Big story. At the top of the show, Rob Reinerson
is demanding his one point five inheritance while on trial
for murdering his parents. Nick Reiner is fighting for access

to one point five million trust fund created by his parents,
the legendary director Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle, even
as he stands trial for their murders. The thirty two
year old was accused of fatally stabbing his parents inside
their Los Angeles homes. While he has filed a court
petition demanding the first seven hundred and fifty thousand installment

that he says he is owed. Reiner argues he needs
the money to pay for his legal film fees, and
he also too wants to have a very high power
attorney who costs a lot of money. His lawyers claim
that delays are happening in this case because he can't
afford to pay for this fabulous attorney, while the trustees

have raised concerns I should say so about his ability
to manage the funds. So this is interesting. Just before
they passed, they did not know they were going to
come to this awful end. Rob Reiner and his wife
set up a trust fund for their kids. Well, now
now that one of the kids has been accused of

murdering his parents, should they still get the money? Remember
it was his parents' decision. They did set this up,
so it's not up to the trustees. It's your opinion's worthless.
It's what the parents thought, and they wanted to split
their money between their kids. Now, they didn't know one
of their kids was gonna potentially allegedly murder them, but

they did set it up so that Nick, who they knew,
was troubled. They knew his whole life, that he had issues,
he had difficulties. They wanted to make sure he was
looked after. I wonder if they still feel that way.

very you know, it's a peculiar law that a lot
of states don't have, and that is, if you are
found responsible for murdering the people, you do not get
the life insurance and you do not get your inheritance

fighting it because if it wasn't the case, he would
just automatically receive it because the money's there and they're dead.
So that's why he's fighting getting it. It's also interesting
because we know Rob was worth way more than one
point five million dollar version.

Him goes to show I think their relationship status, because
if you have I would say, garnering hundreds of millions

But that is not up to us. We are not
the jury or the judge here. So I want him
to get a strong defense, and then let's see what
happens once there's a verdict. At the minute, we have
to assume, this is America, you're innocent and to proven guilty.
I think there's a lot of proof here, but we

shall see what happens. But they're arguing. He's arguing that
he won't get a good defense if he can't pay.
And that's one of the real flaws the system, isn't it.
If you get a really high power lawyer who costs
a lot our money, you got more chance of getting off,
You've got more chance of being found innocent. If you're
not paying a high power lawyer, then you're probably going

to be more likely to be found guilty. I hate
that money can sway the system. I know it's naive
to think that he can't, but I hate here. Basically,
that's what we've got down to. And let's remember his

I find interesting is initially there were some rumors that
maybe Nick would plead insanity. Well, I don't know if
he can be insane if he's filing court documents to

is hoping to return to the UK next month with

don't count these two out yet. It doesn't look good

in the long run. Ariana has a troubled history too,
and let's remember he did not exit his last relationship
in the most graceful way, and so two troubled individuals here. Romantically,
I think we can agree it's hard. Relationships are really hard.
And add on top of that, she is one of
the most famous people in the world, and on top
of that the money disparagedy between the two of them.

She has multimillions of dollars. He does fine, but he
doesn't have her money. I would imagine this is very,
very difficult. But don't count them out just yet. Okay,
moving along, Prince Harry wants to take Meghan and the
Kicks back to the UK, but William remains off limits.
So the Invictus game start in my hometown Birmingham very

very soon, just a few weeks ago away, and Harry
is hoping to return to the UK next month with
Meghan and his children. However, he will not be seeing
Prince William. Sources tell page six Harry is eager to
heal the wounds, but he knows that William wants no
part of this. William was deeply hurt by that memoir
spare and he has no plans of meeting his brother.

The biggest obstacle to returning with Meghan and the children
is security, so he's still waiting clarity over protection from
Meghan and his children. Nobody wants anything bad to happen
to them, so the Brits might not be huge fans
of Megan market I think we can safely say that,
but I don't know anybody in Britain who wants anything
harmful to happen to her. They will be pleased everywhere.

The Invictus Games is a huge international event. Security will
be very very very high. Meghan, I think will be safe.
I think the children will be safe. This is bigger
than that. There's something going on here and I think
it's William. Williams made it very very clear not into them,
doesn't want this to happen. But you think will they
