There’s no shortage of ways to analyze the state of the Formula 1 grid nowadays, with everybody weighing in on lap times, aerodynamics, tire degradation, pitstops, overtakes, and a whole lot more.

But during an era of new rules and regulations when so much is uncertain, the planets may actually offer a fresh perspective on what’s happening on the track. This week, Mikaela Kostaras, an astrologer and the popular content creator @shelovesvrooms on Instagram and TikTok, takes Lily (and a skeptical but open-minded Yochai) through what an astrological lens can provide F1 fans.

From understanding what gives certain driver pairings strong chemistry to learning more about why Leos always have such good hair, Mikaela is shedding light on a different side of the grid.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Today we're talking about astrology. It's easy to dismiss astrology
as some sort of goofy, outdated pseudoscience. However, I'd argue
Formula one is a billion dollar spectacle where twenty two
mostly ultra wealthy men voluntarily hop into carbon fiber death traps.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Two dozen weekends a year.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
If you really think about it, that practice in itself
is a silly, wholly unnecessary, and money guzzling entertainment endeavor.
As you'll find in this episode today, applying an astrological
lens to the grid isn't necessarily about predicting what's going
to happen.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
It's about paying attention to.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Drivers or teams or phenomena you wouldn't otherwise, and giving
everyone and everything a second look. Even if you've been
watching F one for decades, it may help you see
the sport and its participants in a new light.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
It's okay. Pretty much every astrology conversation ever lends to
someone saying no, da da da da da. Feel like,
if you are into astrology, you're pretty used to people
not believing or subscribing to it having any validity.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
As you could probably guess.

Speaker 1 (01:08):
Mikayla me pitching this episode was like it was like
talking to the aliens.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
They're like astrology f one.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
My guest today is MICHAELA.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Costeris better known to many very online F one fans
as she loves rooms on social media. Michaela has been
discussing the connection between the sport and astrology for years now,
and seeing as I'm always looking for slightly unhinged but
deeply fascinating ways to further look at Formula one, I
knew she'd be the perfect person.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
To talk to.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Moreover, Mikila is here to deliver specific and unique insights,
not just a simple rundown of everybody's zodiac sign. So
Witch Driver pairings are most helped by a celestial.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Season of new beginnings.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Who could have a stronger second half of the year
based on planetary alignment? And most importantly, why do Leo's
always seem.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
To have great hair.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Let's get into our conversation, which was recorded a few
weeks ahead of the season.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Mikael, I'm very excited to have you here.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Yohi is our producer, editor, everything, so he will it'll
be mostly us talking.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
He'll sometimes poke in.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
He knows nothing about astrology, so he's here to not
antagonize us, but to be that party that's sort of like,
but what is a Taurus? Why do we care about geminis?

Speaker 4 (02:22):
I mean, I feel like Lily is antagonizing me.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Oh yes, that's what typically happens right off the.

Speaker 4 (02:27):
Bat, like telling you what I know and don't know
and he knows nothing.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
It's fine, it's fine.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
So before we get into F one specifically, I would
love to know your answer to why astrology. We're not
here to convince anyone, but why do you do you
like astrology?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Why do you think it's important?

Speaker 3 (02:46):
So I find that it's a really great way to
help you better understand yourself, better understand the people around you,
and more importantly, it can help you interpret challenging times.
I know for myself, I've used astrology to interpret things
that I've been going through and look at experiences that
are happening and give it context.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
As someone who in my newsletter, I used to have
a section called Carlos Science Denim Watch, where entire race
weekends could actually be decided by Carlos Signs's choice in bottoms.
Basically he was wearing on the lower part of his body.
So I fully buy into this, like it was inadvertent,
but I was like, you know what, this this makes sense,
and I think similarly people will be surprised in a

(03:28):
second as to how everything has lined up in certain ways.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
But so, yeah, so take me through.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Then, at what point did you start connecting F one
to astrology.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
I started learning about astrology several years ago, so then
when I started talking about F one online, it was
just very natural for me to talk about F one
and all the different things that I'm interested in, whether
it be pop culture memes or talking about astrology. So
it was really from the beginning that I started talking
about people's charts and different things like that, and then

(03:58):
I realized that there were other people who were interested
in it too, and that surprised me more than anything else,
because I thought I was the only person in the
world that cared about Lewis Hamilton being a crapricorn Son
cancer Moon, and wouldn't you know it, Michael Schumacher is
also a capricorn son cancer moon. And we know them
as two of the greatest Formula one drivers of all time,

(04:21):
and it's so interesting that they share those same signs.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Okay, I actually did not know that.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
I will also not your He is nodding along right now,
he is all in on.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
He's like, what did she just say?

