Speaker 1 (00:02):
I hope you had a great weekend. I'm personally excited
about something I bought over the weekend, Sam, that I'm
going to install this week. I don't know if i'll
put it in today.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Anything to do with Alexa.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
No, it has nothing to do with Alexa.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
It's not interested.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
When I tell you this, you're gonna think, oh my god.
But Vid you'll think it's cool again. This is the
second one of these that I've installed in the house.
You know, over the Christmas holiday when we had all
the family in the half bath, the toilet seat became dislodged,
I guess, yeah, and so was weird to be replaced.
And it was already kind of it's the old woods
wooden style, so it's already kind of looking plating and

(00:34):
getting old and all that needed to be replaced. But
I took the opportunity to buy one of those slow
closing Yeah, yeah, that's right, my favorite. That's my favorite too.
You know, we put one in the in the master
bathroom a couple of years ago. It doesn't slam. It's awesome.
In fact, I've had a problem in the half bath
because I forget it doesn't have one of the slow closers.
So I'm usually making racket.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
You know, that's what happens here at work if I
go in and I, oh, I forgot.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Yeah, So anyway, I will be installing that, and then
the house when I have two, and then the other
two bathrooms at some point will have to upgrade.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
Also, Jody, why not just do them all one time?

Speaker 1 (01:09):
Well, I mean there's if they're perfectly good. Now, why
spend the money right now?

Speaker 3 (01:13):
I'm down with that.

Speaker 4 (01:14):
I'm just asking because normally you kind of go overboard
with things like that, I know, so I'm I would
assume you'd come home with all the.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
I'm getting a little bit wiser as time goes on.
So nice, I think.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
You got the good wooden guy and not the plastic kid.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Huh oh yeah, it's it's a decent. I mean, it's
not going to like collapse. And I made the mistake
of that years ago. Buy you buy a seven dollar
toilet seat, Get a dollar toilet seat. That's right, exactly,
that's right, falls in everything.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
All right, Monday's tough, but we've got some fun for you.
Come up around seven fifteen this morning. Things to three
things that nobody should really put out there into the
world on social media. And these are not the obvious
ones like your bank statements or pictures, or your phone
number or location. Those are not Those are the no
does that you do need to teach children. But these
are the ones, Murphy, I'll love this. That would hurt

(02:05):
you professionally if you continue to put this stuff online.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
So don't go here. Kids need to listen to this too.

Speaker 5 (02:11):
Coming up, Hollywood, soy do I?

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Jennifer Aniston discusses a return to TV.

Speaker 5 (02:21):
Now Judy's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
I love this story and I didn't get a chance
to get to it the other day if we were
telling you about the NBC Will and Grace reboot that's
happening later this year, but Jennifer Aniston was talking about
coming back to TV. So what she had to say
is she's very comfortable at home on the small screen.
She loves television today. In fact, it's gotten better, she said,
I thought about it a lot. That's where the work

(02:45):
is and that's where the quality is. So at this
point in her career, she doesn't want to travel and
do films and little small roles. She would rather be
at home with her husband and would love to work
on a quality TV show again.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
With some of her friends.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
No, I mean, didn't she always be Rachel Green?

Speaker 6 (03:01):
Though it took two people to break up this relationship. Yeah,
you and that girl from the copy place, which yesterday
you took full responsibility for. I didn't know what I
was taking responsibility for. Okay, I didn't finish the whole letter.
What I fell asleep.

Speaker 5 (03:17):
You fell asleep.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
She just doesn't want it to be a hassle. She'd
want it to be a really good experience. You know,
a lot of times you're working on something like this,
that's the part of Hollywood you don't hear about about
what a difficult experience. It can be a high stress
and it's not good. She would want it to be
a good experience. She wouldn't care if it was Netflix
or Amazon. She feels like it's all the same. She says,
everything she's seen on TV is good boy, and in
her opinion.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
When you hear behind the scenes about most TV shows,
you talk about like fourteen hour days, sixteen hour days
of shooting, you know what I mean, it's really.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
You gotta really want to be there and just forsake
everything else personal in your life. That's why people get
together on the sets because they're spending all their time together.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
She hasn't had a good movie though, either, since she
left Ashley.

Speaker 4 (03:56):
Well, no, no, she said, some critically acclaimed movies a
very seriou is drama called Cake. But that's not something
you would watch, Sam, so you don't know about it.
And I never really gave.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
You're watching instead a day?

Speaker 2 (04:06):
There you go, she was in our office, all.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Right, speaking of movies, we love. Returning to cinemas in
February for the twenty fifth anniversary it is Wayne's World?

