Speaker 1 (00:03):
Hello, everybody, Welcome into the Fantasy Pros Dynasty Football Podcast.
I'm Ryan Warmley, joined for the last time this off season,
not for the last time ever, not for the last
time this year, but for the last time this off season,
by Scott Bogman and Pat Fitzmorris. Guys, we are wrapping
up our several months long coverage of the three of
us doing this show every week, as we always do.

(00:23):
You know, we transition from the off season into the
regular season. We'll still have a bunch of stuff goling
on in the discord, so everybody should go check that
out Fantasypros dot Com slash Chat. We'll talk about the
little bit later, but we're gonna have stuff going on there,
you know, chats with me and Fits Fits and Bogman,
all that usual stuff. Of course, we're not going anywhere
when we get into next year's Dynasty coverage as well,
but for the purposes of transitioning to end season, this

(00:44):
is kind of a pseudo ending of at least this
year's iteration of the show. So, Bogman, how do you
feel were here at the end of Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
I'll sign yearbooks. I wrote a whole paragraph to worm
you know, hope you get better. Yeah, all that backs
all yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Yeah, yeah, all that good stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
It was uh yeah, this is a fun season, and
we'll still be here to answer your questions, of course,
But now we're going to dive into what's next in
the Dynasty world and what are you going to be
trading those picks four for next year?

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Yeah, we get into in season and you know, the
conversation often does become about, hey, like I'm out of contention,
time to make trades, things like that. The next draft
coming up is twenty twenty six, So we thought what
better way to kind of help prepare folks for in
season trading than a surface level kind of quick here
high you know, you know, thirty thousand foot view of

(01:40):
the twenty twenty six class fits.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Yeah. Always fun to take a look ahead. And I
don't know if we can draw as many firm conclusions
about this class as we were able to maybe draw
about the class of twenty twenty five a year ago.
But I don't know, we'll talk it through. It's an
interesting class for I'm not sure that we might, like,

(02:03):
we might feel a lot better about this class in
four months time than we do right now.

Speaker 5 (02:09):
Yeah, I do feel like Bogman.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
That tends to happen, Like when we feel one way
about a class several months out, we often feel very
different when we get to the end of the college
football season, and that can go in both directions. Sometimes
the class looks a little worse if we thought it
was going to be this epic class, just because you know,
guys get hurt or underperform. And sometimes it's the reverse,
sometimes that Joe Burrow comes out of nowhere and all
of a sudden, this is a great year to have

(02:32):
the first pick in a super flex when it didn't
look like it going into the season, or whatever the
example might be. I know you have kind of pushed
back a little on some of the conversations we've had
this summer about like, hey, you should be more willing
to move your twenty twenty six picks because twenty twenty
seven looks so strong, and you're kind of like, well,
hang on a second, there are gonna be good players
next year.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Yeah, And that's not it's twofold. It's not so much
that the twenty twenty sixth class is going to be great,
because I don't know, it could be bad, It could
be much better. Than we're projecting it to right now.
But we also like twenty twenty seven is two years
away from now. Jeremiah Smith and yeah, Jeremi Smith and
Ryan Williams are by far the top, and we don't

(03:15):
have those type of superstars here. So as long as
they're healthy, there are better options at the top of
the twenty twenty seven draft than there are the twenty
twenty six draft. But we don't know if those guys
are gonna be healthy, and we don't know what the
rest of that class is really going to look like
because it is two full years away and one season
of college football wall obviously change a lot of opinions.
So there are gonna be guys that fade into oblivion

(03:37):
during the NFL draft season during this college season because
they just don't perform well or they get hurt, and
they are gonna be guys that rides to the top
that gain a lot of buzz and a lot of
traction towards their draft stock. So I think we just
don't know who is at the top right now. Are
there those upper echelon starters, No, I don't see them today,
But will there be starters for your team and next

(03:59):
year's rokie.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Of course, there's starters in every single rookie draft.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
We're going to go through position by position and sort
of just discussed like the relative strength of it, like, hey,
how does the quarterback class compare to last year or
the year before, things like that. We can maybe kind
of do some comparisons between the positions, like, oh, is
this a good year to need a running back versus
a receiver? Things like that, and we could throw out
some names that interest us. But this is very preliminary.
Like again, this stuff is going to change a lot

(04:24):
throughout the college football season, so you know, be watching
on Saturdays if you want to kind of get a
leg up on in your competition and get some early
thoughts on dynasty rookie.

Speaker 5 (04:34):
You know draftsman and.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
I really and I know fits as similar to me,
Like there's just too much with like the NFL season
for for us to dive in. But Bogman is a
man who can do it all. So get you a
man who can do both. That'll be Bogman for for
the purposes of this.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
No college basketball when you all are talking.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
About it later, yes, because you're focused on I.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Know nothing about it.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Yeah, when when fits and I are talking Maryland, Wisconsin
on a cold January night.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
Make yes exactly.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Provider for everybody that All of our twenty twenty five
consensus rankings and tiers can be found at fantasypros dot
com slash rankings. From there you can also navigate too
art Dynasty rankings as well. We'll also probably wrap up
the episode with maybe some final just thoughts on the
general twenty twenty five classes, kind of like putting a
bow on our conversation that we have been having, you know,
really all summer. But before that, let's get into twenty

(05:26):
twenty six class. Let's start with the quarterbacks. Now, Bog,
when you put together kind of a list of at
least some of the relevant names here, we don't need
to like dive deep into all these guys, obviously. I'm
kind of curious where you as somebody who has maybe
dived into this a little bit more than I have,
not maybe who definitely has dived into this a little
bit more than I have so far already. I'm curious
where you go with the quarterbacks. Is there, like the

(05:47):
one name, obviously, the most famous name being Arch Manning.
Is there the one name that you feel like, hey,
if you have the number one pick, you know, like
a year with the Caleb Williams or a Trevor Lawrence,
there's not going to be a whole lot of debate,
or do you think this is going to be a
class that like, it's going to be a lot of
back and forth when we're at the combine and going
through pro days, and whoever ends up getting drafted first

(06:07):
might just end up being the guy to go first,
and that will determine it. How do you view this
class when you initially sit down to look at it.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
This is the strength. Quarterback is the strength of this class.
So if you're in a super flexing you need a quarterback,
this is going to be a good season to go
ahead and grab one at the top. It seems right
everything can change here, And that is with me with
the idea that I don't think Arch comes out like
maybe he does.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Maybe his year is too good.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
He wins the hisman by a lot, Texas dominates everybody
in their national champions and it's just like.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
What does he have left to prove?

Speaker 2 (06:40):
That is a rare scenario for a first year starter,
So I don't think that's gonna happen. For Arch, I
think there will be some growing pains, of course, and
I think he'll come out next year. But even if
he doesn't, Kay Klubnik is your favorite for the Heisman
right Him and Arch are one two Lenora Sellers reminds
me of Cam Newton. Garrett nuss Meyer is a great passer,

(07:01):
Drew aller with Andy Colt Nicki there at Penn State
last year, took a gigantic step up and gave us
weapons like Tyler Warren last year. You know, Fernando Mendoza
from cal going to Indiana. It's gonna be very interesting
to see what he has with real weapons. Sam Levitt
and John Mattier are both quarterbacks with rushing upside. I
think this class is pretty deep right now. I do

(07:24):
think that it's still has a lot to separate. We're
going to see a bunch, but I would say that
it's a tier of like Arch, klub Nick, Seller's Nussmeyer
at the top, those four, and then Aler, Mendoza, Levitt, Matier,
and then maybe like if Carson Beck is good. I
don't think he's very good, but maybe he's at Miami.

