Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift are going to get a prenup.

Obviously they're going to get a prenup. But there's one
thing that's very, very curious, and our friends at TMZ
pointed this oude it's the location. I never thought about.
This where you sign your prenup actually is major because
different states look at these prenups in very different ways,
so we know they're going to get a prenup. TMS
have been reporting that we have confirmed that these stars

combined wealth. It's staggering. She's worth two billion dollars. Let's
just get passie. He's worth eighty million, which seems like
twenty dollars. It seems like who cares? Ninety million is
a lot of money. Now, Legal insiders say that states
like Rhode Island where they could get married. I don't

know what Kansas is on the list. Does he play
in Kansas? Is that why that's on the list. Where's
his football team? That's why because he has a house
in Kansas. So Rhode Island where her house is, Kansas
where his house is. They are considered very preing up friendly.
What that means is they go by what's in the prenup.
Where New York, God bless new York. They're not so

close and sometimes you can challenge it in New York
and there can be a disagreement. New York's always a negotiation,
isn't it. Even with a contract, you can negotiate. And
so neither star has spoken about this, but their future
is going to be about where they decide to sign
this prenup. Now, hopefully it's irrelevant and they never need it.

But it's just such a fascinating detail that I would
never cross my mind, Donnie, if we got married, heaven
for good. But if we did and we signed a
pre and up, we absolutely would. Would we sign it
in LA where you live, or New York where I live?
I would say in New York. But now I'm told
New York they don't always honor the prenups. With New York,

you can renegotiate the I thought the whole point of
a prenup was you've settled all this, You've decided before
you get married. Every dollar, where's it coming. If we
don't make it, heaven for bid, it doesn't work out,
we've got an agreement. Now I'm finding that not so fast.

I never thought about that either. You just think about

thing is is also I didn't even, weirdly enough, didn't

I am just saying I'm not going into this saying

Let me play devil's advocate. Though, if you had two
billion and you had to give me one billion, you
still have a billion, Like that's a lot. How much
money does a person need?

Okay, I understand where you and she will still continue
to make and make millions next year. I mean, it
will happen, but it's her money, she meaning, why should
she have to give it to him?

I think with Taylor, who we saw her fight so
so so hard to get back the rights of her songs.
She owns her catalog now in the divorce, if they
didn't have a prenup, he would own half of Taylor's songs.
And that doesn't feel right, does it. That's how you
have to think about it. It's not just the number
in a bank. It's the amount of hard work you've

if I had ninety million, I'd be fine if I
had forty five, Like, it's I don't think my life
would be that different. I don't have a prenup. When
I got married with Bruce, lucky me because he was
the one with all my money, not me, but there

I would hopefully not marry somebody who was poor. That's hopefully,

it is a good move. He looked so silly the week.

in filmmakers in the nineteen twenties. Why not? And he
noticed that in old photographs a lot of the directors

a director, if you direct a movie, you're a director.
He has to put on the costume to feel the part,
because really he's an actor in his bones. And so
made me chuckle. But you do look lovely, and I

told he has almost zero interaction with the children. He

brothers and sisters and so it was a beautiful family day.
Brad's not part of this family anymore. It is sad,
it is toxic, it is awful, there's been horrible accusations,
but the fact is he's not part of it. Now.
Someone said to me, there's nothing stopping him from showing up. Yes,
he could have turned up. Bel if Brad had turned
up at the graduation, there would have been bad blood

and drama. And he's so famous, and so I just
don't know. I don't know about this one. I don't
want to say I feel bad for Brad, but I
think we should all just get used to the fact
that his kids with Angelina Jolie are no longer using
case naming. It must be really hurtful, but it's a fact.

Yeah, I mean, look, I was, if I'm not mistaken.
It was Shilah who did it first kind of came
out and was very publicly like, no, I'm basically dropping
his name. It's just it's all in all, it's sad,
is what it is. And it's like, but it's these
kids aren't really kids anymore, and they're grown up and
they're adults, and if they decide that they don't want

to be associated with him, that is, you know, their prerogative,
and that's the right. I do think though, that he
has to see this I mean, obviously he wasn't as
a graduation, so he didn't see that, you know, the
last name was Jolie, or that when it was walked
across the stage it was announced as Jolie. But he

has to see this out there in the press, and
he has to see it. It has to hurt a little.
I don't. I just wish though, and who I don't.

sad part is in reality, when you continue to see

because you wouldn't sue somebody who had failed company, because

also just laugh at them because it was failing, you

The new company. So we know Kevin Hawk's company and
he's in trouble. He had to lay people off this week,
and so who wants to steal secrets from a company
that's not doing very well. So none of this makes
any sense to me, can't you. I mean, they talk
about this as if it is the secret Kentucky fried
chicken recipe. It's in a safe and nobody can know
that recipe is a podcast. I listened to the Kevin

Hart podcast, Kevin talking, it ain't that secret. Like everything
you're hear, this is really what the secret is. So

John t Volta, he knows how to get his name
out there.

