Oh, it's the teeny Tiny Loser.

just get tired of winning so much. So a lot
going on here, boys. So much happen right now in

(01:00):
the world of NFL, so much news. I almost don't
know where to start, but I'm gonna kick things off
here with the start of Shador Sanders because I think
there's some implications there, especially now we got the news
just recently Dylan Gabriel is cleared to play, but he
ain't gonna play.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
So Chador takeaways from yesterday.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Obviously he was against the Raiders, so we'll keep it
with a little bit of a great assault, not a
great team.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
More on them in a second.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Welsh, what'd you think of the Shador start on the road,
first time out there with a week to work with?

Speaker 1 (01:29):
The ones look.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
Like a college quarterback being thrown into an NFL setting
is about what it was.

Speaker 4 (01:36):
He's like.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
He made one really great throw to Isaiah Bond, which
everyone will focus on. He also made one of the
most boneheaded, dumbass interception throws to he saw no defenders
near him. Like he's a young quarterback. I think he
deserves more credit than being given to that. He's like
he's a three and all this stuff, but he also
not that great, Like wasn't using his feet a whole bunch.

(02:00):
He had a couple shining spots, definitely didn't help Jerry
Judy making one of the stupidest plays of twenty twenty five.
Is he kind of lead out to the year. But
I would give it like a C plus. Outing is
a raw quarterback with skills that could be good someday.
But let's not pretend that like he is the next coming.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
No he is not.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
That's how I would say it.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Not the next coming, but probably the best that they
have in house. Speaking of the commings, those those are
the goings going being on the other side. Finally, Chip
Kelly gone, And we've been railing against this for weeks
and weeks. I did not know this box until the
firing happened, that he was the highest paid offensive courting
of football.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Did you know that? Because I didn't know that.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
That blew my mind.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Did you know Chip Kelly was in the NFL too?
Did you know he was even doing anything?

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Kelly? Any offensive coordinator that allows Geno Smith to pass
the ball forty four times is going to get fired.
I think that was pretty obvious. You just went and
you got a workhorse. You have to run the ball,
and you know, with the defense not being completely fixed
yet they're working on it. It's better, but it's still

(03:08):
not completely fixed. You need to control the clock. This
is why you went out and drafted ashing genty that high.
So it just wasn't working, you know, and they get
behind too quick and you have to throw the ball
and Gino just makes massive mistakes still, so it's not
like going to Kenny Pickett's gonna get that even better.
But I don't know. I was more impressed with shador

(03:31):
I guess than maybe you guys were. But it's probably
because a Cleveland C plus is or C plus in Cleveland,
it's like an A minus anywhere.

Speaker 1 (03:40):
What impressed you?

Speaker 3 (03:41):
What impressed you besides that the fact that he was
the first rookie quarterback to win in Cleveland in their
debut in like seventeen years.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
He definitely played five.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Yeah, his eleven completions played a huge role in that way.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Listen, they won. That's that's all that matters in Cleveland
is just win. So I and this is kind of
how we thought this was going to go. The entire
way anyway, it was gonna be Joe Flacco until he
got hurt or traded. I guess, so Joe Flacco, and
then they were gonna go to Gabriel because they drafted
him first, and then when that didn't work out, they
were gonna see what Sanders had at the end of

(04:15):
the year. This is exactly the game plan that was
going to happen. So you give him a long enough
leash to suck two three more starts, and you go
back to Dylan Gabriel and then you decide, Okay, we
don't have the answer on our roster. We have to
start this whole process over again. And that's what's gonna
end up happening.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
He gives me anxiety, by the way, just like his interviews.
Do you see his interview after.

Speaker 4 (04:39):
Because you're afraid you're gonna cringe. It gives you anxiety.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
It's just like.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
He's just like, I'm the guy that they've been waiting for.
I'm the guy. Yeah, I was like, you threw it
for two hundred and nine yards.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
That's not even against the Raiders. It's fine.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
There's something off. There's something very like adderall y about him,
Like he's very like he's very hyper and he's I
don't know, it's very unkn self aware.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
He won his first NFL game. His dad was in
the stadium and remember, yeah, draft him, and remember the
discussions about the Raiders drafting him and then they didn't.
So maybe it's a little personal life. Yeah, I'm gonna
go out and show you a little bit. And he
got the done.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
So we surprised that Dion sanders Son is tripping with confidence,
right Like Dion sanders was always had crazy confidence so
obviously instilled that on his kids. So it's probably a
little overboard, just like Dion was himself. He's not deon,
but he went blanket wels just here again, bruh, come on,

(05:35):
let us just be happy for Cleveland.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
I didn't realize you can.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
Is adderallly an adverb. I'm not even sure what is it?

Speaker 3 (05:41):
Yeah, okay, yeah, I'm not saying it is. It's just
it's this very like, it's this weird energy that he's
giving off in the whole thing. I mean, you would
have thought he just won the super Bowl. He's like, man,
what one one practice? Imagine two practices? Can you imagine?

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Three?

Speaker 3 (05:57):
Practice?

Speaker 4 (05:57):
Became the count not to not far. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Well, look, everybody who's here again, drop your questions in there.
We'll get to some Q and A a second end.
We love having your factor fiction, so drop them in
there as well. We'll get to them at the end
of the show. So again, everybody who's watching on the
twitch live with us right now, drop your factor fiction questions,
Fantasy related, football related, you know, just Thanksgiving related. I
don't care.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
We'll do all of it today. We're having a fun
day today.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Also fired, not just the only I don't know OC,
but also a DC too, Shane Bowen. Finally, I don't
have any more leads. The Giants could possibly blow this year.
But eventually, you know it's bad when the interim head
coach is like, you know, we got to fire this
other guy.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
You know, how many times have you seen that happen.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
In your life?

