Speaker 1 (00:00):
For all you med bastards loving the Big Show podcast,
Get up even Closer on Instagram, YouTube and ticked off
for doggs.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
For to sil every weekday on radio dog get a fellow.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Hello, I'm ready for this Friday, man. Really yeah, I'm done.
Good stuff man.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
I'm just putting my jacket on the beck of my
cheer because it's not quite over.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
I am.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
I'm done. Britty up the wars.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
Have you got one more showlift than you?

Speaker 3 (00:36):
I've got one more ship show and me Ship Show,
The Ship Show with me with me MAYI.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
But if you just had a one person radio show
called the ship.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Show, it's the ship Show and for brave.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
I think there actually was a show called the ship
Show you're thinking of. No, that was a ship show,
massively successful ship show, it was.

Speaker 5 (01:05):
I thoroughly enjoyed it, but surpassed by the Big Show.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Indeed, golf today, Jason, Yeah, bloody sore because.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
We haven't played for so long, Magie. My back's fucked.
But that's great to have that good to have a
smack around, But of a wander a wander around average.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
I think I might have beaten you.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Yeah, but he played well.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
I forgot to tell you the scores just on Vibe.
I beaten them on Vibe. I'll count the scores and
I would have last by like five.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
It was good. No, not at all. It's not my
favorite course that course. Yeah, it's very flat and pretty tedious,
but I was. I enjoyed poona.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Oh yeah, yeah it is.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
It's great, but it was very cool to smack.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
At driving range and ship there. I like it, yes, man,
so yeah good.

Speaker 5 (02:07):
So did you end up getting did your wife end
up saying yes to those brake pads being done?

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Yes? My car went in for a warrant, Mogi, And
as always it's always that this is fucked, this is terrible,
this is deromination. I thought it was. He was just
going to fix the sort of thing under my car,
the plastic bit that covers the engine. You can well,
you can take it off, but then they say dust
gets sapped up into the engine. But then like the

(02:35):
front ties needed replacing, the back brakes were on metal
on metal on metal or.

Speaker 5 (02:41):
Something just like this is why, this is why you
don't take your car. I don't think you and you
personally shouldn't take your car to a mechanic for a war.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
You don't. Yeah, I go to I told you this already.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Yes, but this guy is really good totally.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
But the guy you complain about that.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
No, but your rear brake pads. You said it's middle
on middle.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
It's not.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
That's a lie because you haven't heard the middle on
middle sound at all, you know, because it makes a noise.
And then I was like, instead of getting him to
change it, me and Hordy J Will change the rear
brake pads and make a video out of it. That'll
be fun, because it was just like just FX his thousand.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
What I thought would be you know, but it's always
been the way with me in cars. What I thought
would be a very cheap exercise. I don't know yet,
but it's going to be a bit pricing.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
But at least tires and brake pads are pretty standard standard.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
And I showed Keysy the damage, the damage on my
wife's car that was caused by member of our family,
and I was a little scratch, the little scratch, and
he was like, no, that's fucked.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Yes, it's like a proper fucked Yeah. But other than that, though,
it's going good.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Yeah, it zipping around a little lac quah, Yeah, nice.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
This week in Murgy, I'm going to go in about
with a kid. I'm going to get out of the house,
you know, get away on Sanday there somewhere or other.
Might go out to the waterfalls out pe Hae, the
Big June.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
I've not been been there before. We've been there, so
I'm going to get out there to something like They're
going to leave the missus to it for the day.
She's got a bit, she's got a bit of work on,
you see. And then the wise and then I got
to catch up with the mate. And then I've got
to get back to the gym. Man when the gym
Saturday night.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
Why are you just going to make sure you free totally?

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Absolutely?

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Yeah, So not much man, but just so this is
our this is the thing. I'm just easing back into
it because this is our first full week we've had
in a couple of months, and so this five days
a week thing, it's taken it out of me.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
This week. Jesus, Hoy Hooys.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
The whole Racky Big Show week days from four on
Radio Hiarchy They Big Show Podcast.

Speaker 5 (04:59):
If someone said we can one day of fifteen hours
straight radio, it's six days.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Off and those are my two options.

Speaker 5 (05:08):
And then they just play the three hours of radio.
They'd split it up into five and play them out.
But it was full day, fifteen hours, like it's fucking ages.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Yeah. I do that.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
I do that team and a heartbeat six days off.
I've known people that have wanted that to be the situation, yes,
and found very little support amongst management.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
I like that, but right, if you do a certain
kind of radio show that is not at all reliant
on current events, yes, for example, our show, a lot
of it, it's just bullshit. I don't see any reason
why we couldn't just meet on a Monday, fart it
all out, all of it out, of.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Course, you do you know where we can? Why's that?

Speaker 3 (05:53):
Because the beauty of Radio ninety it is not live.
It's got nothing to do with the content. It's the
fact that it's live.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
True, that's live. Yeah, yeah, yeah, So people will know
if you if it was.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
And I think our listeners would be ropeable early they
knew that we pre recorded everything, and that because I
think they get to sit in perverse pleasure out of
knowing that we be here to do the show.

Speaker 5 (06:16):
I would argue that they wouldn't care because, for example,
the people listening to this right now it's a podcast.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
They know that we're not currently doing this.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
Yeah, but this is a podcast. Okay, there's the difference.
So the expectation is different.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Maybe we're doing this wrong.

