Speaker 1 (00:03):
Welcome in everybody. It's the Dynasty double coverage on Fantasy Pros.
I'm your host, Scott Bogman, joined as always by Pat
fitz Morris. We are deep in the playoffs in a
round two, one week to go to get to your championships.
Hopefully your Dynasty leagues are treating you right, FITZI, how
many leagues did you have this year? How many are
still alive for you?

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Oh? Man, I'm guessing.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
I think it's like the final count is like twenty
three or so, and I think I'm still in seven.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Okay, not bad, not bad. I had I think fourteen
and I'm alive in six, so uh doing okay. And
I do like the way I got eliminated because it
is It started with all my MFL teams are gone.
Then my fan tracks teams are gone. So now the

(00:57):
only teams I have left are all on Sleeper, which
I kind of like at least at least I'm stuck
in one space if I have to be stuck, so.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
That is handy, that is handy. I know. I'm I
think I'm spread.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
My remaining teams are spread across like four different platforms,
including our our listener league in the Reality Sports Online.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
I think, I know lot record, so I had to buy.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
But I just lost Patrick Mahomes so and I had
already lost Jayden Daniels, so it's Matthew Stafford and then
I'm trying to spackle this week.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
It's not bad. I mean, you got three pretty good qbs.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
I do, but one healthy one unfortunately in the most
important weeks of the season.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
And it's the oldest one too, which is hilarious. So yeah,
but let's talk about that first. Let's talk about the
impact of Patrick Mahomes and Dynasty leagues. Obviously, for Super Flex,
it's gonna hurt next year as well. I I highly
doubt that he's available for Week one. I would say
he's probably not back until early November. With the ACL

(02:05):
LCL tear here, it seems like this might be Travis
Kelcey's last year. Rashie Rice will probably serve his suspension
next year because Mahomes is out, Like I don't know,
I know, people want to write the beginning of the
end for the Chiefs and all of that. Obviously, Tom
Brady also had a famously had an ACL tear in

(02:26):
his ninth year. Was the beginning of the year, so
he was back quickly the next season, But is this
the beginning of the end? Are we trying to get
out of our Chiefs assets after this injury? Fitsie.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
It's unfortunate, Bogs. And what's unfortunate is.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
One of the things that Mahomes was doing this year
was like running more aggressively, especially early on. We're not
going to see that next year. He's just not really
a running quarterback to begin with. And then new factor
in this injury, and it seems like the rushing value
is pretty much going to be negated next year.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
So then he's gonna have to do it with his arm.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
And are they gonna get him like the big X
receiver he needs, because like I thought, maybe he'd have
enough this year with Worthy and Rashie Rice and you know,
Travis Kelsey not totally over the hill, it wasn't enough.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
So boy in the offensive line has issues too.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Yeah, it's just it's hard to still see him as
a top five dynasty quarterback.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Quite frankly, Yeah, it's it's tough. I'm with you too.
I had in the Flex League Jake Seally's Flex first
place all year and number one seed going into the playoffs.
Also had Patrick Mahomes, so luckily I had to buy.
But I'm replacing him with cam Ward at this point
against the Chiefs too, so not the greatest of spots.

(03:53):
I'm in there trying to pick up Gardner Minshew, so
we'll see. But all right, let's get to some of
the questions here, and let's start with our guy Hokey.
Hoky was helping me figure out the audio stuff before,
so appreciate you, Hoky. What's going on, my friend? How
you doing?

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Hey, guys, if it's a Pokey?

Speaker 5 (04:12):
So yeah, I got through the first round, so moving
on to the second round, I'll try to keep most
of the time focused on Dynasty.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
But just quick, I thought for week sixteen, I.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
Posted my team on the chat, got my proposed starters
on the left hand side, and benched in the middle.
Questions I have are Baker, Nicks.

Speaker 4 (04:37):
And at tight end. The start says telling me to.

Speaker 5 (04:40):
Start Schultz, but I'm wondering about Waller Kincaid, so curious
what your thoughts are.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Real quick on those two choices.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
These are good ones, Prescott or Knicks. FITZI, it would
be Dak against the Chargers at home and Nick's at
home against Jacksonville.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
I know the matchup is top five, Dak ranked a
little higher QB nine versus QB twelve for next Yeah,
me too, I think I think you have to keep
on with Dak hopefully picking shows up and wants to play.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
What about Schultz versus Waller or Kinkaid for this week?
That would be Schultz against the Raiders, Waller against the Bengals,
and don't Kinkaid against Cleveland.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
I have Schultz tight end nine, Kincaid tight end ten,
and Waller tight end eleven.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
I don't hate Waller obviously, the history of the Bengals
against tight ends this year has been terrible. Didn't work
last week against the Ravens, but that was a very
weird game with a weird game script.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
So Lamar threw twelve passes in that game.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
Yeah, I don't hate going back to Waller if you
feel like in Hoky.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
So they're all like even though Waller's Waller's not like
a real tight end though. That's the thing, like I
don't know if the tight end met because he's basically
the X receiver or Dolphins. Don't you think Bog's like
I don't know, I mean it's and it's kind of
like red zone value.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
So I still think for me it's Schultz. Yeah, I
like that. I'm not opposed to Waller.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
I just think it's like a little more volatile and
touchdown dependent.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
Yeah, I think so too. I think the the the
volume for Schultz has been really good recently. So what
was your dynastic question, Hokey this week?

Speaker 4 (06:17):
I didn't play either one of them.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
I played Kincaid and I'm tired of watching not score touchdowns.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Yeah, that was frustrating.

Speaker 6 (06:24):
So no.

Speaker 5 (06:24):
So yeah, on the right hand side, I've got the
players that I might be interested in picking up eventually
this rest of season this year, not not for this week,
but probably more dynasty related as well. Potentially you see
anybody there relative to the to the middle column, my
bench guys, it might be an interesting pick up or
you might recommend.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
Yeah, I think I would want to pick up Caleb
maybe Caleb Johnson for next season. I think you could
probably drop one of these four tight ends your rostering,
you know, whether it is Waller or Schultz. And also,
you know, do that when you're eliminated. Maybe, hey, hold on, now,
I'm not planning to be eliminated. Yeah, Well, Uh, okay,

(07:06):
but you have four tight ends here and you only
need to start one.