(07:47):
Miami has promoted guys draft stock before cam Ward, so
I think this is the depth of the class. I
think there's a lot of good options here. But do
I have a for sure number one overall? No, if
you ask me right now, Lenora Sellers. But I want
to I want to see him make it through a
year clean with no injuries. That's really the big thing
for him.

Speaker 5 (08:06):
Fits.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
I'm curious when you look at the class, like, I
think it's hard to argue against the fact that it's
a deep quarterback class, but do you see the high
impact like I'm not even gonna say instant impacts, but
just the quarterbacks with really high fantasy ceilings in this
class that you think there's a reasonable chance of them
hitting them because there's always guys in college who have
Like you can make the case for the high ceiling,

(08:27):
but do you see guys here who you think there
will be some of these names that pan out And
are those maybe like tier one, tier two type fantasy
quarterbacks and dynasty at some point.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
Yeah. The easy comparison to make with the quarterback class
we like, I guess is the QB class of twenty
twenty four with Jade Daniels and Caleb Williams and Drake
May and you know bo Nicks and JJ McCarthy. I
think we have similar depth here. I just I don't
know if there's quite the star power, Like you kind

(08:58):
of have to squint to see it with some of
these guys, and you know, since some of them are
are pretty purely pocket passers, it's hard to see it
right away. Whereas like last year, there was rushing upside
with Daniels may Caleb for sure, bo Nicks has given
us a little too, and JJ McCarthy. Actually all of

(09:19):
them can run to some degree or another. Not quite
as much of that with this class, But I agree
with Bogs. QB is probably going to be the strength
of the class of twenty twenty six. It's going to
be a better year for rookie drafts and super flex
than in one QB league's in dynasty. Yeah, I'm I
don't know. I guess the guy want to be most

(09:41):
excited about is the one guy who can bring the
rushing upside. Leonora Sellers, who had almost seven hundred rushing
yards last year, and remember sack yardage counts against the
college quarterbacks rushing yardage for some odd reason. You know,
Leonora's Sellers is fast and he's like two hundred and
forty pounds, So like there is a lot to like here.
Maybe it's uh, maybe we get Anthony Richardson, but as

(10:04):
a more advanced and experienced passer.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
When we look at this from the fantasy perspective, Bogman,
so like you kind of put together this sheet, we're
you know, driving some of these rankings off like mock
draft database. So the order in the sheet you have
together right now is like glub Nick Manning, Sellers, nuss Meyer, Aller,
and so on. Do you see a different order for
fantasy I mean, given sellers hiss rushing ability, would he
be the numbre choice for fantasy setting aside maybe just

(10:29):
the overall ceiling of arch or do you see this
as the order that they're kind of ranked as prospects
is the same as the order you would have them
as fantasy guys.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
I think I think this is the order of prospects,
not as fantasy guys. Right, But with that being said,
I think fits is right in that Leonora's Sellers is
by far he has the highest ceiling of this group,
not Art, like if you don't count arch, because archs
can run as well, Sellers can really run Sellos like
has cam Newton upside so and he's big, He's like

(11:01):
two forty. He's like a linebacker out there. He has
a lot of fun to watch so uh, but again,
can't he stay healthy? He was banged up in high school,
banged up a little bit early uh in his career
at South Carolina? So can he last? And how good
is South Carolina under him? I think that's a big
question as well. So, but fantasy relevance the him arch

(11:22):
Those guys can both run. Klubnik can run more than
Nessmeyersmeyer's like a little slim. I don't want don't want
him to take the hit. Drew Aller is just a
big monster. Like he's like a brothel spurger right, like
six five, two forty might be being generous to him. But
Levitt and Mattier can both run. But there's big questions

(11:44):
about their passing capability and is it going to translate
to the NFL level?

Speaker 3 (11:48):
But both big time runners.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
I want to ask you, Bogman, before you move off
quarterbacks just because you are a Texas guy, like is
the Let's just assume for the sake of argument that
Archie is going to be a part of this class.
Obviously that is no sure thing. Sure for the sake
of arguments, assume that is, if his name was Pat Bogman, right, Like,

(12:10):
if it was not he was not a Manning, He's
not connected to like the you know, the Golden family
of football and quarterbacking. Would his prospect status be different,
like as an actual player.

Speaker 5 (12:21):
I know it's been limited what we've seen on.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
The field, but from what we've seen on the field,
from what they've talked about at practice, from what we
know about him as recruit, all that stuff, if he
wasn't a Manning, would this still be the same kind
of hype, Because it does feel like if there's anybody
in this class that is going to turn this into
a Luck Lawrence Caleb type of year where there's just
an obvious pick, it feels like, given the name brand alone,

(12:44):
it's going to be Arch.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Yeah, I mean I would say that would the national
intention would not be there. I think his recruiting rating
would have been maybe a little lower, but probably close
to the same. This dude did it in high school.
He was great and he run, you know, he processes
like a Manning that can run. And that's the excitement,
and that is the buzz and that is why Texas has,

(13:07):
you know, the target on their back for everybody this year,
the first time the number one team has ever been
an underdog in the first game of the season in
the history of college football. So you know, it's a
it's a tall task. But he's also surrounded by talent,
So he could have an amazing Heisman level season and
still be overrated going into the NFL because Texas is

(13:29):
surrounding him with an NFL level offensive line and weapons
that are crazy. So you know, is he going to
be overrated? I think you can probably say that at
any point with him. But is he really good too?

Speaker 3 (13:43):
Yes? Absolutely, Fitz.

Speaker 5 (13:45):
Do you think there's like a legit obviously there's a chance,
But do you think there's like a real, like meaningful
chance that Arch kind of turns this into a very
obvious number one pick in rookie drafts?

Speaker 3 (13:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (13:56):
I mean, but I do kind of believe. Wasn't it
our Chie Manning his Archer's grandfather who said, like he's
that we're not going to see Arch, Yeah until twenty
twenty seven, so.

Speaker 3 (14:08):
But he he said it's not it's not decided yet.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
Yeah, Arch did, right, So I tend to think it's
gonna it's gonna be no Arch until twenty twenty seven,
just because he doesn't.

Speaker 3 (14:17):
Have much plan.

Speaker 4 (14:18):
Yeah, he doesn't have much playing experience right now in college. Like,
it has been a really slow rollout of Arch Manning
in college football, and I'm kind of excited to finally
see a full season of him as a starter.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
There are many Texas fans that were mad that Quinn
Hit started for as long as he did and Arch
didn't get in there last year.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
I am excited for the possibility of debating Arch versus
Jeremiah Smith if they both like hit what we think
they can in.