Speaker 4 (04:33):
Just to set the record straight here, I am a
non believer. This is true, but I'm not here to
find faults. I actually like, I'm here. I want to
become a believer. I'm jealous of believers, so my aim
is to actually be convinced. I'm very open.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
So you are here for the vibe.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
No, no, I'm not here for the vibe.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
I would love to read your chart because there's probably
reasons why you are so open to it but skeptical.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
Same time, Yeah, I'm not here for the vibes. I'm
here to be changed.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Oh excellent, all right, I think you will be well.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
First of all, can you just explain to me what,
based on their charts, what do Lewis Hamilton and Michael
Schumacher have in common to you from this sort of
astrological perspective.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I think they're both very emblematic of Capricorn's. Capricorn to me,
is like the boss of the zodiac. They're extremely hard working.
They are like the CEOs, and when you think of
people who have won as many world championships in formula
one as they have that doesn't come without an intense

(05:37):
amount of hard work and dedication and attention to detail
that many Capricorns have, and they are relentless in their
seeking to be the best of the best. And then
you have alternatively their cancer moon, which is more of
their inner world that they don't let people see all
the time, which cancer is a more sensitive sign. It's

(06:01):
a sign where I feel like it's a bit more emotional,
but in the moon you're not really seeing that about people,
And so behind the scenes, those are people that probably
are very heavily emotional and do care a lot more
than maybe they put on on the outside. And I
find that really interesting about these two very prominent figures
in a sport that we love so much, and how

(06:22):
they were able to achieve so much, I think is
completely emblematic of what I consider to be Capricorn. Capricorn
is ruled by the planet Saturn, and that's all about
hard work and responsibility and sort of going through relentless
struggles and coming out on top. It really makes you
work for it.

Speaker 4 (06:44):
We're off to such a good start from my perspective
here because I'm a Capricorn, so I'm.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
Very so you complimented, you'll find out he's all in.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
It's funny you should talk about how two of the
greatest of this sport in its history both share some
of these commonalities in terms of zodiac and astrology. Because
in a previous episode we recorded with Nicole Sievers, Yeah,
we were talking about how essentially this question of like
how do we know when drivers have it and what
is it?

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Right?

Speaker 1 (07:15):
How you can have certain drivers who are so talented,
or have the personality or have this in that but
it's hard to put your finger on what exactly gives
them that extra edge. Obviously it's going to be different
for different drivers and different circumstances and at different points
in the sports history, but there is always this question
of like, okay, what's that little bit extra that some
of the champions, especially repeat champions possess.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
It really is, it's fascinating. And as far as having
that factor, I mean Solo's Hamilton has the it factor.
If you've ever seen him in person, he has this
aura that is truly unbelievable. He was meant to be
a star on and off the track. I mean he
has to have scorpio in his chart somewhere I'm sure
of it.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
Also, the skin so smooth.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
We've never gotten the full skincare routine from him, and
yet it's just.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
We're still waiting, Lewis. We want to know how you
keep your skin so iluminous.

Speaker 4 (08:07):
I find it interesting that you guys assume that he
has oh he's skin like obviously he has a routine
he does.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Yeah, if you're in your forties and your skin looks
like that, you have a routine that you're doing.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Routine, sure, or like a facialist in an esthetician, a
medical esthetician. If Oscar Piastri showed up and was like,
I wash my face every three days with a Dove
soap bar and then just like wing it, I would
one hundred percent believe that, Like one hundred percent. I'm
sure his girlfriend Lily is just trying to get him
to wear sunscreen every day.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
In the Australian sun SPF is huge. I'm sure all
the girlfriends are trying or fiancees at this point are
trying to get them to understand the importance of wearing
sunscreen on their faces.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Exactly.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Okay, So moving things along here before we drill down
into specific drivers and this and that, overarchingly, how do
you feel about this upcoming season overall?

