First date follow up.

Cold is on the phone today for a first date
follow up, and he's getting ghosted by a woman named Kennedy.
So in a few minutes we'll call her and see
if she's all us why she's ghosting him, and maybe
get him a second date. But first, Cold, why do
you think you're getting ghosted?

Speaker 3 (00:15):
She saw my feet, specifically my sixth toe.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Get six toe? Cool? You have a you have a
sixth toe?

Speaker 3 (00:26):
I have a sixth toe on my left foot.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Yeah, oh cool?

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Okay, And you think you're getting ghosted because she saw
your sixth toe?

Speaker 3 (00:35):
I mean, look, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (00:37):
We talked about it for like thirty minutes, you know,
when everything happened, and it seemed like it was fine.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
But that's the only like, okay thing.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
Yeah, how did how did your you know, guest tone
make an appearance?

Speaker 5 (00:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (00:50):
How do you it out?

Speaker 3 (00:52):
We were we were outside, we were like we did
this this.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
You know, picnic in the park for like a first date. Cool,
and I felt a I felt like a sting on
my foot and I just figured I just knew it
had to be a bite. So I mean I immediately, like,
you know, popped the shoe off. In the sock to
you know, get the ant away or whatever it was,
get into being an ant. And yeah, there, you know,

(01:19):
there was my foot with the sixth toe. Okay, I
was curious about it. I was like, yeah, you know,
it's got to sound like personality. It's a little stasty,
you know. Yeah, it's just shown saying it's a bit
of a loner, you know. And anyway, but I was like,
it's too soon for you know, you two to really meet.

(01:40):
And I put my I put my stock and shoe
back on.

Speaker 6 (01:42):
Okay, that's funny. And also I hope she's not ghosting
you over a toe.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
I did too, but I but I don't know anything
else that it could be.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
As has your bonus toe ever been a problem for
anybody else in relationships?

Speaker 4 (01:59):
Uh no, no, I mean yeah, not like a long
term situation.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
Now.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Did she seem put off after your you know, you
got in the foot behind it?

Speaker 4 (02:10):
Her face definitely was like, oh this is odd or
different or not. She wasn't expecting it. But then I thought,
like I handled it well, and I thought and us
talking about it for you know for a while was
like a quick thing and I just hit it, you know.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Yeah, Colt is on the phone and he's getting ghosted
by Kennedy. So we're gonna call her in just a
second and see if she'll tell us why she's ghosting
him and maybe get him a second date. But real quick, Colt,
why don't you tell us again why you think you're
getting ghosted?

Speaker 4 (02:38):
I think it's because she saw my my sixth toe
on my left foot. Uh, because we were outside at
a picnic date and I got bit and then yeah,
shees came off.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
There was We talked about that. Thought it was cool.
I thought we were chill off and she was chill
about it.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
But I don't know, maybe not, maybe just a little
too shocking for it can't be so bad.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
I hope, I hope that's not it. Yeah, somebody's gonna
love you cold. They gotta love you for all your toes.

Yeah, they get bonus love. That's like more to love
than other people.

I don't think I have anything to talk about, So.

What do you are ghosting somebody?

I mean?

just not sure. I don't know what this podcast or

So okay, No, it's understandable. It is weird to get
a call like this.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Yeah, we got an email about you from a guy
that you went on a date with. His name is Colt,
and Colt said he really liked you. He told us
a little bit about your date. But He also says
that you're ghosting him, and he was hoping that you
would tell us why you're ghosting him because he's really curious.

Speaker 7 (04:35):
All right, Well, look, so i'll just keep this short.

Speaker 5 (04:38):
I'll just let you know I did go on a
date with this person. I'm ghosting him because I can't
trust him. So I hope that's helpful. Thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
Or I just want to ask you a couple of
questions about it, Like you don't think you can trust him?

Speaker 6 (04:56):
What happened?

Speaker 5 (04:57):
Look kind of realized he's not an honest person. He
seems to be the type of person who pretends to
be somebody until you maybe get into a relationship, okay,
and then it's like the real version of that person
comes out.

