with a grudge to hold. This is not somebody who's
doing something to get attention. This is the BBC. It
is thorough. They have spoke to these ladies. I know
the legal process of working with Big networks. This went

through legal so he is saying it is absolutely and
absolutely false, categorically false. He said, quote, I have never
sexually abused anyone in my life. Well, the documentary features
several different women, some alleging misconduct dating back to when
they were teens teenagers. Think about that for a minute.

They were teenagers, including claims of sexual assault, grooming, inappropriate
sexual conversation. Once again, he has denied this in the past.
This is not the first time this has come up.
This story has been badded around for a couple of years. Mark,
we both work in Hollywood. We know what this world

is like. I've heard rumors for a really long time.
This reminds me almost of Harvey Weinstein or even a
Jeffrey Epstein. We heard the rumors. We didn't have any proof.
I didn't have any proof on either of those people.
If I had, I would have come forward. But there
has been whispers a bad Jarrett's behavior for a really
long time. Now the BBC seems to have proven it.

He once again is denying it. This documentary is explosive.

What do you think, Yeah, it's incredible. What's about to
happen here?

The BBC this moves the story forward because when the
allegations from our previous year of that story, it got
a lot of attention, but it didn't really go anywhere.
Nothing really happened, and we kind of just moved forward
and he was in a big movie even as early
as last year. So I'm curious to see now what
comes of this. Will there be a police report, Will

there be studios or pure people dropping him, because I
think once that happens, it's going to start to tumble down.

Yeah. It's like a Domino's effect, isn't it. Once somebody
is brave enough to stand up and say we won't
be part of this. Once an agent, a manager, a publicist,
the movie studio stands up and says we just won't
be part of him and his career anymore than it does,
the dominoes do tumble. That's how these stories work. We've

seen it with other celebrities. It always starts as a whisper,
It really does. That's where I got the title of
my book from. Everything starts as a whisper, then a
blind item, then a rumor. Then we read about it
in an outlet that we probably looked down our nose
on maybe a tabloid outlet, which I always say, get
it right. But that's where they start. And then once

it works its way up to an institution like the BBC,
that's like ABC or NBC. It's almost maybe bigger because
it's government funded. It is not in the scandal business. No,
it is almost like a public broadcasting system. Once they
decide to do this, and they can't do it unless
they've got the evidence. This is an executive sitting around saying,

you know what, let's make a documentary about Jared. No,
they could make a documentary about anyone they want, but
they can only put into it what is accurate, what
is truth, what is reported. This is what television does
at its best. I think I love being entertained. I do,
and there's many many greater entertainment shows, entertaining shows, movies
on TV. But this is where television really really makes

a difference. To remember the Martin Basheer documentary on Michael
Jackson that changed everything. There's been several examples of these
moments where a film a documentary has really ignited a
public demand for truth and so saying it, which he's

doing today. He has done that in the past, seems
to be the way that he thinks he can get
out of this. But the accusations. Honestly, it is not
aired yet in America. It will it will air here.
Wouldn't you see this? Mark? It's really detailed, it's really specific.
It is really really horrifying. Good question, though, Mark, Let's

see what happens next. Will he lose endorsements? Will he
lose his record deal? Will he lose upcoming projects? Will
agents manage ERUs want to work with him? Although the
celebrities want to work with him. That's the big question

julian Aransick is reopening the book on her painful romance
with Jerry O'Connell, accusing the actor of rewriting their love story.
On her podcast, Ransick said their relationship with serious filbatic

relations of love before she was then blindsided by photos
of O'Connell holding hands with Jerry Hallola so random. She
described betrayal as devastating and traumatizing, claiming Key let her

body cam to prove it. So newly released body cam footage,
which I can't believe actually is released legally, like the

a shady transaction with TMZ, this was at leaked. This
is like a public record. So remember that next time

you get arrested, Mark, it's gonna be videoed and I
will play that video. So he took a field sobriety
test for oh WI. I did not know what that was,
but it's operating a vehicle while impaired on drugs or alcohol.
And he had glassy red eyes. He did talk to

said he was on his way to see his grandpa
and his grandma. The police were having none of it now.
He is a longtime CBS sports analyst. I don't know
if this gets you fired from CBS. The new CBS

we thought we were going to find out how much
he would have to pay the publisher of The Daily Mail.
It didn't come back today, but there were arguments today
and the Daily Mail lawyers were good. They said this

case was pursued in an unreasonable and cavalier manner, forcing
them to spend thirty four million pounds. Harry Sir Elton,
John Elizabeth Hurley, David Furnish, Elton's husband, they all deny
that they acted improperly. But when you look at this case,
I don't know if it should have ever gone to court.