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Is you're looking at what's going on with the planets,
what's up this year? How is that all looking.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
I'm really excited and I think it's great because, as
we know, twenty twenty six is an exciting time for
Formula One because there's so many new beginnings. We have
a new team on the grid. We have Cadillac, and
then we have a new face in audi replacing Steak
off one team, and then we have a whole new
set of regulations, so new cars. We're kind of starting
a fresh slate where we don't know exactly what's happening.

(09:26):
From an astrology perspective, this is also a year of
initiation in new beginnings. We have two huge planets, Neptune
and Saturn, that are beginning their deep dive in Aries,
which is the first sign of the zodiac. So you're
already seeing this mirror of activity happening even before its beginning.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
I also find it interesting. I will just say for
those who are following the grid, last year we had
half a dozen rookies. This year we only have exactly one,
our Vid Lindblad, who is going to vcar because I
cannot say Visa cash app racing bowls frea hime, I
open my mouth. I guess you could say for Cadillacs
drivers a new beginning in terms of new era for them.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
There's been a couple of other switches here and there.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
I think also, I'm really excited to see the new
beginning of Red Bull, fully without helmet, without Christian Corner,
and now with Max Rostafin, with a new teammate, and
as we all know, being the teammate to Max ra
Stappin is no easy job. So are we finally going
to see the Red Bull second seat curse being lifted

(10:30):
with Isaac or is it going to continue to be
this very challenging position. So I'm really excited to see
what happens with that new beginning.

Speaker 4 (10:39):
Tell us what is going to happen? What are the
stars have to say?

Speaker 3 (10:42):
I'm so glad you bring that up, because Isaac is
a Libra's sun, Ari's Moon. And wouldn't you know there's
another driver on the grid who has that same exact
pairing and his name is Charlotte Clair, who famously did
not have the best of Cardi relationships with Max for Stappin.
Of course, Max Restappen, he's I don't know if he's

(11:03):
going through a Saturn return or he's about to go
through a Saturn return, but that along with being a dad,
he might just you know, not care. He's a much
different Max for Stapin than we've seen in years past.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
You had mentioned, Mikila, the Saturn return. Can you describe
what a Saturn return is?

Speaker 3 (11:20):
The Saturn return is essentially it happens in your life
where Saturn returns to the sign where it was when
you were born. And what happens is so you're around
like twenty eight twenty nine years of age, and essentially
things start to turn around after your Saturn return. So essentially,
in my opinion, I don't think you know, you should

(11:42):
get married until after your Saturn return. Just a lot
of things seem to change after that point in time.
That's just my opinion. Of course, if you got married
before that, you that's not to say that your marriage
or whatever happened before at that time in your life
is a bad thing.

Speaker 4 (11:57):
I'm going I'm going to check. Now this might explain
a lot of things.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
Yeah, I'm so. Because you're a Capricorn, you have heavy
Saturn implications in your life and your chart, and you've
probably felt struggles in your life, maybe more than the
other person. For Capricorns, things tend to get easier later
in life, especially after their Saturn return, so they always

(12:20):
say that Capricorn's age and reverse. For example, I.

Speaker 4 (12:25):
Am loving.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Okay, so looking at the grid because I, like I said,
I did just a quick assessment of the main kind
of zodiac signs. So of our twenty two drivers, they
cover nine zodiac signs. There are no sagittariuses on the
current upcoming grid for twenty twenty six. There are no cancers,
and there are no Pisces on this grid. As far
as the signs that have the most representation, Aquarius, yes,

(12:51):
we have four Aquariuses. There's always quite a few Aquariuses,
four Libras and four virgos. I will also add there
are three leos, and now, of course I want to
hear Mikila, what you think of the fact that we
have so many aquarius is Libra's virgos and leos essentially
on this particular grid.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
I am not surprised by it at all. And the
reason why I'm not surprised by it is Libra and
aquarius is are two air signs, and when I think
of air signs, I think of innovation. I think of
people who are thinking outside of the box and technology,
and F one is a sport all about technology and innovation,
So to me, it's no surprise that those drivers have

(13:31):
those placements. And then when you talk about Virgo, that's
a sign that's extremely meticulous, very hard working. Maxtro Stappen
also has a Burgo moon, so does Pierre Gasley. I
think Virgo moon is probably one of the most common
moon signs. I'm not surprised at all because those qualities
are qualities that I think an F one driver has

(13:52):
to have to be successful in their job.

