Speaker 1 (00:08):
Advice Shoot. Welcome to the Naughty but Night Show. I'm
your host, Shooter. It's Tuesday, which means our dear friend
Delena Dixon joins us, Missy are you there? I am
Mr Shooter. Good morning. How you doing? Hello, Darling? Really
really well, let's jump into the show. We've got a
ton of gossip. What time is it, my friends? It

(00:30):
is time. Big story at the top of the show.
So Kanye West has offered to double the salary of
an s n L star if he starts working with
Pete Davidson. This is getting so crazy. So Kanye West
went on a rant again over the last few days,
targeting pretty much every body, but now he seems to

(00:53):
have landed on Michael Shay Michael Shea is the Handsome
Devil on Saturday Night Live, and he said to Michael quote,
I'll double whatever they're paying you if you stop working
with Pete Davidson. This is so insane. So the Weekend
Update host he replied rather witty SNL type away, saying sorry, yeah,

(01:16):
but I wouldn't betray my friend. And then he said
for less than triple my salary. So I don't want double,
I want triple. He is joking. He went on to
add that he only earns ninety thousand a year. That's
not true. Let me tell you, they earn a lot
of money on us an album. Maybe not as much
as you think. I think it's about a hundred thousand
dollars a show, and they don't get paid when they're

(01:39):
not doing shows for a lot of money. You know,
it's not Kim money, it's not Kanye many, but it's
a lot of money. Then he went on to add
to he also wants He's got a list of two
mands he's ready. I want full medical, I want full dental.
I want four weeks vacation. I want a quarter off.
Is that if you do all that, I'll rambo the
entire building. I think this is the right way to

(01:59):
his spun to somebody like Kanye. What do you think, Well,
I mean, Michael Jay is no stupid guy. I mean,
if you're going to get a new job, you make
sure you get all those bunnies right. I'm starting to
feel this is not funny anymore when it comes to Kanye.
As we know, he has dealt with mental issues and
this is just getting a little out of hand. And

(02:20):
what's interesting is when he was part of the Kardashian family,
they sort of kind of kept him in line. Right now,
there's nobody to kind of reel him in, So I'm
thinking of sending my mama in there and having a conversation.
If anyone could fix it, your mommy could You're absolutely
right here to Lena. I'm starting to get hesitant about
doing these stories. If we did a Kanye story every

(02:41):
time he went on a rant, that's all this podcast
would be. And it is serious now. Somebody told me
a friend if he's told me they fear he's off
his medication, and this seems to happen once a year
or so, and if this is the case, then it's very,
very dangerous. He's been very honest about his past struggles
with mental health. I think him sort of helped him.

(03:03):
Hearing sort of was like that stability in his life. Now,
because of that ending, his whole world has been turned
upside down. Many people would argue because of his own fault,
he's the one that did this, but certainly we know
what this is like. When you break up with somebody,
your whole world has changed, particularly if you're married or

(03:25):
with them a long time. You have children with them.
So Kanye is now navigating a new life. He's trying
to have a new routine. It's difficult for him to
seem to find a happy balance here. So I think
you're right again Misdia, which brings us to our pole
question of the day. Kanye West has offered to double

(03:45):
the salary of Michael Shay on Saturday Night Live if
he stops working with Pete. David said, let's not make
this question about Kanye. Let's let's steer away from him
and ask ourselves about you. Would you accept double the
salary to not work with somebody who a friend thought
was annoying. So there's somebody in your company who is

(04:07):
not liked. Would you take double your salary to leave?
It's a good question. Hey, go vote on our Twitter
page at Naughty Nice rather Facebook pages Naughty Gossip. I'm
sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey,
miss Steve, what are you working on? Well? On Sunday,
it was the Super Bowl. That's that's the football game,

(04:30):
rack the big one. So the NFL was aware that
Eminem was going to kneel during the Super Bowl halftime show.
It was amazing. Um, and they're just making sure that
the report that people said that they didn't think that
they had given Eminem permission to nil was roneous. This
is coming from NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy. We watched all

(04:55):
elements of the show during multiple rehearsals this week, and
we were all aware that Eminem was going to do that. Now,
Eminem famous rapper. He joined Dr Dre and Mary J.
J Blige, Snoop Dogg, and Kendrick Lamar to perform the
much anticipated show, which was all this hot nineties rap music.
It was amazing, it was so alive. Yeah, Eminem stayed

