judge is calling for material to be released from the
Jeffrey Epstein Grand jury investigations that took place about twenty
years ago. A bit earlier this year, to release the
transcripts had been denied, but Judge Rodney Smith of Florida

says he'll grant a request by the Justice Department after
a bill passed by Congress ordered the release of all
Epstein related records. Two people who survived a US attack
on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean were reportedly
seen waving before being killed in a second strike. Video

police continue investigating last weekend's mass shooting at a children's

Authority say they arrested a man who attended the birthday
party last Saturday night, where four people, including three children,
are killed thirteen others injured. The San Juanquin County District
Attorney says twenty two year old Luciano Guerrero was taken
into custody Monday for a prole violation tied to his
presence at the crime scene. Prosecutor stress he's not a
suspect in the shooting at this time, but he is
a proleee with a prior conviction for carrying a loaded

Guero's being held without mail on thirty seven charges. Action
News Live reports the search for suspects continues, and a
reward for information leading to their arrests has grown to
