Authorities say they arrested a man who attended the birthday
party last Saturday night, where four people, including three children,
are killed thirteen others injured. The San Joaquin County District
Attorney says twenty two year old Lucciano Guerrero was taken
into custody Monday for a prole violation tied to his
presence at the crime scene. Prosecutor stress he's not a
suspect in the shooting at this time, but he is

a proleee with a prior conviction for carrying a loaded
firearm as an active gang member and for reckless evasion.
Guerrero's being held without bail on thirty seven charges.

And the search for suspects continue. A dog that went
missing from Sacramento County, California, several years ago is back
home after being found safe in Michigan. Mark Mayfield has

A vet in Michigan was able to locate his owners
after he was found tied up to a fence. He's
