is they're not making this up. Every word that comes

out of their mouths. Gale King was there. She read
Beyonces autobiography and it was funny. It is funny. Every
word that came out of Gale's mouth was in Beyonce's book.
They did make Susan Summer's Nation rest in peace. Her

jump into the show. What time is it? My friends?
It airs tea time big story at the top of
the show. This story is really bigger than it sounds,
because this is going to change the royal family. Prince
William has decided to sell part of the Duchy of Cornwall.
This is the estate that he inherited from the king,
so it was set up generation to go to make
(01:48):
sure the next in line to the throne had money,
had money to pay their bills. So the Duchy of
Cornwall is basically in a state. It's a ton of land.
It's over one hundred and twenty thousand acres. That is
a lot of property. It is all over Britain and
it generates about twenty five million dollars a year. If

heav you've watched doubt an abemsty. Lord Grant rents out
properties on his estate and that's how he makes money.
So William has hundreds of thousands of acres and on
these acres there's not just grass, there's buildings. Some of
the buildings are in London. This is where he makes
a ton of money. The estate is valued and over

a billion dollars. It belongs to the royal family, doesn't
belong to the taxpayer, and this is where they make
their money. So every year, the money he generates in
rents and stuff from the estate gives him about twenty
five million. What he's decided to do is sell sell
off about twenty percent of the land. Sell it off.
It's going to raise about five hundred million pounds. That's

a lot of money. That's a billion And instead of
going on vacation with that money or buying more duels
for the Tower of London, he's going to use that
money to upgrade the property he still owns. He's going
to add a lot of houses there. Some houses are
going to be for people who are in need. He's
gonna have some environmental projects, he's going to have some

rural jobs. So he said, quote we're not a traditional landowner,
there is so much good we can do. So William
M has figured out he's in this incredibly privileged position. Can
you imagine inheriting you did nothing. You just inherited a
billion dollar worth of property, you rented out. You make

all this money he's decided, you know what, I'm gonna
sell twenty percent of it off, and with all that
money that I raised from that twenty percent, I'm not
gonna waste it. I'm not gonna spend it on clothes
or shoes or jets or as Jeff Bezos did sending
a rocket up to space with Gail king Gun. He
not going to do that. He's going to take that

money and he's going to put it back into the
eighty percent that he still owns, and he's going to
make sure there's affordable housing, there's environmental projects. He wants
to make sure that all the rivers, all the lakes
on his property are all clean, that the water's good.
So he's going to do real good here. I think
this is amazing. Any other person that owned this could

have done this. They didn't. His dad didn't do it,
his grandma didn't do it. William, I think he's really
giving us an insight into when he is king. Things
are going to change. Don't get me wrong, He's still
going to make a lot of money. If you build
more houses on your property, that's more houses to rent out.
So he's not a fool here. He will make more money.

But in the process he will make sure that people
who are homeless will have homes. That's a really important
cause to him. It's fascinating because we see it in
New York all the time. Billionaires, some of them change
the city. Barry Diller gave us Little Island. He literally
built a part for us. Carnegie Hall was built by
mister Carnegie, a billionaire, and so you do see it

when we go to the ballet, when we go to
Lincoln Center. I think David Geffen's name is on the films.
And so if you've got this fast wealth, Jeff Bezos
Elon Musk, I don't see the Elon Musk Cancer Hospital.
I don't see the Jeff Bezos children's charities. I just
they don't really exist here. I think what William is

doing with his will immense wealth, he never has to
worry about money. I think this is a really wonderful thing.

Oh so much to unpack there. But first of all,
I'm sure William has played Monopoly before. And if if
you know the game, I mean, the person who owns
the most land and puts the most houses on it wins.
But he wants to be the modern day monarch, right,
it's for the people. This is he's not a private billionaire.
He is supposed to be for his constituents as when

he becomes king. So this seems like such a smart move.
What are you gonna do with one hundred and twenty
eight thousands of acres of land? You can only live
in so many spots, So this is a really smart
thing to say.

So when he does ascend to king, people love him.
They think, oh my goodness, he's doing something great for
our community, for our country. And he has made it

Just who wants to take care of all that. That's

can you imagine the rents that we could charge if
we owned part of Fifth Avenue or Park Avenue and
those rents come in every single month, and so he's decided,
you know what, I got enough money, I'm gonna make
a difference. And a big difference this is going to make.
And I hope too, I do hope that this is
going to set an example other people out there that

are billionaires, other people out there that have this wealth,
misty that they'll never ever be able to spend it
in their entire lifetime. Do something good with it. Do
something that's going to change the world with it. Don't
be wasting your money on Katie Perry and rockets. Do
something really good. Don't be sponsoring a met ball, a

fashion ball for rich people to go to. We ain't
invited to the ball. I like Cinderella, I'm not going
to that ball. And I think William here is really
really stepping out of the comfort zone of the Royals.
They're very, very cagy when it comes to money. They
never want to talk about where their money comes from,
who their money goes to. William for the first time,

at least in my lifetime, is adding some transparency. Not total.
He won't send her, he won't hand over his books totally,
but he does pay taxes and there's a little bit
more transparency here than there was yesterday. So I think
this is a great thing. But what do you think

today together. So sources are also saying the stress tied

pair fought very hard to save their relationship, including years
of couple's therapy, which actually kept them together. I mean,
this is such a sad story when you've been together
so long and you're fighting, and you're fighting and just
the dynamics change, whether it be how you change your
body or where you are in your career and trying

to revive it and them just trying to get this done.
It just didn't work. Now that doesn't mean they can't
stay friends, but right now they just can't be a
cohesive unit.