Speaker 5 (06:42):
Right?

Speaker 2 (06:42):
I don't think I've ever heard of that or seen that.
Andy're like, well, it kind of came from Cough. Cough
has been there for one game.

Speaker 3 (06:53):
What there it is?

Speaker 1 (06:54):
There?

Speaker 3 (06:54):
It is you had a bad freeze there and you
didn't know you were like, and you were there a
little bit.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
I think it was just my attitude about it.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
But Anyway, look, he Bowen's out. I will say this though,
that game was very entertaining, as is everything that Jameis
Winston is a part of. It was a very fun
game to watch. I enjoyed the Jameis Winston At.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
One point too.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
I shared the same sentiment. Pat and I were talking
about it at the end of the Waiver Wire show yesterday.
It took us a split second to go, who's that
guy that just caught that ball out there and is
running for a touch?

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Oh wait, it's Jameis Winston.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Like that was great.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
That made my day, It made my afternoon.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
It was really fun in terms of, like you know,
just I don't know the energy that he brings to
the games, but it was another game that just slipped
through the fingers of the Giants that could easily be
a five six win team right now.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
Would you say that was a great moment, maybe, like
someone would pick that as their moment of the week.

Speaker 2 (07:42):
I don't know, I don't look at.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
I know, yeah, I'm just curious. You said it was
such a cool moment, maybe the best of the week.
Maybe someone would have picked it as their moment of
the week. When a host ass I don't know, just
putting out.

Speaker 4 (07:52):
The only thing that well, she's gotten to the sheet
ahead of us to put on in like six weeks
the only thing so still throws him right under the bus.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
I finally got it. I didn't want someone to take it.
I'm like, hey, I'm gonna get it. And yes, I
agree with you. It was an awesome moment, one of
the coolest plays ever.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Now we don't have to worry about it later initiar
we did. Right, Let's go to Rose's question here. Do
you think Samson is worth a stash?

Speaker 1 (08:19):
What do you think?

Speaker 4 (08:19):
Yes, one hundred percent. I mean he looked great, and
I know they said that Judkins is probably going to
be fine and all that, but I think he's a
good stash. He's very explosive, obviously showed off. He reminds
me of Devin Singletary coming out of college, Like very explosive.
Maybe can get tracked down, but a lot of dancing

(08:40):
in the backfield. So a lot of negative plays, but
a lot of big burst plays as well.

Speaker 2 (08:43):
We would you agree Bogs too, like should or Sanders.
Theoretical Strong's point is, you know, you get rid of
the football quick and do all that Yeah, both of
those things work well with Dylan Sampson, right, like a
guy that could just you know, get rid of that
ball out real short out.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
Yeah, get him in space absolutely.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Another question from a Rose to panic Meter on Justin Jefferson.
This is a cheer question. JJ McCarthy, by the way,
is in concussion protocol. Welsh, would you like to take
this one from here?

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Yeah, I mean panic meter. Panic meter might be bigger
when JJ McCarthy's out there. JJ McCarthy is not it,
like he might be it at some point, like I'm
I'm definitely I'm not a book closed type of guy,
like even Shad Door Sanders, like I'm making fun. He
could end up like making big improvements and be a
really good player. JJ McCarthy has some of the intangibles.

(09:32):
Not this year. He looks horrifically bad, like his decision
making in the pocket. He you know what, he looks
like he did this like three times in this game.

Speaker 4 (09:41):
I watch.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
He looks like he hikes the ball. He comes back
and then it's like his controller unplugs and he just
freezes and he doesn't move, and it's like guys are
coming around him and it's like you gotta move around
the pocket a little bit. The pocket collapses on him
every single time. Really bad decision making. So like JJ
McCarthy is a general, he is not it for this year.

(10:03):
He is clearly putting a panic meter on Justin Jefferson.
If he's out. I don't know. Sometimes the backup quarterback
comes in and just slang it to Justin Jefferson. I
would say overall, Jefferson is it is looking hard for
him to be a top ten wide receiver rest of
the year right now.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
It sure is. But I think we talked about last
week that this was the worst case scenario for him
to go on the road in an Indivision game to
Green Bay at the stage of his development, it was
just going to be a hot mess, and it was.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
It was exactly what it was. PPR in a vacuum.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
Would you drop White and god Win to pick up
Videll and Rodriguez or Bill?

Speaker 1 (10:35):
What do you think of this question, Box.

Speaker 4 (10:37):
I would drop White for Videll, god Win for Rodriguez
or Bill. I mean you can, if you really need
an option see Rod. Yeah for the touchdown upside, But
I think definitely on White god Win is a little
more maybe ish.

Speaker 2 (10:53):
Hey, look, Baker Mayfield obviously going to miss some time too,
I would imagine, so I mean Bucky might.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Be back though to actually said he might play this week.

Speaker 4 (11:00):
What they said was if he's good until Friday, he
will play. That's what Todd Bowle said. So unless he
has a setback before Friday, he is going to play.
That is what Bull said this morning.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
So well, the kid last night, that's for sure.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
I don't know, but that was what he said this morning.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
So yeah, and and that that's one of those things too,
like they are on a bad spot and like this
is you know, they lost to the Lions.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
You know, they lost to the Patriots.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
I know in between there was a bye week and
the Saints game, but it's been a lot of losing
for the Bucks lately, and they're almost and it's just
like one after another after another.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
And then last night was.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
Just seems like Mike Evans is still pretty important. Huh.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
It seems like Mike Evans is still pretty important. But also,
you know, paramount is the health of the quarterback too too.
You can't have and Bucky, you know, you lose enough
of these pieces eventually starts to show up in these games,
but also defensively, I mean, who.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
Is who is.

