Speaker 3 (00:12):
Weekday on the radio, your geta Feels Hello. I've seen
the name of this podcast has been changed, isn't it?
It is the disclaimer?

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Oh how good I write that name?

Speaker 3 (00:28):
Yeah? I think I think it's good.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Yeah, the disclaimer. So when we when we plug it
on the radio show, we say, oh, and here's a
clip from the disclaimer.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Yeah, I think so, the disclaimer.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
And it saves us in the Edmond if we get a.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
Bit filthy, just assume it's going to be filthy.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Penis.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Penis isn't filth kesy nothing wrong with.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
Some of the words. I've seen, sure ship and I've
seen a few.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
I've seen a lot.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
He's had a nap, I've had a name. Yeah, he's
got naps. I had a nap and I had it.
Woke up in there at twenty two, had an hour
long that will I was out, yeah, And then I
had a shower, and then I made a coffee. You
can see that here. I'm not lying.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
You feel bullet proof now.

Speaker 3 (01:13):
And I had a little sandwich that my wife had
made for me. I brought that innuts over here, walked
out the door, didn't put it on, any of deodorant,
do my hair anything. Was got halfway down the road
and I was like, oh Jesus.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Was I look and smell like shit on the mare?

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Was it your second shower?

Speaker 3 (01:30):
It was Actually I can't leave the house without a shower, right,
But I'm trying to do less because just the bills.
We're trying to see. We're trying to see one of
the things that have an effect on your bills, specifically
electricity electrickery. The house that we live in, it's got

(01:51):
underfloor heating in the bathroom. It's nice, but we've got
like four hundred It's crazy. It's like a four hundred
dollars a month electricity, but which is fucking out rageous.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Well, especially this time of year, it's your heaters generally,
the really I remember double our bills during winter.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Well, we've got a heat pump, yes, and one other
one other heater. So the heat pump should be all right,
but yeah, but so we've turned it. We don't use
the under floor heating, but fucking now it's cold. It
is cold without it.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
I'm actually amazed because we've only got one small floor
one small gas heater. And you know what our ceiling
is like, it's really high. This isn't going to warm
the place up, but a bloody does. The only thing
is we don't have anything in our bedroom, so we
have to warm up other ways.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Boom, yeah water.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
I used to love a hot water bottle.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
I think I've never seen my wife as happy, seriously
as last night she went to be she was really
tired out. We watched the end of Outrageous Fortune. Oh yeah,
radio episode. God it's fucking good. No, thank god, no, no,
but just fucking brilliant. Yes, funny. It just one's about
the grand I'll talk about it on TV on the TV.
But while she was in the bathroom brushing her teeth,

(03:14):
I had already pre boiled the jug, filled up her
water bottle and then I was like, oh am, I
gonna put that in the bed where she sleeps. And
then I put it and then she got it. She
was like, oh man, I really want to put my
water bottle. Can't open bed was in there. Yeah, She's
like babe, oh god yeah. And then I went in
there and I was like what, she's so nice.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
Excellent service, excell service. The whole Achy Big Show week
days from four on Radio Hdarky.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
Oh kid a mass ho Mo. If you want the
chance to win all out on ere competitions and staff
and get amongst the live conversation, tune into the Hodarki
Big Show four to seven week days on Radio Hiraky
and I her Radio There Big Show Podcast.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
I think we talked about this yesterday. My wife and
I think ext of service is like and physical touch
are our main tub.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Yeah, totally looking out for each other.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Yeah, not ex of service. Mine's kind words and ye.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
You're all good man.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
I used to actually, I used to lie on my
wife's side of the bed before she got in.

Speaker 6 (04:28):
Like tell lies yeah and just and just wriggle around
till it was sort of warmed up, and then wait
for her to come to bed and then move across.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
In My side would be freezer.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
That's some stuff right there. That's's something wrong with you,
that's pathetic.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
And she was like, that's kind of creepy.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
That's nice I do. And my wife found out this
morning because I'd bet I make her a coffee every morning.
I've only really realized because I've been trying to work
out what her things. But she loves X of service
as well. She doesn't like get out of bed in
the morning, so I make her a coffee. So the
tradition is coffee for her and a piece of toast
and bed for my daughter who jumps into bed on
my side just drag dregs, crumbs and shit all through

(05:12):
it when I get to bed at No, it's it's
good stuff, good wholesome stuff. But because it's so cold,
I take the coffee cups there and I fill them
up with hot water. Nice coffee goes into it because
otherwise the coffee cools down in the freezing cold caps.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Well that's where your powerbell's going, mate.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
That's but my wife got up and she saw it
and she said, oh my god, you're you're heading up
the cap. I said, that's right. I do that. I
do that every morning for you, and I never tell you.
I never tell you.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Now, that's very common practice with your caps of tea
as well. People people sort of warm up their caps.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
Well, that's not true. I've never I'm the first guy
to do it. Old Moogie over here, that's true.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
It's called noggying the mug.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
We alternate the coffees, and I often burnt one under
one I.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
Burnt one, your wife's delicious one.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
I am.

