Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now here's a highlight from Coast to Coast am on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Man, Welcome back to Coast to Coast, George Norri with you,
Craig Campobasso, back with US. Filmmaker and Emmy nominated casting
director with a career spanning over three decades more than
one hundred films and television projects. He began his career
in entertainment, working on major productions including Done Conan, The Destroyer,
and Total Recall. He launched his casting career on Steven

(00:28):
Spielberg's Amazing Stories and received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding
Casting for a Series for Picket Fences. His latest book
is called The UFO Hotspot Compendium. And here he is
back on Coast to Coast Craig Campabasso. Craig, how you Ben?

Speaker 3 (00:44):
I been good?

Speaker 2 (00:46):
George?

Speaker 3 (00:46):
I missed you. How you been.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Miss Are you going to be out there at contact
in the desert?

Speaker 3 (00:51):
I am so. I'm going to make a point to
come see you.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Definitely, we will do that. I miss you. You've been
where you been?

Speaker 3 (01:00):
H Well, you know I've been. I've been working knowing
a lot of different things, you know, casting, writing and
producing and trying to get some projects off the ground.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Just before you came on, I had doctor Ken Hanson on,
who is a Biblical scholar and expert, and he's leading
towards the possibility that the angels might have been ets
visiting us. What do you think of that.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
I definitely believe that that's true because Valiant Thor, as
you and I have talked about before, looks very human,
but he is considered in the seraphim category as well.
And I mean, I am not a Bible scholar, but

(01:48):
there were many times in the Bible where angels did
come and interact with people. To I think was when
Paul was in prison and they told him, you know,
when he could get out, you know, to escape and

(02:10):
things of that nature. I've actually had some angelic intervention
a couple of times in my life, and I saw,
I saw the angels, but they were in color astral form.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
I did too when I was a little boy. I've
talked about it on the show before, and I'm pretty
sure now at this point it was an angel, not
an et.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Yeah, yes, exactly.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
How did you get interested in the subject, Well, I.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Had just finished working on Amazing Stories, and when I
finished the show, I had a major spiritual awakening, and
I started having dreams about these three beings, two of
which we're like eight feet tall. They look different from us,

(03:04):
have very elongated heads. One was a female with blonde hair.
And I started having these visits from them every night
in my dreams. And of course, at that time, George,
I never thought about an extraterrestrial I didn't watch Star Trek,
I wasn't into any of it. But every time I

(03:26):
would see them in the dream, I would just get
this unbelievable wave of unconditional love. And that went on
for a six month period, and I realized that in
the last two months is then they would appear in
my bedroom in their astral forms. So I realized that

(03:47):
this was happening, and really what they were doing is
they were waking me up and to my cosmic heritage.
After a two year process of going through a lot
of different things with these beings and with other beings,

(04:07):
and one in particular from the plate he's called Tron,
they said, now it's time to do what you came
here to do. Sit down and write and write and
write until you can write no more. And this is
the book. These are the books that you came here

(04:27):
to write. So I would sit down and I literally
all the stuff would come pouring out of me. I
wasn't a writer at that time. I had never studied it,
but words would come to me that I had no
idea what they were. I'd say, spell them, they'd spell them.
I'd look it up in the dictionary and it fit perfectly.

(04:49):
So my experience was getting to read the book first.
As I said, in those books were the autobiography of
an estraterrestrial Saga books there is. There's four books right
now in the series, and I've just finished three more
to complete the set of seven. They're just not released yet.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Good for you. We'll get into all these books in
just a moment. I've got to ask you something though,
that I just found out that you recently found your
biological father.

Speaker 3 (05:19):
Honey, Yeah, how did.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
You do that?

Speaker 3 (05:23):
Well? When I was twelve, my mother sat me down
and she said, your father is your stepfather. And she
explained to me that how she met my biological father,
she just knew his name. To make a long story short,
she said, they had, you know, a brief affair. She

(05:47):
got pregnant and she had me and she raised me
on her own. Then she married my stepfather, which I
consider my father sure when I was one years old.
So when the Internet came about, I started to look
for him and I couldn't find him. And I'm just

(06:08):
out of the blue when I started working on the
Extraterrestrial Species Almanac of all things for Moufon. And that
will tie into the story is that I got a
call from a genealogist in Canada. She said that she
was my fourth or fifth cousin on my mother's side.
She needed some info. I gave it to her and

(06:29):
I said, hey, can you can you find my biological father?
And she goes, sure, I can find anybody. Well, she
called me back some time later and she said, well,
I found him. She said, unfortunately, he passed away in
two thousand and six, and this was twenty nineteen. She said,
he's buried at Forest Lawn across from Warner Brothers. Come

(06:52):
to find out his name was his middle name was Warner.
His full name is Frederick Warner VERO. V. E. R
Ow And long story short, I went down to I
went down to Forest la on the next day and
I said, do you have a name of the person
that called to pick up the body, and they did.