I hope they're making it back to back together. I
saw Jason a couple of weeks ago while I was
promoting my book on the Morning Circuit. Jason was there
promoting his movie, so we spent a little while together
in a green room, chatting away. He looks great, He's
lost forty pounds. He seems really really happy. He was
excited about his directoral debut. But they say, you know,
any great therapist tells you that relationships get in trouble

when the rules change. When something big change is forty pounds,
a weight loss is a big change. I've seen this happen.
A friend of mine, no names here. It's a personal friend,
not a celebrity friend lost a lot of weight had
by the gastric bypasserger is that, and lost over one
hundred pounds, and suddenly his life changed. His interests changed.

He didn't want to go out drinking and partying. He
wanted to go for a walk each day. He wanted
to go for a runnach day. And so his relationship
with his partner, who didn't change. And you can't blame
people want to lose the weight. They broke up because
suddenly they had just different lifestyles. When you have a
radically different lifestyle to somebody, it's really hard when you

wake up early and somebody wakes up late. When you
go to bed early and someone goes to bed late.
When somebody likes to go out drinking and eating and
having a fabbiness, great, but I have to get up
early and I can't live like that. And now I'm
at an age where if I drink or eat like
that more than one night a week, I'm gonna suffer
and I don't want to feel hung over anymore, and
so these things do happen. He's not a kid anymore.
They have been together a really long time. I like her.

I've met her too, so I'm wishing them the best.
But it is interesting. Look at Amy Schumer. She lost
the weight and her relationship is now over. And so
there is something really big about this. If you're thinking
about doing those weight lost drugs, and aren't we all,
my goodness, we've seen the transformations in Hollywood. Think about it.

It's not just losing the weight, it's losing the life
that that weight has really you too, for better or
for worse. Okay, moving along this story is wild. I
just broke it on my substack. Jacob Aloris, he's a
very handsome devil. His team of really worried about his
relationship with Kendall Jenna as they call and get the

Kardashian Curse. So Jacob is one of the people that
might be playing James Bond. That's how big his career
is about to explode. He's a fantastic Hollywood actor. But
they're saying, look what happened to Timothy Shallomy. He dated
a Jenna slash Kardashian and here's Korea now is not
quite where they wanted. They thought he was going to
win that Oscar. They're worried that Jacob is doing the

same thing. Now. Nobody's blaming Kendall here, But what they
are saying is that she's a reality She is a
tabloid star, and often that is very, very difficult for
somebody who wants to transform themselves into a character. When
you become too famous for being yourself, it's much harder
to believe you in a movie. That's a Madonna's problem

apart from the fact she's not the greatest actress, but
the problem is no character she could play that's more
interesting than Madonna. Every time I see Madonna on television
or in a movie, I'm like, oh, there's Madonna. I
never believe it is the character. She's Madonna. And so
they're worried about that. There is some truth to this,
to this curse the Kardashians still to this day. The

Jenners generate so much interest that it's difficult to get
away from it. And so if love is love, if
you to have fell in love, you knock yourself's eyes.
But do know there is a precedent here and it's
Timothy Shallo May what do you think I would have.

To agree with you on that one. But I also
think that to him and the thief, Chalomy said some
things that were inappropriate, so he got himself into hot water.
And when you think of Kendall Jennera, I think people think, Okay,
she's walked runways in Paris. She's actually considered a legitimate model.
So if they can keep spinning that angle, Jacob is
dating a model, a supermodel who's walked these glamorous runways

and not so much at Kardashian, they may be able
to get away with it. I kind of like them
because they're both tall, so that works for me and
so if nothing else, that's good. And I feel like
Kendall has always kept a little bit more of a
low profile when it comes to her dating life. I mean,
she's dated with a lot of people, but it doesn't

seem as messy as sometimes her sisters seem to get into.
So I think this could work. I mean, Jacob has
already been nominated for an Oscar, so why not. I
mean he's gotten past that point. They're young, they're beautiful,
as long as they keep it. They don't, they don't
do anything crazy, he doesn't come out and try to

take down the art forward. This could work. And again,
this could just be a phase. They look good together
or they're having fun. It could be over in a month.

