had previously said he was considering the unprecedented move of
attending this week's arguments, but now says he'll stay away
so as to not be a distraction. Instead, Treasury Secretary
Scott Besson says he'll be there and he's hoping for

On Monica Nelson, The FDA says six people have died
and dozens have been hospitalized due to a listeria outbreak
linked to pre cooked pasta meals. More from Jim Roop.

The recall involves products from California based Nate's Fine Foods.
The cases of listeria have been reported across eighteen states now.
The meals were sold at grocery chains nationwide, including Trader Joe, Walmart, Kroger,
and Albertson's. Health officials were warning customers to check their
freezers and the FDA website I'm Jim Roop.

Sesame Street will make its Netflix debut next week, with
NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace as the show's first guest star.