Speaker 5 (14:42):
Twenty twenty seven.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
For if you have the number one pick in those
rookie classes, well we'll be highly interesting. Yeah, so this
is and we think I know, Bodman, you said this fits.
Do you kind of agree that quarterback you think is
the strongest position in this class?

Speaker 4 (14:56):
I do?

Speaker 5 (14:57):
Okay, Uh, definitely deep.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
We'll see what happens with the star power at the top.
Let's go to the running backs. That was the star
of the show. This current twenty twenty five class obviously
was this historic class. It was I think Fitz you
kept saying that it was like two running back classes.
In one they had star power at the top with
Ashi Gent there was extraordinary depth. A lot of those
guys have only risen in like redraft rankings this year

(15:21):
throughout August, like Trevon Henderson, like just a very, very
excellent class. Feels like it'll be very difficult for the
twenty twenty six class to live up to that level
as a running back class. But fits when you look
at the running back class, do you see any similarities?
Are they can they get close to the twenty twenty
five class or is this like no competition.

Speaker 4 (15:38):
I don't think it's a contest. I don't think it's
on the same level. We're going to be excited about
Jeremiah Love, and I know on the NFL mock draft database,
like Jeremiah Love is projected to go in the first
round next year. Wouldn't surprise me. Notre Dame, like a
lot of people are familiar with them because we saw
Notre Dame make a nice long playoff run last year. Yeah,

(16:01):
and Love has the juice. He's a guy we're gonna
get excited about. And I'd be shocked, like, barring some
sort of terrible injuries, gonna go in the first round
of rookie drafts. And I'm pretty excited about Nick Singleton too,
who has been like an impact player for Penn State
for a while. And you know, like there's some other
interesting prospects. It would be hard to guess at how

(16:23):
they're going to be ordered after those two guys. I
would imagine those two are definitely going to be in
the top three or four. But after that, and you know,
I'd love to hear Bogman talk about the thunder and
lightning combination at Texas because I'm not sure which of
those guys I should like more. Two very different but
very promising backs.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Yeah, I mean, I think you're absolutely right when it
comes to this RB class with the tippy top right now,
it's Love and Singleton and it's going to be difficult
to break that.

Speaker 3 (16:54):
So but those two aren't both studs.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
I mean, Jeremiah Love more, you know, if we want
to compare to this class more Henderson with Singleton being
more Hampton, right like bigger bruising back in in Singleton. Uh.
With the guys at Texas, you know, Trey Weisner just
came on strong after CJ.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
Baxter went out for the year.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
In fall camp, he toward his ACL and PCL missed
the entire season. So the stats I threw up for
him more are from twenty twenty three because he's coming
off a major knee injury. But he was a massive
prospect coming out. He was going to be the next
bajon right then Jonathan Brooks, so went Baujon to Jonathan
Brooks and then it is supposed to be Baxter's year
this year and he got hurt. So Trey Wisner played

(17:37):
great down the stretch when when Quinn Ewers was GIMPI.
So they have two great backs plus the strong offensive
line at Texas now, and both these guys are uh,
you know, high level prospects and bogs. When you say
a massive prospect, that's literally and figuratively for CJ.

Speaker 4 (17:54):
Backs.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
Yes, Like he is not a small dude. He's six one,
two thirty. He is a thumper. Yeah, Trey Weisner is
six feet and he's not small, he's one ninety four.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
But he's lightning. CJ. Baxter's thunder.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Baxter is the guy that he's the chiseled up rock
guy that everybody you know is excited to watch. So
I think if he has a great year. He has
a chance to crack into that group with Love and Singleton.
Kate Tron Allen is a very good back at Penn
State as well, a little more balanced from him. Le'Veon
Moss has a great first step at A and M.
As much as I hate to admit that, Jonah Coleman

(18:30):
is the three down back jam Miller's first chance. Like,
there are some backs here, but we have to see
the cream rise at the top.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
A lot of this is just experience.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
I mean, even with Singleton and Allen, they split carries,
so you know, we just want to see a little more.

Speaker 1 (18:43):
I'm gonna want to see landing spots for these guys.
I really like Darius Taylor honestly at Minnesota. I have
him in my campus to Canton League. I like Jonah
Coleman too, honestly as a sleeper. I'm gonna want to
see landing spots the guys at the top. I'm curious,
let's just say, for Love and Singleton specifically, where would
they slid in in if they were in this year's class.
Like obviously you know behind gent right the way we

(19:05):
talked about gent, you can't really put anybody there, you know,
on that same level. But amongst that group of like
the top six or so running backs that we were
really excited about fits, where do you think Love and
Singleton would have fallen?

Speaker 4 (19:18):
I think Love would have been behind Genty and Hampton
in the com put him ahead of Henderson close.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
That's the question for close. I think that's where, like
you flip a coin on those guys, so three or.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
Four, I think there's more, there's more workhorse potential with Love.
Quite honestly, I don't think he's quite as I don't
I don't even want to say he's not quite as electric,
because he's he's got some electricity too. But yet like
pretty close call with him and Henderson bog.

Speaker 5 (19:50):
Mean what about Singleton?

Speaker 2 (19:52):
Yeah, I think Singleton would come in right after those guys,
you know, so so.

Speaker 5 (19:57):
Like ahead of Caleb and her Harvey.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
Yeah, I think I like jud Judkins would be like,
you know, obviously there's extenuating circumstances. Yeah, them from how
he evaluated him, he's in that group though.

Speaker 4 (20:12):
I think Singleton, if he gives us another good year
this year, he's going to come in with a much
better resume than Caleb Johnson.

Speaker 3 (20:19):
Yes, Okay, I agree with that.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
Yeah, and then yeah, I mean like we kind of
hit on some of those death pieces like you mentioned
Moss and Coleman and Taylor. Running Back is a position
where you know you can kind of burst onto the scene.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
So Oregon Malachai Hughes coming over from Tulane, Uh Malachi
or Mackay.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
I can't I always screw his name.

Speaker 2 (20:38):
Up, but he is uh going to Oregon is going
to give him a really good shot to put himself
on the map this year because we've seen you know,
Bucky and Jordan James just got drafted. So Makay Hughes.
So he's this dude from Tulane's a little bowling ball,
so he's a lot of fun to watch. Well.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
Last question on the running back class fits like so
like twenty twenty three was Lee, Like we had Bijan
and Gibbs, like these two studs.

Speaker 5 (21:03):
At the top.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
You know, this current year had studs the top end depth.
How would you compare it to twenty twenty four? Just
try to look at like more than just this current class,
but like kind of recent classes. That's why twenty four
rookie class, how would you compare that to this one?

Speaker 4 (21:16):
I mean, I gotta give it to twenty twenty four
right now. Like I just you know, I like Love
and Singleton a lot. I don't know if we're gonna
be like crazy over the top in love with these
guys come December. I think Love we're gonna be there
with Love.

Speaker 5 (21:30):
We'll see on Singleton, similar thoughts Bagman, Yeah, I think
I think that's right.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
You know, it seems nice now, but it could go
This could go sideways. I think that's the thing is,
like we could get a couple of really nice prospects here,
but stuff could go sideways still as well.

