Speaker 1 (00:03):
We're deepening now in summer that is yea, and some
other things, a lot of summer vacations. You know, We've
had some friends that have already taken their summer vacation.
I'm like, wow, man, then what do you have to
look forward to the rest of the summer if you've
already done it?

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Well, that's what worked out for them.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
It was just the best arguing with that, right, my
might squeeze in a few more days later, right.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
So yeah, so best summer vacation ever? And why was
it so great? Most of the time it's about your
family stories and not about a destination. I love that. Yeah,
so we do want to hear from you on that
again later this morning.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Yeah, you can post on our Facebook page or give
us a call at eight seven seven three one oh
four ms. J.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Sam Murphy and I have been binging The Sopranos ten
years late. We are loving it. I love Tony Soprano
like crazy.

Speaker 4 (00:46):
However, only two episodes left.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
Oh my gosh, I am so ready for this to
be over. I've when I love a show, when you
get towards the end of it, you're you don't you
know you're about to have to let it go, and
it's not going to be in your life anymore. But
I am so ready for it to be over. You
ever feel like that?

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Why though?

Speaker 2 (01:04):
He is killing me right now?

Speaker 1 (01:06):
That's why it's the way I keep building up the
suspense the last couple of episodes.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
He's just it's so dark right now. I want to know.
I have to know two more episodes to go, but
I'm ready for it to lighten up.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
In reality, didn't the series end in two thousand and seven.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
It's been ten years, right.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Yeah, this is a show ended and you two don't
remember how it ended, right.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
I remember hearing I remember.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Hearing basic parts. But I mean when I tell you
I haven't googled a thing, I haven't googled anything.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Jody acted that a little spoiler, unfortunately, Well.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
Think about the stuff I have to dig into for,
like the Hollywood Outsider. In fact, there's there's Sopranos news
from HBO coming up in our first Hollywood outside of
this morning. So really they're talking about Sopranos stuff, and
I'm having the State around the edges of it so
that I don't get a spoiler. How do you like that?

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Well, and you know they're not trying to bring it
bring some versions of the back. I don't know if
you can bring it back without James Gandolphe.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
I have news on it, That's all I'm gonna say.
And I'll give you a little bit of that coming.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
You better get moving because you still got to get
through bloodline.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
We've got bloodline that we've got our call, Saul.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Last episode was last night.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Your bloodline might be too serious after the Sopranos. I'm serious.
It is so dark right now. I may need to
lighten up. So anyway, we'll see coming up next in
your first Hollywood Outsider of the morning, not just that
Sopranos little nugget we're getting from HBO and what that
is exactly, but also how Robin Williams will be a
part of the new Jumanji movie that's next.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Getting a whole lot of feedback on the rat video
that I posted, you know when I had to release
the first one.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
You're so cute in that video. It is too cute, Murphy.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
There's an update though, of what the standing is with
the traps currently. Oh, I got.

Speaker 5 (02:48):
That coming up Judy's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
You guys know we're getting Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle
in December, and it's a sequel to Jumanji.

Speaker 5 (02:59):
Each make You Sneeze, Makey Doo Witch.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
I never saw this original much loved movie from a
movie nineteen ninety five. Of course, starring Robin Williams. It's
getting the reworking and it's actually a sequel. It's actually
not just the same story reworked. Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle.
We'll have it in December, starring the Rock, Dwayne the
Rock Johnson, also Jack Black, and they've been doing some

(03:25):
you know, press on it, and Jack Black said that
Robin Williams sort of is a part they're gonna pay.
They're gonna honor him in this movie by when they
they actually get to go into the jungle in this movie,
so you get actual jungle stuff in the Jumanji Jungle.
But that's cool and that's a way to honor him
because so many people thought there is no Jumanji without

(03:46):
Robin Williams. Even Dayne the Rock Johnson said that we're
going to do it justice or we're not going to
do it. So if you love the first one that
kid inside of you might want to check this one
out in December. It's not just done. The Rock Johnson,
you know that. I'm Kevin Hart is in this one.
Nick Jonas is in this one too. It's a big and.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
The Rock is doing two Jungle movies back to back because.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Juggle Cruise, Yes, and we like it already had the
costume right, save a little money over at Disney, right, Okay.
I also have some sopranos news, which is crazy, right,
So I've.

Speaker 5 (04:19):
Come back for help. Don't look at that as a defeat.
She's part of that generation that grew up during the depression.
But the depression I heard was a trip to six Flags.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Hey, I'm gonna miss him so much. We're two minutes,
i mean, two episodes away from finishing. But the reason
it keeps popping up in you know, pop culture right
now is it's been the ten year anniversary recently. Murphy
and I just happened to be ten years late watching this.
The creator did a story just the other day and
here's the headline. A prequel might work. HBO has poken

(04:52):
around for years going is there any offshoot? Is there
any side story we could do? And he said he
never wanted to revisit it, and then today like.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
Could do and Jor and those guys as Jenny interesting.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Wouldn't you love that? I think I would. But that's
all I know because I was refused to dig into
the story because I didn't want to spoiler up to
date with Judy's Hollywood.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
Guess what's still sitting in the carport? Untouched? Sam dead rats?
No at the table that Judy was working on for me.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
Have a solution, though, I need to put an end
to this tragedy. Tell you about it next.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
What was your best summer vacation and why? I would
love to know from you?

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Eight seven seven three one oh for msj Or post
it on our Facebook page.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Okay, Murph, you know I have this little table in
the carport and a big one. The big table belongs
to my mother and the little table I bought for
her as a practice run for me to.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
Paint experimental table for distressing and painting.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Y gosh, I thought I wanted to do this.

Speaker 3 (05:50):
Sounds like you're distressing.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Isn't it just as important to know what you don't
to admit that something that's not for you? Right?

Speaker 3 (06:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (06:01):
You don't?

Speaker 3 (06:01):
You know your limits are?

Speaker 2 (06:02):
You have to be good at everything? Everything is not
for you. That's not realistic.

Speaker 4 (06:07):
What have you decided? Are you done with that?

