and can I just stay for the record, fellas my
huge admiration for all the backbones out there that get
up at this time of the day to make this
country run on time, to do all those things while
(03:20):
others are snoring away in their bed, nice and cozy
and tucked up.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
I got to say, howdy Joe, you're sounding a bit
nasily today, nasally, a little bit nasily. You're sounding like
you've woken up honestly about ten minutes ago.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
I'll be honest with you, man, I actually woke up
at eleven twenty last night, managed to get back to sleep,
then woke up at two and that's been me right, really, yeah,
truly right. I've been lying on the couch with my
cat and she's very much enjoyed the company. And I'm
a little bit under the weather, if I'm being honest. Yeah,

is that what it is? You're sick? Yeah? Yeah, good.
But other than that, boy boy, I'm loving this.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
How did you Because Magan you were saying you're you're
waking up adventures or a bit of a shambles of yeah,

So I wake up all throughout the night anyway, because
I just can't wait to crack into the day. Fellas
every time I wake up and it's still dark on fuming.
But I thought I'd better check my alarm, because you're
always worried when there's something new going on that you're
going to you're going to miss your alarm. So I
thought I will have a look at my phone and
see what the time is. I reached down, my phone
was unplugged and it was completely dead, right, So it
(04:28):
was lucky. It's lucky that I had a little geeze here.
I don't think that's ever happened to me. I must
have at some point in my sleep thought to myself,
I don't want to do breakfast.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
And unconsciously unplugged.
Speaker 5 (04:45):
I can tell you it's difficult to unplug my phone.
And somehow it was unplugged and thrown against the wall
on the other side of the road against the.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Wall as well. Yeah, yeah, I had an interesting one.
I literally just slipped through wow, and then woke up
at quarter past four or something and my alarm was
four forty five anyway, and I was like, just get up. Yeah,
So I was up, had a shower, had a bowl
of cereal.

have a cough.
Speaker 5 (08:50):
Do you find it as a pressint. Yes, I do,
but you're also running the nicotine with it. You got
the vape going side by side.
Speaker 3 (08:56):

for what's on the bricking with me Kezy. It must read,
I must say over like hundreds of ticks have coming
for this pouring in. I love this though. From truck
of Trev Breakfasts Multi phase two thirty am. A piece
of wholemeal toast with plum jam three thirty am, a
can of V four am, a piece of chocolate cake
and cake and fudge, walnut slice five thirty am and apple.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
Wow. What a complex bloody breakfast that is amazing. Isn't
it remarkably healthy? I'd have to say, apart from the
cake for a tracker, yeah, and the V and the
V a massive bursts.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
Good a Fellers. I'm on a prenuptial health kick, so
I'm on the porridge and enough vitamins to fix a
horse race.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
No, that's not good enough. That's not good enough.
Speaker 5 (11:09):
Well, you know what have to be on the pies
at this time of morning, and a can of the
as well.
Speaker 4 (11:14):
Well, he's about to get married.
Speaker 5 (11:15):
Yeah, but he's lying to her, isn't He's lying to
her by getting on the porridge and trying to get
in shape when you know he's just going to blow out.
You're better off just breaking up with her now and
getting on the pies and the v's and she's the lads.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
You like that or she doesn't. Can I be honest
with you you I'd like to see a few ciggies
chucked in there as well, thanks Mace. You know, maybe
it quite busy too, just responsibly obviously.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
Maybe some A class drugs and some gambling as well.
Speaker 3 (11:39):
I'm totally I'm totally with Mogi. Just just drop the facade,
drop the facade. Be who you are, maybe selfy, useless
piece of work that you are, a little bit of cheating,
some cheating as well.
Speaker 4 (11:55):
That's all coming up next to the big show.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
The Hichy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keys tune
in four on radio.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
So this is when I come in? Is it because
I'm going to do the headlines for your fellers?
Speaker 3 (12:15):
You will obviously, that's why you're here if.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
You don't mind. Now, I've had some printer issues this morning.
The only printer I could connect to was in Hamilton,
so right, I couldn't print, so I have had to
handwrite it down on my notebook here, so weird writing.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
Can you just go take it easy on Brits literally
the first time?
Speaker 2 (12:32):
So it's all good, So just bear with me here.
So I've got Argentina. They scored three goals in thirteen minutes. Wow,
and they've beaten Egypt three to two.
Speaker 4 (12:45):
Amazing that.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
It's amazing for them and the old messy there. Yeah,
I think he scored one of them.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
He did, he got one of them, he got an
assist fantastic, That's why I mentioned it.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
Yeah, well, thanks Jays, thanks for assistance on that. Something
about is there a tennis on too?
Speaker 6 (13:03):
Is there?
Speaker 5 (13:04):
I think that when we don't talk about that because
our listeners don't like tennis. We've done we've done some
market research on that and officially Brent Rudkin. Nobody is interested.
Speaker 4 (13:15):
As I just skipped back, skip back, hang on, I
mean Wimbledon. It's pretty big, isn't It's not.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
The final, it's the semi final. We'll just skip it anyway.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Well, I wouldn't mind hearing about it.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Well, I don't actually know how to pronounce her name,
so it's actually good.
Speaker 3 (13:30):
If we do skip it.
Speaker 4 (13:31):
Okay, we saved you from looking like you.
Speaker 3 (13:34):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
I've got another one here. I'll be honest. The flow,
there's not really a flow to the.
Speaker 4 (13:42):
I apologize, I apologize.
Speaker 3 (13:44):
Can you do that voice? You? Nor? Whatally do?
Speaker 5 (13:50):
That's a cracker?
Speaker 2 (13:55):
In this update, the New Zealand under twenties have beaten
forty five fifteen. Now I don't know what the under
twenties were doing. I'm guessing it was rugby.
Speaker 4 (14:06):
Wouldn't be football? Would because I had a nice sixty
gold back.
Speaker 7 (14:09):
Man.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
They've beaten Italy.
Speaker 3 (14:11):
You've just come in with a random under twenty chat. Yeah,
but it's special for you and you don't even know
what sport it is.
Speaker 4 (14:18):
Ja.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Well again, I had printer issues, so I was in
a bit of a rush to write down the headlines here.
Speaker 3 (14:25):
Well, the good news is, Brin, are you're doing this
every hour? You what the chance to improve on this
absolute shambles that you've started with. I'll tell you what.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
I'll go up to tech support because I really need
to fix that printer issue.
Speaker 3 (14:36):
Let me have a look at it and I'll sort
you out of it. Thank you.
Speaker 4 (14:39):
Can I just quickly add today in sports news with
the export culture of the beer for here. Was I
supposed to say that at the start?
Speaker 2 (14:43):
Now I was meant to say that, Actually, Bran Rudkins
has had an absolute mort I.
Speaker 4 (14:48):
Think it's good.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
I'd just like to thank the guys at Export Ultra
because they are the beer for here, so we've given
them too there so we can take that off.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
Thank you so much, Brin. You're coming down every hour.
Speaker 3 (14:58):
Yeah I am.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
I'll get some more news.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Yeah, good stuff for mates.
Speaker 2 (15:03):
Do you like Incubus but Incubus, Yeah?
Speaker 3 (15:07):
Yep?
Speaker 2 (15:08):
Is this them now?
Speaker 3 (15:08):
Is? Yes? Obviously?
Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah, the whole Achey Big Show with Jason, Mike and
Kezy tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ichies.
Speaker 3 (15:16):
Indeed, Incubi's there on the Big Show Breakfast this Wednesday morning.
The time is six thirty six and just on that
football fellas. What an extraordinary match it was Argentina the
Egypt Egypt up to nil after the eightieth minute, and
then somehow the Argentinians came pouring back through the gap
(15:38):
and scoring three goals in thirteen minutes. Unbelievable stuff.
Speaker 5 (15:43):
Now, because you're a huge fan of football soccer as
some may call it, hoody j you've got many many
games under your belt as one of the North Island's
top goalkeepers. Correct if I remember correctly, you actually went
an entire season having kept a clean sheet.
Speaker 3 (16:02):
I've got to be honest with you. There was one
goal for the season when I was playing for All
Tonga and it was a It was a deflection too,
so it wasn't really my fault. But yeah, I let
a true story, one goal, Keysy all season. Isn't it Unrealkezy?
What do you think about that? Man, Mogi?
Speaker 4 (16:21):
If I had to describe it, I would describe it
as unreal.
Speaker 3 (16:24):
You don't know this about Mogi either, Keysy. He was
one hell of a striker, was he?
Speaker 4 (16:30):
What was what was your telly? One season?
Speaker 5 (16:32):
There for one hundred and forty seven goals on your
Telly one hundred and forty seven goals in one season.
It's not bad.
Speaker 3 (16:39):
Is it far out?
