video to her mom's kidnappers. It's been six months, six
months since Nancy Guffree, who is eighty four years old,
let's remember that, has vanished. Savannah has released a very
new emotional video pleading for answers and making a very

surprising appeal to whoever took her playing. The Today Show
anchor told the suspected kidnapper she was talking directly to
the kidnapper or kidnappers. We don't know how many, and
she said, quote, I know you have tried to do
things the right way before begging them to reveal Nancy's whereabouts. Now,

Savannah is insisting that it's never too late to do
the right thing. A former FBI person I spoke to
said there are subtle changes in the wording of this message.
She is clearly trying to speak appeal directly to any
humanity in these monsters, these people, maybe it's one person,

maybe it's a bunch that took her mother, and talking directly,
FBI people tell me is a very smart thing to do.
They also said that this might mean that there has
been some fresh communications that we do not know about.
We are not privy to all these details. So this
feels to several police insiders as if Savannah the family

whatever they have received, and so it seems quite jarring
for us to see anybody give a compliment to the
people who potentially took your mother, potentially killed your mother.
It absolutely startled me, and then I hit the phones

from a long family of law enforcements. That's what's going

Oh my goodness. First of all, just again, so I
can't believe that it's been six months, and I know
this is just so incredibly hard for Savannah. It was
about a month ago that we heard that they had
received a new note, reportedly saying that Nancy Gunthury had
accidentally died during this whole ordeal. So the way that

Savannah speaking, she's saying basically, let us know where to
look for her, meaning where to look for the body.
And you know, even though she's trying to appeal to
their nicer side, whoever did this may still be thinking,
how do I, you know, make money off of this?
How do I make this a financial windfall for myself?

is if I get this, that and the other. But
of course they want to try to remain anonymous. It's
just no one should have to go through this.

I've worked for both these people, for Jennifer and for Diddy.
I worked with Diddy first and longer. But I was

We know that now. Now people are telling the story
because they feel a little bit more safe. I went

celebrity story, but it's in the world of entertainment, so

I think we can do it. And it's so fascinating.
A Netflix executive who is earning over a million dollars
a year, got fired because he admitted to using drugs
while he was at a company trust retreat. Now, let
me phrase that carefully. He didn't use drugs at the retreat.
At the retreat, they had an exercise where we had
(09:59):
to trust to each other, and so we had to
tell secrets, and he said that he was prescribed once again,
it was prescription medication because he had severe depression following
the death of his mother. He said he was on Kedemie.
Then that triggered an internal investigation. He got fired, and

now he is soing fascinating. It's so important to remember
that when you're at work, even in a social circumstance,
even in a retreat, it's still at work. Be careful
what you say. And I get it. When you play
trust exercises at work, be careful what you reveal because
everybody in the room will remember it the day you

step back into the office. I've nearly made this mistake.
I've nearly fell for this. I've been on a few
retreats too, and you're all loose, and you're all feeling
full of love. The only trust exercise I like to
do is when you fall over backwards and see if
anybody catchs you. I'll do that, But as far as
my mouth must, I think you have to remember that

Well, you know, when you go in for an interview
and they ask you, oh, what's your weakness, you don't
actually say what your real weakness is. You're like, oh,
I work overtime way too much. You always turn it

work retreat. You're not showing up wearing Oh you know,

we're relaxed here, so I'm gonna wear my slippers. No,
you don't do that. You still come dressed. If you've
gotten to your third drink and you feel tipsy, that's
when you leave the room. So many people and maybe
they don't say it right away, there's just the side eye,
but later they're thinking of all the things that maybe
you've done at your job that weren't quite right, and

they can add it all together to finally say you
need to be out. I've seen it happen. I've seen
people get lucy goosey at work retreat. I know when
I've said, you know, your second glass of wine.

and so I just think the whole family. It's so
so difficult when you have a member of the family
who struggles. You want to support them, but at some

And I've got to admit mystery. He's going to be
out of jail in a year. That's another worry.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
I ask you people feeling that. I mean, he's only
got what maybe a year and a half left. I
believe he's out in May twenty twenty eight and maybe
even sooner. So are people worried about retaliation or has
did He learned his lesson and says I'm gonna try
to keep it as clean as i can and concentrate
on my music and my career.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
Yeah, I think we have to wait and see. I
know he's a very vengeful person, I know who holds
a grudge, and so this might be very, very tricky.
Although after being in jail, I hope that changes someone's behavior.
That's the whole point of going to jail is that
you don't want to go back there. So we will
wait and see. Okay, moving along. This is not a
celebrity story, but it's in the world of entertainment, so
(09:39):
I think we can do it. And it's so fascinating.
A Netflix executive who is earning over a million dollars
a year, got fired because he admitted to using drugs
while he was at a company trust retreat. Now, let
me phrase that carefully. He didn't use drugs at the retreat.
At the retreat, they had an exercise where we had
(09:59):
to trust to each other, and so we had to
tell secrets, and he said that he was prescribed once again,
it was prescription medication because he had severe depression following
the death of his mother. He said he was on Kedemie.
Then that triggered an internal investigation. He got fired, and
(10:19):
now he is soing fascinating. It's so important to remember
that when you're at work, even in a social circumstance,
even in a retreat, it's still at work. Be careful
what you say. And I get it. When you play
trust exercises at work, be careful what you reveal because
everybody in the room will remember it the day you
(10:40):
step back into the office. I've nearly made this mistake.
I've nearly fell for this. I've been on a few
retreats too, and you're all loose, and you're all feeling
full of love. The only trust exercise I like to
do is when you fall over backwards and see if
anybody catchs you. I'll do that, But as far as
my mouth must, I think you have to remember that
(11:01):
it's still your job, though. What do you think?
Speaker 2 (11:04):
Well, you know, when you go in for an interview
and they ask you, oh, what's your weakness, you don't
actually say what your real weakness is. You're like, oh,
I work overtime way too much. You always turn it
into a strength. And it's exactly the same at a
work retreat. You're not showing up wearing Oh you know,
(11:24):
we're relaxed here, so I'm gonna wear my slippers. No,
you don't do that. You still come dressed. If you've
gotten to your third drink and you feel tipsy, that's
when you leave the room. So many people and maybe
they don't say it right away, there's just the side eye,
but later they're thinking of all the things that maybe
you've done at your job that weren't quite right, and
(11:46):
they can add it all together to finally say you
need to be out. I've seen it happen. I've seen
people get lucy goosey at work retreat. I know when
I've said, you know, your second glass of wine.
Speaker 1 (11:58):