Speaker 2 (06:09):
I did one coat on this practice table, and I
don't like doing it, and I'm not good at it.
I don't think I could be calm, but I don't
want to.

Speaker 4 (06:19):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
So now I see that she actually did a better
job than she thinks she did. Sam, But I was
thinking about that as I was taking the trash out
last night, no joke. I walked past the table and
I think to myself, said, you know, it's interesting to
me that Jody kind of threw in the towel on this.

Speaker 4 (06:34):
But I'm glad you at least tried it. At least
you tried it.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
And it's like, Okay, this isn't for me, and you're
gonna move on before you destroy your mom's stable.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Yeah. Look, I'm a creative person. It just happens to be.
It's that's not where I want to be creative. I
didn't know that until trying it.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
So what are you going to do?

Speaker 2 (06:51):
I have a friend who does this well and loves
to do it, and she does not She doesn't charge
very much, and she probably charged me less.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Still, we found a way for this to cost more money.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Now, seriously, I think I'm gonna have someone else do
it for her. She really, my mom really wants this
table to be redone and distressed and that really cool look.
She's been sending me pictures. Now, I just have to
break it to my mom.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
Has she bought it? Has been asking you where?

Speaker 2 (07:19):
No, because she's not even moved into her house yet.
It's not completely done yet. And you know what, her
attitude about it has been great. When I first told
her I wanted to try this, she was like, it'll
be fine, and if we don't like the way it looks,
well just put a tablecloth over it. I thought that
was a very healthy, wonderful attitude about it. So there's
absolutely really no pressure on me for this, which feels nice.
Thank you, mom.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Well that's the only reas does a tablecloth? How much
could that cost versus your friend to do it?

Speaker 3 (07:43):
You know, I don't, Well, I waste money. I'm not
getting a distressed this tablecloth.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
It No, she wants a distressed table I'm gonna do
what I can to make that happen. So throwing in
the towel and I have all this paint.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
What about the practice table.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
It's my mom's. She can have it. I'm going to
finish it.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
Really are getting rid of it all?

Speaker 2 (08:01):
I'm going to finish it. Why waste my time?

Speaker 5 (08:03):
Right? Coming up next with Murphy's Sam and Jody.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
After the video that you saw yesterday of me catching
one right of the house, yes, reset the trap. Something
else is shown up. That's next.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
In case you haven't seen the cutest thing Murphy's done
in a long time, it's the right disposal video and
it sounds gross, but it's not going.

Speaker 4 (08:22):
To say you wouldn't think that was cute.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
You know, Well, the right dance is.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
The dance was hysterical.

Speaker 4 (08:26):
Got the bag, bag it. I like the way you
work it.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
I think I was just excited that I got him
in the bag. Yeah, I didn't show anything by the way.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
See you think he weighed by the way he was fat.

Speaker 1 (08:39):
He looked fat, but it was like maybe a half pound.
It was not that I think. I know. The thing
is when you see something like that for the first
time in the trap, it always looks bigger than you.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
I don't know, it just looks huge.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
He looks fun.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
So I got rid of you know him. We caught
him pretty early on. So over the weekend, I mean
every day, I kept going out to check the traps,
even on Father's Day. What's what's weird about this, Jody,
is you know one trap is where that one was caught.
It's kind of in the corner of the carboard. The
other one, though, is right where we walk out the door, tucked.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Away and that one jump past it.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Well, that's what I'm saying. Now that we've caught one,
I do the same thing, kind of like I don't
really want to look and see if there's one in there. Yeah,
but so I checked all weekend and yesterday nothing haven't caught,
in which I'm relieved now because they're gonna come take
the trap.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
This house is clean. Yes, I'm ready for the traps
to be gone.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
So that is odd though, it's they're not multiple rats
because well everybody said they come in pairs.

Speaker 4 (09:40):
That's what everybody says, do they.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
They're always two together? I don't think.

Speaker 3 (09:43):
So we were little and we had rats. You know,
I sound so clean.

Speaker 4 (09:48):
I was gonna sorry, what in the house in the outside.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
We had a bag of dog food outside because we
had a pet pig. So that's a different story.

Speaker 6 (09:55):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (09:56):
The rats would come to the bag of dog food,
but it was always more than one rat, always like
two or three rats, and they'd come and go, and
Ron would come.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
On there like please if you see one there many more.
But I don't know for sure that that.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
Means you had an open bag of dog food.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
Yeah, couldn't the rat be a loaners who couldn't run
them off? Rats can be loaners. I'm I'm I'm ready.
I think that there's no I don't want to draw
anything else out in there. No tella. There's no tella
in the rat trap. It's going to draw something that
wasn't even ours.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
That's why they don't That's why the don't want to
leave the traps out, because you don't want to catch
something innocent. So, I mean, this could be like a
really early happy ending. I thought this thing was going
to go on for weeks.

Speaker 2 (10:34):
No way, I'm ready for that to be gone in
my carport to be clean clear.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
Think that clicks and hurts.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
We moved the dog food inside anyway, in the plastic
container inside of the note, there's no more there's no
more attraction, hopefully.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
So do you think it's too early for me to
claim a victory here, Sam, you know when when's your
guy coming two days? Okay, well that should be enough
by that man.

Speaker 5 (10:57):
Coming up next. It's the producer's mail day.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
Apparently there is more than one way to catch a rat, right, Bailey, Yeah,
you can do it without traps. Excellent. We'd love to
hear from you. Join us anytime and jump in on
the conversation at eight seven seven three one zero four
six seven five, or you can reach us online on
Instagram or Facebook.

Speaker 5 (11:17):
It's done for the Producer's nailed.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Producer, Bailey, What is in your bag today? So y'all posted.

Speaker 7 (11:23):
That video the other day about Murphy catching that rat
and Missy had a comment about it.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
How you can get rid of them without traps?

Speaker 5 (11:30):
So you got to give those back.

Speaker 1 (11:31):
You got to know what all the alternatives were. We
didn't want to do poison because we've got dogs like
pesca romoded traps.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
How do you catch a rat without a trap? That
sounds like are you familiar?