Speaker 5 (16:40):
It's not bad. I broake the record by about one
hundred and twenty three.
Speaker 3 (16:44):
Yeah, holy cow.
Speaker 4 (16:45):
Yeah, it is unbelievable.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
Really sad indextually to that season for Mogi because he
had to take a penalty and those days you had
the old leather balls.
Speaker 4 (16:56):
And they get massively water.
Speaker 3 (16:58):
Logged, and he came steaming in for the penalty, smacked
it and snapped his legging heart.
Speaker 5 (17:03):
Oh wow, clean, break, clean, break. But people beg then
we're calling me the Messy of Levin, the Messy of Levin. Yeah,
because you're messy or because yeah because.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
The Hdiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune in.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
Weez are there on the Big Show Breakfast this Wednesday morning.
The time is six forty seven, and I'm intrigued, fellas.
I'm intrigued as to how you're coping with the sort
of change and circumstances. I don't know about you, but
I'm very regular in the morning in terms of, you know,
my routine and how I go about it, and you know,
(17:43):
other other things which I'm not going to get into
here obviously.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
I mean, no one likes doing poos you or no
one wants.
Speaker 3 (17:49):
Steamer chat, and they don't want that sort of chat either,
Magie with your little hand gestures at this time of
the morning, I will say, just on there at six
forty seven, generally bang on every day I'm doing a steamer, right,
I'm not going to get into details about it.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
Of course you came in, you said I want to
talk about it, and you just did talk about very
explicitly talk about it.
Speaker 3 (18:15):
But you know, because I am and Joe, I'm not
usually that active this time of the day, I'll be
honest with you. I get around this time start my
prep for the show that day. But it's quite a
change for me to be in here now actually doing
a live show, and it makes me wonder about you
fellas and all the people out there what they're doing.
Speaker 5 (18:32):
Well, I'm already app I'm up at around about five
o'clock and I'm straight in to work on business Mogi. Yeah.
And the first thing I do is I put down
on paper all the ideas for content that I've had
while I've been sleeping.
Speaker 3 (18:44):
That'll take me through to nine point thirty.
Speaker 4 (18:46):
Ten just writing them. Down, Are you're really slow rider
or something?
Speaker 5 (18:50):
Just writing them down, kezy and sort of twisting them,
tweaking them. Now, what's what roll's Keysy going to play
the what's the out on?
Speaker 3 (18:57):
What's on this? Is it a little bit too filthy?
Speaker 2 (19:01):
No?
Speaker 5 (19:04):
And then the rest of the day I'll just sort
of I'll run them through. So I'll do all the voices,
so I'll write out every what everybody's going to say,
and then I'll do all the voices oh wow, and
just sort of nail it down, and then we'll come
in here and we'll just do whatever you want.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Because that's interesting because the listeners, like they won't know this,
but Moggie does write it. Like so if we're doing
a funny break He's written all the bits, yeah yeah,
and I'm like reading off a piece of paper.
Speaker 5 (19:26):
It's right, that's right, and it sounds really natural. There's
how far as Keysy's actings come along.
Speaker 3 (19:31):
Jason totally.
Speaker 4 (19:32):
I would argue that us just sitting in a room
together chat and we work. But Mogi's like, no, no,
trust me, script.
Speaker 3 (19:37):
Look at us. Now we're doing breakfast. Yeah, it's finally happened.
For Ollers, you'd be of course, sound asleep, wouldn't you? Keyasy?
At the start of the.
Speaker 4 (19:45):
Day, my alarm goes off at quarter past seven, Wow,
and the Bricky Show comes on and I listen to
that and do you Yeah? That wakes me up every morning.
And so can I just say what an honor it
is to be here where they sit?
Speaker 3 (19:59):
Yes, if you don't, I'm me indulging myself a little
bit here, fellas.
Speaker 4 (20:02):
You talk about going poos again.
Speaker 3 (20:03):
No, I'm just intrigued to know if anyone at the
moment is listening to that. No, anyone at the moment
is listening to the show in bed. Ah, you know
what I'm saying. So I just want to know if
there's people out there that are listening in bed, and
(20:23):
maybe they don't know the fellows. Yeah, and they're going, God,
he sounds all right.
Speaker 4 (20:29):
So Texas, three four eight three, are you listening to
us in bed right now?
Speaker 3 (20:34):
Or with your pants down with you in any way
whatever shape that might take.
Speaker 4 (20:39):
Where are you listening to the show right now?
Speaker 3 (20:41):
What are you wearing?
Speaker 4 (20:42):
How about that?
Speaker 3 (20:43):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (20:44):
Three four eight three? Every text in the draw for
a big.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
Prize, The hold actually big show with Jason Mike and
Kezy tune in week days at four on Radio HODS.
Speaker 3 (20:53):
Indeed, the exponents there on the Big Show Breakfast this
Wednesday morning. The time is six fifty three.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
Jason. You wanted to listeners to textan on three four
eight three and let us know where are they listening
to the show and what are they wearing? Yet a
lot of texts have come in. I'm gonna be honest.
One of the most common texts is that people have
freaked out thinking they've slipped through their alarm and that
it's four pm. Because obviously we are covering breakfast at
(21:21):
the moment. Get over their failures.
Speaker 3 (21:25):
Is that his voice?
Speaker 4 (21:26):
Is it?
Speaker 2 (21:26):
So what?
Speaker 4 (21:31):
I kind of regret asking this question on the text machine.
Everyone's just doing a steamer and that's your fault.
Speaker 5 (21:36):
Jas.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
Every single person is texting and saying that goodday, guys.
I'm listening to you currently in the shower.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Oh yeah, okay, yeah, some sun's going on there.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
That's from Darryl sixty three.
Speaker 5 (21:52):
Is he sixty three years old or sixty three Darryl?
Speaker 4 (21:56):
I know it's from Daryl sixty three. Good hey, guys,
lou here in christ Church wearing my work clothes. But
wish I was wearing my pj's because it's cold today.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
Burrow.
Speaker 5 (22:11):
You should say that to your missus the mate Lou
I did actually consider, and I mentioned it yesterday on
the show.
Speaker 3 (22:17):
Actually fellas just rolling in in the trackies today. You
know what I mean, because when you get out of
bed that first time, it's trackies, it's your ug boots,
it's your old grotty sweater.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
Are there any problem with that?
Speaker 3 (22:28):
Jason?
Speaker 5 (22:28):
Is you've got such an emotional attachment to those to
those pajama bottoms. You know, you've had them for thirty
seven years. Was two years old, Keezy Wow. And they're
just absolutely covered in filth, particularly stains down the front
and the front door is hanging open, wide open.
Speaker 4 (22:47):
Well, it's got me right off. Hey, Heap's coming up
after seven ajs.
Speaker 3 (22:52):
Sure is man.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
The whole actual Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
Tune in weekdays and four on Radio Ho.
Speaker 3 (23:01):
Yeah yeah, welcome Recommens of back Bones. You're listening to
the Big Show Breakfast brought to you by Bunning's Trade.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
You know, fellows, hold on, Oh, it's going to read
the tech. Bunning's Trade has all of your paint jobs covered.
Speaker 3 (23:22):
If I haven't got any paint jobs. Oh no, it's
just you know, in general, in general, I don't.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
It's not I'm not drinking this toe you magie this,
it's just going out to the audience. To be honest.
Speaker 3 (23:31):
Actually, there's a bit of paint peeling in our second bathroom.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
Oh well, Budding's trade has all of your paint jobs covered.
Speaker 3 (23:38):
Yeah, but it's not up to me. I'm just I'm
just reading. If anyone's going to do anything, it has
to be the landlord. And to be honest with you,
I can't really be asked and communicating that issue.
Speaker 5 (23:51):
Well, it's falling on deaf hears around here.
Speaker 4 (23:54):
True that man, Hey, what's coming up in the show?
Coming up on Lancky Breakfast? So they usually play this
sort of.
Speaker 3 (24:07):
Thing breakfast thing, ye ery, isn't it. I'll be honest
with you, I don't have a clue what's coming up?
Speaker 4 (24:14):
Well, interesting news story fellers out of the nation's capital,
involving rugby referees people being nasty to them. So I figured,
you know, not only will we discuss this issue, we
could also potentially, you know, do a bit of a
set of scenario in place and go through what is
and is not okay to say to referra.
Speaker 5 (24:32):
Well, that's a tricky thing because more often than not,
you don't know what's acceptable until you've been red carded.
Speaker 3 (24:39):
Yes, do you know what I mean?
Speaker 5 (24:40):
It's okay?
Speaker 3 (24:42):
There, you know what I mean? And also you know
when the red when the red misted comes down.
Speaker 5 (24:48):
Yes, it's right.
Speaker 3 (24:48):
I'm not always in control of that, you know. So
maybe it's almost more about emotional control, I'd say, so therapy.
