A really big and little bit of a petty story
at the top of the show, which, as you know,
are my favorite types of stories. So Travis Kelcey is
breaking his silence about the quote crazy wedding with Taylor Swift.
So who's doing interviews? He's back in the football game.
I think I've got that right, the NFL, So they're

gearing up. I guess to play some matches some games
do forgive me. I don't know anything about sports, so
I'm trying really hard here. However, they did a little
bit of a press conference. I get it. They've got
to sell tickets, got to get people excited. What are
they going to ask him about? Not if his quarter
back end tight end is going to go up the

left field. That's an example of thoughts that they're not
going to ask him about the game. They're going to
ask him about Taylor Swift. So they do ask him
about the wedding, and he replied with something that I
would not have liked had Bruce said this about awarding.
It was quote a crazy night. Oh I'm not quite
sure about that. That's what he said. And then he
did the one to say it was the best night

of my life. That's the right thing to say. Now,
there's lots of headlines out there that he's talking about
the wedding. Not exactly true, but he is mentioning you,
or at least he's answering questions about it. Well, I
know three people who are at the wedding who are
not that happy and I don't know if this is
right or wrong. This is going to be our whole

question of the day. They're saying, we signed a non disclosius,
we're not allowed to talk about it, and yet here
he is doing a press conference talking about it. So
does this mean now we can all talk about it
or is it still a big secret? You know, You're
got to cut them some grace here. It's their wedding,
So Travis and Taylor want to talk about it. They're
allowed to. It's their NDAs. But at the same time,

there's something here, Mark, there is something. If I make
everybody who comes to Botinos for a drink with me
sign an NDA, and then I go on television the
next morning and talk about the night, but you're not
allowed to talk about it, there's something I get. Drinks
at Botinos are not a wedding. I get it, But
you game where I'm going. There is something here? What

But I think the good news here is that he
doesn't really He speaks in soundbites right, like he has

Taylor probably wasn't worried that he was going to like

He it's two people who work in the entertainment business.
He's kind of like a nightmare to interview because he
might give you anything. Can you imagine being on a
red carpet or sitting down an interviewing him. You're literally

Like great, not good. What do you think about people

who are a little bit not angry but they did
have to jump through hoops to sign these NDAs? Do
you think now that the NDA is vull, can we
talk about it?

I just don't know that I really care At this point,
I feel like the wedding is it's We've moved past this.
It's been a month plus. You know, people live in
New York like us, were inconvenience by the You know,
either you tell us about it or I'm just gonna
move on with my lunch.

puzzle that I'm dying to know about is a how
many drinks did Brad Pitt have? A? I do? I would?
I do? I want to see a picture of her dress.
I mean, he's gonna look like sort of old fish

night fever, I think for him, but I think she

might look incredible. I do want to see the picture, Tawn,

don't care, but we would, we would like to see
a picture. And if anybody was sitting next to Brad

We're taking a love turn here. Rob Nick Reiner has
been accused of laying in wait for his parents before
their murder. Is very disturbing. So Nick Reiner is facing
a new more serious allegation and the deaths of his parents,
director Rob Reiner and Michelle Reiner. Now in a newly
unsealed indictment, it alleges that thirty two year old lay
in wait before his parents were fly step inside their

La home in December of twenty twenty five. Now, the
special circumstance allegation could make Yiner eligible for life without
role or even the death penalty if convicted, and Reiner
has pleaded not guilty and denies all the allegations.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
What do you think, oh Mark, There's more to this
than we know, isn't there. We thought we knew everything
about this. There's been so much publicity, so much talk
about it, but now we're getting to see the real,
real mechanics, the machinery of the law and what's in
these indictments. And there is a shocking new allegation that

he was waiting for them. Does that mean he was
in the back garden waiting, Was he in the house
waiting for them? Was he in the bedroom in the
bathroom waiting for them to get to sleep before killing them?
This is going to be, I'm told from my sources,
absolutely excruciating, and the detail that they believe they have
(06:57):
for the prosecution, believe they have details that are gonna
be absolutely mind blowing. I didn't believe that this case
could get any worse. I just didn't. Two people dead
in their beds, two loving parents, and the Sun has
been accused of killing them.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
That's bad.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
That's bad enough. Now finding out that he was waiting potentially,
and that changes everything, Mark, because if you are waiting,
it was premeditated. It wasn't spur of the moment. We
all remember they had a huge fight at Conan O'Brien's party.
I'm not making any excuses for this, absolutely not. But
there's a difference between losing your temper, losing your mind

