I'm good Friend. I'm talking about friendship with some of
my closest friends and also people I have never met,

and we're talking about all aspects of friendship, sort of
the good, the bad, and the ugly. I don't think
that a friendship is real unless there is that vulnerability
and trust. What I like about the Good Friend podcast
is truth. It's really just inviting people to have a
human experience with me in this moment. Whatever happens, however,

it goes the truth. It comes in different forms, but
you can tell when somebody is telling it to you
with love because they care about you. You have always
done it from me from the very beginning, we get
very deep. There have been a lot of tears, a
lot of laughter, and some very big ideas explored. These

leaning in and listening. And some of my guests include

in your friendships. And I feel like as I've gotten older,
