More unrest in parts of Minnesota after the death of
a woman. It's another night of loud protests in Minneapolis
after the fatal shooting of a woman by an ICE agent.
What looks to be hundreds of protesters have gathered in
the city's downtown area. They're carrying signs, blowing whistles, banging drums,
and some have set off fireworks. There are reports some

protesters have gathered at a hotel where they believe ICE
agents are staying. President Trump met with US oil executives
at the White House to discuss next steps involving Venezuela's
oil infrastructure. Trump said Venezuela has been working with the
US and a decision will be made soon on which
oil companies will take part in the project. The meeting

comes after the US military captured Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro.
Trump said getting drilling back underway in Venezuela will benefit
both countries. After Manhattan's iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree goes
dark this weekend, it moves on to an even loftier purpose.