Speaker 5 (07:09):
So and the only reason, the only reason I have
four is because somebody dropped somebody dropped Tyler, and I'm like,
I'm gonna grab him.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Yeah, I mean honestly, like, I do like the matchup
for Waller this week, but for long term, I might
dump him and either pick up Caleb Johnson or Jauar Jordan.
Look good, if he's gonna get another start, maybe you
know they're considering a larger role for him moving forward.
That wouldn't be bad. But I do like the draft
stock that went into Caleb Johnson. Anybody there on the right,

(07:38):
FITZI we have estimate Keaton, Mitchell, Juar Jordan, Caleb Rashid
Shaheed Naylor, Parkinson, Helm and uh Kicker Pinero out here?

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Uh not really quite honestly.

Speaker 3 (07:49):
I know Parkinson's on a heater, but like Terence Ferguson,
is really the tight end a more interested there long term?

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (07:56):
So yeah, I don't. I think Caleb is probably the
only one with really interesting value going forward.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Agree, wrap it up here.

Speaker 5 (08:08):
Quick strategy question for back to this week, Grab new
Lan's defense A couple of weeks ago. I'm gonna play
the Texans, but my opponent this week as the Rams.
Did I hold the Saints just to keep him from
grabbing them? Or I'm just wasting the spot?

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Um?

Speaker 1 (08:24):
I mean you can hang on to him. I would
just if you're gonna is there someone you would add? Apparently?
Would it be the Caleb Johnson ad one.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
Of those one of those guys on the right.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Probably, I mean just wait until Saturday.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
Yeah, drop them.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
You can't get him on waivers.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
So he couldn't so he couldn't pick him up.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, just do that move.

Speaker 5 (08:45):
So question real quick, long term planning, Spears or Mason?
If you have to drop one, which one do you drop?

Speaker 4 (08:50):
Mmmm?

Speaker 2 (08:51):
I dropped Mason because there's no pass catching value.

Speaker 7 (08:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Same. I think they drove somebody too. I think he's
gonna be buried next year. So I thank you you
awesome questions here. Before we get to our next listener here,
let me remind you guys that by now most of
you probably heard of Reality Sports Online, in the powerful
fantasy sports platform where owners get to build and manage
their fantasy team like an NFL general general manager. But

(09:16):
the question is have you tried it, it's time to
go see what all the buzz in the dynasty community
is about. Free agency, multi year contracts, so rookie draft,
multi team trades, franchise tags, contract extensions, first round rookie options,
automated contracts and salary cap functionality, and much much more.
If you think it sounds complicated, it's not. The best
thing about Reality Sports Online Fantasy front Office is that
it doesn't take any more time than a standard league.

(09:39):
It just requires more strategy. If you think you're among
the fantasy elite, this is the platform and test your metal.

(10:00):
They fantasy just got real Reality Sports Online Dot Calm.
I wish I had a better team on RSO. My
team was brutel this year. Jackie boy, what's up? Jackie?

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Hey?

Speaker 8 (10:15):
Boys?

Speaker 1 (10:16):
How you traveling doing great? What can I do for
you to day, and my friend.

Speaker 9 (10:20):
Just yeah, just a couple of quick ones.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (10:22):
My team is probably the equivalent of the Tennessee Titans
in fantasyland, so I'm in nowhere near near the playoffs
as Yeah, I think we've spoken about a couple of times.
My first question was kind of heading into the offseason
and the draft, when it comes to dropping players, specifically
guys that have really only been on your roster for

(10:44):
a year or a couple of years, like last last
year I drafted like jack Quis Hunter, DJ Giddons. A
lot of those guys that are getting healthy scratches each week.
Is is it is it safe to drop those guys?
Is it kind of are we getting in murky waters
when guys are getting healthy scratch dates each week?

Speaker 1 (11:03):
You think, well, Blake Korm got a lot of those
last year, right, So I don't want to get rid
of them just to get rid of them. I want
to pick up someone with a purpose, right, or you know,
if you have to drop some of these guys because
of you have players coming off the ir things like that,
I understand those moves, but I think in general, I

(11:25):
don't want to drop these guys until I really have to.
It's not that it's going to hurt your team, it's
just that these guys were you know, they still hold
a little bit of value. So what are your thoughts there, FITZI.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Yeah, with running backs, especially ones who were considered somewhat
talented going into the draft, I don't want to get
rid of those guys really if they have not had
an opportunity yet, because those guys could quickly gain a
lot of value with just all they need is the
opportunity do it, and they just didn't have it this year,

(12:01):
Like it would have taken an injury for JarKus Hunter
to get an opportunity the Rams, and.

Speaker 4 (12:08):
You know, I.

Speaker 3 (12:10):
Have a feeling like if Jonathan Taylor would have gotten hurt,
it would not have been a mere Abdullah same.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
In there getting all the work.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
I think they would have had Gidtins active, and I
think Giddens would have been the right handcuff there. But
Taylor just for the first time in a long time,
stayed healthy all season.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
Let me give you a hypothetical. Yeah, you have, like
Jackie Boy, you have Jarques Hunter on your roster right
and Juar Jordan is out there right now, it's the playoffs,
this might be a viable running back. Would you drop
a guy like Hunter in a Dynasty league to pick
up a guy like Jordan who has value for this week?

(12:48):
Maybe just so your opponent doesn't get him? Or is
that Hey, look, I know Jark Wes Hunter is the
better long term option. I'm not gonna be starting this guy.
I think I should hold on a Hunter. What are
your thoughts in a process like that.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
If Jordan is good enough to start for you this week,
then I do it because we're in this to win
championships and now you're two games.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
What if he's not good enough to start for you,
but maybe good enough to start for your opponent? I
see you do the blocking move. Still yeah?

Speaker 3 (13:18):
For I mean then it's kind of drilling down on
Jordan's situation and will he player?

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Is it going to be like a one week off nothing?

Speaker 8 (13:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (13:29):
And is it going to be some Daria Gumba walle
two and they're playing with the Raiders. Yeah, it is
a pretty good matchup.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
I might be willing to do it then, like it
it serves a purpose from my end game the last
two weeks, so I'd be willing to do it.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
What about you.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
I think I would do it too. I think that's
the like the one situation where I'd drop what I
consider to be the clearly better back to make sure
my opponent like maybe they had, you know, Woody Marks
or something, but I have more fab money or I
have the higher waiver already, whatever it is, I think
I'm still going to do that move because you know,
Jarco's Hunter might be good. He might turn into Blake

(14:07):
kuorm and what he is now. But I'm trying to
get this. I'm trying to get this manner, you know
what I mean. So, yeah, I think I could go
ahead and do a move like that.

