Speaker 1 (00:12):
It's hell Mam li Lo. Welcome to the Naughty but
nice am your host, wrong shooter, And it's Friday, which
means our dear friend Cory Andrew joins, uys, Hey, Corey,
are you there?
Speaker 2 (00:23):
I am here with bells.
Speaker 3 (00:25):
On bells and we love your bells, my friend.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
And we got a ton of bells to ring today.
Because gossip is hartlet's jump right in. What time is it?
Speaker 3 (00:34):
My friends?
Speaker 1 (00:35):
Is massive story at the top of the show, a
sad story, but also a very important story. Teresa Judici's
daughter Milania has been arrested. If you don't know who
she is, she's the real housewife of New Jersey. I
think many people would say that Teresa was the breakout
star of the show. It's been on now over a decade.
I was actually filming a pilot when this show debuted,
(00:56):
and Teresa was the first guest on my new talk show.
She was charming. She brought her kids with her. I
think fame has changed her as I've seen her grow
over the years. You know, fame changes people. Jobs change people.
It's not just fame. If you're in a job for tenures,
you're going to be different. You know, it's just it's
called evolution. You've got to evolve. I don't think fame
or the job changed Teresa for the best. Let me explain.
(01:21):
So her daughter is twenty years old and was arrested
last month on allegations of simple assault causing bodily harm.
They actually say domestic assaultant. We'll get into that in
a minute, because I looked that up. That means another
family member was evolved. Domestic assault is not when you
punch somebody in a bar, or you get into a
scuffle at a traffic start or a parking space. The
(01:44):
file says domestic abuse, domestic assault, so it could be
somebody within the family. So, according to court documents, she's
at the University of Tampa. She was taken into custody
by the Montville Township in New Jersey, the police there
following an incident that happened on May fourteenth. So this
is a few weeks ago. Yeah, she's scheduled to appear
(02:07):
in court in just a few days and at the moment,
no plea has been entered. So she's not saying she's guilty,
she's not saying innocent. We don't know yet. Now, neither
Milania or her famous Mommy have addressed this, which is
unusual because the two of them do talk a lot
on social media. Then reality starts their chatty cat is
never have said anything, but I did check out Millania's
Instagram social media this morning. Lots of inspirational quotes, but
(02:30):
nothing specific about this. Despite the arrest Milania, she still
is on social media sharing family vacations, a really beautiful
birthday tribute to her mom. Legal troubles in this family, though,
let's be honest, O a few.
Speaker 3 (02:46):
Lot of them.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
If you remember Teresa and her ex husband Joe, they
faced well well documented legal battles a few years ago.
He was even deported, exiled.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Like just really really bad behavior.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
They went to.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Jail to jail.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
Unless she just this is a family that just for me,
at least for me, just hasn't yet learned its lesson.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Yeah, yeah, well it's interesting. I have a friend who
went to high school with Teresa. I may have mentioned.
He's a guy who I loved. I worked with him
for like six years at a previous job, and he
talked about she was awful in high school and so
he was always concerned that fame just made her more
awful with a bigger bank account, and it sort of
embolded her. And now I will say this is I
(03:33):
noticed about her daughter. But I was on an airplane
when Teresa was boarding and the fans were going nuts
a year a few years ago, and she was so
kind to them. She was so nice, Like I witnessed
that she stopped talked to them, she took pictures, and
they had to even tell her, man, we have to
we have to get get sit down, we got to
get into air, please man. But she really took her
(03:55):
time and she was kind and gracious. So you know,
I don't know, but this is unfortunate. If they're is
some sort of physical violence and she learned it from
her mother. Maybe because Teresa's famous moment from The Housewives
is what the flipping.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
Of that table, I've seen it. You know, what makes
reality stars successful, unfortunately, is that they're unhinged. I know
people who go on reality shows, and the ones that
I like never ever get cast in season two. And
I'm friends with a few reality stars who have all
been fired because they were too boring, they were too normal,
they were too nice for reality TV. It's always the
(04:28):
ones that I despise that go on to the big stars.
