Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey, everyone, Welcome back to Bachelor Happy Hour. I'm Serena
and I am here minus Joe today for a girl
chat episode. We are joined by the lovely April, and
April is not only from the first season of The
Golden Bachelor, but is one of the first ever Golden
contestants to be down on the beaches for Bachelor in
Paradise this season.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Hi, April, Hi, I haven't been on for a long time,
so I'd like to pretend that it's not a big deal,
but it is.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
It is a big deal. And you know why it's
also a big deal is because last time you were on,
I was very sick and you were just here with Joe.
And now Joe is not here and you're just here
with me. So you're getting some of our only solo episodes,
which makes sense.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
So how are you doing good? Everybody's good over there.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Everybody's good. Everything's wonderful. We're in New York. We're loving
watching this season. We thought episode three was so fantastic.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
I'm in New York.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Are you in New York, New York?

Speaker 2 (00:58):
I'm outside, Nayak.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Did you really? Oh my gosh, we're in West Chelsea.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Oh my god. Okay. Yeah. So I'm like, I'm going
to try to get some work going out here, and
my family's out here. So my daughter went to UM
and meets you know, down in Miami the Gables, and
lo and behold she meets a New Yorker and the
rest is history. So yeah, so I'm here. I'm in

(01:23):
New YORKA.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
How long have you been in New York?

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Not long enough to not get lost. I actually get
lost every time I go out. And last night there
was a big rainstorm and I'm like, oh my god,
I hope I get home all right. But yeah, but
I love it. It has a great energy, great vibe, and
I needed this. You know, Ralph had passed away, my
partner of twenty three twenty four years, and I was stuck.

(01:51):
And then my I have two grandchildren, a seven year
old and a four year old little girl. So my
accountant said, you know, you spent ten thousand dollars in
airfare in the last year. I went, oh, okay, I
gotta go to my family. I'm Italian.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yeah, you got to be near your family. Joe's Italian too,
I get it. Yeah, all right, let's backtrack. So you
got the call and they said, April were interested in
you coming to Bachelor in Paradise. What was your initial reaction?

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Literally, I had we had had some issues with the
Asking group and all of that, and.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
So you guys were like so close. So for those listening,
asking was April, Susan, Kathy and Nancy right.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
And we had a very public falling out and I
really felt that that hurt me with Bachelor Nation and then,
you know, I did a lot of introspection and what
the first show did for me, and it did a
couple things. It let me know I wasn't over aggrieving,
and it did let me know that I still had

(02:58):
trauma from early teen with bullying that I had to
work through. So I took that experience, you know, and
I kind of I felt like I got ostracized, kind
of like pushed aside. And I don't know if that
probably just my heart, my little girl heart, like, oh
my god, they don't like me anymore. And so then

(03:19):
I went in and said, what is this about me? Why?
Why is why did I react the way I did?
First of all, I'm not mean, I'm never mean, And
second of all, I am intuitive and I just want
to love everybody. And when I don't feel that way.
My first response is, you know, it's either fight flight,

(03:42):
play dead, you know, or Fawn. I do fawn really well,
but you can't fond girls very well. So anyhow well,
you could, but I don't. So I just backed out,
you know, and I did my work. So I came
back this time a completely different person. I am all
of myselves. All myselves are coming out in this show.

(04:04):
I hope you enjoy it. I hope my daughter's not upset. No.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
So, going to the beach, I'm assuming you knew that
Kathy would likely be there. Where was your relationship with
Kathy going to Paradise?

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Well, it was? It was. She was afraid when she
saw me, and I just put my arms around her
and I said, I love you, I'll take responsibility. You
affected areas of my life. And and I just had
to decide do I love bachelor number one? And do
I know I know Kathy very well? And do I

(04:37):
know her issues? And I think some of her issues
reflected my issues the truth? And number two, I had
to decide if I loved her just for who she was. Yeah,
So I walked up and just said that, you know,
I said, you know, I was, you know, let things
happen personally. I had healing to do, and I said,

(05:00):
I love you no matter what. When I decide I
love you, I love you, so no matter what. She says, now,
I'm just gonna go p So we're good. But she
was a little bit in fact, she just I just
talked to her last week and she goes, I'm so
happy we're good friends. I love you, And I was like,
so that's put to sleep forever. Even Susan was on
the line. And then Nancy and I never had a problem.