Speaker 2 (14:16):
Right, are there who are the next most droppable guys
on your roster?

Speaker 10 (14:21):
There's there's Yeah, there's other guys I can drop. Like
It's not an immediate thing. It's more so once the
twenty twenty six draft comes around and those guys are
currently in my taxi squad, so I'm gonna have to
like move then. So I'm just kind of yeah, I'm
just kind of thinking, like, yeah, I love I love
kind of hearing the thoughts of of yourself and others
when it comes to dropping players, Because as you know

(14:41):
in dynasty, you drop a player and you think that
they're yeah, their garbage, and then all of a sudden,
the lead back or the number two receiver in their
team or yeah, something like that. So I don't really
want to get get burned. I won't hold you guys
up too much longer because there's obviously other people up
with their hands. But in terms of the draft, I've
spoken to you guys before that. Yeah, I'm pretty much
all out on the twenty twenty sixth draft, but I

(15:03):
still do have a couple of low round picks. I've
got a couple of fourth round picks and a fifth
round pick, and I've kind of surprisingly had a pretty
high success rate in drafting guys like Jalen Coca, Jalen Noel,
elk Iamana, I'm Klem and Ungy kind of in those
late rounds. Would you stay in those the latter rounds
of those those drafts and just see if you can

(15:24):
hit on someone that yeah, has has fallen in the
NFL draft, or would you try and yeah, kind of
trade those those picks away for twenty twenty seven picks
or kind of players that haven't haven't really kind of yeh,
killed it this year.

Speaker 4 (15:39):
What's your what's your thought process on that?

Speaker 1 (15:44):
I think for this class, I think I want to
get out of it more often than not. But I'll
say for those running backs and stuff, I I want
to pick that's equivalent to next year. I'm not treading
like a second this year for a third next year.
I would want. I would do it two for two
because you already are waiting the extra year, you know

(16:05):
what I mean, that's the cost, So I wouldn't I
wouldn't sell them too low because I mean, the combine
is going to separate some of these guys out. There's
going to be jobs to be had still, even if
they're backup jobs. So I think I just want to
stick to decent value in these trades. I don't want
to sell off this class just to sell off. So

(16:28):
that's kind of where I've come from. FITZI, what are
your thoughts there?

Speaker 3 (16:32):
Yeah, I don't know if I really have anything to
add to that. Bogs like, I'm we will convince ourselves
that we have some third, fourth, and fifth rounders we like,
even in this class that we don't really love. So yeah,
I'm good with holding onto those picks and firing some darts,
but you know, in this class, I would probably prioritize

(16:52):
keeping guys like Kirk Wise, Hunter and DJ Giddens over
whatever you get in the fourth round of the twenty
twenty six yep.

Speaker 9 (16:59):
Yeah, sure.

Speaker 10 (17:00):
Well thanks to Tom Boys my Christmas, and thanks for
you much this year.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
Thank you, Jackie, appreciate Jackie.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
Let's see Nick, You're up next, my friend. What's going on, Nick?
How you doing?

Speaker 11 (17:12):
I'm doing well things, so if you guys are doing
well as well. I have a few questions for you guys.
First of all, thank you for all the help throughout
the year. Yeah, got me to the Dynasty League, so
pretty happy about that. And Sammy's into Redraft ones as well,
So don all appreciative.

Speaker 9 (17:31):
Questions for you.

Speaker 11 (17:32):
I know I brought this to your attention in the past,
but now it's crunch time, so I got to actually
act on it, figuring out my RB two spot in
this Dynasty team of mine. I can't upload photos for
whatever reason, but I have a very strong receiver room
and a very weak running back room, and I own
all my picks in all the upcoming drafts, so I'm

(17:56):
kind of wondering at this point I'll like list off
the receivers that I have or actually let me rephrase.
So there's a couple guys I've been talking to trying
to get or gauge like what their interest is on
trading certain guys. One team is out, I just beat
him this week. He has Saquon and Kyron, so I

(18:16):
could theoretically go after those guys. A guy with James
Cook and Woody Marx is out as well, although with
the Woody injury, I don't know if he's maybe a
by low or like someone to not go after if
I'm trying to win right now. And then one team
with like potential RB two guys for the rest of
the season, like doubt Ole, or maybe I could try

(18:37):
and buy low or like super super low on like
someone like Gainwell or man on guy to stream in
an RB two spot. And then the only other team
I've really spoken to about running back that's open has
Chase Brown. I have a very deep receiver room, so
I was trying to do like some kind of receiver
and or pick for Brown.

Speaker 9 (18:58):
He wants to fill it.

Speaker 11 (19:00):
Out with running backs, even though I don't have a
strong running back room, so I'm kind of curious based
on the players that I listed, who you think I
should be going after, and like price point wise, what
I should be trying to give. You know, given that
I own all my picks at this point, should I
be trying to do more pick heavy things because they'll
be later in each round? Or you know, with a

(19:22):
receiver room with like AJ Brown, it to Higgins and
Metcalf and Mconkeye and.

Speaker 1 (19:27):
You know you can still trade right now.

Speaker 11 (19:29):
Nick, Yeah, we never said a deadline in.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
My Okay, okay, okay, I think if that's the case, fits,
you got to go after the top dogs, right like.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
Yeah, James James Cook was mentioned. I mean that's the
one that I was was thrilling down.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
Yeah, get I mean, this guy can't use James Cook
until next season, so he's definitely very disappointed in losing
right now, probably more willing to sell to fix these
problems to get into the championship next year. So I
would start top down, right, you're trying to push your
chips in. You're trying to win right now. So if
you can trade for these big name guys right now,

(20:07):
if you can make a deal happen. I'm all about
the now specifically, in the playoffs. So I'm going after
those big names. I'm off from my first round pick,
you know, and then I'm trying to I'm you know,
second round pick, like a one into two for James Cook.
Is that even enough, FITZI.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
Yeah, I think a one into two would would maybe
a late twenty twenty six first and a late twenty
twenty six second.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
I don't know if I would if if I'm wrestling
James Cook, but that's probably around the range you're gonna need.
You might even need a sweetener, you know, you might
you might need uh, you know, a wide receiver from
your depth to throw on top or something.