Speaker 3 (11:56):
Mike Evans here? That guy is a turnstile. Oh my god.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
Well, DeVante add was also really good.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
He's really good, but that point he was frustrated. He
stood there and he was just like like, take me.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
Out, dude. I had I had Zion McCollum in an
IDP league thinking, man, he sucks. He's gonna get so
many tackles. They were just touchdowns instead of tackles, so
he didn't get any tackles. Ridiculous.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
He's bad.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
All right?

Speaker 1 (12:21):
What did you guys think of the comeback yesterday?

Speaker 3 (12:22):
Too?

Speaker 2 (12:22):
Let's talk about the Cowboys and Eagles game there too.
That was my upset special of the week. It was
looking a little dicey at halftime, but we went upstairs
to have some pizza and stuff, and my mom came
over to see the girls a little bit and a
little visit, and I was like, you know what, I'm
just gonna let this simmer. I feel like this is
not done. I still feel like the Eagles are broken.
Let's see what the Cowboys are made of. I come
back downstairs as the fourth quarter and it's twenty one,

(12:43):
twenty one I'm like, yes, this is exactly it. Let's go,
let's have it out there. Certainly a couple moments in
that game too, where if you're looking at Saquon Barkley
another turnover there, you know Saquon hasn't had a run
of fifteen yards or more in the last three weeks.
So well, I'm gonna ask you this question here. Is
it time for the Philadelphia Eagles to start opening up

(13:04):
this offense and just making Jalen Hurts throw the football
more at this point because whatever they're trying to do
on the ground, it ain't working the way it was
last year, and I think it's time to pivot.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
Yeah, it's been like that for weeks and weeks and weeks,
and frankly, that's where the game was able to start.
Me what was their first play? Aj Brown? That was
my touchdown special on the Prop show, AJ Brown Boom touchdown.
He finally had a week They have needed to be
a balanced offense. It's great that they can run, Jalen Hurts, sneaks, push, push, pushes,
Sekwon Barkley. It's all great, but the whole point of

(13:33):
that and having such great run game and offensive line
should be to also be able to set up a
balanced offense to run play action, two great receivers that
can stretch the field. And I don't know, I still
to this moment don't know what. I don't know if
it's Jalen Hurts is not capable of it. Offensive coordinators
are too stubborn if they don't trust something, and I

(13:55):
don't know what that is. But they've always needed to
open this up. And what was that first quarter? They
found success? They threw the ball defensively, they were rocket
like they were putting all the pieces together, and I
just don't know why they backtrack and that's what they did.
They okay, we running back to running, Like what can
you do about Saquon having his first fumbling god knows

(14:15):
how long? Like that's bad luck. The special teams play.
We're going to talk about, like there's a couple of
bad luck things that happen, and they're sure, but it
was foot on the gas and then they just stalled
out and multiple I just I don't understand why they
do this and why they can't find some innovation in
their offense when you have the pieces now, like they're
all the pieces, they've gotten the pieces and they just

(14:35):
keep going down this road, Bogs.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
This is a huge game here on Thanksgiving Day, in
the middle of the day, where you've got Dallas Cowboys
hosting the Kansasy Chiefs. Both teams desperately.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
Need this game.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
I feel like, I feel like this is the best
slate of three games that we've ever had on Thanksgiving.
I don't know imobolic, but I'm thinking about all three
of them going. All right, well, Lions Packers, that's always
going to be good. And it's in Detroit, and you
know there is going to be scoring because it's in Detroit,
and ninl loves banged up, so we'll see. Maybe, you know,
the limitations this week don't carry over for next week.
He didn't have to do a whole lot against the Vikings,

(15:08):
just handled ball off to Emmanuel Wilson a million times
and that worked. But then you've got this incredible game
in the middle, and then at night the return theoretically
of Joe Burrow against the Ravens Indivision opponent. You know,
that's a huge game always between those two rivals. But
this middle game here, Bogs, like the Cowboys, George Pickens
has played out of his mind the Cowboys defensively have

(15:28):
gotten better since that trade deadline, too, right, you know,
they're getting better against the run a little bit, they're
slowing things down a little bit there. This is gonna
be fascinat because there's a part.

Speaker 4 (15:37):
Of the Cowboys in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
I you know what, I think it's the most explosive.
I think that's okay to say, right, what do you think?

Speaker 4 (15:46):
I mean, better made a better offense than the.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
Mere The Rams better. Better Rams, I'd say, are the
best football team right now.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
Like if you said, like the defense eyes at.

Speaker 4 (16:00):
A box for Dallas, even with the improvements, it's still
below average, right, agreed, but agree, But that offense might
be the best unit in the game right now.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
It's one of the best.

Speaker 4 (16:10):
It's like, it's one of the best.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
It's probably top three in the NFL if you were
to put these pieces together, I mean, we didn't really
get to see it, and it's probably stupid, but like
I don't know the Bengals when like Joe Burrow's going,
Higgins and Chase Brett, like if all the pieces were working,
there's something there.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
But that's right right now.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
But right now I would say the only two I
can think of. Are the Rams and the Cowboys of
the well first immediate to mine.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
If you look at scoring right now total touchdowns on
the year, the Colts have forty that Jonathan Taylor has
twenty seven of those. I think the Lions are forty,
the Bills at thirty nine, the Limes at thirty nine.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
Lions are very Lions would be the other top three.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
The Lions are inconsistent. They're great at home, not so
great on the road. And I guess said the same
about the Cowboys, right Patriots are at thirty seven. If
you told me the Patriots and the Cowboys had the
same amount of touchdowns this year, I would have thought
you were nuts. I never would have thought that in
my brain, but they have. And I think that's a
really drop your comments in here on the twitch. Who
has the best offense right now in the NFL?