I knew Bethany before the Real Housewives, and she was vile,
just a real awful human being. I said, she's going
to be a huge star because she just has that
awful quality that you need to succeed in reality TV.
Speaker 4 (04:41):
It rewards bad behavior. And I don't know how to
get around this because we say all the time we
want them to be nicer, we want the show to
be nicer.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
We don't.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
When they make the show more positive, when they make
the show more inclusive, less people watch. And it's a business.
We forget this in television, don't we. It is show business.
They don't care about the content as long as people
are watching. So if the content is spicy, more people watch,
more money Andy Cohen makes, and so it's just the
(05:14):
economics of television. So I just don't know how to
break this title. Teresa has been rewarded, really millions of
dollars of rewards in income and endorsement deals by being awful.
Why wouldn't her kids learn that lesson? You learn the
lesson from your parents, you really you make your own
decisions in life too. But they don't really have jobs.
(05:35):
I'm glad she's at university, but They've watched their mom
and their dad's sort of grift and make all this
money and get really celebrated for it. They watch their
mom and dad in restaurants or at airports like you said,
Corey and fans mob. Then it's really exciting. They've started
to believe their own fame. They think they are Jlo,
they think they are Meryl Street. They think they're real stars,
(05:56):
and they are famous. I'm not taking that away from them.
I wish they were just a little bit more decent. Yeah,
just not good people and said, I'm not that shocked here,
but I am.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
I just think that the public though. I think the
public is getting exhausted by it, and I think the
public is pushing back now against the bad behavior because
we're in such a divisive time and you know, you
TV now is escapism, you sort of tune in now
people to people turn off the news when they turned
on TV for escapism. But if the Housewives is their
escapism and people are even even more off off, more
(06:31):
unhinged than their politicians, then you don't even want to
tune into that either. So I think it's just a
public's pushing back on that.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
It's exhausting doesn't try being more unhinged than Washington dcent
Like really really, I'm so sick of it. I can't
wait for us to be boring again. I'm really looking
America boring against make them, I'm looking forward to it.
It's just it's a fine line. I've stopped watching hats Eyes.
I was really into it. There's almost too many of them, Ye,
many franchises. There's too many new faces. I don't want
(06:58):
to they have to.
Speaker 3 (06:59):
Go to address these people.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
I got admit it, I got admit. We've met these ladies.
We've hung out with these ladies, We've had dinner with
these ladies. Not as nice. What is funny on TV
ain't so funny when you're sitting opposite them. So this
is a story we're definitely gonna keep on. And it's
sad to a twenty year old like she could have
messed up a life.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Yeah, she's a record already.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
And this record's going to be there, which brings us
to our pole. Question of the day involves Bravo, So
Teresa Judici, her daughter has been arrested on domestic assault charges.
That's a very keyword. They're domestic assault charges. Should brather
stop filming. So currently brother is filming the show. I'm
told by my Brather sources that they did not get
(07:44):
this on camera. The assault is not on tape. The
alleged assault. Let's be clear, the alleged assault is not
on tape. And so they are filming the franchise at
the moment. Teresa is filming. But when this happened, whether
it be in the house, which I believe it was,
or maybe outside the house, the cameras didn't capture it. However,
now that this has happened, there's a few people, more
(08:05):
than a few people at Bravo who are gleeful. They
are thrilled because it was all a bit boring and
told they went over the old storylines. And now who's
made herself the biggest star of the franchise once again, Teresa.
This whole season is going to be about Teresa's daughter
being arrested. I bet they reshoot lots of this show
to make this es central storyline. They won't ignore it.
(08:27):
Brather does not ignore red meat like blood. We're seeing
this in six months. What do you think should Brather
just stop filming? Should they stop filming? Yes?
Speaker 3 (08:39):
Or no?
Speaker 1 (08:39):
Go vote on our Twitter at x page at Naughty
Nice rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and sure
to check back on Monday to hear your results.
Speaker 3 (08:47):
Take Ry Love, are you working on? Yes? Well?