You have to know when to leave them room.
Speaker 1 (12:00):
Yes, yes, yes, this is a sad story. Eric Roberts,
Julia roberts brother did not get to his daughter's wedding.
What do we know about this? It's sad.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
Yeah, Well, she got married to Cody John and he
just did not come to her Lavish Idaho wedding, insisting
there's no blat, there's no bad blood between them. Despite
his absence, he said I love my daughter I always
have and that it was a perfectly wonderful ceremony and
she can celebrate however she wants, with whomver she wants. Okay,
(12:34):
this is this is her husband, so she's not celebrating
with whomever. But I digress. He was in Los Angeles.
He was spotted leaving the gym the next day, and
she was surrounded by alas family and friends. I mean,
Julia Roberts's sister was there. But it's important to note
that he said that he hasn't always been the father
(12:54):
that Emma deserves. And so, I mean, this is so complicated.
Do you show up and then all of a sudden
that becomes the story. Do you stay away and then
people think that you're never going to connect with your daughter.
What do you think, right, she.
Speaker 1 (13:08):
Made it easy for him. She didn't invite him. I
hit the phones.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
It's easy.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
He was not invited. So if you're not invited, you
don't go. And when you're not invited, it says everything.
Let's remember that when her dad, when he got divorced
from her mom, Julia, his sister, Julia, took the mom's
side against her brother. He was going through some severe
substance abuse issues at the time. He emitted that, and
so Julia has been there for Emma all along, where
(13:33):
the dad hasn't. Now, Julia and her brother have had
issues too about talking to the press and revealing secrets,
and so I just think the whole family. It's so
so difficult when you have a member of the family
who struggles. You want to support them, but at some
point you have to say enough. So he wasn't invited. Okay, quickly,
before we get a break. Suri Cruz has dropped Tom
(13:54):
Cruise's last name, so she's no longer Suri Cruz. She's
Suri Noel. That is her mommy Kate Holmes middle name.
We know now because she's registered to vote in Pennsylvania,
where she's going to Carnegie Mellon University, a great, great university.
They're twenty years old. Has dropped his name. I hit
the phones, and my sources close to Tom say that
he doesn't care. He has been estrange from her since
(14:18):
she was seven. I think there is some scientology reasons
involved in this too, but he's never spoken about Suri.
They cut the cord. This wasn't just the public separation.
They've not seen each other in over a decade. They
don't talk, they have a zero relationship. And so Tom
(14:38):
is not heartbroken, He's not sad, he's not regretting the past.
This is not Brad Pitt and his children losing the
pit in their name. Tom has made a conscious decision
here that it sounds shocking for a parent to do that,
But Tom and Suri have both gone their own ways.
And I don't want to say his relief, but I

spoke to sources who said, Rob no reaction, non he's

phone talking to you, you have to set a camera
up in a certain angle that can't be a reflection

on it. You have to light it. That shot would
take about thirty minutes to set up. We'd have to
stop the show to set the phone up for someone
to happen. So it was all stage, which is fine.
She's on a TV show. He's helping his wife out.
Was it cute or was it cringe? Split down the
middle fifty fifty mistay, it looked. I thought it was

sort of cute, but it's sort of cringy too, And
I get I get her husband.

Why wouldn't you call her at work? Why would you

trying to build. But you know who's keeping a watchful
on Queen Camilla. He's just watching and making sure everything
goes down. But I think the key here and what's
really nice is I think Charles is trying to build
a relationship with his grandchildren as well. This is a

part of the family where we know he's of a
certain age. He's not going to be here forever, so
he wants to know who his grandchildren are. And you know,
family for me is everything. Nicest of the day. Buckingham Palace.

the day is Armie Hammer, whose Hollywood comeback is trying
to make a comeback. It's going to be blown up

by shocking the abuse claim. So a former girlfriend has
come forward and shown bite marks and given some very
very ugly text messages to the Daily Mail. It is
shocking what she is alleging. Some of his fantasies, some
of his kinks, some of his pleasures. It's just horrific.
This man clearly hasn't changed and naughtiest after the day,

let's end with a moment of rob Hey, the fastest
way to grow is to become friends with people who
think bigger than you do. Your future is often hiding
inside your friendships. Spend time with people who dream bigger,
who take smarter risks, who refuse to settle, and their

mindset will begin to shape yours. Big thinkers, they stretch
your imagination, they challenge your excuses, and they raise your
standards without saying a word. I know growth success is contagious. Now,
I'm not saying you should become somebody else. No, I'm