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Is it the Cowboys? Is it one of these other teams?

Speaker 4 (17:04):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (17:05):
Black Mamba says Rams one hundred percent, and.

Speaker 3 (17:08):
Show the most leading question of all time. Is it
the Cowboys or is it these other stupid things that
you guys would think only said the Cowboys? Cowboys, Rams, Lions.
I think those can be mind anytime.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
If you don't leave the herds of the water, they're
gonna die.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
They need to drink well, you.

Speaker 4 (17:26):
Stupid, They'll never find it themselves.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Ms Bergman taking it seriously, saying the Saints, this is.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
What I want, This is what I want. A little
bit of everything here.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Rolling let's get to takeaways and maybe a couple of
moments from myself and Bogmins. Since Welsh already talked about
his takeaway in All Faris Lost, you kind of stole
my takeaway Thunder, so I'll keep this brief. The Vikings
might be rebuilding next year, and I know that sounds
a little crazy, but defensively they have not played well.
The quarterback situation is a big giant question mark. So

(17:57):
they let Darnold walk. They put all the eggs in
the McCarthy basket. I think, to Welsh's point earlier, that
doesn't look good right now. So at the very least,
you're gonna get some sort of veteran. Now, if Jacoby
Brissette walks, because Arizona has a clearing of the house
and everybody there, maybe I mean you give me Jacoby
Brissette with Justin Jefferson.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
I'm gonna be very happy boy.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
Let me ask you that.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
Good with that?

Speaker 3 (18:19):
Let me ask you on this, because I think it's
the key. Then sure, what have a definitive take on
JJ McCarthy. Is he do you think he is gonna
like be the guy and he's gonna be a top
ten quarterback or is he just not.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Good at the risk? I don't want to go full
stephen A here because I don't like that stuff because
I think the real, honest answer to it.

Speaker 6 (18:41):
What you gotta understand well is that we are at
a point right now in JJ McCarthy's development where we
are looking at a young man who isn't getting an opportunity,
who hasn't played football in a year, and now, yeah,
as get him in the middle of the season, in
the middle of the season, you're asking him to get
up there and make these plays.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
He ain't gonna be able to do it. He can't
do it. No, But seriously, I think the problem is
what you're asking him, after a year of not playing football,
to come in kind of mid season and get that
development learning on the job, and it's going to be
so many growing pains. The thing you wanted to see,
I think was moments moments where you go, yeah, okay,
and we saw one I remember against the Bears early

(19:22):
on the season, moments where you go, Okay, yeah, there's
glimmers of hope here that we can get through this
rough patch this year and we're gonna have growing pains
in the next year. By the end of the season,
you're gonna get a kid and we're gonna go. I
haven't seen enough of those, so I am panicked.

Speaker 3 (19:34):
And I think, like, that's like the Drake May thing.
Like last year it was like, yeah, Drake May was fine,
you know, but no, I know that's what I'm saying.
It's like Drake May's rookie year to JJ McCarthy this year.
They don't look remotely close to the same thing. And like,
I'm not trying to say JJ McCarthy is the worst
thing in the world, but like he doesn't look good.
So if you are sitting here talking about this rebuild

(19:57):
and they would consider bringing in another qu quarder back, how.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
About that it doesn't work.

Speaker 1 (20:02):
Okay, the Vikings, You're like Winston, but this.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
Does mean you think and they would think he is
nothing because the only reason you bring in a guy
like Winston, I mean on Winston, but like Jacobe Pressaid
or you know, would be a mac Jones or something
is because you do not believe McCarthy is the future.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Yeah, well, like my takeaway is, I think the Vikings
have a lot of soul searching to do. They went
from being a team that was looking like they were
on the uptick here, going big time up there, and
then all of a sudden falling out.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
Now, speaking of falling out, that Scott bogin fall out?

Speaker 3 (20:30):
Why did you disappear?

Speaker 1 (20:31):
He hates the wrong button.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
We're going to go to your takeaway at the same
time and hopefully he'll come back in the show. Okay,
So what happened to Skip Bayless? You know what happened
to Steve and a They got in a big fight.
Next thing, you know, Skip Bayless ghost.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
By the way, I did mine as a joke. I
turned my camera off as a joke. I was like, well,
let's get out of here. But then like, oh no,
I came back.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
Now you're Scott someone dragged to the fragwash back over there.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
I don't I can't do it.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
Maybe Bogan's just gone all right, but as of bounds, everybody,
I think Brogman will agree with me on this take.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
And plus out, he's filling in for Seth today, who
took the day off the holidays. Sal's got to deal
with us.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
It's the worst, okay, bless it's chaos.

Speaker 3 (21:12):
Matthew Stafford, this is my takeaway, could have thrown nine
touchdowns in that game if he wanted to. He uh,
without question, Matthew Stafford, what is happening here?

Speaker 1 (21:24):
We got the chat. This is good.

Speaker 3 (21:26):
I'm gonna finish my thought. Well, they work on this stuff,
but Matthew Stafford could have thrown nine touchdowns in that game.
The way that they slice that bucks offense or defense
was absolutely ridiculous. Davante Adams did what he did, whatever
he wanted at will. Puka Nakua did that and it
made me just now I'm just in the solo. It

(21:49):
made me, why do we get a one I was
getting a one shot.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
I didn't get a one shot for my steven A
Smith rant, but he gets a one shot.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
This is great.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
I am furious. I'm gonna speak to Uppa Matic That's
what I'm gonna do.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
But it opened up more, I think, especially me being
open to the conversations of the MVP he is a
thirty touchdown to two interception ratio right now. They just
took the foot off the gas just in being nice
to the rest of the team. He could have had

(22:21):
five or six touchdowns. I don't think I had sat
back and given enough credit to like how good Matthew
Stafford really was. But that offense is ridiculous. The combination
of of DeVante Adams and Pukinakua is top notch. He
might legitimately throw fifty touchdowns and have less than five picks.