and doing something horrific and planning it. And it looks
here as if this was planned. Don't forget too Mark.
After the murder, there's video footage of him in clean clothes.
He must have changed out of the clothes he would
have been covered in blood. There's gas station footage of
him walking around with a backpack in clean clothes. We're

going to find a lot more about this, and it
is not going to be pretty okay moving along. Oprah
Winfrey has pretty much cut off Doctor Phil and Dr Oz.
But they're saying that their politics have nothing to do
with her. We're not at political shows, so don't get
nervous here. But there's something really interesting here. So Oprah's
drawing a line between herself and the political paths that
(08:22):
two people that she helped create have taken. And that
would be doctor Phil and Dr Oz. So she helped
really launch well not really, she did. She launched both
of these men into TV stardom. Oprah's now saying that
what they do now is their responsibility, which I do understand.
She said the following to Emmy Magazine quote. Everybody has
their own path in life, and it is not one
(08:45):
thing to do with me, and it has not one
thing to do with me. So she's saying that you
can work with people and then they go on and
do other stuff. I was thinking about this because a
lot of people blame Oprah for what they don't like
about Doctor Phil and mister Oz doctor asked, She's basically saying,
they worked with me, they really worked for me, and
(09:08):
then after the show ended, I'm not responsible for the
rest of their lives and the rest of their decisions.
I think she's making a valid point. What do you
think I do too?
Speaker 1 (09:17):
I listen, I was a fan of both of them
for many years. I watched their shows, and then you know,
they turned out to be other people. They've evolved into
something else, and Oprah can't be held accountable for that. However,
I do question, you know, were these people doctor phild
doctor As they have certain beliefs they didn't share the public,
but Obra knew about. I mean, I can't imagine they
(09:39):
turned into completely different people over you know, it's possible
that they were, you know, behind the scenes in a
certain way.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Open. Oh that's so interesting, Mark. You're right. People don't change,
particularly middle aged people like doctor Phil and doctor Os
they were not teenagers went O per met them. They
were very well established in their careers. In fact, that's
part of the reason she had them on the show,
because they were experts. She had a criminal case in
Texas and doctor Phil was brought on to help her
(10:07):
with that case. And so you don't bring on somebody
who's an amateur, somebody that's started their career to work
with Oprah Winfrey. So he was already very established. So
did their views change or did they always have these views?
Most likely they always had them. And if you had them, yes,
she might have kept them under wraps on camera. What
you presented on the TV show might have been different.

But people we've worked with Mark I know who they are.
You don't have to be on television to know that.
You might work with somebody in a restaurant, a bar,
or shop. When they're on the shop floor, they might
put on a very professional face. But when you go
back and sit in the breakroom, I've been in them.
You sit in a break room, they tell you who
they are. So the question is did she know did

she know? And then the big question is and if
she did know, is she now comfortable with giving them
a stage to make them into superstars. The power of
Oprah wouldn't free. She just celebrated her fortieth anniversary in Chicago.
I have a story up about it on my substucu.
It is interesting that neither doctor Phil nor doctor raz

Or the union. But it is interesting and it's a
bigger question, isn't it. What sort of responsibility do we
hold for people who we work with. They're not family members.
These are you can't say coworkers because she was the boss.
They weren't producers that worked on the show. It is
Oprah fascinating. Okay, moving along. We broke this news three

days ago. We told you first that this was going
to happen, and now it has. What am I talking about?

I try to impress Helton's mother is stepping in to
protect your grandchildren following the celebrity blogger bloggers recent mental
health crisis. Now Teresa Tia lavenderra file for temporary custody
of praises three children on August seventh, and the core
documents show that Helped in voluntarily consented to the arena
and this temporary order gives his mother the authority over

the children's medical care, education, and essential decisions.

M has to be Mark. We need somebody looking after
those kids. So everybody's talking about Perez, we should be.
No one's talking about those three kids. It's heartbreaking now.
Perez's mom has been in these children's lives a very
long time. Perez didn't just have a meltdown. It was

