Speaker 1 (00:02):
A media.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Why y'all bring up old stuff? Why as you always
bring it up old stuff? Man, I can't believe how
old this movie is now, and which makes me even
more of a dinosaur. But you know, thank you smokey.
The phrase for US elder millennials, pulling from the movie Friday,
(00:28):
Chris Tucker says, why y'all bring.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Up old shit.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Is something from a lot of our childhoods when we
used to communicate in person, back when you have friends
actually playing outside, y'all have conversations that somebody would bring
up something that happened a long time ago.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
Now, the explanation I'm.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
About to give you really doesn't need one, because it's
such an obvious thing. But I have found when dealing
with people, whether they are as hinged as our president
or not, you have to ask yourself, like, why does
this person keep bringing up this old stuff? And me
the evolved pokemon that I am. I have tried my
(01:13):
best to examine myself first. Is there an area in
the relationship with this person where I am just unrepentant?
Is there some unresolved hurts? Is there some some ways
for which this person has felt that they have not
been listened to or truly heard or truly seen as
(01:35):
to make them continue to bring up something. And oftentimes
the things that they've bringing up, whether they are true
or not, are not the point. There is a hurt
there and an acknowledgment of such breach in our relationships.
And then there's other times when a person is just
a stone cold liar and has not got what they wanted,
(01:57):
and it's a tool of manipulation to either prove a
point that's already been proven to be wrong. You ever
argue with somebody with their like but but do you
see my point though?
Speaker 1 (02:09):
It's like.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
You know they are wrong, No, they are allgree they're wrong.
But do you see my point though? Yes, yes, I
see all right. Then that's a way to walk away
with some sort of success. But other times it's because
you just try to manipulate a system. And these are
not hard, deep hitting you know, calculus of hood politics.
(02:35):
Anybody who knows another human knows that a situation where
you've had to be like bruh, you gotta chill. You
keep bringing up this thing that we hadn't already been over.
And another hard part about that is that, like I said,
like the facts of the situation really don't matter. They
just they're trying to get something. And in any normal scenario,
(02:59):
the answer Uncle would give you is, I need you
to delete Homie's number. I need you to block unfollowed
disconnect from Hommy because a hummy, messy as hell and
super toxic. And there's no point in doing this. But
I understand there is a desire an urge to be like, Okay,
(03:23):
but before I do, I got time today. I'm gonna
flame you right now and run down the shit I
have been too patient to say and to be clear about.
So after I flame you right now, I'm finna block you.
Sometimes you need to do that. The problem with this
(03:46):
situation is that toxic person is the President of the
United States.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
Hood politics, y'all.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
All right, By the time you hear this, it would
have been two weeks, okay, when the President had got
on the TV and truly brought up old stuff going
all the way back to twenty sixteen, stuff that we
didn't already prove in that like my nigga, how many
(04:26):
more ls do you need to get your point? But
today he felt like he got receipts, or that day
he felt like he had receipts. I am, of course
speaking on the day that he got on the TV
and told us that he had a really really special
announcement for us, which I think anybody with any rational
(04:49):
sense thought, maybe it was about to be about the
the war that's happening.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
Maybe it was going to be about the oil.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
Maybe it was going to be about our gas prices, teariff,
something that really got to do with us. Now this
nigga talk about the Toty Towty election and how it
is important, as we know, really what he was trying
to do is get his Save America Act passed. So
today we're gonna call CAP, We're gonna explain what he's
trying to say. We're gonna talk about the Save Act.
(05:17):
And then after that, like y'all you notice about the midterms,
Jerry Mandarin all this.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
He does this.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
When he about to lose, like every time, y'all know that, right, Well, anyway,
let's just flame him and I am of the same
brain that you are, where you like, I'm not sure
how much this is gonna matter, because again they matter
as much as the facts do. Because not we wouldn't
be in this conversation, all right, let's do this, Okay.
(06:11):
So your boy went up there and said all the
stuff he already said, and told us stuff we already knew.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
Right that the CIA he has.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
He's about to release these documents that are supposed to
vindicate him in his argument that something was wrong with
the twenty sixteen and the twenty twenty election, and that
China interfered with our elections and all the grievances that
went along with that, right, that they interfered with our machines.
They have all kinds of data they tried to sway
(06:43):
our elections. And then he jumps to jumps the shark
into an illegal immigrants voted, and you can't trust mail
in ballots, And I have to pass the Save Act.