Speaker 1 (13:55):
I will say one of the reasons I was said
to lose Uki Sonoda from the grid Taurus after less
and I was gonna say one of my he was
the only Dorus on.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
The grid and he I think he had five tourists
and he was truly an emblematic tourus in every sense
of the word when he was talking about I mean,
all Yuki talked about is and Tauruses are famous for
loving food, so I'm not surprised at that, but I
do miss Yuki. I'm sad for him.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
And now Ali Berman is holding it down for the Tauruses,
which I'm okay with that, I like, I like golly,
so I'm fine. But Yuki I felt he felt, he
felt like my representation, you know, like you know, you
can't be what you can't see, and if I couldn't
be this like delightful Japanese guy who wants to just
open a restaurant and be left alone, like like like
what are we all doing here?

Speaker 5 (14:39):
What?

Speaker 2 (14:39):
What is this sport meant to be?

Speaker 3 (14:41):
I do find it interesting, especially in this new era
of social media, and we have more access to them
than ever before, which is crazy how they do encapsulate
some of their zodiac signs. So that always makes me
laugh when I see, you know, funny bits and pieces
on social media and I'm like, oh my god, George
is such an Aquarius. You know, it just makes so
much sense to me.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
I was also gonna say, we only yeah, we have
nine drivers who are air signs six or Earth five
or fire, and we only have two water signs, both
of which are scorpios, and that is Lando Norris and
Lance Stroll Stroll, which I always forget about Lance Stroll,
I'm so sorry.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
Oh Lance, he does have a lot of Scorpio placements.
And Lando Norris, I think, has famously made fun of
the fact that he's such a Scorpio, which is a
really scorpio thing to do in my opinion.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
Yeah, there's this very funny video where Lando and Oscar
are asked during an interview if they follow their horoscopes, and,
in what is probably no surprise to anyone, Oscar doesn't
follow his whatsoever and has no idea what anyone is
talking about.

Speaker 5 (15:44):
I can tell that you're like, as whatever he's giving
he is, I'm just you feel it.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
I'm a and then Lando very very proudly knows everything
about his horoscope.

Speaker 5 (15:56):
Oh God, I'm a Scorpio and let me tell you
all about it.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
You know what, he has that kind of like mischievous
smile that comes out sometimes and you're like, oh, I see,
it's it's really making itself known.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:09):
If anyone was lucky enough to witness the c Squared
challenges on YouTube for Ferrari of Charlotclair and Carlos signs,
I think that is such a great zodiac case study
of their perspective signs.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
So today.

Speaker 5 (16:24):
We need to put all of this stuff in that bag.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
Charlo Leclair was packing like chaotically yet ever so charismatically
like he always does, which is very emblematic of a
lipersun Aries.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Moon as quick as possible, whereas.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
Carlos signs calm, meticulous, so.

Speaker 5 (16:43):
It needs to kind be organized, even though it doesn't
fly be.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
True Virgo sun cancer moon. So it was just complete
opposites of how to pack. It just made me laugh
out loud every time of the differences between the two
and how it reflected what I know there are zodiac
signs to be for sure.

Speaker 1 (17:00):
Can you just explain briefly the difference when you're talking
about moon sun, I know rising, We all hear about
someone being like a libre rising and what are you
kind of looking at because I know those are the
main placements that come up when people begin to explain
their charts.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
So normally when people hear astrology, they tend to know
their sun sign. I'm an aries sun Lily is a
Taurus sun. That is the planet that was in the
sun sign when you were born. So someone's birth chart
is essentially a snapshot of what the sky looked like
at the exact time that they were born. So the
moon for Charle Clair was in the sign of Ares,

(17:36):
whereas for Carlos sign it was in the sign of cancer.
Now there's a lot more other planets. So there's Mercury,
which is the planet of communication, there's Venus, which is
the planet of love, and there's all of these other
planets that rule certain things about yourself that can help
you detail or understand different things about how you communicate

(17:58):
or how you take action, or what struggles you're probably
going to experience in your life. And it's pretty interesting
how you can look at different things that are happening
in the sky and interpret it for yourself.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
Amazing.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
Let's head to an ad break before Mercury goes back
into retrograde. We're back to discussing astrology in the F
one grid, putting together what you were saying about this
year being about new beginnings and showing this this is
sort of a fresh start for both the sport and
as far as the plants are telling us, is there
any driver, based on their own chart who would benefit

