A man in Utah is now jailed on an attempted
murder charge after police say he claims he lured a
sex offender to a public works area and stabbed him
several times for making leering comments about his daughter. Dad
James garul Age, thirty two, was booked into the Carbon
County Jail this week. The attack happened late Sunday night

in Wellington near a public work shed. Police say they
were called after a man covered in blood was seen
on someone's porch. The victim was later found a short
distance from there with multiple stab wounds. Doctors determining the
victim had been stabbed seventeen times. He survived and was
able to give police enough information to identify a suspect.

met the victim at a post office several days earlier.
Police said Garoula told them the man made comments about
his daughter. Investigator say garula then searched for the victim online.

Christmas parade after deputies find him armed and wearing rifle

man had previously served as a narcotics informant for the
Sheriff's office. The man told investigators he feared for his

is now seeking a risk protection order to keep him
away from firearms for the time being. Koi Dang Vu
was twenty five when he went missing April seventeenth, two
thousand and seven, from his home in Clark County, near Vancouver, Washington.