(05:23):
Nancy's a sweetheart. And Susan got on the line and
sent me a beautiful text too, So it's all good.
It's all good, and I think we all learned. Also,
when you are on a show like that, you know,
changes your who you think you are, what you think
you are. That's what I got out of it. I
got out of a better April.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Now I'm ready to you know, rip roer and kick
some butt.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
And I feel like going on the Bachelor or the
Bachelorette is such a learning experience for everyone, Like you
learn so much about yourself and then you have that yeah,
if you want, if you're open to it, and then
you have break and then going back on Paradise is
like this fresh start, this new beginning.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
I'm a different person on this show. I think people
are gonna be but actually I'm the real person on
this show. The other person was guarded, worried, you know,
the commotion and all of that. I really didn't know
how to handle it this time. I didn't care how
to handle it. I just like, I'm out there. My

(06:26):
aunt child's running a mock, My sexy self's running a mock,
my religious self is, my spiritual self is running a monk.
So you're gonna see a lot of different facets of April,
but it'll be fun. I had a blast soil.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
You say you went in feeling just like your best
self excited, right, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
I went in and someone from California, who knows everybody there,
she says, we know who you are. I want you
to flow. You just flow above it like your why
but you're you're in it, but you're still connected to
your true self. And that's what I did. I stayed connected.
I used my mind a little bit more than letting

(07:11):
my reactions. There were no reactions from me because I
was the watcher it's like watching a Netflix and you're
just like, that's not me, that's me. That's what I feel.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
So well, we see you come in, you look gorgeous,
You're with all the other Goldens, You're coming out on
a bow. Everyone's so excited to see you. And we've
heard from some of the contestants Whiles Jesse, that you
guys really brought the energy and you brought the party.
What was that first day in Paradise?

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Like, yeah, this show before that, you know, was really
traumatic for the young kids. And I call them young kids.
I don't know why, because they're like my babies. I
introduced myself as their fairy godmother, and I still feel
that way about them. I made. I absolutely adore them.
But they were emotionally high strung, much more than the Goldens.

(08:00):
I think. Of course, losing a bathing suit top is
not the same as burying a husband, you know, so
so you know, we have wisdom is important. So but
they were very upset about, you know, the breakup and
the rose ceremony that they had witnessed before, and we

(08:21):
came in and we were just like calm, but funny,
I think we offered all all of them the men
and the women offered everybody a safety grounding space, and
the facility that where we stayed was gorgeous. We were
treated well, of course, and it was a safe place

(08:44):
for me at least. And I think the kids, really,
the kids, I know they're going to kill me. My
babies absolutely sucked it up that first. And some of
them said, and I can't remember which one, but some
of them said, we were a little worried, but yeah,
you guys are like have more energy, and you know,
you're more pistols than we are. Of course they were

(09:07):
pistols in another way, you know. Now you know they
have their little thongs on, and I'm like, God, that
butt's perfect. I am like, I think I'll this wrong on.
I think I'll just sleep. Well.

Speaker 1 (09:20):
You guys came in too, like obviously you're so excited
to arrive, and you came in right after a really
really dramatic rose ceremony. Did you know when you got there,
could you feel maybe like the energy was off where
the contestants telling you, like, guess what happened last night?

Speaker 2 (09:37):
Yeah, they started to tell us and their eyes were
red and and like, actually we were strangers. I don't
really know because I hadn't really been in touch with them,
so I didn't know the girls like some people did.
And they just poured it all out, and I'm like,
and I'm a therapist, so I'm like, whoa, this is
gonna be a lot here. I got it. I got like, oh,

(10:00):
I know why I'm here now.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
I'm like, ladies, let me get a drink first, I
can do a therapy session.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
We're going to talk about this and we're going to
pull it apart. And one person that I did know
about and and they I got to room with her
was Cat. And when I saw Cat on other seasons,
it was a completely different and Cat than I know now.
And I roomed with her and we spent times talking

(10:30):
intimately about our families, our trauma, our heartbreaks, our insecurities.
We did angel cards, we did meditation, we did counting,
we did breathing. And she's a lovely person. She's I
hope everyone hears that and gives her kudos. And I