They were angry with the paper for writing something, for
saying something they didn't like. Well, if we get angry
and we were allowed to sue and shut organize house
and stand, that's censorouship. That's a really dangerous place to be.
And so I think that this is right that it
was thrown out. There is no evidence none whatsoever. It
went on for years. It felt like a vengeance campaign

here against an outlet that Harry just didn't personally like.
And now he's gonna have to pay the cost. If
it cost them thirty four million dollars in legal fees,
someone's gonna have to pay that. And I think sometimes
if it hurts, it stops you from doing it again.

doing this. This has to stop. It was outrageous what happened.

help himself. You've been around him, Mark, He's a chatty
catty and himself into problems all the time. And so
he did bring this up. He did admit that he
was a terrible boyfriend, but he didn't tell the whole story.
I don't blame Juliana here. It's a way to get

back into the spotlight. We're talking about I've not spoken
about Juliana in a decade or so, so we're talking
about her again. She has a podcast with her handsome
husband from the Apprentice. He's got stories to tell. Oh
my goodness. I think he was one of the original
investors too in Bethany's Skinny Girl. He knows all that
dish I know, and that's what we should be talking
about too, Jerry, I do like you. We can have

people we like do awful things. Good people can do
terrible things. I think he was just an awful boyfriend.
I think he was enjoying Hollywood. I think he was
getting a lot of attention, but he was in a
serious relationship. It wasn't he makes it out to be
just like a little fling with Juliana Ransick. No, they
were a couple. She thought he might be the one,
(08:56):
and then she opened up a weekly magazine and there
he was holding hands with us. Neither thing that makes
me very confused about this mark is that Jerry knows
the truth, and the truth does not seem to be
pretty here. So why bring this back up.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
There's no point in this, I mean, no other than
maybe we're just talking about him again. And I know
he's listening. He is in the business of getting attention
and he likes that. But this is not the kind
of headline I would want about myself.
Speaker 1 (09:26):
I don't want this. What do you think Rebecca thinks?
Rebecca remey and she's like, shut up, Jerry. Shut She
knows who he is. I think she loves who he
is too, and this is a fundamental part of his personality.
You can't love Jerry and not love gossip. When he
used to fill in for Wendy, I loved him on
the show. I know the ratings weren't great and the

audience wanted Wendy. They didn't want this skinny white point.
They wanted Wendy. But I thought he was great and
be he really loves gossip. N it comes to play, Julia.
I think he should get Juliana is inviting him on
her podcast. Jerry, if you're listening, Glove, you should go on.
You should go on, and you should let her say

to you what she's wanted to say to you for decades.
She has wanted to give you a piece of your cheating,
her cheating, her mind about you cheating. Yes she has.
I say you have to take it like a mat
I say, Jerry, you brought this up. Let let the
truth come out. I love this story. Okay, moving along,
Tony Romo, who I don't really know. But when I

worked with Jessica Simpson, he dated her for a minute,
so I have met him. Very tall, sort of he's
sort of like a Travis Kelcey type guy, not for me.
Not terribly refined, sort of bit sort of burly, is
that the right world, Very sportsy, but people find him
very attractive. What he has he has Now he's now
(10:49):
got a police record, and we've got the video the
body cam to prove it. So newly released body cam footage,
which I can't believe actually is released legally, like the
please give this out, Like it's not that this was
a shady transaction with TMZ, this was at leaked. This
is like a public record. So remember that next time
(11:11):
you get arrested, Mark, it's gonna be videoed and I
will play that video. So he took a field sobriety
test for oh WI. I did not know what that was,
but it's operating a vehicle while impaired on drugs or alcohol.
And he had glassy red eyes. He did talk to
(11:32):
them a little bit. He wasn't making much sense. He
said he was on his way to see his grandpa
and his grandma. The police were having none of it now.
He is a longtime CBS sports analyst. I don't know
if this gets you fired from CBS. The new CBS
seems to be a very different place than the old CBS.
I think he's gonna be okay there, but it is embarrassing.