Speaker 2 (08:49):
I love this story because it involves like sort of
like forensic observation if you will. Yes. So, a body
language expert is weighing in on this hug that was
shared by Taylor Swift and Kylie Jenner recently and left
many people wondering like if this long running Swift Kardashian
feud may finally have come to an end. So Yes,
(09:10):
fans were stunned when they shared this hug during the
court side hug during the Game four of the NBA
Finals of Madison Square Garden. But according to this body
language expert, him is Susan Constantine, this interaction may not
be quite as warm and fuzzy as it appeared. So
she noticed that while Jenner appeared visibly excited and she
(09:30):
was greeting Swift enthusiastically and like kind of leaning into
the moment, you know, Swift remained a bit more like,
hi girl, how are you doing?
Speaker 1 (09:38):
Like she wasn't really.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Leaning in, Like she was not as happy about it. Right,
It was very kind of just sort of like just
did a little basic hug just to kind of go
through the motion. It was a brief embrace that it
suggested a polite acknowledgment rather than a deeply personal reunion
as some fans would like it to be. Now, this
moment immediately brought all the fans back to the speculation
that maybe, you know, this past decades long feud with
(10:01):
Kim Kardashian with Taylor and Kim may finally be at
an end, and that goes back to this whole crazy
story in twenty sixteen. Many of you may remember when
there was this released. Well, Kim released this edited recording
in Taylor Swift, which was very not cool, and it
was edited and not what it was not actually what
Taylor had said had been doctored, if you will. And
(10:24):
so Taylor really hasn't fooled with Kim at all since
that she probably won't ever again. But they wonder if
you know now this, maybe you can some kind of
like truce has happened because they did see Taylor hug Kylie.
Now Robers, we think about this, and I didn't. I
wasn't raised with my siblings, so pretty much know a
child growing up. But if you have a sibling and
your sibling has a problem with someone in the neighborhood
(10:47):
or fight with someone else, what do you do if
you're friends with that person, Like, how do you handle?
Speaker 3 (10:51):
Right?
Speaker 1 (10:52):
That is complicated, isn't it. We have to remember Kanye
West and Kim Kardashian did not treat him, did not
treat Taylor very well. In fact, my they was deplorable.
What Kanye did was deplorable. And at the time we
didn't know how awful Kanye was.
Speaker 3 (11:05):
We do.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
He's made it very clear with his Nazi support, and
he's white supreme. I mean, he's just He's an awful,
awful human being. And Kim defended this horrific human being.
And not only did she defend him, she turned her
anger on Taylor Smith, who had done absolutely so that
cuts deep. There's no way we're gonna see Kim Kardashian
at Taylor's wedding and that this isn't a reunion. I'm
(11:29):
told that after this game, everybody was so excited. They
were just hugging everybody, and I think Taylor just saw
a familiar face and hugged her and them was like,
oh my goodness, that's Kim. It was like an instant,
but the hugg had already happened. I don't think Taylor
stands on ceremonies either. My friends that know her, so
she's just the cool person. She's actually kind of like
a nice person. And so I noticed she didn't hug
Scooter Braun, who was there. That's the theother one that
(11:52):
took the catalog, the money from three hundred million dollars.
They brought all her songs. Yea, so she didn't him. However,
he wasn't on the front roam, so she did bump
into it. It's a quick People are over analyzing this.
You're going to see a hundred of headlines, one thousand,
a million headlines today on this. My sources tell me
it was a hug. Don't read anymore into it. I
didn't change numbers. They're not going for coffee tonight, they're
not braiding each other's hair. It was a quick hug
(12:14):
and then over with. And this is certainly not gonna
make up for what Kim should apologize like he did
to Taylor Swift. Was just that. And I don't know
if Taylor holds a grudge, but I certainly know she
ain't ready or she doesn't want.
Speaker 3 (12:28):
To ever before? Why people like this?
Speaker 1 (12:31):
Okay, moving along, I thought this story was interesting. So
Dave Portnoy from The Barstools Sports, I don't normally follow
him that much, but he did have some really really
interesting things to say about the Nicks. I think I'm
saying that right, the Nicks the next game base baseball, basketball,
You're gonna hope. I just don't know anything about sports.