Speaker 3 (21:47):
So this is a group right now.

Speaker 2 (21:48):
I think Love and Singleton, Alan Weisner, Baxter are pretty guaranteed.
Outside of those, I'm not real sure.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
Interesting, Yeah, obviously twenty twenty four looks a little different
now with Jonathan Brooks's injuries. We were, you know, pretty
interested in him at.

Speaker 5 (22:02):
The time, kind of no longer.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
By now, most of you have probably heard of Reality
Sports Online, the powerful fantasy sports platform where owners get
to build and manage their fantasy team like an NFL
general manager. But the question is have you tried it?
It's time to go see what all the buzz in
the dynasty community is about free agency, multi year contracts
or rookie drafts, multi team trades, franchise tags, contract extensions,
first round rookie options, automated contract and salary cap functionality,

(22:27):
and much much more.

Speaker 5 (22:27):
I think it sounds complicated. It's not.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
The best thing about Reality Sports Online Fantasy front office
is that it doesn't take any more time than a
standard league.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
It just requires more strategy.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Think you're among the fantasy elite, Well, this is the
platform to test your metal.

Speaker 5 (22:39):
Still not sure.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
You can test out your general manager skills for free
in a mock free agency auction. If you like what
you see, use promo cout Fantasy Pros to receive a
ten percent discount on your team or league today. That's
promo coud Fantasy Pros to receive a ten percent discount
on your team or league today. Fantasy just got real
at Reality sportsonline dot com. All right, let's go to
the wide receivers here. Obviously, the strength of lat one

(23:02):
of the strengths of last year's class. This year maybe
less so, but still some names that we liked a
lot early and really like now. Guys who have kind
of risen like Egbuka and obviously Tedero McMillan. We were
excited about Travis Heitzeer kind of his own little category there, Bogman.
The wide receiver class for twenty twenty six, how does
it compare?

Speaker 3 (23:21):
Yeah, it's not there. This one is.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
This is really I think where we look and we go, well,
this class doesn't have the juice, and that is because
we just don't know how these guys are going to
separate right now. And the top of the class is
not like natural high level athletic ability, right, Like Jordan
Tyson is amazing. He's a great route runner, he's awesome
with the ball in his hands, but he doesn't look

(23:47):
like Ted McMillan. Right, He's not six'. Four he's not
gonna go up and grab the ball Like Mike. Evans
he's not going to burn you out with a four
two nine forties like you, know kind of a regular
speed for a wide. Receiver and he's kind of at
the off this. Class Antonio williams From clemson five to,
eleven right, fast very very, fast and a, technician but

(24:07):
not unbelievably athletically. Gifted you have to go down to
a little more raw. Prospects for. THAT i, Mean Denzel
boston is six four two.

Speaker 3 (24:16):
Nine we like, that.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
Right we Got Carneal tits a big dude six 'y.
Three Jacobe lane's a big dude at six. Four Nick.
Harper Nick harper is like biggest upside of anybody, here six,
five two thirty five is gonna Have Leonora sellers throw
him the rock and he is a speed demon as.

Speaker 5 (24:32):
Well is he receiver or not tight?

Speaker 3 (24:34):
End?

Speaker 4 (24:35):
Yes the?

Speaker 3 (24:36):
Receiver, okay, YEAH i THINK i think.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
THEY i know he was a tight end when When
maryland was recruiting him like in high, school BUT i
hadn't really paid attention since, then so he Might.

Speaker 3 (24:45):
YEAH i MEAN i think he's so fast they just
call him wide. Receiver, yeah so he.

Speaker 5 (24:50):
Is he's a physically he's a big.

Speaker 4 (24:52):
Boy.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
Yeah so there there is that athletic upside plays. Here
but they just don't have as much experience as some
of those other. Guys they haven't carried their team for two,
years three, years and you, know have the whole team
relying on, them so we know, them. Right they might
get that work this year and then they'll you, know

(25:13):
skyrocket in. Value but it's just right, now we don't,
know so this, one there is a lot of talent,
here but it's a little shrouded in, MYSTERY i would,
say in terms of who is going to level out
this year and really.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
Peak Carnel tait's a really interesting one to me BECAUSE
i think he's a good. PLAYER i know some people
that are close to The Ohio state program who are
really high on. Him but he also is not going
to be the number one target in the offense because
they Have Jeremiah smith, there who's you, Know Julio jones.
Reincarnate so it'll be interesting to see a how he
performs this, year just you, know for college production and

(25:47):
be what his Prospects satus ends up looking like if
he's not the NUMBER i, Mean Mecha aguka has like
long been the number two in the offense and now
we're all really excited about him in THE. Nfl like
it was just a, loaded you, know wide receiver room
At Ohio, State so Maybe tate has a similar. There
fits do you have first of, all the same like
kind of high level thoughts on this part of the
class that this is really like the receivers are why

(26:08):
people view this as a down?

Speaker 4 (26:10):
Class, YEAH i think, so because they're just not really
any surefire stars. HERE i don't even know If Jordan tyson,
is and THE nfl mock draft database has him going
he's like the only one comfortably inside the first round
in the mock draft, Database he's sixteenth overall, projected and
then it drops down To Antonio williams And Denzel boston

(26:32):
is like end of the first round. Guys so it
could be one of those classes where Every dynasty podcast
host analyst has a different order for the top five
or top ten in next year's wide receiver, class like
a lot Of you're going to see a lot of

(26:53):
people caping up for a lot of different guys in this,
class but it's going to be a REALLY i could
also see it being one of these things where like
our pre draft rookie rankings at wide receiver and our
post draft rookie rankings look a lot different because guys
either get like drafted way higher than we think they're
going to or way, lower and like the draft capital

(27:13):
like does not match up with our preconceptions about this.
Class so it's it's really, Fascinating like it'll be interesting
to see how things shake out this, fall because there
will certainly be guys based on productivity who jump to
the top of the, class and you know some other
guys who slip a little.

Speaker 2 (27:30):
Bit the combine always means more for wide receivers, anyway,
Right like it just because they're so, athletic you can
you can really test the. Athleticism BUT i think this
year in, particular like you were kind of you kind
of made the point whorm with like you know at
the very, beginning like is this going to be the
year where like maybe the combine separates the quarterbacks at the.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
TOP i think the wide receivers that's the big.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Thing is that The Senior, bowl the, combine like the whole,
process you, know Post january after of course the college football,
Season we're gonna have guys rise and lower because of
the football, season what's on the. Field BUT i do
think that The Senior, bowl uh and the combine are
going to matter the most four wide receivers this year

(28:13):
more than they have in the.