(07:14):
They didn't have a phone number. I looked him up.
It was a seventy four year old man living around
the corner from me, and I wrote him a letter.
I put my picture in there, and I just said,
you know, look, if you're still connected to Fred's family,
please pass this on. I got a phone call a

(07:35):
couple days later from his son, who works at Disney,
and he said, you know, my dad got your letter.
And I said, oh, was he friends with Fred? He
said no, he's actually his half brother. And I said, oh,
so you're like my cousin. He goes, yeah, he said,
but what's really weird. You put your picture in there

(07:56):
and you're a You are a dead ringer for his
brother Fred. He's your uncles exactly. He's my uncle and
I see him all the time now, him and my aunt.
And he has three boys, so so I have this
whole nother part of the family. But we, me and
his son, we all we went out to dinner for

(08:18):
the first time three hours. I said, just tell me
everything about him. An hour into the conversation, he says, well,
he went into the Air Force when he was eighteen,
and your father, your father, Yeah, yeah, biological father, and
you know, he was a he was a pilot and

(08:39):
he said, oh, and by the way, he was in
Project Blue Book. What, yes, exactly, that's exactly what my
face did. What exactly? So long story short, I started
seeing the the same pattern, like, Okay, now I'm writing

(09:02):
mouf on books, you know, for the public version of
what Project Blue Book was for the government. I'm a
casting director in the film business. And when he ultimately
left the Air Force, he became the head of construction
for film and TV at Warner Brothers. That's isn't that amazing?

(09:27):
So I dedicated the et species Amanac book to him,
and I put his picture in there when he was
young from the Air Guard because he was in the
Air Guard before the Air Force.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
What was it like to find him? Unfortunately he was gone?
But what was it like?

Speaker 3 (09:46):
You know, I didn't know really what to expect I found.
I mean, I so love my uncle and aunt and
I have a step brother and two steps sisters. I
did have a sister who was older than me, but

(10:06):
she had passed away. But what was really interesting was,
you know, I never had a picture of him, So
now I have lots of pictures my uncle gave me
his dog tags.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Did he know did your stuff? Did your father know
that you were born? Yes, he did, he did.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
My mother said that she that she ended it with
him because she found out he was married with a kid, right,
and so she told me when I was born, he
came to the door, and she said, and I wouldn't
let him in. So, and you know, my mom was

(10:47):
a fiery redhead who was irish.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
So he at least made an attempt to want to
see you.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
He did, he did. And that's not to say that
he didn't check in on me from time to time.
Because here's some other fascinating thing. Him and his wife
lived around the corner from me too, for thirty years.
For thirty years. You never knew it, and I never
knew it, and so did my uncle.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
You may have met him and he knew who you
were and didn't say anything.

Speaker 3 (11:18):
I absolutely believe that to be true. I really feel
like I didn't meet him and I didn't know it.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
I love that story.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
Well, great, yeah, amazing, isn't it.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
How did you feel? Did it closed any chapters in
your life? It?

Speaker 3 (11:33):
Actually it did? It closed it, but it opened it wide,
you know, to be I mean I'm just very excited
to learn the history, to learn who he was, who
his parents were, you know, their lineage, and finally just

(11:55):
getting to see what he looks like. So now he Now,
he does come through once in a while if I'm
just having a conversation with the medium and they'll they'll
bring him up. They'll say, they'll make the distinction by saying,
there's a man here who says he's your father, but

(12:16):
he's saying he's your biological father.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
I love Do you see any of you in any
of the pictures of him?

Speaker 3 (12:22):
Now, yes, we when we were young, we were almost identical.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
I love that, Craig. Yeah, I'm happy for you.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Yeah, it was.

Speaker 3 (12:35):
It was great. And I also helped run James find
his biological family. You know, the guy who does move
on TV.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 4 (12:48):
Yeah, but I know you're going to want some them
after hearing this. This is an amazing story.

Speaker 5 (12:52):
We've got Stephen and Malachi Gregory in Nelson, New Zealand.

Speaker 4 (12:56):
I understand that Malachi, who's eight almost nine years old now,
was suffering with not just one or two warts, but
I mean as significant outbreak of warts all over his body.
So significant. It impacted his ability to really function.

Speaker 6 (13:10):
Yeah, yeah, he was having trouble even holding a pencil
to right.

