The measure forces the Department of Justice to make public
all of the investigation files related to the deceased sex criminal.
Only one representative, Republican, Clay Higgins of Louisiana, voted no,
claiming the bill would harm innocent people swept up in
the investigation. The bill now goes to the Senate, where
it faces an uncertain future. President Trump recently said he'll
sign the measure if it passes the Senate. A three

judge panel has blocked Texas's GOP friendly congressional maps from
being used in next year's midterms. The panel ruled today
in favor of a group of Democrats who had sued
to block the GOP's plan. They were backed by a
number of civil rights groups who argued that the maps
amounted to racial gerrymandering. President Trump's effort to revive a
defamation lawsuit against CNN has been shot down by a

federal appeals court. His four hundred and seventy five million
dollar defamation lawsuit cited five examples of the use of
the term the big lie or election lies that his
attorneys said the network refused to retract and called them defamatory,
but a three judge appellate panel upheld the lower court's
twenty twenty three dismissal of the case. Federal investigators have

finished their work at the site of the ups plane
crash in Louisville. Louisville Emergency Services Director Jody Meeman says
evidence from the site is still being collected.

While the NTSB has released the site, that doesn't mean
that they've released the evidence, and every piece of that
aircraft has to be found, collected, and packaged and taken
away properly by the contractor that's on site doing that.

The contractor is still collecting airplane wreckage from just south
of the airport. A preliminary report from the end TSB
is expected within thirty days, but a final report is

new study shows there could be a connection between a
mother's stress level during pregnancy and when a baby's teeth
come through. Researchers at Rochester University in New York found
that infants who have mothers with higher levels of a

stress hormone developed their first teeth earlier. The study, published
in the Frontiers in Oral Health, suggests that stress can
speed up aging in babies. Researchers say the premature showing
of teeth could be an early warning of an infant's
compromised oral development and overall health. The Macy's Thanksgiving Day