(10:51):
think when you're young, you react a lot. I sometimes react.
I reset a lot. I reset every day. I am
not perfect, but they're they're young, they're experiencing things. But
she's just a lovely human being, and I just even

(11:12):
two nights ago, I talked to her mom and so
I said, well, I'm I'm the other mom. Thank you
for sharing this lovely woman with me, this young woman.
And then my daughter sent Kat a text and said,
I'm going to share my mom with you. So I
hope continues that we I'm there for her and now

(11:32):
I'm going to I don't know when since I've been
on The Bachelor, I cry a lot.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
METO is that I don't know, I'm way more emotionals,
sins being or I'm way more maybe just in tune
with my emotions and comfortable.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
I just love Kat and I just think.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
That you guys definitely have a special bond and it
shows even in this first episode on your first meeting.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
I think we look different than we are. I think
Cat and I work really hard to be okay, but
what we really need to know is we're okay. Anyhow.
You know this is just the icing, This isn't the cake,
and her cake is beautifully baked. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Well, it sounds like you two both had some more
experiences after, you know, being on the show, having your difficulties,
you know, doing a lot of work and coming back
on for this second chance at love. So I would
imagine you could relate to each other a lot. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
And then then I was in the whole area, the
whole hallway with all the young girls. I thought, I
had a lot of bathing suits and they have the
best makeup. I'm like, and I'm like, they taught me things.
And then when I put clothes on, they would tell
me what to wear. No, not that dress, no that dress,
and then they go, I want that dress. I want

(12:48):
to wear that dress. And I said, okay, you know whatever,
and then one put oils all over me and it
was so funny. But they were all darling. They were
all I mean. I was a guidance counselor a dean
of schools, I was a high school teacher, and I
can honestly say these are good, good young young people.

(13:10):
And the guys were adorable.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
No, it's it's truly a great cast. You love Sean, Yeah,
well we're not there quite yet.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
I know, but I love Sean. I do love Sean
and Jonathan. I love a lot of them. I mean,
the guys were all respectful, uh too. They there was
a line of difference between how they talked to each
other and how they talked when we were around, and
that meant a lot to me to see those manners.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Very that's important. Let's get into a little bit of
the drama before we tackle your connections on the beach.
The biggest drama in this episode is definitely Bailey and

(13:59):
Jaremi's relationship. We see Andrew Spencer comes down and he
takes Bailey on a date and there's a lot of
drama and controversy around that. Jeremy is not happy. What
was your take on the situation.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
I actually was just hoping that everybody would give everyone
a fair chance. But there were people in the show
that I could see were mating up immediately, like they
really liked each other and they and I think, I
don't know, but I think it sounds like it's the
real deal. So we'll have to just wait and see

(14:35):
how long that goes. But but I didn't know really
what to do, and I just thought I was just
a watcher honestly. Of that, I didn't get involved. I
never get I never give advice unless people ask me,
because really people don't want advice, they just want to
be listened to. That saves a lot of problems too.

(14:57):
Let me tell you and personality and relationships. They don't
want it, don't give it, just listen. So it'll be
interesting for the world to see how this plays out.
And I'm not going to say anymore because it's crazy.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
All right, Well we will leave it there because it
is pretty crazy, and I feel like there's more to
come with the Bailey and the Jeremy of it all.
Let's dive into your connection. You are the first golden
kiss that we see. You have a little smooch in
the pool with sweet Jack you and you said you

(15:41):
were like, I want to kiss someone. I'm here to
kiss somebody, and you got it. Girl.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
I don't kiss anybody. I don't go out. I don't
meet anybody. I don't really date. I mean, Bob, well,
how could that be? I go because they just don't.
I don't know where it's it's different today, you know,
I don't know. I don't know. So yeah, I kissed him.
He was really sweet guy. In fact, he really needs
a wife because every time I saw him, I had

(16:06):
to tell him to go change his shirt. He had
food on one of his sleeves, one of I don't
know you'll ever catch it, but this guy is like
a little wandering teddy bear, just like I don't know,
if it's a couple of drinks he's I don't think so.
I think that's his real personality. He's just he reminds
me of someone who's just kind of lost, Like you know,

(16:27):
you tell your husband pick out that shirt, make sure
you remember this, did you get gas? So I kind
of nurtured him, and he is a sweetheart. A lot
to be said for Jack. I think he's much deeper
than he will be projected on the show.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Okay, well, I mean if he needs a wife, he's
on the right show to find.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
What he is. And I think he's a sweetheart. And
then he's very sensitive too, like if you do say
something derogatory or even in a joking matter, he takes
it so, oh my god, he's like you know, out
in about he's now you know, we're all out and
doing our thing, and he's just a little marshmallow. That's all.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
How was the kiss did? Was it giving more friendship vibes?
Was there chemistry?