a long time coming. We've known Perez for twenty five
thirty years. He's always been erratic, He's always been unstable
in many ways. I can't imagine what that must be
like having a person like Perez as your parent. You
want stability, don't you. And so even on his good days,
there's a lot going on there. And I'm told his
(12:53):
mom was the constant, she was the rock, she was
the one that was with the children. Let's remember when
this most recent terrifying suicide attempt happened. The kids were
in the house when this started, and they got the
kids out of the house. So we broke this story
three days ago. I have sources deep within the Preres world.
(13:13):
I know him very well. I've not spoken to him,
I have texted him, and this is not the end
of the story. I would be very, very surprised if
he ever gets those kids back full time, and I
think that might be a responsible thing to do. It's hard,
isn't it, Mark, When you're talking about children and parents.
It's none of my business. It's their family. But I
(13:34):
want those kids protected.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
I do too, And I think the positive here is
that he is agreeing prayers, is agreeing because he's voluntarily consented,
which is an important detail, because he's acknowledging I am
not fit to be appearing right now. And you know,
his mother is older, but she does seem to be
someone who's not looking to be in the spotlight. She's
not asking to do interviews. She's made sure that the
information sealed, so she is thinking of the best interest
(13:58):
of the kids by protecting their privacy.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
You know, that is a very important point. Mark. Several
of my friends work on the big morning shows, and
they've all reached out to the mother, to the sister
for an interview they wanted. This story is getting a
lot of clicks, a lot of attention. I'm not sure
they particularly care about Perez, but they do care about viewers.
They want viewers, and this story is a hot story.
And so I know for a fact three three of
(14:23):
the big morning shows have reached out and they've turned
down all interview requests. They don't like the spotlight. Perez
will do an interview. The moment that he gets harried,
he'll do an interview. And I'm just you know, Perez
is who he is. We're trying to handle this with
more grace than he would have given us. Let's be honest,
if somebody else, if this had happened to somebody else,
he would not be so kind about it on his website.

So we're trying to be kind kind to him. But
there is an element to this, which is the children
that makes me just so sad. Okay, quickly, before we

just can't help themselves. But I think this is about

but instead he got a surprisingly emotional response, M I

he understood why he had always been so private.

Oh this is so sweet. I'm glad that he is
living his truth? Is that how we say it? I'm glad.
I think we sort of suspected, but I'm I'm glad
that he's ad. You know, it's a tricky one, isn't it.
Do you Should you give your parents the opportunity to
embrace you or deny you, And then should the parents

build an environment where you feel safe enough to tell
them something? You know what I mean? Like I wish
I had given I didn't give my dad, at least
my mom I did, But I didn't give my dad
the chance to push me away because I just never
dealt with it. I just kept it sort of like
a secret from my dad. Obviously he now knows. May
he rest in peace, but he knew. But at the
same time, the other part of that equation is my

dad didn't exactly provide an environment that was very welcoming
for that conversation. You know your family's beliefs. We were
saying this earlier about Oprah and doctor Phil. You know
what they believe. They might not say it in public,
but when you live in a house with somebody, you
know if they don't like gay people, and if they
don't and if they say awful things when somebody gays

on television or somebody is in a newspaper. You don't
reveal that part of yourself you're coming out. It was
pretty easy, wasn't it, Mark.

It wasn't as complicated. But you know, I think as
a gay person in the world, you had many moments
of coming out, whether it be your your parents, your friends,
as people you work with, whatever, and so it's it
is difficult. And to your point, I did. I didn't
realize she was not in the classt. I thought he
was a gay man. But it just shows how nuanced
and difficult these moments can be for someone, even in
their own family.

Yes, I've got this delicious story I'm working on for
my sub stack. So I have great Angelina Jolie Saucers
who really love us. They never told me anything bad.
It's always very positive. But that's you know what sources do.
That's why you have to have their sides. They said
that she is thrilled that she has known a while
and now she's tried to set him up on dates
with some of because she knows every gay bad in
the Hollywood, every hairdresser. That's the stereotype. But you know

what I mean, she knows a lot of fabulous gay people.
So you're a good hands matchmaker, Angelina Lovely, Let's do
a naughty is the day? Oh, naughty, naughty, naughty CBS
is the naughtiest of the day. They've got hotspur. If
you don't know what that is, it means balls. Basically,
they have got hotspur because Stephen called their show that

they canceled now pushing for any consideration. So there's a
whole campaign to get the Late Show an Emmy Award.
Now this is they probably get a weird it's a
great show, but it has been canceled. They decided to
enter in May, and now CBS wants the prestige of
an Emmy Award without having to keep the show alive

TV Networks market. They do make me chuckle. They are
bold CBS. That's goods. Let's saend with a moment. Half rub,
you're gonn rub, You rub your rub. You need to
develop a strong opinion of yourself. If you don't develop
a strong opinion of yourself, you start absorbing everybody else's projections.