(22:42):
So you know, it doesn't feel like we should be
giving the credit to an MVP, but we really should.
Matthew Stafford is the only quarterback every single week on
any book you look at that is two point five
plus touchdowns to bet every single week, and it's like
the only thing that you can do. So I was
just extra extra impressed by Matthew Stafford in that game,
and and really that they could have done whatever the

(23:03):
hell they wanted, Like they just stopped scoring and we
could have had we might have had a like a
record setting game there.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Yeah, it's very possible, that's for sure. All Right, we'll
see if we can get Scott Bogman.

Speaker 3 (23:13):
Text me his power just went out. They have a
huge thunderstorms in Texas.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
He did say it was rating a lot, So there
you go.

Speaker 2 (23:19):
Yeah, what happens. Store showed up, So that's okay. We
Scott Bogman. They'll be back on betting pros tomorrow. Don't worry.
I'll just run through his since he put it. He
did all the work to put him on there. So
Bog's big takeaway was George Pickens belongs to the group
of Chase, Jefferson, Lamb and Pooka. He does statistically this year.
But I'm telling you right now, Welsh, as soon as
he gets paid, he's gonna dip again. He won't be

(23:39):
at meetings, he'll do all that crazy st I mean,
he's already kind of doing it anyway. But with the
Cowboys is just more acceptable behavior than is in other organizations.

Speaker 3 (23:46):
Let me ask you this, do you think picking because
I'm not sure a one hundred percent agree with that,
because did he put like because he didn't say JSN. Bogman,
by the way, has such a weird hatred for Jaysn.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
And you can handle he is.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
He's the best receiver in the NFL right now, And
I have to.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
Say, Jake Seely was the one guy who I think
was higher on JSN than anybody in preseason, all of
our conversations, and I wish I had heard that a
little bit more.

Speaker 3 (24:10):
I took in the flex league and and me and
Boggs had an argument and we have that shared league
in the pentathlon. We had an argument about JSN and
there was no js Well, I.

Speaker 1 (24:19):
Don't put a pin in that.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
And let's get sala second to get the boards up
in the meantime. Back if you haven't already joined our
discord again, Fantasypros dot com slash chat. That's where you
can go and keep the conversation going, and you could
talk with some of your best friends or make new
friends again. If we're talking waiver wires, if we're talking trades,
if we're talking Dynasty, whatever it might be. There's baseball

(24:41):
on there too, there's NBA stuff, everything's on our discord,
but mostly football. Because last, what we do is a
fantacypros dot com slash chat. That's the place to be.
And it looks like Bogman's back, So Bogs, I want
you to explain your George Pickens take. See, there we go.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
We just boom.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
Now everything's back to normal, and I want all of
this to stay on the YouTube. I want to know
edits This is why we do the show the way
we do it.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
This will be interesting. The power one out here we
are having massive thunderstorm animals two by two.

Speaker 3 (25:08):
I was just I was just about to like, I
don't know if I agree in because what you did.
The reason we're talking about JYSN is because you left
JSN off this elite wide receiver group and he's.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
Better maybe accent everybody, maybe, but he just thinks JSN
is higher than everybody.

Speaker 3 (25:21):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (25:22):
It's like, I.

Speaker 3 (25:23):
Don't think I agree that the Pickens has to be
in the puka and the chase and stuff like that.
I think he's maybe the tier below. But I really
thought it was interesting, and that's what it's about to ask.
Joe Is like, is Pickens better than Lamb? At this point?
Pickens is our Lamb has just been mister Drops all
season kind of inconsistent, and Pickens is the pillar of
consistency right now. I know Dredis was talking about George,

(25:44):
I think of Ceedee Lamb earlier in the chat, but like,
is it Pickens over Lamb at this point for you bogs,
because you're putting him in that group. But what do
you think I mean?

Speaker 4 (25:53):
I in just in the group. And yes, you're right, JSN,
I just at two am in the morning last night,
I did forget to add because you don't apologize, don't
like him. I apologize to you guys about that and
to everyone else for my power going down. How dare
I not get a generator back up to immediately bounce that.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
But when you were a real patriot, you'd have that backup.
You'd be in that shilter and the thing with all
the cans of food.

Speaker 4 (26:15):
I was a real patriot, I'd be stealing it from
my neighbor. But anyway, look, I just think that you
know who's number two in scoring right now? It's in
half PPR in points per game. It is seventeen for
Puka and George Pickens behind the nineteen and a half
per game for JSN, So he's right there. I think.

(26:37):
You know, obviously we had Ceedee Lamb have the injury
early in the season, and maybe he's still not one
hundred percent from that, and even with the injury, he's
still amazing, So better than Lamb I don't know, but
they at least have to be in the same category.
Pickens has been tearing it up and this is his
first year with DAK. I think it's only going to
get better moving forward.

Speaker 3 (26:59):
So you're going to him that next year, Like if
he leaves the Cowboys, you're gonna put them.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
See my question about pickens box is when he gets paid,
what happens, because like, these guys always ball out when
the money's on the line and they get paid, and
this are this guy has a long history going back
to the Georgia days of being a prompt child.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
So like that, that's my deal. It's like this and
they get hurt.

Speaker 3 (27:19):
Look and then they get their contracts voided and they
won't play and they wear different shorts and there's a
problem and they went to Asu.