Speaker 11 (20:52):
Okay, And so if I can't get James Cook, and
I have to look at like the Sakuans of the world,
who have at the very least good matchups, even though
he has underperformed a bit this year, what would you
be looking to trade away for someone in that realm?
Or if I'm unable to get any of those just
you know, those lower level like doubt all type people,

(21:14):
I'm just kind of curious if I'm unable to do
the high end guys, like what are they even worth
to go over?

Speaker 9 (21:20):
Just like potential get me through a championship.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
I think Saquan is still worth a first. I think
you said somebody else in his range, So those guys
you're still in. Yeah, yeah, you're still offering a first
for those because this class is like it's Jeremiah Love
and then it's everybody else. Right, that's kind of how
the running back is going to work this time. So
I would still be offering a first. I think that's okay,

(21:45):
specifically because it's late the other guys, the rico daddles
and lower, it's a second and then probably a sweetener
like a wide receiver. Yeah, so I'm not offering a
first for those guys.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
I really agree, Thank you.

Speaker 9 (21:59):
I really appreciate that.

Speaker 11 (22:01):
Also, just out of curiosity, I had been stashing Darren Waller,
and you know, I don't know that he's even a
guy you hold on to in a Dynasty league moving forward.
Would that be like a guy I'm trying to actively
trade to, like competition at this point?

Speaker 1 (22:18):
I mean, he's not going to So if you can
get a third for him, great, go ahead and yeah,
or whatever your lowest however many rounds you have, fourth, fifth,
whatever asset you could get for him, if you have
two tight ends that are better than him right now.
Absolutely trade him because I mean he came out of
retirement to play, so you can go back in at

(22:38):
any point.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
So yeah, definitely.

Speaker 11 (22:42):
And my last question, So my starting quarterback all year
long has been Dak. I also have McCarthy, who I
know we haven't been able to trust, but he's been
looking decent the past couple of weeks. As a much
better matchup than Dak. I'm kind of curious upside wise,
which one do you think would be worth going with him?

(23:02):
If I'm unable to get a running back in a trade.
I'm definitely an underdog in this one.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
So this I mean, I'm Dak against the Chargers or
JJ McCarthy against the Giants. That's the question. Yeah, Dak,
dance with the one that brung you.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
I'm still playing Dak.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
Yeah okay, Yeah, JJ mcconty's just way too inconsistent. The
matchup is better, but I mean they get down to
the one and Jordan Mason gets three touchdowns and you're furious,
you know what I mean, Like, yeah, it's it's still
Dak to me.

Speaker 11 (23:32):
So same, okay, And last last thing, so in figuring
that running back room out. I have Jordan Mason. Now
I could buy like super low on Aaron Jones given
the good matchups, but like, I don't even know do
you think he? I mean, I guess he'd be better
than Mason theoretically, but is he even something worth considering

(23:53):
if I can't get anyone else, I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
No, probably not. I go with the other guys. Go
go with that gun instinct first, try to get one
of those high guys first.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
The good matchup against the Giants this week, but you
don't want to play Aaron Jones against Detroit in week seventeen.
Like and even with the good matchup this week, I
don't have Aaron Jones in my top twenty of the rankings.

Speaker 11 (24:14):
So yep, perfect. Thank you guys, happy holidays. Appreciate it,
and I hope you have some good positive energy going.

Speaker 12 (24:20):
Into the new year.

Speaker 1 (24:21):

we doing?

Speaker 2 (25:05):
Hey, guys doing great?

Speaker 1 (25:06):
How are you guys doing doing gruppy?

Speaker 2 (25:09):
Awesome?

Speaker 12 (25:10):
Yeah, I'm super excited to be on real quick. Just
wanted to say I've been a huge fan of you
guys for some time, and I ended up doing the
subscription this year finally, And I just want to let
you know FITZI, my firstborn child, will be named FITZI,
male or female. I went oh in seventeen. I didn't
win a single game last year. I'm in the semi

(25:33):
playoffs right now, feeling great, feeling invincible.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
So I just want to thank you guys real quickly.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
That that's awesome.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
Absolutely, guys.

Speaker 12 (25:42):
Kind of a similar question to the last person here, right,
So Nix has been great for me, and he solidified
himself as a QB one for me. I did post
a picture of my lineup. My QB room is looking
pretty great. I have Shador, I have Dark, I have Nix,
I have McCarthy. So it's kind of my pick of

(26:04):
the litter week to week. Obviously, Nicks has a great matchup,
so I'll be starting him, But looking at JJ McCarthy
and Jackson Dart, right, I think I'm gonna have to
lean towards JJ on this one, just because you know,
if you watch last game, there was another slight concussion scare,

(26:24):
so I'm kind of worried that at some point they're
gonna just be forced to play that safe route, right.
I mean, they have the first round pick. JJ McCarthy,
I feel like, you know, has absolutely a much lower floor.
But given what we've seen, it's been it's been decent.
It's been decent enough, right, So I just want to

(26:45):
get your thoughts on McCarthy and.

Speaker 6 (26:49):
Dart.

Speaker 2 (26:50):
First off, if you.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
Guys, I think you're right on this one. This is
one where it is close enough to where, uh, you know,
both young quarterbacks both inconsistent. I would start McCarthy this
week against the worst defense than I would go with,
you know, Dart specifically against a blitz heavy Minnesota Vikings
defense and Flores is real hard to figure out. And

(27:11):
I think you're right. I was actually surprised that Dart
ran as much as he did last week. It was
clearly what Brian Dable was fired over, you know, was
getting Jackson Dart hurt. You can't give the future franchise
quarterback like you found him great now, you got to
keep him alive. I feel like, so this one is,
you know, obviously much closer than the Dak one. So

(27:33):
for me, I would go with McCarthy over Dart for
this week. Where are you at? And that one fitsie?

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Yeah, the more I had, I just moved McCarthy one
spot out of Dart. Like I like Dart because you've
run so aggressively. But man, Brian Flores has been like
he has been smothering quarterbacks for like the last five
or six weeks. No one is getting anything against him.
So I am totally fine with pivot away from that matchup. Yeah, awesome,

(28:03):
Like we know it's not a safe floor with McCarthy obviously,
like he's he could have one of his bad days
and that could be ruined Poppy, but hopefully not Man
because he did look like he had his act together
and has for the last couple of games.

Speaker 9 (28:17):
Yeah, absolutely awesome.

Speaker 12 (28:19):
I've been watching enough to finally kind of had those thoughts.