Speaker 5 (06:30):
Maybe we do a podcast, yes, that gets cut up
and put onto the radiore we go, you know what
I mean, our radio job, rather than a radio podcast, and.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
We let them put it on the radio. That's right
here we go.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
So we go back to them next time. Our contract
would go, Hey, we want to change.

Speaker 5 (06:46):
And just do a podcast, but feel free to put
it on the radio, Ford or sil free, and we're
going to do that podcast.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
We got a fifteen hour podcast, you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (06:54):
How many breaks? Is that? It's a lot?

Speaker 4 (06:56):
Fuck done, fuck done, fuck done.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
It would be yeah, Amy breaks, I reckon ninety breaks.

Speaker 5 (07:05):
I reckon our Like the first four or five hours
of that podcast will be great and then like the
final five, we've run out of ideas.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
This is your issue, I would struggle. Yes, that would
be your issues.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
If you're drinking, that would be fun.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
So what we're proposing is that we.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
By the time were hammered.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
And just record an entire weeks with a radio every week,
just slotted in.

Speaker 5 (07:34):
Every week on a Monday, we get together for fifteen
hours and hit the purse.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
So the first show is live. We could do it
that way, you see. Okay, so most live and then
we go through to five am. Also, that's a great idea.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
I reckon we pitch this.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
Do you like that? Jase?

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (07:53):
Man, Amen, Okay, we got a booze sponsor on board.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
Good luck, good luck with that.

Speaker 5 (07:58):
Imagine pitching that to metad like setting them down about right.
So we've had we've had some, we've done some thinking.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Well, as I say, I've been aware of that bean
pitch to management that did take off songs, the drinking part.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
That was that approximately like ten or years ago.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Oh it was a little while ago.

Speaker 5 (08:18):
Yeah, because I think now the way the industry is
now with podcasting and stuff, compared to back then.

Speaker 4 (08:24):
Back then it'll be like fuck though. But now with
podcasts it's like.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
You know what I mean, as a drive show, you're
looking sure, okay, lit's know how you go?

Speaker 4 (08:35):
Well, no, hey, I thought we're all in this together,
and now all of a sudden, we are.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
I thought this was you the keazy shit show.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
What do you mean the keezy shit show show where
you've got your own show and you do fifteen hours
of radio this ship show, I don't know about kezy
shit show with me. Ship for brains is a good
name for her?

Speaker 5 (08:53):
Well fucking do you think of a bitter one then?
Because I'm pretty damn sold on that one.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
I love that.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
Name, A ship for brain in the all times.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Yeah, I was going to say, I haven't heard that
for a long time.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
Bullshit, you haven't shipped for brain?

Speaker 1 (09:07):
I called you ship for brains yesterday? Got it?

Speaker 2 (09:09):
It was?

Speaker 1 (09:11):
It seems pretty full on.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
It feels very much of my parents generation.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Ship for brains. It was eighties. It was eighties. We
were throwing around ship for brains for brain, the idea
that you've got shipped for brain. It's not a compliment.

Speaker 5 (09:26):
No, how do you reckon? You'd like old ship for
how you reckon? A human would go if you unplugged
their brain and just plug it into.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
A turd, put a ship in there.

Speaker 4 (09:33):
Just put a ship in there and just let it go.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
Probably better, Probably just do it people better? Yeah, what
are you doing this weekend?

Speaker 4 (09:42):
Busy weekend house stuff?

Speaker 5 (09:46):
And then We've got dinner lunch tomorrow with friends, and
then dinner with friends, and then my wife's volunteering for
Make a Wish, and then we've got a just punishing
ship to be.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
Honest, Yes, it's good to be alive.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
But yeah, I will be hung over tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
Yeah, that's the thing, you see. I'm back on the wagon.
But I'm thinking to myself, but I can't just keep
restarting every week.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
It's too much. So I'm down. Yeah, I'm on the wagon, babe,
are you I'm on the wagon.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
You're not going to ask me what I'm doing for
my weekend?

Speaker 4 (10:16):
Why know what you're doing?

Speaker 2 (10:17):
What is it? You are? Or you are? Ship?

Speaker 1 (10:26):
He told me what was its?

Speaker 2 (10:28):
See how much he listens to me? Magie?

Speaker 1 (10:30):
What are you doing?

Speaker 2 (10:30):
Man?

Speaker 1 (10:31):
It might be faster if I just ask you.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Well, I'm doing a march tomorrow, that's right, Myer's Park.
And then what's that for my wife? Is?

Speaker 1 (10:39):
What's that much for U?

Speaker 2 (10:41):
In support of transgender?

Speaker 1 (10:44):
What's going on there?

Speaker 2 (10:45):
They're just having a a march and a rally there
about that? Yes, then my wife is going to drinks
with her old work.

Speaker 4 (10:54):
That's the old workmate's drinks wife.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
And then they said, oh, we're having dinner as well.
Why don't you come with us for that? She went, nat,
she doesn't even really want to do the drinks to
be honest. Just see a few of her old mate
So that's good.

Speaker 4 (11:06):
You can you wear your boys trip hat.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
So I'll just cruise around for the day. I'll probably
go to my local hot pot on this hot pot,
aren't you And then Sunday we'll just do our normal exploration.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
As well.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Yeah, so you're gonna watch the Chiefs Crusaders tonight?

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (11:25):
Well well yeah, shall we do a preview of that
preview of the week in Sport?

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (11:30):
Great, let's see that.

Speaker 5 (11:32):