I guess we'll get into it next. How good his
queen's are the Stone Age.
Speaker 1 (25:01):
The Darchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodarchy.
Speaker 3 (25:05):
Queens of the Stone Age. There on the Radio Hodarchy
Big Breakfast And I tell you what the time is
nine minutes past seven o'clock, which means it's time for this.
Speaker 4 (25:17):
What's on the news with me?
Speaker 3 (25:21):
Jazy?
Speaker 4 (25:24):
That's all right? What's in the news where I keep
you abreast of all the stories you need to be
aware of. This one comes out of Wellington Feelers. Wellington
Rugby has canceled all of their club matches this week
in coming and wake of referee abuse. Wow it's not physical, No, No,
I don't think there'd be more sideline vocal No, no,
(25:45):
not that kind of abuse. Ere the mogi, so it's
coming to verbals is coming from the sideline, coming from
the players as well as eighth Sorry. There were nineteen
reported cases of verbal abuse, Eight of them involved players
on the field, with eleven than coming from off the field.
Speaker 8 (26:02):
You know.
Speaker 4 (26:02):
So, yeah, it's a massive issue. And Jason, I actually
thought that you'd be a good person to speak to
this because you were an umpire for a long time. Yes,
did you get worse.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
For about three or four seasons there, fellas got quite
high up in the old ranking system too. And can
I say never once did I have a single complaint
about any decision I made right?
Speaker 4 (26:25):
You know.
Speaker 3 (26:26):
I mean there were one or two where I went, well,
I'm not sure about that one. Actually, you're gone get
out of here on your bike.
Speaker 5 (26:34):
Son, Because one of your favorite things about Empire was
going home. You said, yes, got to get home.
Speaker 3 (26:40):
I think my favorite thing actually was a nice cool
bear after the game. Oh, you know in the club rooms. Yeah,
chat to the fellows. You need to get forward a
bit more, Son, You need to get forward a bit.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
You didn't tell me you did not umpire, And yeah,
that's why I gave you out because I sickon watching it,
So you never got abused.
Speaker 3 (27:00):
Did actually give people out because they got sick of them?
Do you know what I mean? Oh, I'd made a
poor decision and in order to you know, reinctify, I'd
make another poor decision for the other side.
Speaker 4 (27:12):
And you said you climbed quite hot. The red sad.
But it is a real abuse.
Speaker 3 (27:17):
Because of course all of my girls mogie, they all
played sport terribly what they were, but the sideline abuse,
sometimes quite seriously, was horrific. And we're talking like eight
nine year old girls and you're like, settle down, you're fatous,
not the riff. The people on the sidelines.
Speaker 4 (27:37):
Yeah, and people are passionate, especially I find too like
a lot of parents of kids, the parents that maybe
themselves didn't play a lot of sport. Yeah, and so
I didn't really grow up around it, and then the
children are playing sport, they just get way too passionate.
Speaker 5 (27:50):
Well, essentially, what I do well on the weekends, what
I do is I'll go around to the different sports
games and I'll just hear abuse at the referee. Now,
I haven't got a dog in the race, but people
assume I'm a parent, you know, because why else would
I be there. Yeah, it's a good question.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
It'd be weird if Yeah.
Speaker 5 (28:08):
It'd be weird for me to be there, if I
didn't have a dog in there, I didn't have a
kid there, and I'd be going, oh yeah, you know
that sort of stuff. And then of course see a
few men they think that I'm, you know, part of
the local team there, but I'm not at all.
Speaker 3 (28:19):
I just do it for shits and gigs.
Speaker 4 (28:21):
Yeah right, I remember you saying, Hell, doesn't your daughter
actually play sport as well?
Speaker 3 (28:26):
Though? So is this what she and I watch here?
Speaker 5 (28:28):
Because she is terrible? Wouldn't waste my time with that garbage.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
The whole Actually Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
Tune in week days at four on Radio hod aka Nirvana.
Speaker 3 (28:43):
They're in the Big Show Breakfast this Wednesday morning. The
time is seventeen minutes past seven o'clock and we were
just discussing the fact that in Wellington all the referees
have gone on strike due to abuse from the sidelines
from the players, and we thought we'd have a bit
of a think about, you know, what is acceptable gyms
are being a referee. What you can and can't say
to a referee.
Speaker 4 (29:03):
Yeah, just you know, try to educate the audience. Hopefully
some people down there in Wellington and across the country
are listening. So for this situation, I'll kind of play
a referee, I guess. Okay, Pugs has found me some
whistle sound effects, and so maybe what game are we playing? Football?
Speaker 3 (29:16):
Rugby, rugby? Let's make it rugby since it's rugby.
Speaker 4 (29:19):
It was rugby there. Okay, So for example, you guys
are you guys are players? Okay, okay, you're on the
same team maybe, and I think we're on.
Speaker 3 (29:29):
I'll be captain, yeah, and I'll be captain to my captain,
my captain. Oh, captain, my captain. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (29:37):
Cool. So I'm the referee and uh, you guys are
in a scrum. Uh and it's collapsed. Oh whistle.
Speaker 3 (29:46):
Okay, it's not. Well, that's not I wouldn't have heard
that if I was in a scrum. That would have
sounded like it was coming from the one of the
fields over the back. Yes, obviously I'm playing like a
magpie or something like that.
Speaker 4 (30:00):
That here we go.
Speaker 3 (30:01):
This is our Apparently you need you need a better whistle.
One this one.
Speaker 5 (30:09):
Well, no, I mean I'm not going to seriously obviously
you need a ref a ref's whistle.
Speaker 4 (30:15):
Yes, well I've asked for one and Pugs hasn't given
me one.
Speaker 5 (30:17):
I don't blame Pegs.
Speaker 4 (30:19):
Can we just can we just can we just go
on with the exercise. Okay, So it's a scrum and
it's collapsed. It's collapsed, and.
Speaker 5 (30:29):
Ah, I'm not surprised referees is getting abuse if they're
doing these ridiculous bloody whistles. I mean, if you feel
if this was happening down on the v in mate,
and you're blowing a whistle like that, you get smacked over.
Speaker 4 (30:40):
Tin whistle, you're taking the purse. Well, I'm not, I'm
trying to.
Speaker 5 (30:44):
You're an idiot, mate, You shouldn't be a referee.
Speaker 3 (30:46):
Get off the field. We'll get somebody else to do it.
Did your mum buy that whistle, fellow?
Speaker 4 (30:51):
Did your mum buy you that whistle? To be honest,
I think the referee would probably crack up at that.
That's probably okay, I'm going to allow that. Yeah, okay, cool, okay,
let's move on to a difference and ario you guys
are oh moggie has made a break. He's passed the ball.
Speaker 5 (31:09):
No, I wouldn't pass it, dummy, And Gog's done a
show and go and he's dived show and he's done
the old show and go.
Speaker 4 (31:17):
He's dived over the line and it's just come loose
and I blow.
Speaker 5 (31:20):
I wouldn't drop it. No, that just for this, there's
a try. Ref you blind me.
Speaker 3 (31:25):
Just wasn't his foot and touch? Okay?
Speaker 4 (31:28):
That was okay, that was a try. That particularly one
was a try. Yeah, okay, you.
Speaker 3 (31:34):
Have to blow.
Speaker 5 (31:35):
It's a try. I find that completely inappropriate. I mean,
I'm not a sexual object.
Speaker 4 (31:44):
No, that's just what.
Speaker 3 (31:47):
I'm going to go to HR after that.
Speaker 4 (31:49):
No, sorry, that is out of line. Well that's good, fellows.
I think we taught the audience what you saw can
and can't do. We're just doing our part.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
The Whold Arching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
Time for your later sport headlines. Thanks to export Ultra

back from two nil down with three goals in a
breath taking thirteen minute blitz. The defending champs advanced to
the quarterfinals and will play either Switzerland or Columbia. They
kick off in Vancouver in around half an hour. The
(32:40):
Baby Blacks have shaken off an early setback. Excuse me
to hammer Italy forty five point fifteen at the World
Rugby Under twenty Championship, the key Wes finish unbeaten in
their pool.
Speaker 3 (32:52):

Speaker 2 (32:53):
The old baby Black's there and to Marty Martin has

Speaker 3 (33:07):
Yeah? Right?
Speaker 2 (33:09):
I just go back to to Mighty Martin. That's a
big story here.
Speaker 3 (33:11):
He's a.
Speaker 4 (33:13):
To the Warriors, go through to the He's sticking around.
Speaker 2 (33:18):
He's sticking around.
Speaker 4 (33:19):
The part of it is really sticking around.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
He's lingering to Mighty Martin. He sees staying at the
Warriors was easy because the hunting and fishing is good here, So.
Speaker 4 (33:29):
That that's good. So is he here just for the
hunting and fishing or is it because he loves the
club as well? Do you know what the situation is?