Speaker 4 (27:25):
Yep. If if you want to put uh Pickens down
or rung because of his antics, whatever you want to
call it, attitude, whatever, I completely agree with that, and
that's why the Steelers got rid of him. Do you
know he has more receiving yards than every Steelers wide
receiver combined. Right now, he has like ten forty four.
It's like one thousand and nine. Beliere all the Steelers

(27:49):
wide receivers combined right now. So the talent has always
been upper echelon. For Pickens, the brain has been ten cents.
If you can get that fixed, then he's gonna be
He's gonna be one of the best.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
Can't fix then I don't think that's getting fixed. But
always got a question a Buka or tet rest.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
Of season voice, Let's help him out.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
Hmm, I'll go Egbuka still, but I still go Agbuka
also is on the heels of like this game is
going to be tonight, Tete Rowe might have forty seven
receptions versus the Niners, but I'll.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
Go well, I mean, you know, talk about Turnstiles, man,
that's where they are, all right, Bob, So give us
your moment and then I'll give you mine and we
can move on to some other fun things.

Speaker 3 (28:27):
But we all know mine.

Speaker 4 (28:28):
TJ Watt. TJ Watt passing his brother JJ Watt on
the all time sackle list was pretty cool to see,
even in a loss. It was also a strip fumble
in the end zone that her Big fell on for
a touchdown, and JJ Watt was calling the game his
whole family, like the whole Watt family was there. This
is just a pretty cool moment to see because Welsh
obviously picked the best moment of Jamis Winston scoring that

(28:52):
touchdown and hitting the heisman naturally a little bit of
a natural heisman pose in that he's.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
Got the size and he had a little bit of
moves too.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
Would you throw him out there as a as a
slot receiver and you know, like anea.

Speaker 3 (29:04):
Yeah, dude, take me to you know what? I kept
thinking about the whole game. I kept thinking about I
wanted to go live bet a rushing touchdown because there's
only like if I I could definitely have this incorrect.
I think there's only two players in NFL history that
have thrown, caught and rushed for a touchdown in the
NFL history. Do you guys know who those two players are?
There might be more, but there's two. In my mind,

(29:27):
Jerry Rice has to be one of Jerry number one,
that's right, That is number two, Yeah, that's right. Those
two both have thrown the first one, and.

Speaker 1 (29:35):
I had Rice, I wouldn't have gotten necessarily.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Yeah, Jerry did it.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
My other one would have been Walter Payton because he
used to throw the football a lot.

Speaker 3 (29:41):
Yeah, yeah, Jerry did it, but I was thinking wins.
It's got a rush for a touchdown right now, He's
got to do the whole thing. But yeah, he looked fantastic.
The coolest play I've seen all year.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
All right, drop your fact in fictions and everybody, we're
gonna play that next again. It could be whatever fact
in fictions you want, could be NFL related, fantacy related,
whatever you like to do. Uh. Mine was Elijah Clark
Special Teams play. I had the Jamier Gibbs in there
originally because that was pretty awesome, but that was more like,
I can't believe the Giants couldn't get a single hand
on this guy. Ever, it was stunning to watch that
defensive collasse and look, Jamier Gibbs is great, but first

(30:12):
play of the overtime not a hand on him eighty yards?
I mean, bro, like, let's let's get rid.

Speaker 4 (30:18):
Do you see the meme of the the wart hog
just running past the Lions and the Lions being like,
what is this? Why are you running in front of us?
Like the I saw it, said Jamiir Gibbs running past
the Giants defense in overtime, So it's.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
In with special I give a Special Teamer the award
this week because if you watch the replay there, he's
the gunner on the on the return team there, and.

Speaker 1 (30:41):
He is getting his butt kicked.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
He has gotten knocked down like three times on the
way to find the returner, and he still pursues, and
he gets to the returner, pops him, knocks the ball out,
and I was just like, that is effort. And that's
just again effort on the football field all times. Every play,
every play, there's a moment where you can make something happen.
And that was a great thing to see. And I
think that's the kind of moments. I start to wonder
maybe the Cowboys do have a little run on them.

(31:05):
This could be really interesting. All right. I'm gonna give
you factor fiction because I see a bunch of them
falling in here. Factor fiction.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
Last night, Matthew Stafford solidified.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Is MVP odds it's him now, Scott Bogman, is it
over at MVP?

Speaker 1 (31:16):
Factor fiction?

Speaker 4 (31:17):
Absolutely not? Still a lot of seasons, so no.

Speaker 1 (31:19):
Way, all right, Welsh, what do you think? Wow?

Speaker 3 (31:21):
I mean, I just I had my solo screenshot on
Matthew Stafford talking here. I think he has it right now.
But I don't think it's like done Drake May. I mean,
Drake is a couple of weeks. We need a couple
big ones coming up here, but Drake May can definitely
vie for it. But I do think he is the
front runner right now. Yeah, sure, holds holding onto a
pretty tight.

Speaker 2 (31:40):
And he's never won one, and it's like the you know,
it's like al Pacino would.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
Be the nice Is it his best film?

Speaker 2 (31:46):
No, but it's you know, eventually you give him an award,
you give him an Oscar because he's al Pacino. Same
thing here with Matthew Stafford. Here's one from axul Factor fiction.
We need to give Caleb Hiss Flowers all.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
This was so tough for me because the Bears are
the Bears.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
Come back to me on this one, while come back
to you there eight three.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
I gotta tell you, like, I was like, how the
hell did the Bears be coming in three? I did not.
I wasn't locked with.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
Whatever I was to collapse around them.

Speaker 3 (32:14):
You know, I understand that collapse around like.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
They're playing the teams that you look at them and
you go, you look at their schedule and you go,
they suck. They suck. They were all teams that were
supposed to be better than they.