Nobody wants video. Forget being arrested. Mark, You and I
have been out and had one too many drinks, and
if somebody takes an Instagram I might take that down
the next day. Like I don't want red eyes, I
don't want blotchy skin, I don't want you can practically
smell the alcohol in the photographs. I just I think
after one drink phones turn them off. And if we

do get arrested, I think the police should not release
that video. It is not good and that footage will
last forever. Is this gonna hurt his career.
Speaker 2 (12:24):
I don't know if it's gonna hurt his career. He
didn't kill anyone. However, it's very dumb and someone like
him should have an uber or a driver. You have
the resources. Why are you doing this? It's very silly.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
Get an uber? Okay. The biggest star, the biggest movie
star of the moment, maybe of the last ten years
has suddenly been revealed. Who am I talking about?
Speaker 2 (12:43):
Talking about? Tom Harland. So he's already stirring it in
the Blackbuster the Odyssey, and now he's poised to dominate
the box office again. Rob as Spider Man. Brand New
Day opens this weekend. In Street Projections suggests that Marvel
sequel could deliver one of the biggest open weekends in
movie history, potentially surpassing a record set by Holland's previous

Spider Man film. And with blockbuster franchises, critical buzz and
devoted fan base, this thirty year old actor has cemented
himself as one of the world's biggest leading men.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
It's amazing and he's a really good guy. Everybody says
he's just the best guy. I love this. It's time
maybe to pass the bat on. It's a new generation
Tom Holland. I think he can. He can carry the
flag for all of us. He's a nice guy. He's
a talented guy. Do you know he's from musical theater.
He was Billy Elliott in London, in the West End.
He started as a stage guy. That's why he's doing

he's a good guy, and I love that he is
now the undisputed king king of the box office. Take
that Tom Cruise, Okay, moving alone. Prince Harry faces a
multimillion dollar legal bill. So today was the day that
we thought we were going to find out how much
he would have to pay the publisher of The Daily Mail.
It didn't come back today, but there were arguments today
and the Daily Mail lawyers were good. They said this
(14:24):
case was pursued in an unreasonable and cavalier manner, forcing
them to spend thirty four million pounds. Harry Sir Elton,
John Elizabeth Hurley, David Furnish, Elton's husband, they all deny
that they acted improperly. But when you look at this case,
I don't know if it should have ever gone to court.
(14:46):
They were angry with the paper for writing something, for
saying something they didn't like. Well, if we get angry
and we were allowed to sue and shut organize house
and stand, that's censorouship. That's a really dangerous place to be.
And so I think that this is right that it
was thrown out. There is no evidence none whatsoever. It
went on for years. It felt like a vengeance campaign
(15:07):
here against an outlet that Harry just didn't personally like.
And now he's gonna have to pay the cost. If
it cost them thirty four million dollars in legal fees,
someone's gonna have to pay that. And I think sometimes
if it hurts, it stops you from doing it again.
If the punishment is not that big, then they'll keep
doing this. This has to stop. It was outrageous what happened.

I think most people would agree with that, even people
that certainly do love Harry and believe it in privacy too. Hey,

pictures are beautiful. They just look great. They're all such

hit with an explosive one hundred and fifty million dollar
legal battle. The Golden Globes are at the center of

a massive courtroom showdown after former members of the Hollywood
Foreign Press filed one hundred and fifty million dollar lawsuit
against Penske Media Corporation they own Variety, the Hollywood Reporter.
The suit claims fraud, antitrust violations and a secret scheme
to devalue the Globes before the iconic show was acquired.

What they're saying basically is Penske, the gentleman who owns
now this amazing award show. He used his outlets, Hollywood Reporter,
Variety to really blast them for many errors that were
self inflicted. They had no people of color that were voting.
Their outlets were a little bit dubious. They were always
an odd bunch. Now they are fighting back. This is

going to core. We shall keep you up to speed. Okay,

good things happen to you. Stop acting like every blessing