Speaker 5 (04:19):
Are you through yet? Because I'm getting tired of holding
this shure. That's what she said.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
I remember exactly where I was the first time I
ever saw that skit on SNL and we died laughing,
and we could not wait. We were watching SNL hoping
they would do Wayne's World every single week, and.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Dana Carvey, see that, strained his mouth to do that too.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
Yes, it hurt, and you can imagine how it hurt
him to do it, especially when they were filming the movie.
So anyway, it's the twenty fifth anniversary and they're going
to screen it in cinema select cinemas around the country.
February seventh and eighth for that anniversary up to date.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
With Judy's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
Coming up next, We're gonna ta thank you to our
kitchen Sam. There's a new kitchen gadget that I have
toasted that has changed everything and the kids think we're geniuses.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
That's next.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Coming up today after the show and the Murphy Samon
Jo any podcast you know exclusively and when you subscribe
on iTunes. Sam's got a gadget for the shower that
he thinks all of us need to buy now.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
And use keeps me in there longer.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
It's the best thing ever, he says, the most ever.
So we'll tackle that after the show in the podcast today.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
Yeah, shout out to great gifts.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
We got a gift from another couple of our cousins,
the ones who stay with us every year at Christmas time. Sam,
and we've been using it all through the month of January.
And I'm telling you, it's not just the thing where
I'm going to use it and just say okay, I've
used it and put it away. I don't even know
what you call it, because it's not an electric grill.
You don't plug it in. It's just the long grill.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Well, I would call it a two burner skillet. It's
kind of like what you put it over the burners,
right exactly.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
And this I'm handles, it's a long skillet.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
This was one of those gifts that was kind of
born out of us talking about how by the time
we finished making breakfast, it's cold, the eggs don't stay
hot and stuff like that, and so your cousins were
there and I'm like, you know, it would be nice
if we had one of those things that was over
two grills and we weren't fishing for gifts.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
The way you said it made it sound like, but that's.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Not really what I was. I know, but that's not
what I was trying to do, right.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Because I was like, by the time I sat down
to eat, they were finished eating their eggs. This typical
breakfast problem. And so when it was time to exchange gifts,
they gave us that they had gone shopping and gave
us that we have been using it for everything, and
boy is it glorious. Pancakes boom, eggs boom, and this
you know, just this weekend grilled cheese sandwiches all at one.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
You can make eight at once.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
You can, I mean.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
One for Daddy and one for everybody else.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
Right, late last week I had made a pot roast
on the grill. No wow, I slow cooked it, but
it was left. There was left over, and so I
grilled Murphy some leftover grilled pot roast sandwiches on this grill.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
It was really good.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
What what we could sell those sandwiches.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
By the way, Jodie, there was something you didn't do
with one of your other gifts. I don't know if
you saw this, because you also got that that cheese
tray thing, which is really it's it's we never have
one of those.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
And my other cousin really excited.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
You know now that we know you refrigerate the marble
part and keep the chese, We've got this thing down. However,
when I went to clean it the other night, I
picked the marble part up, and underneath was still the
styrofoam from the packaging.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
You know, I know, here's my problem.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
I didn't know why I kept seeing little fibers of
that around the edges. I didn't know there was one
underneath there. I never picked up the marble because I
didn't want to do those my nails.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Okay, anyway, what's it called a cheeseboard? No grill? I
know it's I don't know. It's a multi burner griddle,
you know.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
Yeah, I didn't keep the little tag on it. But
that's a great gift that gets used in a kitchen.

Speaker 5 (07:53):
Yeah, Sam has music news.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
Well, we may have some new music soon from none,
none other than the late George believe.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
It what.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
Sam's got music news.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
A producer who is working with George Michael over the
past couple of months, says they actually do have finished
songs in the works and possibly might see some of
those come out soon.

Speaker 7 (08:18):
Okay, so I want them, but bittersweet some new classics.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
I always wonder though. From time to time, you'll get
a song that comes out after the death of somebody
that's it's good. Yeah, but sometimes it's just there's a
reason they didn't release it, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
It's just and then they're cashing in on the fact
the person just die.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
Right, let's just lay it on the table. Everybody has
their best work, and everybody can't. Everybody in that industry,
they don't produce the best work every time, right. John
Mayer has a best album, Maroon five has the best album,
So did Johnny Cash.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
All these people. Then they have stuff in the catalogs
and the libraries that they'll never release, but because he
passed away, they're going to probably release some of this
stuff if it comes out. We'll let you know if
we get a hold of any of it. Celine Dion
is coming back to the Disney Live Action Beauty and
the Beast. Jody really, you know in the cartoon version,
she and Pebo Bryson did the main song.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
She was so new to us.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Then we're gonna who is this gun the greatest singer
in all the world.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
That's right, we already sat a heartfelt song.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
Well, we already know that Ariana Grande and John Legend
are teaming up for the remake of this song live action.
But Selene tweeted the other day that she's thrilled to
announce she'll be performing a new song, How does a
Moment Last Forever? That's going to be in the movie
and on the soundtrack.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Good for Selene, that's wonderful.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
And actually, you know that's a tribute that that's the
right thing to do.

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Throw it back, that's right. And it's not the cartoon,
it's the animated yea.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
The animated classic Excuse Me from the Disney Volts Lionel
Richie also getting into the movie business, Murphy, you're gonna
like this one.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Is he acting or producing?

Speaker 2 (09:50):
Producing?

Speaker 1 (09:50):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (09:51):
It's something he's been working on for years, pushing it
for years, and he finally got the whole family together.
He's doing the Sammy Davis Junior bio pic.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
Wait, you know that's great. I don't know. Has there
ever really been a good tribute to Sammy Davis Junior.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
And we're going they do rata tribute.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
It's based on the nineteen sixty five book that was
written by Sammy and his wife called Yes I Can
The Story of Sammy Davis. Wow. The wife's kind of
been on board for years, but the estate and kids haven't.
And they all finally got together and said, okay, come on,
knock it off. And so they're going to start working
on it. Find a director, find a screenwriter and all that.
Find an actor, we'll find it. Yeah, find a Sammy

(10:28):
Davis Junior.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Great, that's the hardest part, I think, Murphy.

Speaker 5 (10:32):
Sammy Jody Music News.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
All right, let's go into your email answer coming up
nextus the producer's mail bag?

Speaker 3 (10:39):
What do we have, David?

Speaker 7 (10:40):
Yeah, Jody, you're gonna have to re explain something. Someone
sent us a text. They want to know why they're
mixing their kids' names up.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
Oh yeah, yeah, everybody does it and it's actually kind
of cute.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
That's next.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
You can call her texts eight seven seven three one
oh four msj you can facebook us, be sure to
like us today, and just another way to follow what's
going on.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
It's time for the producer's nail Dad, David, what's in
your bag today?

Speaker 7 (11:05):
We received a text to eight seven seven three one
oh four six seven five. They didn't leave their name,
but they left a question and it reads you were
saying on your show something about saying the wrong child's name. Yeah,
you gave the reason we do this, and I missed
what you said. I'm very curious. Could you please please
explain again, Jody.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
Okay, this was fascinating to me because all parents do this.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
I only have two kids. We have two kids, Taylor
and Phoebe.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
Should be easy enough to keep track of. Who has
had ton of dogs?

Speaker 4 (11:34):
Though, too so when it's time to call people to
like the table, for example, like please I shopped for this,
I prepared it.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
It's ready. Please come eat.