Speaker 2 (17:25):
Actually? I really like him a lot, And like I said,
I think he's like his bark is much bigger than
he is. And I think he's a sweetheart, and so
was it I had. I think every woman and man,
I don't know about men. Sometimes I think men just
want to get laid. I don't know. But most women

(17:45):
have a type, so have I do have a particular type.
And that's all.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
What's your type? What's your type?

Speaker 2 (17:54):
My type is? I really like European men. I really
I'm Italian. I like short Italian with a little bit
of hutzva that can keep me in my place, but
let me roam a little knowing I'm never gonna cheat,
I'm never gonna lie, and they get a kick out
of me. I mean, you know, if I walk in
with Bunny Ears on Easter morning, they don't think I'm stupid.

(18:15):
They think it's charmingly ridiculous. It is ridiculous, but I
do it everywhere. But it's also charming, right right, And
I if you like that, Yes, some people don't like that.
And I am a strong personality, so I need someone
when they walk in the room. The water's kind of
part like. I love that so that I because I

(18:38):
need to know who's behind me. I can never know
who's in front of me. But if I know I
got someone behind me that has my back, but still
gonna let me. He knows I'm coming home with him.
He knows I don't cheat, he knows it's all good.
But I just flit and flight. I'm a fairy.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Yeah. Well, we'll have to keep watching the season to
see if Jack's you're a guy.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
I'm not gonna say anything anything yet. I'm not saying
anything because I kissed a few others.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
So well, we do see. Later that night, you have
the Secrets Challenge. What did you think of that game?
I loved it. I thought it was hilarious to watch.
And can you tell us what your secret was?

Speaker 2 (19:23):
Okay, First of all, the funny thing about it is
the younger people's secrets were small, insignificant. It was prom
night and we broke into you know, you know, old house,
and you know, drank boons wine, you know, and we're
just like, oh, our secrets are a lot bigger, and

(19:44):
you know, and then when Dale liked I liked the
one with Dale when he said he had a private
social media account for his feet.

Speaker 1 (19:51):
That was funny.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
That was really charming and cute. But that's harmless totally.
Ours were a little more a lot.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Yeah, they were real secrets.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
Yeah, I don't think of it as homelnd but yeah,
they're really could be legal. Is you know, I mean
you don't know, you don't know? Is there seven year
laws there? This is there that you know? And Kathy
and I were sitting next to each other and we
made a vow we will never ever tell our secret.

(20:25):
And then Kathy looks her arm up. Oh Kathy, oh
my god, what did you do?

Speaker 1 (20:31):
So we'll see that I was shocked when she announced
her secret.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
There are no words. I still talk to her all
the time and go, what were you thinking. I think
Kathy is very instantaneous. That's what makes her funny.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
It makes her very funny. And I loved that she
shared that it was her secret. April disagrees. She's shaking
her head. We see at the end of the challenge, though,
that Kim Captain Kim gets a little flirty with you.

(21:12):
He's giving you a shoulder massage. She's whispering in your ear.
Was that unexpected or did you get a feeling out
of it?

Speaker 2 (21:19):
And I really do want to know. I was attracted
to his look. I didn't really know anything about his
personality at that point, obviously, and he he was very,
very very doting over me at that time at that time,

(21:40):
which kind of led me to believe that he was
really interested and and that kind of for me it
was a door opening when someone comes up and rubs
your shoulders. I think at one point he I had
like a something was bothered on my leg. He rubbed
my leg and for me, and but he's an interesting
care character. He's an interesting character. So and then, you know,

(22:05):
it's a little different when you're on camera, you know
that trying to find somebody than when you're just out
doing yourself.