Speaker 9 (28:22):
So that's great.

Speaker 12 (28:23):
And then last kind of questions a little difficult. Right,
So all of my players on my team are basically solidified. Right,
I've got Jamo, I've got Demanta smith A Lave Pickens.

Speaker 4 (28:36):
Right.

Speaker 12 (28:36):
I feel like those are guys that you know are
have been a little bit more volatile recently, but the
upside is just I mean, it's there, right, So you
got to start him now for.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
This last flex spot.

Speaker 9 (28:49):
Last week I went with Tory. Franklin went great.

Speaker 12 (28:52):
Right this week, you know, with Pat Bryant potentially coming
back in, I do have some concerns. Franklin went six
for six, but the snatcher going down is a real thing.
But I'm debating whether I want to start Franklin, whether
I want to start Burden. I know he has a
little you know, he think he had to leave early

(29:15):
last game.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
But yeah, he's questionable right now.

Speaker 12 (29:18):
Yep, But if he's in, like I think he's still
in that conversation regardless, and then honestly, just given the
amount of injuries, I think Romeo Dowbs is kind of
in that conversation now as well. So I'm so, I'm like,
you know, which one is the safest, which one's really
got the highest ceilings? What are your guys thoughts on

(29:40):
that one.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
I'll let you go first on that one.

Speaker 3 (29:43):
I was just I was just looking at my rankings,
and you know, Poppy was talking about Franklin versus Burden,
and I've got Franklin at wide receiver thirty eight and
wide receiver forty and then he mentions one more guy
and guess who I have sandwiched in between those two guys, Dobbs.
So yeah, I mean this is a really hard call.

(30:04):
And sure, I mean, if Pat Brian doesn't play, I
think I'd stick with Franklin because even though the snaps
are cut, he does seem to get targeted on a
high percentage of his snaps, and bow Nix was he
just looks for him and it just kind of works
with him. I think the Pat Brian thing was mostly
about Brian's blocking, and.

Speaker 2 (30:27):
That's kind of a non issue.

Speaker 3 (30:28):
If Brian isn't gonna play, So if he is not
going to play, I would go ahead and play Franklin.
But yeah, close close call between Dobbs and.

Speaker 4 (30:39):
I.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
That's just it's so razor thin. I feel like I
would go with Burden if he's up uh tougher matchup.
But we saw what Green Bay's defense looked like without
Micah Parsons and putting no pressure on bo Nicks, So
I think I would go with Burden, But it is like,
if there's no Pat Bryant, Troy Franklin's a pretty good option.

(31:00):
So awesome. Yeah, kind of right down the middle. But
I love how Fitzy had these guys in one glob
So yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
Well, awesome guys.

Speaker 12 (31:10):
Thank you guys so much, and I hope you and
your loved ones have a great and safe holiday season.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
You too, my friend, Thanks to you too. Look at
that FITZI You're gonna have kids named after you. That's
how good your vice is. I had no idea. That's
never happened to me. So amazing stuff.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
Awesome. You want to do this last read?

Speaker 3 (31:27):
And I know so if some of the people here
haven't heard, we've got a little bit of a time crunch.
Because Bob says another show after this, you want to
do the read and then do a speed round.

Let's see who is up next year. We got Tommy.
We're going speed round Tommy. What you got for us?
My friend Tommy going once? There you go?

Speaker 6 (32:14):
Hi?

Speaker 1 (32:15):
Yes, yes, we got you?

Speaker 8 (32:16):
Yeah, yes, First, thank you for your insights and dedication
and happy holidays. I wanted to ask about the Kansas
City offense. You know, do you think that they're ripe
for rebuild? And what's your outlook for the offensive? Players

(32:37):
like I don't worry so much about Rice, but someone
like Worthy, you know, is he should I be cutting him?

Speaker 2 (32:44):
Loose?

Speaker 1 (32:46):
Cutting him? Loose, Probably not, you know, depending on him,
also probably not. Though Fitsy we talked about this a
little bit at the front of the show. It does
seem like it does seem like you could be a
rebuilding situation for the Chiefs because like, if Andy Reid
decides to retire, obviously you're not gonna have Mahomes for

(33:06):
a big chunk of the year next year, it seems.
But I'm I like Kelsey's gonna retire. I think the
only two assets you need to really keep on the Chiefs,
or three assets, I guess would be Mahomes, Worthy and Rice.
That's probably it. Though are you where are you out
on Worthy? FITZI?

Speaker 3 (33:28):
I agree with you on Matt. I mean, I think
Worthy is right now. He's probably more of a depth
piece than a you're going in to twenty twenty six
thinking of as a starter. Unfortunately, I thought he was
going to be a starter for twenty twenty six. Didn't
really work out that way. And I do think there's
probably a good chance the Chiefs go out and get

(33:48):
a big X receiver, which might further diminish the target
outlook for Worthy next year.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
I think if they do that that they trade Worthy
but you know, obviously that's just a hunch, so no
rumors or anything.

Speaker 3 (34:04):
But you know, Andy Reid is always going to want
that element of speed in his offense.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
He's got Marquis Brown, keep Marku's Brown.

Speaker 2 (34:13):
Good.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
Well, he's he's one hundred years old. He might retire too,
so and he's gone through a lot of injuries. But
I just want my guy out of Kansas City if
they're not going to throw it to him. But that's
being selfish, so uh, you're probably right, So but I
don't know, man, Like, it's it's there's still so much
upside there just hasn't worked yet. Doesn't mean it's not

(34:36):
going to. But I don't know, you know, is worth
Like how much more is Worthy than Mims? Right now?
What do you say the cost is?

Speaker 3 (34:48):
FITZI Yeah, I mean I would still I still think
Worthy has more upside than Men's.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
Like he's dropping down into that category though, right, Like
if they add big X, that's probably more worthy maybe
right maybe rough gross, Yeah, you're probably right. I think
I just need to accept it. I think you guys
just heard me accepting it right now. By the way,
So anything else for us, Tommy, oh you you are

(35:19):
you are helping me accept it too?

Speaker 8 (35:22):
I like keeping my homes and Rice, but you know
I'm cleaning house and all the other players.

Speaker 3 (35:31):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I get it. But yeah, those those
guys are still Rice is.

Speaker 2 (35:37):
Still going to have value. It's just so good after
the catch.

Speaker 1 (35:40):
Yeah, it really is. So it's really good.