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Cartoon?

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Can't I can't even imagine. I really want to think
of this. I feel like it's a game. How do
you catch a rat without a trap? I don't know?
You have an any guesses Sam.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
No, not really put the food away.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Yeah, you don't catch it that way, You just turret okay.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Boxing a stick and cheese underneath. Wait, that's in the cartoons,
the cartoons.

Speaker 7 (12:02):
Okay, okay, So miss says, yeah that I can tell
you how to get rid of them without traps and
poison that can result in sick pets and smelly walls
because gross, who wants that? Oh yeah, oh yeah, my
neighbor had them in his walls in the attic after
a flood, along with squirrels. All you have to do
is soak dish towels in pure ammonia and set them
around in the attic, in the garage and other areas

(12:24):
of possible entry like under synks and stuff. Oh, she says,
it works great. They were gone in no time. It
runs them out instead of leaving them to die inside
of your house. If you start multiplying, you'll have a
lot of problems too.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
That's so true. Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Yeah, the carport may smell like ammonia for lo wa
while we do that.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
That's harsh, but I could see that runs them out. Interesting,
and your neighbors would hate you.

Speaker 4 (12:47):
Ammonia woul run me out of the house too, you know.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Yeah, who's got the job of soaking a dish towel
in ammonia and sticking in the wall.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
If you're if that's somebody who's got a problem with
them being trapped in the walls or living in there.
These fortunately, these have been outside, you know what I mean. Well,
with the exception of my car.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
Yeah, well, the thing is too you run them off,
you take the rags out, they come back, I guess,
so the trap gets rid of it done.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
Or you know, you run them out and then you
close up any entry way, right, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
Just don't close up the entryway with peanut butter. You'll
wind up with more rats than you want.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Her ants or something like that. All right, thank you, missy.
That was a good little riddle. I know it wasn't
meant to be a riddle, right, but I love hearing
from you anytime. On our Facebook page or Murphy Samon
Jody dot com.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
Jody's got the Hollywood Outside.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
Why actor Miles Teller was arrested but then denies being arrested.

Speaker 6 (13:43):
That's next, Jody's Hollywood Outside.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
I did a weird story about actor Miles Teller, who
is really good. I felt like for a while there,
I saw him in everything. You know, a lot of
the girls were in love with him. You caught him
in that movie Whiplash, Sam, Oh, that was a great movie.

Speaker 5 (14:00):
Were you rushing or were you drinking?

Speaker 4 (14:02):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
If you've deliberately sabotaged my band, I will gut you
like a pig.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
Okay. He's really really talented, and that's why he gets
so many roles, and that's why you see him all
over the place. He was in Divergent too, right, Yes,
he was thank you for that. You don't hear this
kind of thing about him, So it's kind of strange
to me that. But on Sunday he was arrested for
public intoxication. He was in San Diego, and the California

(14:30):
police there were great to him. So he's stumbling out
onto the street about to fall over and they take
him to it and he wasn't cooperative when they started
to try to help him. Way, I guess. They take
him to a detention center, like a detox center, and like,

(14:51):
do me a favor here and let's let him sleep
this off for a few hours. Once he kind of
woke up there, he was not happy to be there,
so they said, you know what, you're out. So they
didn't want to let him do it anymore. So once
they were done with Miles, they called the cops back
and then they had to arrest him. So they gave
him like a four hour chance to just shake this off,

(15:11):
keep it out of the media. He wasn't having it,
so he was arrested then. So later he handled things
the way everybody does if you're a public person. No, no, no,
this is just on Twitter. Went down to San Diego
to see my buddy before he was deployed. I wasn't arrested.
I was detained. There was no evidence to charge me
with a crime. Don't believe everything you read, especially from

(15:32):
a third party entertainment news source trying to get clicks.
Appreciate the concern, but it's public record that he was arrested.
So Miles tell her, I hope we don't see more
of this from him. I've got news. If you're a
Star Trek person and you're waiting for this Star Trek
Discovery place.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
On the TV show, yes, a final front, you're not
going to hear him.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
No, but this is weird and different to me. They're
going to debut the first episode on CBS in September,
and after that, new episodes of the show will be
available on their all access thing online to subscribers. So
if you really want it, you're going to have to subscribe.
Let's go get it. That may be a new thing
for the networks. We'll see coming up in your next

(16:17):
Hollywood outside of this morning, it's seven fifty five, Tiger
Woods confirms he is in treatment, up to date with
Soony's Hollywood outsign it just after seven.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Why we are swimming in cool randst ritos this morning.

Speaker 4 (16:33):
Late June.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
And the best vacation stories we're looking for yours eight
seven seven three one oh or MSJ What was your
best vacation in?

Speaker 2 (16:40):
What? Yeah? Which one? Best best ever? For your family?
What's funny about this is they're not always the it's
not about the destination or how lavish. Sometimes it's the
ones that are on the cheap that are the best,
and those are the ones we want to hear about.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
And the story and the ride there. The stories come
from everywhere.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Yep, getting there is half the battle, right. Oh okay,
a few minutes ago, Sam was so funny You walk
you walked in here and explained that somebody brought a
bunch of Ranch doritos and left them in the kitchen
area here at work.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Yeah, meaning like multiple bags bag.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
You know you can buy those big snack bags that
has all a different variety in it.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
Oh yeah, the sized pack.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
Yeah. Well on the table out there, it's just full
of cool Ranch doritos like everything else has been gone through.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
That means that somebody at their house they don't like
Ranch doritos and they brought them to share at work here.
That's so they don't go to waste. You know that
happened when.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
We like, why buy the variety pack if you know
you don't like that, you know, one flavor? And I
know what you're talking about, because I'll take nacho cheese
any day. I'll take cool ranch if it's there, and
the only option.

Speaker 2 (17:45):
But the last thing in our bag is always sun chips.
Oh really Yeah, sonships are so good and I'll bring
them to you last we eat them.