Speaker 1 (22:14):
So was there any guys going into Paradise that you
were saying, Oh, I really hope this guy's here. I
really want to meet this person.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Any of the producers.

Speaker 1 (22:26):
You want the crew I love.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
There's one man and I want to do make it up.
I came in and he said, and I don't know
who he is. He's tall and he's older and he
said to me, do us good, April, we love you,
And that was so comforting to me. I don't know
his name, but I would love to thank him for

(22:51):
his support. But everybody was great, but I mean, for him,
he comes out from the camera. I just want to
let you know, do us. Well, April, we love you,
and I was like, that was nice.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
Still at home, we see Kathy gets an advantage after
the challenge after spilling her secret and she gets to
go to the VIP suite with Keith. Were they kind
of hitting it off day one?

Speaker 2 (23:14):
Yeah? They really were. They had it all sewn up.
Which that's the way life is, that's the way love works.
I mean, that's what this game's about. People pair off
and you're looking like, how did that even happen? I
didn't even get my foot in the door there. So
he is a wonderful guy. I can't speak highly of it.
I mean, I really He's raised daughters on his own.

(23:36):
He knows about women, he knows how crazy we can
be and our emotions. He can handle us with poise,
and he gives very good insight, very very down to earth.
Probably one of the most intuitive men there that really
knew and was watching the room. I admire that.

Speaker 1 (24:01):
I love that. That's a great quality.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Right, He's seeing what's happening and he's going like this
and this. So yeah, Kathy, you know, Kathy's everywhere.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
She snatched him up.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
Yeah, She's like she went right in there and and
then she was like, you know, you're not mad at
us something to me? Are you? I'm like no, no, no, no,
you know, And to Leslie, you're not mad, like no, no, no,
no no. But yeah, she did well.

Speaker 1 (24:29):
So they go off to their private VIP suite for
a date. You guys are all just hanging out by
the pool. Then there seemed to be some drama with
Jonathan and Jill. Did you see that?

Speaker 2 (24:41):
Yeah? I did, and I got so upset because by
this time, I'm favoring Jonathan.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
Right Unfortunately he's your man.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
Yeah, he's my man, He's my son. I mean, I
love him. I'm like, good to go to the death
for him, and they they just didn't. I don't a
lot of people don't understand Jonathan, a lot of the
girls because after all of these things happened, they were like, yo,

(25:10):
that's just the way he is, or yeah he doesn't
I don't even know why he's hear this, and he
says he's I don't know, like I was hearing all
this chatter since I'm in the girls hall, you know,
and I'm new. I don't know him very much, but yeah,
I don't know what how he approaches women, you know,
I don't. I don't know. I'm not in that part

(25:32):
of his life. And he he can piss people, women off,
just I always see. I get the cats and the
Jonathan to see this. I'm a therapist.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
Yeah, he's he's had a few like missus. Yeah, And
he's putting himself out there, and I see that in respect,
he's trying.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
He seems to be trying, right, But I mean, I
see if I could talk to him privately, are you
really putting yourself in there? There's times I look like
I'm putting myself out there and I'm not right. My
soul is not, my heart's not. I'm not in it
for whatever billion one reasons. And I think he's adorable.

(26:19):
He dresses well, he looks cute, he's polite, he's and
these girls were.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
Like interesting, Ifril's going to fight him, she's like, don't
say it.

Speaker 2 (26:31):
And I know I really want to help, you know,
And you know one thing about and I've heard this
about myself too. When you hear the same story about
yourself or the same comment from different people who don't
know you that they're not together, it's usually correct.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
Okay, so there's some weight to the comments.

Speaker 2 (26:51):
I think so I would like to investigate that further.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
Well, he is still on the beach. So far he
seems like he might be yet a little bit of risk,
but we'll have to see what happens in episode four.
Did you go to the premiere party in La?

Speaker 2 (27:06):
Oh? My god? Okay, that was completely more relaxed for me.
We went out afterwards. We went to the sleazy little bar,
which I love, sleezy bars. That's my favorite place, like
a dirty little you know, hangout, and we danced all night.
We had fun. I stayed with Leslie. Leslie and I

(27:28):
are close, and they were wonderful. I'm a music person,
so if you if Barry White comes on, or Stevie Wonder,
Earth Wind and Fire or anybody, I like them all.
I mean I like them all, but I mean especially
something from our generation. I'll grab your hand and I'm

(27:48):
good dancing. That's it. And then we become more intimate
because we're touching, we're looking at each other, we're laughing,
we're trying to get in step with each other. And
I love them. I mean, I had a blast. I
had so much fun. That was the best thing I've
done in a year.