Speaker 4 (11:42):
And I start saying names, and I will say the
wrong name, or I will say Taylor when I'm speaking
to Phoebe. And it makes you feel dumb. It makes
you feel like you're losing your mind. It happens to everybody.
And they say, science tells us that you your mind
groups people.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
You group people all together.

Speaker 4 (12:02):
And when it's family like that and you're are people
that you spend a lot of time with, it's because
you love them. You group people that you love together.
You group people that are in your tribe together. So
it's actually pop So kids, when your parents do that
or grandparents do that to you, it's not that you're
not important.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
That other person is more important. It's just the way
the brain.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Yeah, and just keep track of it though. Make sure
that the other names they're using people in the family. Yeah, yeah,
it's a random person down the street.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
Because if that's somebody that you love, that's really going
on your dad.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
That's the reason to answer that text.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Thank you for the text.

Speaker 7 (12:39):
All right, let's talk about makeup always. I'm out, all right,
So the guys, I don't think we need to talk
about this. I mean, if you do, that's a whole
nother situation. But Jody, you wear makeup every day like
you have to wear makeup?

Speaker 5 (12:49):
Right?

Speaker 3 (12:50):
I do love makeup. Okay, you ever overdo it?

Speaker 5 (12:53):
No?

Speaker 3 (12:53):
But you ever go like day without wearing makeup?

Speaker 5 (12:55):
No?

Speaker 4 (12:56):
I mean yes, on the weekends at home, I go
without makeup sometimes.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
And her porcelain skins beautiful.

Speaker 7 (13:01):
Shame well, Teresa writes on our Facebook page. For my
first job as a CNA, I worked with chemo patients
and wasn't allowed to wear makeup or perfume because some
of my patients have reactions to them. Now I'm at
a job where I can wear makeup, but I don't
because I'm comfortable with it.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
Nice.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Look.

Speaker 4 (13:17):
That's the thing. I'm not pro makeup or pro no makeup.
I'm pro whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
Whatever.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
However, whatever you can do to make you happier with you,
you should do that, right, little doctor Seuss for you,
Thank you Teresa for reaching out.

Speaker 3 (13:33):
We love hearing from you.

Speaker 5 (13:35):
Up next, Jody's got the Hollywood outside.

Speaker 4 (13:37):
And we've got your Super Bowl national anthem singer. It's
been confirmed. We'll tell you about him next.

Speaker 5 (13:45):
Jody's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 4 (13:47):
Now that we know who's playing in the Super Bowl,
Patriots and Falcons, Yeah, we now have some would you
watch any those games?

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Sam Non didn't, but I was kind of bombed. I
was helping for like a good old classic Packer Steelers
kind of super.

Speaker 4 (14:01):
That's classic from from you know, I guess when you
were growing up. But this is classic for now the Patriots. Patriots. Absolutely,
it feels like every time you blink they're in the
Super Bowl again. So anyway, now that we know who's
playing February fifth, we've also had our national anthem singer.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
Cover wondering when they were gonna announce that.

Speaker 4 (14:19):
Remember, okay, well, Lady Gaga is our halftime performer. Lady
Gaga saying the national anthem last year, if you recall,
I thought she did a really really nice job bring
in some country to the stage. For this, It's going
to be Luke Bryan, who has done the national anthem
at other events.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
Here's a recent bit of him, a little slower version there.

Speaker 4 (14:51):
Yeah, his fan base the only thing that I can
see he'll do a great job. Oh yeah, afterward, his
fan base will want more because he's the kind of
reformer that he just goes all night and it's a party,
and this is a more serious moment.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
This is a serious job.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
The whole magazine asked him, are you nervous, are you excited?

Speaker 3 (15:12):
And is it challenging? He says, yes, it's challenging to seeing.

Speaker 7 (15:15):
Yes, it's nerve wracking to think about singing this the
national anthem on that stage.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
It doesn't get any bigger than that. But he wants
to do it.

Speaker 4 (15:22):
He's nervous to do it, and it's a little chance
to serve his country, so he's excited.

Speaker 8 (15:25):
To do it.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Carey to do that?

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Oh stop? Okay.

Speaker 4 (15:31):
I also want to let you know from the weekend
box office, m Night Shyamalan, everybody's talking about this movie.
His latest psychological thriller was number one, and apparently the
ending had people coming out of their seats coming for you.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
And you're not gonna like it.

Speaker 5 (15:50):
You guys make noither than your sleep. Tell us.

Speaker 3 (15:53):
I'm not supposed to say, but he's done awful things.
I can't psychological thrill.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
That's another emeraldmal On twist at the.

Speaker 4 (16:02):
End, apparently, And don't google it because you'll get spoilers.
And if you still want to go see it. It
was number one, made forty million dollars. Coming up in
your next Hollywood Outside of This morning at seven fifty five,
Jennifer Aniston talks coming back to TV, up to date.

Speaker 5 (16:17):
With Shdy's Hollywood Outsider, and just.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
About seven fifteen this morning, we've got the things not
to put on social media. These aren't the ones you're probably.

Speaker 4 (16:24):
All, yeah, obbys, Yeah, we're not talking politics, and we're
not talking like your bank records, but things that you
shouldn't put out there that you've never really thought of before.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
And Sam has some sort of crazy light shower going
on in his a light show. It in a shower, Yeah,
and he thinks that Jody and I should get one
of you. I really everyone should have one. So he'll
explain that in the after the show podcast today. Subscribing iTunes,
it's a place you get all sorts of exclusive things
with Murphy, Sam and Jody.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
I just want you to know, Murphy that we're not
binging Game of Thrones together anymore because you don't want
to watch it. And I knew you wouldn't. I knew
it wasn't your thing. Lords and Ladies and Dragons.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
Look it's not. It was okay getting into it. It
was very complex, but it's just too heavy and violently.

Speaker 3 (17:09):
You're not gonna hurt Game of Thrones a feelings. It
just doesn't have feelings.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Somebody crack a joke, please, I'm.