Speaker 3 (17:52):
Last thing we always have is fritos. I means you
need a purpose for we put Frita's the bottom of chili.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
Yeah, when we make it right anyway, So there was
some ranch doritos here, And I just thought that was
so funny because that's what that means, that those were
left at somebody's house. They don't eat ranch doritos, and
that's why we got them.

Speaker 4 (18:10):
Mix. Wonder what else was in the variety pack?

Speaker 2 (18:13):
Well there you can see the pictures on the thing.
That funny. But you like ranch doritos, right, Sam.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
Yeah, I'm like Murphy. I like the nacho cheese more
if I had my choice when I buy the big
Bamber flavor cheese. Yeah, and but the cool ranch are
still doritos.

Speaker 4 (18:28):
So did you grab a bag just now?

Speaker 8 (18:30):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (18:30):
Yeah, breakfast.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
We were growing up. My brother loved taco flavored doritos
and anytime I see them, which is rare, it's like
every once in a while, they'll bag those up again.
I buy them for him. Yeah, he loved them. It's
like tacos I get.

Speaker 4 (18:48):
I don't know those were really that back in the day.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
I think those were the only two flavors in the
late seventies like that were the nacho cheese flavor and
the taco.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
It's hard to beat nacho cheese doritos, especially when they're covered.
It's an extra layer of the cheese. Shut up anyway,
do who ever drop those off? We thank you. We
like ranch all day long.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
Sam especially thanks you.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
Okay eight seven seven three one zero four, Msja to
join the conversation anytime. What was your best vacation ever?
And why.

Speaker 4 (19:19):
Best vacation ever?

Speaker 1 (19:21):
That's what really we want to know what your vacation
stories are the one that really just sticks out and
you know why was it the best? And sometimes it's
not really the trip, like Jody says, it's it's what
happens on the way they are on the way back
to little stories.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
Yeah, maybe not the destination now, you know. I did
not go on vacation every summer like a lot of people.
When we were growing up, we went on one big
family vacation. The rest of the times they shipped me
off to my cousin's house, which was great because I
loved it. But once we went to the Smoky Smoky
Mountains and my dad had always wanted to see that,
I had never seen it. To me, that was great
because it was the big vacation. I guess they couldn't

(19:56):
have I guess my parents really couldn't afford to do
a big vacation every summer truly, they didn't take a
ton of time off, and my dad worked all the time.
And but I think that was special because it was
so different and he had always wanted to see it,
and we got to stay in a chalet and it
really was a chalettalet. It was really nice, you know,

(20:22):
it was really big and nice, and there was a
pool right out there on the mountain looking over. It
was so lovely.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
And I know that's how you developed your love for
going to the mountains, it is. And so we're going
to do that tripping in this year. But I was
always a beach kid, and you know, but Sam, I
was probably twelve until I realized that their every vacation
didn't include the Hawaiian tropic girls.

Speaker 3 (20:45):
Our vacations, we never really went to the beach match.
We always went somewhere like a Disney.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
World nice every summer.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
For about well, my brother and I were older before
I was like sixth grade, before we started doing that stuff.
They didn't do it with us when we were little smart.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
Okay, yeah, it's difficult when they're small. I mean, it's
it's probably more more people take really small kids to
amusement parks now than ever before. But there's places it's
designed for.

Speaker 3 (21:13):
You for that, okay. And when Sammy, my oldest is
twenty eight, when he was like two, took him to
Disney World and I was like one of the best
trips ever ever because it was like we were in
the buying set, like we're going on his speed. Nice,
we're gonna take our time. If I get to ride
four rides in two days, so much. And I was
so relaxing too.

Speaker 2 (21:34):
That's a good memory. That's sometimes when your kids are small,
that's not the report that you get that it's relaxing. Anyway.
Mine was my memories of riding in the car and
seeing mountains and all that kind of stuff. So yeah,
all that all right? So what was your best vacation ever?
And why? What made it special? Chances art was not
the destination right eight seven seven three one zero for

(21:57):
six seven.

Speaker 4 (21:58):
Five Brenda's new.

Speaker 2 (22:02):
What was your best vacation ever? And why we love
these stories because it's not really ever the destination, right,
but it's the family stories that get you there and
stand out eight seven seven three one zero four six
seven five.

Speaker 4 (22:17):
How are you Brenda?

Speaker 8 (22:18):
Great? Great? You know when our kids were little between
vacations of all the families and everything. There'd be a
group of us moms that would plan activities for the
kids that were kind of staycations for the kids.

Speaker 9 (22:35):
We had.

Speaker 8 (22:36):
We had a swimming pool at our house, so we
would plan a day where we would have the kids
come over that evening, order a pizza and everything, and
the next day they would have a swim day. And
there was another mom that lived in a subdivision that
had a real big park and she would have a

(22:56):
park day. Another mom had lived on mountain and she
would take them hiking and everything one day cool and
we had if we had a rainy day, there was
a mom that had a big basement and everything, and
she would do a big screen on the wall and
everything and they would do a movie day. Once it

(23:19):
gave the moms that, you know, if they were at
my house for that day, gave them moms that day
to themselves and everything. So we had a really good
time during the summer, and the kids always looked forward
to what day they were going where the activity they
were doing.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
The stuff you're doing too was not expensive. And you know,
if you already had the park there and the pool there,
hiking up the mountain, and that keeps the kids busy
every you know, every day of the summer.

Speaker 8 (23:48):
Oh yeah, there's a lot of things that can be
done during the summer. That's you know, between vacations and
camps and everything. That really keeps kids busy and excited
about the summer.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
Man, I wish I had a lived in your neighborhood.
That sounds like fun.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
It was fun.

Speaker 8 (24:04):
The kids enjoyed it.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
Thank you, Brenda. We had neighbors that while you know,
we grew up in the country, but we did have neighbors,
some of my very best friends. But one the neighbors
who lived kind of behind us once behind us. Okay,
they got a pool and that was so exciting.