So you know, he popped up at the Cannes Film Festival.
He was wearing a beret. He was no, I'm not
gonna lie. I saw the picture and I was like, oh,
he actually looks kind of cute, like he worked for
him he did. It was bizarre, though, because this is
not the John ti Volta. We know this is not.
(07:44):
So he explained it. He goes, I wanted to look
like a director. Oh, I'd met many directors. Not sure
if I'm not. I don't think that is what they're
known for. I think John is he's in his seventies.
I think he is more trying to hide, you know,
(08:05):
the lack of.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Hair that could be. I think that's more of yes
a version. I do think that Losing the week, though,
it is a good move. He looked so silly the week.
So I think he's quite handsome with the balls read.
But he was promoting and this is where Johnny's old
school Hollywood. It all ties up, it all adds up.
He was promoting his directorial debut, so he wanted to

look like a director, not like a movie star, not
like John Travolter. So what did he do? He stood
in filmmakers in the nineteen twenties. Why not? And he
noticed that in old photographs a lot of the directors
had berets and glasses. This is such an actor's mentality
when they're going to play a role. They're going to
(08:50):
play a character instead of just living it. You are
a director, if you direct a movie, you're a director.
He has to put on the costume to feel the part,
because really he's an actor in his bones. And so
made me chuckle. But you do look lovely, and I
like a little bit of whimsy, do you, Donnie? Would
you wear a beret if you were in frowns? I
(09:13):
will look ridiculous and you would look ridiculously. That's the
whole point.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
Yeah, But also I have a four head of hair,
Oh honey, you got I don't want to hide this.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
You got good hair. Why are you wearing a baseball
cap now?
Speaker 1 (09:24):
Because it's not clean?
Speaker 2 (09:27):
It's a dirty hair. How often you wash that for?
How often?
Speaker 1 (09:32):
Daily?
Speaker 2 (09:33):
Every day gets washed?
Speaker 1 (09:35):
But it's early early, I washed it.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
You haven't even cleaned your teeth. Well, thank you for
being with us. Okay, moving along, Angelina Angelina Jelly's daughter
Zahara takes another dig at Brad. I don't know if
it's another dig or the same, the same situation. So
she's dropped his last name. She's no longer picked well.
She graduated from college, and when she graduated, she was
a horror ma jo Lee leaving the pit out of