Speaker 4 (17:15):
Tyrant landas it cracks a lot of jokes, right, David Tyrian, Orian.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
Dad Dad, No jokes, Tyrian.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
And that's Peter Dinklede is so fun, great actor. But
I just couldn't get through every episode. It's like, oh
hey God, there's somebody else died. There goes another head.
There's the deal.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
I'm farther along because you only gave it the first season.
I'm in almost at the end of season two now.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
And are you serious? When are you watching this?

Speaker 5 (17:44):
Well?

Speaker 4 (17:45):
I mean the girl deserves to have a little bit
of entertainment once a day. If I'm reading a book,
I read a little every day. So if I'm binging something,
I binge a little bit every single day. I'm not
reading anything right now because I put the book down
to watch it. Anyway, two things, you would not be
on board because it is getting worse good.

Speaker 7 (18:03):
Possibly I'm telling Jody it's gonna she's only in season two,
it does get worse.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Are you serious?

Speaker 4 (18:08):
Oh my gosh, Jervis, But I'm not gonna give it up.
I want to know this story.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
I love it. I'm in.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (18:13):
The more attached you get to it, the more it's
only gonna hit you where it hurts. The other thing
I want to say is it man. I know we
like to watch stuff together and we are doing that
and we always will. But man, I like binging fast
because I do it quicker because Murphy doesn't want to
watch TV. A little bit of TV every day, but
I do so about one one episode a day is

(18:33):
what I'm hitting.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
Wow, that's actually pretty good, just like I did mad Men.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
You Ben's too fast, though, You're gonna have to go
back and do it again.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
With this show. I think I would. I'd know what
parts to close my eyes.

Speaker 7 (18:43):
So there's six seasons cent up episodes in a season,
so sixty days you're done?

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Oh baby?

Speaker 1 (18:48):
Does that mean go back to the very beginning where
everyone's alive again?

Speaker 5 (18:53):
Coming up with Murphy's Sam and Jody.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
It's just after seven o'clock and already I've gotten a
panic phone call from my son Jackson this morning. It's
really Sam yeah, it's kind of my fault too. I'll
tell you why it.

Speaker 4 (19:03):
Coming up next, though, the three things that no one,
not just kids, but no one grown adults should put
out there in social media.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
Sam has more Super Bowl commercial previews coming up in
the next half hour.

Speaker 4 (19:17):
It's cool, all right, let's talk about the things you
should not put out into the world via social media.
And you especially will like this, Murphy. This is not
the typical no dah things that we taching our children.

Speaker 1 (19:28):
Like don't screenshot your credit card or.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
Your first paycheck.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
There was actually a scandal about that where there were
people young people who were taking picture of the first paycheck,
Oh my first paye A hashtagged it, and it's like,
there's your check with your information and you got you
got identity thieved or whatever because of it. For your
own safety, you don't put your local I don't like
the location thing. Necessarily that's up to you, but you know,
you certainly teach your children that not location, not vital information.

Speaker 3 (19:56):
Things like that to be said for privacy.

Speaker 1 (20:00):
Location services oft you know find me no, I mean,
but those things that I post, I don't want my
location automatically generated for me, right, you.

Speaker 2 (20:09):
Know, yeah, you're right, it's okay. Your location services on
they'll be here soon.

Speaker 3 (20:17):
Got some bad news and I'm just laughing at who
he is. I mean, Murphy, you know who he is.

Speaker 4 (20:23):
Mister Safety is the nickname because he's overly worried about everything.
But you know, so you know how it distracted he
gets anyway, Okay. Three things not to post on social media.
And the reason you will like this, especially, mister Safety,
is because it's about your career and who you are,
meaning you know, for success in life. Three things not

(20:44):
to post specifics of your love life. If you are
in love and you're getting married and you have a beautiful,
cute couple picture together, yes post it.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
But we had a faint last night about me, Pete.
Grownuts don't do that.

Speaker 4 (20:57):
I guess if you're going through a bad time and
you a horrible fight, you don't. Grown ups don't do that.
It says a lot about you to refrain from your
own personal drama. That's not where it belongs.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
Because professionally somebody may look at that and go oooh.

Speaker 4 (21:11):
I think also personally it speaks volumes about you. That's
something that I think, you know, kids should learn. But
the second thing is your salary or what you make
or don't make. You know your money, your financial is
is private.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
Yeah, that's going to be private, should be.

Speaker 7 (21:27):
It is no dub.

Speaker 4 (21:28):
But in this age where kids are growing up in
social media as a norm, they don't I don't think
there's a certain they don't know that. And the last
one is this is also definitely career ish your next move.
Don't post things about your next move.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
If you boss.

Speaker 4 (21:43):
Well, yeah, if you have a big thing on the horizon,
wait until it's there time to move on from this
place before boasting and posting.

Speaker 5 (21:51):
Coming up with Murphy's Sam, you.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
Got to tell you about the panic call I got
from actually a panic conference call from my son Jackson
I got about a half hour ago.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
Oh no, And because Mondays are so hectic and crazy,
we know that it's probably easier sometimes you're listening to
your own schedule. So subscribe to Murphy Samon Judny podcast.
Not only can you catch everything you missed, but there
are also exclusive things that you will get only on
the podcast when you subscribe.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
I gotta tell you about a panic phone call I
got from my son Jackson about a half hour Agoh.

Speaker 3 (22:20):
Wait, wait, Sam, what great is he in? He's in
eighth Oh wow, okay, yes, eight, and you.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Know he lives with his mom and every now and
then he stays with me overnight before going to school.
And since I'm here, he's thirteen, he's you know, old
enough to be able to get it together. Still a
little panic on my part, like is he gonna do
it today?

Speaker 5 (22:41):
Right?

Speaker 2 (22:41):
I set extra alarm clocks. We make sure all that happens.
There's no way that you can't do it for him forever. No, yeah,
And so I get the phone call. I answered the
phone call. Not only is it Jackson on the phone,
but it's his mother as well. Jackson his conference called us.
Oh real panic time. He is woken up and his
book sacked. You know, it's sitting there on the ground
next to the kitchen table. Well, Gus has decided, hey,

(23:03):
this looks like a good place to pee.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Yes, oh really.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
Can't leave school stuff on the ground at my house either.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
It's never happened, saying, so Gus relieved himself. And Jackson's
in a panic because I mean, I don't want to
go to school smelling like dog pee truth, you know.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
And what teacher is going to believe if that's the
reason he doesn't have his homework. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
and hearing that one for thirty years. No, I swear smell.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
So you know, his mom is like, well, look, I
can maybe swing by and get you another. And I
was like, wait, I've got like three or four book
sacks in a closet.