Speaker 2 (33:36):
To be honest, he'sy. That's all I know about that.
Speaker 3 (33:40):
That story.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
You don't mind if I just pop out?
Speaker 4 (33:44):
Good, We'll see you again in an hour's time.
Speaker 1 (33:48):
Yeah, the whole archy. Big show was Jason, Mike and Kezy.

Speaker 3 (34:03):
Hosanks. Yes, indeed, and your chance to win two hundred
and fifty dollars cash, cash cash, fellows.
Speaker 4 (34:11):
Fellas, did you know that there is a serious amount
of pride baked into every single Dad's pie?
Speaker 3 (34:16):
See what it is? I can taste it, the pride.
Speaker 4 (34:19):
Yeah, one hundred percent. They've given us twenty grand to
give away this month, dishing it out in two hundred
and fifty dollars dollars. The pirate played people phoned us
on eight one hundred, hoduck, you should we go to
the line.
Speaker 3 (34:28):
Yeah, let's do it. Get a Eddie, a mad bastard.
How's life?
Speaker 8 (34:32):
Oh? Good money, gentlemen, I'm going well, I'm gooding.
Speaker 3 (34:34):
Well good on you mate.
Speaker 4 (34:36):
Tell me Eddie.
Speaker 3 (34:36):
What do you do for a crust mate? Ah? You know,
pudgect manage, you know, just point to things, get the
real men day, Yeah, yeah exactly, you're a backbe mate.
Speaker 4 (34:46):
Hey, any what time does your job start? And what
time do you wake up?
Speaker 3 (34:50):
Oh? Five o'clock wake up?
Speaker 4 (34:52):
Trying to get their bikesick, Yeah, you do.
Speaker 5 (34:55):
It's all you can do. I telling us, Bigny, what's
your favorite type of pie?
Speaker 4 (34:59):
The really steak an onion, steaking gravy? You know, I'm easy.
Speaker 5 (35:05):
Steak and onion. Where do you get a steak and onion?
Speaker 3 (35:07):
Pi? Yeah? Right, you know.
Speaker 4 (35:10):
Yeah, Alt's got a good spot.
Speaker 3 (35:12):
Is that right? Okay?
Speaker 4 (35:15):
I trust you, I trust you. Good news for you, mate,
You've won yourself two hundred and fifty dollars cash thanks
to Dad's pies. Mate, thanks for being a backbone.
Speaker 3 (35:27):
Take the day off, dy, you're rich. Airs Man.
Speaker 4 (35:35):
Oh good, seemed like a lovely fellow. He did, didn't he?
Speaker 3 (35:37):
Yeah? He was all good. I reckon you'd be a
really good project manager, Mogi. Do you think so?
Speaker 4 (35:42):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (35:42):
I think you would. I don't know.
Speaker 5 (35:44):
I can't really be bothered with other people very much.
And you've got to deal with them, don't you.
Speaker 3 (35:48):
Well, I guess you do, but you only deal with
them for a short amount of time.
Speaker 4 (35:51):
You go, you do that?
Speaker 3 (35:54):
Yeah, you do that. That's true.
Speaker 5 (35:57):
Maybe I could do that. Maybe I could do that.
Speaker 4 (35:59):
I reckon you'd be good project manager, Jays, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (36:01):
Probably, Yeah, I reckon I be awesome. At it, I
reckon I be.
Speaker 5 (36:06):
Can you tell me what a project manager does? Give
me an example of what they do.
Speaker 1 (36:09):
Pan the Whodichy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
Speaker 3 (36:18):
Guns Rose is there on the Big Show Breakfast this
Wednesday morning. The time is seven forty nine Fellows fellas.
Speaker 4 (36:28):
Last last Tuesday, we saw this live dance dance dance too.
Speaker 3 (36:35):
Much or can I say more accurately, keasy? We saw
a version of that barely alive, alive version of that
we're talking.
Speaker 4 (36:46):
A little bit happening. He's ninety years old. It was
always my dream to go see him live. I forced
you guys to come, and also your partners. I had
a lovely evening.
Speaker 3 (36:53):
We all did.
Speaker 4 (36:54):
Oh yeah, we enjoyed the music to varying degrees, varying
degrees music.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
Both Maggie and I gave it one boozy out of five.
Speaker 4 (37:03):
One buy out of five, whereas I gave it five.
Speaker 5 (37:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (37:05):
But to be honest, we know some thinking. And it
was called the Englebert Humpting Celebration Tour. You know, so
he's literally going around at sort of one last hurrah
to all the fans out there, and yeah, the fans know,
like he can't hit those notes anymore. You know, No
he's not. He's not his old self.
Speaker 5 (37:23):
He was quite It was pretty amazing, wasn't it. Because
he had the way that the stage was set up.
He had a bunch of stools set up across around
the stage. Yes, so they could walk eight feet and
then sit down again. Yeah, I've never seen that before,
to be honest. Yeah, and I was the whole time.
I was worried he was going to fall over into
one of them.
Speaker 4 (37:40):
But I was thinking a real money making opportunity, Jays, Yeah,
what if what if we sent you on like a
Jason Hoyt celebration tour, like in a similar vein, like
a very similar vein, you know what I mean, Because
you know, obviously I'm gonna be honest with your keys.
Speaker 3 (37:57):
The same thought occurred to me while I was watching
ingle boot it, you know, go from stall to stall
to stall. I think that's a great idea. I mean,
I've had a multi storied sort of history in radio.
I'm a bit of a backbone when it comes to radio,
and maybe a final sort of tour stand bit of
stand up a bit of radio chat.
Speaker 4 (38:18):
All that sort of stuff will go down very well.
Speaker 3 (38:20):
Is that what it's going to be.
Speaker 5 (38:21):
It'll be a little bit of your stand up. Yeah,
and then you go you know, some some some tales
from the set of Broken Wood, all of the many
projects that you've done there, and then maybe a couple
of You've got to do a couple of songs.
Speaker 3 (38:36):
Yeah, I do a couple of songs, for sure.
Speaker 4 (38:38):
What song?
Speaker 8 (38:39):
I know?
Speaker 3 (38:39):
I'd have to a couple of green days.
Speaker 4 (38:42):
Even see any song? Well, because you could do like ingle,
but you can have all the stools sit up, and
you could walk from one store and the other one
sit down, then go backbone and then stand up and
walk to the other still and go to exactly and
all the old folks who are most of your fans
will be sort of singing along and you.
Speaker 3 (38:58):
Know, throwing then nickers. Is that me head, old Hoidy
j There.
Speaker 4 (39:05):
Austellian three four eight three by side three four eight three.
By the way, what's a good name for Josephs celebration?
To send them on?
Speaker 3 (39:14):
You could be my support at Keezy do some half
hour stand up beforehand?
Speaker 4 (39:20):
Novel good man, some puns.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
Here's Kings of Leon the Hillarchy Big Show with Jason,
Mike and Kezy tune in four on Radio.
Speaker 3 (39:32):
Yes, indeed, Kings of Leon there on the Big Show
Breakfast this Wednesday morning. The time is five minutes to
eight o'clock. Now, let me tell you there's plenty coming
up after eight o'clock on The Big Show Breakfast, including
a bit of a mental health check up on the Fellows. Yeah,
making sure that we're all tickety boo. Also over Martha
Riki weekend, Old Pugson is going to be house sitting
(39:52):
for Hoidy J. So I just want to sort of
get that all sorted out, make sure he knows everything
that's going.
Speaker 4 (39:58):
On, Bloody Ripper. That's after eight hour right now, though.
Tecks a flooding in on three four eight three. The
name of Hoidy J's farewell tour and the similar style
to Angle Bit Humpin and who we all went and
watched last last week. He's ninety, it is his last tour.
We're gonna send Jason one as well, and plenty of
names are coming through. Oh yeah, Age, you're gonna love
all of these. Hoidy Jay's tail of tied with the
(40:18):
legs that's from Fraser Steve from Guidance, The Final Behavioral Treaty.
That's from Matt Hoggle's Last Hurrah Ah, I like that.
Speaker 3 (40:28):
That's got a ring to it.
Speaker 4 (40:29):
Andrews says, off to the back paddock with me, Hoidy
j This one here is probably my favorite, though, the
Fierce Smell Tour because of his giant Honker. Any of
those tickle your fancy jays.
Speaker 3 (40:41):
Ah not at this point. Keep them coming on three, four,
eight three.
Speaker 1 (40:47):
The hold Achy Big Show with Jace, Mike and Kezy.
Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodachy.
Speaker 3 (40:53):
Yeah. Sure is the Big Show and you're listening to it.
The Big Shoe Breakfast good stuff. Talk to you by
Bunning's trade.
Speaker 4 (41:03):
Get your insulation job sort of with Bunning's trade. I
haven't got one, mogie.