Speaker 8 (35:43):
Thanks so much for all your help, and happy holidays
again to happy holidays.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
Let's see red Beard? What's going on?

Speaker 2 (35:51):
Red Beard? How you doing?

Speaker 1 (35:52):
My friend?

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Doing all right?

Speaker 7 (35:54):
Y'all?

Speaker 2 (35:54):
How are y'all doing?

Speaker 1 (35:55):
Doing great? What do you got for us?

Speaker 13 (36:00):
Quick question on a redraft? And then I got a
Dynasty question? The redraft is McCartney or Shuck? Since I'd
lost mahomes.

Speaker 3 (36:09):
Uh oh, that's Shuck, Frank slightly higher, two spots higher.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Yeah, Shuck's been running a lot too. The Jets are miserable.
I think I'm with Shuck as well.

Speaker 2 (36:18):
Three spots higher, and the Jets are really snoff. Matchup?

Speaker 13 (36:20):
Yeah, all right, Dynasty for this week? Who would you
play in the flex? Out of these? I got three
spots to Phil. Are we trusting Brian Thomas Junior? Let's
start with that?

Speaker 1 (36:33):
Uh more? Trusting him more? For sure okay, a little
bit for the other.

Speaker 13 (36:40):
I got ETN, Judkins, Harvey who just came up questionable
Genty and DeVante Smith and DK Metcalf.

Speaker 2 (36:50):
How many do you start to play? Three? Three?

Speaker 6 (36:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (36:54):
Three ETN for sure? Who was the second guy? Said Judkins.
I think I'm playing Judd k Buffalo's run as well.

Speaker 3 (37:01):
Okay, yeah, although their offensive line is so beat up, man,
I mean no Potonio, no Jack Conklin, no, uh like.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
And this is full PPR Red Beard.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
I take it, yeah, full yeah, full PPR.

Speaker 3 (37:18):
Davante Smith is getting one of those spots for me
against Washington.

Speaker 1 (37:22):
Yeah, and then I guess those between Harvey and Judkins
then ha FITZI.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
I mean I'd play Harvey if he plays same.

Speaker 13 (37:31):
All right, so you said Brian Thomas Junior, ETN, and
then no.

Speaker 2 (37:35):
I would no know ETN and Davante for.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
Sure, And then I think our order of preference would
be a healthy r J, Harvey Judkins and then BTJ.

Speaker 13 (37:50):
Okay, yeah, all right, thank you all all, and a
happy thanks, Happy holidays, yo.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
Happy holiday.

Speaker 4 (37:57):
Beard.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
Appreciate you, my friend. Go, I'll get to that ship.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
Come back.

Speaker 1 (38:02):
We want to talk about your wins for sure, herbs
and cheese. What's going on? Herbs and cheese? How you doing?
My friend looks like you got it on mute.

Speaker 7 (38:11):
Sorry, guess. So my roster construction for this Dynasty League
it's a half point tight end premium. I feel like
I'm overleveraged at tight end right now. So main guy's kittle,
but who knows how many more years? So I've been
trying to backfill with that looked into Gadsden but hasn't
been as great lately, so I don't know how high

(38:31):
y'all are on him going forward. And then I've got
more roster spots with Howkinson, who's I wish I could
trade for pretty much anything at this point, and then
THEO Johnson and Isaiah Likely. So I've got three young
guys that I feel like I could hang on to
and could turn into something. But I'm curious if y'all
would be more infined to trade any of those, specifically

(38:53):
for higher price. I'm not sure what Likely's outlook is
now after he's not getting that contract with the Ravens,
uh kind of where he could go, maybe the Dolphins
or Chiefs that would really increase his value a lot
to be that main guy going forward or if against
and so my best shot at that.

Speaker 1 (39:10):
What are your thoughts on that one, Fitzy? This uh,
this tight end question is a good one here. Lots
of decent tight ends out there, but they're all kind
of floating around in the same group I feel like,
or the same bucket, however you want to say it.

Speaker 3 (39:23):
I want to hold on to Likely and see where
he ends up, you know, I mean I I feel
like he's been blocked and he's shown real flashes and
I would be really interested in him depending on where
he lands. And I'm willing to take that chance that

(39:43):
he lands up in a suboptimal spot, like with a
bad quarterback, just because I kind of want to have
a ticket to that ride.

Speaker 1 (39:50):
Let me let me put you a couple of hypotheticals
for you. It's here, So, uh, who is who's your
your other tight end here? Okay, so we're gonna go
Ronde Gaston versus Likely with the Chiefs. That's definitely likely, right.

Speaker 3 (40:07):
Oh don't I don't Likely goes to Casey. No, we
saw some pretty good flashes from Gadsden. I think I'd
rather have Gadston than Likely.

Speaker 1 (40:16):
Okay, Well, if the I mean, if that's the case,
I don't think there's a better landing spot for Likely,
is there?

Speaker 2 (40:21):
I mean, if Likely goes to the Chiefs, Like if
we know Likely is going to the Chi.

Speaker 1 (40:24):
That's what I'm saying, Like likely likely goes to the Chiefs,
for sure? Are you taking Likely over Gadston?

Speaker 3 (40:30):
If Kelsey is retired and Likely is the new tight
end for Mahomes, Yeah, and taken likely?

Speaker 1 (40:36):
What if Likely goes to Miami?

Speaker 2 (40:41):
No, then I think I want Gadsden.

Speaker 1 (40:43):
What if Likely goes to I'm trying to just trying
to find it better, Like Kittle retires and goes to
the Niners.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Yeah, then I'd take Likely, I think.

Speaker 1 (40:53):
Okay, so there's a there's a couple likely situations where
you'd want him over Gadston. So I just make that point.
That's all.

Speaker 2 (41:01):
Yeah, So.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
I think I'm I think I'm with you. I think
Gatson in most scenarios, but it's you know, Likely going
to the Chiefs. I think I want Likely, But uh,
I think probably your best process here Herbs and Chieves
is going to be to keep Gadst And I think
we still like his upside. There's gonna be no Keenan
there next year either.

