Former Supreme Court Justice David Suitor has died. He was
eighty five. He passed away Thursday at his home in
Conquered New Hampshire. Suitor was appointed by President George H. W.
Bush in nineteen ninety. The Republican justice aligned with the
High Court's liberal wing, leaving conservatives disappointed. He was asked

about Roe v. Wade, that at the time had allowed
legal abortion.

before me, I will listen to both sides of that case.

The jury pool was narrowed down to forty five potential
jurors Wednesday, This after candidates were grilled for days asked
questions like whether they or a loved one had ever
been sexually assaulted or accused of such a crime. The
judge said court will reconvene Friday, when lawyers will perform
peremptory strikes, a legal tool that allows them to remove
jurors without cause until twelve jurors and six alternates are selected.

Opening statements are then expected to start on Monday. Combs
has pleaded not guilty to racketeering, sex trafficking, and other charges.
Prosecutors alleged he threatened and coerced women for sex for years,
but as lawyers say, his relationships were consensual.

who was awarded Best New Female Artist and Single of