Speaker 4 (06:14):
I am genuinely guilty of gas lighting my wife quite a.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Hurt on that front.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
And what do you say there?

Speaker 4 (06:19):
She'll go, oh, whose turn is it? And I'll go
yours right, and she'll go.

Speaker 1 (06:27):
That was me?

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Is it hard to guess when you're giving her the
silent treatment? At the same time, it's.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Good because a couple of times she's been bret.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
One time she was out on the ketchen and I
heard her go, hang on, I did it.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
I once convinced a girlfriend there.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
After i'd wrapped a fart.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
I once convinced a girlfriend lying next to me that
she had done it.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
There's discussing you're a real catch, you know that.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
I really, yeah, I'm a piece of work.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
Well you did put on a bit of a gas
lighting clinic yesterday on the show with me. Yeah like that, Yeah,
you're mentioned. I was like, wow, this is what it
feels like work. But your whole water bottles fells.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Water bottles, ego.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
I think we might don't have them anymore, actually, but
I did like a hot water bottle.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
They've got them now, and it's a great invention in
the I saw one. I saw them in the shop
there and I thought nah. Then of course my wife
bought one, but the three ft long.

Speaker 1 (07:32):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
Last night I was like, man, a long one would
be nice.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
You like a long one, don't you?

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Cy Yeah, yeah, dick wise, but also, baby, how wide?

Speaker 3 (07:44):
Was it just the right words for you?

Speaker 1 (07:48):
You take it?

Speaker 3 (07:49):
It is not as wide as the traditional one, but
it's sort of like you get like, so my daughter's
got it, and she gets yeah, it's pretty, it's pretty good.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
Yeah, there'll be yes.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
But again water, but try and use it to water
the gap, and we don't. We never do. We never
have that to lie. But in an ideal world with water,
the garden, with that ship water.

Speaker 4 (08:09):
That's the one thing about a hot water bottle is
that you're constantly having to maneuver it, like I have
it down by I have it down by my feet,
initially tootsies and then I have you know, you have
to sort of move it around a bit.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
Last night, it's a picture me. It's eleven pm. Yeah,
I'm lying, Yeah, she's fast asleep. The shark mat is
on my I've pulled back the covers, put the shark
mat down, I've lay on top of it, old man.
I've got my legs. My feet are up so that
my knees are pointing up, if you know what I mean.

(08:45):
You know, I've just put them brought towards my body.
I've put a water bottle on his heels to us
not quite but yeah, hot water bottle on my feet.
And they're a little cushion on my chest here with
my laptop.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
You know, one of those breastfeeding pillows.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
And then I was nant one though, and then.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
The triangular one on.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Yeah, and I was watching a guy on YouTube camping
in Alaska with my whole water bottle on my feet
and my shark.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
I love that stuff so good, really good.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
When I'm going to sleep. It really makes me sleeping.

Speaker 4 (09:20):
What I love in those environments is hot tint camping
where they constract a little hot box and they put
a little tube about the tent and have fires inside
their tent.

Speaker 2 (09:36):
Stoves are amazing.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
It's really good.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
Yeah, I love it.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
Yeah, I've got an electric blanket, so I guess I'm rich.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Yeah, that'll be here. That'll be why you have a
mess ch.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
What we do is it just takes the edge off. Yes,
And we've got the flint lit sheets and then just
turned the bastard off.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Every night we goes up to nine.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
Yeah, we have it at four fucking nine.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Every night we get into bed, it's the same thing, which.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Is you can't get God, oh God, don't worry about that, Maggie,
she's raging.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
Just admit that you can't get it.

Speaker 1 (10:11):
I can't get it up. Feels just temper, you know,
poke its head up and then go.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
What are you going to say?

Speaker 3 (10:22):
Though?

Speaker 2 (10:23):
You hop in bed and it's really cold.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
Yes, it's like Jesus, yeah lit sheets, Yeah, but they
are better than the summer. She yeah, they are. I
can't believe keys of your wife would love a Flanne lit.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
She hates them, does she? She loves she I've figured
this out. She's very much form. I'm very much function, right,
you know what I mean? So like she loves the
look of how and once it's warm, she loves it,
and then summer she loves it. I'm like, yeah, let's
put some fucking warm shit on.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
No, they're good. I like a bit of flannel lit totally.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
And when we go down to her parents place, the
bed we sleep and has flannelt. She it's in an
electric blanket. She's either of those two things up in awkward, but.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
She loves it down there. Yeah, it's really nice to
down there, not at my house. Yeah, it's fucking mental,
isn't it. N it's a g I No, I'm not
saying it's not good.