Speaker 4 (24:24):
The neighbor was there.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
And of course I was not very, very too close
to those kids, and that broke my heart. It's like
I couldn't have I played with them anyway. I love
hearing from you. Eight seven seven three one zero four
six seven five.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
Yeah. Sam has music news.

Speaker 3 (24:39):
Believe it or not. One Direction could be back together
as soon as today, and it's for a good cause.

Speaker 5 (24:47):
Sam's got music news.

Speaker 3 (24:49):
Simon coll Is putting together a charity single for the
victims of the the London Tower Blaze from last week,
and he's got he's gotten mainly British artist Celine Dion
signed on for it. But the big nice draw is
the fact that he's got two of the guys from
one direction and the other two say yeah, we're gonna
do it too, So it's kind.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
Of it used to be five people. He doesn't count
anymore at all.

Speaker 3 (25:18):
It's Liam and Louis and then they've already recorded their parts.
Nile and Harry said they're going to clear their schedule
so they can get on there. Roger Daltrey from The Who,
James Blunt's on there, like I said, Selene and they're
doing they're redoing uh. Simon and Garfunkle's Bridge over Troubled Water.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
We like everybody will have like a line, Yeah we
are the world, we are the one. It's okay, Simon,
we are the worst.

Speaker 3 (25:41):
Simon. Kyle is putting it all together. So he said
he's gonna try and have it out sometime earlier this week.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
Go Simon, you go, Simon.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
He's gonna have a couple of uh so, a couple
of the artists that did well on the TV shows
he has over there, you know, Britain's got talent and
yes factor, so look for that one. Bruce Springsteen's going
to Broadway meaning his life story. Not Well, here's the deal.
He's got an eight week run coming up at a

(26:08):
Broadway theater later on this year. That the owners of
the theater gave him the theater and said so because
he wants to do a smaller intimate acoustic set and
this nice theater only holds about a thousand people love it.
So while he's doing that, he supposedly is going to
take the time too to work on you know, his
memoir Born to Run, Yes, turning that into a Broadway
musical somehow.

Speaker 5 (26:29):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
So I love the acoustic intimate concert. This is so
where it's at.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
Probably not going to involve the Eastreet Band or any
of the guy. I mean maybe every now and then
somebody will stop by to play, but.

Speaker 4 (26:41):
It would be cool. Just can be Bruce up there, Bruce.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
That's fine.

Speaker 3 (26:45):
Also, July the fourth, Macy's has their annual Fourth of
July Fireworks Spectacular. Yes we now know Brad Paisley is
going to be there. Hailey Steinfeld and Lady.

Speaker 9 (26:54):
A new music right more poppy sogn and stuff that
is going to be July fourth, obviously on NBC, So
look for that one fun music followed by.

Speaker 5 (27:08):
Fireworks Murphy, Sam and Jody music.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
News.

Speaker 2 (27:12):
Right, our girls are in camp this week, and we
are so relieved about it. Say about it next.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
Everybody has a best vacation story, you know, a memory
of something like that. What was your best vacation ever?
In why? Let us know on our Facebook page or
call us at eight seven seven three one oh four ms.

Speaker 2 (27:30):
J Our girls are in camps this week. Sam Phoebe's
at cheer camp, which is work, work, work, work, work, baby,
and then it's all good though, and then she loves it.
And Taylor is in a drama camp which is so Apart,
which is.

Speaker 4 (27:44):
Drama, drama, drama, drama. Yeah, just acting and fun and yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
And with a production. Phoebe's gonna join her after cheer camp,
so they're they're gonna end up both doing the same camp.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
So that's for two weeks, same production.

Speaker 2 (27:55):
Yes, yes, so it's The Lion.

Speaker 4 (27:57):
King, Oh, the Lion King Junior.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
But it's a musical and all that. Anyway, we'll tell
you more about that because they both have really cool roles.
But I am so relieved now that now that we're
in it, and I'm so relieved. You know, summer is
a tricky thing for working parents because I do believe. Also,
we've talked about this over the years. I do believe
in downtime. I had a summer full of downtime almost

(28:23):
every summer of my life.

Speaker 4 (28:24):
When we were kids, but not too much downtown.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
Well, I went to vacation Bible school, and I would
go see family. I don't I didn't go to other camps.
We didn't do that. We had a backyard, go get
in it, you know, we didn't. We had to get
the water hose and and have go get your bike.
That's what we did.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
With me.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
Yeah, stuff like that. We had a barn when we
first moved to our big house in the country, we
had a barn. We played in that thing all day long.
Found some rotten eggs up there once. It was horrible
in the heat. That was horrible.

Speaker 4 (29:04):
Oh, you're right, it is a good thing. Our kids
are going to camp.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
So anyway, I believe in downtime. So when school was
out and they had downtime, I was happy for them.
But now I've been watching them sleep until the crack
of noon, and you know you're jealous, and well not
just that that, you know. I get home and Taylor's
watching her second episode of Gray's Anatomy. You know, it's like, oh,
it's time. It's times. I'm so relieved. I don't like
the over I don't like anything extreme. I don't want

(29:27):
you just laying around, and I don't want you just
constantly over scheduled either.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
They'll tell you they don't want that now too. They've
reached that point in the in their summer vacation where
they're bored.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
They said the B word early on.

Speaker 3 (29:39):
Yeah, and so are they going to be going to
camp to camp to camp to camp.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
No, it's not gonna be. No, we have this the
drama camp, and then it'll there'll be another little break.
We have a summer vacation and then they have some
other stuff. But they're both butterflies, too, social butterflies. So
it's so good for I'm so relieved, you know, such
a tricky thing, summer. Sometimes, Tiger Woods confirms to the

(30:04):
world that he's in treatment.

Speaker 6 (30:08):
Judy's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 2 (30:10):
Tiger Woods has admitted and let the world know that
he is seeking treatment for this dealing with his payments.
Well he's confirming it.

Speaker 3 (30:20):
In order to still see his kids or something.