Speaker 4 (23:37):
Yeah, you know exactly where they are saying. Yeah, and
it's like it's not his team book sack that he
likes to have. Well, you know, it's not Pete On,
it's not.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
The Hannah Montana book sack or anything at least, so
it's just like going there, there's two or three fine
one you like, And of course he's getting while he's
on the phone, and he's complaining because it's too big,
and it's like it's not smell, you know.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
It's like, wait, daddy, it says saved.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
By the bell. Wait, nothing leaked into well no, that's
what I told him, Max, I said, get out there,
get a towel and maar it out. Take everything out,
make sure nothing's wet inside hopefully it's just on the ground.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Or use Jody's solution to everything. Life's all disinfected.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Wies I said, and I told him, I said, if
something does and he goes, well, then the books are
going to think. I was like, well, I've got lights
all under the sink, and I've got the wipes under
the sink. I said, wipe it down. You should be
good to go and everything. And he gradually started to
calm down.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
Good.

Speaker 3 (24:30):
Well, that's a good way for him to learn it.
You didn't do it for him, but you guided him
through it.

Speaker 4 (24:34):
Man.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
And you know, and I would say that merits a
conference call.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
Yeah, of you coming up next with Murphy's Sam and Jody.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
So I'm super Bowl Sponsors pulling out the big guns
as in Justin Timberlake and Melissa McCarthy. Wow, tell you
what they're doing for the game.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
Can we're back to Roman numerals again this year with
the Super Bowl fifty one?

Speaker 3 (24:55):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (24:56):
Yeah, I'm trying to round up all the commercials we
can for you, but for the big Game. In two
weeks found out that Justin Timberlake is going to be
starring in a commercial.

Speaker 3 (25:08):
Well I even remember what he's promoting.

Speaker 2 (25:10):
Likely not it's for by Beverages v A. I. I
think that's how you and I've had there it's like
a water with very lightly fruity. I had a BlackBerry
one once, really good. Nice thanks justin Anyway, he's apparently
has been involved in the whole development of the commercial
and invested some money in Timber Bye Bye Bye. I

(25:33):
think we should just shut up and leave now.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
I think that was it right there.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
I think just decoded it.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
I agree.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
I thought you knew. I thought you had this scoop
on the commercials.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
What I'm asking even better if you got the rest
of the gang to john him on high Okay. Also
found out Melissa McCarthy is going to be doing commercials
for Kia. She's done a couple o fifteen second commercials.

Speaker 4 (25:52):
Can you find out that the Kia Nero gets over
forty MPG combined and is loaded with smart technology.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
It's a hybrid. She's done a couple of little short commercials,
but this is gonna be a ninety second one that
she's going to do for them during the big games.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
She's really funny.

Speaker 2 (26:06):
They've got to be fun.

Speaker 3 (26:07):
That's what she brings to everything.

Speaker 2 (26:09):
The little fifteen second ones are just the car driving
around and her nar rating over. So I'm hoping that
somehow they work her, you know her character, and Hyundai's
doing something really cool. It's gonna be the first commercial
you see after the game. It's it's gonna be a
commercial that's made during the game. Director Peter Berg, who's
done recently Patriots Day and The Deep Water Horizones. He

(26:31):
is shooting it, editing it, directing it all during the
game and it's going to be some of the best
off the field super Bowl moments. That's all he's saying
right now.

Speaker 3 (26:39):
I like that idea.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
They're putting it together as the game goes on, and
so as soon as the game ends, before the trophy presentation.

Speaker 3 (26:46):
I'm always running behind the scenes.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
You're going to see what happened during the game that
you didn't know about that this guy put together. And
it's a Hyundai commercial.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
Cool.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
I don't know how it worked, the Hundai in there,
but somehow they will A little Sponsored by Least Okay Cool.

Speaker 5 (27:00):
Eight seven seven three one oh four six seven five.

Speaker 4 (27:04):
We do love to hear from you, Kristen. You're up
next on your way to school. Thanks for hanging out
with us. We love having you along. It's our favorite part.
So give us a call or text anytime to eight
seven seven three one.

Speaker 3 (27:17):
Oh for ms J.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
How are you, Kristen?

Speaker 8 (27:21):
We're doing I'm doing well?

Speaker 1 (27:22):
How are you?

Speaker 3 (27:23):
Sweet?

Speaker 5 (27:24):
Good?

Speaker 3 (27:24):
What's going on?

Speaker 8 (27:25):
I'm just only way to take my daughter to school?

Speaker 5 (27:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (27:29):
How old is your daughter?

Speaker 8 (27:30):
She is she'll be to February first.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
Oh that's a sweet age. Oh my gosh.

Speaker 8 (27:36):
She was born deaf in both years really, and so
whenever she was eight months old, we had her first
cochlear implant surgery. Oh yeah, and whenever she was thirteen
months old she had her second one. And now she's
she has to beats therapy school every day and she's
learning to talk and she's hearing exactly how everyone hears now, right,

(27:56):
So she's doing really well.

Speaker 3 (27:58):
How was that for her? The first time she really
started to hear things?

Speaker 8 (28:03):
I think if you was just she wasn't scared. They
told us that she may be scared, but she wasn't scared.
She was just kind of like it's kind of looks shocked, like, right,
what is this? I don't know what this is? And
of course she didn't know her name the first time
she heard it, but I mean now she responds to
her name. She she says mam and dad I mean
she's she's over one hundred and fifty words.

Speaker 3 (28:21):
Oh whoa what will her? What will her?

Speaker 4 (28:24):
Will her life be different with these than other kids
who don't have these? If she can hear everything, I mean,
will it be doff?