So he was outspoken, and he said that he was
(12:52):
sick of seeing Taylor Swift there. Why is she there?
She's not a real fan. I did a little research.
She's only been about three times, and I think she
went with Trap a few weeks ago, and she was
Travis was supporting the other team, not the next So
why was Taylor there?
Speaker 3 (13:07):
He said.
Speaker 1 (13:07):
He also went up to say that these die hard
fans just get on his nerves and a lot of
them would be wearing Lakers colors if Los Angeles were
playing instead, and so it's sort of like, you do,
look at these people who were sitting in the best
seats in.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
The house for free.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
Yeah, and really does Timothy shallow May does Larry David
does Taylor Swift deserve that seat, and wouldn't it be
better given that seat to a real fan and seeing
them get that excited? Like Dave Like, he's a very
controversial person, somebody who I don't follow. I don't agree
with most of his views, but this was so interesting.
Does celebrity row does it make you enjoy the event more?
(13:50):
Or do you wish this is a moment where the
celebrities just away it's not your moment?
Speaker 2 (13:55):
Well, you know it's It's weird because I didn't think
that they were getting those seats for free. I mean,
those are those side seats are not cheap, and that's
a big money maker for so I really would like
to look into that because I don't think those seats
are being given away.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
Now Spike season tickets, Taylor systems.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
Right, I mean maybe one or two big stars like that,
But that's a money maker, those seats.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
For the four hundred thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
Yeah, so there's no way they're all getting But also
I think this is sort of like who is he?
I mean he, I mean who is he to even say?
Like who belonged? They're not? Like whatever reason they go there,
it brings publicity to the sporting events, and especially when
you need you need to sort of keep the publicity
machine going around what they did, and that's what celebrities do.
So I think I liked that there was pushback against
(14:38):
him on They called him a bitterer, and they called
him head bitter, and.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
He didn't get the seat. If he'd got a seat,
he would have turned up. I guarantee you that.
Speaker 4 (14:46):
I know.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
It's very interesting sometimes and we think about this with
celebrities and politics. Sometimes it doesn't help. Like sometimes although
you've got to be right, we wouldn't be talking about
this basketball game, right, So yeah, it does get them
a lot of publicity. Okay, maybe Gelong Blake, Blake Lively,
she ain't gonna go away. Reynolds ain't gonna go one
(15:08):
of these two being up to now.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
You know, it's funny you worked of course, you have
worked in publicity for a long time, so you can
smell like PR stunts a mile away. And because of you,
I've learned a lot. So I smell a PR stunt
from this one. But so yeah, so Blake Lively and
Ronald and Ryan Reynolds, they were out in New York
and they were doing their thing, and they had this
like full on public display of you know, just all
(15:32):
over each other, and so yeah, it's kind of weird,
but it looks like it's a pr move in my opinion,
to show that they are, you know, sort of getting
beyond this whole controversy of the first of all, the
big lawsuit, but also not being invited to the famous
Taylor Swift's wedding. This the wedding of the century, and
Taylor is her former bestie, and of course Taylor did
not invite her to the wedding. So the loved up
(15:54):
out incomes as speculation contends to swirl over there, you know,
their absence from this coming up coming wedding, and I
think they were doing us just to kind of show, hey,
we don't really care. We're having fun at one point,
like Blake was like grabbing Ryan's but you know, and
it's just over the top because they don't.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Tack like this and they just don't. A photographer just
happened to capture. Okay, we're going to take a quick
break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
the not even nice on your host shoot with my
different pay Andrew. Hey, Corey, let's get to the polls. Lasha,
we told you the answer of this, but you didn't
know it when you were voting for Taylor Swift and
(16:30):
Kylie Jenner they hugged. Is this the end of the
Kardashians feud?
Speaker 3 (16:34):
We know it's not. But what did you think? You're
so smart? Naughty?
Speaker 4 (16:36):
Is?
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Eighty two percent said no, it's not the end, and
you are don't smart?
Speaker 3 (16:41):
Smart smart?
Speaker 1 (16:42):
Don't forget to vote on today's pole got ex O

nice Sister of the day.
