is happening on President Trump's decision to carry out deportations
under the Alien Enemies Act of seventeen ninety eight. The
Trump administration is accused of defying a judge's order that
blocked the deportation of Venezuelan gang members under the Act.

because the Venezuelans deported were no longer in US territory.
At least forty two people have been killed by severe
storms in the South and Midwest. Many states woke up
this morning to damage left behind by wildfires, rain, tornadoes,