So what they think, what they want you to be,
is who you become. Their doubts become your doubts, their
criticisms become your inner voice. Their limitations become the boundaries
that you live inside. You don't need everyone to understand you,
but you do need to understand you when you trust
your own judgment other people's opinions. This is so important.

Become information, not instructions. I ask opinions all the time,
but then I decide which ones I'm going to take.
Just because you give me your opinion doesn't mean you're right.
Some of the auties have noticed that I've become an
opinion writer over the last couple of weeks, and I'm
loving it. But it's just my opinion. It's not an instruction.

It's what I think. But I know myself. So the
goal is not to become arrogant. Gosh, we've seen that
happen too many times. The goal is. The goal is
to become anchored, get to know yourself and develop a

We're taking a love turn here. Rob Nick Reiner has
been accused of laying in wait for his parents before
their murder. Is very disturbing. So Nick Reiner is facing
a new more serious allegation and the deaths of his parents,
director Rob Reiner and Michelle Reiner. Now in a newly
unsealed indictment, it alleges that thirty two year old lay
in wait before his parents were fly step inside their
(06:01):
La home in December of twenty twenty five. Now, the
special circumstance allegation could make Yiner eligible for life without
role or even the death penalty if convicted, and Reiner
has pleaded not guilty and denies all the allegations.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
What do you think, oh Mark, There's more to this
than we know, isn't there. We thought we knew everything
about this. There's been so much publicity, so much talk
about it, but now we're getting to see the real,
real mechanics, the machinery of the law and what's in
these indictments. And there is a shocking new allegation that
(06:36):
he was waiting for them. Does that mean he was
in the back garden waiting, Was he in the house
waiting for them? Was he in the bedroom in the
bathroom waiting for them to get to sleep before killing them?
This is going to be, I'm told from my sources,
absolutely excruciating, and the detail that they believe they have
(06:57):
for the prosecution, believe they have details that are gonna
be absolutely mind blowing. I didn't believe that this case
could get any worse. I just didn't. Two people dead
in their beds, two loving parents, and the Sun has
been accused of killing them.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
That's bad.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
That's bad enough. Now finding out that he was waiting potentially,
and that changes everything, Mark, because if you are waiting,
it was premeditated. It wasn't spur of the moment. We
all remember they had a huge fight at Conan O'Brien's party.
I'm not making any excuses for this, absolutely not. But
there's a difference between losing your temper, losing your mind
(07:38):
and doing something horrific and planning it. And it looks
here as if this was planned. Don't forget too Mark.
After the murder, there's video footage of him in clean clothes.
He must have changed out of the clothes he would
have been covered in blood. There's gas station footage of
him walking around with a backpack in clean clothes. We're
(08:01):
going to find a lot more about this, and it
is not going to be pretty okay moving along. Oprah
Winfrey has pretty much cut off Doctor Phil and Dr Oz.
But they're saying that their politics have nothing to do
with her. We're not at political shows, so don't get
nervous here. But there's something really interesting here. So Oprah's
drawing a line between herself and the political paths that
(08:22):
two people that she helped create have taken. And that
would be doctor Phil and Dr Oz. So she helped
really launch well not really, she did. She launched both
of these men into TV stardom. Oprah's now saying that
what they do now is their responsibility, which I do understand.
She said the following to Emmy Magazine quote. Everybody has
their own path in life, and it is not one
(08:45):
thing to do with me, and it has not one
thing to do with me. So she's saying that you
can work with people and then they go on and
do other stuff. I was thinking about this because a
lot of people blame Oprah for what they don't like
about Doctor Phil and mister Oz doctor asked, She's basically saying,
they worked with me, they really worked for me, and
(09:08):
then after the show ended, I'm not responsible for the
rest of their lives and the rest of their decisions.
I think she's making a valid point. What do you
think I do too?
Speaker 1 (09:17):
I listen, I was a fan of both of them
for many years. I watched their shows, and then you know,
they turned out to be other people. They've evolved into
something else, and Oprah can't be held accountable for that. However,
I do question, you know, were these people doctor phild
doctor As they have certain beliefs they didn't share the public,
but Obra knew about. I mean, I can't imagine they
(09:39):
turned into completely different people over you know, it's possible
that they were, you know, behind the scenes in a
certain way.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Open. Oh that's so interesting, Mark. You're right. People don't change,
particularly middle aged people like doctor Phil and doctor Os
they were not teenagers went O per met them. They
were very well established in their careers. In fact, that's
part of the reason she had them on the show,
because they were experts. She had a criminal case in
Texas and doctor Phil was brought on to help her
(10:07):
with that case. And so you don't bring on somebody
who's an amateur, somebody that's started their career to work
