European Union foreign ministers are now meeting in Brussels to
discuss how to further support Ukraine.

of interfering with immigration enforcement inside her own courthouse. Federal
prosecutor say judge Hannah Dugan helped a defendant avoid arrest
by ice last April, leading to felony, obstruction and related charges.