(18:35):
from the fact that new beginnings do certain signs take
well to a fresh start of new beginnings or having
to work through new challenges like this.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
I think in the context of this year, I have
my eye on people with major ARIS placements because, as
I mentioned, both Neptune and Saturn are going into the
sign of Aries, so Aries placements are going to be
widely affected, both positively and potentially harshly by this transit.
So Charlo Leclair, Alex Albon, Franco Colepinto, Oscar Piastre, and

(19:09):
Isaac are those drivers who I would consider to have
those major placements. So those are people that I'm going
to keep my eye on because for Aris, it's main
character energy for better or for worse. So in the
context of Oscar Piastre, someone who's typically a very calm,
reserved person when he's coming off of the twenty twenty

(19:30):
five season, which was probably really heartbreaking for him, are
these transits going to affect him? Are we going to
see that on track and a different Oscar, Especially with
all of this talk of Papaya rules, it doesn't mean
the same thing that it meant last year now, so
I'm really excited to see what that looks like. I
also think in October there's a Venus retrograde and that

(19:53):
affects their seventh House of Partnerships. So I'm thinking of
Charlo Leclair, are you giving too much of your self
to Ferrari. We know that there's going to be a
really volatile driver's market at the end of the season
with so many contracts ending. So with Eclipse season happening,
the nodes changing and Aris going into these signs, I

(20:14):
have my eyes on drivers knowing all of these things
that are going to happen.

Speaker 2 (20:18):
And can you explain what a node is just to
give everyone sure?

Speaker 3 (20:21):
So a north node is essentially I call it like
you're calling for the lifetime. It's something that you need
to focus on. The south note is something that you're
already really good at, and the north note is something
that you tend to need to focus on a lot
in this lifetime.

Speaker 2 (20:38):
Incredible yes.

Speaker 3 (20:40):
And then people with Aquarius placements, the north node is
going into the sign of Aquarius this year. And interestingly enough,
Valturie and Checko, who are teammates at Cadillac, both have
their North node in the side of Aquarius. They're used
to being team players, they're used to having to put
themselves aside for their teammate. What is that going to

(21:01):
look like now that they're both teammates together and they
have all of this transits that are hitting them really directly.
What is that going to look like? I'm really excited
to see that play out on track?

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Is there another team like the duo of the drivers right?
Because I'm talking about individual drivers for a bit, any
team that you're keeping on that could create a lot
of chaos or maybe even have a bunch of harmony
based on what you're seeing coming up this year? Who
should we paying attention to as far as a duo?

Speaker 3 (21:30):
I think I already mentioned it, but I think Oscar
and Lando just because of Oscar's aris placements and coming
off of what last season, I think that's what I'm
most excited to keep my eye on.

Speaker 4 (21:41):
Is it like a positive for Piastre or is it
potential complication?

Speaker 3 (21:45):
It's main character energy either way, so it could be
a really positive thing. Neptune is the planet of illusion
and imagination and Saturn is the planet of discipline and structure.
So Neptune is really asking you to dream big and
how to express yourself creatively. When I think of that,

(22:06):
I think of more off track stuff. So are we
going to see drivers like Charlott Clair drop more music
or more merch and then Saturn. Like I said, it's
the opposite. It's all about responsibility and structure and building
something long term. How is that going to affect let's say,
a charl Le Clair with that Venus retrograde in October?

(22:28):
Is he finally going to cut ties with the Ferrari
and move on to something new? So I think that
will be interesting for me to watch.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
It's also interesting you're looking at this from a like
an astrological perspective, because I look at Charlotte through the
lens actually a literary perspective of being this tragic hero.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
Yeah, obviously there's more to charl than just that.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
When I'm really in New fans, right are people who
are interested in f One that's my shorthand is Charyl
is like your classic tragic hero. He really all the potential,
everything is going for him, and then just like has
a fit issue that he just you know, can't overcome
no matter what.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
He's so loyal, he really has that blind loyalty which
is it going to pay off with Saturn or is
it not going to pay off? And he's you know,
realizing that he needs to let go of some things
that aren't really serving him. I also think in twenty
twenty six is going to be a really big year
for Leo's and the second half of twenty twenty six, Jupiter,

(23:25):
which is a sign of abundance, enters the sign of Leo's.
So Fernando Nico Holgenberg, I'm keeping my eyes on them
for the second half of twenty twenty six.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
I will also mention third Leo on the grid, arvid
are one rookie.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
He has great hair.