Speaker 3 (41:23):
So the one i'd maybe explore is you said you
have THEO Herbs, Yeah, I do Jo Johnson. Yeah, so
I just don't think you'd get much of anything for
Howkinson at this point, but THEO there might be interesting,
And I I think THEO is going to be more
of like it gonna sound weird, but like a big

(41:43):
play tight end like a touchdowns and big plays rather
than I don't think he's ever gonna be a volume
guy who's gonna Henry seventy balls in a season. Yeah, yeah,
that's a that's a good comp Bogs like. So a
player like that, I think my be worth more on
the trade market than he is in reality. So he'd

(42:06):
probably be the first guy when maybe look to deal
because I think he does have real trade value right
now in a tight end premium Okay.

Speaker 7 (42:14):
Perfect, thanks guys, Probably trying to toss them in a
deal as a add on piece because I'm not getting
much luck trying to trade them for straight up picks
or any players or anything. So yeah, maybe sweetener and
as a sweeten area to some deal.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
So yeah, better than probably better than a third round
pick in this year's class. How it's shaping up anyway.
Rock fact, what's going on?

Speaker 2 (42:35):
Rock fack?

Speaker 1 (42:36):
How we doing?

Speaker 4 (42:37):
Hey?

Speaker 6 (42:37):
Pellas, can you hear me?

Speaker 2 (42:39):
We got you, sir?

Speaker 6 (42:40):
All right, Hey, Just wanting to say thank you so
much for everything that you guys do this year. You
guys killed it for me. Made the playoffs in seven
out of seven leagues and it was only close in
one of them, so that that's because of you guys.
You know, just want to say thank you again. I'm
sure all these guys here appreciate you. Now. The situation

(43:02):
in my Dynasty League I'm in. I'm in a really
good spot. I'm I'm buying for the championship and now
it's just a matter of staying competitive in the years
to come. I'm actually uh so, you know, of course
I'm not going to count my chickens before they hatch.
I still have to win this year. But just looking
at the One League in particular, I'm in a position

(43:24):
where where Bijon and Ashton Gent are my two running
backs with not a lot of depth behind them. You know,
I had like Connor and and Pollard. I'm not feeling
too strong about that. In my Dynasty League though, I
have tight end rooms that I just lucked into being stacked.

(43:45):
You know, I've got McBride in one craft in both
I traded for Pitts last year, you know, on the cheap,
and I've got Gadsden in both two. I want to
I want to use that room to retool at my
running back position because honestly, I don't know if Genty's
going to be viable, like really a viable starter next year.

(44:08):
Does Pete Carroll even have that job? Like, I don't
know if there's gonna be much coming, Like, you know,
I can't rely on gent getting one hundred and twenty
percent of his yards after contact every year, so you know,
using those assets using a tight end in a in
a non tight end premium you know, full PPR league,

(44:31):
and just from like a general dynasty strategy standpoint, how
do you approach retooling with like, you know, with guys
like that, you know, do you like, how how valuable
do you think people are gonna feel those picks are,
given that they're going to be laid round picks? What's
your guys general approach there?

Speaker 1 (44:50):
I feel like in most most leagues, if I have
Bowers or Tray McBride, there's almost no way I'm trading
them right like, you know, I mean specifically in a
tight end premium, but in a non tight end premium, uh,
just regular league those guys for you know, our our
guy Joe Pizzapia uses the term RPV replacement value right like,

(45:12):
there's just no one in their same neighborhood to me,
those two in particular, So I'm probably not trading them
unless my team was real bad. You said you made
seven out of seven playoffs, so we don't need to
trade those guys. So no trading McBride Tucker Craft coming
off an injury. I might I might be willing to
listen to, right, So what are your thoughts on trading

(45:33):
a guy like Tucker Craft or fitzyd You disagree? Would
you try to move McBride to get an RB.

Speaker 2 (45:40):
No, I'm okay with.

Speaker 3 (45:42):
Yeah, I kind of want to keep McBride too, I'm
okay with moving Tucker Craft.

Speaker 2 (45:47):
I'm trying to think of.

Speaker 3 (45:48):
What like answer at value would be at running back
for Craft?

Speaker 2 (45:52):
What do you think that would be? Bogs?

Speaker 1 (45:55):
Like probably like a well have to be better than Rico,
right like you would have to be.

Speaker 6 (46:03):
I R J R vy kind of ye.

Speaker 3 (46:06):
Here, let me take a quick look at our Dynasty
trade value chart. So we have got Tucker Craft. You
said this is not tight end premium, No, not tighten
Yeah no, yeah, okay, so yeah, I mean it's actually
pretty good. It's it's guys like, uh, well, I mean
Saquon Barkley, an older guy is yeah, but that's but yeah,

(46:30):
Travis CTN Camp Scataboo, Kenneth Walker.

Speaker 1 (46:36):
So so maybe a little lower than you want. So
maybe a sweetener or a draft pick to add on
Who's like who would be just below Tucker Craft in value?
Like who who who would we be reaching for their
fits on that on that list?

Speaker 3 (46:51):
You mean, oh for the running backs, like who's a
little below Tucker Craft. I mean guys, they're guys like
Aalen Warren, DeAndre Swift, Trey Benson.

Speaker 1 (47:03):
I meant the other way, like above him, so like if.

Speaker 2 (47:06):
Well above him, Oh I see.

Speaker 1 (47:09):
Gosh Jacob Okay, yeah yeah yeah, that's better.

Speaker 3 (47:12):
Judkins, Brice Hall. But you know what I will say this,
like Gent's offensive line is going to be better. That
was a bad offensive line this year. And then they
lost Colton Miller and uh Bax and Power Johnson.

Speaker 2 (47:26):
So they're going to fortify.

Speaker 3 (47:28):
Those two guys are gonna get healthy and they're going
to fortify some of the other spots.

Speaker 1 (47:31):
It cannot be this bad. Like Pete Carroll, maybe he
last after this, but if it starts out the first
six games and it looks just as bad, he's gone
real fast.

Speaker 3 (47:42):
So you know, and I sometimes with running back, I mean,
I honestly think rock fact that it's more about like
getting getting volume and having like four guys who are
maybe like committee backs or quality backups, and like, if
you have four guys behind those two starters, a couple
of those guys are going to pay out and be
there for you in bye weeks or if there's an injury,

(48:05):
So you know, young guys even just like you know,
the Rico Dowdell types who went in this year entered
the year as a backup, and and look what he's
turned into. So yeah, like I just wouldn't want to
see you giving away a premium asset at Gary McBride,

(48:27):
a guy who gives your real positional edge there, just
to you know, just because you're worried about the Raiders
offensive line, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (48:37):
Yeah, don't give up on genty for sure, like I would.
It would be a draft pick I would trade with
with Tucker Craft, not genty. So genty is just it's
a bad time to sell him because his value so low,
it's a good time to buy him. So you know,
it doesn't doesn't seem like that, but it is, so.

