Este fin de semana nos volvieron a cambiar la hora… perdimos una hora de sueño y hoy lunes muchos llegaron al trabajo como zombies. La gran pregunta es: ¿por qué seguimos haciendo esto en 2026? La mayoría de la gente quiere eliminar el cambio de hora, pero el problema es que nadie se pone de acuerdo en cuál dejar: la de verano o la estándar. Abrimos el debate: ¿eres Team “no me importa” o Team “déjenme dormir tranquilo”?