Speaker 3 (41:09):
And again I'll repeat my Sowpia Keysy. I'm it's not
my responsibility. Well yeah, okay, I get it.
Speaker 4 (41:16):
But this is more a message for the listeners that
if they need insulation.
Speaker 5 (41:20):
Oh, if I needslation, I'll begin straight to Bunning.
Speaker 3 (41:23):
Yeah, oh totally so would I. But you don't.
Speaker 4 (41:25):
So just disregard it, you guys, disregard it.
Speaker 3 (41:28):
Cool men, But it's just more for the listeners. I think.
Speaker 5 (41:30):
Even still, it feels like they're reinforcing the messaging for me.
So when I am in the market for insulation, which
will be never, you don't know, I'll be thinking about
Bunning's trade.
Speaker 4 (41:41):
Yeah. I don't think that's their game plan. I don't
think so. I think it's more of just a hey,
just so you guys know we've got insulation. I think
that's what they're doing.
Speaker 5 (41:49):
They need to be a bit more focused with their messaging. Yeah, totally,
maybe something along the lines of we do insulation, you annoy.
Speaker 4 (41:57):
J Well, if they want to target you guys, it
would be a.
Speaker 3 (42:01):
Mistake because we were renting. Yeah, yeah, it's up to
our landlord.
Speaker 4 (42:04):
Fellows.
Speaker 3 (42:05):
It's interesting, isn't it, because we've done breakfasts in the
past and dominated it. Totally dominated. Yeah, totally dominated.
Speaker 4 (42:13):
Oh wow, I didn't hear anything.
Speaker 3 (42:14):
And I don't know about you, fellas, but I remember
last time, after the show has finished, being a little
bit lost for the rest of the day. I mean,
is it is it all g because technically it's the
end of our day. We go for a few busies.
Speaker 4 (42:29):
I think so sure, Well, you know that's our time frame. Well,
you usually wantn't you straight after the show, go get
a hot pot from your favorite hot pot restaurant, which
probably doesn't open until later this evening, and then go
home and watch some old movie and then just go
to sleep.
Speaker 3 (42:43):
But the key is you've got to make sure that
you video one of the scenes and see it through
to the chat. Yeah, preferably the climactic scene. Yeah, film
of the film.
Speaker 4 (42:55):
Okay, yeah, there's filming bits of old airs movies and
sent it through to us.
Speaker 3 (42:59):
It's good stuff.
Speaker 4 (43:00):
Wasn't a going Have you seen how clear the video
is on my new phone?
Speaker 3 (43:04):
So good? Hey, heap's coming up by the way, Old
Pagsan's going to be house setting for Hoardy j over
mark Riki weekend. We just want to do a bit
of a chicken too on the old mental health of
the fellows.
Speaker 4 (43:15):
It's important to do that from time to time.
Speaker 3 (43:17):
Absolutely touch base with your mate. But in the meantime,
he's faith.
Speaker 1 (43:21):
No More for the Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four

you've been wearing around Jason.

Speaker 4 (44:15):
You may not know this.
Speaker 3 (44:16):
It's the long weekend coming up Martiniki. Of course, my
wife and I we went, hey, we'd like to go
to the family batch. The only issue that we have
at the moment is our daughter, who normally lives with
us as currently dog sitting for someone else. And so
we were like, okay, well, it's a great opportunity for
us to go go away, but hang on, what about.
Speaker 4 (44:36):
Jizz your cat? Our cat? And then we were like,
oh no, what are we going to do?
Speaker 3 (44:43):
We need to get someone in to look after Jizz
while we're away. Yeah, you can't my cat. Yeah, And
my thoughts immediately went to Pugson.
Speaker 4 (44:54):
Hello, Hello, hey Jace, Thanks for the opportunity.
Speaker 7 (44:57):
Man, is it an opportunity? Well, look, it's a better Edmond.
But I'm excited to help you out.
Speaker 3 (45:03):
Man. I'm always happy to help you, producer.
Speaker 4 (45:07):
It's my job. And so I mean sure that you
haven't told him that that's his job.
Speaker 3 (45:11):
Well, it is part of it, you know, his role
as many and varied talent management. Yeah, totally something obviously.
You know, everything will be spick and spam when you
come in. Got some plastic sheets on the bed there,
pug Son, thank you on the couch too, Yeah, no,
that's already got plastic all over it. Perfect.
Speaker 4 (45:33):
Wait, so you're sleeping in Hod's beard now I think
you mention it.
Speaker 5 (45:39):
If I was you, man, I just turned up and
feed the can get the hell out of the yeah, man.
Speaker 3 (45:45):
Or so obviously Jazz your cat, our cat.
Speaker 4 (45:58):
She's Look, she's a little she is.
Speaker 3 (46:01):
I've met her a couple of times.
Speaker 5 (46:02):
She's a bit of a wacky bar sod way.
Speaker 3 (46:04):
She's all over the show. Yeah, yeah, old jez, Yeah,
totally she is bit skits. Yeah, she's a bit scared obviously,
every three hours, feeding every three hours and then toileting
in the morning, in the vo and in the evening.
(46:25):
Do you do you have to force it? Well, no,
you just you just got to clean up when she's toileted, all.
Speaker 4 (46:31):
Right, you have like a little tray.
Speaker 6 (46:34):
No, So just wherever wherever she feels like, the cat
just does. Yeah, it's business wherever you like her ound
the house. There's plenty more rules two Pugs all right,
we'll get into that next The.
Speaker 1 (46:46):

The time is eighteen minutes past eight o'clock. Martaiki weekend
coming up of my wife and I are going away
to the family. Batcher asked pugs Son to come and
house set for us for our catches.
Speaker 4 (47:08):
Yeah. Man, I'm really excited.
Speaker 5 (47:10):
Thanks for the opportunity.
Speaker 3 (47:11):
Man.
Speaker 4 (47:12):
You know, it's a lovely place.
Speaker 3 (47:14):
I remember the first time you came over with the
come dime with Me experience. I could see you're a
little bit overawed, and it's like, whoa, this is how
the talent lives. Maybe one day, Roger Fits, maybe one
day I'll reach these heights. And so I thought, how nice,
how nice? It's an old yeah, Roger Fits.
Speaker 4 (47:37):
One day, Roger Fitts was flying through my head when
I was in.
Speaker 3 (47:41):
Your house, and I thought, well, what a lovely opportunity
for you and your lovely partner to spend, you know,
to spend the long weekend at our places on there?
Speaker 4 (47:49):
Why pugs? Why do you choose pugs to come over
and look after your catch is when like my wife
and I do nothing this weekend. Oh well it's just
you know what ud happily coming, you know, as you say,
oh one day I would love ro.
Speaker 5 (48:10):
I would I would have been keen. But the last
time Jason is years ago. Now you got me to house,
Me and my wife went and went overlooked after his
place out.
Speaker 3 (48:20):
West the keys.
Speaker 5 (48:21):
But Jashon's so obsessed with security, Like all throughout the
house there was cameras all over the joint because cameras
in the bedrooms, there's cameras in the toilet, there's cameras
in the shower. And yeah, and make sure you're always
seen by a camera somewhere that for your own safety
west Aokland. Well, not so much safety. I don't think gratification.
Speaker 3 (48:44):
I'm very security conscious, Maggie. That's right, that's true.
Speaker 4 (48:47):
Keys, If I'm.
Speaker 3 (48:48):
Honest with you, it's an apartment building, right, I can't.
Speaker 9 (48:52):
Have you said easy midnight steam perviat him through all
the other apartments.
Speaker 3 (49:03):
That's all.
Speaker 4 (49:04):
Oh yeah, you explain like that. It makes perfect Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 3 (49:08):
Now, So as I say, Pats andybe's going to be
clean and spicky Spain. There's a plastic sheet on the bed.
The only thing I would ask I've got a little place,
a little Connie ben actually in our room and in
the bathroom and in the loungeh I appreciate if you'd
use that.
Speaker 7 (49:25):
I thought you meant like they would be there for
me to take from.
Speaker 3 (49:28):
No, no, no, just after you've finished, could you put
it at all? You know, because I don't want to
come home to a sea of you know, Connie's all
over the place, and I don't want No, I just
don't want Yeah, I was about to pull the trigger there. Yeah,
is there any questions you have?
Speaker 7 (49:48):
No, I'm not too worried about it, man, I mean,
at this stage, I'm not too fussed on like security
and cameras and stuff whatever you need to feel safe.
Speaker 4 (49:54):
Yeah, I think at this point I'll probably just do
it by myself.
Speaker 7 (49:57):
I won't bring my partner, so that's all good men.
Speaker 3 (49:59):
Oh no, do ummm, and just ignore the blinking sort
of lights there as Yeah, Moggie was saying security and Jasons,
can you stay out of the drawers too, okay, particularly
the top jaws, the undy jaws.
