bid to end birthright citizenship violates the Constitution. The High
Court granted an appeal in the case Friday. Trump signed
an executive order that aimed to end birthright citizenship on
his first day back in office. The Supreme Court will
hear arguments next year. A decision is expected by the

end of June. The National Guard member who survived last
month's deadly attack near the White House is slowly healing.
West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrissey cited staff Sergeant Andrew Wolfe's
family for the information. In an update Friday, we were
told that Andrew was asked if he could hear the
nurse who asked the question to give a thumbs up,
and he did respond. Twenty four year old guardsman is

expected to spend another two to three weeks in intensive
care as he recovers from a head wound. The Afghan
national charged with murder in the attack made a virtual
Court of appearance Tuesday from a hospital bed. Nearly nineteen
million people across the West and Midwest are under winter
weather alerts as heavy snow and strong winds sweep across
the regions. Snow is falling over parts of the northern

plains and rockies from Montana to the Dakotas today. A
wintry mix will spread into Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin this evening.
For Casters say the snow will extend into Michigan, Indiana,
and Ohio into Sunday morning, with accumulations of anywhere from
two to six inches possible. In Chicago, Americans are piling
up credit card debt at a slower rate than last year,

so far, which brings the total credit card debt to
over one trillion. Still, the additional mount of credit card

last year. The average credit card debt per household tops

visa applications for visitors attending the FIFA World Cup in California.

Mayor Lisa Gilmore says it's important for athletes, families and

As the winter ski season gets underway, Colorado Ski Country
USA will raise prices on its junior ski passport on Monday.
Communications director Sarah Baty says the price will jump ten bucks.
Ski passport is sixty seven dollars for kindergarten through second grade,
and that's going to go up to seventy seven dollars
on Monday the eighth. The pass board includes four days

of skiing or writing at nineteen Colorado resorts for kids
from kindergarten through sixth grade, an eighty eight year old
grocery store employee in Michigan, has received a check for
nearly two million dollars after his story went viral on

Sam Wiedenhoffer during his grocery store shift about two weeks
ago and told Weiedenhoffer how he couldn't retire because his
General Motors pension had been wiped out in twenty twelve,
following the company's bankruptcy, Wiedenhaffer asked his millions of TikTok
followers to help Babas, a video that racked up more

than ten million views. Reports say Bambas wiped tears from
his eyes as On Saturday, the twenty two year old
influencer presented Bambis with a check for one point seven
million dollars.