Speaker 2 (23:40):
He does have great hair.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
I'm scared for him because he's a teenager and the
Red Bull org with teens. I'm like, oh, oh god,
this could traumatize them person for life.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
But the stars say that luck is coming into a
sign in the second half of the season, so maybe
after a summer break we'll see things change positively for him.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
The problem is, can he make it to the second
half of the season. Uh, jury's out if you're on
the Red Bull sister team. We have seen many a
lad not make it to that point from the Red
Bull Org. But I potentially, you know, maybe he'll he'll
get it and then.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
Take off in the second half.

Speaker 3 (24:15):
I think with the new fresh blood and the Red
Bull organization and the removal of certain key people. Maybe
they might go about things a different way, Maybe they'll
not crush so many dreams and careers.

Speaker 1 (24:29):
The good news for Arvid is he does not have
to worry about Helmet Marco showing up and sucking the
life force out of him on an hourly basis of
any race weekend, so he has that going for him.

Speaker 3 (24:40):
I've never looked at Helbert Marco's worth chart now that
I'm thinking about it, but I really need to.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
I feel like it might curse a person.

Speaker 3 (24:48):
I mean, I'm sure I could explain so many things
about decisions that he's made and his seeming character a
sinister energy. Yeah, I would be interested to see the
transits and aspects his chart.

Speaker 2 (25:01):
Oh man, this.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
Is not completely astrologically related, but I'm afraid that Red
Bull in general are going to sink their moon is waning.
And the reason I'm afraid of that not be I
don't really care. I'm not a Red Bull fan. But
the message that will come out from that is like,
you need toxic men like Helmet Marco and Christian Horner

(25:25):
to be at the helm of these super aggressive organizations
to create success. Yeah, that's just that's just a bad message.
So I'm actually kind of rooting for red Bull Now
to succeed just so that message doesn't come across.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
I think it would be even more highlighted if Alpine
does well this season because of the rumors of Christian
Horner joining that organization.

Speaker 4 (25:47):
In a hostile takeover.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
The other thing I was going to mention about Alpine,
Franco Colapinto are only Gemini man on the Grid and
you got to watch out. I'm sorry to like all
the Germeri men out there, but that's like one of
those stereotypes where I'm nervous.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
He is such a Gemini and that he really is
so great at charming and talking, and I think like
the positive thing about Geminis for me is that they
have that gift of gab, and he really does have it.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
I actually wrote a piece for the Engine Failure Patreon
years ago about how we need more flirts like.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
Franco Yeah on the Grid.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
I was like, yeah, yeah, we're really missing an element
here where like you need some really mild horniness at
all times to just make the sport work in the
way it needs to. And again, I'm not saying anything
scandalous to Botra's.

Speaker 2 (26:31):
Anything like that.

Speaker 1 (26:32):
But he just knows how to give the little wink
to the camera that I think is very important for
adding a little spice.

Speaker 3 (26:37):
I just looked it up because what I think of
being a really good platonic flirt, I think of Sebastian.
Then on Rebecca Clancy from the Times question to all
three drivers, it's just one hundred and twelve days until
we're in Australia. What are your plans now between what
are you can be doing over the winter break?

Speaker 4 (26:53):
What are your plans?

Speaker 3 (26:55):
And I was like, I wonder if he has Gemini
in his chart. He does. He has a Gemini Venus.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Gemini Venus, Oh the Planet of Love.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
Yeah, Daniel Ricardo also has a Gemini Moon and I
feel like he has that gift of gap and like charisma.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
Amazing.

Speaker 1 (27:10):
Do you want to explain the Gemini man's stereotype? Why
are Gemini men in society kind of poked fun at,
especially on.

Speaker 3 (27:16):
The Internet, because they have so many things that interests
them that they're moving a mile a minute, and they
can be really flaky and not the most loyal, but
they are really really great at having a conversation with
a good hang. Yeah, they're really fun at parties. You
want to have a Gemini at a party. Imagine a

(27:36):
party with Daniel Ricardo, Sebastian Vettel, and Franco Colopinto. That
would be a really fun party. But are they the
most loyal, steadfast people? Not necessarily.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
I feel like, also, everything's coming together for YOHI in
real time.

Speaker 4 (27:53):
My mind is exploding. I'm just like googling here different
combinations of things and trying to understand where Pluto is
at the moment.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
He speaking of this.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
Are there any other drivers or pairings that you're wondering
about now that you're kind of settling into this conversation.