Speaker 7 (05:13):
And I was just not into that.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
That's understandable.

Speaker 6 (05:17):
How how would you know that after one date.

Speaker 7 (05:20):
He has like a sixth toe, which is whatever?

Speaker 5 (05:24):
I mean? Yes, it does look a little funny, but
it's not the point. It's that we actually have been
talking for like two weeks before the date, so we
talked about all different kinds of things. If you're not
going to tell me that very specific thing about you,
that's not usual.

Speaker 7 (05:44):
I just think if he's hiding that, what else is
he hiding?

Speaker 1 (05:47):
You know?

Speaker 5 (05:48):
I mean I just think if he doesn't tell me
about his sixth toe, I feel like he might be
a liar.

I will let you know that Colt is actually on

Yeah, I'm We talked for like two weeks. What do
you mean? I was supposed I supposed to tell you
what I am.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
I supposed to lead in with that like him, my
name is called to like blung walks on the beach,
I have a six toe?

Speaker 7 (06:16):
Like yeah that we say one.

Speaker 5 (06:20):
There were there were like at least thirteen other days, right,
I mean, there's so many times that we were having
conversations all about stuff. I mean didn't we talk about
like allergies at some point, like if you're hiding that,
Like what else.

Speaker 7 (06:35):
Are you hiding? That's what I'm concerned about?

Speaker 6 (06:37):
What else is he height? Are you hiding anything else?

Speaker 4 (06:41):
No? I'm not hiding anything else. I also didn't like
try to hide the toe immediately. We talked about it
for like thirty minutes, So it wasn't like I was
then embarrassed by it, like oh, no, now you know
my huge das.

Speaker 7 (06:53):
No, I'm not saying I'm not saying you're embarrassed.

Speaker 5 (06:56):
And once you reveal a sixth toe, of course you
have a common about the sixth toe, and I want
to celebrate your toe with you, you know what I mean, Like,
I'm happy to celebrate your toe. I just need to
know that it's there and not be surprised by it
if it's something that's a part of you, you know
what I mean, Like, I don't want to be with
someone who's not transparent.

Speaker 7 (07:16):
I mean, what kind of what interest that he has?

Speaker 5 (07:20):
Do I not know about that I would not be
able to incorporate into my life, you know what I mean.
I want us to be able to have clear communication
with no surprises like that, And that just gives me
the vibe of, oh, there's gonna be surprises, and maybe
not in a good way. Maybe it's not a sixth toe,
you know, Maybe it's a sixth sibling that he never told.

Speaker 7 (07:42):
Me about, and then I'm not gonna know their name
and that will be embarrassing.

Speaker 6 (07:46):
Right, do you have a six sibling?

Speaker 4 (07:49):
I don't. I have one sister.

Speaker 7 (07:51):
Wait, you have a sister? You didn't even tell me
that you have a sister.

Speaker 5 (07:56):
I have two sisters, and I am certain that I
mentioned my sisters because we love each other. We are
a family, you know, we like hold oh this is
I mean now right now?

Speaker 7 (08:08):
Do you see did you guys see radio? People like?
Do you see what I like?

Speaker 6 (08:13):
I mean, no, real, no, I understand being sister.

Speaker 5 (08:21):
A sister is way bigger than a toe. She has
a home tem to. It's like a whole separate person. Kennedy,
I haven't.

Speaker 7 (08:27):
I don't know if it's a family thing.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
Kennedy, would you like to go on another day with Colt?
We'll pay for it.

Speaker 5 (08:37):
Look yeah, I mean, Cole, you seem like a really
open person, and I'm sure you didn't mean to be harmful,
so I'm open to it. I just I don't want
to find out anymore surprises, you know.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
I think this is maybe just a weird misunderstanding. And
I really, I really was having a great time. Uh
And I had a great time for the whole date.
So I would I would love Yes, I would love
to do another date. And I'll bring a book with
everything about my life in it.