And if you don't want to pass the Save AC,
it's because you know you're cheating now to make this
ploy should tell you a bunch of stuff. One is,
(07:05):
he can't make it happen, right, it's past the House,
it's got to pass the Senate, and it ain't finna
pass the Senate. And the only way for it to
pass the Senate is you'd have to break the filibuster. Hey,
come on, now, we ran that episode twice they bus
we bust filibuster with hoes. You need me to remind
you what a filibuster is. A filibuster rhymes.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
Let's go maybe, do I need to remind y'all. It's
not like you can answer the question. Okay.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
The House rules are you can't pass a vote until
everybody got they say right. And the traditional filibuster is
when a person just don't stop talking and you run
out the clock. That way, you can't pass the bill
because somebody's still talking.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
Now, a few.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
Years ago, Corey Booker broke the record for speaking for
over twenty four hours on the House floor to try
to like continue this filibuster. Now, you can do something
when you're the party in power. That's called breaking the filibuster,
which just means like all right, nigga. Basically, it's the
it's the political version of like, all right, nigga, gone
(08:12):
sit down somewhere. You don't shut your ass up, right,
it's the it's the political equivalent of that, and then
you just passed to pass it with sixty percent. It
is what it is, right, We just we don't have
to include y'all. Right, but if you do that again,
that's why we called it day bus we bust because
if you do that, the second you not in power
(08:32):
and you want a filibuster.
Speaker 1 (08:35):
To stop a vote, the ops can do it.
Speaker 2 (08:40):
Right again, I would say, go back to that that episode,
but that's the only way to get this Save Act passed.
So the question you should be asking right now is,
my nigga, what the hell is the Save Act? And
why aren't we talking about the fact that that just man,
that that man just paid five million dollars to EG
and Carol in a rape case? I like, how is
(09:01):
we It's like all out and open. I just I yeah, yeah,
the demand demands like y'all he guilty?
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Fam?
Speaker 2 (09:13):
Now, far be it for me to be diagnosed with
Trump derangement syndrome, which apparently is when you get irritated
by how often this nigga be lying.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
But either way, I guess I got it right. Uh.
Speaker 2 (09:30):
But let's move on to like, actually, okay, what what what?
What's the play here? What are we trying to do
right now? So the Save Act? Well, wait, let me
go back. So he's saying the CIA has his documents
about China, or has the CIA has documents about China?
And how China has gotten a bunch of voter data.
(09:53):
So he's saying, Yo, we got hacked. This is what
I've been trying to tell y'all, to which any of
us who was there was like, my nigga knows. This
is what we was trying to tell you that the
Russian bots in our social media, like the nigga, we
know that, and the information that they have is public.
That don't mean they can change votes. That don't mean
(10:14):
they can make fake people vote. My nigga, that's not
what it's saying. The documents you just related released are
all the shit we already know that foreign governments tried
to sway to sway our election.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
Nigga, does I mean people do this all the time?
Speaker 2 (10:27):
They if you live on the planet, you watching to
see what country that got all them guns?
Speaker 1 (10:35):
Is Finna? Who they finn elect?
Speaker 2 (10:38):
Of course you want, of course you want to try
to tell the people.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Hey, cut I don't mess with him, mess with.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Him, like, why would you not? You not telling us
nothing we already know. Anyway, I feel like at this
point I'm be a little transparent. I feel like I'm
talking to people that already know this stuff, Like I'm
not teaching you nothing, you know what I'm saying. But
I guess let's just get specific anyway. So he's saying,
(11:04):
the CIA got all this right now. Again, maybe you're
not as tapped in as the rest of us who
have to talk about politics all the time. Again, nigga, duh,
we know this already. Okay, So what's your point Cuz
your point is they cheated? Okay, So they cheated right
in twenty sixteen. Yeah, well nigga, you won, So I
(11:26):
don't what are we talking about here? They cheated in
twenty twenty a word? Will you as the president then?
So if they cheated during then that's on you. So
I just feel like, I don't like, will you like
you was in charge, what you're telling us for that
sound like a failure on your part.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
It is like, what is my boy? What is you saying? Right?
He says like, well, this is what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
I'm saying, we need to fix this while I'm in
charge now, and we need to pass this saving Okay,
my nigga, but you did they chieve last year I'm
in twenty twenty four, Well you won that one. So
under Joe Biden's administration that he fixed it. Because you
(12:17):
won that one. My nigga, what did you say it?