with Oprah Winfrey. So he was already very established. So
did their views change or did they always have these views?
Most likely they always had them. And if you had them, yes,
she might have kept them under wraps on camera. What
you presented on the TV show might have been different.
(10:28):
But people we've worked with Mark I know who they are.
You don't have to be on television to know that.
You might work with somebody in a restaurant, a bar,
or shop. When they're on the shop floor, they might
put on a very professional face. But when you go
back and sit in the breakroom, I've been in them.
You sit in a break room, they tell you who
they are. So the question is did she know did
(10:51):
she know? And then the big question is and if
she did know, is she now comfortable with giving them
a stage to make them into superstars. The power of
Oprah wouldn't free. She just celebrated her fortieth anniversary in Chicago.
I have a story up about it on my substucu.
It is interesting that neither doctor Phil nor doctor raz
(11:11):
Or the union. But it is interesting and it's a
bigger question, isn't it. What sort of responsibility do we
hold for people who we work with. They're not family members.
These are you can't say coworkers because she was the boss.
They weren't producers that worked on the show. It is
Oprah fascinating. Okay, moving along. We broke this news three
(11:35):
days ago. We told you first that this was going
to happen, and now it has. What am I talking about?
Speaker 1 (11:41):
I try to impress Helton's mother is stepping in to
protect your grandchildren following the celebrity blogger bloggers recent mental
health crisis. Now Teresa Tia lavenderra file for temporary custody
of praises three children on August seventh, and the core
documents show that Helped in voluntarily consented to the arena
and this temporary order gives his mother the authority over
(12:03):
the children's medical care, education, and essential decisions.
Speaker 2 (12:07):
M has to be Mark. We need somebody looking after
those kids. So everybody's talking about Perez, we should be.
No one's talking about those three kids. It's heartbreaking now.
Perez's mom has been in these children's lives a very
long time. Perez didn't just have a meltdown. It was
(12:29):
a long time coming. We've known Perez for twenty five
thirty years. He's always been erratic, He's always been unstable
in many ways. I can't imagine what that must be
like having a person like Perez as your parent. You
want stability, don't you. And so even on his good days,
there's a lot going on there. And I'm told his
(12:53):
mom was the constant, she was the rock, she was
the one that was with the children. Let's remember when
this most recent terrifying suicide attempt happened. The kids were
in the house when this started, and they got the
kids out of the house. So we broke this story
three days ago. I have sources deep within the Preres world.
(13:13):
I know him very well. I've not spoken to him,
I have texted him, and this is not the end
of the story. I would be very, very surprised if
he ever gets those kids back full time, and I
think that might be a responsible thing to do. It's hard,
isn't it, Mark, When you're talking about children and parents.
It's none of my business. It's their family. But I
(13:34):
want those kids protected.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
I do too, And I think the positive here is
that he is agreeing prayers, is agreeing because he's voluntarily consented,
which is an important detail, because he's acknowledging I am
not fit to be appearing right now. And you know,
his mother is older, but she does seem to be
someone who's not looking to be in the spotlight. She's
not asking to do interviews. She's made sure that the
information sealed, so she is thinking of the best interest
(13:58):
of the kids by protecting their privacy.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
You know, that is a very important point. Mark. Several
of my friends work on the big morning shows, and
they've all reached out to the mother, to the sister
for an interview they wanted. This story is getting a
lot of clicks, a lot of attention. I'm not sure
they particularly care about Perez, but they do care about viewers.
They want viewers, and this story is a hot story.
And so I know for a fact three three of
(14:23):
the big morning shows have reached out and they've turned
down all interview requests. They don't like the spotlight. Perez
will do an interview. The moment that he gets harried,
he'll do an interview. And I'm just you know, Perez
is who he is. We're trying to handle this with
more grace than he would have given us. Let's be honest,
if somebody else, if this had happened to somebody else,
he would not be so kind about it on his website.
(14:45):
So we're trying to be kind kind to him. But
there is an element to this, which is the children
that makes me just so sad. Okay, quickly, before we
get a break. Rod Stewart has canceled the rest of
his tour dates. He's had a heart procedure. God bless him.
He's eighty one years old. He said that after he recovers,
he's going to be back out on the road. They
just can't help themselves. But I think this is about

go and see your favorite pop stars now, because we're
all getting older. If you love cher if you love
Diana Ross, if you love Bette Middler, if you love Madonna,
they can't do this forever. Elton Chahn, I'm so grateful
Billy Joel that we've got to see Mark, some of

to sneak into Portugal to meet her granddaughter. She's not
going back to the UK. Should she? Ninety five percent?
That might be the highest vote we've ever had. Said yes,
go and answer the questions. If you're innocent, go and
help Go and answer the questions. If you're guilty, then
you're going to be caught eventually, Sarah, you can't hide