Speaker 2 (30:23):
Well, that's what we're being told. But he has to
do it, period, does he not? Three weeks ago he
could and walk a straight line? And you know what's that?
This is what's crazy to me. If that had happened
to one of us, would you want the video to
be public like on public websites? No way, that's humiliating,

(30:43):
of course not. I opened up an article online to
read about this this morning earlier, and I'm reading about
what he said in his statement and all that kind
of stuff, and on the right, the video pops up
and it's it's of him doing his whatever you call
it sobriety test on the street. It's the video. And

(31:03):
do you know that I read somewhere that when officers
asked him to say the alphabet that he instead saying
the star spangled banner. That's not true, because I'm sitting
here watching the video and he did the alphabet. He
tried his hardest.

Speaker 3 (31:19):
Yeah. Anyway, there's also a second video of him being booked.

Speaker 2 (31:22):
At the station, and you watched it, Yeah, it's like
he's just still he was still sad. He confessed to
being on vicodin and xanax, and there were some other
things I believe found in his system. No alcohol, he
had said from the beginning, you know, and they say
he's been in so much pain, back pain and other
pain because of surgeries he's had and all this. You
take that kind of stuff, not only can you get

(31:44):
addicted to it, but it changes your state of mind,
it changes the person that you are. So anyway, he
is in treatment. He just wanted to tweet that out.

Speaker 3 (31:53):
He did have his kids Father's Day. I saw a
picture of.

Speaker 2 (31:54):
That, Yeah, and that cool. And his arraignment was originally
scheduled soon for July. They've moved it to August, maybe
so he can complete this program. Liking that, I've got
news for you. Since you love to cry to the show.
This is us, Sam, you are my sun check my
own show. Okay, So Tuesday, September twenty six, Yeah, is

(32:17):
the premiere date for that. NBC announced their fall shows.
We've also got for Will and Grace coming back, which
is huge for them. It'll be Thursday. I must see
sort of nights.

Speaker 5 (32:25):
Jada Pinkett Hayter, Wow, that's kind of harsh. I mean
She's like, well, you know the rules, love or hate,
no gray area, just like life.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
Thursday, September twenty eighth, Will and Grace A lot of
people excited about that. Coming up in your next Hollywood
Outsider this morning at eight thirty, how Robin William's presence
will be a part of the new Jumanji movie.

Speaker 6 (32:47):
Up to date with Shody's Hollywood Outsider.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
Just after eight o'clock after almost a year, I'm saying
said goodbye to a house guest this week, Jody Sam.

Speaker 1 (33:00):
Summer means vacations, and we're looking for your favorite vacation
moments speci vacation ever, why love to hear from you
at eight seven seven, three one oh four ms j kind.

Speaker 3 (33:08):
Of a melancholy week this week at the same house.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
Why why is that different from.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
Any other week?

Speaker 3 (33:15):
Yeah, because I'm losing Ellie this week, and I'm losing Ellie.
Ellie's going back to live in you know, Jesuar dog.

Speaker 4 (33:26):
Yes? And how long has she been with you?

Speaker 3 (33:28):
You now ten months? Over ten months?

Speaker 1 (33:30):
It's like you should have almost adopt her. That's good, Okay,
that's a long time though. Yeah, she's part of your
family now, she's been there for ten months. It supposed
to be like two or three months. And yeah, it's just.

Speaker 2 (33:41):
Gone on and on and on, and they're building a house,
so they're moving back in and then Ellie's going back,
going back. You'll have an adjustment period. The question is
did you like two dogs? Did you like Gus having
a playmate?

Speaker 3 (33:54):
Yeah? I liked Ellie. Yeah, I mean, Ellie's a fun
It's I don't know how old Ellie is, but Ellie
is ahly fun dog. Oh cool, more so than Gus is.

Speaker 4 (34:03):
Oh really, So are you thinking of sticking with two? Now?

Speaker 3 (34:08):
I know, Jody, you'd love to hear me say.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Yeah, I'm not pushing.

Speaker 3 (34:12):
I'm gonna let this go awout with just Guss and
see how it goes.

Speaker 2 (34:15):
Yeah, because he'll be looking for her, you know that. Yeah,
they're hock animals and he's had her for ten months.

Speaker 3 (34:22):
You know, I don't have a fence outside, and so
i'd have to bring the dogs out and hook him
up for outside. So doing two as opposed to one
and when it rains and yeah.

Speaker 2 (34:31):
Yeah, yeah, but there are a lot of dogs that
need homes. If you decide you want that, you know,
I'll probably.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
Have a moment of weakness and do it, and then.

Speaker 2 (34:40):
Then you'll have another forever friend.

Speaker 1 (34:44):
It is fun to have a pack, but you know,
I mean that's a personal preference. It is, but I mean,
I'm spoiled now now that we have Jody. You have
to talk about this. I don't know that we'll have
four forever plus a foster, but we'll always We'll always
at least have two, you know, maybe even three regularly
because they, I don't know, it's easier to get to
all to go use the bathroom.

Speaker 4 (35:01):
And when they pay attention.

Speaker 2 (35:02):
As a pack, they their energy. They just have their
own life in the pack. Yeah, And I don't worry
about them when we're away because they have each other.

Speaker 3 (35:10):
My concern too is you know, his gus can he
He's had tendency to not get along with the other
dogs whenever, you know, so, and I don't want to
introduce somebody that he's going to have to get along
with and all of a sudden, it's light and you
could foster.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
If it didn't work out, then move it on.

Speaker 3 (35:26):
We'll see it's true.

Speaker 5 (35:28):
Coming up next with Murphy's Sam and Jody.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
So you saw the rat video If you didn't by
the way, go check it out on our Facebook page
at Murphy Salmon Jody dot com. Now we're three days later,
what do you think is surfaced in the rat trap?

Speaker 4 (35:39):
Now?

Speaker 3 (35:40):
More rats?

Speaker 1 (35:41):
No, it's not.

Speaker 4 (35:41):
What do you think that's next?

Speaker 5 (35:44):
In case you.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
Haven't seen the cutest thing Murphy's done in a long time,
it's the rat disposal video. And it sounds gross, but
it's not.