Speaker 4 (28:14):
PAST i will say it's a pretty fun mix of
like BIG x receiver types and like smaller speedy slot.
Guys like there's some big dude like we Mentioned Nick
harbor Of South carolina and how massive that guy, is
but like Just Denzel boston is like a pretty big.
DUDE i think six' four like two. Ten man Who

(28:35):
Else elijah Sarratt of indiana six to two like. Two
ten there's some really Big Like. Alpha target and oh
another one of the, Big Guys trey lance's, Younger Brother
bryce Lance At north dakota stans six three. Two ten
it's gonna be interesting to see what he can do,
and maybe, you know one Of these lance boys will

(28:56):
will pan out IN. THE nfl i wanted to.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
Ask about guy on the other end of the, Size Spectrum,
zachariah branch who was a top ten and overall recruit
the year he, came out like WENT. TO usc i
thought he was gonna Shine In lincoln, riley's offense like,
super fast, like big big. Play guy didn't really ever,
work out you know with any of the quarterbacks that
he played WITH. At usc is now Going, To, georgia

(29:19):
bogman what do you think about him? As somebody do
you think he could like kind of get back to
that recruiting level of pedigree that he had coming in
and become a big play Guy for georgia the way
he really couldn't put it all TOGETHER.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
FOR usc, I mean george is going to pass the ball,
way less so you probably be in front of, more
eyes which, is, Nice right but the quarterback play is
very Questionable at georgia this year. As well so the
big the biggest Thing For zacharia branch for me is
we know he's electric with the ball in. His hands,
he's great you know, he is he's a. Lightning bug

(29:52):
but what is he going? To weigh because he's listed a.
One eighty if he's, one Eighty then i'm. One, fifty like,
no way there's there's no way he's. One EIGHTIES so
i think though the way in will matter. For him
but but, he is he is a really. Good player
but he Going to georgia's does. Two things number one
probably puts more money in his pocket today and uh,

(30:15):
number two, you know just way more eyes are going
to be on you if you're IN the sec and
playing in front of a national audiences every. Single WEEK
so i think his his raft sock will raise a.
Decent amount specifically if he makes some big booming plays
he what he will do is catch, the football which
is not something they Had at georgia. Last year, So
uh i'm excited to see what.

Speaker 1 (30:37):
He's got, it's hilarious just like thinking about football as
a sport, that like at the same position back to
back in The mock draft, Database Rankings zachariv rich, Five
Ten nick harver six five two thirty five playing the,
same sport same position as uh is wild between.

Speaker 5 (30:55):
Those two let's go to the.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
Tight ends there's typically less to say about college. Tye
ends it just the way the position, is used, and
like obviously there can be. Great prospects, you Know, brock
bowers you know in recent years comes, to mind but,
you know not not quite the same level of like
this was what makes her break a class the way
you know receivers might in the eyes of dynasty Managers
fits when you look at the, tight ends does anything

(31:19):
stand out to you in terms of like depth or
star power or strength? Versus weakness what do you think
about the tight?

Speaker 4 (31:25):
Ends, HERE yeah i mean the guy who kind of
stood out to me last Fall Was Eli Star, wars vanderbilt,
you know, big game they're Upset, of alabama and like
he's definitely a pass, catching type like, six four two,
thirty five he's a move tight, end type but he's
also going, to be, you know a conventional fourth, year

(31:45):
senior and the mock draft database has two tight ends
going ahead. Of him no projected first rounders at tight
end in, this class but three Second Rounders Stower's max
claire who Went from Purdue To, ohio State And can Sadik,
of oregon and they're both going to, be juniors, you know.
Really Interesting and claire's numbers last year as a sophomore

(32:08):
on a bad team, pretty impressive fifty, one catches six
hundred and eighty.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
Five yards based on how they're listed, Right, now bogman
those three names at, the top they are also the,
three LIGHTEST so i would presume it, may, be like,
you know the the most likely to be maybe used
in the, receiving Game.

Speaker 3 (32:24):
Harbor way More. THAN sotours, i.

Speaker 5 (32:26):
MEAN yeah i think it's. Taller.

Speaker 2 (32:28):
Too, yeah yeah look this we have. No idea that's
basically what the tight end class, is now Because like
claire Going To ohio state is not good for his
past catching and his fantasy, around us right Because uh
Tate And jeremiah smith are going to catch the, Ball
there they're going to go their Running backs They're not

(32:50):
they're not Throwing the Ball to claire much, but again
more money in his pocket today and also more draftstock.
For Him eli sowers is. REALLY good i would like
to see him go to a good team that can scheme.
HIM up i don't Know what sadiq is gonna be
if he's really. Two ten obviously he has a lot
of mass to put on to play tight end IN,

(33:10):
the nfl or switch to wide receiver or. Big slot isaiah,
likely ish but that also capture. Fantasy Upside jack andrees
is a Guy That jack Andrees And, Brett Norfleet, tanner
kozial those are. The dudes DUDES that i, like there
and there's all guys with. Size Right jack andres six
four two forty coming over from cal now Gets arch

(33:30):
manning as his NUMBER. ONE qb I like Loss and
Lucky and, delp too, but again weird quarterback play this
Year With gunner Stockton. At georgia don't know if that's
gonna work out. For Them brett norfleet is six six
two sixty three so uh could be a. Nice Piece
and cozy all is six seven forty coming Over to
houston From ball state from. Last season so those are

(33:52):
some GUYS that i look to hope because they're so
physically gifted to see some helium rise and then catch
some footballs.

Speaker 5 (33:58):
This year so correct Me if.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
I'm, Wrong bogman it sounds LIKE if i was to
rank the relative strengths of each, position group it would
be something, like quarterback, running back, tight end receiver or
WOULD you i go, wide receiver tight, right receiver? Tight,
end okay but those are the, bottom two yes, for
sure fits same order basically the order WE WINNING, qb rb,
wide receiver, tight, end, yes, yes okay and then and,

(34:23):
then OVERALL like i didn't ask you guys to do
this ahead, of Time but i'm going to make you do,
it anyway all positions. Combined overall if you had to
assign a grade right now to how you view the
strength of, the class, you know twenty twenty four, Was
awesome that was An a, you know this year could
put whatever you. Want it what would twenty twenty six
be if you had to give a grade right now
just projecting out what it'll, looked like you know a

(34:43):
few months.

Speaker 4 (34:44):
From Now fits i'm gonna start low and go See.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
See, OKAY Bogman, C plus, i agree, it's uh there's some,
weaknesses HERE but i do think some of these guys,
will rise but we're going to get the fall off
on a lot of them.

Speaker 3 (34:57):
As well so.

Speaker 5 (34:57):
Then let me ask you this in a.

Speaker 1 (34:59):
General sense obviously everything is contextual and specific to the
individual player and the managers involved. At all that if
we're calling THIS a C or, c plus are you,
going to, you know be noticeably less aggressive in trying
to trade for these picks or noticeably, More aggressive bogman
in trading away? These picks if you're a contender, this season.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
TRADING for i.

Speaker 2 (35:23):
Will be noticeably less aggressive. TRADING away i, don't think,
you know because the picks are still shrouded in mystery
and people, don't know so they still hold more people
like the the, you know chance to make their own
mistake instead of having the mistake they have on their
roster right now or whatever, it is or the other

(35:44):
mistakes that.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
They MADE so i think that trading them away they still.