Speaker 3 (16:57):
So, oh wait, is this the Lowanne story? I'm confused. No,
it's George Clony.
Speaker 1 (17:02):
Okay, sorry, yes, got Clooney is n Look at him?
Speaker 3 (17:07):
Do you want me to pick it up? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (17:09):
Oh no, okay and I'm sorry, yeah, you know what
I have gone? Okay?
Speaker 3 (17:12):
What's that?
Speaker 2 (17:13):
God? Okay? Yes, well George Clooney is has mate? Wait
and he starting, Yes, George Clooney has thrown his opinion
into the mix, and he says he's got his pick
for the next James Bond. It's not the favorite, as
everyone has been talking about. So he has thrown his
support behind British actor Calem Turner. Oh I'm not even
sure who that is, but I have to google it,
(17:34):
but declaring him as the perfect Bond. He thinks he's
going to be great now. He worked with him on
Boys on the Boat, which is another film I suppose
that I've not seen. But he praised the actor's combination
of good looks and charm and his career choices, calling
him tall, handsome, and British, three qualities that Bond fans
consider essential. Although I would argue Daniel Craig is not.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
Tall, so that's a good point. I think the British
thing is interesting. I think you can put a British
accent on and you know, Meryl Streep could play James Bond.
He's thirty six years old. Callum google him, Callum turn
Allen's cute as the day as long, and he was
on this great movie called The Boys in the Boat
where his shirtless for most of the movie. He's a
(18:15):
rower on a team and he's the nicest guy. And
he just got married to do a looper. That's how
you'll know him.
Speaker 2 (18:21):
The wedding they had the big wedding and.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
Then they were in Italy for the big celebrations. Clearly
loves him and God bless him. You know what I think,
supporting your friends, supporting people you work with have worked with,
is a good idea and nicest of the day now
and not is the day, and what is the day
is Personality problems have stalled a lot of people making
a lot of money.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
Let me explain.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
So Tim Allen is explaining that the reboot of his
beloved sitcom Home Improvement has hit her major roblo and
the problem is quote personality problems. So he said, it's
probably unlikely that they will be able to do this now.
One of his on air sons has had a really
difficult difficult time convictions do UI probation violations. We're talking
(19:06):
about Zachary Tyer Brian also to his other son who
was a heart frog at the time, Jonathan Taylor Thomas.
He has very little now to do with Hollywood and
so it can be difficult. It makes me sad though
sometimes I've done this, I've cut off my nose to
spite my face a little bit. There's big opportunities out there.
You can make a lot of money. You just all
(19:26):
got to sit down and smile over an hour a day.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
On a TV. That's right.
Speaker 1 (19:34):
I like a reboot and it makes me sad. It's
so petty. But at the same time, there's some deep, deep,
deep issues here. Let's end with a moment. Feed your future,
not your fears. Every time you invest in learning, building, creating,
or improving yourself, you're feeding your future. Every time you
let fear make a decision, then you're feeding doubt instead.
(19:56):
Don't do that. Your future self is depending on the
act since you take today right now. So choose courage
over comfort, choose progress over perfection, and choose possibility over panic.
I did this and it changed my life. I stopped
asking what if it goes wrong, and I started to
(20:16):
ask what if it goes right? Start being an optimist.
Feed your future, nuts your fee as Hey. That is
it for this week. Thank you so much for listening
to The Naughty Been Nice Show with Robert and Corey.
We're a production of albums RAND and iHeartRadio. Don't forget
to check out my substock robshooter dot substack dot com,
and also to my novel It Started with a Whisper
(20:38):
is available right now. It's so lovely, Corey, I'm getting
a second wave. So we sold really well when we
debuted a month ago, and then it sold pretty well
every week in between, and then suddenly I've had this
huge boost in sales. I think we're going to get
back in the top one hundred or so, and I
think it's because summer's coming and.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
Go on a beach reading.
Speaker 1 (20:55):
It's a very very good beach read, so check it
out if you can, and remember altogether hours if you're
going to be naughty, everybody ro
