The US Supreme Court is expected to rule next year
on President Trump's push to end birthright citizenship, granting an
appeal in the case. Friday, Trump had signed an executive
order aiming to end birthright citizenship, which is guaranteed in
the fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution. A Supreme Court decisions
expected by the end of June. Democrats in Congress will

get the vote they were promised on Affordable Care Acts
tax credits this coming week. That was the issue triggering
a recent government shutdown, which ended only after Republican Senate
majority leader John Thune promised Democrats they'd get a vote
on the issue. Since then, Republicans admit they've been struggling
to craft legislation that would get enough votes to fix

the core issues of rising healthcare costs. The Indiana House
has approved a new Republican drawn congressional map there. Jim
Forbes has more.

There was considerable debate on the measure before Friday's vote.

help give Republicans two additional seats in Congress. However, Indiana
State Senate Republicans say there isn't enough support for the

A Republican Senator. Bill Cassidy is rejecting a CDC Advisory
Panels recommendation to stop giving doses of the hepatitis B
vaccine to newborns. The committee voted eight to three Friday
in favor of a new recommendation that hepatitis B shots
for newborns be left to individual based decision making. Cassidy
posts on X the hepatitis vaccine is safe and effective,

while noting the birth dose is a recommendation, not a mandate.
Calls on the acting Director of the CDC to avoid
signing the new recommendations. I'm Scott Carr. This coming week
is expected to be a pivotal one in the fight
over the Affordable Care Acts tax credits. We get more

It was the volatile issue of the government shutdown that
ended only after Senemajority leader John Thunne promised a group
of Democrats a vote on the issue. Republicans admit they're
struggling to craft a legislation that would get enough votes
to fix the core issue of rising costs. Meanwhile, Senate
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer will propose extending ACA subsidies for
three years, with a vote in the Senate expected Thursday.

It's unlikely Schumer's proposal will get enough Republican support, but
it will be interesting as the Obama subsidies are due
to expire at the end of this year and the
Trump administration is looking to head off a spike in premiums.

Netflix has reached a deal to buy the studios and
streaming assets of Warner Brothers Discovery for about eighty three
billion dollars. The company said Friday. The deal would be
done by the second half of next year, after Warner
Brothers spins off its cable assets like CNNTNT and Discovery.
The deal still has to be approved by regulators. Police

have been searching for suspects who placed pipe bombs around Washington,
d C. The evening before the January sixth attack on
the Capitol. In twenty twenty one. Now Rossi or Bavera
reports from Virginia police there have a man in custody.

FBI agents arrested thirty year old Brian Cole Junior and
his Woodbridge home. Authorities say Cole plays two pipe bombs
outside RNC and DNC headquarters on January fifth. Court records
show Cole lived in the home on Manor House Court
and worked as a bill bombsman in Northern Virginia. The
FBI says he purchased the bomb making materials from stores
in Northern Virginia, including Home Depot and Low's. Investigators had

been trying to find a suspect for years and sale
will continue working to figure out a motive.

The world renowned architect Frank Gary is dead at the
age of ninety six. The chief of staff at Gary
Partners confirmed his death at a statement to the La Times,
saying Gary died had his and a Monica home following