(05:16):
down on one knee for a moment while Dr Dre
sat in front of a piano and played tupacs. I
ain't mad at cha cha. The NFL denial comes after
The Puck reported that the NFL didn't want Eminem to
meal during that half morning. Now, Rob, did you watch?
I did watch, I did watch. I tuned in and
at football. It's not my fingle though. This is the

(05:37):
most exciting game of the year. And my goodness, there's
guys look so cute in those tight uniforms. That kept
me going. I love the halftime show, I love the commercials.
Brian McCarthy from the NFL. I used to work with him.
Can you believe this? All the people I've worked a
hello Brian A level level low. So when I was
working for John bon Jovi, John did a big promotion
in Time Square for the NFL and I worked with Brian,

(05:58):
and I can tell you from experience, and there is
nothing that the celebrity does that is not approved by
the NFL. There is so much money an organization going
on here. They had to rehearse that so many times
for camera angles. I was at the rehearsals, had like
two in the morning in Times Squares, and no one
would see them. I went to the rehearsal studios with them.

(06:21):
They knew exactly what they were doing. So it's very,
very very rare. Maybe in Janet Jackson's case, that's a
performer that somebody does something the NFL is not aware of.
I think here though, taking the knee was not the
big story of the next day. This has been a
story now going on for three five, maybe longer years.
I think the big story was the winners of the game,

(06:44):
and that Mary J. Blige and those boots, mister oh,
they were amazing and Rob Can. I just add that
my uncle Gary actually goes out and works the halftime
show every year, and he's been out there for about
ten days, so before the game even took place. So
they have been acticing and working and preparing for almost
two weeks. Oh yeah, absolutely, There's no way a stage

(07:05):
that size goes up in the middle of a stadium
and literally I think seven or eight maybe ten minutes.
I mean it's a massive stage. To build a stage
like that for a pop concert at Madison Square, God,
and would take days, maybe weeks. So this thing is
put together so, I mean, the logistics of it are
just amazing. So they know everything that's going on for sewer. Hey,

(07:30):
Wendy Williams is denying mental health allegations after her bank
Wells Fargo her frozen her bank accounts, so she's denying
all reports that she's suffering with mental health issues. Her
attorney said, quote, Wendy wants the world to know that
she totally denies all the allegations about her mental health

(07:53):
and well being. During this hiatus from the show, Wendy
has employed holistic health fashionals to help her reach her
optimal health during her treatment for grieves disease and thyroid
concerned Wendy won't be returning to the show this season.
The future, there's a little bit up in the air.

(08:14):
It looks like Sherry Shepherds is in discussions to replace her.
But this statement is really forceful. They say that it's
Sadden's Wendy, that Wells Fargo has chosen to believe allegations
from a former employee ear rather than from Wendy. This
is something about this story is just not right. You
can't freeze somebody's bank accounts just because you think they

(08:37):
might not be mentally fit. I mean, I know a
lot of people missing, we both do. It's questionable. It's
questionable if they could make good decisions for themselves. You
can't just walk into Chase Bank and freeze their assets.
What's going on? Yeah, I mean, something just doesn't add up. Usually,
if they're going to freeze your bank accounts, you hadn't

(08:58):
been held on a fifty one fifty. Now we know
that we haven't seen Wendy. Obviously, she doesn't have to
talk about her private life. If she is dealing with
mental health issues or she had this happened to her,
But it can only think that is the case for
them to take on such a serious situation where they're
not going to allow her to have access to her

(09:19):
own money. But she has to come out and say something,
and this is what she's chosen to say. Wendy, speak
to us. I know that you're not feeling well, but
maybe we could set up a camera in your home
or I think you're in Florida. Talk to us. We
love you, Wendy. Your fans are desperate to hear from you.
What is going on? It feels like a Britney Spears
situation to me, Free Wendy. We're team Wendy. Hey. Mary j.