Speaker 4 (50:12):
I don't want you're sniffing me yundies.
Speaker 5 (50:14):
I'm going to rifle for a thing in your house.
Speaker 3 (50:16):
But appreciate it, mate, That's great of course.
Speaker 1 (50:18):
Man Ken the hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike
and Kezy. Tune in week days at four on Radio
hold Aching.
Speaker 2 (50:31):
All right, fella's time for your latest sport headlines. Thanks
to Export Ultra the bear for here Lenow Messi has
dragged Argentina back from the dead at the FIFA World Cup,
down tour nil to Egypt. With about tenish minutes to go,
they scored three goals to steal at three to two,
Messi set one up, scored another and Argentina into the
quarters and they'll face either Switzerland or Columbia. They're underway
(50:54):
in Vancouver.
Speaker 5 (50:54):
I've seen it a little bit online there and its
seas room that that the referees are corrupt. Oh on
that it's all across social media. FIFA aren't allowing any
comments on the post about the win on their social media.
Speaker 3 (51:10):
Wow, the Egyptians are fehuman. Oh you're not happy?
Speaker 5 (51:15):
Can you get us a bit of can you get
us the president off on for the.
Speaker 2 (51:19):
Next you want to next news old Gianni Infantino. Okay, yeah,
I'll just I'll send him a message. Team New Zealand
has given the Bay of Nipples Naples and sorry, that's
really thrown me that the old nipples. There are two
AC forties.
Speaker 3 (51:37):
Can you put your top back on please?
Speaker 4 (51:40):
It's hot though, carry on, Brin, Sorry about that, mate.
Speaker 2 (51:48):
There are two AC forties at the water overnight exactly
one year round from the Next America's Cup Challenge, and
their skipper, Nathan Alteridge says the conditions were mint.
Speaker 3 (51:58):
They were mint, although a month.
Speaker 4 (52:01):
Do we get Nathan Outerridge on the line as well? Brin?
Speaker 5 (52:03):
Is that okay?
Speaker 4 (52:04):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (52:05):
Do you know Tony Hawk?
Speaker 2 (52:07):
Uh? Not personally, No, I'm familiar with it. Is he
still still you're in sports?
Speaker 3 (52:12):
Sports?
Speaker 4 (52:13):
Is that is actual name Outerridge, Tony Hawk. Should do
you want to carry old care?
Speaker 2 (52:21):
I've got a bit of TEA twenty because you get
a bit of T twenty chat to a variety, it
would be nice. India have been absolutely smoked at trent
Bridge chasing two hundred and one against England and the
T twenty they were rolled for just seventy six. Oh
that one and twenty five run Hiding is now India's
biggest ever T twenty defeat by run, so great sucks
(52:44):
for them.
Speaker 4 (52:44):
Could you get India on the line for us, Brenn,
the whole of India? I don't know, man, you know what?
Speaker 3 (52:50):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (52:50):
Hell yeah, that's a great attitude.
Speaker 3 (52:52):
Ye I'll work on it.
Speaker 4 (52:53):
That's the attitude you need, mate. That right there from
Brent Radkins Lawrens.
Speaker 2 (53:00):
Is that coming from?
Speaker 3 (53:02):
What do you mean? Should we rap? Have you got
any more? Nah?
Speaker 4 (53:09):
Okay, sweet good stuff?
Speaker 5 (53:11):
Now that's it.
Speaker 4 (53:11):
Well, thanks for coming in, Brenn. I'll do this again tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (53:14):
Yes?
Speaker 4 (53:15):
Are you back in later after nine?
Speaker 2 (53:17):
No?
Speaker 5 (53:17):
No, later there tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (53:19):
You want me back tomorrow?
Speaker 4 (53:20):
Yea with all those phone calls lined up?
Speaker 3 (53:22):
Yes, oh yes, with Indie.
Speaker 2 (53:24):
The interviews with India Okay, thank you so much, Brenn
legend mate. Good stuff, lads, good.
Speaker 1 (53:32):
The Hiarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
Speaker 3 (53:35):
Tune in on Radio News there on the Big Show
Breakfast this Wednesday morning. The time is thirty seven minutes
past eight o'clock and fellas.
Speaker 5 (53:45):
It's time for our morning mental health chick or men's
morning mental health check or woman's Why we just called
the mental health Chick, men's or woman's mental health check
with me?
Speaker 3 (53:56):
Moogi?
Speaker 5 (53:57):
Okay, how are you going? Keesy man? I'm just checking
in with your brother. I think we need to talk
about our emotions, our feelings, how we're coping. Obviously a
big day for you today, mate, doing a bit of
breakfast radio, and I'm just not sure that you can
handle the pressure, you know?
Speaker 3 (54:10):
Oh really?
Speaker 5 (54:11):
What?
Speaker 6 (54:12):
So is this?
Speaker 3 (54:13):
Like?
Speaker 4 (54:13):
Are you checking in or are you? How's this? Because
I feel like I'm handling the pressure fine.
Speaker 5 (54:17):
But I'm just checking in because appearances can be deceiving,
right And how you seem fine underneath the surface?
Speaker 3 (54:24):
Freaking out? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (54:25):
Yeah, like a duck?
Speaker 3 (54:26):
You know? Have you always had that twitch in your eye? Oh?
Speaker 5 (54:31):
No, have I got to?
Speaker 3 (54:32):
I don't think so?
Speaker 4 (54:33):
Have I got a twitchy eye. I mean, that's not
a sign that I'm not handling the pressure, though, because
it seems to be going.
Speaker 5 (54:37):
All g well that's about it's not as there's no
signs oftentimes keezy right, okay, so you know, bomfo, yeah
you've had a stroke. Well it's out.
Speaker 4 (54:49):
I mean, heaven for bed obviously, fellas. But you're saying,
I don't look look, I look fine, you look fine.
I personally feel fine good, So that tells me that
I'm probably yeah.
Speaker 3 (55:01):
Yeah, I'm just getting really frantic vibes off you because
I'm like, but you know that saying a duck on
a pond? Yes, you know, you're very calm on the surface,
but old Geezy's legs are going like the clappers under
the water. That's right.
Speaker 4 (55:20):
No, And I don't think I am like that old
saying a duck on a pond.
Speaker 3 (55:23):
Have you not heard that?
Speaker 5 (55:24):
Nah, duck on a pond? Yeah, anybody of water.
Speaker 4 (55:28):
To be honest, I'm getting a bit I'm getting bit
wound up at the use of that phrase. I mean,
it doesn't really see it's water off a duck's back mate.
Speaker 5 (55:37):
With the it doesn't like the thing about the legs
going like the clappers, because that sort of takes them
back to that time where he had a shocker when
we did the relay race was breakfast.
Speaker 3 (55:44):
Oh yeah, I lost it for us.
Speaker 4 (55:45):
Okay, See that kind of annoys if I'm honest, if
we are being honest, well I didn't. Bringing up the
relay race and my quad going that does kind of
pass me off away.
Speaker 5 (55:54):
And then the word that we had of course that
it was you know, that injury because he was back
playing golf the next day. Apparently it was all in
his head.
Speaker 4 (56:00):
Well it wasn't. The next hour about three days later.
It was really funny a golf cart.
Speaker 3 (56:04):
It was actually really funny because I played with him
on that day. Mogi. Yeah, swinging beautifully. Never seen him
swing so good until it all turned to shit and
then all of a sudden it.
Speaker 4 (56:13):
Was sore again.
Speaker 3 (56:17):
So so easy. You're all good, You're all good day keasy.
Speaker 4 (56:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (56:21):
Well, I mean now that you mentioned I'm not the
hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy tune
in week days and four on Radio hold.
Speaker 3 (56:29):
Ike Lincoln Park. There on the Big Show Breakfast this
Wednesday morning, the time eight p fifty two and we
were chatting earlier in the show actually because the fellows
all went out for dinner and a concert with the old.
Speaker 4 (56:42):
The Great Englebert humperdink.
Speaker 3 (56:45):
Dance, dance, dance, too much good time.
Speaker 4 (56:50):
Yeah, that's right. Engelbert's now ninety.
Speaker 3 (56:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (56:53):
So we went along anyway, and the tour was called
the Celebration Tour celebrating a lifetime of being an Entertainer's
a bit of.
Speaker 5 (56:58):
A comedy gig, wasn't it. He was kind of like
Engelbert's kind of like the I guess, the Tenaciously or
the blood Hound Gang of the forties and fifties.
Speaker 4 (57:07):
No, what's first of all, it wasn't forties. His fifties
and sixties, whether most his sixties. And Englebert, you know,
he's sure it was funny because of how old he was,
but it wasn't intentionally funny. What it did do, however,
Oh he had a few could jokes I did, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (57:23):
Yeah he did.