Speaker 4 (28:07):
I mean, I think we didn't really talk too much
about Kimmy and George Russell and Mercedes.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
I was just going to bring them up. I'm so
glad that you said that.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
What are your thoughts?

Speaker 3 (28:17):
So last year's what Rookie Grid actually terrified me because
of all of the stelliums in their charts, and estellium
is when you have three or more planets in the
same sign.

Speaker 4 (28:28):
And that's not good. You don't want that.

Speaker 3 (28:31):
No, it's not a good or a bad thing. It
just means that it's very heavily concentrated energy. So sometimes
when people write off astrology, it's because they don't really
see the traits of their son's sign, probably because that's
the only time that it shows up in their chart.
But if someone has a stellium, it's pretty unmistakable that
they have that energy in their chart. For example, I

(28:54):
have four placements in the sign of Aries. It's pretty
obvious to myself and any time I'm in a room
that I have very like warm and bubbly, sort of
impulsive energy versus someone, let's say, if they have a
Virgo stallium, they're probably a little bit more reserved. They
like things a certain way, hardworking, very meticulous in their

(29:17):
own right. Kimmie Antonelli has a Virgo stallium, and someone
who had a Formula one seat signing when he was
eighteen years old, it's not surprising that it is a
Virgo stellium. Gabriel Ward Aletto has a stellium in Isaac
hajar libra libra stellium. I think that makes a lot
of sense, and I'm trying to look at where's Ali

(29:41):
Taurus stellium?

Speaker 1 (29:42):
Oo ooh, okay, okay, Before we pause for some ads,
I want to remind you that we're a growing show
and we need your help. Rate and review Dough Grip
on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts, and
don't forget to click that follow or subscribe button while
you're at it. Okay, see you after the break, we're

(30:07):
back and discussing the planets and the Mercedes team. So
with Kimmi and George, what can we expect from Mercedes
or what are you looking at with Mercedes?

Speaker 3 (30:16):
I'm looking at George Russell. A lot of people have
high hopes for Mercedes coming into twenty twenty six. There's
a lot of people who think that they're going to
be back to dominance and George Russell, you know, if
he has a good car, is he going to be
a championship contender? George Russell has Aquarius placements, and Aquarius,
as I mentioned, has the North node, this sign of destiny.

(30:37):
So when the North Node enters Aquarius, are we going
to see that with George and potentially a championship fight.
I love it, it's, you know, part of his destiny.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
I would not be mad for multiple reasons. Also, I
would love to see more George and Max. Just like beefing.
It's some of the most delicious, just like brawling, even
if it's just verbal sparring that I have ever seen. Yeah,
George and Max have had a few very fun dust
ups in recent seasons.

Speaker 2 (31:08):
Russell won't give up on this one.

Speaker 5 (31:10):
Neva will for Staffan.

Speaker 1 (31:11):
I'm a staffane.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
He's shown the law. What a move, George Russell.

Speaker 1 (31:16):
I am personally partial to the time in twenty twenty
three when Max called George a dickhead after George didn't
leave him enough space during the Azerbajan sprint race.

Speaker 4 (31:27):
Next time the same, you know.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
Oh, and the funniest part of this to me is
that George then tells the press that when he first
saw Max coming over to him, he thought Max was
gonna come over and apologize, which is like the most
classic George assumption and most classic Max behavior that I
have ever seen.

Speaker 5 (31:46):
He's crossed the line and I'm not going to accept it. So,
you know, somebody has to stand up to someone who
thinks he's above the law.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
He's the king of the SoundBite when he gets to
the media pen. And what's so fun he is he's
playing up this sort of stiff, upper lit British guy
who then kind of loses it occasionally, but in his
very British way.

Speaker 5 (32:06):
I've known Max for twelve years. I've respected him all
of his time, but now I've lost respect.

Speaker 1 (32:11):
For him, and then of Max Verstappan, who could not
give less of a shit about us, how he's coming across,
what he's doing it, and so together it's just yeah
that energetically I loved.

