Immigration at Customs Enforcement says officers opened fire on a
man in northern California this morning after he weaponized his vehicle.
Acting ICE director Todd lyons as officers were trying to
arrest an alleged gang member wanted in El Salvador at
the time of the incident. A suspect taken to the hospital,
but his condition has not been released. The incident happened
in Stanislaus County near Interstate five between San Jose and Modesto.