Speaker 3 (32:23):
Are, but they and that's always the Bears. The Bears
are always they're like they sock, they suck, we can
beat them. What I'm getting at like, I just haven't
been paying attention to like standings or whatever. And obviously
I knew the Bears were being good, but I was like, wow,
they're eight and three. Caleb is making a bunch of
better decisions again. Why you know, guys are Jaji McCarthy
and should Or and everybody you know can progress as
you learn the NFL more and it slows down for you.

(32:45):
That was clearly something that needed to happen to Caleb.
He's still great on his feet. He's taking advantage of
spots you need to take advantage of. I do think
Caleb deserves those flowers because he's had some big games
and some big spots, and he's leading this team into
some into some big I mean, Bears playoff team is
not something that many would have expected.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
All right, Bogs, what are your thought? You want to
give him the flowers?

Speaker 2 (33:06):
Obviously?

Speaker 4 (33:07):
Yeah, I mean this team is great and they surrounded
him with treat which is what you're supposed to do.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
Do you think it's a great team the Bears.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
I think they're a very good team. I think they
have easily a shot to win this division. So and
it's a great division, you have to say that.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
I mean it's a great division. I think the word
I want to use is improved.

Speaker 4 (33:30):
They need help on defense. But Caleb, like, listen, this
is this is the game plan. This is what the
Browns have never done for a quarterback. You get the
quarterback and then you immediately surround him with weapons. That's
what the Lions did when they got golf as well.
So you just you put the best weapons around that
guy to give him no excuses to to fail. And

(33:50):
he now that he has great playmakers, he's not failing.
And the numbers aren't like incredibly better. I think it's turnover.
Wheth he plays, it's turnover. They play percentage is a
little bit higher than it was last year, but they
make the plays around in Montes, sweat is getting to quarterbacks.
It's working.

Speaker 3 (34:07):
Yeah, you get the second back guy Justin Jefferson and
Jordan Addison and Aaron Jones, and they just easily succeed.

Speaker 4 (34:13):
That's what you do. Yeah, Well, the difference is is
that McCarthy his entire rookie year and then most of
his second year so far. So that's what we got.
We got to give McCarthy a little bit of runway.

Speaker 2 (34:23):
In my opinion, there's injuries there as well. Life with
five factor Fixtion and Drake May will be a mediocre
fantasy QB going forward. I say fiction and it's not because.

Speaker 4 (34:31):
Is this schedule terrible for the Patriots moving.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
No, I mean they play they they have to play Baltimore.
They have another game coming up too against a god team.
I can't remember. At the top I had of the
look at the schedule if you want to pull that up.

Speaker 3 (34:42):
But this week they got the Giants.

Speaker 2 (34:46):
Yeah, so I mean they're gonna put up point against
the Giants, that's for sure. Everybody puts up point against
the Giants. It was also good to see yesterday.

Speaker 4 (34:51):
The Giants bills Ravens Chills.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
That was the other one. They had another bills.

Speaker 4 (34:55):
You know, they have to bye week too.

Speaker 3 (34:56):
So you know how it comes a mediocre quarterback. It's
actually I mean, I I've tried to give vizi his
his flowers on this all year long, because he's the
guy that's like he could be a top five guy.
But my problem in the preseason with Drake May was
always like the argument around it was like, well, he's
gonna run more and they're gonna do all these new
like you know, designs, and they don't. But they don't

(35:17):
and they still don't, so like for him to be mediocre,
I think what happens is they are in situations for
games that he doesn't have to do a lot, you know,
like playing a team like the Giants. Maybe maybe not
this week, but you know, the Giants, they've got a
running game that's working. He doesn't run the whole season long.
They haven't designed stuff for him. So if they can

(35:38):
win games where they can control the clock, he doesn't
have to throw a bunch. They can give the ball
to tra Van Henderson. He kind of does become a
mediocre quarterback if he's throwing two thirty with one touchdown
every single game, Like that's ah, you need him to
be slaying in the ball, so you actually kind of
want a little bit more competitive. That's just like a
Devil's Advocate conversation to it, I would agree. I'm gonna say,

(36:00):
like no, because I just think he's super talented but
there is something about the weapons around him, his inability
to want to run or the team to design runs
that kind of like caps some of the value. And
at this day and age, you kind of need to
throw two touchdowns and go to twenty to forty in
every game to be and.

Speaker 2 (36:18):
Like the time, so selling Welsh is that he was
going into this week he was leading the league in
passing yards right without having one three hundred yard game.
So let's just tell you, like the consistency of what
he's doing everywhere, so.

Speaker 3 (36:29):
Like eight straight games of two touchdowns and like that's
just going away as well. That's what makes.

Speaker 4 (36:32):
Last five games he's QB eleven. He's QB seven on
the season. So uh, he definitely ballooned like week three
to week seven right there was like his his great pocket.
But he's still going to be a QB one. So
I think between him and d.

Speaker 2 (36:48):
Ten, guy Fitz was even higher than me. But like
ten is like if he finishes his time, that's exactly
where I thought he would be at the end of the.

Speaker 4 (36:54):
Yay is somebody somebody has him and Dac like that's
just a great problem to have, right his you know
who do you story?

Speaker 2 (37:00):
Every single because again the liability, that's the Cowboys defense.
From a fantasy perspective, I just always feel there's always
going to be the need Like to Welsh's point, there's
going to be more need to pressures games where the.

Speaker 4 (37:12):
Cowboys you get up twenty one, you're handing that ball
to Henderson and stevensenter.

Speaker 1 (37:16):
Thank god, we're not getting it too. Stevenson as much too.
That was a great thing to see.

Speaker 2 (37:20):
It is the funny one from Rose. I just want
to throw this out there. Factor fiction, kanmye Fairbarron keeps
out performing my tight ends. I'm gonna say fact can
because you dropped that question. All right, that's probably a
fact everybody. I'm just guessing at there. Let's go to
Money's question here. Factor fiction, the Texans win their division
over the Colts Bogs.

