Hegsath is facing more controversy for reportedly sharing detailed military

Van Holland is defending the due process rights of a
Maryland man mistakenly deported to l Salvador, Tammy Trijello reports.

said if the Trump administration can violate the rights of
Kilmer or Brego Garcia, the rights of all Americans are threatened,

His comments come days after he traveled to El Salvador
to visit Brego Garcia, who was being imprisoned alongside other

Media reports say thirty five year old Caesar Hernandez was
arrested in Tijuana last week. Hernandez escaped from custody in
Kerrn County last December before a scheduled court appear in Sindolno.
He was serving eighty years to life in prison for
a twenty nineteen murder in southeast Los Angeles. Authorities say
Hernandez got into a shootout with Mexican police officers who
were attempting to arrest him on April ninth. The commander

of the police unit known as the Gringo Hunters was
shot and killed during the gun battle. Hernandez escaped after
the shooting, but the Los Angeles Times reports he was
arrested last Thursday.

Also in southern California, the loss Perdrino's juvenile Hall in
Downey is one step closer to being permanently shut down.

Los Padrinos was ordered closed in December by the California
Board of State and Community Corrections because there are not
enough staff to operate safely. That order, though was ignored.
Now a judge has issued a ruling saying the La
County Probation Department is violating the law by continuing to operate.

how we'll move of two hundred and seventy juvenile inmates