Speaker 6 (48:55):
Thanks both. Yeah. I just meant like in terms of
I don't feel super confident starting him, No, like like
a win now, guy, Yeah, I'm not.

Speaker 4 (49:04):
I'm not treating gent.

Speaker 1 (49:05):
Yeah yeah, yeah, okay, just just making sure. So thank you, Ronnick.
I appreciate it.

Speaker 6 (49:10):
Thanks guys, having wonderful rest of your of your evening,
and a merry Christmas tea.

Speaker 1 (49:14):
And merry Christmas my friend so much. All right, we
got to laugh. We're gonna go real quick because I
do have to roll, so red Beard throw it to
us and then I'll put you back in the audience,
my friend.

Speaker 9 (49:25):
All right, just real quick.

Speaker 13 (49:27):
It doesn't have to do with question, so it be
real quick. But it's not letting me put anything in
the chat like I was going to put my.

Speaker 2 (49:36):
Line up earlier.

Speaker 1 (49:37):
Okay, okay, so I didn't know how to pick that, yeah,
oh I'm not sure how we would Yeah, sorry, man,
if you if you throw it in my AMA channel,
I can answer that this week.

Speaker 2 (49:53):
There you go, all right, I appreciate.

Speaker 1 (49:55):
It, Thank you, right, Bear, appreciate you, my friend.

Speaker 4 (49:58):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (49:58):
And then last one here awesome Dev. What's up Dev?
How are we doing?

Speaker 4 (50:04):
Hey?

Speaker 9 (50:04):
You guys doing you?

Speaker 1 (50:04):
Hear me? We got you Dev?

Speaker 4 (50:07):
Well.

Speaker 14 (50:07):
First of all, I definitely appreciate this whole season as
in my first year and Dynasty, and the season started
off bright with a lot of hope and ravens and
didn't go so well for me. I put my lineup
in the in the chat, and it's really just more
of a general purpose question because I've done pretty well
in Redraft and this.

Speaker 9 (50:28):
Year, really Dynasty is a different beast.

Speaker 14 (50:32):
I'm really learning what should I be focusing on with
this particular squad. I thought I was strong in wide receiver,
had Jamar, Chase Milik, neighbors BTJ, and everything went sideways.
But there's still good values, right, These are still top
tier wide receivers. Yeah, and and this is the Super

(50:55):
Flex League, So I thought I tried to trade made
some trades with some rookie quarterback.

Speaker 9 (51:01):
To build up some depth.

Speaker 14 (51:03):
So I guess I'm just looking for generalized advice here
what positions am I lacking at? What should be looking
at in the off season to strengthen Here? I feel
like and I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (51:14):
You just had a bad year. Here awesome depth. This
roster is really really good.

Speaker 2 (51:19):
It is it is. I mean, look at all the things.

Speaker 1 (51:21):
Chase Lamar Metcalf and you have BTJ and Malik Neighbors
down here, Rome down here, uh and Travon Henderson's on
the bench. Like, this roster is really good. You had
terrible luck this year, so the process is still really good.
I understand this.

Speaker 9 (51:40):
I'm geting myself like crazy, like where did I go wrong?

Speaker 5 (51:43):
Like, I don't.

Speaker 4 (51:43):
Understand no, man.

Speaker 3 (51:45):
I mean it's like the you know, o'doonsay is on
fire coming out out of the gate, and then things
slow down for him and he gets hurt.

Speaker 2 (51:53):
This very slow roll out.

Speaker 3 (51:55):
Of Travon Henderson where he was basically worthless for ten
weeks before he turns out to be really Joe.

Speaker 1 (52:00):
Barrow getting hurt wrecked the the offense for the Bengals.
Lamar getting hurt wrecked his value and Derek Henry's value right.

Speaker 3 (52:09):
The Chargers offensive line has kind of killed Gadsten, Like
you know, if.

Speaker 1 (52:13):
The Bags had to adjust to Liam Cohen and Brian
Thomas was getting nothing and then got hurt, Like this
is just a bad year. The process is still awesome
on your.

Speaker 3 (52:24):
T this is a This is a much better team
than I can understand. Looking at this team, I can
sense your frustration about the way things have gone, and
like you know, a lot of these guys have been
good for like four or five games and then just
for some reason like injuries or you know, offensive line
collapses or what have you, Like it just hasn't come

(52:46):
together for these guys. But I just I agree with
Bogs still a really good team. Don't don't panic. It's
nothing to do with your process.

Speaker 6 (52:54):
Man.

Speaker 14 (52:55):
Well I appreciate that. And just looking at the Taxi squads,
anything I should hold on to or in the off
season when it comes time just drop them? Is there
anything there that's worth holding?

Speaker 1 (53:06):
I just clicked away. Can you give you I know
Trey Harris was in there. I'm definitely keeping him. Who
are the other two?

Speaker 2 (53:11):
No interest in Jatavian Sanders for me? Elijah Royo? I
think Arroyo is worth holding. Yeah, I say, like I
wouldn't hang on to him.

Speaker 3 (53:21):
Trey Harris is the guy I'm far and away most
interested in on the taxi squad.

Speaker 9 (53:27):
Yeah, okay, now that I know you guys are in
a rush, and I definitely appreciate it.

Speaker 14 (53:31):
I almost didn't want to ask this question because it's
so generalized and I feel like I have no idea
what it's doing.

Speaker 1 (53:35):
After the season, I'll tell you what, dev I'm glad
you asked this question because I feel like there's a
lot of people that look at a roster like this
and go, well, I didn't win anything this year, so
I might as well blow it up. That is the
wrong That would be the wrong decision. This this roster
is really good. Yeah, Burrow stay healthy next year, have
Lamar stay healthy next year. And I feel like you're
dominating this league. So uh, real bad luck here, So

(53:59):
don't don't regret asking. This is an excellent question because
you didn't have the results you wanted so but the
process is great. The results were not, so I think
you're going to be fine, and I am glad you
stayed to ask this question. It's a good question.

Speaker 9 (54:14):
Yeah, thanks a lot, guys, and happy holidays.

Speaker 1 (54:17):
You got it, Hey, holidays, Take it easy, my friend.
All right, that is going to wrap it up. Hey, look,