her name. Every time she leaves the pit out of
her name. It cannot be breaking news because we know
it's not a one off. She's dropped the name. It
is no longer Jolie Pitt. It is Jolee. So I'm
told he has almost zero interaction with the children. He
was not there when she graduated. Angelina turned up with
(10:23):
brothers and sisters and so it was a beautiful family day.
Brad's not part of this family anymore. It is sad,
it is toxic, it is awful, there's been horrible accusations,
but the fact is he's not part of it. Now.
Someone said to me, there's nothing stopping him from showing up. Yes,
he could have turned up. Bel if Brad had turned
up at the graduation, there would have been bad blood
(10:45):
and drama. And he's so famous, and so I just
don't know. I don't know about this one. I don't
want to say I feel bad for Brad, but I
think we should all just get used to the fact
that his kids with Angelina Jolie are no longer using
case naming. It must be really hurtful, but it's a fact.
What do you think.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
Yeah, I mean, look, I was, if I'm not mistaken.
It was Shilah who did it first kind of came
out and was very publicly like, no, I'm basically dropping
his name. It's just it's all in all, it's sad,
is what it is. And it's like, but it's these
kids aren't really kids anymore, and they're grown up and
they're adults, and if they decide that they don't want
(11:28):
to be associated with him, that is, you know, their prerogative,
and that's the right. I do think though, that he
has to see this I mean, obviously he wasn't as
a graduation, so he didn't see that, you know, the
last name was Jolie, or that when it was walked
across the stage it was announced as Jolie. But he
(11:50):
has to see this out there in the press, and
he has to see it. It has to hurt a little.
I don't. I just wish though, and who I don't.
Will it change something inside of him? Will it make
him want to reach out? I don't know, because the
sad part is in reality, when you continue to see
things like this, a lot of people tend to, you know,
go the opposite way and a distance, and even more so,
(12:15):
they don't want nothing to do with me. I won't
movee out. There's no winning there.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
There's no winning. There's no winning on this one makes
me sad. I'm glad Sahara graduated. I'm glad her mom
was there. Glad her brothers and sisters are there. Makes
me sad. Family dramas make me sad. Okay, moving along, Donny,
what's going on with Kevin Hart. You think of him
as one of the most successful people in the world,
but one of his businesses is not doing so well.
What's happening.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
He's in a bitter bitter, bitter bitter war with ex
employees over alleged treat secrets. So Heartbeat, which is his
entertainment company, I get it, two or four more employees
accusing him of secretly building a competing podcast a podcast
(12:59):
is podcast while still on his payroll.
Speaker 2 (13:03):
Well that's a bit shater.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
And he says they launched their own visior and even
pitched investors for two million by maybe using some of
Kevin Hart's shada or info.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
It's a little ship.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
The thing is though, I mean, like you said, a
podcast is a partcast? How much trade secret?
Speaker 2 (13:26):
It's not really like us. They could have googled it is.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
This does scream a litter. Oh you built a podcast company,
and whatever this competing podcast company is must be succeeding,
because you wouldn't sue somebody who had failed company, because
what's the point. You're not going to get anything, but
also just laugh at them because it was failing, you
wouldn't care. So whatever this company is must be succeeding.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
The new company. So we know Kevin Hawk's company and
he's in trouble. He had to lay people off this week,
and so who wants to steal secrets from a company
that's not doing very well. So none of this makes
any sense to me, can't you. I mean, they talk
about this as if it is the secret Kentucky fried
chicken recipe. It's in a safe and nobody can know
that recipe is a podcast. I listened to the Kevin
(14:19):
Hart podcast, Kevin talking, it ain't that secret. Like everything
you're hear, this is really what the secret is. So
I'm not quite sure what state's going to be quick.
That's how nuclear secrets they had here In a podcast.
You sit there, you're talking to a microphone, You're trying
to be entertaining for twenty minutes. I don't like a
long podcast, you know, I like a short one. Twenty
(14:42):
minutes and you say goodbye. Kevin's being a bit spiteful. Hey,
these two people knew the company was in trouble. They've
started up their own thing, and instead of celebrating them
saying good luck, he's going to go after them legally.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Not right, I haven't struggling lately because he had that.
He had like a restaurant here, a lot of fast
food right with vegan, which much interesting.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
They are when out of business. They went out of business.
They did go out of business. That roast quite recently
was funny though, although they were brutal about Kevin. I
know Kevin, punch up, not down. Go after Chelsea Hat,
Chelsea Handler, and go after Joe Rogan's podcast. Don't go
after two people that worked with you who are starting
a podcast. There's not that many.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
Seats miss they started the writing on the wall.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
They jump to them, and we'll do our own. We'll
do our own. Okay, we're going to take a quick break.

going to take that money and invest it in the
estate that he still owns putting low income housing there,
environmental projects. He's doing a good thing here. I agree

beautiful pictures inside that wedding that they were never gonna release,

once were. Please remember you used to like us. But
the pictures are lovely and eight years together. You know
a lot of people said not gonna last eight years.
Good for them. We can have issues with Megan and Harry,
and we have, but today we can say happy anniversary,
and now I'm notice of the day. Naughty Nordy Hayden

Panateea has some shocking confessions about Hollywood. She's saying that
when she was just nineteen years old, an Oscar winning
actor and director that's specific, he won an Oscar an
actor and a director exposed himself to her at a
private party. She was nineteen years old, so she was
young famous in Hollywood. She was the itat girl, and
(18:30):
she said she was leaving a party and unnamed star
allegedly told her look down there, and then she saw
he was exposing himself. His fly was unzipped. She hasn't
revealed the name, but this attracts We know, Hollywood, we
know how creepy it is. I'm so so angry about this.

I'm glad she's finally, finally, finally telling the story. And
I hope that actor, director, you know who you are,
is terrified that she's going to say the name. And
you can't tell people what to do when they tell
their stories. I would have named him. I would have
named him. And what is the day? Let's end with

you stop trying to control everything. Most of the time,
the breakthrough comes the moment you stop obsessing about that outcome.
The magic often begins when you're loosing your grip. You
trust yourself and you keep moving forward. When you stop

forcing every detail, things flow naturally. Peace does not come
from controlling everything. It comes from believing you can handle