Speaker 8 (28:30):
So they're planning it on. That's what the school is
to help her for. They're planning on her going to
a normal pre K class whenever she turns four.

Speaker 3 (28:38):
That is so sad.

Speaker 8 (28:39):
Just a really intense program to help her with speech. Yeah,
and she should live a normal life. That's awesome, a
normal hearing person would.

Speaker 7 (28:47):
So have you finally been able to kind of exhale
and go, okay, it's going to be okay.

Speaker 8 (28:51):
Yes, I'm finally starting to see light at the end
of the tunnel. It's been a very long journey, very long.
They're definitely so hard day. Yeah, yeah, but we've been
very blessed.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
Yeah, bless you goes. So does she like to listen
to music? What does she like to listen to?

Speaker 5 (29:07):
Oh?

Speaker 8 (29:07):
Yes, we listen to here all every morning. I turned
around the back and she's got her head jam and
her lips poked out.

Speaker 3 (29:15):
Sweet. What's her name?

Speaker 8 (29:16):
Caroline?

Speaker 4 (29:17):
Caroline? Well, good morning, up to both of you. Thank
you for listening. We appreciate you so much.

Speaker 8 (29:22):
All right, we appreciate you.

Speaker 3 (29:24):
Thank you call us anytime let us know how she's doing,
and you sure will.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Okay, thanks Kristin, And you know, Jody, that's like a
good thing story, right, Yeah, that's the most uplifting thing
I think you've heard all this.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
She love knowing that you guys are listening and she's
able to do that. Eight seven seven three one oh
four m s. J You made our morning. Next, Jody's
got the Hollywood Outsider, how win and where Wayne's world
is coming back to us?

Speaker 2 (29:49):
Excellent?

Speaker 3 (29:50):
And Jennifer Aniston talks coming back to TV.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
Jody's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
I love this story and get a chance to get
to it the other days if we were telling you
about the NBC Will and Grace reboot that's happening later
this year. But Jennifer Aniston was talking about coming back
to TV. So what she had to say is she's
very comfortable at home on the small screen. She loves
television today. In fact, it's gotten better, she said, I
thought about it a lot. That's where the work is

(30:20):
and that's where the quality is. So at this point
in her career. She doesn't want to travel and do
films and little small roles. She would rather be at
home with her husband and would love to work on
a quality TV show again with.

Speaker 2 (30:32):
Some of her friends.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
No, I mean, wouldn't she always be Rachel Green?

Speaker 6 (30:36):
Though it took two people to break up this relationship. Yeah,
you and that girl from the copy place, which yesterday
you took full responsibility for. I didn't know what I
was taking responsibility for. Okay, I didn't finish the whole letter.
What I fell asleep, you fell asleep.

Speaker 4 (30:55):
She just doesn't want it to be a hassle. She'd
want it to be a really good experience. You know,
a lot of times we're working on something like this.
That's the part of Hollywood you don't hear about about
what a difficult experience. It can be a high stress
and it's not good. She would want it to be
a good experience. She wouldn't care if it was Netflix
or Amazon. She feels like it's all the same. She says,
everything she's seen on TV is good boy.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
In her opinion.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
When you hear behind the scenes about most TV shows,
you talk about like fourteen hour days, sixteen hour days
of shooting.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
You know what I mean, Really, you gotta really want
to be there and just forsake everything else personal in
your life. That's why people get together on the sets,
because they're spending all their time together.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
She hasn't had a good movie though, either, since she
left Ashley.

Speaker 4 (31:31):
Well, no, no, she said, some critically acclaimed movies, a
very serious drama called Cake.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
But that's not something you would watch, Sam, so you
don't know about it. And I never really gave.

Speaker 1 (31:39):
You're watching an office party instead.

Speaker 4 (31:42):
She was in our office, all right, speaking of movies
we love. Returning to cinemas in February for the twenty
fifth anniversary, it is Wayne's World?

Speaker 5 (31:53):
Really, are you through yet? Because I'm getting tired of
holding this? Sure, that's what she said.

Speaker 4 (32:02):
I remember exactly where I was the first time I
ever saw that skit on SNL and we died laughing,
and we could not wait. We were watching SNL hoping
they would do Wayne's World every single week.

Speaker 1 (32:14):
And Dana Carvey say that strained his mouth to do
that too.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
Yes, it hurt, and you can imagine how it hurt
him to do it, especially when they were filming the movie.
So anyway, it's the twenty fifth anniversary, and they're going
to screen it in cinema select cinemas around the country
February seventh and eighth for that anniversary.

Speaker 5 (32:31):
Up to date with Jony's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 4 (32:34):
Coming up in Your Next Outsider. At eight thirty this morning,
Luke Bryan confirmed as our Super Bowl national anthem singer
this time. Find out why he said yes before they
could even finish asking him.

Speaker 1 (32:46):
Hope, it's great Monday for you. If there's anything you miss,
subscribe to the Murphy, Sam and Jony podcast on iTunes.
That way you catch everything, including exclusive things that you
won't hear here.

Speaker 3 (32:55):
Yeah, why Sam is taking extra long showers these days?

Speaker 1 (32:57):
Well, but dectually is a new gadget that he sings.
This is so cool. Jody and I need to get
one too, apparently, so we'll cover that after the show.
In today's podcast, we'll.

Speaker 4 (33:05):
See I got a text from our teenager this morning
that made me smile and made me laugh. I was
running a little bit late this morning, and I don't
like to be late, so I just I couldn't find
my wedding ring, so I'm not wearing my ring today.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
And and your wedding band and your engagement ring are
two separate pieces.

Speaker 3 (33:20):
They're really I never had them put together or whatever
do I have to I don't think that's.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
Interesting because Keith Urban stopping by later today, don't have
your wedding ring on.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Anyway.

Speaker 4 (33:32):
She sent me just a picture of her holding the
ring and the text that she sent us. I think
you forgot something important. And that's funny to me, just
because she Taylor, you know, she just Rea. She watches
us very closely, and she just recently the other day
said something to me. We were talking about, you know,

(33:53):
some of her friends and some of the things that
they go through and deal with in their families. And
then she said, you know, you and Daddy seem to
have a really good relationship.