I'm saying we need to fix elections, my boy, but.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
You won, Like.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
What did What did you say?
Speaker 2 (12:32):
It? Seemed like what keeps happening is like it's like
(13:10):
a one to one ratio of everything that this squad
is accusing the opposition to doing. It's like it's like
a one to one like they doing it. You know,
Hunter Biden was profiting off his father being President's last
vice president by taking this disposition on the board of
(13:33):
directors in a foreign country. Y'all shouldn't be able to
do that, my nigga. The Trump boys made billions. That's
just like you continue to do. Anyway, I'm off topic.
What is the Save Act and why is he swearing
that this is going to fix the problem? Well, the
(13:53):
Save Act. First of all, it passed in the House
and like I said, and gonna pass in the Senate,
which would put these restrictions on proving your identity when
you go to vote. Now, when you just say it
like that, it sounds like legit, right, Like, nigga, you
(14:14):
can't just walk in here and pretend like you somebody
you not?
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Right?
Speaker 2 (14:18):
Now, here's the thing. We already have that, Okay, But
what the SAVE Act is requiring. It's saying that a
person needs to provide documents proving their citizenship at the
time of registrations, right, and the documents you need to
have these saying it's like a birth certificate or a
driver's license that has to be like current, or a passport. Now,
(14:42):
do you know what the percentage of Americans who are
legally allowed to vote that have a passport?
Speaker 1 (14:51):
I know you don't know.
Speaker 2 (14:52):
I'll just tell you between forty eight and fifty one
percent of Americans have passports. So what you're saying is
half after the Americans that are allowed to vote and
got a passport. What about a driver's license? Okay, that's hired.
That's about eighty one percent. It seems seems legit. Okay,
(15:13):
you just need one of these. What about your birth certificate?
All right, that's silly. You'd be like, what are you
talking about? Up to ninety percent of Americans have their
birth certificate, right, but most people don't have it readily available.
Do you know where yours is?
Speaker 1 (15:30):
Yeah? I don't either.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
I actually just had to find mine because of a
health issue that my wife is going through while we're
trying to navigate the healthcare.
Speaker 1 (15:41):
System, which is just infuriating.
Speaker 2 (15:45):
But these seem like it seems fine. I don't understand.
How is that what the problem is? Well, let me
tell you what the problem is. Have you gotten married
so your name different? Okay, Well, let me ask you this.
If you got a passport, has it expired? Then it
don't count. Have you maybe changed your name? Are you
(16:11):
part of the trans community. I have a friend who
whenever we travel, whenever we got to buy like plane tickets,
he has to call the airlines because one part of
his documents say his first name and the other part
of his documents say his middle name. So he has
(16:32):
to call because he never knows which name the ticket.
I know, it seemed crazy, but he has to call
them and say, hey, this is entered whenever like we
fly for work, and oftentimes other people book the thing
for him.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Right.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
He's also a junior, so when you're a junior, it's
not the second Some drop down menu don't allow you
to have one or two of those. What is the
boy's legal name? Hell, I don't know, it's different on
every document. Now I know that Nigga can't vote is
he a citizen? The boy born in Texas? What you
(17:15):
want me to say he is a traditionally handsome white boy.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
I just it's just it's always a pain in the
ass for it.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
So while something on the surface may seem like really
ain't a big deal, get your shit together, right, Like, dog,
you ain't got no drivers, You ain't gonna like.
Speaker 1 (17:31):
You gotta have one of those.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
Well, if you've got married, if your name is hyphened
right now, my wife's name on her driver's license is
different than her birth certificate. Why nigga, she got married?
Don't it seem don't seem like something that like shouldn't
stop you from voting. But at this point it don't matter,
my nigga, because she already registered. You can look back
(17:55):
at her history and be like, of course or sure
who you are?
Speaker 1 (18:02):
Right?
Speaker 2 (18:03):
Trump got mad at the California I think we did
a tap in on this one. Trump got mad at
the California process, as if them being slow means that
something's going wrong, and it's like, nah, bruh, them being
slow is them checking, double checking and triple checking that
this is a fair ballot. I just don't feel like,
what do you want bro So anyway, the Save Act
(18:27):
is that birth certificates are also one of the few
provisions that are registered its identity, but often they do
not reflect, like I said before, a married person or
lgbtq's individual's current legal name once they have changed it.
