The Justice Department is asking a federal judge to unseal
grand jury testimony in the Jeffrey Epstein case. In Friday's filing,
the DOJ said releasing the evidence was quote a matter
of public interest. This comes a day after President Trump
directed Attorney General Pambondi to have quote pertinent grand jury

testimony released. Friday's request was filed in a federal court
in Manhattan. It could take months for the records to
be released. Millions are under the threat of potential floods
on the Gulf Coast and in the mid Atlantic. Arkansas, Florida,
and Louisiana up to areas in the Midwest were hit
overnight with heavy rains. Rain from tropical moisture will impact

parts of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama. Flood watches are
in place in the mid Atlantic in areas of Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia,