Speaker 3 (34:02):
And I said, yeah, we do.

Speaker 4 (34:03):
She says, even when you guys are snarky with each
other or you know, when grumpy, you really have a
good relationship. I said, yeah, you know, we really You're right,
we really, really, really really do. Then that same night
we got into a big argument.

Speaker 1 (34:16):
You know, she sent me a text of the same thing.
Just thinking over the picture. Yeah, she said to me,
your wife left her wedding ring at home. Anyway.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
I just thought that was too cha.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
It's cute coming over less than fifteen minutes. We're gonna
hear from you and our Facebook page, or from our
Facebook page and the producer's mail bag.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (34:37):
Some clarification on why moms and dads and grandparents even
when you start calling the names of your kids, you
mix up the names.

Speaker 3 (34:45):
It's actually a sweet reason.

Speaker 2 (34:46):
And Music News on the way next got one of
our favorite groups back together with a new song. I'm
going to play the song. You have to figure out
who the group.

Speaker 4 (34:53):
Is that.

Speaker 5 (34:57):
Sam's got Music News the group.

Speaker 2 (34:59):
That's us been separated for a couple of years. Not
any animosity, gets just everybody in the gang wanted to
take a break do their solo stuff. They're back together now.
They have a new album coming out June the ninth,
called Heartbreak, and they have a new song out right now.
So I'm gonna play the song. You can guess who
the artist is.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
Joney's usually really good at this.

Speaker 3 (35:30):
Well, give me a second.

Speaker 1 (35:35):
Good song.

Speaker 2 (35:38):
Yeah, that gave it away when she started saying on Hillary.

Speaker 5 (35:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (35:41):
Yeah. The song is called you Look Good. It's out now.
The album is Heartbreak June ninth, and then they will
be going on tour in May around the country. Tickets
will go on sale this Friday. Kind of a different
sound for him, huh.

Speaker 4 (35:52):
Right, it seemed a little edgier, and I like that
they can do anything. They're a great trio.

Speaker 2 (35:57):
Murphy, You're gonna like this when Paul McCartney is now
suing to get his early Beatles songs back in his
own possession.

Speaker 1 (36:06):
So what happened?

Speaker 2 (36:08):
Okay, Well, these are songs a little brief history. These
are songs back in the early days. The way it
worked is like he and John would write songs and
then you'd sell them to publishing companies or whoever, and
the publishing companies would make all the profits off of
it and the royalties, and so you gave up your songs.
Well along the line, somewhere Michael Jackson was able to
come up with these songs.

Speaker 4 (36:28):
He died.

Speaker 7 (36:28):
Wait, didn't Paul McCartney say, get into publishing, and so
you are getting into buyings.

Speaker 2 (36:32):
And man, he bought them and his estate sold them
to Sony Music. Now there's a copyright law and I
didn't know this, and this is really cool that if
you transferred the rights and your interest before nineteen seventy eight.
After fifty six years, you can write the company that
has the rights and say I want my rights back,
and legally they got to give them to you. Really,
So if you go back fifty six years, nineteen six,

(36:55):
he's looking to do this in twenty eighteen, fifty six
years is nineteen sixty two. John, we're writing songs, yea.
So he can like basically every year get a few
more songs and a few more songs.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (37:06):
So he's already his lawyers have already notified Sony next
year on this day. I think it's in October. Yeah,
I want back, I want these songs back. And of
course Sony's like, yeah, no, no, no, slow down, we
don't have to be so rash about this doing mister.

Speaker 4 (37:18):
Mc surprise, he's waited and done it the legit way
instead of trying to counter or buy him back.

Speaker 3 (37:24):
Yeah, I'm surprised.

Speaker 2 (37:25):
I don't know if he's talked to Yoko about her
getting Lennon songs back.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
Or not, or how that's going to work, or even
if Yoko's returning to his calls.

Speaker 3 (37:32):
Yeah, or he even wants to talk to Yoga.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
So we'll see how that works. Out next year, but
that would be pretty cool.

Speaker 5 (37:37):
Murphy sim and Jody music news coming up next.

Speaker 3 (37:40):
Our favorite thing is to hear from you.

Speaker 4 (37:41):
We're gonna dig into our producer's mail back or some
mail bag for some Facebook questions.

Speaker 1 (37:47):
Guys, you can call her text eight seven seven three
one oh four MSJ. You can facebook us, be sure
to like us today and just another way to follow
what's going on.

Speaker 5 (37:59):
It's for the producer's nail day, David.

Speaker 3 (38:02):
What's in your bag today?

Speaker 7 (38:03):
We received a text to eight seven seven three one
oh four six seven five. They didn't leave their name,
but they left a question and it reads you were
saying on your show something about saying the wrong child's name. Yeah,
you gave the reason we do this, and I missed
what you said. I'm very curious. Could you please please
explain again, Jody.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
Okay, this was fascinating to me because all parents do this.
I only have two kids. We have two kids, Taylor
and Phoebe.

Speaker 1 (38:30):
Should be easy enough to keep tracking who they have.

Speaker 4 (38:32):
Ton of dogs though, too so when it's time to
call people to like the table, for example, like please,
I shopped for this, I prepared it, it's ready, Please
come eat and I start saying names, and I will
say the wrong name, or I will say Taylor when
I'm speaking to Phoebe. And it makes you feel dumb.
It makes you feel like you're losing your mind. It
happens to everybody. And they say science tells us that

(38:55):
you your mind groups people. You group people all together.
And when it's family like that, and youre are people
that you spend a lot of time with, it's because
you love them. You group people that you love together,
you group people that are in your tribe together. So
it's actually pop. So kids, when your parents do that,
our grandparents do that to you. It's not that you're

(39:17):
not important. That other person is more important. It's just
the way the brain.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Yeah, and just keep track of it though. Make sure
that the other names they're using are people in the family.
Yeah it's a random person down the street.

Speaker 1 (39:28):
Because if that's somebody that you love, yeah, that's really.