Speaker 5 (13:13):
It was Tie's book. Actually that got me thinking about it.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
I'm not surprised.

Speaker 6 (13:17):
It is an amazing immunal modulator, and so I can
see that it would work.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
And so at what point did you see that there
was actually improvement it's really going to work.

Speaker 6 (13:27):
Well, look, we really started to notice it around twelve weeks.
You can see these things actually getting smaller and smaller
and then going down to with just little red monks.
The whole things are gone and we're talking about what's
you know one the size of the wanner. I thought,
no way, that's gonna wow. It's just been miraculous to
see him get into a pair of shoes.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
Yes, how wonderful.

Speaker 5 (13:48):
It's great to see him so happy.

Speaker 4 (13:50):
And yeah, absolutely wonderful.

Speaker 5 (13:52):
Friends that have seen it, that is blown away.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
Ti, this is awesome.

Speaker 5 (13:56):
Yeah, this is awesome.

Speaker 7 (13:57):

Speaker 2 (14:19):
Well, now the book, the UFO Hotspot Compendium, How many
are there now? Well?

Speaker 3 (14:24):
Two for move On, that, this one in the et
Extraterrestrial Species Amanac, plus uh my four other books and
then three that will be coming out and then I'm
going to be writing a new one for Redwillwiser soon
give us an overview. An overview of the UFO Hotspot

(14:47):
Compendium is they move On approached me and said, what
we want to do is send out a letter to
all of the state directors and have them nominate their
favorite UFO hotspot in the US and Canada. And then

(15:09):
I received all of those and then I sort of
went through them and found the ones that were more interesting.
I myself had been to several of them, so I
picked those as well. And what I was able to
do in doing it is I was able to work

(15:30):
a lot with the original mof ON investigators on those
cases and also got the Project Blue Book findings at
the end on them. And some of the cases were reopened,
like the Shag Harbor incident that classic classic one that oh,

(15:56):
what's his name.

Speaker 5 (15:57):
Chris.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
Just thinking, Chris Styles and Doug Ledger. So they revived
the incident and I talked to them at length and
brought everyone up to date. And there's just so much
more about these places that people don't know about. But
there's some dark places, there's some forbidden places, and there's

(16:24):
some nice places to go and visit. So the book
gives you an overview of the who, what, when, where,
why and how, But then you get the entire story
and what the final findings were on that particular case
and if the sightings or if extraterrestrials are still appearing

(16:47):
in that particular hotspot, And then I give you all
the things to do when you go to that hotspot, Like,
for instance, if you were going to go to a
Giant Rock and the Integratron, you have to make an
appointment to go to the Integratron, you can't just show up.

(17:09):
And if you want to go out with night vision
binoculars to UFO hunt at Giant Rock, I give you
the person who's a historian who takes groups out at
night and.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
Grimly, God rest his soul.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Yeah, amazing, Yeah, Georgia Man Tassel was there. He was
he was there at Giant Rock, living under the rock,
you know, for the longest time. So we tell his
story as well.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
What is the biggest UFO hotspot in the country.

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Well, I I would I would say three things. Three
of them. One is Sedona. I captured a a silver
metallic orb that was traveling along the side of the
road as I was driving towards Bell Rock. I just

(18:11):
saw it coming towards me and I grabbed my phone
and I snapped a couple of pictures. So that picture
is in the UFO hotspot. I've seen lots of ships
in the sky, especially using night vision binoculars. The other
is e Seti Ranch in Washington. That place is a

(18:35):
big hotspot. You're almost guaranteed to see something there. They
do have one or two pair of night vision binoculars
there that they'll show you that they'll give to everybody
to use. And when I was there, I saw ships
come in and then they would talk to it and

(18:56):
say power up, and then the whole ship will go,
you know, like tons of lights. Then it would say
move to the left, moved to the right, and it
would do that. And the other one is the Bradshaw Ranch,
which a lot of people don't really know about I wrote.
Once I wrote about it, they did a TV series

(19:21):
on it. I'm not sure if it was a travel channel,
it was one of those channels. And I've been there
several times. I went there the first time with a
woman that I know who worked there when it was
a working ranch, and she's the one that told me
all the initial stories of the extraterrestrial beings that were

(19:44):
seen there, everything from the angelic to reptilians to Gray's
a albino sasquatch was that they called Big Girl because
she ended up having a so they saw her prints
and then they started seeing a baby's prints because Linda

(20:05):
Bradshaw used to feed her and put fruit and vegetables
out on a plate at night for her, and they
would all be eaten in the morning, and then rocks
and stones, stones and sticks would be placed on the
plate as her offering back to Linda.