Speaker 2 (35:48):
Hold value trading, For them i'm, less INCLINED but i
think twenty six and twenty seven have a pretty similar,
Value today and that's crazy because you have to wait
two years for. Twenty seven so it should be the
next upcoming class should hold way. More weight it just
doesn't right now because we just. DON'T know i do

(36:09):
think there are gonna be, some separation but we don't
have it.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
Right, now fitz what do you think kind of the
same question just about, in general how you're approaching approaching
trading both for and away draft picks in.

Speaker 4 (36:19):
This class i'm not necessarily disinterested in acquiring twenty twenty six.
Draft picks there are guys we're gonna want a draft,
next spring there's no question. About that but, you Know like,
BOGG said, i mean, he said the value of twenty
twenty six and twenty twenty seven rookies is, pretty similar
even though the twenty twenty six guys are gonna give

(36:41):
you an extra year of. PRODUCTION upfront i would go
so far as TO say i would rather have a
twenty twenty seven first or second than a twenty twenty
six first.

Speaker 3 (36:49):
OR second i don't hate.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
That, either yeah if you've got any startup drafts, coming

RIGHT guys i do want to kind of, wrap up
like our sort of summer coverage with some final thoughts
on the twenty twenty five. Rookie class this can be

(37:36):
really whatever direction we want to, take it just kind
of a. Short conversation it can be sort of like
an overall takeaway on the eve of. The season it
can be a player that you've changed your opinion on most,
this summer something you felt like we learned this summer
about the class as, a whole or an. Individual player
any macro or micro level thought on the. Class fits
i'll start.

Speaker 4 (37:53):
With, you yeah it's always interesting to see the guys
who you know over span of just a few months
shoot up. In value guys who were not being taken
in rookie drafts are being taken at the very end
of rookie drafts who skyrocket and Obviously Jacry krofsky merritt comes,
to mind a guy who probably would have been a

(38:15):
high second or maybe even late first, round pick even
in super. FLEX drafts i think this year had those
drafts been held In mid august instead Of. Mid may
And Like, jack besh a guy some people were pretty
excited about who has been apparently thoroughly Outplayed By, dante

(38:36):
thornton of fellow rookie drafted later With. The raiders And
now besh is kind of a, guy who, YOU know
i don't know If any dynasty managers actually, cut him
they've got roster cutdowns before the start of, the season
but so it's been kind of interesting to. See, that
yeah that's what kind of comes to mind for me

(38:58):
off the top of.

Speaker 1 (38:59):
MY head, i also didn't you know prep you beforehand to,
Do THIS but i want to see if you can
remember back to going into, let's say Like, early january
what you kind of thought about, this class if you
had like a grade in mind, for it versus how
you agrade, it now do you think the twenty twenty
five class as a Whole between january and now has
risen in your estimation or fallen in?

Speaker 4 (39:21):
YOUR estimation i think probably about. The SAME and i
would have given it a pretty solid grade because of
the running, Back CALIBER like i would have gone A
minus b.

Speaker 5 (39:30):
Plus and still ABOUT an A minus p, Plus, NOW.

Speaker 4 (39:33):
Yeah i Think so I'D go. B, Plus.

Speaker 1 (39:35):
Okay bobby what? About you what's what's kind of changed?
For you what are some overall thoughts in?

Speaker 2 (39:39):
The? CLASS yeah I mean i think the running backs, remain,
Strong right like that was what. WE wanted i think
some of these wide receivers rates to. The top obviously
teed the huge boost moving through the combine in the
process being a high pick and putting it on in
camp and in preseason has been outstanding TO Watch t

(40:00):
hunter getting a little more clarity on his role and
obviously Going to jacksonville where they want to, Sell jerseys
he's going to be an, offensive player so we, like
that so we gained a little. BOOST there i wish
we would have seen More From bill krosky merrit at the, collegiate.
Level right we didn't get to see him play too
Much In alabama State Or. New mexico we weren't, watching
then and then he gets one game With the wildcats

(40:21):
and then they bounced him like that was, their whole,
you know plan for the run game. Last YEAR so
i wish we would have known more about him. Coming
in but obviously him rising to the top. Is good
disappointed in Guys Like kyle Williams And jack besh you
know that really have. Slid off tight end class is really. Good,
HERE like i don't KNOW that i changed my opinion

(40:42):
so much about the. Class overarching i'm. WITH fits i
probably would have given it like A low A or
b plus and that's where it has stayed right now.
As well but it is interesting that some of these,
names raised, you know in camp and all, that stuff
and some of. Them Lowered kyle williams has to be
one of the bigger disappointments that on the. Field Disappointments

(41:04):
obviously judkins your biggest disappointment because who the hell knows
what's going on. With him, but yeah it's still a
very good class to strengthens and, running backs and we
saw some wide receivers come out of it, as well
a couple studs at tight end likely. As WELL so
i still like this class a lot from the Twenty four.

Speaker 1 (41:22):
It's interesting fits that we're talking about this class as
either maintaining what we thought, about it if not maybe
looking even a little bit better without Getting like bogman
kind of mentioned some Clarity On, travis hunter there's still
not like true like, Certainty THERE like i don't want
to see it in an actual GAME before i feel
confident in saying like what this is going to. Look

(41:42):
like if he really is what it has has, looked
like it's going in that direction in terms of being
an offensive, first player and he is as good as
everybody thought, he is that would like change the star
power of, THE class i think, a lot because right
now it's really reliant on the running backs and on
the helium of.

Speaker 5 (41:59):
The receiver his.

Speaker 1 (42:00):
Guys like teot macmillan And A meca guka And Even
matthew golden have all kind of like Risen throughout august
in terms of, The rankings like you just Look at. Redraft,
rankings Frankly if hunter is, also, like oh this is
one of those like he was a top ten pick
end is playing that way as, a receiver that adds
a whole new level.

Speaker 4 (42:17):
To, IT yes i agree, with that and, YOU know
i still feel like that could go a bunch of.
Different ways but, you know now we're seeing that he's
probably going to get most of the slot snaps For,
the jaguars and like the slot Role For. LIAM cohen,
i mean We Saw chris godwin just going. BONKERS early

(42:37):
i think once per game he was. Number one he
was he was number ONE in ppr points per game
before he, got hurt so and that was a good
chunk of. The season that was six or. Seven weeks,
so Yeah And travis, hunter MAYBE like, i know the
route running has looked a little rough in some of
the cutups we've seen from like training camp and stuff,

(42:58):
like that but maybe that's a little less essential for a,
slot receiver a little easier to. Get, open, like yeah
this could be really exciting if he does get that
slot usage and smash.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
RIGHT away i, don't wanna, you know just be the
guy who's like super optimistic, and, says oh everything's gonna
work out and the best case scenario is gonna hit
for all. These guys there is a world where we're
sitting here at the end of the season and, we're
saying like this class had Like cam ward was actually
deserving of being a number, one pick and is like
a Top fifteen dynasty quarterback where there's two, you know

(43:33):
wide receiver one dynasty types in McMillan. AND hunter i
think that's on the table where there's two top five,
tight ends which is borderline how we're already ranking them
in dynasty Rankings in Warren. And loveland and, then oh by,
the way the strength of the class isn't even. Mentioned
yet it's the depth and star power of running backs
where we might have THE new rb One in dynasty possibly,

(43:54):
you know, in genty and, you know all this crazy
depth and even the depth beyond those top six guys
that were really clear during rookie, draft season but, you
know all these guys that, we LIKED Like dj giddens and,
you KNOW just, I mean i'm not gonna name all,
of it but like there's a lot of names like,
that too.