Speaker 1 (28:07):
I just oh, that's amazing. That's a great way to
celebrate the show starting.

Speaker 2 (28:12):
And the girls were all wonderful. Everybody was there. In fact,
I got to talk to Kat's mom. Cat took me
aside and she goes, I want to do FaceTime with
my mom. I want you to meet my mom. So
we had a lovely conversation, and so I just I
had a blast because the pressure was off right. It

(28:33):
was just like, let's just have fun. And the girls
were relaxed. And my hair didn't come out that great,
but that's all right, it was all right, It was okay.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
I'm sure you looked beautiful. Were you so happy that
you didn't have to sleep in bunk beds this season?

Speaker 2 (28:47):
Yeah? I mean I would have, though I'm not from
money at all. So I grew up without air conditioning
on a chicken farm, and you know, my feet probably
had chicken poop and duck poo bottom at the bottom
of them all the time, and a gravel you know,
you had to like toughen up your feet to walk
on the gravel in the driveway. It was really old school.

(29:09):
So I would have made it. I'm fine, I can
dig in, you know, I can dig it. I was like, there,
whatever you wanted to bring to me, bachelor, bring it on,
make my day. Okay, I'm in to win the game
of life. That's what I'm that's my that's my In
time something goes wrong, I go, this is a test

(29:31):
and I'm going to win the Game of Life. So
that's what I do. So, yes, I could have made it,
but yes, I'm glad. It was air conditioning. But then
Kat likes to keep the air conditioning real low.

Speaker 1 (29:44):
Oh she likes to be a little warm in the room.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Yeah, and so I no, I like it warm. She
likes to keep it then high. Is that what I'm saying.
She likes it cold, right, she likes it cold. I
like it warm because I'm from Florida. You know, I've
spent twenty some years there. So I'm like.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
Shivering all night.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
She was, I know, it's no no, And I would
sneak in, and I think she knew I would like
hit it a little bit. I was very polite. I
didn't know. And oh those girls, they're clothes and they're
so glamorous.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Everyone's so beautiful this season.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
God, I wanted to like just take makeup lessons from them.

Speaker 1 (30:25):
I know it looks so fun. Everyone looks beautiful, but
Ac definitely helps that. April.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
We are only.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Three episodes into the season. We have lots to go.
We hope to see a lot more of you. Can
you finish us off by teasing what viewers can expect
for the rest of the season.

Speaker 2 (30:41):
Okay, well you might see a unicorn. You may see
me jump into the wild and just do a little
bit of animalistic things. You may see me. I was
raised in a very strict religious Thank god. My mother
is dead a shit and my grandma, my aunt Jenny's

(31:03):
gonna kill me. I did something that you guys know
what it's called with a lemon or something.

Speaker 1 (31:11):
Did you do it like a body shot?

Speaker 2 (31:13):
Oh that's what it's called. Oh God, yeah, okay, I
pray for somebody and then what else? I mean, then
I get frisky, so and I do. I do express
my feelings, and that is interesting to see how that

(31:37):
turns out. It's a cliffhanger, even in my mind.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
Amazing, what happened?

Speaker 2 (31:44):
What happened? There's so much going on. I mean, oh,
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (31:51):
Well, I'm on the edge of my seat to watch
you be vulnerable. I'm on the edge of my seat
to see you take a body shot. And thank you
so so much for coming on today, for taking the
time to chat with us.

Speaker 2 (32:03):
Oh yes, oh, and I had a little baby bird
while I was there too. Well, pet, I'll tell you that. Yeah,
so I have a little baby bird. Whole other story.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
Okay, we'll have to have you back on to show
that with right.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
Thank you so much. I love you guys, I love
Bachelor Nation. I'm grateful to be back and I can't
say enough the entire group, everybody in in that show
was wonderful and I'll hold it as one of my
dearest memories forever and ever, which I hope for a
long time.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