Oh very sweet. So John Voyd has reacted to his
son James Haven coming out as gay. Oh how you doing, James?
Speaker 2 (17:16):
How you doing? How you doing it?
Speaker 1 (17:18):
So? James Haven is expected he expected a difficult conversation
with his father, John Boyd after coming out as gay,
but instead he got a surprisingly emotional response, M I
finally know who you are before he told his son.
According to Haven, Haven then went on to say that
the reaction was affirming and that Void told him now
(17:38):
he understood why he had always been so private.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
Oh this is so sweet. I'm glad that he is
living his truth? Is that how we say it? I'm glad.
I think we sort of suspected, but I'm I'm glad
that he's ad. You know, it's a tricky one, isn't it.
Do you Should you give your parents the opportunity to
embrace you or deny you, And then should the parents
(18:00):
build an environment where you feel safe enough to tell
them something? You know what I mean? Like I wish
I had given I didn't give my dad, at least
my mom I did, But I didn't give my dad
the chance to push me away because I just never
dealt with it. I just kept it sort of like
a secret from my dad. Obviously he now knows. May
he rest in peace, but he knew. But at the
same time, the other part of that equation is my
(18:23):
dad didn't exactly provide an environment that was very welcoming
for that conversation. You know your family's beliefs. We were
saying this earlier about Oprah and doctor Phil. You know
what they believe. They might not say it in public,
but when you live in a house with somebody, you
know if they don't like gay people, and if they
don't and if they say awful things when somebody gays
(18:43):
on television or somebody is in a newspaper. You don't
reveal that part of yourself you're coming out. It was
pretty easy, wasn't it, Mark.
Speaker 1 (18:51):
It wasn't as complicated. But you know, I think as
a gay person in the world, you had many moments
of coming out, whether it be your your parents, your friends,
as people you work with, whatever, and so it's it
is difficult. And to your point, I did. I didn't
realize she was not in the classt. I thought he
was a gay man. But it just shows how nuanced
and difficult these moments can be for someone, even in
their own family.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
Yes, I've got this delicious story I'm working on for
my sub stack. So I have great Angelina Jolie Saucers
who really love us. They never told me anything bad.
It's always very positive. But that's you know what sources do.
That's why you have to have their sides. They said
that she is thrilled that she has known a while
and now she's tried to set him up on dates
with some of because she knows every gay bad in
the Hollywood, every hairdresser. That's the stereotype. But you know
(19:34):
what I mean, she knows a lot of fabulous gay people.
So you're a good hands matchmaker, Angelina Lovely, Let's do
a naughty is the day? Oh, naughty, naughty, naughty CBS
is the naughtiest of the day. They've got hotspur. If
you don't know what that is, it means balls. Basically,
they have got hotspur because Stephen called their show that
(19:58):
they canceled now pushing for any consideration. So there's a
whole campaign to get the Late Show an Emmy Award.
Now this is they probably get a weird it's a
great show, but it has been canceled. They decided to
enter in May, and now CBS wants the prestige of
an Emmy Award without having to keep the show alive
(20:23):
TV Networks market. They do make me chuckle. They are
bold CBS. That's goods. Let's saend with a moment. Half rub,
you're gonn rub, You rub your rub. You need to
develop a strong opinion of yourself. If you don't develop
a strong opinion of yourself, you start absorbing everybody else's projections.
(20:43):
So what they think, what they want you to be,
is who you become. Their doubts become your doubts, their
criticisms become your inner voice. Their limitations become the boundaries
that you live inside. You don't need everyone to understand you,
but you do need to understand you when you trust
your own judgment other people's opinions. This is so important.
(21:06):
Become information, not instructions. I ask opinions all the time,
but then I decide which ones I'm going to take.
Just because you give me your opinion doesn't mean you're right.
Some of the auties have noticed that I've become an
opinion writer over the last couple of weeks, and I'm
loving it. But it's just my opinion. It's not an instruction.
(21:28):
It's what I think. But I know myself. So the
goal is not to become arrogant. Gosh, we've seen that
happen too many times. The goal is. The goal is
to become anchored, get to know yourself and develop a
strong opinion about who you are. Hey, that is it