Speaker 2 (44:09):
YOU know, i mean there is there is opportunity for
this chance for this class to really boom and move
up TO an. A plus i think it's probably gonna
stick IT to. B plus i think we're gonna have
just as many failures as successes as we. Typically do
but you're, Right, worm like there's a lot of room

(44:30):
for growth for the twenty, five CLASS which i call
twenty four a couple of minutes ago reason.

Speaker 3 (44:35):
Just looking at twenty. Four stats THAT'S why.

Speaker 1 (44:37):
I think, for Me what i'm most excited about with
watching play out for the class this year is actually
the receivers, Because like i'm PRETTY confident i know what
the running backs are going, To, look like, you know the,
Quarterback class it's hard to really call it a class
because it's Mainly just Ward Like, JACKSON dart, i Know
like debro is really high on like you Just, Mentioned millroe, like,
like yes there's, stuff there but it's. IT'S large a
lot of that burden is falling To cam ward at

(44:58):
Least until shadora ever gets a starting opportunity and the. Tight, ends,
again like similar to, Running backs i'm reasonably sure what
to expect with those guys at. The top the depth
is actually really, interesting, too though like the Guys like
Ferguson and Arroyo and Fannin and taylor and like there's
a lot of rookie tight ends beyond This is stop
two that are. Really INTERESTING but i am just so

(45:18):
Excited to i'm planting my Flag On. TETOROA macmillan i
am over the moon About A. MECCA buca I Think
matthew golden has impressed me MORE than i expected him to. This,
SUMMER like i just think the receiver class could really
elevate in a way that is very exciting, to me
in a WAY that I feel i'm already excited about
all the other positions the. Receiver class i'm like really

(45:39):
curiously excited to see like what.

Speaker 4 (45:41):
Could, come yeah can we Talk About Jack Cory krossky
merritt for. A second LET me i want to, ask,
you guys a couple of either Ors with krosskey merrit
right Now, in dynasty would you Rather Have Ja Cory
krosskey Merrit Or Quinn Shawn? Judkins?

Speaker 3 (45:58):
Judkins still, FOR.

Speaker 1 (45:59):
Me i would Rather Have krassky, Merritt ACTUALLY but i
Was always judkins was always THE guy i was lowest
on relative to CONSENSUS because i Really Loved, Dylan samson
like there was just like a, lot there even before
the off field Stuff that i'm willing, to, say, like
hey if he's a starter AND what i think is
gonna be really good, Offense Here like i'll give the
Nod to krossky Merrit because judkins hasn't done anything, this

(46:22):
summer obviously to to go, Against THAT but i wouldn't
argue strongly against anybody Who says judkins, all right.

Speaker 4 (46:28):
One More To cory krossky Merit Or, Cam, Scattaboo cam I'll.

Speaker 5 (46:34):
Go scataboo i'll stick with Our.

Speaker 3 (46:36):
Guy, bogs okay so.

Speaker 2 (46:38):
That one i'm back where when you, go fits, hold on?
Hold on we didn't get was quiet.

Speaker 4 (46:43):
Right there I've got bill ranked Ahead of scataboo right now,
and rules but, IT'S close.

Speaker 5 (46:49):
I assume not ranked Ahead.

Speaker 4 (46:50):
Of judkins, Uh correct I've got i've got them all
three in. A, row.

Speaker 5 (46:55):
Basically what do we Think? About?

Speaker 1 (46:57):
Judkins QUICK because i actually do, Think it like we
spend so much of the saying, like, like oh obviously
the off, field stuff, YadA YadA that is like a
relevant part of. This equation there is a running back
in this backfield that we liked in the pre. Draft
process he hasn't done anything, this summer and oftentimes rookies
like when you start kind of the train has left
the station and you kind of can have a lost,

(47:18):
Rookie year like are we thinking about moving him down. More,
considerably bogman a Guy, like judkins.

Speaker 2 (47:25):
NOT really i mean he's, TO me i think he
gets six games at, some point signs his deal. AND
goes i think that's what it's going. To be so
no idea what the process looks like really at, this
point because he, hasn't signed they're talking about him trying
to get back into college football like it's all a

(47:46):
bunch of nonsense. Right NOW but, i think just Like
The rashi, rice STUFF the nfl just drags his crap
out and then it's six games and, he SIGNS and
i think he's the best back on that roster.

Speaker 3 (47:56):
Still, fits yeah that's.

Speaker 4 (47:58):
THE thing, i mean we've kind of been a lot
of people have been burying him after all, of this
but like the minute, HE signs i don't want to
get in a point with my rankings, where, Like oh
i'm dropping him because he's still on sign like, way
down and then the minute, HE signs i have to
move him way, back up like we know he's going to.
Sign eventually and let's not Forget The cleveland browns actually

(48:21):
decided to Draft Quinch on Judkins Before traveon henderson, was
drafted which really surprised me at, the TIME but i
think it Was the browns saying that They saw judkins
as a potential Workhorse and henderson probably just always as
a guy who was going to have to have a
tag team partner in. The backfield, of course Then the
browns went And Drafted dylan sampton two, rounds later so

(48:43):
it just kind of shows what ORGANIZATION where i was, GONNA.

Speaker 2 (48:46):
Say i don't KNOW that i want to give him
Be THE browns, i, know well but what is clear
is they want to run the. Ball right they passed
more than anybody else IN the nfl. Last season dromeford
is not the guy of. The. Future clearly when you
draft two, running backs you don't believe in the guy
that led your team. Last year so they want two

(49:08):
running backs to, you know run the ball, way More
and judkins is going to be at the forefront, of
It with samson being. The be that is what the
draft stock. Tells, us now that's not always the way.
It works when you get on the field and, You
know judkins is Way behind, samson now and if he
shows us anything early That that i'm more worried about

(49:28):
really than the, initial suspension Because like, fitz said once,
he signs everybody that blowered him is going to move
him way up because he's on, the team just like
we all Did With. Isaiah Bond Like isaiah bond had
weigh really, bad allegations so obviously no one wanted to
rank him until. He signed but when that, got tossed
he signed immediately and everyone put him in. Their Rankings

(49:50):
so fitz, IS right i think we're Waiting on we're
just waiting on news at.

Speaker 3 (49:55):
This Point, WITH judkins.

Speaker 1 (49:58):
I say to, be clear me being down on him
is Not because i'm worried about. The suspension it's just
because all of it has put him behind the.

Speaker 5 (50:04):
Eight ball you didn't like him in.

Speaker 2 (50:05):
The first and You, like sampson and he's yes in camping,
Way ahead so there's more than enough reasonable Suspicion.

Speaker 3 (50:15):
Of Judkins stock.

