Crime Alart hourly update breaking crime news Now. I'm Drew
Nelson of Florida Town reels as two teenagers are jailed
for the premeditated shooting and burning death of a fourteen
year old girl. Danica Troy, was reported missing by her
mother on Monday. Her body was found one day later
on a wooded walking path near Kimberly Road in Pace.
Two teens are now charged. Fourteen year old Kamari Blevins

and sixteen year old Gabriel Williams both faced first greet
premeditated murder. A man walking on the path on Tuesday
found the body badly burned. Investigators said they identified Danica
by the shoes she was wearing and the electric scooter
found nearby. Her mother said Danica left home on that scooter.
The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's office said Danica was lured
to the area by the two teens. Investigators believe she

was shot multiple times and then set on fire. A
cooperating witness told deputies that Blevins and Williams planned the murder.
Sheriff Bob Johnson says the motive is still unclear.

They have been interviewed, but the motive that they're giving

Sheriff Johnson says Williams stole the gun from his mother.
No charges are being filed against his parents at this time.
A neighbor described the horror in their little community. Oh,

break for detectives.

evidence pointed to him immediately. They took him to custody immediately,
and you know, unfortunately for you know that the Troy family,
they have to go through this.

Both Levins and Williams are being held at the Santa
Rosa Juvenile Detention Center. The state's Attorney's office will present
the case to a grand jury to decide if the
teen should be charged as adults. Sheriff Johnson says all
three teens knew each other. They attended High Road School
in the Santa Rosa County School District. The district releasing
a state event saying, quote, we are devastated by this
situation and are fully cooperating with law enforcement as their

investigation continues. Counseling and support services are being made available
to students and staff. A GoFundMe has been created to
help Danika's family with her funeral. As of the latest update,
the fundraiser has raised four five hundred seventy two dollars
of a five five hundred dollars goal, with ninety seven donations.

his own phone. Julian Alcala, aged thirty, pleaded guilty in
federal court this week to twenty misdemeanor counts of violating
constitutional rights. Prosecutors dropped a felony obstruction charge as part
of the deal. Our Cala remains free on bond, with

sentencing set for March eleventh. Each count carries up to
one year in prison and a find of up to
one hundred one thousand dollars. A federal judge will decide
the final sentence. Court record show Alcolla targeted at least
twenty women between February sixth and May eighteenth of twenty
twenty four. He pulled them over from minor traffic violations
in Fluorescent, a suburb of Saint Louis, While in uniform

and in a marked patrol car. He told women he
needed their phones to check insurance or registration. He then
took the phones back to the patrol vehicle with no
warrant and no legal cause. Once alone with the phones,
al Calla searched through private folders and apps. He looked
for nude photos and intimate videos. He used his own
phone to photograph what he found. In one case, he
forwarded a sexual video of a woman to his personal device.

The case unraveled when the first victim checked her deleted messages.
She saw that her private video had been sent to
an unknown number. She contacted the FBI agents traced the
number back to Alcolla. A court approved search of his
phone and cloud storage revealed nude images from nineteen more women.
Alcolla resigned from the Fluorescent police department in June of
twenty twenty four after the investigation began. When formal charges

were filed that fall, the department said it had not
known about his conduct before the FBI investigation. The Department
called his actions a quote complete betrayal of public trust.
Nearly two dozen victims and family members have now filed
federal civil rights lawsuits against Alcala and the city of Florisan.
The suits are on hold during the criminal proceedings. All
call as guilty plea is expected to be used as

evidence when the lawsuits resume. A young girl vanishes from
South Los Angeles after being last seen picking peaches from
a neighbor's tree. Crystal Antimage was six years old when
she disappeared on June thirtieth of nineteen ninety four. She
had been playing outside with her three older brothers that afternoon.
At some point between two and five pm, she wandered
over to her neighbour's peach tree. She was never seen again.

An intensive search followed, but no confirmed sightings were ever reported.
The case remains unsolved more than three decades later. Crystal
is white with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was
about four feet tall and sixty pounds at the time
she went missing, Last seen wearing a pink tea shirt,
floral print shorts, and tennis shoes with a mermaid on them.
Crystal would be thirty seven years old today. Anyone with