While there are ways to further corroborate one's identity, some
experts warned that the beer praddict burden may turn people
(18:48):
off of registering altogether due to complications preventing citizens to
being able to cast a ballot. This is from PolitiFact,
And let me tell you how real I agree with
that sentence. Is.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
I need for me.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
On iHeartMedia, for me to be able to keep my insurance.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
I need to go get a physical. It has been taken.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
It has taken me months to just get a primary
care physician. And if I have to call you three times,
if I can't just nigga, forget it. Like I don't
know how many My wife refer to her by her prefix.
She the person that applies to all the class actions,
so you know when they come in to mail, if
we just be getting checked sometimes twenty dollars, thirty dollars,
(19:33):
one hundred dollars because she applied to it, like the
document stuff. Don't slow her down. I'd be like, I
ain't got time for this now. According to Mike Johnson,
what he's saying is we've made accommodations for people that
can't find their birth certificates, right or not. Mike Johnson
likely right, and there should be ways to handle it.
(19:56):
But what's probably gonna happen is the same thing that
always happens to some get slow walked. Either way, the
point is less people will vote.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
Right.
Speaker 2 (20:06):
So the bill also requires a photo ID with a
visible expiration date in federal elections, including a driver's licensed
military ID and tribal identification cards.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
Right.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
Many states don't do this, and others accept documents like
college student IDs or utility bills. There's so many ways
to verify if a person is like really there without
adding an extra burden. And it's just reminiscent of Jim Crow,
of just these different hurdles that presented themselves as things
(20:46):
that will help secure a fair election. But at the
end of the day, we didn't want the Niggers to vote.
That's just I mean, read a single history book, Nigga
asks what was going on now? The Republic can people
in the House or in the Senate, Nigga, they're not
trying to.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
Touch it at all.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
It's very frustrating for them who got to try to
stay elected when they tried to pass a bill that
said that we can't just be having these private equity
investment firms buy up all the houses. Companies like black
Rock and shit just buying every single family home, right,
So it was just driving up part of the things
(21:27):
that are driving up the price for houses. So they
was trying to get this thing, this affordability stuff. They
were trying to get that past past the finish line,
and Trump was like, nigga, no, I want my Save Act.
So the Republicans got to go back home and explain
to their constituents the Iran war, the gas prices, and
(21:53):
why Trumps still bringing up old stuff and your house
costs ain't going down at all. But the boy won't
what he won't. Right now, let's do some other fact checking.
This is my favorite part. And then I'm gonna let
y'all go, okay, Well, I mean, you can stop this
at any time, right But basically then it's like, in
(22:15):
a normal scenario, like I said before, I would be
like you gotta stop bringing up old stuff. And I'm
done because I know what you're doing. So let's once
and for all talk about this next.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
All Right, here we go.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
I'm reading from PolitiFact where they did a live fact checking. Okay,
so White House says that non citizens and dead people
were voting.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Right.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
So, the White House released data saying it was compiled
by the Department of Homeland Security Department saying over two
hundred and fifty thousand non citizens were illegally registered to
vote in just four of the states which the public
data has been reviewed. He mentioned the California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey,
(23:45):
and Nevada. Now, he ain't provide no details out to
how that figure was calculated. It's higher than previous estimates,
and a string of judges have blocked the Trump administration
efforts to obtain the voter data from these states. NIGGA
is none of your business, right now. DHS did not
(24:08):
say how many, if any, of these two hundred and
fifty thousand people that we don't know is a true number,
are not actually cast at any ballots right now. What
the DHS suggests mostly is that it's mostly dead people, right.
(24:28):
That's much more common occurrence than no than non citizens.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
Right.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
The DHS listed ten states that have a federal system
to remove invalid voter roles are voters from the roles. Collectively,
the release said that ten states found three hundred and
sixty thousand dead voters and less than eleven thousand non citizens.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Right.
Speaker 2 (24:52):
That's almost thirty three dead registrants for every non citizen voter. Right,
which makes sense. Meaning if Paul Paul dies, the last
thing you're think about is removing him from voting.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
That's one of them.
Speaker 2 (25:09):
Another one was this the Michigan registration fraud case did
not lead to any votes, right, he said. Among the
disclosures from tonight, the FBI detailing evidence of alleged fraud
by a large scale voter registration in twenty twenty. Right,
this has been covered right since twenty twenty and according
(25:33):
to the investigation, there were no fraudulent votes.