Speaker 1 (50:16):
It's also like a bad offense and like there's no
garants did they solve quarterback? Next year AND like i
and not, A franchise i want to give the benefit
of the, Doubt too so like even Even if judkins
was clearly Ahead of sampson and didn't have this, Offield
stuff i'd still be, like, hesitant, Right, sorry fitz you
were about to.

Speaker 4 (50:32):
SAY something i was just, Gonna Say, isaiah bond where
should he be in this class relative to some of
the other. ROOKIE receivers i assume he's still Below Like
jayden Higgins And, trey harris but he's he on par
with Guys Like jalen Knowle And tory Horton And. Kyle williams.

Speaker 1 (50:53):
I'd Rather, have horton but JUST because i think he's
gonna have a real Opportunity. In SEATTLE actually.

Speaker 2 (50:59):
I HAVE so I have bond at like Right behind
Royals And bryant Ama Or Tesla noel williams, BETCH like
i have him behind that group because he got in
behind there is. AMPLE opportunity i think he could easily,
move up but he definitely Stays. Behind higgins like if
you want to put him in There With trey, harris
EVENTUALLY that's i think that's like, his, Speak, Right.

Speaker 4 (51:23):
Yeah I've still i've got Him behind Horton and i've
got Him, Behind noel Like no knowle's a, Freak MAN
like i don't WANT to i want to give that
guy some. Some room.

Speaker 1 (51:34):
By, the way because you Mentioned, him tesla another guy
who could rise.

Speaker 2 (51:38):
This year such a, good preseason such a, good preseason.

Speaker 4 (51:42):
Like highlight real stuff.

Speaker 3 (51:44):
Every week Let's get jamison out.

Speaker 1 (51:46):
Of there and Unlike, the Browns the lions are a
team that when they do, Something surprising.

Speaker 5 (51:50):
I'm more willing to give them the benefit of the.
Drafting doubt and they spent three third round picks to get.

Speaker 4 (51:56):
This guy it's a weird move at, the time But
Like brad hull knows what. He's, Doing, man.

Speaker 1 (52:01):
Yeah, all right let's put a bow ON in r
twenty twenty five conversation with this each of you give me,
the player like it doesn't have to be like the
best player.

Speaker 5 (52:09):
At cost it doesn't have to be just the pure best
Player or i'll.

Speaker 1 (52:12):
Take gent but just like your guy in this class that,
you were, Just like i'm excited to. WATCH him i
think he's going to. Be great LIKE if i could
put my name on one player from, this class just
considering all, of, it, ability opportunity adp all, of it
who's like, Your guy Bogman.

Speaker 2 (52:30):
CAM ward i really like. This class there's a lot. To,
like Obviously cam skataboo is one of my guys. As
well it's hard not to say him people are tired
of hearing me talk.

Speaker 3 (52:41):
ABOUT him i.

Speaker 2 (52:41):
Get it, i'll Stop but i'll Say cam ward like
the work ethic this. DUDE has i feel like the
ability that this. Dude has he's one of the most
underrated first overall picks in the history OF. The nfl
just barely. Talked about did we talk about shador more
than we talk About? Cam WARD and i just think
that he is going to raise this. ENTIRE offense i

(53:03):
think that defense is. VERY bad i think he's like
he's a Version Of bryce young that can throw the
ball deep and run and we're not talking about him,
at all and the defense is Bad, In tennessee like
he should have to throw the ball a bunch. This
year So, CAM worton, i think is the GUY that
i just think hits no.

Speaker 1 (53:22):
Matter what it would have been disingenuous if you didn't
at Least, mention scataboo but it would direction Almost A
matthew gold yeahman.

Speaker 4 (53:32):
O MAN so ma need to. Choose From like i'm,
gonna say my runner Up Is, tyler warren and he's
THE guy i.

Speaker 5 (53:38):
Thought you were going To say warren as. Your, pick, ACTUALLY.

Speaker 4 (53:40):
Dude i, had him, YOU KNOW i i. Won money
he's Saying That colston loveland would be drafted, before him
And had loveland ranked ahead of him in the pre
draft process and post draft, and NOW like I just
I'm seeing warren's final Year At penn state translate to,
the CULTS like i think he's going to be just
great From, The, john like this guy's a different kind.

(54:01):
Of Cat but i'm going to say A, mechag buca
and he's a guy that people unanimously loved when he
was meeting with teams At The senior bowl and At,
the combine everyone. Liked it like everyone thinks he's a.
Great kid and then he gets drafted earlier than we expected.
Him to we thought he was kind of like bubble,
first round, second round and Like the buccaneers drafted him

(54:23):
very aggressively even though they had a lot of bodies
in their wide receiver. Room already and now, you know
with help from injuriated Stuff with godwin, and McMillan like
he's going to play a lot right away and could
Potentially SMASH and i think THE thing i Love, about
igbuca you know, he versatility can be, a slot can.
Be asy he Produced At ohio state while playing with

(54:45):
other great receivers the entire time he, was there well
maybe not his very, first year but like he was
playing with some OTHER terrific nfl prospects, Produced anyway and
so that reassures me that no matter, his situation even
if he isn't a crowded wide, receiver room he can.
STILL pop i Love.

Speaker 5 (55:03):
A guka he would have been my runner up for.

Speaker 1 (55:05):
THIS pick i know this is a guy who like
went high in, rookie DRAFTS but i just cannot stop
Thinking about teo McMillan and his Fit, in CAROLINA and.

Speaker 3 (55:14):
I thought that's.

Speaker 1 (55:15):
Who fits that's that's my easy. PICK here i would
have pivoted To it buka if fits. Had, TAKEN yeah,
I mean i just like every, single thing like if
he has a, HEALTHY season i don't understand how he's
going to be outside the top fifteen at. The position
and not a wrong, answer here he's A good I
just i just think he's gonna be a top ten dynasty.

Speaker 5 (55:35):
Wide receiver none of.

Speaker 3 (55:36):
Us said gent. Who is clearly it is.

Speaker 5 (55:38):
Too obvious it feels.

Speaker 2 (55:41):
Too obvious it feels like he doesn't. Even COUNT but,
i mean we is the guy.

Speaker 1 (55:45):
FITS and i taped an episode is coming Out On.
LABOR day i believe of our biggest questions for THE
twenty swive season It's The, redraft show Not At, dynasty
show but we taped That With deebro and the FINAL
question i, asked was who is the player that's going
to define the season The Way jamar chase did And
And sequon barklay a. Year Ago and, Deebro said, teto,
McMillan like even as he's like he thinks he's going,
to do this will be a, guy that, like everybody

(56:06):
will look back at the season, AND say i can't
believe he's fell as far as. He did this is
a guy you needed to draft. THIS year i am
in total agreement. With, that again it's a class that
there's a lot of names that you could have picked
and liked, a lot and you guys picked some of.
Those NAMES but I just i just cannot stop Reaching on.

Speaker 5 (56:24):
TETRO McMillan I just i'm over. The moon it's.

Speaker 4 (56:27):
Such a fun rookie class and we are finally about
to see these guys PLAY in. Nfl games it Feels.

Speaker 5 (56:33):
Like.

Speaker 4 (56:33):
Christmas, eve yes very.