Speaker 4 (35:51):
Going to say you wouldn't think that was cute.

Speaker 3 (35:52):
Yeah, well, the rat dance is.

Speaker 2 (35:54):
The dance was hysterical.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
The bag bag it like the way you work it.

Speaker 1 (35:59):
I think I was just excited that I got him
in the bag. I didn't show anything, by the way.

Speaker 2 (36:04):
So you think he weighed by the way, he was fat.

Speaker 4 (36:08):
He looked fat, but it was like maybe a half pound.

Speaker 1 (36:11):
It was not.

Speaker 4 (36:12):
It was not that I think. I know.

Speaker 1 (36:15):
The thing is, when you see something like that for
the first time in the trap, it always looks bigger
than you.

Speaker 4 (36:19):
I don't know, it just looks huge.

Speaker 3 (36:21):
He looks fun.

Speaker 1 (36:23):
So I got rid of you know him. We caught
him pretty early on. So over the weekend, I mean
every day, I kept going out to check the traps,
even on Father's Day, What's what's weird about this, Jody,
is you know one trap is where that one was caught.
It's kind of in the corner of the carboard. The
other one, though, is right where we walk out the door,
tucked away. Well that's what I'm saying. Now that we've

(36:44):
caught one, I do the same thing, kind of like
I don't really want to look and see.

Speaker 4 (36:47):
If there's one in there.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
Yeah, but so I checked all weekend and yesterday nothing
haven't caught, in which I'm relieved now because they're gonna
come take the trap.

Speaker 2 (36:57):
This house is clean. Yes, I'm ready the traps to
be gone.

Speaker 1 (37:01):
So that is odd though, It's they're not multiple rats
because well everybody said they come in pairs.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
That's what everybody says, do they.

Speaker 2 (37:10):
They're always two together? I don't think.

Speaker 9 (37:12):
So.

Speaker 3 (37:12):
We were little and we had rats. You know, I
sound so clean.

Speaker 4 (37:17):
I was in the house in the outside.

Speaker 3 (37:20):
We had a bag of dog food outside because we
had a pet pig. So that's a different story.

Speaker 2 (37:24):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (37:24):
The rats would come to the back of dog food,
but it was always more than one rat. It was
always like two or three rats, and they'd come and go,
and Ron would come and They.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
Were like, please, if you see one, there are many more,
But I don't know for sure that that means.

Speaker 4 (37:38):
You had an open bag of dog food.

Speaker 2 (37:39):
Yeah, couldn't a rat be a loaners who couldn't run
them off? Rats can be loaners. I'm I'm I'm ready.
I think that there's no I don't want to draw
anything else out in there. There's no tella in the
rat trap. It's gonna thraw something that wasn't even ours.

Speaker 1 (37:55):
That's why they don't That's why they want to leave
the traps out, because you don't want to catch something innocent. So,
I mean, this could be like a really early happy ending.
I thought this thing was going to go on for weeks.

Speaker 2 (38:03):
No way, I'm ready for that to be gone. In
my carport to be cleaning. We moved the dog food
inside anyway, in the plastic container inside, so the note
there's no more there's no more attraction, hopefully.

Speaker 4 (38:17):
So do you think it's too early for me to
claim a victory here? Sam?

Speaker 3 (38:20):
You know when when's your guy coming?

Speaker 4 (38:22):
Two days?

Speaker 3 (38:23):
Okay, well that should be enough by that.

Speaker 6 (38:24):
Oh man coming up in the next five minutes with
Murphy Salmon jokes you've been.

Speaker 2 (38:29):
Talking about the best, your best vacation and why what
made it so great? Murphy? The one that we took
together that you think would be my favorite is not
a little surprise for you coming up? What was your
best vacation ever? And why? Chances are because of something
that happened with your family that's memorable that you can
never let go of. It has not necessarily anything to

(38:51):
do with a ride or or your destination.

Speaker 4 (38:55):
I don't know that I can even I don't think
I can pick one.

Speaker 2 (38:59):
I mean, I have a we have some with us
with our family, Murphy. We have some really good ones.

Speaker 1 (39:03):
Me, you and the girls. We've got a bunch of them.
The mountains that actually surpassed my expectations because I think
is Sam knew you know, I'm a beach guy, and
so I didn't know what to expect going to the
mountains two years ago and we had a black.

Speaker 2 (39:14):
Less serenity beauty.

Speaker 4 (39:16):
It was relaxing.

Speaker 2 (39:17):
I will say, though, you love that lazy river resort
we went to, Yeah, just see at a resort the
whole time we chill, lack.

Speaker 3 (39:26):
Slash cabin.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
Well, Joey's talking about eight nine years ago. Here's the
other trick with that one. Though I was still drinking
alcohol at that time.

Speaker 3 (39:35):
Lazy River was awesome.

Speaker 4 (39:37):
You know why because they had little bars along the way.

Speaker 2 (39:40):
You lazy River up to the bar and continue the
Lazier River with your drink. I mean, it's ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
I don't know if it's the safest combo in the world,
but you know, but it was fun. But like, I
don't mind. I can still do lazy rivers today. He
doesn't have to be that way. You just need to
know that that was kind of what accident it back then.

Speaker 2 (39:56):
Joy, I know that's why you said it was great.
But I'm telling you from someone who wasn't drinking as
much as you. I was drinking a little. You enjoyed
we had the kids. I enjoyed that because we didn't
go go, go, go go and overplan. We found a
place where they had plenty of fun things to do,
but you and I could chill acts Because sometimes the
problem with vacation is that what is what adults look

(40:16):
forward to a need very different than what children look
forward to vacation.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
The Lazy River is great because it always comes back around.
And if you remember, Taylor was younger and she went
running hopped on the interview before we could, you know,
before I was there with her, So I had to
get on the lazy river down was freaking out, and
I did. I mean, I eventually caught up with her.
I got in a great conversation with a nurse along
the way.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
I was freaking out looking for our daughter and there
he is, babe baby. Anyway, that was a great vacation.

Speaker 3 (40:47):
Have a drink.