serious tension behind the scenes to his marriage to Jenny Moling.
So now the insiders are claiming that his transformation boosted
his confidence and it changed the dymatic and it changed

the dynamic between the longtime couple after nearly two decades
today together. So sources are also saying the stress tied
to his directorial debut. He actually made a movie where
he played a failing actor who's trying to keep his
marriage intact, and the pressure to stay relevant in Hollywood
added even more strain at home now for instances, the

pair fought very hard to save their relationship, including years
of couple's therapy, which actually kept them together. I mean,
this is such a sad story when you've been together
so long and you're fighting, and you're fighting and just
the dynamics change, whether it be how you change your
body or where you are in your career and trying
(09:52):
to revive it and them just trying to get this done.
It just didn't work. Now that doesn't mean they can't
stay friends, but right now they just can't be a
cohesive unit.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
I hope they're making it back to back together. I
saw Jason a couple of weeks ago while I was
promoting my book on the Morning Circuit. Jason was there
promoting his movie, so we spent a little while together
in a green room, chatting away. He looks great, He's
lost forty pounds. He seems really really happy. He was
excited about his directoral debut. But they say, you know,
any great therapist tells you that relationships get in trouble
(10:25):
when the rules change. When something big change is forty pounds,
a weight loss is a big change. I've seen this happen.
A friend of mine, no names here. It's a personal friend,
not a celebrity friend lost a lot of weight had
by the gastric bypasserger is that, and lost over one
hundred pounds, and suddenly his life changed. His interests changed.

He didn't want to go out drinking and partying. He
wanted to go for a walk each day. He wanted
to go for a runnach day. And so his relationship
with his partner, who didn't change. And you can't blame
people want to lose the weight. They broke up because
suddenly they had just different lifestyles. When you have a
radically different lifestyle to somebody, it's really hard when you
(11:10):
wake up early and somebody wakes up late. When you
go to bed early and someone goes to bed late.
When somebody likes to go out drinking and eating and
having a fabbiness, great, but I have to get up
early and I can't live like that. And now I'm
at an age where if I drink or eat like
that more than one night a week, I'm gonna suffer
and I don't want to feel hung over anymore, and
so these things do happen. He's not a kid anymore.
They have been together a really long time. I like her.
(11:34):
I've met her too, so I'm wishing them the best.
But it is interesting. Look at Amy Schumer. She lost
the weight and her relationship is now over. And so
there is something really big about this. If you're thinking
about doing those weight lost drugs, and aren't we all,
my goodness, we've seen the transformations in Hollywood. Think about it.
(11:54):
It's not just losing the weight, it's losing the life
that that weight has really you too, for better or
for worse. Okay, moving along this story is wild. I
just broke it on my substack. Jacob Aloris, he's a
very handsome devil. His team of really worried about his
relationship with Kendall Jenna as they call and get the

Kardashian Curse. So Jacob is one of the people that
might be playing James Bond. That's how big his career
is about to explode. He's a fantastic Hollywood actor. But
they're saying, look what happened to Timothy Shallomy. He dated
a Jenna slash Kardashian and here's Korea now is not
quite where they wanted. They thought he was going to
win that Oscar. They're worried that Jacob is doing the

same thing. Now. Nobody's blaming Kendall here, But what they
are saying is that she's a reality She is a
tabloid star, and often that is very, very difficult for
somebody who wants to transform themselves into a character. When
you become too famous for being yourself, it's much harder
to believe you in a movie. That's a Madonna's problem
(13:00):
apart from the fact she's not the greatest actress, but
the problem is no character she could play that's more
interesting than Madonna. Every time I see Madonna on television
or in a movie, I'm like, oh, there's Madonna. I
never believe it is the character. She's Madonna. And so
they're worried about that. There is some truth to this,
to this curse the Kardashians still to this day. The
(13:21):
Jenners generate so much interest that it's difficult to get
away from it. And so if love is love, if
you to have fell in love, you knock yourself's eyes.
But do know there is a precedent here and it's
Timothy Shallo May what do you think I would have.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
To agree with you on that one. But I also
think that to him and the thief, Chalomy said some
things that were inappropriate, so he got himself into hot water.
And when you think of Kendall Jennera, I think people think, Okay,
she's walked runways in Paris. She's actually considered a legitimate model.
So if they can keep spinning that angle, Jacob is
dating a model, a supermodel who's walked these glamorous runways

and not so much at Kardashian, they may be able
to get away with it. I kind of like them
because they're both tall, so that works for me and
so if nothing else, that's good. And I feel like
Kendall has always kept a little bit more of a
low profile when it comes to her dating life. I mean,
she's dated with a lot of people, but it doesn't
(14:22):
seem as messy as sometimes her sisters seem to get into.
So I think this could work. I mean, Jacob has
already been nominated for an Oscar, so why not. I
mean he's gotten past that point. They're young, they're beautiful,
as long as they keep it. They don't, they don't
do anything crazy, he doesn't come out and try to
(14:43):
take down the art forward. This could work. And again,
this could just be a phase. They look good together
or they're having fun. It could be over in a month.

When Barbara gets upset, she often disappears. So Barbara, we say,

The people are gonna go for the halftime show. If