(09:43):
Blige revealed that she had to go on to a
misty just to pay her ex husband. What's going on?
I know? So she's basically say that she had to
give up all this alimony and I didn't have no MoMA,
no more money because I had to give it all
up because he spent it all. So she had to

(10:06):
go on tour so she could pay for it. Basically,
and the multi oscar nominee says that her finances were
so stretched that she didn't have the resources to pay
for housing. I didn't have no money to pay for
my rent and all this other stuff, she continued. Now,
if you remember, in two thousand seventeen, Mary J. Blige

(10:26):
was ordered to pay thirty thousand dollars a month in
alimony to her ex. Yeah, I had to I had
to stop for a month, not a year, a month
in alimony to her ex. Originally, his lawyers requested quadruple
the amount to help him sustain his lifestyle. Now, the

(10:47):
singer's former manager further claim they had become he had
become unemployable, and that without her financial support, he would
be destitute and paying rent has become impossible. I don't know.
That's about the whole year of my round. Mary's new song.
Rent money has hit all the music streaming services, so

(11:09):
maybe we should all buy the help Mary. This is outrageous.
I had dinner with Mary and her husband and Naomi Campbell.
Listen me dropping names. I'm friends of Naomi Campbell or
I was? And Niomy invited me for dinner and she
didn't tell me who was joining us. In walked Mary J.
Blige and her husband. He was a bit shady. I
knew it. There was something a bit off about him,

(11:30):
and he did enjoy being Mary's husband and the and
the perks that came with that, but arguing that you
can't get a job after she fires you, That's not true.
You can't get a job as another manager who has
all this money. But you can get a job. It
might not be the job you want, but you can
get a job. And also to I didn't know thirty

(11:51):
thousand dollars a month or can you possibly need or
or think you deserve it. You're becoming titled, don't you
If you're around someone with a lot of money, or
even in a job that you really shouldn't have, but
you have it because you're sleeping with the boss, basically
you do become really entitled and you start to think
that is your money. I'm always aware that a lot

(12:11):
of my a lot of the privilege that comes in
my life is because I married my husband, Bruce, who's
much more successful than I am. But God forbid anything
happens there. Mr. This fabulous apartment of mine is going.
I don't pay the I'm not We'll live together, absolutely hey,
quickly before we get a break. Mark Antony's response to

(12:32):
a report about Jennifer Lopez and her ex Alex Rodriguez
is hellvery yes, so okay. Magazine POS did a great story.
It said that Alex believes Jennifer's going to start missing
him and realize why they were together, but she's already
moved on. Mark Atony saw this post on social media

(12:56):
is so fabulous, and he responded. He responded with a
bunch of laughing emojies, just laughing, no words, just five
or six laughing emotes. These two split in two thousand
and eleven. I think they got divorced a couple of
years later two thousand and fourteen, after being together for
ten years, they share their thirteen year old thirteen mistake,

(13:19):
don't they grow up thirteen year old twins together, Max
and Emmy. I think this is just hilarious. I love
when celebrities comment on social media. All I can say
is two words, ben affleck, come on, that's all you
need to say. I don't believe though you never know,
Alex Haster has a big ego. We can we can

(13:39):
agree on that on this show. Maybe he does think
she will missing. He thinks that he's amazing. I met
him once. Mistake, Oh goodness, gracious, he really does think
he's a king, and so maybe in his own kingdom
he said. Old lady goes back and she gets the
man that she laughed, You know, the one that got away.

(14:01):
You remember, Hey, We're going to take a quick break
and we will be right back. Welcome back to the
Naughty but I show your host Shooter with our dear friend,
Mr Hester, Let's get to the polls that the dark.
Thank you very much. With Steve So, Kanye West targets

(14:22):
Billie Eilish after attacking Taylor Swift many years ago. Does
Kanye have a problem with young women? Let's have a look,
Wow said yes, Although Misty, I think, as you said
earlier in the show, We're not going to do these
type of stories anymore, Kanye. We really are wishing you

(14:43):
the best. You need some help, my friend. Don't forget
to vote on today's pole. Go to our Twitter page
at Naughty Nice Rob or our Facebook page which is
Naughty Egons here Bambies. Sure to check back tomorrow to
hear your results. My favorite part of the show, it's
time for a nice well. Our nicest of the day

(15:07):
is Whoopi Goldberg, who has returned to the view after
her two weeks suspension. She opened the show yesterday by
telling viewers, yes, I'm back, and she said, We're going
to keep having tough conversations, and in part because this
is what I've been hired to do. It is an
honor to sit at this table and be able to