Speaker 4 (57:24):
But what it got us sort of planning, was a
farewell Hoidy j tour. Yes, I mean, Jason, I mean,
you'll be the first to admit that you're past your best.
Speaker 3 (57:31):
Oh totally and have been for a long time.
Speaker 4 (57:35):
Yeah, and well Englebert, he's probably forty years past his best.
Speaker 3 (57:38):
Absolutely, I'm I'm not that bad. I'm maybe eight years
past my best. Yeah, yeah, yeah, eight years yeah.
Speaker 4 (57:46):
And so we're gonna send Hoidy j on the Celebration tour.
And the reason we're bringing this back up is because
heaps of texts came through for the actual name of
the tour.
Speaker 5 (57:53):
That's key, I mean, that's what's going to sell your tickets. Yes,
and it's really important, like lots of bands do this
with you get your Motley Cruz last Tour Final Kiss
has been doing their final tour.
Speaker 3 (58:02):
For about fifty years.
Speaker 5 (58:04):
Yes, So you've really got to drive home that messaging
because people think to themselves, Oh, he's going to die,
he's going to die. I want to see his last show,
you know, one of those last shows.
Speaker 4 (58:14):
You fellers. How about Jizbot's last jolly jawn?
Speaker 3 (58:17):
Lots of Jay's Yeah, that's not bad.
Speaker 5 (58:19):
There was another one on the problem with that though,
Jason's there's nothing jolly about you, and I don't mean
to offend you. There'll be nothing jolly about this jaunt.
Speaker 3 (58:25):
It'll be a melancholic evening really, Yeah, I'll be iffing
and Jeff and probably it should just be you's got
some scores to see it.
Speaker 4 (58:35):
Yeah, but then you move over to a different part
of the stage and there's just a flat pack shelf
to build and it's just you iffing and Jeffy doing that.
Speaker 3 (58:43):
Um yeah, because it'll be that classic scenario of why
did I agree to this? Yes, you know what I mean,
it seemed like a good idea, and then I'd be
ifing and Jeff and Kezy for coming up with that.
Speaker 4 (58:53):
One.
Speaker 3 (58:53):
Last Dart was another name that I really liked.
Speaker 4 (58:55):
Yeah, the Last Dart Tour. That's from Matt Hoydy's huge
Honker tour. H They're pretty cool because people will want
to get a photo with that Honger in person, I guess.
Speaker 3 (59:07):
So, I mean, I could sort of sell those off,
but I'm thinking like a massive extravaganza. I want dancers.
You know, it's got to be a ShW because I am,
by nature a very humble fella.
Speaker 4 (59:21):
Yeah, you know, going for the glitz and glam of showers.
Speaker 3 (59:25):
But I would like it just once just wants to
be an extravaganza with dancers.
Speaker 5 (59:32):
And yeah, I can see it now you've got your
your dancing ladies there. Maybe they're doing the can can
the can can. J comes out, He's just the nines.
He's got his woman's boots on. As made by Chaos
and Harmony, and you're just Jase. I just see it
this way. You're just giving it death tap dancing up
(59:53):
the front.
Speaker 3 (59:53):
There. Can I be wearing like a taxedo and a
top hat. No, I'll come out in a taxedo, my
Chaos and Harmony boots and a rebooger hat. Man.
Speaker 4 (01:00:10):
People are going to be queuing to come see this.
Do you want more names, because I've got a few more. Yeah, sure,
man doing fat, smoking darts and breaking hearts. The celebration
of the mighty two stroke point a honking good time
that nobody knows to Hoidy Jay's final honk, the Jesus
Last blast, one massive honk of two strokes, Chaos and Harmony,
(01:00:32):
some really really great ideas there. We're going to head
up Live Nation and get these wheels in motion. I'm
thinking eighteen spots across the country. Yeah man, why not
over summer?
Speaker 3 (01:00:41):
Very much?
Speaker 4 (01:00:42):
So we'd have to get in there sooner.
Speaker 3 (01:00:43):
Do us rhythmnes man, Oh my god, here's you two.
Speaker 1 (01:00:50):
The hold aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.

New Zealand Supreme Pie woods Man. I know it's bloody good.
It's a big night out. It's happening at the Courts Hotel,
which is up here in Auckland. You've gotta get dressed
up in your formal war and then you sit around
on tables having a bit of chitty chat, having a
three course.
Speaker 3 (01:01:27):
Very face sit around on tables, at.
Speaker 4 (01:01:29):
Tables, on cheers, on cheers, at tables, right, okay, yeah,
we sit around at tables on a chair. I'm pretty
sure they might have switched it up this year. But
you sit around there, have a three course meal, very
fancy free, booze responsibly, and then at the end you
get to help yourself to some of the delicious award
winning pies, which is my personal Highlight. But we're looking
(01:01:51):
for two backbones to come sit with us. Fair right, Yeah,
who are you thinking? Well, I'm not pegs. Well your
pugs will be there. It's the listeners. So AI, no, no,
the listeners don't pick. We're asking if the listeners are
keen to join us. Well, I'm going to give it
to them.
Speaker 3 (01:02:11):
Well I'm not.
Speaker 4 (01:02:12):
First of all, I don't. I don't choose, but it's
going to be given, and I'm going to give it
to them.
Speaker 3 (01:02:16):
Excuse me.
Speaker 4 (01:02:17):

the Quarters hotel and breakfast in the morning. That's pretty exciting. Wow,
what pie do you hope wins? Guys?
Speaker 5 (01:02:34):
Well, I actually don't. I'll be honest with you. I'm
all about the classics. And because I'm such a consumer
of the sponsors product at the moment, Dad's pires and
I traditionally only really ate a pie when I go
into a server, so I'm pretty much potato top pie
is my number one. So I see that, and then
after that it's mincing cheese, and after that actually was
(01:02:55):
the HERDECKI Big show and beef as a bloody ripper.
But I don't get into a lot of bakery. Bakery
is there where they do the more far out things,
because we had some venice in a while ago. A
goat one turned up last year here at the studio,
so we had that. But I don't like taking a
risk on pile generally speak.
Speaker 3 (01:03:13):
Yeah, look, I think it can get very fancy pants.
Two fancy pens, thank you, you know what I mean,
and you're getting there. I mean even even just doing
your butter chickens and checking curries in there, that's a
bit much for me. I mean, I'm a I'm a
down on the farm missionary, missionary, missionary.
Speaker 4 (01:03:33):
Eaten to.
Speaker 3 (01:03:37):
Sort of feller. So I'm like you, Mogi, I'm a
bit of a traditionalist.
Speaker 4 (01:03:41):
You like fish pie?
Speaker 3 (01:03:43):
Oh do I? Hey?
Speaker 4 (01:03:44):
Do you want to come with us? Text Pie Awards
two separate words just nothing else Pie Space Awards to
three four eight three. We can see at the quarters
there for the Baker's New Zealand Supreme Pie Awards. It's
happening at the beginning of August. August real. Oh God,
Prince did a word wrong.
Speaker 1 (01:04:03):
The Hillarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Keyzy tune
in on.
Speaker 3 (01:04:08):
Radio's indeed sublime there on the Big Show Breakfast this
Wednesday morning. But right now it's time four. What's on
the Telly with Mike Minogue.
Speaker 5 (01:04:23):
Yeah, hey, fellas, we were discussing yesterday on the Hodecki
Big Show, the fact that I had just watched Harry Potter, Yes,
Philosopher's Stone, the very first of the Harry Potter movies,
with my daughter's just turned seven, just read the first
book and then watched the film. Now I'd never seen
the films before. I still haven't seen the other seven
(01:04:46):
of the seven of them, but have now watched that one.
It's got old mate and there who's in it? Redliffe Radcliffe?
Speaker 3 (01:04:56):
That's him.
Speaker 5 (01:04:58):
It was a star making, starmaking movie, made some real
big names out of those young kids.
Speaker 3 (01:05:04):
God o young went.
Speaker 5 (01:05:05):
I was surprised to see how.
Speaker 3 (01:05:07):
Yeah yeah, well yeah, not yeah that went specifically babies
because it's confusing young Yeah, thank you.
Speaker 5 (01:05:18):
So it's all about this guy and his name is
Harry Potter. I don't know if you've heard about this,
but it turns out he's a wizard and he gets
taken to the.
Speaker 3 (01:05:27):
School called Hogwarts.
Speaker 5 (01:05:30):
Hogwarts, thank you, and this, that and the other sorcery, sorcery,
sorcery backbone, backbone, backbone. One and a half busies.
Speaker 3 (01:05:41):
One and a half?
Speaker 4 (01:05:42):
Come on, man, there's that is a lie. He's not
a child, Keezy, he's a baby?
Speaker 3 (01:05:48):
Is he?