Speaker 1 (25:38):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
The news outlets Bridge, Michigan reported that the city clerks
the Muskegan's Clerks Muskegan City Clerk Office had received about
six thousand applicants from a single registration organization based in Tennessee,
most of which are valid, but several hundred were your
(26:00):
regularities such as wrong birthdays, addresses, and signatures that did
not match the version on file. Right, the city clerk
alerted the authorities. Ultimately, the FBI investigations investigated, but did
not pursue charges. Fraud was determined to have occurred at
the lowest levels of the company. The state's a Journey
(26:24):
General's office told Bridge Michigan. So what they're saying is
the fraud that he talking about was eurote A one.
When you're minted seven birthdays didn't match. Last names didn't
match clerical, right, not sinister clerical, which is normal. The
White House released intelligence documents from twenty twenty about China
(26:48):
right now. According to this, PolitiFact has not examined these records,
but some of the documents from July twenty twenty, which
are most recently which are mostly blacked out, mentioned that
China obtained voter registration data for multiple states, such as names,
birth dates and addresses, and party affiliation. In one document
(27:08):
said that China obtained these files between two thousand and
nine in twenty nineteen. Right, it's possible for people to
purchase voter registration data. I'm just gonna leave it there, Nigga,
you can buy it. This the information they got is
the shit that you logged in to Instagram with, Like
(27:29):
you got this information already public, now that China got it. Okay,
what's that gonna do. It's gonna help them target they ads.
But can they change, my boy? Can they change what
they can't change?
Speaker 1 (27:44):
The votes? Let me give you another one.
Speaker 2 (27:48):
Trump keeps saying that we have elections with no voter ID,
except a lot of states do again, reading from PolitiFact,
Trump and Republican lawmakers want a nationwide rule through the
Save American Act. Thirty six states require voters to show
IDs at the polls. Ten of them require voter ID,
(28:10):
according to the National Conference of State Legislation. In many states,
at least one voters at least some voters without an
ID have options to cast ballot, but they may include
many additional steps. Fourteen states in Washington, DC do not
require identification, but they use other methods to verify voter identities,
(28:31):
such as signature matching. Federal law requires first time voters
to show ID, which when requesting mail ballots.
Speaker 1 (28:40):
Mail ballots not like.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
Penis having sorry, and some states have additional ID rules
in voter mailing ballots. The stalled Save Save America Act
would require Americans to provide government issue photo IDs and
id's to vote. Election officials could accept a real idea
a driver's license that includes citizenship, but most dates most
(29:06):
states don't offer such a license today. The legislations will
require voters to submit a copy of a photo ID
when using mailing, mail in ballots or other workarounds. So
what they're saying is, nigga, we already have it. Trump
still keeps saying that mail in votes screw him, right,
(29:26):
or are not trustworthy?
Speaker 1 (29:29):
Right?
Speaker 2 (29:30):
The issue is he's used mailed in ballots himself. I
just don't understand why the man keeps saying it's not real.
And then the last one I give you is when
Trump was saying that China did not want him to
win and then began a medal in our election. Now
Trump says that the Chinese government wanted Trump to lose
(29:52):
his reelection because he charged them billions in tariffs and
had the strongest military. It just doesn't match what election
or what intelligence officials in his administration said in the
twenty twenty election. The intelligence community community provided Trump a
classified report in January seventh of twenty twenty one about
foreign interference, and two months later, the National Intelligence Council
(30:18):
issued a declassified report, and the report said that China considered,
but did not deploy the influence efforts intended to change
the outcome of the election. The experts say that, with
high confidence in their conclusion, China did not view Trump
or Biden winning as advantageous enough to risk getting caught meddling,
(30:43):
the report said. The report also said Beijing believed there
was a bipartisan consensus against China in the United States
and saw challenges whether Trump or Biden won. Right, So
what the document is saying is that again, can't stress
this enough. You can buy this voter information already now once.
Speaker 1 (31:08):
You have it.
Speaker 2 (31:09):
They was like, it really don't make a difference either
way which one of y'all get elected, because none of
y'all fuck with us, So it really don't make no difference.
You already don't fuck with us. What difference do it
make if we sway the election either way? We just
gonna have to outmaneuver y'all, and if we get caught
doing this, the juice really ain't worth the squeeze, is
(31:31):
what the document says. Now, if I understand Beijing the
way I think I understand Beijing.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
That kind of tracks they like, Look, sometimes.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
This shit ain't worth it, you know what I'm saying,