(15:28):
have these conversations because they are important. They're important to
us as a nation and to us so as a
human entity. Now, if you remember, Boy was actually suspended
because she made comments about the Holocaust and they weren't
very sensitive, so the show decided to take her off
the air for two weeks. Goldberg had apologized, but ABC

(15:51):
News president Kim Godwin called her comments wrong and hateful.
In a discussion on the view, Goldberg had claimed that
the Holocaust US was not about race. So she's back.
Hopefully she's taken the time to learn her lesson and
we can move on because we have to learn forgiveness.
What do you think, right? Yeah? I like whoopee. She's

(16:12):
not an anti Semite. I know that for a fact.
She said something really stupid. She apologized for this. It's
good to have her back. Whoop is the glue on
that show. I watched and I thought she handled it
just beautifully. It's a bigger conversation, though, isn't it, and
I was thinking about ourselves. Misty. We've been on panel shows,
we've been on talk shows in the morning, but we've
been talking about things like Kim Kardashian's bottom or who

(16:35):
Taylor Swift is dating. Can you imagine being on a
show where you do talk about really sensitive topics the Holocaust, gay,
gay rights, abortion, like the View goes there, all these
culturally divisive issues the View talks about. I don't think
I could do a show like that. Have mad respect
for those ladies. I know I couldn't do it. So

(16:57):
it's it's it's not easy, and you're putting your thought
it out there, and your in your heart and your emotions,
and sometimes you think of something in your head, but
what comes out for your words isn't correct. So I
would basically be sitting there saying nope, I just want
to say a word. It is interesting in life, isn't it.
I think about some of my friends and I just
don't want to offend people, and I love that about them.

(17:18):
Some of my friends are bulls in China's shops. They
just go marching in. And even though I've got a
big math and I do like to talk, I don't
want to be that guy. I get really, really cautious
when talking about those really divisive issues. We know, the
ones people on the border, immigration, refugees, women's rights like
these are stuff that I have talked about in my

(17:40):
private life. Like mis Steve, when we're at Bottino at night,
we talk about this stuff. Maybe not that much, but
we did talk about it. I don't think I could
make my living talking about this, absolutely, and you kind
of have to self edit yourself in the moment, and
sometimes it gets emotional. We've had conversations and when you're
talking about sensitive topics, you get emotional. And they are
doing it in front of millions and millions of people

(18:03):
live live and nicest of the day and not he
is the day. Rosaria Dawson and Senator Corey Brooker. Corey
Brooker have split up after two years together. People Magazine
have confirmed that they called it quits. A source close
to the New Jersey lawmaker says the couple are not

(18:24):
dating anymore, but they're trying to remain good friends. It
almost makes me sad when couples break up. I thought
these two were the ideal pet. I met him once Mystery.
I was at a TV show and the best thing
about doing TV the second best thing, the best thing
about doing t VS. Being on TV. It's thrilling. But
afterwards you're in the green room or before the show,
you do your hair and makeup, and you're sitting like

(18:45):
this holding area, and you meet the most extraordinary people
because the people that are on after you or before
you are all sitting in the green room. So I'm
sitting there literally talking about something ridiculous. I mean, it's
going to be some crazy celebrity story. There is sitting
in Senator Corey Booker, and you know he's good at
what he does. He had control of the entire room. Misty,

(19:07):
he shook all the hands, he took pictures with us.
I was like, Wow, he's a star. I think you've
got to have that star quality to be a big politician,
do you think, Oh? Absolutely. It's just kind of like
when you think about being on the view. You're speaking
in front of people live. You actually have the power
of people's lives in your hands. So it's very easy
to say things wrong. So you have to be super

(19:29):
confident and you really have to understand how are a
lot well maybe not, I don't know. These days Okay,
let's end with the moment of Rob. You gonna rob,
you gonna rob, you get a rob. You've got my
myst So every tear should live for its purpose. Don't
ever wipe away the reason. So you can wipe away

(19:50):
your tears, but remember why you're crying. I know that
sounds really, really tough, but you're crying for a reason.
It's a it's a learning opportunity, the tea, it's a
learning moment. Why are you so sad? Wipe away the tears,
but never wipe away the reason why. Deep, misd Deep.

(20:11):
That's it for today. Thank you so much for listening
