2 (50:00):
That's it's kind of over now, isn't it.

Speaker 3 (50:02):
I mean there's I mean, that was just radio gold
right there. Man, she'll kill your wife tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (50:09):
Yeah, the Hidarchy.

Speaker 1 (50:10):
Big show was Jason, Mike and Keyzy tune in on radio.

Speaker 4 (50:23):
Well, there you go, your mad bastards. That's the big show,
done and dusted for your Thursday evening. The Fellows are
now after the awards, but before we do that.

Speaker 3 (50:32):
Keys Podcast and Radio Awards.

Speaker 4 (50:34):
By the way, what's the podcast outro clip for which
we've been nominated?

Speaker 2 (50:38):
Everyone? We don't, We don't. Everyone.

Speaker 3 (50:41):
Pugs literally just sent through and said, hey, you don't
have a clip because we've got to shoot off straight
after this.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
That conscience ignored it.

Speaker 3 (50:48):
Okay, that's all right. The podcast is good today, It's
really good.

Speaker 2 (50:53):
Yeah, you just have to take our word for it. Yeah, okay,
I'm not.

Speaker 5 (50:55):
I don't feel like the clip even really makes people
think go from I'm not listening to of the podcast.

Speaker 3 (51:00):
To that I reckon that the opposite I think people
would do you think? So maybe stuff in there?

Speaker 6 (51:06):
Well?

Speaker 2 (51:06):
Good night, good luck tonight, fellas.

Speaker 5 (51:09):
Oh yeah, thanks. Can I just say Fellas that whether
we win or lose, you know, I'll see you tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (51:16):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (51:17):
Thanks you. It's really good man, it's really nice.

Speaker 2 (51:20):
I'm expecting Kezy to be fully nazily.

Speaker 3 (51:22):
I'm going to be hungover tomorrow. Everybody write that down.
Everyone listening, you guys, Keysy is hungover tomorrow and we
aren't covering breakfast like we had to last year. Two
hours sleep.