Speaker 4 (01:05:48):
Jace?
Speaker 3 (01:05:48):
No bogie?
Speaker 4 (01:05:49):
Seriously, how many busies that a fire?
Speaker 6 (01:05:51):
Come on?
Speaker 4 (01:05:52):
Man?
Speaker 5 (01:05:52):
Honestly, from I can understand why when it came out
at the time it would have been hugely popular. But
the Troublers it just doesn't stand up. Aged terribly terribly now,
the and all that sort of thing I just rudimentary
at best.
Speaker 3 (01:06:10):
Can I put it that way?
Speaker 5 (01:06:11):
Yes, in a real blight on some of the careers
of the older actors that were in there, your Richard
Harris's and Meg Meggie Smith, Allen Rickman, as you say,
they were all brilliant.
Speaker 4 (01:06:22):
So one and a half okay, well.
Speaker 5 (01:06:24):
Ever, possible five that's not a recommendation, Pillows.
Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
I stumbled across across the film yesterday last night, yesterday
night geez on Samsung TV lou Long Room and can
I just as it bears lurement. How much it irritated me.
(01:06:55):
I hated it kind of suck, right, I was like,
this is such.
Speaker 4 (01:07:01):
An irritating thing.
Speaker 3 (01:07:02):
I mean, I don't like musicals anyway, yeah, as you
know at all, but this was just it's just annoying.
I mean, it's got an amazing cast, gregor what's his name,
Agregor Nicole Kidman, but I was just like, this is annoying.
Speaker 4 (01:07:20):
I watched about It's about the Cabaret in Paris is.
Speaker 3 (01:07:25):
Pretty much and I was just like, I lasted about
thirty minutes one buzzy, and then I watched another thirty
minutes and I ended up giving it two.
Speaker 4 (01:07:34):
Busies, right, So two busies out of five? Yes, you're
gonna watch any more of it? No? Okay, Last night,
fell As, I watched the first Harry Potter movie. Can
I just say five busies out of five? Childhood Classic?
It's not perfect, but.
Speaker 5 (01:07:49):
What you're saying it is because you just gave it
five out of five. That's a perfect film. So saying
five buzzies out of a possible five, next line out
of your mouth, not a perfect film, Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:07:59):
I didn't realize just because Jason's given things six busies
before I'll give this four point six busies out of
a possible five.
Speaker 3 (01:08:06):
Can you have points six of a busy don't? I
don't know?
Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
Man, the whole actual Big Show with Jason, Mike and
Kezy tune in week days and four on radio.
Speaker 3 (01:08:17):
Hold lemon heads here on the Big Show Breakfast this
Wednesday morning, Fellas, you must be fizziting state of odornite.
Speaker 4 (01:08:24):
Ah yeah, sports chat yeah man, sports yeah, ten oh
five tonight.
Speaker 3 (01:08:35):
Wow?
Speaker 8 (01:08:36):
So am I writing saying at the moment it's one
all correct? Yes, you've nailed that, man, Thank you. Yeah,
keazy mate, you're a You're a mad New South waleshman. No, really,
you love it, you always have. You got blue running
in your veins. You're a mad dog.
Speaker 5 (01:08:53):
In that first game, because Queensland up twenty nil, Calum
Ponger gets bend well actually said off and then New
South Wales managed to cause the way back and win
the game just by one point.
Speaker 4 (01:09:06):
Yeah that's right, totally total luck, complete luck because we
are a shambles and Laurie Daily has our team running
like a shambles.
Speaker 3 (01:09:13):
Yeah that's right.
Speaker 5 (01:09:14):
Game two absolutely pumped, dominated, dominated three.
Speaker 4 (01:09:17):
Guess what dominated?
Speaker 5 (01:09:18):
I think so I think, you know, the trouble is
New South Wales going to make their way up to Queensland.
They're playing in the Queensland's backyard. That's a big ask now,
as I say, anything is possible in one game, Keysy,
anything as possible. Yeah, but I think when you've been
on the back end of two shirt, what would have
been too absolute hiding.
Speaker 4 (01:09:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:09:37):
I just cannot see a world and which New South
Wales can get up for this. I wish when I
was a kid I had chosen Queensland. Yeah, I'm really
glad I did.
Speaker 4 (01:09:46):
Yeah, I wish I had because I I've been to
the New South Wales like twice. You know, I just
chose the side and everyone else was going for Queensland.
They keep winning. So I was like, stuffy, I'm going
to go for New South Wales. Huge terrible decision because
watching them play Jason, Yeah, it is embarrassing. You've got
the biggest names. The best names are always the favorites. Mate.
Speaker 3 (01:10:05):
I'm fuming about it. I mean I bleed blue like you, Keezy,
and I'm just over it. Man Daily has no idea
what he's doing.
Speaker 4 (01:10:13):
I just don't.
Speaker 3 (01:10:14):
I mean, yes, great player, but does that automatically make
him a great coach?
Speaker 4 (01:10:19):
Me thinks not. What do you think about our halves peering?
Speaker 3 (01:10:21):
Oh I'm not stoked about it? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:10:24):
Is that? What would you have done differently?
Speaker 3 (01:10:26):
I would have had different halves.
Speaker 4 (01:10:28):
Really you would have got rid of Nathan Cleary?
Speaker 3 (01:10:30):
Yeah, because Nathan hasn't been in great form this season.
Speaker 4 (01:10:33):
Right, it's just the Panthers have been dominating. He has
been very good for him.
Speaker 5 (01:10:36):
Would do you keep Ryan Geler or do you get
rid of him?
Speaker 3 (01:10:40):
Well that's the question, isn't it. Yeah, what would you
do exactly?
Speaker 4 (01:10:46):
What about the winger for the Blues, Mark Markey?
Speaker 5 (01:10:49):
Mark?
Speaker 4 (01:10:49):
How do you say his last name? Again?
Speaker 3 (01:10:52):
Paden?
Speaker 4 (01:10:53):
No one gonna need aise. That is one thing that
excites me is Marky Mark being on the wing for
the Blues. Honestly, Other than that, I am tipping Queens.
And when thirteen plus at sun Corp, I'm so sick
of me.
Speaker 1 (01:11:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:11:05):
And what will happen is I'm going to have to
have a caretaker coach and next year Laurie will be gone.
Speaker 3 (01:11:10):
How are you managed to come back? I don't know,
It's insane.
Speaker 5 (01:11:13):
Yeah, and then you'll have Ivan Cleary I hope, so
it will come in and turn things around.
Speaker 3 (01:11:18):
That'll be worth it for that moment, and then I'll
start supporting the Blues. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:11:22):
The game's at ten tonight. However, I'm on breakfast this week,
so i won't be watching it unfortunately.
Speaker 1 (01:11:31):
Then Fellas, the Hurarchy big show was Jason, Mike and
Kyzy tune in four on Radio Hochy.
Speaker 3 (01:11:46):
Well, there you go, your mad bastard's that's the big show,
done and dusted for your Wednesday morning.
Speaker 4 (01:11:51):
What a treat Fellas doing breakfast.
Speaker 3 (01:11:55):
Radio.
Speaker 5 (01:11:55):
Some of the greats of have set in this year.
Speaker 4 (01:11:58):
Not for a while. Yes, where's Jerry's hit? He's been
there for like fifteen years or something. I don't even mind.
Speaker 3 (01:12:07):
Hey, moogie, back to work for you after the show.
Speaker 5 (01:12:10):
Yeah, I've got a meeting. I want to go to
the gym. I was singing. This new early setup might
help me get back to the gym a bit more regularly,
So I'm going to have a swing at there, and
then the whole day is in front of us. Just
get absolutely maggat it.
Speaker 4 (01:12:26):
Actually, I've seen tomorrow afternoon there's a bit of a
work party, and usually I can't go to work parties
because we're doing the show. But now that we're on Brecky,
maybe I can't.
Speaker 5 (01:12:35):
Jo said, you know anything about this work. It's the
first time hearing what's the what's the theme?
Speaker 4 (01:12:40):
Well, it's a leaving party for three members of stuff.
You couldn't point out if we asked you to get
part of the staff got th commercial integration.
Speaker 5 (01:12:48):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:12:50):
The one person I know is Blake. Yeah, yeah, Blake,
you guys know. But he's literally just moving over here
to flavor.
Speaker 3 (01:12:56):
Yeah, but it's not really leaving that.
Speaker 4 (01:12:58):
That's just an excuse.
Speaker 5 (01:13:00):
Right, Well, I'll be on the I'll be on the
road by that time. Keys, we'll get into it tomorrow.
But we've got a hell of a show with all
of our holiday chat masdik totally man.
Speaker 4 (01:13:11):
Brent Rudkins promised to have the head of FIFA on
for us.
Speaker 3 (01:13:13):
That's right.
Speaker 5 (01:13:14):
