President Trump continues to endorse Miller, but he did acknowledge

every single one of these claims that she has made

Now with all this, we should mention as well one
other thing, again unsubstantiated, and it's a mystery of how
exactly it happened. But their two year old broke a

The guy needs help. He's dangerous. I'm nervous. He shouldn't
serve bro. That is a Ohio Republican saying that about
another Ohio Republican.

I was gonna say, and he knows he's saying this
about an Ohio Republican who President Trump has endorsed up
until now, and he knows there's a risk to that
because the seat's important because Trump at all costs, as
do many Republicans in power, they don't want to lose
the balance obviously of Congress in these last two years
of his administration. So that is actually putting himself in
(09:46):
a dangerous political position to go out against a Trump endorse.
Speaker 2 (09:52):
Look, but what is Trump going to stand by? This
is getting worse and worse and worse. The back I
added this rolles. There was a text message, give you
a little history between the relationship between Moreno and Max Miller.
This has been documentary, has been reported. This was in
one of the court filings in the custody but I
included this ropes just to show giving an idea of

potentially what the feelings are between these two men. But
this was a former or previous tech sent I think
even a year or so ago, in which he was
a lot of people say threatening Moreno.

Yes, so this is from Max Miller, former son in
law to former father in law Senator Moreno. Miller says,
I'm sick of this. You know I never hurt your daughter.
Take this however you want. Everyone is going to get
to know you better than your wife does. Enjoy the ride. Brother,

I thought it was worth noting as well. Emily The
Emily Moraino, her attorney, put out a statement as well,
calling it shameful that Max Miller decided to go on.

He called it robes.

A bizarre and live field rant about his ex wife
to desperately try to save his political career. It was
a long and bizarre I don't know how much of
it you saw, Rose, but he was sitting in a kitchen.
It was well lit. He was sitting just talking to
camera for twenty minutes. It was a live stream, but
then he ended up putting it up the recorded version

online as well. He said quote, there is a documented
trove of evidence that Miller has a history of violent
and dangerous behavior, and no amount of victim shaming.

Will change it.
Speaker 2 (11:43):
Despicable and aborn that Miller lied on an unhinged and
humiliating video for their daughter to.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
Watch one day.
Speaker 3 (11:51):
Oh my god, I hadn't even thought about that. Wow. Wow,
that does say a lot.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
No loving parent would have ever use their daughter as
a PR pond to save their own political career.

That reads for parents too. That reads for two parents
sitting here who have made decisions about keeping quiet about
things in public that would absolutely help us from a
PR standpoint, but we didn't want our children to go
through more exactly that is Throbes.

That reads, and yes, her attorney went on to say,
Miller can lie and spin on X, but he cannot
do so under oath in a court of law. We
are confident that justice will prevail in court.

And we mentioned just a moment ago as well, the
President has endorsed Miller. We will let you hear every
single word of that very enthusiastic endorsement when we come
backs there.

Welcome back to Amy and TJ. We are talking about
Republican versus Republican, or you could say former father in
law versus former son in law. It's all the same,
but it's spilling out in a really ugly way in
the public and President Trump. You could even say, maybe
Wilby is could be caught in the middle because what

he says if anything about this could have a big
impact on both of those lawmakers political careers.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
Sea Moreno's up win not for a while.
Speaker 3 (13:35):
It's a six year term. He was. He took off
this January first, twenty twenty five. So he's got a
waste to go. Oh got Yeah, this is his first term.
He's got what four years plus left on his Now.
Not so much for Max Miller, who was up for
reelection come November.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
And in a difficult race right now, very close with
a Democrat right now, only a couple they're within the
margin of era.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
They're in Ohio.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
The Democrats are obviously chomping at the bit robes and
Republicans are trying to hold onto a seat. The whole
the Senate and the House is up in the air
right now. You can't lose one. And so are they
willing robes to stand by a guy who's been accused
of throwing hot water on his wife, scalding her, hitting
her in front of their two year old, throwing her
up against the wall, holding a gun to her head.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
They're just accusations.
Speaker 3 (14:24):
Well, yes, because the President was asked about this actually
on Sunday on Air Force One. After all, that happened
this weekend with the twenty minute to camera post and
then certainly Moreno's response. Trump said, so far it's accusations.
He did say he'll be looking at it. But look,

earlier this year he said, I don't get involved in
the personal lives of members and those things. You know,
he's refuted some of these allegations, and he's got to
work that out.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (14:58):
I think both sides do this ropes. Obviously with Platner
there was a lot of that for a little while.
Speaker 3 (15:04):
Right they're they're they're waiting to see what the what
the political will is, what the stomach is from voters,
and once they get a sense of whether or not
the voters are still okay, like they will literally be
fairweathered friends in terms of their support.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
Well, they both criticize each other for the same stuff.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
You're standing by a guy who's that, and then the
response is, well, there Joe's accusations. But then the other
side does it, and it just completely flips. Look at
you all, you're standing next to that guy, Well you
all did it last.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
It's just the same.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
It really is.
Speaker 2 (15:37):
Look, the guy's never been charged with anything. Robes, what
what do you do. That's for the voters of his district.
And that's nothing else to say other than that.
Speaker 3 (15:46):
True. I mean look and I mean look, it wasn't
It wasn't that long ago. May fifth, the President had
a ringing endorsement speller, a ringing talking about his service
to the country, that he would in the US Marine Corps,
how hard he worked during his first administration, how he
fights tirelessly to help secure our southern border, stop migrant crime,

murderers and other criminals from illegally entering our country. He's
going to strengthen our great military, our veterans. He's going
to cut taxes and regulations and to port our incredible farmers.
He's going to defend our right to the Second Amendment.
This is what he says. His last line. Max Miller
has my complete and total endorsement in all caps. He

will not let you down.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
It's not going to age.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Well, I don't know that it will.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
Yeah, well, look maybe the President didn't.
Speaker 1 (16:41):
No, he did know. This stuff has been out there for.
Speaker 3 (16:44):
It's been out for a while.
Speaker 2 (16:45):
So he was aware at least. But again, there are allegations.
He's an innocent man. You'll proven otherwise.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
But Ropes.

There's a woman out there saying that this guy not
one incident, not two, not three, five plus right, this
is a pattern here.
Speaker 1 (16:58):
What do you do with it? That's up to the

replace him on the ballot.

With the Party two. But he ain't gonna know where

will be the voter's decision in Ohio.

They're gonna show up. Republicans are going to show up
in campaign for him to save that seat. Would anybody
stand on a stage hand in hand, you know that
the shot.

Hands in the air with the crowd around and endorse him.
It's got to be no way, man. That's tough.

Keep an eye on this one, Max Miller, Senator Moreno,
it's it's going as back and forth. But he is
asking for him to resign Ropes. He wants him out
of Congress. We'll keep an eye on it, folks. We