Speaker 3 (39:32):
Going on here, Dad. Way, that's the reason to answer
that text.

Speaker 1 (39:36):
Thank you for the text.

Speaker 7 (39:37):
All right, let's talk about makeup always. I'm out, all right,
So the guys, I don't think we need to talk
about this. I mean, if you do, that's a whole
other situation. But Jody, you wear makeup every day like
you have to wear makeup?

Speaker 8 (39:47):
Right?

Speaker 3 (39:48):
I do love makeup, Okay, you ever overdo it?

Speaker 5 (39:51):
No?

Speaker 3 (39:51):
But you ever go like day without wearing makeup?

Speaker 5 (39:53):
No?

Speaker 3 (39:54):
I mean yes, on the weekends at home, I go
without makeup sometimes, and.

Speaker 1 (39:57):
Her porcelain skin is beautiful.

Speaker 3 (39:58):
The same well rites on our Facebook page.

Speaker 7 (40:01):
For my first job as a CNA, I worked with
chemo patients and wasn't allowed to wear makeup or perfume
because some of my patients have reactions to him. Now
I'm at a job where I can wear makeup, but
I don't because I'm comfortable with it.

Speaker 3 (40:14):
Nice look.

Speaker 4 (40:15):
That's the thing. I'm not pro makeup or pro no makeup.
I'm pro whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
Whatever.

Speaker 4 (40:22):
However, whatever you can do to make you happier with you,
you should do that, right, little doctor Seuss for you.

Speaker 3 (40:30):
Thank you Teresa for reaching out. We love hearing from you.

Speaker 5 (40:32):
J Next, Jody's got the Hollywood outsider.

Speaker 4 (40:35):
Luke Bryan has been confirmed as the Super Bowl fifty
one national anthem singer, and of course we have a
little sample of him doing the national anthem for you.

Speaker 5 (40:44):
Next, Jody's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 4 (40:48):
Country singer Luke Bryan is confirmed as our super Bowl
National Anthem singer, this time coming up on February the
fourth for Super Bowl fifty one off you.

Speaker 2 (40:58):
Court, February fifth. What did I say, February fourth?

Speaker 3 (41:01):
February fifth, I'm sorry fourth.

Speaker 2 (41:03):
You canut out on fourth.

Speaker 8 (41:05):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (41:05):
Anyway, here's the deal. Of course, he's a singer. He
has done this before recently at a stadium.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
Here you go.

Speaker 3 (41:23):
It sounds good, sounds nice, has his little bit of
twang like in that a lot. He told People Magazine.
Yes he's excited.

Speaker 4 (41:30):
Yes it's a challenging song, and yes it'll be nerve racking,
but he feels like it's his chance, his way of
honoring his country.

Speaker 3 (41:37):
He'll be the first male to sing it since two
thousand and seven.

Speaker 4 (41:40):
Billy Joel at the Super Bowl on the fifth of February.

Speaker 5 (41:45):
Up to date with Shoney's Hollywood Outsider, Sam always finds
the new eats. He's the food.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
Yeah. So wrapped up in the inauguration, we missed the
big fast food news.

Speaker 3 (41:57):
Wait I know it.

Speaker 1 (41:58):
Wait there was fast food news on f Yeah.

Speaker 4 (42:01):
Yes, McDonald's started serving the little Bitty.

Speaker 2 (42:05):
Max, Yeah, the Grand Max and the Mac Juniors.

Speaker 3 (42:07):
So there are three sizes now, regular size.

Speaker 2 (42:11):
The Grand Mac is about sixty percent larger. Still it's
too it's like it's like a combining here, a whopper,
the whopper meat. You know you're allowed to it's like
two of those.

Speaker 4 (42:21):
Now.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
The Mac Junior is just one piece of meat, but
it's still good with the sauces. Sauce and the lettuce.
Cheese is what makes it special, right, So those are
now available at McDonald's. Tago Bell on Thursday is unveiling
and we've heard about this one for a few weeks.
The Naked Chicken Chiloopa. Oh yeah, I know what that
sounds like. But it's a four ounce breaded piece of
white chicken meat.

Speaker 3 (42:40):
And it's not chicken. It's not naked. If it's breaded, it's.

Speaker 2 (42:43):
A shaped into a taco shell and inside you got
the shirt, the tomatoes, the lettuce, the cheese, and the
avocado ranch sauce. Yeah, so it's a chick chicken taco shell.

Speaker 1 (42:52):
You know, it sounds good to me. The name of
it also sounds like a dance.

Speaker 3 (42:56):
Yeah, but the naked chicken.

Speaker 5 (42:57):
What.

Speaker 2 (42:59):
Naked chicken deck.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Everybody on the day.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
See it is a good time to be here in America.

Speaker 3 (43:04):

can tell you why.

Speaker 4 (43:09):
The new M Night Shyamalan movie that was number one

world's attention again with another psychological thriller. We're going to

modern day musical La La Land this week, and.

Speaker 3 (43:30):
You think you're running into each other.

Speaker 1 (43:32):
Maybe it means no doubt it.

Speaker 5 (43:34):
Maybe I'm not good enough, Maybe I'm not.

Speaker 3 (43:36):
It's like a pipe dream.

Speaker 4 (43:38):
It's like you're watching a classic, an old classic, except
it said in modern la. I thought it was really
fabulous and I loved the ending. A lot of people
don't love the ending.

Speaker 8 (43:49):
But I did.

Speaker 5 (43:51):
So.

Speaker 3 (43:52):
Yeah, you would.

Speaker 4 (43:53):
You gotta know, though, two hours and seven minutes, you're
in it, You know what I mean, you gotta be
in it.

Speaker 3 (43:58):
I thought it too long. It wasn't too long, but
it's long. Yeah, I feel you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (44:03):
The next one we're doing as a family is Hidden Figures,
and I've heard it so inspiring and I cannot wait.
You know, I love Octavia Octavia, she is my favorite actress.
Just call her by her first name. But let's tell
you about the M Night Shyamalan movie. It was number

guy with like twenty four personalities Split get it personalities,