Speaker 3 (32:22):
It would be juicy because George has a libramon, Max
has a Libra Sun and a Sun moon with sinistry
is one of the most powerful sin the sinistries in astrology.
So whether they like it or not, if the cars
go their way and they are fighting for a championship
as fans and people who enjoy on and off track bickering,
I think it'll be great. I don't know if Kimmy

(32:42):
and George are necessarily a much made in Heaven For me,
their charts are very I don't think that they really
understand each other very well. Kimmy has so many Virgo placements.
He has that Virgo Stellium, and George has an Aquarius
Sun liber roun. He's very much in the sky, you know,
playing to certain types of things. So not only do

(33:05):
they have like an age difference, I just don't think
that they have a lot of things in common.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
Yeah, like energetically very different and not in a bad way,
but just even where they are in life.

Speaker 3 (33:15):
Ooh, I just looked at something. Actually, So Kimmy Antonelli
not only has a Virgo stellium, he has a Leo stellium.
And for Leo's, as I mentioned earlier, the second half
of twenty twenty six is going to be a really
good time of year for them, so that might be
a really great time for Kimmy Antonelli.

Speaker 4 (33:31):
Yeah, I did, I like Kimmi.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
I was gonna say, I didn't know you were such
a Kimmy Faniel hees. This is good.

Speaker 4 (33:40):
I mean he's growing on mere like his style. Also
like I mean, I think I think he also has
pretty good hair.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
No, yes, all Leo's have good hair. Every single Leo
has good hair.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
Before we go, Mikhaela, are there any specific times this
season where the planets could really impact the grid? Starting
with the Chinese Grand Prix.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
I think the Moon's going to be in Virgo at
that time, so it could be a pretty interesting for
all of our virgo drivers.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
Okay, so our virgos are Carlos Science Valtrie, Esteboustebon and
oh Kimmy Antonelli.

Speaker 3 (34:20):
Kimmy Ooh. I also think the July twenty sixth, which
is the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend. That's when the lunar
nodes change into the Aquarius and Leo, So that's when
I would really start to keep an eye on drivers
with major placements in those, so George Pierre, Liam Checko,
Fernando Lance Valtrie, so a lot of the grid are

(34:44):
going to be really affected by this.

Speaker 1 (34:46):
I also think Hungary, a race that's usually not an
interesting except for Estebonocon's one win coming in that iconic
twenty twenty one race. Crazy like a third of the
grid was out but after like the first lap.

Speaker 3 (34:58):
So maybe the I will help spice things up from
a typically unspicy race.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
I think they need to do that with all the race,
the circuits that everyone isn't down on. They just need
to find the most chaotic astrological weekends of the year
and then just like PLoP them down there and be
like all right, like we can't help that.

Speaker 2 (35:16):
Like Monaco doesn't have any passing and da da da da.

Speaker 1 (35:19):
Like, let's just move it from its you know, iconic
may date and then move it to whatever.

Speaker 3 (35:24):
To something more exciting.

Speaker 2 (35:25):
Exactly.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
See, we fixed the sport who said that astrology can't
really apply. I think this is great. This is exactly
how I would run the sport if I was in charge.

Speaker 4 (35:33):
So honestly, like, I'm a little surprised that every one
just like they have their sort of in house meteorological
service that informs their decisions. They should have astrologer.

Speaker 1 (35:45):
Yeah, they should hire Mikchila's what is what I'm hearing
out of this?

Speaker 5 (35:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (35:48):
Yeah, you should hire me to tell you that the
silverstone there's a mercury retrograde, and Jupiter is entering Leo.

Speaker 4 (35:55):
I mean, they're making these decisions blind.

Speaker 3 (35:57):
It's crazy, they really are. They need someone to tell them.

Speaker 2 (36:02):
Fabulous.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
This was absolutely fabulusait I should also ask you, Hi,
are you now a little bit more of a believer?

Speaker 3 (36:06):
You know?

Speaker 4 (36:07):
I think I am, and I feel like we got
some We did get some predictions from you here, so
I'll be able to take my new beliefs that are
not solid yet, they're like baby beliefs. And then see
what happens, See what happens in Australia with the virgos,
see what happens in July and Hungary, and it'll be

(36:28):
really interesting for me to follow that.

Speaker 3 (36:30):
It sounds like the seeds have been planted and we
just need to see if they're watered enough to actually
turn into plants. And we'll only know that by Abu Dhabi.

Speaker 2 (36:41):
That's our show for today.

Speaker 1 (36:43):
A huge thank you to Mikaela for her help today
breaking down the astrology of the F one grid. I
for one will be keeping an eye on those pesky
