President Trump says the US is pausing Project Freedom so
a final agreement can be reached with Iran. In the operation,
the Navy was escorting ships through the Strait of Hormuz.
Trump says the pause request came from Pakistan and other
countries to see if an agreement with Iran can be reached.
Trump says the US blockade on Iran would remain in
full force and effect. Iran calls Project Freedom a violation

of their current ceasefire. President Trump says, too, keeping that
ceasefire intact is up to Iran.

the door to Republican led states redrawing their maps to
favor the GOP. Republicans in Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi

have started the process to retraw their maps. An FAA
employees facing legal trouble for allegedly threatening to harm President
Trump by using a work computer to research his plans.
Prosecutors say Dan Delashey made incriminating searches on a work device,
including previous assassination attempts against Trump, and allegedly admitted to
searching those during a meeting with Secret Service in February.

Dela Shay faces up to five years in prison and
a two hundred and fifty thousand dollars fine if convicted.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio says his upcoming meeting with
Pope Leo is not meant to smooth things over between
the pontiff and the President. Rubio insists his upcoming trip

Leo and President Trump. Leo has been critical of the