Speaker 4 (37:36):
No, I have false. I think I think the Colts
are still pretty good. Uh you know, and I just
they choke that game against the Chiefs. They should have
won that. That's still a really good team. Texans just
don't have enough on offense right now. I think you know,
Davis Mills has been doing has been playing very well.
They had the big comeback also that defense is sick,

(37:57):
but the defense is sick in Cleveland too. If you
know enough offense, you can't get the Dubs.

Speaker 1 (38:02):
This is a one.

Speaker 3 (38:03):
Texans, by the way, are even second in the division.
I just want to point out that's a jag, So
that's a great I'd also say fiction.

Speaker 2 (38:09):
I agree fiction al run factor fiction, Chip Kelly's gone
ash and genty will be unlocked from here on out.
I want to say fact, but the schedules also not great.

Speaker 1 (38:20):
So will we unlock him?

Speaker 2 (38:22):
Yes, fact, they'll unlock him, probably get him the football more,
but I don't know if it's going to equate to him.
You know a lot of top three finishes. That's how
I feel about it. Welsh, how do you feel?

Speaker 3 (38:31):
Yeah, I'm gonna say like fiction because I think the
version of whatever unlocked is for him has already happened.
We're they're throwing him the ball a whole bunch. They're
going to be behind and you know, every single game,
so it's going to be hard for them to be
running the ball a whole lot in like the third
and fourth quarter and they're already passing him the ball.
Maybe like I'm open to it, but like I'm gonna
say fiction because now we are starting to get a

(38:52):
little bit more of it. But the misuse is weird.
I don't even know if it's necessarily Chip Kelly.

Speaker 4 (38:57):
Yeah, you know, when you fire a coordinator like that,
usually you go, Okay, let's streamline this offense. Let's just
get the ball to our best players. But they've already
been doing that, so how much more can you know?

Speaker 2 (39:08):
So maybe maybe protect the quarterback a little bit more too,
Maybe don't.

Speaker 4 (39:11):
Want to throw forty four times.

Speaker 1 (39:13):
And four times? Yeah, that's also good.

Speaker 2 (39:15):
All right, Let's take a look at the three to
one to one contest three hundred yard passer, one hundred
yard rush, one hundred yard receiver last week. Bogman. Uh, well,
let's see. We got to look here because Stafford didn't.
Where did Stafford finish last night? Because I had updated
this before Stafford's finished seventy three. Oh, you almost got
almost one one one, you almost got the whole boat,

(39:36):
you got two, you got Gibbs, you got JSN. Good
on you. I just got am on raw and Welsh
is just not good at this game.

Speaker 3 (39:45):
I do have to t to row it tonight.

Speaker 2 (39:46):
But that's right, you're still in play for one so
we can always update, right, So we'll keep that in mind.
So I will I will highlight that accordingly, Welsh, why
don't you kick us off, try to check off the
mojo a little bit, give us your three week thirteen in.

Speaker 3 (39:59):
The Yeah, I have to have a first off. I'm
always last to this contest. Add so these guys are
gonna get the big guys. But I also have to
make a concerted effort to pick different players in you.
If I am going to make any type of run,
we're about done, Like I have half of what Bogman does,
So I need to have some crazy weeks. So I've
got a couple. A couple are off the wall picks.

(40:20):
I'm going with Sam Donald versus the Minnesota Vikings. Obviously,
you know JSN alone is good for a buck fifty
for him, He's just gonna have to get the other
guys involved. It's heavy pass. Don't think they're gonna lean
on the run. Sam Donald Minnesota three hundred, my one
hundred yard rusher.

Speaker 4 (40:36):
How about r J.

Speaker 3 (40:37):
Harvey versus the Commanders this week, Commander's defense is Tarash. RJ.
Harvey breaks a couple of big ones and then I'm
gonna go with the return of Joe Burrow. So give
me Jamar Chase and the return of Jamar Chase after
Spitgate going against the Baltimore Ravens. Give me one hundred
yards receiving. There's no t Higgins in that game. Joe
Burrows should throw at least fifteen times to Jamar Chase.

(40:58):
So three undred, one hundred, one hundred and for very
different names than what you guys have. You guys have
all the cream of the crop and I have Medays.

Speaker 2 (41:07):
Well, I actually like your guy.

Speaker 1 (41:08):
I like to Chase take two, especially because.

Speaker 4 (41:11):
I think Cargie Harvey too. It's good call.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
Well that would be nice to see. We'll see the
buye how everybody reacts. Bogs, Where are you going for
three to one one this week?

Speaker 4 (41:18):
Yeah, if you want to be right. So Josh Allen
at Pittsburgh, I just think that, Look, they really need
to get back on board here. The Steelers secondary is
still questionable. They've been playing better recently, but I got
Josh Allen in that one for my one hundred yard
rusher after a couple fumbles. I think Saquon is going
to want to make up for that. We've also had

(41:39):
a lot of injuries to the linebacking core of Chicago.
So let's go with Saquon against Chicago on Friday, and
then Puka Nakua at Carolina. We know he's going to
get fifteen targets, so let's go with Puka here against Carolina.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
Okay, And for me this week, I'm gonna be going
with Patrick Mahomes at Dallas. That's right, Thanksgiving three hundred.
Let's go then Devon Han against the New Orleans Saints
again fresh off of bye that's a good thing, I think,
and then JSN against Minnesota because well, I mean JSN
is just playing of his mind right now. I mean,
somebody these weeks where he doesn't get a hundred, he's
at like ninety seven. He actually, the one other week

(42:14):
I feel like I picked him recently was at he
just missed a hundred.

Speaker 1 (42:18):
So hopefully not this time. That's where we want to go.