Speaker 4 (40:48):
Holders, Yes, yeah I did too.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Wait there was a running tab. While he's lazy rivering
with the nurses or whatever.

Speaker 4 (40:56):
He was doing, I'm watching the other problem.

Speaker 2 (40:58):
They're sitting under the shade aid and ordering food. You know,
Oh you want not just again? Sure with the margarite. Sure,
And later like when we left, Oh.

Speaker 4 (41:08):
Here's I'm sorry, this must be somebody else's bill. It wasn't.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
Yeah, anyway, that was a great vacation. I didn't mean
to bring it up for the drinking thing, and that's
not why I know that.

Speaker 1 (41:19):
Yeah, so you're right, it was a good trip. Let
us know your favorite vacation and moment. Maybe it was
a lazy river moment eight seven seven three one oh
four ms.

Speaker 2 (41:27):
J coming up, Judy Hollywood how Robin Williams will be
a part of the new Jumanji movie.

Speaker 6 (41:37):
JODI's Hollywood Outsider, So we all.

Speaker 2 (41:39):
Know we're getting a Jumanji sequel, even though some say
there is no Jumanji without Robin Williams. Tiny, make you H,
makey sneeze may h if you loved it from nineteen
ninety five Jumanji fun movie. Yeah, Well, Jumanji Welcome to
the Jungle is the sequel, and it's coming December twenty.
It's starring Dune the Rock, Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart.

(42:02):
I mean, this is a huge cast. Jack Black making
the media rounds told The Hollywood Reporter that this film
is it's a whole new world. They actually take you
into the jungle. The sung this beautiful, scary world. But
it's almost like they pay tribute the whole time to
Robin Williams because they go about doing what they have

(42:23):
to do based on clues from his character, the character Alan,
so he sort of honored the whole time Robin Williams
in the new Jumanji movie Welcome to the Jungle, look
for it in December.

Speaker 5 (42:35):

Speaker 3 (42:52):
Jody. When you take pictures of the dogs, do you
have problems getting them the stair at the camera? I
mean sounds like an infomercial. Do you have trouble getting
your dogs to stare? Dogs don't really know what to
look at.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
But wait, I get some good pictures of my dogs.
It's some of my favorite photography.

Speaker 1 (43:06):
You know why that works? Those because you shoot a
bunch of picks.

Speaker 4 (43:10):
It's the luck of the draw. I didn't know you
could actually get a dog to look in the direction.

Speaker 2 (43:13):
You make noises. I make special look Lucy momma for
things and it works for a minute. And the word
treat works. You want to treat all ears?

Speaker 3 (43:22):
And I want to show you something here. It's called
the flexi pot. It's a Kickstarter project. Right now you
put it on the top of your phone, yes, and
you know it's got a bendy arm that bends over
and it got a clip on the end that you
can put a treat on it. So when I get
the puppy, your puppy or whatever, to look at your phone,
your picture, your camera, treat in there, and it's like, whoa, it's.

Speaker 2 (43:45):
Gonna almost always be the same picture because it's that
treat face about to get the treat.

Speaker 1 (43:50):
Not to be sam about it, but I see a
bad idea here, potentially the fall. Yeah, right before the
dog that's really wants to snack, they're cut at your phone.

Speaker 3 (43:59):
Oh they're ringing.

Speaker 2 (44:00):
Oh no, you gotta be quick. You got to be
coordinated to do this. Yeah. Yeah, it'll happen.

Speaker 3 (44:06):

comes out, I'll let you know it will.

pie next, and.

dot com. So it's really simple stuff, but some of
it you just don't think about. When you want some
refreshing or cool or a break, or you want the
kids to do their ow lemonades things, sometimes.

Speaker 2 (44:30):
You just yeah, we have a homemade lemonade recipe there
homemade ice cream if you want to put it out
in that thing that goes.

Speaker 3 (44:35):
I haven't made any ice cream yet, so good.

Speaker 2 (44:38):
And you have people coming over this weekend, right Sam,
So we have a ton of cool summer eats. They're
not all desserts. I've got cucumber salad on there and
all that. But also I want to say this, I'm
super proud of the four ingredient no baked lemon pie.
Lemon pie is ridiculously refreshing. If you're hot and you
have a bite of lemon pie, you're cool immediately. So
it's a container of cool whip and a container of

(44:59):
can frozen lemonade, which I love.

Speaker 3 (45:01):
All right time out container of what size?

Speaker 2 (45:05):
Eight outs cool web?

Speaker 3 (45:06):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (45:07):
Aw, how do you like that one can of condensed
frozen lemonade that only comes in one thing?

Speaker 3 (45:12):
I think?

Speaker 2 (45:12):
Yeah? And then you buy a pre made grim cracker
cross you can't and then you and then you do
sweet and condensed milk fourteen ounce can?

Speaker 3 (45:20):
Okay, how do you like that? Good?

Speaker 2 (45:22):
Giving you the correct measurements for lemonade, lemon pie?

Speaker 8 (45:25):
Heaven?

Speaker 4 (45:26):
You made this one. Someone's made this one.

Speaker 2 (45:27):
It is It is ridiculously good and easy. Anybody. It's
no bake. You whisk it up and you sit it
in the refrigerator to set.

Speaker 4 (45:35):
Not sure there's a light version of it, but it
doesn't matter.

Kingdom of Fraud

Kingdom of Fraud

It’s the unlikeliest of criminal partnerships: a devout polygamist from an insular Utah sect joining forces with a shadowy Armenian tycoon from LA. The result - a billion dollar fraud conspiracy. In Kingdom of Fraud, investigative reporter Michele McPhee traces the origins of the extraordinary alliance between Jacob Kingston and Levon Termendzhyan. Together, the two men trigger the largest tax investigation in American history and weave around themselves a web of dirty cops, influential political relationships and transnational money laundering. All this is set against the backdrop of Jacob Kingston’s clan – The Order. A powerful and secretive polygamist organization in Salt Lake City. To whom Jacob is desperate to prove his worth.
